The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, most of the staff is amazing BUT we did have an issue with one park host, Jim Jones, who seemed like he’d rather escalate a situation than solve a problem He was abrasive and rude on multiple occasions and when I asked for his name, he aggressively stepped to me like he was ready for the altercation to turn physical

It was incredibly unprofessional and it happened in front of my seven year old daughter The rest of the staff was courteous, helpful and professional for the entirety of our trip

Denise Underwood

Beautifully maintained park with very spacious rv sites & cabins The staff & guests have all been very friendly On a 1-5 star rating I would have to give it 10! Camping or Glamping this place is one of the best campgrounds we have seen in a very long time

Grapevine definitely takes pride in their town and parks! Check out their website and see all it has to offer You definitely will not be disappointed!!

The hotel it’s self was beautiful and perfect for what we needed I felt like the staff appreciated our Marriott status, and took great care of usWe were with our nephew who wanted to see the planes

The front desk staff set us up in a beautiful room where we could watch the planes landing right over us That being said the building seems to be well insulated and we didn’t have to listen to the planes all nightI was able to catch the shuttle to the airport early in the morning It was a quick, easy, comfortable rideThey do have a beautiful, large lounge for platinum and higher guests, and they are pet friendly

Jacob Tidwell

Overall, it was a regular Westin experience It’s a deceptively large conference space Room was comfortable

The lobby/atrium ceiling opens up 4-5 floors, which made it incredibly loud at all hours for those of us on the end of the hall Most of the interior restaurants were closed or barely/poorly operating, which has become the norm in hotels during the pandemic Staff was exceptional friendly and accommodating Banquet food was wonderful!

N S

Great hotel!Very clean, nice shower, awesome rooftop pool where you can see many airplanes pass byTheir bar is opened until midnight Beer selection might not be too wide, but I liked Dallas local beer

Food was great I ordered salad with salmon, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned!I lived the room somehow the floor was partially dump, but I only stay for a night, so it’s not an issue for me Phone was taken by nobody So I removed one star

My family has always stayed at Staybridge They are by far the best hotel Rooms are always clean

Housekeeping is always attentive Front desk is very responsive And this particular location was great I love that the rooms have a mini kitchen complete with a full-size fridge, stove, dishwasher and even pots and pans and eating utensilsWe did have a minor issue with our toilet not flushing but front desk sent maintenance immediately and it was resolved My only complaint was the breakfast Definitely could have been better But overall we enjoyed our stay

Megan LeBeouf

I NEVER leave reviews, but this was the worst experience in a hotel we’ve ever had The first clue should have been the stagnant, hot air in the hall, leading to our room Once in, we attempted to adjust the temperature to cool things down, but it never kicked on

We spoke with the front desk and both rooms that were offered to us were then “taken”, from the time my husband came up to the room to discuss which option we wanted to go with We ended up waking up our kids and leaving at midnight to stay somewhere else If we can help another family out, I’d say this: Word of advice, chose another hotel

Charlie Sanders

I’m late with this review, but I stayed from April 14th-15th, but was charged for the 16th as well because it was after checkout The area and the outside of this hotel does not match the interior The rooms were outdated and Room 318 had mold located in the AC register and the tub (see pictures below)

The AC seemed to be intermittent as well, even after adjusting the thermostat I told the front desk and the staff was willing to move me to the 1st floor, but after checking the room out (still outdated with a torn couch) I decided to leave and canceled my remaining time there The area is nice, but I would not recommend staying here

The rooms seem nice and the place is modern That’s the good part We arrived after a long day of travel and just had an overnight layover

Arrived at the hotel around 9:45 First, you should know that every option for food closes around 10pm So, if you arrive late, good luck Now for the reason for 2 stars The people at The front desk were terrible The customer service, abysmal The gentleman checking us in treated us like he didn’t want us there and was just generally douchy to us Then the woman at the front with him would whisper to him and they would start laughing which made us think it was something about us I know we looked pretty hard but we’d been traveling internationally for 16 hours Also, the staff don’t wear masks I understand it’s Texas and you think you know better than the experts, but you’re in hospitality That means you should make your guests feel comfortable even if you don’t agree with it You don’t have to wear a mask all the time, just when guests arrive

Cyn J

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and only left because they were sold out I’ve stayed at at least 30 Home2 Suites and the rooms at this location are by far the largest I have experienced The amount of channels available is also spectacular and your name is on the screen when you enter the room, which is a nice touch

No rooms were available when I arrived, but the front desk staff were extremely helpful and alerted me as soon as one was availableThe hotel is also located in a great area There are so many restaurants and shops within a 15 minute walk, so I would definitely recommend this hotel for those without access to a car

