I cannot sing the praises of this place enough! For our ten-year anniversary, my husband and I booked a resort vacation outside of Orlando To our dismay, we discovered on arrival that the resort had dropped the ball entirely, and we were suddenly left in Florida with no plans and nowhere to stay One quick Google search later, we pulled into Aloft with few prospects and less patience

We were greeted by a clean, welcoming, sharply designed common space, and an absolute angel named NebraskaNebraska was warm, kind, and very knowledgeable We pulled up to her desk, desperate and travel-weary, and she reassured us immediately that yes, there were rooms available and yes, she could assist us in getting checked in She so swiftly and completely solved our problem that for a minute I thought I was dreamingFrom that moment forward, our entire trip was saved The whole facility has a cool, colorful, modern design really appealing to young(-ish) adults like myself, and the hotel is about a 15-minute drive – or less – from all the favorite tourist spots Close enough for convenience, far enough for peace and quiet And the quality of the space is far higher than the price tag would suggest! Our vacation went from utter disaster to total delight And it was all thanks to Nebraska

Aloft Orlando is located close to everything The hotel lobby is modern and you’ll find a bar, a pool table and a snack room Check in was hassle free and the staff are super friendly

Had the pleasure of the pool view My room was super clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in The shower didn’t have so much pressure, but no complaints Wish I could had stayed longer Will definitely book again!

First let me say the location is great The appearance is nice When we checked in I was told incidentals was $75 but I charged a $93

86 hold I question the additional hold amount and was told it was because I booked through Expedia The room had a nice lofty style design, but it’s not ideal if you’re sharing a room with multiple people The shower area is an open exposed area It’s even exposed to the hallway if the door is open Limited privacy We had coffee pot in the room with no coffee cups The coffee packs wasn’t designed for the coffee maker It wasn’t a drop in and push the start button My allergies were acting up so I needed Kleenex There was none in the holder in the room so I asked the front desk can we get some We were told there are no Kleenex in the building That’s crazy So I resorted back to an old school method of using toilet paper for my runny nose When it was time to shower we discovered that there was no soap The dispenser was empty We also discovered that there was inadequate amount of towels and rags So once again we had to ask the front desk for rags Not what we expected from a Marriott stay

We have stayed here 2 times and thoroughly enjoyed our stay each time The rooms are basically 2 bedroom apartments with a beautiful master suite and bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and massive, separate shower The living room is nice, with a pull out sofa bed

The kitchen is a nice size and is fully stocked with all of the necessary cookware The two pools are beautiful and almost every room has a great view of them and their small lakeThe only downside is the long check in process and that they really try to push for a meeting to try and sell a time share They do offer perks like gift cards for hundreds of dollars if you listen to their spiel Other than that, it’s a terrific place that’s minutes from all of the parks

Veronica Atanassov

We arrived at the hotel To our unpleasant surprise, the room was filthy and smelled like mold There were brown unidentified smears all over the doors and walls

The bedsheets were dirty and torn up There were scented dries sheets hanging off of the air vents to mask the smell The next morning I went to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager The front desk person took notes and took my concern to the manager but the manager never wanted to come out and talk to me Instead, she told the front desk lady that everything would be taken care of and the room would be properly cleaned right a way My family and I went to the parks and came back at 11pm tired to the same dirty room Of course we were disappointed as we had 4 tired kids with us and we didn’t even have fresh towels to take a shower I called front desk and we all had to wait until 12:30am to get fresh towels which is unacceptable The following day I went to do that again, and once again the manager refused to come out and talk to me about the issue That evening, once again, I tried talking with the night shift manager, which contacted me with housekeeping The housekeeping manager contacted me and said she will send up engineering to take down the dries sheets and replace the air conditioning air filter and assured me that the room will be properly cleaned the next day Engineering came up, took down the dries sheets, replaced the filter but the problem did not go away The room continued to smell like mold The next day it looked like housekeeping came up but only fixed the beds and left fresh towels for us They did NOT clean the brown stains/smears For the duration of our trip I tried contacting management but with no success We are extremely disappointed in that hotel and will never go back there again

