My wife and I have stayed at an AKA 5 or 6 times, the last 3 being at this location at University City in Philly We’ve obviously enjoyed our stays because we keep coming back This review is specifically about the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff

Kudos to local management This high quality staff doesn’t just happen It’s hiring the best people and training them to make their guests feel welcome 5 stars for staff on 28, at desk and management!

Grace G.

The stay was wonderful The kids enjoyed the pool and movie room, and I enjoyed the view/cleanliness of our suite EJ was AMAZING! He constantly checked on us and made sure we had a great stay

He prepared the movie room, brought snacks and water, brought towels to the pool, answered all questions I mean he went above and beyond, the customer service was great Overall a great stay!

Daiana Lucisano

We have stayed in room 3524 for 10 days and there were some problems, but the staff took care of everything with kindness and professionalism I am grateful to the general manager Sharon Bell, the sales manager Carla Caboni and the chief engineer Robert: they took care of all the problems and offered to make up for them Now we moved to an apartment in AKA and everything is fine and perfectly furnished thanks to the helpful staff that works here

Rooms and apartments are beautiful and have a stunning view over Philly’s skyline I highly recommend this place- Mizio & Daiana

My husband and I just stayed a night at the Hyatt, and I’ve stayed before We loved it The staff are wonderful, the rooms clean and lovely, beautiful view, quiet, it’s a fantastic experience

Things some have complained about are either no issue for us, or things we like The sensor light under the bed was a welcome feature, and goes off right away – my husband was up several times during the night and it never woke me, but was of great help for him We like the toilet having it’s own separate space, no smelly showers!😂 And the sound from the air/heat in the toilet space minimal Love the complementary water, refrigerator, and keurig coffee maker nice also You need to turn onto Chancellor Street to unload All hotel parking is expensive downtown, we found a lot much cheaper that was a four minute walk away, something to consider And there are so – many – restaurants nearby, including incredible pizza across the street Highly recommended

We booked our wedding room block at the Hyatt Centric Philadelphia and had a great time We booked the big suite for ourselves and i was perfect for getting ready, hosting people for a glass (or bottle) of wine, and having plenty of space to stage stuffThe room block was good rates for the new hotel

We especially were very thankful to the doorman, Sean, who many guests said was very helpful throughout their trip He helped people find our shuttle in a difficult pickup location and was a great friendly face to see at all hours Stay there just for him!

Niaya Thompson

In January, my cousins and I stayed at this hotel for a night during Christmas break vacation I definitely enjoyed staying at this hotel Our room was spacious, clean, and had a modern look

I was bit bummed about two things: price for overnight parking and expensive breakfast Parking at the hotel was a bit expensive and valet parking was the only option We tried to find nearby parking before parking at the hotel, but there was no availability elsewhere I wish the hotel served free breakfast, but I have to understand every hotel does not Overall, the customer service at the Hyatt was superb Everyone was sweet and made our night stay enjoyable There were so many restaurants and things to do near our hotel as well

This review is given two stars, but could have easily been 4 or 5 The good…the hotel seems very nice and is very clean Breakfast area was done nicely and pretty decent food

The bad…service, service, service Party of 3 checked in All parties on the reservation Only towels for two in the room 30 mins after call, we get another towel Next morning, we leave the hotel easily by 09:30am Come back in evening and room service has not been through So now, damp towels from before Unmade beds No coffee for room in morning Too exhausted to have crew come through, who knows how long it would take This building has a lot of potential, gotta get better management/staff

Jeana Schreiber

Beautiful fixtures and modern interior Bed was comfortableWould have given it 5 stars except a lot went wrong

1 There’s only one elevator in the building and upwards of 7 weddings in a weekend This makes it difficult for people to get to and from their rooms to the different amenities2 Door keys don’t work well One room you could get into the room using the digital key, but not the key cards The opposite was the issue in our other room3 Showers leaked all over the floor When showering the water would pool on the bathroom floor and soaked through the towels and other things4 Usually hotels give four towels for a standard room We were given three

