This place is just the best Amazing delicious breakfast is included, free snacks all day, am open do it yourself bar, and a beautiful venue with lovely staff It’s really everything you would need or want

The pool is so cute and such a fun spot to hangout and the rooms are clean and have so much character This is the best place to stay in Foley no doubt I wish there were more spots like this around the country I will be back!

Victoria Schlayer

My husband and I went for some kid free time, and let me say this place didn’t disappoint We were happily greeted upon checking in Staff was very friendly and helpful to show us around and to our room! We stayed in the presidential suite, and it went above and beyond expectations! Large, comfortable, remarkably clean, including the bathroom

The bathroom offered all the amenities we could need, and I especially loved the little details, like wrapping our toilet paper rolls into roses! The first impression was a definite A+ Bed was comfortable, we had our own thermostat which I was so happy about because we sleep like polar bears! ❤️ The southern breakfast was homemade and delicious! They offered a mini bar and snacks too! Only thing I wish was we had more time so we could have enjoyed it longer!

Tracey Ferrin

We had a wonderful experience at the beautiful Hotel Magnolia and hope to stay here again and again! The owners and staff are all friendly and kind, they went above and beyond to make my birthday special! We greatly enjoyed the generous breakfast, open bar, and refreshing pool We looked forward to returning to our “grown-up’s oasis” each day after navigating the summertime hoards of kids and families in Gulf Shores We stayed in “the library” and it was cozy and romantic

This room does not have a window to look out of, not a complaint, but we were surprised as there are window dressings and the facade of a window where one used to be (Again, not a complaint, just something to know about this room in particular if waking up to natural light is important to you) If you enjoy staying at grand historic places with generous amenities then you absolutely must stay here!

If I could rate this location as any lower I would Please read reviews if you choose to stay here, as these 1 star reviews are the most accurate I have seen Being a gold status Bonvoy member I stay in a fair share of Marriott hotels

I was placed in a non-smoking room that was full of cigarette smoke I was not offered another room, as they stated they were full nor able to transfer to another Marriott hotel according to the desk clerk I had to open the sliding door and sit on the couch to try and rest I had driven over 400 miles with no other option for the night The hallways were very dirty and hot I used a free night I had accumulated with my points plus another 5,000 points The part that I cannot understand is they REFUSE to return my night credit only wanting to give me 5,000 points back because they offer 2,000 to stay there anyway Unbelievable I see Platinum members on here who have also had a poor experience I truly hope they take these reviews seriously for future guests

Matthew Ridout

Friendly, competent staff throughout the hotel, room was in great condition and very cleanCouple small things that unexpectedly made my stay:1 next to the coffee maker we’re 4 coffee pouches per usual, but they were all regular

Whether an accident or just circumstantial, I found it to be awesome!2 Every single staff member I passed by not only greeted/acknowledged me, but we’re upbeat, positive, and at least seemed genuinely engaged I didn’t know how important that was to me, but I guess a lotI will stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone else needing a stay in Gulf Shores

James Bolen

If I could rate it lower than one star, I would I will tell all of my friends and everyone I see not to stay here It was the first night of our honeymoon

Someone pulled the fire alarm Everyone had to evacuate downstairs My wife has severe anxiety, so she was just a ball of nerves after the first deafening alarm However, after we came back upstairs, the alarm sounded again We asked for a refund, and the hotel manager on duty agreed, so we drove an hour to find another hotel We didn’t stay at this hotel at all but were scheduled for 2 nights Now, after contacting the hotel, they are refusing to issue a refund What’s worse is the fact that they didn’t even try to help us Marriott’s website says they put people first and strive for excellence At this hotel, that is clearly not the case

Ms K-Love

My family and I stayed for a week in 1908C which is 3 Bedrooms/35 Bathrooms it has a huge living room, huge chef kitchen and a large dinning area,Spacious bedrooms

it was very GORGEOUS and I didn’t want to go back home! The Condo was very CLEAN AND SPOTLESS We totally enjoyed our stay the balcony view is amazing with a hot tub and a grill there too for an option 5 star Condo! Definitely would book this Condo again! 🙂👍

Moresa Shelby

Where to start I have stayed here once before (about 10 years ago) and it was great Wanted to bring my family this time, talked about how wonderful it was, and was embarrassed how AWFUL the trip was

