We have stayed at this hotel several times when in Knoxville/UTStaff and service is always excellent, from phone contact to feeling welcomed you will find none betterBreakfast offers buffet and to order, always delicious

Highly recommendedOn note apart from the hotel, suggest not using Hilton’s reservations phone line The service has obviously been outsourced and not what use to be I ordered breakfast for my family included in our stay, was assured three times by the representative our breakfast was included It was not and the price was misrepresented as wellThe hotel, staff and management is super and a great placeHappy Trails

I stayed at this hotel from January-April and the whole staff is amazing They’re all very friendly and accommodating Indoor/outdoor pool/ hot tub , free drinks and dinner and breakfast and a laundry room were some of the amenities for guests

Housekeeping was great, maintenance men were both nice and friendly When the staff isn’t helping customers, they are cleaning the whole place thoroughly, including the elevators! Anyways, great price and location and especially staff

Crystal Kiser

This hotel is in a fantastic and convenient location Very clean, diligent employees constantly cleaning and are so friendly! They have a nice hot breakfast in the morning and a “kick back” in the evening with drinks and snacks, all included in your stay It has an indoor and outdoor pool (split)

Huge lobby and eating area that are always spotless! Brandy was always there to greet us in the morning at breakfast, what a great way to start any day, with a sweet and pleasant disposition Courtney at the front desk was so helpful and also a great asset to the Drury hotel Even the housekeepers were so nice and sweet to talk with You will not be disappointed with your stay here, we actually added some days because it was so enjoyable!(There is also a soda machine and coffee available 24/7, another great perk!)

Fermin Velasquez

Check-in was easy The front desk staff were very friendlyThe room was clean and the bed was super comfy

This hotel gets it…they had at least 6 USB ports in the room!!The breakfast was better than expected Everyday from 5-7 is happy hour and you receive 3 free drinks I didn’t try the dinner so not sure about thatThe work out room was small but did the job I didn’t try the jacuzzi or pool because every time I’d try, it was full of kids All good, kids gotta have their fun as wellOverall, this was a great stay I’d recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a hotel while traveling through Knoxville

Honestly no complaints We just stayed for a quick night while passing through the area At check-in at 9:30 pm, the front desk attendant actually asked me if I had a room preference and if I would like to be near or away from the elevator

I thought that was great service! As others have mentioned, the hotel is new so it is very very clean Breakfast area was spaced out well with a mix of tables and booths and the ladies were working hard to restock food as it got low Both hot and cold options We really enjoyed our stay here

BRANDON-ARISTIDÉS Diaz

To be honest it was refreshing that the front desk agent not only double checked why my key card wasn’t working upon entrance, but too k the time to show patience with my matter, that of which was honestly a matter of discretion and as I type, has done more than enough to make my situation a little more convenient regarding the status of the lobby , and his role as representative of the establishmentI hope most hotels rationally handle similar occourances with a almost suspicious, yet refreshing amount of security and hospitality mixedThank you, sir

Brianne Evans

Stayed here for business When the toilet stopped working in my room the front desk associate, Tim Lamb, went out of his way to bring me new room keys ASAP and move me to a nearby roomGreat breakfast and very clean and well decorated lobby

Our service and experience was really GREAT! Check-in went smooth Our room was really nice and clean Now the bathroom had a little hair on the floor but the OVERALL experience and staff made it all up!! We are DEFINITELY coming back and will be staying at these out of town!! OH AND THE LOCATION WAS THE BOMB! NICE AREA! Texas Roadhouse is directly behind the hotel in walking distance! Its so much in the area and in walking distance!!! The malls are close

A LOT IS CLOSE!! I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS HOTEL 10/10🤗

Pamela Pike

The guys at the counter when I checked in were super nice and funny The guy when I checked out was not very friendly Overall the stay was good but the bathroom could have used a good cleaning