Julia Sanders

I recently visited this location as a bridal hairstylist vendor I met my clients in one of their Bridal Suites The lovely lady at the front desk walked me to the elevators, which I thought was very personable as well as helpful to the bridal party

The room was very well lit and had more than enough space to move around comfortably I was able to find parking in the front, which made carrying my bags in very easy

Traveling outside one’s familiar settings is always a bit daunting, and emphatically needing a comfortable stay for multiple nights tends to put a high price on available offerings This Holiday Inn came recommended to me, and I’m so glad that it was – the rooms are wonderfully well-furnished, and luxuriously cozy It really felt as much like “home away from home” as a hotel could, with everything from climate control, carpeting, lights, shower and bathroom, and of course the bedding feeling Just Right

The in-house restaurant serves unexpectedly great food, and the staff are very friendly and professional All this, for a price that I think is pretty reasonable, and one I wouldn’t mind paying again A convenient location, in a quiet neighborhood, close to any possible stores, restaurants, or highways – if you’re looking to stay in Drexel Hill, for purposes whether local or generally nearby (eg Philadelphia), I think this Holiday Inn is a great value for your money

Lee Roberts

Hotel is off the beaten path Not many other people in hotel during my stay Indoor pool has salt water and has been broken for months waiting for a part

First room had clogged drains and area under bathroom sink had not been swept Here is the bright part Staff is incredible and switched my room right away Building is only 3 years old so amenities are modern Restaurant & bar on premises I would stay here again

Kim Glasford

We came to town for a baby shower in Clifton Heights Holiday Inn has always been one of my go to hotels plus I’m IHG rewards members The staff was friendly as usual

The room was clean and smell good The only think I had an issue with is the shower water pressure which seem to always be low at all Holiday Inn The bathroom toiletries was Dove productsThe Streetlight bar and restaurant is very nice had breakfast there before heading The buffet is $1699 per person I love there set up with the hotel

An overall fair experienceTo start, I had reserved a king room a few weeks ago On arrival at 5:30pm, was informed that no kings were available

We were given the option of taking an immediately available double queen or waiting for the king We had a concert to get to in less than two hours so we opted for the double queenThe room was at least very quiet, but it really looked pretty worn See the pics below for the quite worn desk chair, rusty hardware on the furniture and what I can only assume was a missing shower caddy? on the shower wall leaving a residue of adhesive Felt more like a two star motel rather than a 3 star hotel roomThe lobby area was quite nice however, and they serve cookies at night in the lobby, which is a “sweet” touch The hotel is also within walking distance of a Target and several chain restaurants which was convenientOverall, relatively affordable but I probably would not stay again unless I had a worse experience at a nearby hotel

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any stay This web site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You’re welcome :)! This place is one of the most well known in the area

I have been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you definitely won’t regret itBeautiful hotel, well kept, clean, excellent service, great location for what I went for will definitely stay again if I ever visit Philadelphia again Employees very attentive and friendly

ROOM: I was extremely happy with the room accommodations I got a 2x queen bed room Lots of lighting, desk / counter space, and closet space

Mini fridge actually got coldSERVICE: There was no room service unfortunately the weekend i stayed There was one housekeeping staff that was extremely rude and attempted to literally walk through me near the elevators as i rounded a corner It was a moment of a game of “chicken” The service staff in the lobby at the reception and at the breakfast were excellentLOCATION: very safe, with frequent night patrols by hotel security, which i appreciated The hotel is tucked away in an area with nice grass and trees Only minor downside is that it is not in center city itselfOVERALL: would return

Very comfortable stay We didn’t use the kitchen but thought it was well-designed and would definitely be good as an option The location of the hotel was great for restaurants and fun

We took advantage of this and got to try out many good places around over the quick weekend getaway Breakfast in the morning was sufficient with yogurt, cereal, pastries, coffee and tea Our room was brand new with beautiful view of the city I loved the large bathroom, standard for Element hotels I also loved that they put more design elements into the room – comfortable bed, nice furniture, floor to ceiling windows Glad to see a “different” Element (in a good way) I didn’t get upgraded with my status Still a good option for staying in Philadelphia!

