Cons: Things that were listed on the website were either unavailable or not true (no free breakfast, the pool is NOT heated, the restaurant is not open) If you have a lot of luggage and need to haul it in with a cart the entrance from the side parking lot isn’t accessible (there’s a step to get in the door) and the back parking lot is gravelI think a lot of the cons wouldn’t have stung so much if the price per night hadn’t been so high I kind of ate the cost because I thought I was paying for the amenties, but to get there and have to go to WalMart to get microwave breakfasts and dinners suckedI would only stay here again if the rooms were 100 or less a night, or if they got the breakfast/restaurant situation straightened out

An opened beer was in the fridge, safety bobby pin on the floor, tape literally holding some of the wall together, and the mirror when steamed stated ‘TRUMP 2021!’ I talked to the supervisor when he came in at 4pm only to say they will just take 20% off and can’t find any product to remove the sign on the mirror! Room preparation is a simple task Hotels accept damage deposits, so most issues should be an easy fix, just buy a new mirror or washing product then! Seems very lazy on staff

Great location for where I needed to be during my stay & quite, for the most partDuring my first 2 nights, a lot of families staying for what appeared to be a multiple state school event, with kids running up & down the hall & stairwell Although, I think the loudest incident was the tornado siren that went off outside my window
I went on this trip knowing full well to pay attention to the weather, & for the most part, know what I need to do in case emergency I also seek out the evacuation plans to familiarize myself with the safest route out Right away I found the instructions for a fire but had to search the room for the welcome book to see if there is any further instructions for a tornado Once I finally located it laying on a shelf near the tv, I read the tiny paragraph that told me to shelter in the bathroom if I am in my room or in the hall of the lobby area if I am downstairs For those that do not read the welcome books it might be beneficial to add those instructions to the fire escape plan on the back of the door so when the siren goes off the guests know what to do and are not searching the room for instructions Just happens that a tornado touched down not far from our location & I knew what to do when the siren went off because I searched for the informationOn a different noteIt was great having a kitchenette in the room so that I could make my own meals instead of eating a bunch of fast food the whole time Comfortable seating area to unwind before retiring to a soft pillow in a spacious bed & warm blankets Restaurants, bars & stores are not far down the roadI would definitely consider staying here again if I find myself back in the area

When we first got there the outside wasn’t very appealing at all To the point we thought about finding another place to stay The building was just to plain
Sure they had gas grills you could use that were clean looking But we weren’t there to cook I was having surgery in the morning So I needed to get things done as the hospital requested But we went on inside and the place was really nice and the lady behind the desk was really nice and friendly We told her about what we were thinking when we first drove up She laughed along with us We checked in and went to our room Talk about being pleasantly surprised how the room was and how much space we had all over the room Now as for the bedthat one needed to be changed out for a new one It sagged in the middle some I couldn’t sleep on it due to my neck So I slept on the big couch just fine Tim slept in the bed but didn’t get much sleep due to how the bed was Yes we will stay again when needed Just not the same room/bed We didnt take time to walk around to see the pool and all As we were busy getting ready for my surgery in the morning

Staff is great, it’s an A-loft hip and trendy and all that, wasn’t a fan of the food served there but I’m sure COVID plays a role in that Had two issues with my room, both the floor (near toilet) and shower did not appear to be cleaned well as I noticed stains near the toilet and some in the shower, nothing to kill my experience, the other issue is the shower handle, it does not lock in the off position and instead can go negative forcing me to have to find the correct spot to turn the tap off Other than that it was a good stay and there are amazing places to eat near by so I’d recommend that over eating at the hotel

Huge pool, much larger than most hotels It is 4 feet deep throughout, so good for my kids who can swim wellHot tub adjacent to pool but tucked away so nice for me to relax while still able to keep an eye out Over Christmas, there were maybe 2-3 other couples/ families using pool while we did This last time we came during a snowstorm, so we literally had pool to ourselves in both the evening and next morningRooms were well appointed, recently renovated, and clean Exactly what I was expecting Front desk is very friendly and helpful as wellI’m a bonvoy member and enjoyed the late checkout offered with my status in order to enjoy the pool longer before we leftThis hotel is right next to Target, the Yorktown mall, movie theater, restaurants Plenty of options and amenities for a business or family type traveler Highly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel for the weekend and it was great The room was spacious with two queen sized beds The lobby looked very nice with fast elevator times as there were 5 elevators
The hotel also has quite a few services such as an indoor gym, pool, and Starbucks I would definitely stay here again as it’s located near many stores and restaurants