Also, the morning I was supposed to check out, the cleaning crew knocked on my door while I was still getting ready to leave I would recommend that they have a schedule to follow to see who has checked out and who has not I would stay there again but I would recommend some additional training for the staff

Melanie Dillon

I stayed in room 220 for 1 night (double bed suite with a sofa bed) The room was very dirty I took pics of everything

There was mildew in the tub/shower combo, peeling wallpaper from the humidity problem, the furniture was decrepit, there were hairs on the mattress cover located under the sheet The second floor hallway has 2 portable heat pumps with exposed duct work going into the ceiling, the hallway must have been 85+ degrees I called the front desk around 10pm to at least get new sheets because the bedding looked unwashed/wrinkled When we were changing the bedding we found all the hair I went downstairs and asked for another room We were moved around 11pm to a room that was at least acceptable Upon check out the manager said he’d clean the room himself, I showed him all the pics Long story short I received about 15%comp off my original room that was over $300 for one night Stay at your own risk Definitely not a Marriott experience

My family and I stayed at this hotel for fours days and enjoyed our stay The pictures look just like the room The room was clean and the staff was friendly

Check in and out was easy I enjoyed the bar and lounge area The beds were comfortable The location is great but near the interstate so if you are a light sleeper the noise will probably get to you It wasn’t a problem for me nor my family though I would stay at this hotel again and I recommend it

Stephanie Jones

The hotel wasn’t what we expected When we arrived the lot was full of police Check in was a hassle

We booked online with a credit card we didn’t travel with and had to change the card when we arrived (frustrating) We have stayed at many Marriott locations and have never had an issue with not having the card with us The room looked pretty modern and cool but definitely already needs some light updates; for example, the bathroom floors and shower floor is stained and looks filthy (although it was clean) The mirrors were all smudged from whatever quick cleaning job or product was used Many dead bugs visible in the light fixtures Tonya, the manager was very friendly and offered us a 1000 card to use for snacks due to the card issue; we declined – wasn’t her fault Overall, wouldn’t stay here again Staff was excellent; hotel wasn’t There was a foul smell on the second floor

Bri Trieste

I have mixed feelings about how my stay went although I will not be staying here again Let me start by explaining why I will not stay here again This hotel for me personally is not modern

It is just not my style perhaps The shower was terrible, worse shower I have ever had The shower looked dirty just from buildup where housekeeping doesn’t properly clean, the water pressure was almost non existent, and so was the amount of water coming from the shower head, also unable to turn the hot water up over a certain point so to me the shower was warm at best You could clearly tell that housekeeping does not do a good job and do not care you could clearly tell they just came in to change out what needed to be changed and didn’t bother wiping anything down as there was dust everywhere There were smudges on the mirrors and the shower door The sink had not been cleaned as there was dirt on the faucet There were marks all over the door and the walls, the carpet did not look like it had been vacuumed Also the front desk and lobby area appear nice and clean but were not at a closer look, dust was all over the desk almost as they do not wipe it down frequently I will say that the female bartender (So sorry forgot her name) was very attentive and friendly, as for the rest of the staff as in front desk staff they were very unprofessional and had an underlining passive aggressive demeanor about them I needed to print something while staying here and was not able to due to the hotel not having printer paper in the guest printer, upon going to desk to ask for it the woman at the desk informed me that the hotel was out of printer paper all together and that not even they had it in their printers I have worked at IHG and Hilton properties before as front desk and I can without a doubt tell and say that this hotel staff is not professional in any shape or form and need not only staff members that care but also staff members that communicate with one another I can not begin to even go over all the errors I encountered and witnessed while staying hereHighlights: The coffee was great, the female bar tender was great (she was only bartender there during my stay, so not sure if there were any others but did not interact with them) and the bed was comfortable

Staff are very professional and friendly; they all watch out for me and very attentive when I first checked in, the room was clean, but things were missing on the kitchen, like toaster, coffee maker, no iron but has ironing board I suggest that increasing the cleaning of the room should be at least 2x a week not once or as needed, Covid 19 was always the excuse but covid will never go away