***Great location Great customer service Clean rooms with great views

*** Our room had a full kitchen and 2 queen beds It was perfect for our family It doesn’t have an on site restaurant HOWEVER it is literally walking distance from a million restaurants Next door at the W hotel, there are a couple of nice lounges to enjoy if you’re into the night life vibe The ONLY downfall is the only parking option the hotel has is valet for $60/day BUT if you’re not planning on going in and out with your vehicle and just walking the city that’s not a big deal They also have a nice gym and rent out bicycles too We will be staying here again

c wilson

I debated based off of the reviews However upon arrival from check in to check out everything was amazing! Thank you to Kevin and Nature for taking good care of us for breakfast!! Thank you Natalie for accommodating my request Our location and room was awesome! I love that they had purify drinking water in the room, that was amazing

I am very picky and everything went well from the valet parking to the rooms Valet parking is $60 per day We didn’t have any problems By the way they have a very nice gym and laundry room to wash your clothes if need be for $200 I will stay here again when we go to Philly again

It was what I expected it to be, nothing more, nothing less The rooms were clean and well-equipped, but they weren’t made up (apparently they don’t do this unless you specifically request it) I used the fitness centre and really liked it

It was also great to be able to use the laundrySome of the staff at the front desk seemed really unhappy to be there

Joydeep Paul

Clean hotel and well maintained rooms even though it’s shows it’s age Right at the heart of center city it’s a great plus Parking is expensive if using the valet

There is a $15 parking spot just the next block The staff was mot what I would expect from a star hotel Anyone who does not show they are enjoying their work is a big negative in the service industry Overall it was a comfortable stay

Ian Melvin

Nice facility! Friendly housekeeping staff and hotel itself is well kept There were a bunch of people smoking on our floor but we know that the hotel has no control over what guests do inside their rooms unless reported Walking distance to so many restaurants and attractions

Warning, walk outside in the evening at your own risk Pleanty of people will stop you to try and ask for money but isn’t that in all big cities though?

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in this area

I’ve been coming here for a very long time If you stay for a few nights you definitely won’t be let downPerfect hotel for work travel The room shades completely black out the room There is no annoying light on any appliances to bother you when you are trying to sleep My room was very quiet The heating and cooling was perfect You could set the fan to circulate and never be bothered by the unit kicking on and waking you up Nice amenities in the bathroom It was clean and there were plenty of outlets plus nice reading lights above the bed The location was great The staff was friendly and helpful

Amanda Boyce

The first night I didn’t sleep well because the mattress is uncomfortable The second night the fire alarm went off at 12:30am and 6:00am We evacuated both times

Both false alarms They have an amazing Mirror workout thing in the gym, but the front desk doesn’t know the hotel’s log in When I hopped in the shower, I was happy to see big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel I hate those wasteful little plastic bottles However 2 of 3 were empty I called the front desk for conditioner and shower gel The guy came up (with no mask) and tried to leave with the shampoo bottle I told him I needed to keep that shampoo and replace the conditioner He argued with me that shampoo and conditioner are the same thing I showed him in the sink that conditioner is not shampoo! It of course didn’t lather He wasn’t budging I insisted on keeping the shampoo, so at least I had what I needed He left muddy footprints on the bath mat After that, things went better No one ever figured out the Mirror, though They really do need to change their mattresses Most corporate hotel chains have terrific mattresses these days The bathroom products are incredible The space itself is beautiful, though the hallways are dreary They could definitely use more lighting My room had 3 huge windows overlooking City Hall I love the gym in the vault There’s a Trader Joe’s across the street if you’re trying to avoid eating out every meal There’s a mini fridge in the room, and you can use the microwave in the lobby The bar has limited bar food, but the staff is great