Aletha Jones

This place was amazing! We stayed for six days and enjoyed every minute of our stay The room was immaculate and equipped with everything you’d need for an extended stay Washer, dryer, stove, oven, dishwasher etc

The bedrooms were very spacious Our master suite included and jetted tub and a huge shower They provided a list of daily activities for the duration of our stay and we enjoyed participating There was something fun for all ages going on each day There are 3 beautiful pools and each has their own unique things They ll have a bar where you can order food and drinks Cabanas, tables with umbrellas and lounge chairs are available at each pool as well as fresh towels Also, there are basketball and volleyball courts if you’re into that The grounds were well kept and so beautiful, we took walks often just to take in the scenery The staff was accommodating, the on site market makes it so you really never need to leave the resort 10/10 experience and will return

Excellent resort I’m truly impressed with the Hilton properties This one in particular looks brand new

I don’t how old it is but it’s beautiful Service was exceptional and the property is well kept Heated pool, a little market and a pool bar We had a 2 bedroom lockout with a great view of icon park If I get a chance again I would definitely stay here

Hailey Nesta

My experience at my first Hilton Grand Vacation hotel was beyond excellent and I’m very happy we chose this specific location We had the 2 bedroom suite for our stay and it was perfect The appliances were all brand new, the furniture was clean/new and the beds were so comfy

The pools/hot tub area was very nice with a heated and regular pool and 4 hot tubs plus a waterslide The marketplace included many things like fresh baked goods and Starbucks coffee The staff was really nice and helpful throughout our stay! This is going to be my family’s go to hotel next time we visit Disney Thank you Hilton

Karem Espinosa

Very nice and clean hotel,Love the kids playground, there are like 4 hot tubs, and the pool is amazingCouple things I would like to point out:➡️It shouldn’t be called a resort when there are not food options here Just snacks

You have to meet Delivered food at the front deskAlso,➡️We stayed 4 days, 3 nights They never cleaned our roomIt looks the business is up and running very well Can’t keep justifying this on the pandemic It’s just not acceptable➡️Bring your personal cleaning supplies Nothing is provided aside from a tiny shampooOther than that Beds are amazing, kitchens have it all Utensils you need, like plates, cups, and moreI love that everything looks clean and new

I had a 3 bedroom suite in bldg 5 and it was a clean and fresh room The furniture isn’t high quality but it’s presented nicely If you’re looking for comfort and convenience with everything you’ll need in walking distance

I recommend If you’re looking to be closer to Disney & UniversalI recommend On a scale from 1-10 for luxury, I’d give this place a 65 It’s not bad, especially for a family spending a week in Florida for the attractions

Kyle Fincher

Rooms felt like a 3 bed room days inn, not a resort Having the kitchen and laundry is nice but the rooms are definitely dated and you can see where maintenance has taken short cuts to fix things between guests Water damaged walls were poorly fixed and putty and paint

The blinds were rusty and filthy in the bathroom The fridge leaked water into the fridge and freezer whenever the ice maker was on The television channel selection was atrocious having only local channels and the bedrooms were fuzzy on every one, looked like old antenna television The bed in my room was incredibly firm which for me is bad but that is my opinion some may love the firm beds Almost every guest tripped walking out to the balcony, there is a small sign but it’s still unacceptable to have a 5inch threshold between the balcony and room floor The door knob to our bedroom actually cut us because someone had to pick it open as the inside can be opened even when locked and you get locked out easily, leaving the key hole sharp and jagged right where you grab the handle to turn We also had 2 of our 5 adults room keys stop working mid stayThe pool was nice for kids but I do wish there was a deeper section in the pool and it is slightly small for how many guests tend to be thereThe bar at the pool is a waste of time, just bring your own drinks and ignore the sign for “no outside food or drink” The food is literally frozen stuff from the local Walmart marked up ridiculously high