I would truly be remiss if I did not leave a review about the stay my family and I had here Initially we were only supposed to stay two nights, this was only a little getaway for my husband, our two little boys and myself However, the staff was so amazing and accommodating to us, that we ended up staying five days!!! From the manager, to two of the front desk staff Karen and Lydia, they made our stay extremely welcoming and amazing for our boys
From accommodating our two year old who has autism, because he loves looking out of windows, to ensuring that we had everything that we needed We learned during our stay that our recently diagnosed 2yr old loves swimming just as much as his older brother With everything that we’ve experienced these past few months, swimming was the thing that he truly has enjoyed the most, which is why we extended our stay The hotel staff were beyond accommodating and helpful during our entire stay and I can truly say that we’re looking forward to returning for a visit

This Sheraton was probably a very nice hotel prior to March 2020 The area of the hotel is surrounded by several companies and offices Since the pandemic, many are working remote now, therefore the area is a bit depressed (not all of Naperville)
In the hotel are many vagrants that have taken residence The upkeep of the hotel and housekeeping has significantly suffered due to this About 30% of the rooms are these ‘long terms’ and you will find them roaming the hallways at all hours and leaving garbage outside of their rooms We used our Suite Upgrades for a suite that was in severe neglect The curtains were all torn terribly Items on the wall were falling off like door stoppers and racks The pull out sofa bed was broken and completely unusable They moved us to another room that was not much better The lounge was closed since 2020 and no indication that it will reopen

Never trusting the Sheraton name again It was the most dirty hotel I ever seen we already found our room full of dust and the bed sheets was disgusting and worn out They just are using the covid situation as an excuse for not cleaning every day and when the come to clean the stuff are rude and want to clean on there own timetable
So believe me pick another hotel and don’t waste your money

Though we could imagine how beautiful the scenery is in the summerwe will definitely be back! The property is huge, pool is big enough to swim laps, there’s a hot tub too Gym is also very big There’s a cute restaurant that over looks the lakewe didn’t get to try it because we arrived after 3pm and it’s only open for breakfast and lunch but you can still get dinner later in the bar/lounge Clean, beautiful,relaxing property and staff was very nice as well

I’m Hilton member so its a great investment that I did with Hilton it’s totally worth it So highly recommended it if you travel once in a while or consistent travelerBut this hotel just amazed us This place is just amazing, we are loving the service and breakfast 🥞😍 we can have what they added to the breakfast and can also have it freshly made 😁 felt like home seriously
Staff is highly trained and polite Have helped us with all of our random questions The whole hotel is spot less and specious Rooms are bigger than normal Hilton hotels, we always take 2 queen bed and got small lobby, fridge, nice finished bathroom, multiple sink around the room 😁 well that is different well you won’t know until you stay here lol but it’s a perk I would sayNice big parking outside and beautiful view of the road we can see from our room Cool and vibrant place must stay here if you visiting Chicago city and the area around here

Me and my husband stayed here back in February and it was amazing This was our first time away from our kids since the pandemic started and we enjoyed every moment The staff was really nice, the hotel in general was very clean
We stayed in two different rooms and loved them both, I really enjoyed the tub and shower and was able to relax The restaurant/bar was great and the drinks were the best I can’t wait to visit again and do some more sight seeing in the area

I was so excited to try this hotel for a few months now I stayed here one night and everything was just fine Everything was cleaned really no issues just nothing to tell other people about
The price is kinda high as well, I think the price is the main reason I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, doesn’t offer a good bang for your buck (In my opinion)

This Comfort Suites is run down but they are doing their best There is no breakfast to speak but the staff is friendly During the week it is a nice quite place but on the weekends this hotel is hopping
Loud parties, cigarette and marijuana smoke and lots of people running around If you want to relive your college days I highly recommend booking a weekend stay here

NOT for groups!!!We were promised a meeting space with our group, and this was a deciding factor in choosing the hotel However, upon arrival we were told that the new owners do not rent out the room or that it would be $300 (which is a drastic overprice, the room was not good quality other than having tables and chairs) The only bright spot was the evening employee who listened to us and helped us work out something for our group of students
I would NOT recommend this hotel for groups, especially if you are looking to have space to be together The new management is horrible, and clearly they don’t value groups We were also scolded for a noise complaint that was not even our students I would never come back

Everything was great! Happy hour was fantastic and the bartender (male whom had a place in brandywine)was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had at any hotel period!!! Can’t remember his name but he deserves a serious pay increase!! GREAT property! Stayed there with the family We had several rooms and the Embassy is ALWAYS the best! I have stayed at ES in multiple states and we ALWAYS come to this one when we come to the Chi! Can get somewhat loud and busy with kid sleepovers and sports teams but hey, that is to be expected! Please restore the two hour Manager’s Reception and please do not run out to breakfast food! We had seven kiddos with us! Keep up the great work Embassy!