Christopher Bradley

This is just a great hotel Conveniently located to Chinatown and Center City for restaurants, City Hall for history, and The Met and Convention Center for entertainment The hotel is super clean and modern – with a nice bar and talented and friendly bartender

The rooms are stylish with great views Good internet and good for working remotely as well The gym is nice and has updated equipment The front desk staff (and all staff in general) are very helpful, professional, and friendly The lobby has nice reading areas and a pool table, as well as games What doesn’t this place have for a fun visit to the great city of Philly? It’s simply awesome Thanks again Aloft! Will be staying here again soon!

What started out disappointing turned out to be a decent stay I booked our room for my cousins wedding months before I worked directly with an agent to understand the sleeping arrangements

It was booked is a queen suite so we could be in the building with the other wedding guests but would have 2 queen beds and a couch bed When we arrived they said our room wasn’t ready less than an hour before the wedding and they down graded us because they over sold the wedding rate After being a Marriott rewards member since the program first started I was disgusted and very irate I asked for the on-site manager When they reviewed my book and saw how many months out I booked they immediately put me back into the room I had booked and it was amazingly it was ready The room was lovely but the service was terrible They helped me and screwed the people who checked in right before me, also wedding quests and the family after us too Later that night a family came down for bedding for their pull out couch and the hotel gave them 1 sheet, 1 blanket and one pillow and told them that was the last pillow they hadAll I can say is that the hotel was clean and quiet and attached to the venue so that was worth it I can tell you I would only recommend this hotel if you had to attend an event at the Springfield Country club Definitely not a relaxing vacation spot

Jerry grizzly

This place is huge Very clean very neat and very organized The entrance has a super big axcent wall soon as u enter with a great appealing view

All the staff was so polite and very generous The lighting was well lit everywhere chandeliers where spectacular everywhere I looked The services were all perfect the parking was abundant The food served was delicious I mean everything went perfectly well for me and my wife no complaints at all 5 stars to the venue the building the staff the food and the whole experience here

We were at the hotel for a wedding It was a festive occasion for us and we were looking forward to a great stay at Marriott hotel But there were many surprises in the wings

1) The rooms do not have lockers to store your valuables They have bank-type lockers at the check-in counter which are very inconvenient when you have to carry your valuables, including jewelry from your room to the front desk Also very risky for losing some of the stuff2) When I called in to deliver a pillow to my room, the front desk clerk refused as he was alone on duty and was not allowed to leave the desk So if you need anything after 10PM, you have to go down to front desk3) They did not have foam pillows The front desk people did not even know what foam pillow looks/feels like The bed was very soft The room was small with not much light in the room The switches are located at inconvenient places There is no microwave in the room You can use the microwave located near front desk But just like locker situation, this is inconvenient as well4) My Marriott App mentioned that I had free breakfast But the front desk said that it is wrong and they will contact Marriott to update their system I did not push for getting free breakfast after see the other issues I mentioned above5) At times there were long lines to front desk since they only had 1 or 2 clerks working there6) There was still construction going on in the hotel, but we did not hear lot of noiseNow the good part1) The staff was friendly and tried to help as much as they could2) It is located on a very nice golf course So all the golf lovers this is the place to stay if you are in Springfield, PAWe had pleasant time due to all the festivities, but the stay could have been much better

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical at first when I walked in because it is not at all your typical hotel It’s basically a residential townhouse that was converted into a guest hotel There was no elevator and Although it wasn’t ideal carrying 3 bags up to the 3rd floor, once I got there I was quite content

The room was spacious, the bed was huge and it was very unique The antique decor was charming and it was pretty quiet It was an easy walk to city center and I managed to find parking right around the corner on the street One thing I will say was that the hotel was advertised with free parking on bookingcom That was false but I informed Brittany and I have faith she will take steps to correct that