First night my sister was shocked by the button on the jacuzzi tub, the maintenance man’s words were “no wonder, the cover is missing” The room was not clean when we arrived-old noodles on the carpet, fridge was disgusting, candy from past guest everywhere, glow sticks left in the ice maker, etc Blinds were broken in one of the bedrooms that could be seen in from outside the hall Plugs didn’t work Lights on the deck didn’t work We had to have our washer, dryer, and dishwasher worked on/replaced Every day it was something new, not to mention the jack hammer going nonstop from 9-5 two floors up And the ROACHES Not water bugs, they were actual German Roaches Inside Talked to multiple people including the manager and all the help we got was “I’m sorry your stay was so horrible” and $1,000 off of a $7,400 trip Very disappointing We will not be going back and will not let anyone we know stay here Sadly something like the Best Western down the road probably would have had less problems and been more giving had things gone so badlyEdited to add- Yes we booked through spectrum resorts My family owns a pest control company and we know the signs of roaches Yes we had the larger roaches on the patio, but we also had German Roaches inside By that point we were so sick of having to call in service calls, we were just ready to leave Someone was having to fix something in our room every single day we were there

Rachel Woodward

We’ve stayed at Turquoise Place under the the Spectrum umbrella twice and have had a fantastic experience both times The beds are so comfortable, working ice machines and the personal hot tub on the porch over looking the ocean is amazing They also service the hot tub midweek

You also get complementary breakfast every morning on the 5th floor of tower DIf you book under a third party property rental you will NOT get the same quality or the breakfast We rented under ***** it wasDirty, the drapes in one of the master suites were down so the sun shown through, no privacy and made the room extremely HOT! Under **** the ice machine and the hot tub were dirty and didn’t work and we couldn’t get a maintenance person to comeAny time we have rented with Spectrum their maintenance team responds almost immediately Don’t make the same mistake we did, rent only from Spectrum at Turquoise Place! The beach is beautiful and Peter the umbrella and chair guy is great on the beach! As soon as you arrive rent your spot for the week 😉

Mary Castillo

Absolutely phenomenal Best staff ever(they gave me hot cookies and water when I arrived) ❤️ The resort is clean

The rooms nice, beds are comfortable View🌅 is amazing The weather was cold & windy & a little bit rainy, but it didn’t matter, the view was still beautiful & amazing Added bonus> there’s a dolphin show in the Gulf, as they were swimming looking for fish near shore 😁😁😁🌊🌊🌊🐬🐬🐬

Brandy Honeycutt

I really liked this hotel! It was quiet and not overcrowded It’s not too big or to small The staff is very courteous and friendly

I didn’t have to wait a long time for an elevator I love that they had a Starbucks inside the building along with a small bar and food Also offered room service if desired So far so good! And it’s a Hilton so you can review Hilton Honor points Oh and water bottles and warm cookies at check in 💝

Teresa Amerson

This is an excellent place to stay right on the beach for a couple or small family The property is well-kept and the rooms are clean and comfortable The bed was almost as comfy as mine at home

The only thing I have to say negative is even though the view from the balcony was great, we had to turn our AC unit off because of the return air blowing hot on us while sitting outside The chairs on the balcony could have been a little more comfortable but we spent most of our time on the beach and at the pool, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker There was a restaurant, bar, and a Starbucks in the main lobby but sadly, we didn’t take advantage of any of them It was nice that they were there though Everything was great and we plan to make a return trip very soon!

Lilia is a treasure!! She makes “The Original Romar House” the wonderful welcoming beach home everything that it is! She cooks delicious breakfasts every morning with the best coffee! And she even goes above and beyond with wine and cheese in the evening! Our room was clean and very comfortable The view of the ocean was a joy to see every morning The beach is a short walk down the boardwalk and the pool was clean and refreshing

The added history of this (almost) 100 year old home was a special bonus Thank you Jerry (owner) for preserving Romar House!