HeatherLogan Huskey

We had a 2 bdrm suite which is plenty big enough for my family Washer and dryer in the room, good kitchen for cooking and clean which is great BUT! $1500 for 5 nights I expected a little better as the room is very outdated, mismatched worn/stained furniture, the patio set is moldy, it didn’t have alot of cookware A couple of pots and bowls

Set of 4 dinnerware for a room that suits 6+I hate to sound picky but it’s a vacation and I didn’t expect to have to run to the store and buy all the things we need we asked for a pool view to be able to watch our children swim and we got one but it’s blocked by a huge tree that’s the most irritating thing! I can’t complain on the staff Super friendly at front desk haven’t really seen anyone else and I kind of like it that way If we don’t bother anyone I don’t really like to be botheredWould we stay again? Possibly if we come back this way Again, it’s clean, no bed bugs, big enough, and convenient location

Loved our stay It was very, very clean and the service was the superb Ritz! We loved the Maid attendant, Maria Very sweet and hard worker

Spa, Golf, Tennis, Brunch, Dinners, a couple of meetings and just far enough, but close at the same time for visiting any of the Magic Kingdom ParksWe’ve stayed here before and will again Just keeps getting better!

Andra DelMonico

The hotel was beautiful and well cared for Whatever cleanliness and maintenance issues other guests experienced of the grounds was not our experience We had no wait to check in upon arrival

While we waited at valet, it was never more than 5-10 minutes at the busiest timesOur initial room was a two queen that was freshly renovated It was lovely, until we took a shower Upon stepping out of the bathroom we discovered that the hallway outside of the bathroom that leads to the bed area was flooded Like legit flooded with water flowing onto the carpet in the bedroom area We started drying it with towels, only to discover the water was bubbling up from under the flooring We called the front desk and an engineer was sent up right away We were moved to a king bed room with a better view on a higher floor The second room was also newly renovated and lovelyService was on point and exactly what you would expect at a Ritz Maid service stopped by three times a day to ensure we didn’t need anything Every employee we encountered was friendly and asked if they could be of service When my husband went to checkout, I stood in the lobby waiting for him I repeatedly saw employee after employee approach guests and offer assistance They did everything from escort one gentleman to the FedEx office to another carry boxes for a woman leaving after a conventionWe chose to eat off property, so I can’t speak to the restaurants We did order the two egg breakfast for in room dining one morning It was expensive, but there was more food than what we could possibly eatWe spent one afternoon at the pool, and the staff there are super friendly and caring We’ve gone other places and waited forever for food and drink service Not here The pool was clean and all of the fountains were on

Derek Hunter (DHO)

Great place for a conferenceAll of the meeting rooms are well appointed Some of the best hotel staff I ever encountered

Very discrete, but attentiveRooms are exactly what you expect from the RitzLarge pool and a lazy riverDown sides are:No self parkingNothing within walking distanceHotel restaurants and bar are delicious, but pricing is ridiculous

My family and I recently had a delightful experience! The resort is absolutely spotless In the mornings they even had staff out in the parking lots cleaning any trash or anything out of order Impressive! A few other great perks… simple parking that was literally right outside of the tower we stayed at (super convenient!)

Delicious coffee in the suites Never heard our neighbors once! Definitely recommend!

Liz Miller

The rooms are really nice Tons of room and super comfy beds Laundry is $2 to wash and $2 to dry, paid in quarters

If you are using their conference center, dress for the antarctic, even in summer (not kidding 🥶)The staff was amazing After the first night, someone knocked on our door to see how our stay was going We told them our shower was draining really slow, not expecting much but they immediately fixed it! Super impressed they knocked, asked, and actually cared! The pool was a huge hit The location is perfect if you’re visiting Disney There’s great parking If you want to skip the parking fees, park in the front along the fence They actually told us this! Super sweet people!

Ray Henderer

Very nice resort! Rooms are newly renovated in a very clean looking style The resort was easy to maneuver with self parking pretty much right at your door The pool area is very beautiful and provides easy access to either your room tower or to the main lobby

The staff was pleasant all the way around It provides a nice alternative to some of the mega resorts that are offered in the theme park area We were there attending a church event and found that the conference center was convenient and well cared for I’d recommend this property for business, pleasure or both!