Lynn Cabanski

Pros:- Friendly staff- Two brands in one building so I could use both lobbies- Second floor has a water fountain with carbon filter very much like those found at airports eliminates the need to buy bottled water- Room nice and clean- Service level far above what I expected from a Home2 I have stayed more than 40 nights at various different Home2 and this one was one of the best if not the best in terms of friendliness and efficiency

Cons:- Microwave in room 342, the buttons are all in French If you want to test your French, go for this room I had fun watching my boys figuring out the microwave- One of the two elevators, the door was not working right when I was there It would close and open several times before it would finally close

Honestly the stay was great, the rooms were nice and up to date The lady who checked me in was great but the people who checked me out seemed kinda rude and not wanting to answer my questions The old man who is the shuttle driver is hands down the best employee on this property thought

Had a great conversation with him on my way to the airport and he’s really made my stay better with that

Dr Deb

Clean rooms Walls seem good I don’t recall any noise

Bed was very comfortable Free airport shuttles but night shuttle took 45 minutes despite the fact I called twice Other hotel vans passed me twice as I waited The morning driver yelled at me because I was 3 minutes late and continued yelling when I looked at him and wouldn’t respond Business degree, huh?

A A.

I am loyal to the Marriott brand because of the high standards Four Points by Sheraton Dallas Fort Worth Airport North fell far short of the Marriott-brand standards As a result, our organization will not be using the hotel in the future

Upon arrival at the airport, I contacted the hotel for a shuttle ride I was told a shuttle was dispatched to pick me up After waiting an hour, I contacted the hotel and the receptionist said, “I’m not gonna lie to you, our shuttle driver didn’t show up today”When I arrived at the hotel, check in was unremarkable, although the receptionist’s attitude was one of indifference, even frustration at having to process my check-inThe room was clean and modern, which was niceI attempted use the safe and found that the batteries were dead and the safe was not secured to the furniture, it could be completely removed from the cabinet in which it was placed I asked the receptionist if I could please have the safe secured to the furniture and the batteries replaced so that I could use it They told me they would take care of it A day lapsed and nothing had been done I asked a different receptionist if it was possible to have the batteries in my safe replaced and to have it secured to the furniture They told me they would get it doneAfter spending six days at the hotel, I left with neither task ever being completed and no explanation given as to whyI also asked for my room to be serviced and it never was during my stayBasic courtesies were not afforded me or my coworkers during our stay, therefore I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone There are better, comparable hotels nearby

Matt “Deadman” Green

Pretty nice Courtyard Marriott, plenty of space in the bar and lounge areas The decor was nice and modern throughout the hotel The room we stayed in was wonderful except for our view

We stayed here for my brother’s wedding nearby, and when we awoke the next morning, we were greeted to the back of the building next door Other than that, it was a decent hotel

Tova Heimeyer

We travel at least once a month, as we show cattle The room was 18000 with tax

Not bad, but a bit pricey for us The hotel was very nice No breakfast was provided However, there was a restaurant where you could eat I saw a small brown bag with chips and water at check in I assumed these were for the gusts since we had received these at many hotels due to them not having much food due to COVID However, when I asked about the little brown lunch sack, I was told it was only for the elite members However, I could drink the $600 bottle of water offered in the room Needless to say that was a bit rude in my opinion

We really enjoyed our small family vacation at this location For reference, it was my 11 month daughter, husband and me We didn’t really do any extra add on activities

Our room was very nice and cleanBreakfast was delicious! Definitely recommend getting the add on breakfast package My husband had chicken and waffles each morning and I really enjoyed their French toast Also, make sure you make your reservation for breakfast the night before It will make your life easierThe water park was nice It stays relatively busy, which I feel is to be expected My daughter loved seeing and playing with the other kidsAlso, my husband loved the pizza place on-site

Melisha Camile

The most amazing family trip we’ve had in a very long time It was everything and my daughter had the most amazing time ever as did my husband and IBest Christmas destination hands down

The pool, hot tub and the water rides were glorious to say the very least I loved the fact that we could have breakfast, lunch and dinner on site so we had options to eat anytime which was greatThe arcade was so very enjoyable, we spent hours and hours there as a family having lots of funThe atmosphere was amazing, staff was just amazingIt was our favourite trip and certainly looking forward to our next trip to Great Wolf Lodge and having an amazing timeDefinitely recommend this place for the family 10 times over

Chris Hearn

Ignore some of the negative reviews and see and experience this place for yourself This is three star hotel and it doesn’t disappoint If you go in expecting a five star hotel and resort, then you should have gone to one