Amanda Goodenow

Great place to stay Beautiful grounds right on the beach Staff is attentive

Rooms are clean and updated with nice amenities The pool is fantastic Food and drinks are excellent but pricey Lots of parking, but be aware when there is a lot of rain the middle of the parking lot had knee deep water Strongly recommend you ask for a room far from the elevators and ice machine While the room is insulated to protect you from outside noise, the hallway noise flows right into your room with little filter

Tim Crimmins

The experience we had at the resort was phenomenal Starting each morning with Ms Pat for breakfast

She was always warm, inviting and wanting to know if there was anything we needed I especially enjoyed our early morning talks She is a true asset to your team Then for the afternoon “happy hour”, Melody could not have been a better host It was like having our own little private club bar The enthusiasm Melody has for the area and the resort made us all feel like we couldn’t wait to come back on another trip Thanks to these two but also to the rest of the staff

Noah Woods

First the entire staff from the valet to the waiter to the front desk were very helpful and welcoming My room was spotless and had a nice view The food at latitude 30 was fantastic but I can’t say the same about splash bar and grille food

The chicken strips were way over cooked and almost to hard to eat The beach was beautiful and not overcrowded I will definitely be coming back

Melissa Faurie

Very nice, comfortable hotel with great amenities and friendly staff We had an amazing view of the Gulf from our balcony room, which we enjoyed

The spa-like bathroom was very nice with hot water and good water pressure The bed was super comfy Restaurants on site were great! Our only complaint is that the walls are paper thin! I could literally hear someone snoring in the room next to ours, but it was no big deal Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Marissa Fitz

This was such a nice hotel and conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores and Orange beach but not too far away where you could easily run into “town” for anything you may need Close to dining and shopping but overall a very quiet location Easy to get in & out on the highway

We boarded our dogs, but I liked having the option of being able to bring them if needed It was very pet friendly with treats and balls and water bowls We arrived 30 minutes before check-in and didn’t have any problems with arriving early The last Hotel Indigo we stayed at, we had to wait until promptly 4pm to check-in, so this was really nice The staff was super friendly and accommodatingThe coffee shop was so good and the bar area in the hotel was super cute! Our room was clean, large, and comfortable, and the pool area was super secluded so it didn’t feel like everyone was watching you Would definitely stay here again!

Wendell Ray

First time I’ve stayed in Orange Beach Love the place and the hotel The rooms were spacious and clean

Overall, I had a great experience with the Hotel Indigo; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend for my son and his family Kudos go out to Alexis and Che who handled the front desk in the afternoon and evening From getting me toiletry items, to extra keys to the room, great advice for a kid friendly restaurant to a friendly welcome every time we came back to the hotel they were tops!

We are staying in a Suite while the closing date on our house was delayed, so will be here for a few weeks The Manager Gen has been exceptional and gone above and beyond in taking care of our needs here Stephanie and the whole front desk staff are a team of Professionals taking care of all the customers

This by far is the best place to stay from our experience of already the 1st week The housekeeping Head staff Genna, and housekeeping Sally have made sure we have a clean room The ladies in the Breakfast area keep it clean and stocked in the morning Lobby is clean Nice Pool area and Pet friendly This place stays booked Location is across from the outlets and central to everything

Snoop Dogg

Being a Hilton property we expected cleanliness & over the top friendliness, but we were disappointed The hallways were not vacuumed one time during our week stay Our toilet bowl, shower floor & sink looked like they had never been cleaned

Some of the staff were impatient & rude No towels at the pool Public spaces were not kept clean Floor at the elevators were continuously wet because of no towels at the pool Breakfast choices were bland Prices were extreme, over $1,600 for 6 nights! Pretty sure they have bugs! We will not be returning

Bev OA

This was our first time staying here Prior to our arrival on Friday evening, I checked in with the Hilton Honors App and picked out our room Upon arrival to the hotel, we were greeted warmly by the front desk clerk

Because, I checked in with the app There was nothing I had to do The front desk clerk confirmed, I received my digital key Unfortunately, we weren’t able to pair with the room via Bluetooth, due to a system issueWe were promptly given the room keys and were settled shortly afterThe room is nice and big and clean I love the fact, I had a welcome message on the TV with my name on it 💜💜The full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave as well as the dishes supplied made our stay even better The hotel was nice and quiet We woke him to eat a hearty hot breakfast They had waffles to cook yourself, cheese omelettes, southwest omelettes, muffins, bread for toast, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal with all the trimmings cranberries, brown sugar, etc milk, juice, yogurt, coffee, etc It was a very nice change to have a hot breakfast after all of this timeMy children went swimming in the pool and they even provided pool towels for themWe had a wonderful experience here and we were close to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores We are right across the street from the Tanger Outlet Mall 🙂 That’s a plusI would highly recommend staying here It was the perfect place for my family

