J K (Traveling Girl)

Went for a wedding last weekend and had a great time The views from the reception of the golf course was amazing Made me wish I knew how to golf just to hang out on the course

The staff at the reception were all fabulous Very attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of We stayed at the lodge onsite A little bit of a walk but not too bad We actually drove to the reception and back to the lodge but you can walk it if you choose There is also a restaurant in a separate building between the lodge and the reception hall Nice place to have a drink when waiting for friends Again great views no matter where you are Would definitely recommend for an event

A Beautiful, all inclusive Golf Resort both in the natural beauty and inside decor It is a suitable quiet get- away or for any function from 25-200 peopleThe lodge rooms are equipped with a comfortable sitting area within the room

The basic needs of travel: irons, hair dryers, and vanity area are provided in each room Continental breakfast with coffee and teaThe staff in both the function hall and lodge are smiling and friendlyA small scenic drive off the highway, leads to your home away from home

Michael Taylor

Beautiful courses with challenging holes that make up the ingredients for an outstanding spot for an out that includes golf The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating The food and drinks were also excellent

The tournament I attended was held after some extremely heavy rainfall the day before, and while the course was cart paths only, the drainage from the water that was dumped by mother nature was mostly gone What could have been a soggy day was not, so a big shout out to the maintenance staff too

We booked a reservation for a friends wedding about 6 months ago We reserved a single bed king suite Upon arrival we were told they overbooked the kings and we would get a two queens instead

When we get to the room we just have two full size beds My feet were hanging off the bed We talked to someone at the front desk who was nice but kept saying we had two queen beds when we clearly did not We asked why we were still charged full price for a lessor room and were told all rooms are the same price This was not true when we booked but no wonder the kings were over booked if so The whole conversation just seemed like the car rental scene from Seinfeld “Anyone can take reservations that’s easy It’s holding them that’s the important part”The hotel is in a nice location but is very tired lots of things seemed to be quirky or not working properly Not a bad stay but reservations don’t mean much to them so beware of that

lilyvine405

On arrival we were greeted by a friendly, professional young woman We were so happy to find our room clean, very spacious and updated The couch was so big we could have fit our other 4 travelers I booked a room for , in this room with us! Security even called up to our room when my Husband checked in after us to be sure it was okay to give him a key👍👍

Every other hotel within 20 moles was 400-600$ while this suite was under 200$ Highly recommended!

I had my bridal party book rooms here for our wedding Everyone had a problem At first I had initially booked 3 rooms

A month before my wedding they told me I only had one room… Which I said okay, that’s fine Let’s just have a room with two queens then I was then charged for three rooms when only using ONE When one of my bridal party members checked in they said they didn’t have a room – so, she stayed with me Come to find out we got an email saying she never showed up to her reservation…… she DID have a room The front desk told her she didn’tOn top of this my grandmother is in the hospital so she couldn’t make it to our wedding They said that is fine, it wasn’t a prepaid room “we can cancel” two days later we got an email saying they didn’t show, and they were chargedThis is the most DISORGANIZED hotel I have EVER stayed atMy husband and I tried calling and speaking to a manager… we never got a response This has also never been resolvedThere are a total of 3 rooms that were paid for that nobody used because they couldn’t get the information correctly! There were groomsmen that were placed in a layout they didn’t want One groomsmen’s room wasn’t on file It was HORRENDOUS

It is old Deal with it You want new furniture go spend 300 a night or get an air bnb

It’s the cheapest place in this area and it’s a decent place to sleep The sink works, the beds are nice Sheets are actually nicer quality than most places The pillows are better than my own I laid down and it actually smelled clean Everything in this area is literally in the woods So yeah expect bugs It isn’t healthy to fumigate constantly I’m not talking gross bed bugs or any infestation, but like walk around your own house and really look You’ll probably find more bugs in your own home than this place

Keith

This is a relatively old motel that has been updated under new ownership The location is very nice, right off the highway in a lovely country location Very peaceful

The room was clean and well appointed with fridge and microwave, but somehow little flying insects got into the room and I noticed about 30 of them on the ceiling near the light Bug spray! Also, there was no clock/radio/alarm in the room, as was listed Still, it was a nice place and I would stay again