Lauren Goldberg

Yikes, we stayed here as we driving home and I’m glad it was just for a night The shower had an extremely strong smell coming from it The freezer smelled like fish

The beds and pillows were pretty subpar for hotels And the hotel desperately needs an update, non smart tvs in 2022 is a rarity for sure Staff were friendly and nice, hence the 3 stars and not less Would not stay again though

Great location, near great restraints and activities, and Jessica’s cleaning crew was amazing!! They were nice smiling and so helpful!!! They keep us taken care of and helped us with or bags The best service I have EVER had in any hotels They where 10 out of 10

For the price of the rooms I was expecting more as far as the breakfast (it was at the level of a motel then a Hilton), pool ( small and not very clean), and quality of rooms (more in par of a motel style)

Lauren Natale

This hotel has ceiling fans!!!!! That’s just one part of how the hotel makes you feel at home The desk staff are great and welcoming, the kitchen is totally functional, the beds are comfy, and there are even grills for you to use in the courtyard Speaking of which, if you can call ahead to get a courtyard-facing room, do

The traffic noise from I-40 can be a bit much While the carpets are a little worn in the public spaces, the room was spotless and the breakfast was better than the average hotel fare Highly recommend this place if you want to relax and recharge!

Patrick Richardson

I have stayed in hotels every other week for my work for the last 8 years and this hotel is the worst one I have ever stayed at The rooms have not been updated in 20 years The carpet in the hallways looks like it’s had Covid a few times it’s self

No hotel breakfast qualifies as good but this one isn’t even considered food The social they have on Wednesday consists of microwave meatballs The outside area is nasty First room I checked into was 80 degrees The appliances don’t even match Seems like plenty of foot traffic so this is a case of a very very greedy owner refusing to put money back into there investment Not only will I never stay here again, I may not stay at any Hilton properties if they allow this to happen

A big shout out to Howard and Wade for the excellent hospitality During check-in Wade was super helpful with explaining the details of our stay and local restaurant options The room was extremely clean and comfortable

The continental breakfast was very tasty Upon check-out the owner Howard went above and beyond the usual gratitude for our stay Offering us to contact him directly with some offers on visiting No wonder he has been voted best hotel 8 years in a row Thanks again Howard your a good man and we will definitely be staying with you guys when in the area!!!

Britney Setter

The service at this hotel was outstanding The guy at the front desk was super friendly and worked very hard to make sure that we received the room that we needed and check in was a breeze The room was average size I’m pretty comfy

We have a pool but I didn’t use it, but it looked clean and well-maintained The best part of all housekeeping even asked us what time that we wanted them to come by so that they did not wake us up I’ve never been asked that in all of my years of travelingThanks guys we really appreciate such a nice stay and excellent servicewe would definitely stay again!

Lily W

We stayed here twice on our road trip to and from FloridaLocation is good, bedding is clean, breakfast is minimal but good and microwaves/fridges in rooms are handy Staff is friendly

Overall decent for a one night stay, but could be improvedThe first room we stayed in was very small and supposed to be non-smoking but seemed sandwiched between two smoking rooms so it felt like we were in a smoking room, which was very bothersome as we had a pregnant guest in our party Cleanliness of bathroom left a bit to be desired with there being some black mildew in between the tiles The second room we stayed in was much larger It was also a non smoking room but again we had guests smoking close enough to our room that if you opened the door there was a strong smoke odor Carpet in our second room was also damp but it seemed like it was from the carpet being recently cleaned Second stay was better than the first but also on a much less busy weekday rather than a weekend

Christine Snow

First of all after reading the reviews here, and our experiences, so far, I thought my husband booked the wrong hotel If we weren’t here for just one night, we would be packing and heading out to different hotel Check in the girl at desk was just mediocre service