Hotels can be so hit or miss in the Lake Buena Vista area This hotel exceeded my expectations by far It was clean, newly renovated, and the rooms were spacious! We loved having the separate living space

The hotel pizza restaurant was fantastic, and super convenient considering most places were closed by the time we got home from the parksYou read so many reviews of hotels on how it stinks, or has a bad odor Strange to say, but this hotel smelled so great Obviously a fragrance they were spraying, but it was similar to that of Disney’s Caribbean Beach HotelThe breakfast was great as well! It’s hard to find a good hotel that includes breakfast anymore, most charge additional fees The food was fresh and it saved us lots by not having to eat out every morning considering how much you spend at the parks for the other mealsStaff was extremely pleasant, so great job! Would definitely recommend this hotel, and will stay here again in the futureUnfortunately we didn’t have enough time to use the pool, but it looked nice from the breakfast area Towels nicely rolled on each lounge chair, and very clean!Great stay!

Lauri Pan

From the lobby we entered in to what seemed to be a very nice atmosphere All the hotel staff we came into contact with were very professional and kind- they seem to like their job We had a full breakfast at their restaurant every day

The best thing was our room (#122) – I don’t know if this hotel is new but it’s certainly seemed that way Our room layout was wonderful with a separate living room area and a separate bedroom The bathroom had dual shower heads so you can choose your preference Our room had a small fridge that did not cool very well but we did not need it so it was okay for us We had a coffee maker and a microwave The bed was very comfortable and it is the first time I’ve gone to a hotel and actually liked the artwork in the rooms They have a small pizza place right by the lobby We did not try it but it seemed convenient However, the hotel is also very conveniently located by other restaurants More importantly, if you are there for the entertainment as we were, we were able to get to all the Disney parks within 10 minutes The hotel includes a shuttle (huge bus) to the Disney parks which can save you $25 a day in parking costs We didn’t use this because we had a different schedule we had to keep but in the future will arrange for this All the details were pretty great and we will absolutely stay there in a future visit!

esther Fields

The hotel was very clean The room was spacious and beds were comfortable I liked having the refrigerator and microwave and coffee machine in the room

The Manager Brian was extremely personable and accommodating The staff was very pleasant I have stayed at this location numerous times and have not been disappointed

The made to order breakfast is phenomenal The hotel has a family friendly atmosphere I would say the rooms are becoming a bit dated and will probably soon require renovations I was a little disappointed that the snack/happy hour has declined from an elaborate display/spread to personalized snacks consisting of pretzels and potato chips All in all, my family and I were not disappointed and will likely be returning soon

Dave Garcia

The staff at this location is amazing! Everything is clean and well maintained We had one issue with the room lock not working due to dead batteries, however, the staff were able to resolve it and get it back to working very quicklyThe beds were comfortable but nothing special (your normal hotel bed)

The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and soap One thing that could have been a little better was the temperature of the shower water While I never ran out of warm water, it never got hotter than lukewarmOne benefit to staying at Embassy Suites is the full hot breakfast The made to order eggs and omelet’s were delicious and everything else was also well prepared I will say though, we were there for 4 nights and breakfast was the same every morning So if you’re someone that likes variety and staying for very long, you may end up wanting something else after a few daysOverall, I was very pleased with our stay and experience

Adrianna Marion

I have no complaints! My family really enjoyed the stay I knew it was a hit when my kids rated it the best place we’ve stayed in Orlando/Kissimmee, so it will definitely be our go to when we’re there The staff was beyond pleasant and welcoming

Tiffany Gould

My staff was great, Plenty of activities for the kids I booked pool side and therefore my room was on the 1st floor right in front of the splash zone My son loved it

The food and atmosphere was awesome Bed slept great, Happy hour and poolside snacks was a plus Breakfast was great, but I’d suggest adding more sanitizing stations around food area, Not many complaints other than the hot tub being taken over by a bunch of kids and the outdated carpeting which causes a stale smell Overall, it was nice and I’d book again

Danielle Cooper

We love this hotel and the amenities The pool area, activities throughout the day and the movies by the pool at night were so fun for our kids The room was clean and comfortable with a good amount of room for the whole family

The complimentary breakfast is also great I really don’t understand many of the recent less than positive reviews I see for this property – we have been here three times in the past four years and have loved it every time Highly recommend – especially for families!!