This place is absolutely AMAZING!! I can honestly say that I have NOTHING bad to say at all in any way shape or form! It’s beautiful! It’s got an Amazing view of the Philly skyline from the Summer Breeze Suit! The area is very safe day and night We parked our car at a parking garage and walked everywhere all different hours I have NEVER stayed anywhere nicer to be honest! I think, for the area you are in and the beauty of this place the price is just right! If your looking for a place to stay that you can enjoy a TRUE Philly experience, this is it!I highly recommend this place!!! It is near many restaurants, bakeries, bars, shopping

Literally everything! There is a kitty there that I do believe lives with the woman on the first floor He occasionally comes out and roams around He’s a sweet little man and he will gladly show you to your room Such a sweet little fella! That was definitely a pleasant surprise!Brittany is a very sweet person She is who I dealt with before and after my trip I initially wanted to rent the pink room , however, It was unavailable due to remodeling So Brittney worked something out and we stayed in (what I now can say) the BEST room! She definitely hooked us up for sure! She is awesome!!I recommend using the spothero app for parking It’s super easy, we parked on Washington Ave I also definitely recommend the Morning Glory Diner for breakfast It’s just down the street and awesome!!

Billie Jay

We rented the Skytop room as an overflow during a family vacation The location could not have been better Just a 5 min walk from where my grandchildren live

Communication with Barbara and Brittany was excellent and the decor was so charming, reminiscent of a bed and breakfast from long ago with all the antiques There is a lovely garden that we visited but never really took advantage of that I would highly recommend for drinking your coffee or an evening glass of wine

Oh My Goodness

🥰🥰 This hotel is clean, modern and aesthetically pleasing The room was very well thought out as far as space and separation of the bed from the living area As well as there being several doors between the room and the toilet if you don’t want nighttime flushing to awaken anyone The bed was soooo comfy and the room darkening shades were appreciated I will stay here again when I’m in Media

Daniel Hogan

Our hotel was extremely clean and remodeled Visually it was beautiful The staff at the front desk were kind and inviting

When we got to our room, it was spotless and in great shape However, we quickly realized the our toilet barely flushed and only let a small amount of water down with each flush We arrived late and didn’t want anyone coming to the room to fix it late at night, so whenever we needed to use the restroom, we went from the 4th floor to the basement where the hotel exercise center was in order to use the facilities and to avoid any major plumbing issues during the night/early morning It was a huge inconvenienceAs for comfort, the best was great but the pillows were flat and worn, which affected our sleepThe website when we set our reservation stated the pool was out of order for repairs, so we didn’t not bring any swim gear When we arrived, we were told the pool had been completed 2-3 weeks prior We were also told at check in that the hot breakfast wouldn’t be available because the kitchen was being repaired/remodeled This would have been extremely helpful to know ahead of timeOverall, our stay was mixed The staff was friendly and the building was very clean and well kept The exercise room was much better than most hotels I’ve used But the inconveniences of the toilet, pillows, pool, and breakfast took a lot away from our stay I wanted to love it, but it wasn’t great

Nice gym Plenty of parking And the staff!!! I don’t think I ever once walked through that door without being greeted by a small and a warm welcome Everyone was so kind and helpful I really recommend staying here if you’re in the area

Stay at this hotel for two nights for a baseball tournament, from 7/8 to 7/10 It was approx 20 minutes to our places play Staff was very helpful from check in to out, I mean all staff down to housekeeping

Very nice considering all the boys that were there for the tournament Every time walking passed some one, they said hi, how are you Rooms were big and spacious, clean Hotel is right near a Cracker Barrel, Wendy’s, and gas station if you need anything They have coin operated laundry there if needed

We have loved our stay! The entire staff has been incredibly friendly, attentive and made us truly feel like a valued guest The design of the hotel is beautiful and slick There are so many smart and stylish details in the rooms as well as the lobby spaces and bar

The gym is fantastic, love the selection and choices…even a plyo box Hats off to the team as a hotel design is one thing but it is the customer service that really makes a stay memorable Thank you

My sister and I stayed at Canopy this past weekend and it was the best experience ever! I rarely leave reviews, but I felt like I had to give this place a shout out Not only is the hotel gorgeous, but the staff is amazing! From the moment we pulled up the valet parking staff was very welcoming and accommodating Our check-in experience was great and the restaurant/bar staff were awesome as well

Every time we walked past someone that worked in the hotel they asked how our stay was going and if we needed anything We will definitely return!