Room is small , beds are too soft we are almost touching the base Pillows have no support, very paper thin and does not help that we have an inconsiderate guest above us, forgetting that people are below him and after midnight to be even more courteous We heard every water running in the walls from above and him clearing his throat This is not in a quiet location, by no means, heard traffic all nightWhen we went to turn in for bed, both our bed spreads had blood stain droplets on them, waited over an hour to get new bedding and when we called the 4th time the one male clerk said the other one never came because he didn’t know our room number and they thought we were bringing them down Well why didn’t he as when I called him back? Then when they did come they brought only one bed spread even though we said 2 Also AC is right next to the one bed, literally So we couldn’t have it too cool because my kids would be Popsicles or wake up sick because it is blowing right on them Also shower curtain was wet and backwards The rings were on wrong and the cloth part was backwards over plastic linerNot sure about the breakfast because at this point we will try to get as much sleep as we can Since by now I have no indication where these reviews came from to give this an “excellent ” rating, I have a feeling breakfast will not be worth getting up early for I will not recommend this property

Only a one night stay but we really liked the room Everything seemed clean and the staff were all very nice The included breakfast was exactly what you would expect to be free and I have no problem at all with that

The only thing I wish I had done was bring my own pillow They had 4 tiny pillows for a king size bed that just didn’t quite work for me Not sure why they went that way but it was okay I usually bring my own on a longer trip anyway so that was my fault To sum it up, it was a very nice stay in a good, safe area

Mike Zimmerman

Spent one night at this Baymont while traveling Found the hotel lobby and rooms very clean and in excellent shape The most pleasant surprise was the staff and their customer service

From the front desk clerk who checked us in, the attendant who handled the breakfast to the lady who was cleaning up the common areas all were extremely pleasant and cordial Helped make the stay a pleasant experience

If you are traveling through Knoxville and need a place to stay, stop here immediately!!! I don’t know if this Hilton Garden in was newly remodeled or what but the entire placed looked amazing The room we had was one of the most upgraded rooms we have stayed in thus far (and we have stayed at quite a bit over the years) The lighting in the bathroom (for those that wear makeup) was perfect

The room refrigerator was an upscale mini fridge and the bed reminded me almost of the heavenly bed at the Westin (Almost)The bar and restaurant service was good as well There were only two people working the night we stayed but the did a great job considering how busy it was Needless to say if we ever have to travel through Knoxville again, we definitely will stay here!

Ranger Derek

The staff here is fantastic! When my wife had a medical incident on the freeway she was able to pull into their parking lot and flag down a worker They went above and beyond to get her comfortable until the ambulance arrived Grateful for your quick help

When our families visit we will be putting them up in this hotel

All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful, true southern hospitality The evening reception was relaxing with plenty of snacks and beer/wine choices The made to order breakfast was excellent and filling

The rooms, pool, workout room and outdoor areas were well maintained, clean, and comfortable We very much enjoyed our stay

Marc Neilson

I booked this hotel during a long drive from Texas and was blown away at its elegance and comfort It reminded me of the luxury hotels from South Asia, complete with PROPER breakfast buffet – no Styrofoam plates here! Plus the price was reasonable, especially compared to some sub-par offerings I experienced in West Tennessee for the same priceThe lobby is a work of art and there is a lovely outdoor area complete with fire pits

I had a suite and again, it exceeded my expectations with beautiful sliding doors, subtle lighting, and a handy kitchenette The decor was so perfect with a nice mix of modern and local flairFinally, the staff were super professional and friendly and check in and out was a breeze

Jo-Anne Ricapito

We were on a road trip and selected this hotel based on previous reviews This hotel did not disappoint! It was conveniently located off I40W, was very clean, had super comfy beds, a separate sitting area with tv, and included a full hot breakfast The breakfast was not your typical hotel breakfast

It was omelettes made on demand by super friendly and talented Chef Eric, Belgium waffles, along with all the other normal breakfast selections If passing this way again, I will definitely stay there

I visit my partner who stays here when he’s on work rotation and the hotel is wonderful Comfy beds and a clean homy common area are all great I dropped a star because the kitchens are very poorly laid out and not really conducive to cooking if your on a long stay and want something besides fast food

But for a few nights is an amazing accommodation and the full size fridge is incredibly convenient!!