Ben Heilman

Our group of over 50 people enjoyed our 5 night stay We had a convention at the Orange County Convention Center and the location was perfect: we never had to get on I-4 to get to the center! Most days were only 10 minutes to drive to the convention center The breakfast was great but it was lacking fresh fruit options

They had melon and oranges The rooms appear dated but they are very comfortable The pool was great, as was the kids splash area There were events for kids/families around the pool during the week too They have a tennis court, basketball court, small playground, putting green and a dock They have all the balls you need at the front desk and even fishing poles! There is a parking and resort fee, but the atmosphere was great Also, nearly every staff member smiled and said hello before I could! Emily F was wonderful in booking our room block and Caleb was excellent at the front desk

The staff was accommodating when we asked to change rooms We need a first-floor room and the room was indeed clean although I could say different for the dated, damaged and worn items The cleaning staff did an excellent job, security was also amazing and the staff was accommodating with many things

But for prices, I would have done just as well in a newer hotel suiteI am not an owner at this place but if I was, I would have wondered where my maintenance fees go Electrical outlets need repair, they were extremely loose in the bedrooms and light fixtures kept shorting out Many fixtures like mirrors with moisture expansion, mold in the bathroom shower areas, and the air vents full of dust/dirt although some items have been recently upgraded and I realize we are coming out of a pandemic some of these items should probably be a priorityMany items should be considered for upgrades along with your half-worn curtains with holes in the insulated areas, bed mattresses should probably be replaced if myself and spouse roll into one another as it drops in the middle, maybe consider that chairs should not be fixed by putting chair covers on them Although we are thankful for having a kitchen and washer dryerIf you don’t want to hear other guests dragging chairs across the floor or kids bouncing a ball at 1 am you might consider a 2nd story room/suite I am not sure who said it was a hidden gem they must have some upgrade or brand new rooms, we did not get fortunate enough to get that roomThe cleaning staff and security were great staff was accommodating with many things But for prices, I would have done just as well in a newer hotel suite

Overall a decent, mostly clean place to stay for visiting the parks and hanging out on the property I would recommend going for the one bedroom suite for extra space and a more comfortable layout If you’re staying for the week, the one bedroom is a MUST

Staff are so friendly and helpful Really nice experience with everyone who works on the propertyCleanliness – the rooms are so-so The carpet in our bedroom stank when the AC wasn’t running Otherwise, it was cleanAmenities – all of the pools and spas are very nice, pool chairs are fairly new Gym was awesome Super clean and lots of optionsAmbience – the rooms are in desperate need of renovations to remove popcorn ceilings, re-tile the bathrooms, update the jacuzzi tubs (I wouldn’t use a hotel jacuzzi tub ever), rip out carpets, remove tacky mirrors behind the beds, replace furniture and curtains

Ray Hile

Nice room staff was accommodating Stove and toaster needed some attention Wasn’t found of the couple sitting in the outside stair well smoking and leaving their cigarette butts laying on the steps

Didn’t care if they smoked just pick up the trash Nice pool and Hot tub Jet tub was great We mentioned the stove and toaster when we checked out Was a nice get away

The hotel staff was extremely welcoming The rooms were clean, the hardwood floors were a plus Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water

There was only outdoor seating for the breakfast, so we had to eat in our room because of rain The breakfast staff was extremely nice and helpful The food was made to order which was a bonus Will definitely be staying here again