There are a couple of five star aspects, one being the clean rooms My wife knows a clean room and she says this one is better than any The staff were five star helpful and friendly The water park is honestly a five star attraction It was clean, fun, had enough exciting slides for even my teen It definitely competes with big name water parks, just on a smaller scalePro tips:These come from reading the reviews and our experience- Get there at 1 pm for check in It was a little hectic, but organized After check-in you can immediately go to the facilities before actually getting into the room- Wear your swimsuit at check-in That way you aren’t changing somewhere like a community restroom (or your car) since the room isn’t ready- Leave the luggage in the car until your room is ready- Ask for a room on a floor you don’t mind taking the stairs to There were lines at the elevator throughout the day- Pool towels are available as a free rental However, be sure to verify how many you checked out and how many you check in!- Make a breakfast reservation the day before You’ll thank me later :)- Late checkout at 2 pm was worth it

Great hotel, especially for a long term stay I was there 15 nights on business and loved the studio room with the kitchen and full size fridgeMy only two complaints are 1

the outdoor grills need some attention/replacement One would not light any of the burners and the other would not heat the back because of the burners having degraded and blown out And 2 The in-room entertainment was nice, but the cable was slow to respond when switching channels It takes 2-3 seconds to display the next channel which is irritating when there is no TV guide to scroll through The remote would only transmit 1 volume per second (taking the volume from level 15-30 takes 15 seconds) Both minor inconveniences! The pool is outstanding and was 70-75° in the middle of a summer where the temp has been 100°+ for weeks The hotel has a basketball hoop outside and the front desk has a ball to use The breakfast was pretty good every day and the staff was pleasant to work with We’ll be coming back next time we’re in town

Kimberly Makay

Very clean, very nice staff Did not partake in the breakfast but as we checked out the breakfast area was full of apparently happy munchersWe stayed in a premier suite that was fully stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks

Plenty of spare blankets and a comfortable sofa The TV swiveled completely towards either the sofa or the king size bed Would highly recommend

The room was clean The bed was super comfy I enjoyed how big the shower was! We asked for a later check out to accommodate me and my nursing infant as my husband did some business

I was impressed at the front desk’s professionalism and willingness to help us out However, starting at 8:30am the cleaning staff knocked at our door to ask when we were leaving at least 3 times Twice they opened the door to started cleaning once was while I was nursing I’m not sure if the memo of our late check out was not given to the cleaning staff but yea, sorry for flashing the cleaners I guess 😅

Clean rooms Friendly staff Nice clean facility Very busy and great location with several restaurants around and close to a movie theater and the main event

Debbie E

Amazing service ! We were stranded at DFW Airport on Saturday, I called and they sent their shuttle immediately to pick us up So very nice and made a very bad flight experience much better Bed and pillows was so comfortable, front desk personnel were super nice and Sam the shuttle driver was awesome! The breakfast was great, and again everything was clean everyone was polite

The only thing was the room AC (window unit) was loud and annoying, but the friendly staff and great treatment we got made up for it, we were just thankful to find a place, and are glad we chose this hotel Hopefully at some point they can install a central ac vent in the rooms

This Hotel is awesome considering the location We just went for the bar after a dinner and it was great The bartender was great and the bar area is really nice

There is also an outdoor area that has a stage for live musicWe will definitely be back to hang out when the weather gets cooler And for the adventurous the train tracks are right at the edge of the outdoor space so you can enjoy the bar, jump a train to Ft Worth Stock Yards then come back to a comfy hotel room Does it get any better than that ? Maybe but you’re going to have to catch a plane to find outSave a few thousand and make a weekend of it right here

Flexibility with check-in & checkout times Helpful and friendly staff members and delicious food The vibe is very modern and new

Had a comfortable stay 12 minutes from airport, close to convention center and 5 minutes from downtown grapevine with amazing shops, wineries and restaurants Don’t get me wrong though, you could definitely just stay on site This hotel has a restaurant, bar and market with access to local items Also there is a fire pit and chairs outside to hangout when it’s nice out! Free shuttle to and from airport and Gaylord convention center

We’ve stayed here a few times, and I really love this hotel for a number of reasons! First, the hotel is clean, rooms are great, and the beds are comfortable That’s really what we all want in a hotel Second, the front desk staff are so friendly, kind, and efficient

Special shout out to Jordan – THANK YOU! Third, their restaurant is great Food is high quality and the staff is good at what they do Fourth, their shuttle service is excellent – timely and friendly Special shout out to Coby – your act of kindness will not be forgotten! Finally, they treat you like a person! My family and I stayed here before we flew out on an international vacation When we returned, our car wouldn’t start Coby, one of the shuttle drivers noticed we were having trouble, and drove my husband to purchase a new battery – going above and beyond Despite trying everything, we couldn’t get it started We have two small children, it was getting late, and we’d had a long day of travel Jordan was so accommodating in finding us a room, offering a late check-out, and just making sure we were taken care of They’ve certainly earned my loyalty, and I”ll stay here anytime I’m in the Grapevine area