The best Hotel we have stayed at, the rooms were very clean, the staff was amazing and the breakfast was great! Definitely coming back on our next visit! We were on a trip visiting through Tenesee and have stayed at a few Hotels some were so dirty but this is on the top of how great our stay was I wish i caught her name but the maid did such an amazing job cleaning the room

Hotel was decent It was a remodeled hotel, and the bed sheets, pillows, towels, and room were clean The tub was clean, and it was pretty good

I had a few issues, there was a leak from the room above, and I would constantly hear water dripping and hitting something in the bathroom from above That was pretty annoying and would wake me up I mentioned it at the front desk and they made note of that, so hopefully they were responsive and looked into that If it wasn’t for that, 5 stars all the way

This hotel and staff provided such a pleasant experience! Few shout outs here! One to Dinesha as she welcomed me late in the evening and allowed us to park our 26 foot truck with the auto transport near the entrance of the hotel She must have seen the exhausted look on my face as I was driving up from Florida and she gave me my room card with a few bottles of water right away Which I appreciated! Her manager, Alex was awesome as well

Very friendly, professional and let me borrow an umbrella to go out to my car Jordan was brilliant as well Providing me with extra towels and toiletries along when needed Last but not least, Suzy! She was friendly, personable and I saw her engage with the guests throughout the breakfast time The stay was great as well Comfortable bed, pillows and rooms were clean Will certainly stay again if the opportunity presents itself! Thanks again y’all!

I haven’t stayed here in awhile, but nothing has changed as far as the service and staff is concerned- all still absolutely superb!I checked in very late (near midnight) and was greeted by Dinesha, the night front desk clerk She was like a ray of sunshine and a breath of fresh air after a long travel day! She was just superb, and this is especially noteworthy as she just came back to work only 5 weeks after a near fatal accident If she hadn’t told me, I would never have known- this is one tough young lady!Hillary of the kitchen staff did an excellent job with breakfast, and Jordan did a great job with my checkout this morning also

Corey, the Manager, is to be commended for running a top-shelf operation If you’re passing through Knoxville and you need a place to stay, this it as far as I’m concernedThanks for an excellent (albeit brief) stay- see you again soon!

Super clean and in great condition, as seems to be the rule for this chain We love the footprint and layout of the roomsWhile we do enjoy minimum contact, the repeated lack of acknowledgement from the front desk staff was off-putting

I know we are all wearing masks, but that doesn’t mean you can’t at least look up when guests first arrive My husband and I were the only people in the lobby, getting tea, etc in the evening and did not even warrant a glance from the desk clerk

I’m not sure about the negative reviews on here because they DON’T describe the experience that my family and I had This was the midway point in our travels for vacation and it is GREAT!!!I had issues with my booking through a third party, will never do that again, I’ll only use my Hilton Account going forward However, Monique at the front desk was our HERO

She worked it out with the third party booking company to make sure we were able to have a room today She and the gentleman that worked at the front desk were polite and professionalOur room was very clean and even smelled great The space is nice and beds are comfortable We will be staying here again on our way back from vacation

We are HH Diamond members and have stayed in many Hilton Hotels This one has very nice staff but lack in many areas First, I requested and paid for a room upgrade but we got the standard room

Second in our reservation we listed our party size but the room didn’t have enough towels or pillows for our party size Third, the breakfast is bad compared with other HH properties The breakfast here is what you get at Motel 6 or Super 8 No breakfast meats, only boiled eggs, and no selection of pastries Forth, the place has no drinks to purchase, the coolers are basically empty with about three choices Fifth, as a diamond member I wasn’t welcomed or thanked for being a member, plus I wasn’t offered water when at the counter when getting the items my room was short
