I am never disappointed when I choose Hampton inn The staff is always friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay is pleasant The amenity facilities here are very well kept and clean

The breakfast was good and there are ample options to choose from The coffee and hot water area is free to guests 24/7 which I found superb The snack area also had a variety of items up for purchase at your leisure I enjoy the fact they have plates and cutlery available to you for free! An amazing stay! Can’t wait to return to this convenient location!

On March 14 my sister & I went to Guthrie and I reserved a room there Erica was the one that took care of us and exceeded our expectations Our room wasn’t ready & she fixed that

Suggested a restaurant nearby & when I asked for a mask because I forgot mine, she provided me with one She was really sweet! The accomodations and breakfast was great Will stay there again!

The only issue is the delayed breakfast So push your meds and meetings back and be prepared to be late for work The staff here is very friendly and helpful though

Update: Someone at the front desk woke my wife up to offer us a wine opener, which was definitely the wrong room I wonder if the others ever got their wine opener SmhUpdate: I did appreciate Kyle going above and beyond to help me checking in Tracey was also nice when checking out The house cleaners also did a great jobRatings went from 2-1-3 stars

This facility is completely overbooked, understaffed, no cleaning services available timely as they are understaffed and poorly managed by the General Manager Kyle AllenMy cards were over charged by 1k by Kyle and monies can’t be returned for 5-7 daysMy request for towels, trash liners, dish washer soap, bed sheet changes etc

were continuously fallen on deaf ears ie I asked for towel service in a cleaning and received 1 adult towel and 1 swimming towel for 3 people staying in the room, I would get a trash liner for 30 gal trash container for a 2 gallon trash canThey are never at the desk and you have to wait several minutes before being able to tell them to charge a snack and waters to the room Their out door hangout areas were filled with cigarette butts and cushions and chairs always disheveled nothing like the pictures online I could hang out there with the kids as I thought it was like hanging at a frat house I noticed a corridor mess (crushed chips on the ground) that went a week before being cleaned Wasn’t cleaned until I pointed it out to themAfter a week of poor service and my frustration at its peak, I made a very assertive complaint after arriving in my uncleaned and unattended room that I had a 4 day request for cleaning, and the General Manager hung up on me because he didn’t like what I was saying Out of heightened frustration I threw my overflowed trash in the hallway and shared with him there was trash to come collect He pounded on my door at 10 pm and called my room multiple times I told my kids to not answer The next morning as I’m leaving for work, he told me to have my stuff out by 12pm or he would call the police for trespassing I was scheduled to stay there for 3 weeks with my two young kids My kids heard his aggression at the door and call that late evening I then had to take off work for the morning to move hotels as Marriot customer services sided with him saying there was nothing they can doNEVER STAY HERE!

Nice place In another review, I mentioned that there was an”incidentals” charge at check-in of about $25 I was concerned that they wouldn’t refund it at checkout

But, thankfully they did, so no complaints now Room was big and had everything needed for a long stay such as frigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and china and utensils The buffet breakfast was excellent! Scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, yoghurt, juice, pastries, and at least 4 kinds of fresh fruit There was another hot food container but I forgot to look inside Plenty of hot coffee and hot water Grateful for the hot water because I had to weaken the coffee because I don’t like it so strong About one minute walk to Panera Bread About a 4 minute walk from the surgical center where cataract surgery takes place No maid service unless you stay 5 days according to a posted notice near the elevator

My family and I stayed here while attending a wedding We stayed for one night It was clean, the breakfast was really good and had something for everyone, including: biscuits, sausage gravy, pork and turkey sausage, cereal, pancakes, muffins, yogurt, coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt, juice and probably a few other items

I stayed in a king suite – king sized bed with a couchThe staff was very friendly and easy to talk to The location was quiet and felt safe There’s a gas station & convenience store a short walk away along with a liquor store (turn up!) The highway is easily accessible as well I would stay here again 🙂

As other reviewers have mentioned, the room was clean and comfortable, and the price was very good We found the location to be convenient to many places to eat, and we had a restful nights sleep The bathroom was brilliant white, and I had the best shower I have had in years

Plenty of hot water, great pressure, and great water flow rate — no shampoo left in my hair I am sorry to have to return home where my own shower is not as good

I have been here for the past 2 months and everyday since Day One has been awesome The prices are a bit steep but! It’s definitely worth the 💲 The rooms are clean

The beds are nicely made All appliances work No bugs of any kind! But for me what tops it off Is the AMAZING STAFF! They are all soooo nice an helpful an kind It’s hard to find hotels with actual staff who genuinely care 5 stars 🤩

Cindy Santilli

The hotel seemed very clean but after walking in our room we became aware that the carpet was very dirty My husband’s feet actually got dirty from it I did tell management when I left

Coffee wasn’t restocked in our room so it may just be a room/housekeeping issue I was really disappointed with the hot breakfast that was promised Sausage, biscuits and gravy No sausage, no gravy Even if the hotel isn’t full, you should take care of the tenants that are there

When I made the reservations weeks in advance via phone, I specifically asked for two rooms next door to each other This was due to I was bringing multiple kids with me and since they would be in their own room I wanted them next door so I could keep an eye on them I also went over check in time with the gentleman on the phone