Michelle Hines

My husband and I stayed at the Hampton Inn on Orange Beach 6/8-6/10 I want you to know how dissatisfied we were with our stay First, we paid quite a bit for a 2 night stay, which we were fine with if the hotel met our standards

To pay that much money we did have some expectations such as a comfortable bed The bed was absolutely horrible It had zero support and bounced you all over the place I expected the bed to be decent for the price and simply because it’s a Hampton hotel I had spinal surgery in October so we make sure to stay in a higher end hotel for the bed I was so very disappointed Two nights of sleeping on the worst bed with back and hip pain I spoke with the manager and she offered an additional blanket and sheet for padding……really? She was not interested in my complaint at all nor offered a reasonable solution I will say that the front desk lady, Vera, was very understanding and had awesome customer serviceSecond, our carpet was all wet We think from the refrigerator Maintenance did come up and replace it But walking on wet carpet for the rest of our stay was not ideal Third, the shower curtain set on top of the ledge of the tub so every time you showered water went all over the floor I had to be very careful not to fall as falling would be detrimental to me since spinal surgeryI’m hoping these complaints will be taken seriously Hampton advertises 100% satisfaction guarantee and I wasn’t even 60% satisfied At the very least replace the beds We will definitely look elsewhere for our next stay since the manager couldn’t even offer up any other accommodations or solutions

Melanie Garner

We stopped here, for 1 night, on our way back home from Florida The lady at the front desk, Liz, made our check in the easiest process ever! She was so very busy yet made us feel like we were not being rushed to help the next person Room was very spacious and clean

The kids absolutely LOVED the pool and the short walk to the beach My biggest praise goes to Liz! She has the best costumer service and that makes a huge difference to me when making decisions between different hotels! Thanks Liz!

Cassie Nix

The pros were the location, the view and the walk to the beach We paid for an oceanfront view, and the view was gorgeous Breakfast was also great

Most of the staff we interacted with were lovelyI don’t usually nitpick, but I was paying $400 a night and find some things just not excusable at that priceThey don’t have daily maid service, and you have to go down to get towels/toilet paper and take out your own trash Again, for the price I was paying, I think daily service would be expected You can only get a full service every 5 daysThey are dog friendly, which is amazing…but there was no place to take them to the bathroom The abandoned lot next door was what we opted for, but it was filled with thorny and burred plants They are not allowed on the beach (city law) so there are really no options At one point we tried to use a tiny patch of grass outside the fence, but the bartender from the pool told us it was gross to have them within eyesight and we needed to take our dogs off property to use the bathroom

We had an extended stay due to our vehicle breaking down and needing delayed repairs Very well kept hotel The staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating

But hands down, the hardest working and sweetest was Jane, who serves up an incredible breakfast spread each and every morning, we never ran out of anything in the breakfast area We now know a great go to place to stay when returning to the Alabama Gulf Coast!

Jesus-Daniel Gutierrez (JD)

Great location, excellent attention and wonderful staff Every employee was friendly and attentive The beach is a short walk away and they have their own private access

Breakfast is included, it was good and slightly better than the ones from similar brands Parking is complimentary on location The hotel is well kept and the rooms maintained on a daily basis The only downside I found was they don’t make all their available rooms available to be booked with points Boo for that… $$$$

Bleuzette

Miss Kim at the front desk was professional and was helping customers plus walking around cleaning and making sure the front lobby and breakfast area was tidy and full of coffee and condiments Then I’d see her back behind the counter helping customers again She genuinely cared about the customers experience and it was obvious that she took pride in her work

It was refreshing to witness Kudos to Miss Kim for making the world a better, happier place! In other news, we did enjoy our stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Orange Beach, Alabama Only two blocks from the beach and a decent price at just over $200 for a Saturday night We had a king room with a balcony The room was nice and clean and the staff were accommodating and pleasant

