Cyndi Haling

This room wasn’t so good Floors were dirty I’m not sure when they were vacuumed last

The smell is old musky The bathroom smelled like urine really bad The ac barely worked We were sweating just sitting in our room We were suppose to have a suite that held 5 which it did hold us all except we were lined up so close side by side There wasn’t a lot of room We paid $14000 for this room Definitely don’t recommend staying here

It was a last minute booking after a long day of travel We waited while a family before us were being checked in Not 5 min later, Karen behind the desk took the time to say “welcome! I’ll be a few more minutes, and will take care of you shortly

” Thank you Karen for acknowledging us! She should train every hotel, doctor office etc, this is customer service! We were then met with a smile and easy check in While walking away, Junia (Im sorry for the spelling), who was in training, said, “we’re here if you need us!”someone in training, Im sure she’ll be an asset to your company Many thanks to you both

Even though it didn’t have a breakfast, I would be happy to stay here again The hotel was SPOTLESS, it was obvious the staff cared The staff, all of them, were some of the nicest and most professional people I have ever seen

The phone would ring and the staff, ALL of them, would spring into action to take care of that guest I stayed for 10 days and enjoyed being there The kitchen was well stocked and I loved being able to cook healthy meals like at home The room was spotless, great towels, awesome large desk for work, great internet I worked from my room easily the whole time The staff deserve gold stars!!

Des Walch

I like this place for a longer stay Since they have kitchens in the room, we are able to buy groceries and cook instead of going out every night And for a guy that spends almost half the time on the road, that’s a really good thing! The room also has a nice, spacious workspace with easy to access electrical outlets

I spent more than a few evenings relaxing in the reclining chair with my kindle too!Now on to the things they could improve on:- the shower curtain in my room was behind the door That was a minor inconvenience But most people probably have the door closed so this would not bother them Either way, it was on the opposite wall from the shower, so you still have to cross the floor dripping wet- the shower didn’t have much pressure It was more like a rainfall sometimes- I couldn’t depend on the hot water in the shower There were a couple mornings that it was only lukewarm But most mornings the temp was fine- the table on the floor lamp between the recliner and bed is slightly too small If the alarm clock wasn’t taking up half the space it would probably be fine, but it is not a good surface for the recliner The nightstand ok the opposite side of the bed is fine- only two of the four washing machines were working when I went to do laundry The dryers were all fine though- I have a dented, empty picture frame in my room- There is only enough silverware for two people or two meals before you have to wash dishes This is both good and bad We don’t need bugs, and fortunately I never saw any But a couple more forks wouldn’t hurt The one knife I had was also dull It made it difficult cutting through my steak (medium rare for reference)Overall though, most of these are minor nuisances I’d stay there again

Robin Davis

I came early hoping to get a room but didnt think i would but to my surprise the staff who is both professional and courteous got me in a room immediately The general manager was super nice and made me feel welcome right away The room was very spacious and comfortable and well equipped wirh everything that you need

The bed linens were crisp and the room was immaculate i would recommend this hotel to everyone If you are looking foe a great place to stay don’t hesitate to stay here

Wonderful staff at this Courtyard location The hotel was a convenient location and as a bonus was two minutes away from a very large walmart The rooms are a little dated and definitely could use some maintenance and upgrades

Air conditioner didn’t work very well, and you can see light coming through the gaps on the side of it Hotel had a pool and nice outdoor patio out back Lots of military folks staying here who were very friendly I would stay here again if I was back in town

Crystal Lambries

Stayed here one night on our way to Florida with our 4 children Of course they wanted to swim to burn off energy after being in the car for the entire day The pool room stunk so bad it was hard to even sit in there

There was a sign over for the buttons to not use them for the hot tub, so jets couldn’t even be turned on Was super disappointed as this was the main reason we chose this hotel The room was spacious but little outdated I think we expected more Would not come back to this hotel

Carey Golden

Very quick, efficient, $ friendly staff The room was cool & clean but didn’t have an extra pillow or blanket Ask if you need one

Bathroom was well stockedOnly strange thing was the cable box on the back of tv was unplugged Kept trying to use the tv with remote & it wouldn’t work Just before calling the front desk, I checked the outlet & saw it was unplugged!

Everything was Top Notch! The young lady helping us at the desk upon check in was amazing, her name Tabitha She was talking care of everything all by herself The front desk, stocking the kitchen, and doing plumbing service calls to the rooms

That girl was rocking it And being awesome to us tooAfter a long ride on a motorcycle it’s always nice to have a pleasant experience with the front desk ladyTabitha went I’ve and beyond to make our accommodations even better than expected

D M (Devo)

My son and I stayed here along our recent road trip We had stayed here one night a year or two ago and decided to stay again because the last experience was a good one This time, not so much

The lobby area was dirty and had an overflowing trash can The room was cleaner than the lobby, in general, but the shower was disgusting Lots of black mold growing in the shower There is no way the hotel staff could miss this I don’t think I’d stay here again

C W

Great nights sleep! Very clean and comfy Pool area was great and they even BBQ grills for guests to useJonathon was very helpful and even took a moment, despite having a full hotel, to chat with us about local hot spots and restaurants

Highly recommended!