Beds were comfortable enough Breakfast was decent We were roomed right next to the housekeeping room and walls are paper thin we kept hearing the door being slammed all day and night

We found a cockroach in the bathroom on our last morning there They only offer cleanups of the room every 3 days Never took trash out of our room unless it was at the 3 day mark They are remodeling so hopefully it gets better Do something about the roaches That’s nasty

Michelle

My check in process was easy, fast, and organized with the help from Fernando He was very professional and helpful The morning of checking out my boyfriend wanted to extend our stay another day, Fernando helped us with no problems and we were able to keep the same room

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are extremely clean The beds and pillows are so comfy you don’t wanna get out of bed Definitely recommend this hotel!

Terrible This is unacceptable the air conditioner in this house is not working at all When you place a property to be a rental it should be an excellent condition and this is not

All the furniture is so old with scratch The bedroom are so outdated I used to travel a lot and makes reviews I was charge twice for the same reservation plus the security deposit that wasn’t advertised in AgodaThe garbage situation with worms in front of the property , the missing pool key that was offer we didn’t get itThe artificial plants have a lot of dust

Derek Reimer

False advertising says has jacuzzi in the patio but it was removed and left a pipe sticking out in the open while other housings has one

There was a large crack across the living room Broken stool, and the table were very wobbly found out it was not attached We were looking for something to clean with and found out under the stairs were thrown in with broken stuff that were never fixed like tall lamps, broken blinds pieces Was advertised that has some games like Wii but never had it in the room Overall we managed to get by I would come back again but these type of conditions should been fix and handled for the next rentals

My family and I stayed here for 3 months while we closed on our home When we arrived, the home was not professionally cleaned There were huge stains in the couches and walls

My husband and I had to clean and disinfect everything again in order to consider staying there since we had dogs The bed sheets had tons of hair throughout the beds We end up taking all the bedsheets off the beds and purchasing our own sheets and rewashing all towels and furniture covers before allowing our children to even sit on the couch The appliances and furniture is extremely outdated During our stay, we were told the owner put the house up for sale so we had house showings at least 2 or 3 times a week Such an inconvenience when you have pets but my family and I tried to be understanding and dealt with it since we were so close to closing on our home since it was hard to find another place to accommodate us and our 3 dogs After we moved out, the property manager Nathan accused my family and I of stealing 2 old chairs and a dresser from the house Luckily we took before and after pictures I will not recommend this resort to anyone It is FARRR from a resort It is an outdated townhome community in the rough area PLEASE stay far away from this place If you want to be safe and live in a comfortable and decent resort, try Vista Cay Resorts or Regency Resorts They are amazing and worth every penny!

Stayed 2 nights for a trip to Discovery Cove The room was dated (think late 70s) but clean and well kept No hair dryer in our room and the shower curtain didn’t fit inside the tub (causing water to run out onto the floor)

Beds very comfortable! Breakfast was about what you’d expect for freeA special shout out to Vanessa at the breakfast station She was unfailingly cheerful and helpful in a room packed full of people up early to go to the theme parks9 out of 10 Would recommend

On the down side: Price was a little high in my opinion and you have to pay for parking Room was a little small however the service and location were great The room was nice and clean

The hotel was within walking distance to multiple restaurants and seaworld Grocery stores and drug store within minutes of driving The hotel had a cute little pool side bar with a great bar tender & the burgers were delicious Overall a nice place with a free breakfast bar

Lizzy Graham

Very nice, family-friendly property! Live entertainment was included poolside on Friday evening Room was very clean, refrigerator was very cold and a lot bigger than a simple mini fridge!Staff was extremely friendly and helpful The breakfast that was included was extensive for an included breakfast! The location was perfect if you were going to Sea World or Aquatica!