Great Hotel All employees where helpful, polite, and professional Rooms had everything we needed

Super clean and well maintained Loved having the kitchenet Breakfast and coffee where great Gal running the show was such fun, and took pride in her service Such a great walkable location to OWA with cute shops and great restaurants Will be back next year

Trent Carlisle

great staff and the rooms are large The room had a mini kitchen complete with stove top and dishwasher and pot pans, cutlery etc So if you need to stay a long time and tired of eating out this is the place to stay

Hot and cold breakfast provided, a small bar at certain times at night as well Pool, work out area, outdoor patio Like I said if you need to stay a while this is the place

Jeff Horton

I never leave reviews but I felt compelled to this time…the room was clean as was the hotel, however the front desk staff was somewhat rude-we had four people in a room (my wife and I + two kids) yet we only had 3 towels-we were told we couldn’t have a fourth towel until we provided a dirty one🤷🏼‍♂️ The rooms aren’t cleaned unless you request it and you have to give a 24 hour notice which I think is ridiculous They only have a couple of luggage trolleys (none of which were ever available) so I had to make several trips hauling luggage

There is an indoor pool but it’s small, highly chlorinated, and not monitored so kids pretty much run it Finally, but definitely not least, $240 per night is exorbitant

I absolutely can not say enough good things Drinks from the bar are priced a little steep and due to lay out of resort you may walk much further than A typical hotel stay

Rooms were spacious with lots of storage Both gulf and state park views are lovely Pools and fitness center are top notch and well equipped They even had nice corn hole boards- not the cheap boards Staff is friendly The lodge has private beach with no resorts on either side The restaurants have great food We loved that they had bikes for guests at no charge Walking and bike trails were directly linked to lodge!

Recently stayed the weekend at this location for a second time, both times I’ve been very happy with my stay I love the private beach, even during spring break the beach wasn’t crowded and was very clean All of the staff I encountered were very nice and helpful

The room was very clean, with one minor issue – there was a spot on the carpet that felt a little sticky like someone spilled a drink on it I meant to report that to management, but forgot to do so The bed was super comfyThe on-site restaurant was delicious, and service was fast and friendly each time I visited The prices are a little on the higher side, but worth itMy only suggestion would be if the hotel would better accommodate smokers I know it’s a nasty habit and I am completely okay with the rooms and common areas being non-smoking However, there needs to be a designated smoking area hidden away somewhere on the property For example, at the Hilton in Pensacola, they have a smoking area on the corner of the property away from everything, but is still easy to get to While a minor inconvenience, it was annoying having to walk off of the property to smoke Yes, maybe someday I’ll quit and it won’t be an issue, but stillOverall, I love staying at the Lodge and will be coming back for many more stays

Falconer Custom Rods

What a shocking and pleasant surprise this place was! In the area for a soccer tournament and couldn’t get into where we normally stay so we landed here I never, ever eat in hotel restaurants because they are consistently average at best Got ‘stuck’ dining at Perch the first night

and it was DELICIOUS Breakfast at Food Craft also extremely good and fresh The property and views are incrediblewe’ll definitely be back And the best hospitality/service experience I’ve had since COVID descended and wrecked hotel staffing If you are on the fencetry this place We love it and will be back!

The hotel staff were very friendly; always greeting when we arrived and left Breakfast was good as well with bagels, cereal, and changing hot food options Room service gave us towels and changed out the trash every day

Room was awesomely cold, as the air conditioner was able to keep up with a setting in the high sixties Great experience overall! We were in town for a softball tournament in Foley 30 minutes drive to the fields if you didn’t want to pay the $275 toll over the bridge coming and going The toll would save you seven minutes, but with the long line at the toll booth it often saved you nothing

Hotel is clean Suites are spacious Room was clean when I got there but not once did housekeeping come for the 3 nights we were there

Every day we had the task of asking for room essentials Even had to ask the housekeeper in the hallway for a broom to sweep the room one day Breakfast is ok Nothing to brag about Every staff member I met was pleasant though Hotel is in walking distance of the wharf, maybe 2 mins But 10 to 15 minutes from most shopping and dining in either Orange Beach or Gulf shores

$1,30289 – Was STOLEN from me from this SpringHill Suites Hotel We had reservations June 1st & June 2nd