The room smelled like corn chips in which I sprayed perfume and get rid of it The bathroom needed to be cleaned just a little bit more The tub needed to be scrubbed and get the mildew off of the wall

A magic eraser could fix both The breakfast was the best we have had during our entire trip Biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs They had a waffle maker, fresh fruit, coffee, juice Very good breakfast Fix the room cleanliness issue and you have a winner

Liz Schiller

The room was quite spacious and extremely neat and clean clean clean!Kudos to the breakfast attendant who was present to assist with any needs, wiping everything down as she went alongPride in the workplace is unique today Thanks for showing us you care!!

Carol Olson

Comfy, clean, and reasonable Plus it did not hurt they were located next to a Mexican restaurant with good food after our long drive The only thing I would complain about is the TV did not work

We could turn it on, but could not get it off the channel it was on So we turned it off and went to 💤 I can’t say anything about the breakfast they served as we did not partake nor did I even look at it, so can’t even tell you what they had Sorry Good stay though I would stay again if down it way again

We LOVED the place The lobby is super clean, inviting, and modern The breakfast area is great as well

I have been super impressed by the staff working the breakfast There is always someone on duty who is friendly and helpful Not a single item has run out in the past 6 mornings The staff cleans after each guest is finished They are friendly and helpful The front desk staff has been wonderful as well We loved our sweet as well as the fitness center, hot tub, and pool One area that could be improved is skimming the pool more frequently Also, the housekeeping staff was super friendly and helpful I wish I would have caught the names of the gentleman and the lady who have worked breakfast this week My toddler made plenty of breakfast messes and they were professional and kind all week

Emily Pachunka

We haven’t even checked out and I wanted to leave a review We have dogs and this place is absolutely perfect We got the biggest room you can get with a kitchen and a family room and a separate bedroom

The dogs love it and there is plenty of room Everything is super clean and it’s very updated The lobby is really pretty as well I’m surprised that this hotel doesn’t have higher ratings I am usually a person that will stay at Marriott or Hilton but my mind has definitely changed with this experience Very pleasantly surprised and will definitely stay at the hotel chain again!! I also am a person that is one or two things bothers me in a hotel room I will either leave the hotel if it is Gross or switch rooms I am a little hard to please when it comes to hotels so take my review into consideration (:

Stayed one night while traveling cross-country with 2 young kids and our dog We really enjoyed our visit, so much so that we will seek out Quality Inns on our return trip The only thing I would change is requesting a 1st floor room as there are no elevators and was a struggle with 2 little ones, luggage and dog kennel

Not a complaint, more of a tip Indoor and outdoor pools Breakfast far exceeded our expectations, large assortment of hot foods and FRUIT!!!! The entire staff was professional and friendly My kids loved it so much they didn’t want to leave Great value, easy location off highway, tons of restaurants close by Hotel has a restaurant, bar and room service options Plenty of green space to walk our dog and let kids play Room was a little dated, but very clean and beds super comfy At first glance, curb side appeal, is dated, certainly not a big enough deal to be a negative Glad we stayed here instead of Nashville! Well worth $150!

Gwen H

It was a decent hotel inside No elevator & outside entrances to the roomsThey offered a great breakfast buffet

There is also a dining room & barI booked it because I was looking for an indoor pool & jacuzzi I wasn’t aware that they were in the center of the lobby I would have preferred a little more privacy Also, the jacuzzi jets were at the bottom of the seat, so the only part that got a good massage was our butts, & the pool was a bit on the chilly side They also ran out of towels, so I would suggest bring your own

Laura Stearns

Traveling with two dogs and loved our stay here Lots of grass around the whole building to take them out Rooms are clean and breakfast is actual hot food and delicious

I’m giving it five stars because of all of the above, obviously it’s not a “five-star” hotel Total cost was $180 for a king bed and two dogs This is the second time we’ve stayed here while driving MN to FL and it’s a great place to stop and sleep We’ll definitely stay here again Also the woman helping at breakfast was very attentive and welcoming Thank you for working so early on a Sunday to help make our stay wonderful!

Stopped here driving across the country The room was clean, reasonably priced and large for my family of 4 We had a king suite and the pull out bed was very large and comfortable

The kids enjoyed the pool And the breakfast selection in the morning was one of the better in our hotel stays The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating I would stay here again and highly recommend this location

Tony Swann

Kind of a weird hotel Rooms are small No Closet for your clothes, they literally hang out in the room

It was a very clean location The staff was extremely friendly except for the morning I checked out The front desk worker as I walked past didn’t say “good morning”, “how was your stay” This is a good location near Manny many dining options options but it is a PITA to get into They have a really good commissary