ROBERT RANSOM

DO NOT STAY HERE! Room was very dirty and both windows could not be locked The sheets were filthy The bathroom door was warped and would not close

Half the lights did not work in the room We booked for two nights beginning August 2, 2022 and left after one night Had it not been so late in the evening when we arrived, we would not have stayed the one night Had to give it one star because no stars were not an option to post the review

I can’t even lie after reading the bad reviews I was scared to come here, but I have no regrets at all bringing my daughter here for her second birthday She enjoyed herself so much We got the wolf den suite and it was very clean and spacious for my family

The water park was perfect, my daughter enjoyed all the kiddie slides, water and wave pool! We also enjoyed the yoga time, story time, met the bear, arts and crafts, and dance time which was all free! All the staff was friendly and helpful We also got the paw pass for my daughter which was absolutely perfect, she gets a free build a bear, the small ropes course is free for children under 48 inches, she was able to get free ice cream, free candy, 5$ game card and free goggles! The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the food was VERY expensive, no refills unless you buy the reusable cup Also, I wanted an extra night which was requested online when I made the reservation and it was suppose to be $250, but when I came to check in they wanted $500 which was not nice at all They should’ve accommodated me But now I know to book exactly what I want when I catch the sales

Worth the money spent First time going to Great Wolf and it was a good experience My child loved it and got to do the activities

There was a lot of people and the lines were long Overall great and really liked the first staff we met named John He was super helpful You can definitely tell who loves to work there as they had big smiles and a great attitude Will be going again in the future I personally didn’t like the elevators They should come up with a better system for that I took the stairs mostly but felt bad for people who waited a while to get up and down the floors

Marilyn leighton

I took 4 kids here last weekend ages 16,15,15&4 and we had a great experience! The older crew enjoyed the water slides and adventure parkMy little one loved the nightly dance party , kiddie pool areas & bowling! I thought the hotel staff were great and the room was too ! The breakfast buffet has a plenty of choices with good foodMy only complaint is how freezing it is between the two pool areas ! Bring a bathrobe !!! You’ll want it when walking in that area !

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were spacious But I am giving 5 stars because of kindness and courtesy of the staff I interacted with This team goes above and beyond to ensure its guests are satisfied

I left an important item at the hotel and Jennifer was so attentive, supportive and made sure my item was shipped back to my home Truly outstanding

Julia Green

I really didn’t want to do this review and put a bunch of people on But I had to From the front desk staff to the maids!!! Everyone here was so welcoming!!! I’ve stayed at five star hotels and wasn’t treated this nice

The rooms were very comfortable The pool is open until 10 The pool isn’t that big probably because of a city ordinance (meaning if it was any bigger they would have to have a life guard and it wouldn’t be able to stay open until 10) the food was awesome and reasonably priced!!! Another cool fact is fort Devens is right next door!!! I’m a boy Mom and that’s big points my son loves to look at army trucks

My family recently stayed for my niece’s wedding and all of the staff was very accommodating from helping those that needed to get some work done, find a quiet place to do so and working with us to find a place to gather post wedding We had a wonderful time! There was one person who stood out as exceptional and that was Michelle, the breakfast room waitress Michelle worked tirelessly trying to accommodate the needs of all the guests and did it ALL by herself for the entire dining room

She never seemed flustered, was engaging, helpful, and truly made us feel welcome! She is a tremendous asset to this hotel Thank you Michelle!

Nick Roger, the Operations Manager and Jessie D were amazing! I messed up my reservation and they helped me fix it Excellent customer service I’m in town to take my 87 year old mother to see her sister who is in a nursing home and Nick and Jessie saved us big time

Thank you SO much Hostel is very clean, way to get to, comfy beds and rooms are great They have a bar and serve breakfast on site (a little extra charge) They provided warm cookies and water in the room You can’t go wrong with staying here! Thank you again!