My wife tested positive with COVID prior to our stay, on May 31st( the day before we were suppose to check in ) I called the 1-888 number on my reservation to let them know I was talking to a call center not the actual hotel I was informed by the agent in order to get a refund I had to call the hotel direct He gave me the number and I called them I spoke to Cartez, he informed me that he couldn’t help me that he had to speak to the General Manager He said he would, and he would call me back because the GM wasn’t available I waited more than 24 hours and I hadn’t heard from him So, I called back, he said he still didn’t have an answer, keep in mind this was June 1st and this was the day I was supposed to check in Then, I heard a lady in the background say, we are not refunding his money!! Cartez, repeated the message, I ask why, we have Covid, surely you don’t want us showing up to your hotel with Covid, that would be so disrespectful of us and not to mention all the other hotel guests We would never do that He told me my reservation had been canceled I said that’s impossible I was waiting to hear back from you!! He said the agent I spoke to the day before canceled our reservation I informed him I NEVER gave that agent authorization to cancel my reservation!! Yes, I spoke to him about the reservation but because the agent couldn’t give me a refund that agent instructed me to call the hotel directly to take care of the cancelation and my refund So, that was exactly what I did! Keep in mind I paid $1,30289 for my two-night stay Now, I was informed my reservation was canceled ( without my permission ) my credit card was charged $1,30289, and to make matters worse the hotel turned around and re-sold the room!! What they did was CRIMMINAL!! They stole this money from meI ask Cartez to please let me speak to the General Manager, he said the manager wasn’t available He offered the manager’s e-mail address but, I said no, I’d like the manager to call me, I’m old school, I want to talk to the manager To this day I have not received a call from the hotel Later in the day, I called the hotel back, I ask for Cartez but, he didn’t talk the call It went to voice mail so I left a message, leaving my name and I requested him to return my call because I did want to get the General Manager’s e-mail address so I could write him / her to share the story I wrote above Once again, I didn’t receive a call back, no communication at all from SpringHill Suites ( Hopefully someone from SpringHill Suites will see this review and they will contact me )If I could give zero stars, I would We were treated terribly!! This hotel took our money, re-sold the room, ( in my opinion they double dipped ) they were rude, and no General Manager ever called us back They took my money … and RAN!! I originally spoke to Cartez on May 31st and today as I write this review it’s June 16th It’s been over two weeks and not word from them We contacted American Airlines and Enterprise Car Rental and because of Covid they refunded all our money Just so everyone knows, we had scheduled this trip in August of 2021 for the Jimmy Buffett concert that was canceled because of Covid and re-scheduled for June 2nd 2022 We had been looking forward to this trip for almost 1 year The last thing we ever wanted to do was cancel this trip If you’re a Jimmy Buffett / Parrot Head Fan, you know what I mean !!In my opinion … Stay away from this Hotel !!!

Clean room Friendly staff Great breakfast host, complete with apron and slacks

Very professional 👏 She even came to our table to make sure we found everything we needed The reason I gave this a 4 star rating and not 5 was because the air handler didn’t seem to remove the moisture from the room even though the air was set to a comfortable 72° Everything felt a bit damp

Sharon Thompson

The stay was fine but the problem I had was getting my deposit back! I noticed that my deposit was not put back on my card & I went back and forth between my credit card company and the hotel The hotel acted like I would get it back I end of having to do a dispute with my credit card company!! In the beginning I received a letter from my credit company saying the $100 was credited back & I wasn’t responsible

So 3 months later I get a letter from my credit card saying I would have to pay the $100 On the letter from the the hotel it said I was charged a $100 extra cleaning fee but I was never told this when I talked to the hotel staff including the manager, 2 or 3 times!! Then when I talked to the manager about the extra cleaning fee, she said I never talked to her, but I had written her name down to give to my credit card company! One more place to put on my do not use list!!🤬

We had a great time during our stay at Phoenix All Suites West The room was clean and was equipped with all the kitchen supplies needed, including a microwave and coffee pot (even though we brought our Keurig) There were 2 bathrooms, and 1 with a shower