Brad Young

We reserved 3 rooms on the Hilton app hours ahead of a stay and there was a glitch that caused only 2 of the rooms to show up in this Home2Suites local system After standing at the front desk for over an hour waiting for the reservation to show up, the front desk manager refused to check us in with the confirmation from Hilton, and refused to call the hotel manager to ask how to resolve the issue and threatened to kick us out My wife has been in the hotel business for 20+ years and knows how the computer system works and was trying to help him resolve the issue, but instead he decided that digging in his heals was a better path

Better make sure you call and verify your reservationsCool off period edit: I stand behind my previous comments, however I will add that the front desk issue seemed to be due to a lack of training by the hotel management and Hilton themselves There should be a process in place to put customers with verifiable authorization into a room and deal with the paperwork, behind the scenes, the way customer service is supposed to workIt’s cool that they have several Tesla and EV chargers and the pool was clean The property itself gets a 375Next morning edit: the free breakfast and morning staff are phenomenal, and especially the gal who manages the breakfast area! Super friendly and she keeps it picture perfect 🤩 5 ⭐️ for the morning crew

This place rocks The hotel is new, sure – but its clearly well cleaned and staffed with awesome people My stay was flawless and super comfortable

The rooms were well appointed and better than anything comparable What made the stay was the little details in the hotel that wer e just better, the staff that were awesome, and the overall quality of the appointments We stayed here on a trip through the area, and on our way back – we cancelled a hotel in downtown Nashville that was 3x the price, to stay here just because of how much we liked it Such a great night sleepOh, and Fido is not only welcomed but well taken care of My Labrador was adored by the front desk, taken care of, and loved the hotel Just be a good dog owner, and you’ll have no issues!100% a repeat, I’ll be back You will love your stay too

D Young

This was our second time staying at this hotel While it is still nice hotel and the staff is cool The breakfast was also good

However it did seem that housekeeping didn’t have the time to complete the cleaning of our room It was started just not completed Our bathroom was not clean upon our arrival, (housekeeping did come in and wipe it down) And after she left I opened the refrigerator to put our drinks inside and it was not cleanso we just didn’t use it during our stay

Rebecca Dean

I love the walk in shower and the soap and hair products dispensers, I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t give you little bottlesVery friendly with my dog and accommodating for himIt was minimal design but with bright colors and fun touches

It was a lovely stay away from home while getting a house project finished

Hotel is clean and new, and no pet fee is a plus Stay is good (I guess), however we do not appreciate the janitor knocking on our door and proceeding to open it at 9am in the morning when check-out time is 12pm She made our dog bark and disturbed our rest

Not to mention, we already left a DO NOT DISTURB tag on the door too We didn’t get an apology or something (For future reference, if you are not sure if the guests are still in here or whatever, maybe check with the front desk?) instead we get a staff whispering situation when we check out, “That was the one that I talked to you about this morning”Staff is a little weird, but the lady that checked us in at night was nice, and not the ones in the morning of course And please do not whisper with each other in front of people It’s rude

I read the other reviews and I don’t mind an outdated hotel that is clean The lobby and staff were great My room was not clean and they were sold out for the night

So I didn’t have many options We slept in our clothes and didn’t use the shower My pillow case had a footprint The sheet had a stain right next to where I put my head The shower had a wet washcloth in it The carpet had not been vacuumed The fridge had potato chip crumbs I see the owner responds to many posts and recommends the reviewer files a complaint with Hilton Here is a novel idea… clean your own hotel! Don’t push the issue back to Hilton I would be embarrassed to own or manage this property

Loved our room Do to mobility problems we were upgraded to a larger suite It was wonderful

Spacious, didn’t have any issues moving a mobility vehicle in and around the room Beds were fantastic! Wdre were on the road 4 nights and the night we stayed here was the most comfortable I slept like a “log” Nice shower Will cont to stay a Hilton properties if everyone of them rate this high

Keep driving How this place received a 4 star rating is beyond me I’ve stayed at Days Inn and Motel 6 that were way nicer and at better than half the price

Needed a remodel ten years ago as everything is old, worn and/or damaged The fitted sheets on the beds were too small and would not even stay on the mattress Opened a drawer and found a half empty can of soda Only had interaction with two staff who were nice This has to be the worst Hilton brand location I have ever stayed This experience will definitely make me want to think twice and drive by Hilton in the future

I cannot express my gratitude for having such friendly/helpful staff Elizabeth at breakfast was so kind- Caroline (front desk) went above & beyond to ensure we able to stay after a mix up of reservations at a different hotel! They treated us like we were family This is my new favorite Clarksville hotel! All the staff are kind & helpful

Rooms are nice & clean! It was a wonderful time! Has a pool no hot tub- one of the best hotels I’ve visited!!

The hotel is great and comfortable but cleaning services is at the worst ever After staying there 4 days I ask for my room to be vacuumed The house keeper can and brought me a vacuumed and he said to me that the front disk Receptionist ask him to bring it

I was like oh no problem I guess this what they do here Two days later I ask for the vacuumed again just to be told by the Suppervor that they are not allowed to give out vacuum I was also told that my room would be placed for a cleaning