Pros: Convenient location to DFW airport, convention center, restaurants, and shopping Nice spacious room Comfortable bed

Privacy curtain plus blackout curtains USB ports for charging available Small marketplace to buy snacks and drinks Restaurant and bar available inside the hotel Exercise space available, though I did not use it and don’t know what all equipment is availableCons: Minimalist bathroom design did not allow for hanging of towels to air dry Housekeeping did not check on room daily (I did not put the no service sign on my door) This caused me to run out of toilet paper On my way out one morning I asked the front desk to have housekeeping drop a roll by and the response received was “I can give you a roll now” Since I was on my way out I passed I assumed since I gave my room number that housekeeping would drop one off at my room I returned hours later to find that they did not and had to go back to the main lobby to grab a roll myself

The hotel itself is wonderful Nice rooms, beautiful lobby, nice amenities The complimentary breakfast buffet is great

omelettes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, fruit, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt, cereal A variety of juices, soda fountain, water, tea, coffee A complimentary snacks happy hour The front desk staff and management and shuttle drivers are unpleasant and at times rude The staff doesn’t seem to be the quality of typical Embassy Suites/Hilton Staff which are known to be professional and top notch/customer oriented

Deepak Patil

Shuttle arrived within minutes after requesting Easy 5 min ride to hotel from airport Front desk was very welcoming

They had cocktails and snacks when we arrived Room was very clean Next door neighbors were very loud and it felt like walls were paper thin Complementary breakfast was amazing Omelette counter was super efficient and made some good omelettes

Teresa Baker

Love this hotel, very clean The staff is friendly, food and drinks are great Shuttle to airport runs every 30 minutes

The only Downfall was long-term parkingWhen I called Hilton they quoted me 1000 per night for parking even with me staying the night before my flight I went online and found a parking offer by a 3rd party that was much cheaper, and you don’t even have to stay at this location

Overall, I had a good stay The hotel is beautiful My king room was very comfortable

Nice bathroom with large showerMy only complaint is the $23 continental breakfast There is someone making omelettes if you want one, but the rest of the food is your standard continental breakfast fare There aren’t any other breakfast options nearby, so you’re kinda stuck paying it if you want something to eat Really overpriced for toast, scrambled eggs, and fruit

I am a flight attendant and i can personally say that i loved this hotel room It was so beautiful and clean and felt so fresh The bathroom was floor to ceiling beautiful gold swirled white marble and had 3 different lights

It feels so expensive and cleanThe hotel driver, Tracy was so friendly and caring I wasn’t sure if my reservation was for AP north or south She walked in with me to AP north and waited for me until i had my reservation confirmed and i was checked in She was planning to take me to AP south if i was at the wrong hotel Thank you again Tracy

Overall our stay was good However we had one incident that really left a bad impression My husband and I were in town for a conference for a couple of days

The front desk had told us that our room would not receive cleaning services since it was a short stay We were fine with that and we even put our “Do not Disturb” sign before we would leave our room During the conference we had a very short break so we decided to head to our room so we could rest a bit Imagine our surprise when we find a maintenance guy inside our room fixing a leak We had noticed a small drip when we checked into our room but we did not report it since we knew we were not staying long I did not like that I was not informed about someone entering our room We asked the maintenance guy if he could leave and return in 45 minutes so we could rest It took him forever to ask his manager and then to gather his things We just decided to leave and head back to the conference When I asked the front desk why I was not notified about this, she said they tried calling the room but we were not there I told her they had my number and could have called or left a message She said she knew we were at the conference and did not want to bother us I would have much rather preferred for her to call me than to have wasted our time driving back to our room and not being able to rest We always bend and offer people grace but this really caught us off guard When we rent a room, we expect to come and go as we please without encountering any surprise visits unless it’s an emergency

I was here for a business conference It was clean, well kept and nicely decorated It’s in a fantastic location, near DFW airport and major roads

The food served dor our meeting was okay, but did provide a lot should you be hungryIf you had a craving or need for headache medicine, etc, there is a small area for purchase of those items Candy bars start at $3Overall, this is a nice hotelThe restrooms were clean

It’s average Management needs to train all staff better Do kids eat free at breakfast or not

Why does my room rate include only breakfast for 1 but I have 2 adults and 2 children Isn’t the rate based on 4 occupants?Stayed there a month Never asked for room clean as we did it our self The one time we asked for room clean they didn’t change the sheets and didn’t vacuumed Lazy

The friendly and helpful staff is what mostly made my stay go well The fitness center is a tad small, however guest are able to use the huge gym next door for free There are rumors of that gym closing however

The food could use improving as far as expanding the menu and having it at an affordable price The beds are alright Could be more comfortable