What a stunning and beautiful hotel to stay at while in Orlando All of the staff that we interacted with were incredibly helpful and polite The hotel room, the pools, hot tubs and the grounds of the property were all immaculately maintained

Going for walks around the lake was so pleasant Even the 3 outdoor grill stations were super well cleaned Definitely buy some steaks and cook them on the grill to eat in your room The screened in patios made for a wonderful place to relax without any bugs in the evening

Daniel Flud

What a beautiful location to stay! Here on my honeymoon with my wife and have not been disappointed The grounds are well manicured and clean Great pricing as well

Walk right over to large shopping malls and dining, not to mention only 10- 15 minutes to every major theme park in OrlandoWhen you stay here you will be taken care of

Nicole Henderson

Very poorly designed rooms Stayed to get away to relax went to room first night bathtub had a dirty towel! You can hear people walking making noise Moving chairs and shutting doors as if your in a horribly designed apartment

I would not recommend if you are seeking to actually go on a vacation or relaxing getaway I could have stayed in a ghetto residential apartment if I wanted to hear all of this noise all night Also good luck getting any help from front desk apparently the button on the phone goes to security and does not get redirected to the front desk for any assistance By the time I got the actual front desk I had to speak to a supervisor who acted like the manager and even misrepresented managers name Provided no solutions to the inconvenience of having to move at 11pm at night I’m in building 4 and her original solution was to move me to building 7 on the top floor which lacked common sense as I would have to move my vehicle and pack up Just outrageous cheaply designed buildings Also when you check in they will ask you all sorts of personal things such as if your married and offer a 90 min tour for a timeshare even if you are staying for one to two nights smh If I could give zero stars , take away this wasted time at this resort and poor customer service in my space, life and erase this from my memory that would be worth it

Sadly, this was not a fun experience Traveling with my wife and baby for a 6 day stay Day 2 at 2am the shampoo, conditioner and body wash canisters were 100% empty, most likely running low but as a guest you don’t check for this things

I called front desk and the best option was the regular tiny size shampoo and conditioner (NO body wash) And I had to walk down to p/u Saturday, we returned to a messy room just to be informed that they do not service room every day unless you put the request This was new to me, since part of any hotel experience is having a nice clean room on a daily basis Anyhow, we concluded our stay using the tiny size shower products and of course I had to purchase a soap bar elsewhere Not impressed with the service of the property since My family and I truly had higher expectations FYI, you will be charge $12 for parking as well I personally, will not return to this Aloft property

Amanda Dominguez

This hotel has a really fun vibe The staff was friendly and the room was very clean It was a quiet and comfortable stay

The bed was comfortable, but the pillows get really flat It has a pool table, bar, nice patio area and a pool My only issues is that you have to pay for parking and we didn’t understand why It’s location is great too, close to everything

Phillip Williams

I just completed a five night stay at this Aloft and it was very nice, quiet and the front desk staff were really professional and friendly It’s close to everything Disney The only female desk clerk during my stay was super helpful and engaged in daily conversations with me and helped me with car rental information

I’m sorry that I don’t remember her name but she wore glasses and had a hip hair style and color Would highly recommend this Aloft if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable stay that’s close to Disney

Average accommodations, needs updating, the smaller suite is really just enough room for 2 people We are a family of 3 which meant my husband and I had to share a full size bed that had one side up against the wallWe stayed in room 2016a and it had a moldy smell

If you stay less than 5 day you have to wash your own towels in the outside community laundry room Housekeeping only cleans after you checkout which explains the complaints about roaches We didn’t see any roaches in our room however the lizards were a bit disturbing hanging around outside our door I’mfromOhio so that was a surprise to meThe pool area is small and they make you sign for towels There aren’t any umbrellas around the pool and all the shady areas are not close to the pool so we had to leave our belongings unattended which was fine no one bothered themThe roof top bar looked like it would have been fun for a girls night out, they had karaoke and from what I could hear the DJ was awesomeThe game room was small and the workout room was sufficient and cleanOverall good experience for the price

MARY Esther MURILLO

Beautiful place The grounds are kept clean & the paths are easy to maneuver The staff is friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating

The upstairs bar/ lounge has great drinks The rooms are clean & comfortable The pools are beautiful and plenty of lounge chairs to relax inThis resort is near lots of shopping for food, clothes & entertainment Near major roads to travel to various theme parks