Hotel was decorated in a library decor Front desk staff was friendly Needed a code to get on elevator

Down side was NO fridge, microwave or coffee maker in room Also, NO vending machines or ice makersIf ice was needed you need to go to the restaurant when it was open King room was comfortable Loved the glass walk in shower

Rhi Alyxander

-no fridge (except a beat up one we found in the hallway the cleaning staff let us take in our room

yes, I’m 100% serious)-Mac couldn’t connect to wifi until I took it out of my room down to the lobby It was clear that management is aware of this problem, staff are frazzled from having to deal with it, and there is no plan to fix it We were told that it is Apple’s fault, not theirs Like other hotels haven’t figured out how to accommodate Macs-checked us into the wrong room-no free breakfast-free morning coffee is always empty with no one around to refillYes it’s clean, and the poor management gives the staff many opportunities to be friendly How is that adding up to an average rating of 46? I am baffled

Super clean and tidy hotel nicely located off the city centerLovely surroundings and nice viewsSpacious and clean room

Good amenities and professional staff Fresh yummy breakfast and free parking

Edit: Down to 1starNo Edison outlet between beds This really sucks if you have sleep apnea The clock does have two slow charging USB ports though

AC is weird Do not recommend of you love super cold rooms Won’t go below 62 and if you’re below 65 the AC stops removing a lot of the humidity for some reasonHousekeeping is inconsistent and always came in the afternoon when I was already back from workThey have exactly 1 washer and 1 dryer for the whole building to share And the dryer is brokenLocation is suboptimal I wish they were 5mi east because there’s a void of hotels there that extends to downtownThey have a bar/restaurant, and even a sign by the road advertising it’s now open, but the chef has been out for weeks and won’t be back for weeks Seems dumb to only have a single guy who is scheduled to cookFront desk people are friendly and do what they canBreakfast is free, and fairly typical Nothing fancy, but it’s not lackingParking is freeThe elevator doors close very slowly, but the close door button Does work and it’s worth pushing

Staff was friendly Parking expensive, but that’s all over Pool got real crowded with no towel replacement and water collecting on entire deck area

Gym was clean and very adequate Beautiful inside decorations Easy to navigate Great location, a lot in walking distance Room rates seemed reasonable Double beds make it Tight

Obinna Onyenedum

This is a wonderful hotel for every single type of trip I came here with my wife two years ago for Valentine’s Day and we had a wonderful time It was conveniently located with plenty of parking for drivers, a rooftop bar, and within walking distance from food, drinks, and sites

Fast forward two years and happenstance visit to Philly and google reminded me that we had stayed here beforeso we went with it again! This time, the Logan staff was the talking point, the evening manager was extremely respectful and accommodating We had reserved our room via a 3rd party vendor and unfortunately that room had already been booked The manager made the switch without a moment’s hesitation and got us a new room with a view The staff were quick with all our front office calls and even were able to store some food for us that needed to be in a freezer over night Want to thank the General Manager for adding the finishing touch the next morning when we checked out by offering us additional recommendations of places do go during our last hours in the cityIf you are in Philly you would be wise to book your stay here and put your mind at ease All around great experience at a really good price!