We were going to be getting in a couple hours before their normal check in time and the gentleman assured me that would be okWhen we arrived, the gentleman behind the counter (who I’m positive was the same one I made the reservation with) did not seem too happy that we were checking in early On top of that, suddenly we were no longer getting two rooms next to each other We would be two rooms apart We were in a hurry and so I told the guy that was fine, we’d make it work Up in our rooms though, we were very unhappy to discover that the toilets in BOTH rooms did not work On the way out to our first appointment, I told this to the gentleman at the front desk His reaction was “Oh please don’t tell me that”When we returned late that evening, there was a young man at the desk I asked it the toilet situation had been fixed He said they were able to fix the toilet in one of our rooms but not the other, so they would have to move the kids to another room We were now FOUR rooms apart! When I voiced my dissatisfaction with this, the young man tried to blame it on that they were busy I told him that’s why I had made this thing called a RESERVATION weeks ago! When we finally got to settle in for the night, that’s when we started finding how unclean and gross the rooms were The sliding bathroom door had mold all over the bathroom side of the door When looking for an outlet for my phone charger, I made the mistake of peeking behind the nightstand The dust and filth caking the cords was appalling The clock on the nightstand did not workUltimately it was a dreadful experience

Checked in around 10:30 pm Fair price Reviews are mostly positive, so decided to go with Sleep Inn

The front desk employee was uncommunicative and not very welcoming We checked in to room 214 Room was okay until further inspection Comforter had a big yellow stain on it Also, we found a dead insect near the night stand and a live cockroach crawling on the shower door Reciprocated our issues to the front desk He wasn’t empathetic with our concerns, but did allow us to change room; however, it was too close for comfort I can’t imagine the new room, room 219, does not have roaches either I decided to have him refund me and cancel my reservation We left and booked a room at La Quinta next door Definitely worth the $20 more spent!

Loved this hotel for our stay while visiting family in Edmond Loved the room! It was very spacious and having a kitchenette was fantastic (King sized studio suite) front desk was always very polite and accommodating

We had to extend our stay a day due to a canceled flight and the hotel was more than willing to make the arrangements so we could keep our same room Very comfortable room, comfortable bed! The couch and tv area is great too We overall absolutely loved this hotel Will definitely stay again! Thank you

Pro: The location is nice and convenient and staff is kind Large roomCon: The room we were initially put in smelled of vomit, toilet didn’t work, door was left ajar when we got to it, and there was visible vomit in the sink

The 2nd room still had an odor not quite like the other, floor was sticky in the kitchen area, beds were springy yet hard, sheets were crusty and rough Overall the room did not feel clean especially for the priceThe ice maker and wifi were not working properly And the downstairs hallway is very smelly!

Everything about my stay here was A++ I stopped at this facility for a whole two weeks and so feel that I have a good feeling for how it is run The manager, Brian, went out of his way to make my stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible

And then his team – Meeka, Tammy, Dee Dee, Rachel, Kirsten and Brandy – all had pleasant smiles and helpful manners – at one point I even got some extra salad dressing as I had run out 😊! The room was comfortable and spacious, the air conditioning worked well, they even had a table and chairs in my room I had a somewhat last-minute family get together and this team made that happen smoothy as well As a handicapped traveler, I’m always on the lookout for places that meet my unique needs, I’ll be staying here again!

My husband was not too keen on dressing up and having to play a part, but ended up loving it, we will definitely come back and do again! And whatever they are paying the staff and cook, they need to double it, because food was beautiful and tasty with large portions and the staff was professional and friendly!!

Let’s be honest This place deserves a 5 star I am only giving this an honest 4 star because I can’t give it a 4

99 because it needs a few updates IE new coffee pot, squeaky bed, shower heads need some serious CLR, and the toilet is VERY low to the ground But let’s get past that Gary and Martha TRULY go WAAAAY above and beyond here The personal touches are amazing They truly make you feel like this is YOUR cabin From the notes at the door, beside the bed, IN the fridge with breakfast, the do not disturb sign WITH OUR NAMES on them, robes and slippers They left cookies and snacks, movies galore! SUPER clean cabin I really felt as if I could eat off of the floors We will 100% be trying the rest of their cabins Thank you for an amazing 14th anniversary get away!!

This is a cute little eclectic cottage(s) rach of which have a “theme” and is set back in a quiet area not far from the city Good place to relax and get some couple alone time Nothing fancy, they have thought of a lot of the small details that other places do not provide

As long as you keep in mind that you are in a cottage in the woods and dont have unnecessary expectations, it is a nice quiet stay

I booked a 2 bedroom King suite for our family of four on a recent road trip About a week prior we received a call that the room wasn’t available due to remodeling and they needed to put us in a smaller King room I explained that we would gladly take the smaller room but that we need a sleeper sofa because we had two kids

I was told that wasn’t a problem When we showed up for our reservation we had to wait a bit (I understand staff has other priorities) and then were pushed through reception without even my ID being checked No recognition for Titanium status or mention of the room downgrade When we got up to the room it was a standard King room with a twin size sleeper sofa, not what we paid for and not even the reduction that we were told we would get Worst of all, I check my folio the next day and they still charged me the negotiated rate for the 2 bedroom suite Extra star is for cleanliness