Vanessa Rose

Had a slight mishap when I first arrived they had a system error that assigned me to the wrong room that wasn’t deluxe when I paid for deluxe Also the connecting door to the other room was wide open and it’s not suppose to be unlocked nor open, bed was unmade However, the service was wonderful and they graciously resolved the issue

Put me in a new room with everything in check, told me they would find out who left that first room that way so they could be held accountable for that Wonderful service Wonderful pool and bar The food in their Deli was BEYOND my expectations For such a small kitchen the food is incredible and well priced Can’t say enough about the food, atmosphere, staff/service Definitely coming back!

I would recommend this location The property is quiet and calm The staff were helpful, polite, and outstanding

If I had a problem within 15 minutes someone was sent to my room This is a convenient location to visit the parks and I-Drive You are close to many different tourist locations If you are looking for place to relax you would enjoy this place The rooms are newly remodels and they are nice

Angela Risser

We are here with a large group and arrived a few days earlier than the others The check in process was easy, quick and friendly The room we were put in was remodeled and beautiful

But, it had no hot water We were told it was building wide and would be fixed soon Day 2, no hot water and they said there was no room to move us to The customer service was lacking and we were told the same thing over and over again with no resolution Finally day 3 of no hot water we started yelling and magically a room was available for us Once moved we realized how bad the first room was This new room had laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, papertowel, extra toilet paper, hand towels in the kitchen, the air conditioner stayed running and the hot water was hot We didn’t know we were missing all of that until we were given a new room The rest of our group checked in and is now complaining of no hot water in their roomsAnd, while the remodel is great, it always baffles me that the designers don’t put more thought into things The master bath door is a sliding barn door Not much privacy, especially when it doesn’t stay closed all the way Also, the kitchen table has wicker chairs that make an awful noise when moved We’re now on the 3rd floor and have to try extra hard to pick them up to not be obnoxious to the people below us And finally, we have great screened in balconies but they all overlook the parking lot rather than the beautiful pond in the courtyardI don’t usually leave review,, and probably wouldn’t have if they had just helped resolve things sooner Why would you knowingly put customers in a room with no hot water?

Kyrbi Langston

We booked this hotel because the reviews seemed good BUT it was the opposite of everyone’s reviews They must have used some paid actors to post those reviews This was the worst and nastiest hotel we have ever stayed at

The moment we opened the door, the smell was awful It smelled like mold (My husband works in an industry dealing with mold) We did end up finding mold in the showers, in the sinks, all over the doors (see attached photo) The water from brushing our teeth even tasted like mold The room was extremely run down and outdated with holes and cracks everywhere We found multiple large, live cockroaches everyday through out the room (See attached photos) We took the kids to the pool one night and my kids woke up with a horrible rash the next morning (See attached photo) There was no hot water for showers, ever We would let the shower run for 10-15 minutes each time to see if it would warm up, and it never did Also, the AC did not work Every night our neighbors were extremely loud up until 11-midnight and we eventually had to call and let the front desk know The place is very run down and no updating has been done in a long, long time 0/10 would recommend the Westgate Leisure Resort It was an awful experience

2 pools have bars & they have fun activities at the resort Would definitely recommend+

This place was greatStayed here last minute after our flight was cancelledThe resort is well kept and has tons of activities

For kids and adultsThe rooms were great It’s a very small apartment at your finger tipsEverything was clean

Always a nice stay Would’ve given 5 stars but housekeeping doesn’t turn in the items you forget I contacted the property a few hours after I left yesterday 7/27/22 as soon as I remembered

Today they informed me nothing was turned in by staff, not surprised yet I am Reflection of upper management and housekeepers character Just wanted to put this out there if we forget our items, accept the it and unfortunately expect it? Enjoy your stay, we always doTo general manager:Try offering an incentive to staff, to turn items in left behind and help keep employees honest and feel valued Even if food items are tossed as required when left, document those items before tossing Make staff accountable and keep a reward system them for it