This cute 4 room Bed and Breakfast is locate very close to Main St in Manayunk where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars The room was very comfortable and clean and unique Mark was a great host, starting with confirmation of when we would check in, advising us on parking (which can be tough but I found a space close by), organizing breakfast time and showing us all the amenities that the Manayunk Chamber House had to offer

Pack light as this Guest House is in an older house with a narrow staircase and the rooms split between the second and third floors I would stay here again as the personal touch of good innkeepers beats the large format hotels

Tom Kissel

The Manayunk Chambers Guest House is a beautifully restored old house (check out the scrapbook in the main room) situated in the hills of Manayunk Our host, Mark, greeted us and filled us in on the history of the house and the local area We booked the City Room on the second floor, which is extremely comfortable, with a king cushy bed, seating, and its own separate bathroom with a shower and a soaking tub

There are no TVs or children, which was fine by us – on our 30th Anniversary, we appreciate peace and quiet The neighborhood is relatively quiet, as well I can’t say enough about the breakfasts! Mark is a former baker, and he still keeps his oven busy Each day we had an assortment of croissants, scones, and muffins, along with unlimited coffee and tea First day was a bowl of beautifully presented fruit, nuts and whipped cream, and next day was a fruit crepe – delicious! Mark is quite a conversationalist, and the breakfast chatter was very much appreciated I don’t think he could have done anything else to make our stay wonderful When in Manayunk, please consider the Manayunk Chambers Guest House!

Syeda

A bed and breakfast is only as great as it’s host and Mark is incredible! My partner and I had an amazing new years weekend at the Manayunk Chambers Guest house We love getting away from NYC especially on busy weekends such as new years The bed and breakfast is very beautiful and the ambience was calm and classy from the piano playing in the main room to the lovely dim lighting and stain glass lamps all over the house

There are three floors with guest rooms in each floor The rooms are all very beautifully designed and perfect for couples The bed in the Suite Heart room was super comfortable We were able to sleep in and have a wonderful European continental breakfast in the morning Mark’s homemade pastries are absolutely delicious! He is a wonderful host who provides anything you need The main room has wine, beer, water, coffees, cappuccinos snacks and even games for guests One thing to note is the parking in the area is very difficult due to the tight roads and the blocks are hill like so youll definitely get a work out each time you plan to go out The area down the block has a lot of different restaurants and shops and were beautifully decorated with lights for the holiday season Nearby there’s also many hiking trails that are worth visiting especially if you’re in the area for the fall We will definitely be returning soon!

Beautiful hotel Rooms are spacious and very clean Incredible views from the window of my room: the Pittsburgh clock tower—the tallest Masonry structure (582 feet) without a steel frame

The lobby is stunning The staff of courteous and accommodating One improvement that can be made is to the breakfast menu The cooking is a little bit bland

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any resort This site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you decide to stay here you for sure will love it I’m sure!Amazing service Recently stayed one night for my wife’s birthday, and we had a mixup with our reservation Long story short, The Ritz gave us a complimentary upgrade to a nicer suite after hearing our struggles Great place, Great Service, and they have a high attention to detail

I’m shocked that this property is still running under the Ritz-Carlton brand in the condition it is I am limiting my feedback to only things that CAN be immediately addressed by hotel management (and shows that they have wholeheartedly failed to perform their job):1- Rooms: peeling wallpaper, condensation stains near the AC vent, broken/loosely put together nightstands, no turndown service, flat out dirty room There were such thick dust spots on the bed frame that I’m led to believe that the room was not properly cleaned for months

Disgusting I wish I could add a picture to this review (I asked to change rooms once and the second room was in the same condition)2- Service: no acknowledgement of Marriott status/upgrades/benefits during check-in, doorman was 9 out 10 times chit chatting or not around to greet/open doors/help with luggageBased on the numerous reviews (which I failed to read before coming), the feedback above is not news to management So my assumption is that they simply don’t care (wonders of the tight job market?)I’m refraining from commenting on how dated the rooms are as the local management relies on corporate to carry on a complete property overhaul But as I pointed out earlier, all specific service and room feedback can be addressed locallyFellow business (and leisure) travelers: if you’re looking for a 5 star hotel, go to the Four Seasons This hotel is simply a Marriott-brand 3* establishment with the Ritz namePS: the lobby is nice, though