We had plenty of fresh towels and were able to wash our clothes on site- which is a huge plus at the beach The pool was clean and taken care of too The hot tub was pool temp so we didn’t use it like we hoped to at night The staff was super friendly and we saw them constantly cleaning the property We’d definitely come back to stay, and i liked there’s a covered parking Short walk to Bahama Bob’s and other places to eat/shop I only gave a 4 because I do wish it was decorated with a beach theme and had some sort of shelf on the bathroom wall for all our bathroom items (toothbrushes, face wash, razors, etc) It was a small space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers (bathroom storage wise) The view was just so beautiful though Overall we enjoyed the stay and are looking forward to coming back with our family

What an awesome location Right on the beach The views were awesome

With in walking distance of restaurants and shoppingThe room needs some updating and some areas felt a little tight with our family of 5The cleaning service is not the greatest but the front desk staff was awesome and very helpfulWe will definitely be back

Love this place!! Kitchen was well stocked Condo was clean for the most part Had a little issue with the toilet when we 1st arrived but it worked itself out

The mattress on the sleeper sofa was as steam cleaned as they said it was We were told they would send someone up to look at it the next day Don’t think they ever came Other than that almost everything we needed was within walking distance The staff was very nice Will definitely see us again during the summer

Our stay was pleasant and very enjoyable The staff was friendly, informative, and overall great The room was up to date, clean, and comfy

I would without a doubt book this hotel again The lobby was beautiful and VERY up to date It was also more convenient than we’d expected as far as getting to the beach and other places to visit around the hotel I wish the balcony had been bigger, other than that, it was pleasant

Andria Hedrick

The rooms are fine- nothing to rave about The service, however, is the worst service I’ve ever received from a hotel First, when we went to enjoy our complimentary breakfast, the staff completely cleaned out our room! We did not check out nor did we ask for any sort of cleaning services during our stay

When we found housekeeping in our room and our belongings missing, we tried asking housekeeping about our items and none of them could speak English We were advised to go to the front desk (by a housekeeping manager that only knew a few select English words) where the supervisor was obviously not trained in customer service as we were treated so poorly and she just wanted to argue with us and give us excuses that everyone leaves without checking out She says they just assume everyone leaves and never actually checks to see if they’re checked out! So our privacy was completely violated, breakfast was disgusting, and we ended up finding several things missing when we were able to check in to our next hotel The GM finally called us 9 hours later and basically said we could only get a 50% discount and never said we could have our belongings back! Also, the GM refused to speak to me (only my husband even though I provided my name and phone number for them to call) because my last name was not the same as his We’re currently on hold with corporate and just hoping our HONEYMOON (yes, it’s our honeymoon and we’re being treated like this!) goes smoother moving forward

Aaron Dowding

As a single dad of 4, vacationing can be very stressful, the staff made it so much easier for me We had an absolutely wonderful time Everyone was incredibly nice, our room was very clean and cleaned throughout our stay, breakfast was great and restocked quickly

Anything I noticed that was broken, was either fixed or being fixed by the time we left The location is fantastic, getting a great spot on the beach was never a problem

Floor staff is friendly Desk staff debatable We started out on the 3rd floor in a 2 bedroom suite

We noticed the room was not very cool and humid as we walked in Let me mention we checked in late We toughed it through the night 8 am we notified the desk who sent someone to check it That person called in maintenance while we were gone Hours later we get back to same issue Long story short we were told we don’t know what’s wrong sorry They wanted us to just deal We had to request to change rooms The desk worker did not have a pleasant attitude through it all and this is where I say the desk staffs debatable The air was much better in the second room but I can’t say the room is as clean as I’d like The carpet is slick, there was a dead roach in one of the 3 beds, and there is pubic hair on the floors in both bathrooms On the plus side the breakfast is nice!

Our second time staying at this hotel First time was good, stayed on the ground floor, 2 bedroom suite was clean We had to ask for extra bed sheets for the sleeper sofa

Second time it was booked by our friends, stayed on the 3rd floor, suite was outdated, air worked in one bedroom and had to be set to freezing cold in order for thebother room to get some cold air Again had to ask for extra sheets for the sleeper sofa Sofa had a broken spring, when my daughter was helping to pull it out it almost cut her leg open There was no soap in any of the dispensers Was not as clean as the first time Breakfast was fine; eggs, sausage, pastries, fruit etc