Paul Cote

Our experience was wonderful We checked in at dinnertime The temperature had dropped considerably and the wind was howling, so we decided to eat in the restaurant & bar within the property

It proved to be the right choice My wife ordered a quesadilla and I ordered the fish & chips Both meals were excellent The French fries were exceptional The waitress was attentive and responsive to our needs The room was just what we expected The room was a bit cool when we first entered but the individual heating system remedied that situation quickly We enjoyed a comfortable evening and visited the Nectar room for breakfast It was an above average buffet and an attendant brought us coffee and cleared the table afterward The cost of both dinner and breakfast were added to the cost of the room The only nitpicks I have all refer to the bathroom The towel ring on the left of the sink was becoming dislodged from the wall The coat hook to the right of the door is missing a set screw and fell off the wall when I hung my bathrobe Finally, the shower curtain has a lower additional section that snaps onto the full curtain This small section was snapped on in reverse I took the time to snap it on correctly None of the three very minor issues would deter me from booking this property again We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Picturesque setting , spacious banquet area, ample parking , easy access check in for overnight wedding guests Service and food was excellentSafety protocols in place, social distancing inside and out to mingle with guests

We had a memorable fun night as mother of the groom and I’ve never seen my son soo happy excited for his special day to arrive with his beautiful bride! The sparklers were a surprise photo op for a spectacular end of night touch!

Lindsay Trombetta

We just had our wedding 9/26 and Tianna and her team made our dreams come true I know I was a bit neurotic with all of my checklists and how I wanted, but everything was set up exactly the way i wanted! The food was incredible and everyone said it was the best meal they had ever had at a wedding and the fall bar was a great touch through the whole process she was always available for questions and helped us every step of the way

Every single detail I could think of was tended to and I am so thankful Highly recommend!

J Coleman

Stayed for a wedding, the event itself, the banquet hall and ceremony, were beautiful, food at the reception was great as well For an event it would be a great place to host, however, the room, was incredibly disappointing The bed was rock hard and incredibly uncomfortable, the curtains weren’t wide enough to close all the way so it wasn’t possible to sleep past sunrise, there was no extra toilet paper provided in the room (and less than half a roll was left when we checked in, not even an entire roll

This does make me question their cleanliness in the time of COVID If we are using the rest of someone else’s toilet paper, what else was being missed/ignored?) Only 2 towels were provided Additionally, the keycards to the room didn’t work Multiple staff noticed us having difficulties getting into the room throughout the night and none offered help until the morning when we were told putting the keycards near your phone will wipe their ability to unlock Still, even after this, we were not offered new keys These issues were mentioned at check out and the staff shrugged them off I am not typically one to leave negative reviews, but I would never stay here again, or recommend a friend stay here Save your money and go to a holiday inn

This place is a dump! Four of us stayed the night while family was visiting The room was tiny and NOTHING like advertised on their website! The colors are different, the size, even the lobby isn’t as advertised The bathroom was almost the same size as the room

Hotel websites advertise a pool that doesn’t exist The microwave has to be moved to use it because it doesn’t reach the outlet The television remote is broken The menu pops up when trying to change channels I strongly recommend you find another place to stay You don’t get many ammenities in motels but this is just ridiculous At least make guests aware of where they are staying so they can make an informed decision Instead either edited or fake photos are shown Motel 6 should be ashamed of themselves Garbage

Brittany Fernandes

To say I am disgusted is an understatement Last weekend my family and I checked in at 9pm, simply to sleep there as we were checking out at 6a

m for my daughter’s dance competitionAs soon as we opened the door to the room we were taken aback by the stench of smoke However that was not the worst of itI always do a bed bug check anywhere that I stay, and the first thing my 14 year old daughter did was lift the mattress, to find a CRACK PIPE!!!! We instantly brought it up to the front desk and was not even offered a new room I got a care package of air freshener and lysol wipes to clean the roomAt that point I did not want to sleep on those beds, but had no other option so we took a 9:30pm Target trip for some new bedding at leastTo sleep there for 9 hours cost me over $200 It has been over a week and even with corporate now involved, they have yet to contact me to settle this issueYou should be disgusted Motel 6 in Leominster!

Tonya Bailey-Curry

This location should be closed down, demolished, and completely revamped to meet industry standards I have never stayed in a location so dirty, unsafe, and poorly managed in my entire life I was uncomfortable from the first moment, had I not had a tournament to attend in the area early the next day, I would have gone home immediately

The closest option was 2 hours away so I had no option but to remain there I can not find one positive thing to share about this location other than the person who was cleaning rooms was very kind and apologized for the environment
