What a great experience Everyone at this hotel was fabulous, friendly and very helpful!Jessi at the front desk got us checked in early when we wanted to go hike for the day Made sure our room was clean and ready

She got us in at 11:am when check in was at 3Stephanie the head of housekeeping made sure our room was ready She said there was an issue with the drain and had the fixed before we check into the roomGeoffrey at breakfast is from France By adult children are both fluent in French and had some great conversations with him Geoffrey said he doesn’t get to speak French much any more so it was a treat that he did with my girls!Diana at the front desk was super helpful She stored our luggage after we checked out while we went Sand Hollow Park I was concerned about theft She said that was not the issue She explained that the heat in the car was the bigger issue, especially if we had some electronics Super friendly and helpful!!I recommend this hotel to anyone who visits St George!

I’ve been staying at this hotel since it opened ( probably stayed 75+ nights or more) I have loved this hotel because the location is great and because it is so close to I-15 and lots of paved walking trails The last 6 months it seems this place has really gone downhill!! Carpets in our room were stained, light bulbs are consistently burned out, door stop was ripped away from the wall with 1 screw barely holding it on

Elevator floors were disgustingly dirty the whole time we were there I am a Hilton Lifetime Diamond VIP and in my profile I always request a top floor since I’m a light sleeper and don’t like hearing people above me, this visit I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor Both mornings we were all awakened at 6:45am by a herd of elephants above us!Exercise room consistently has broken equipmentAfter checking out, I decided to complain to management, neither Gen Mgr nor assistant GM were in, so the front desk person apologized for our poor experience, and promised to have one of them call me It’s been 3 days since I checked out and I haven’t heard from either of them I’ve always preferred to stay at Hiltons and have nearly always had a great experience, including this property, but I’ll be moving over to Marriott properties in St George in the future

This place was brilliant The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-kept grounds, a beautiful entryway, and fantastic rooms My king room was clean, comfortable, and spacious

Big shout out for the shower, which was huge! The inclusion of a fridge, microwave, and safe were all appreciated The staff were all so friendly, as well – very hospitableI also really enjoyed their continental breakfast – it felt far more deluxe than similar hotels I’ve been to in the past, and the large jug of iced water with fresh lemons they kept filled in the lobby at all times was amazingFinally, you can’t beat the location, particularly if you’re in the area to visit Zion – the hotel is only half an hour from two different entrances to the park! I’ll definitely be back next time I visit the area

Bryan Guzman

This place is absolutely stunning for the amazing price! It has a hot tub, a huge pool, and the rooms are definitely adequate for 3-4 people since ours had a king bed and a small little couch! Will admit that the breakfast is better than most! Make-your-own waffles with cereals, coffee, bagels and more I will definitely be coming back on my next Zions trip!

Brandy Shoemaker

The site offered easy access to hwys and Hurricane in general Clean and staff was very nice The room and bed were fine, but one downside was the thermostat

For a place to be ease of use to all visitors, I would suggest getting a less complex thermostat for the guests in the rooms We never truly felt cool at night, and had a interesting time trying to figure out how to get it to work in our favor Other than that, the overall stay was good For the price and location, I would suggest this as an easy stay for Zion National Park

Wow! Such a great Marriott We found ourselves here because hotels were booked in St George and it was amazing

Most people stay here to go to Zion national park since it’s really close, but we were just here for the nightStaff was super friendly and helpful booking us in super last minute Accommodating our bigger family and making sure we have all we need We will definitely stay here again when visiting Zion and would recommend this location to anyone looking to be close to Zion for their tripOnly disappointing part is the pool not being heated Other than that it’s a gem clean awesome hotel!

Robert Bolar

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every single category! The general manager is fantastic he is one hands-on guy who knows how to take care of his staff and his guests! I was extremely pleased at the cleanliness of the entire place not just my room but everywhere it was cleaner than I could possibly imagine The breakfast was fresh and warm every single day There wasn’t a speck of dust or crumbs anywhere when I would arrive for breakfast

My room was impeccably clean each and every day during the week that I was there The grounds are meticulous and it looks like there is somebody assigned to check out every bit of landscaping once a week and see how it’s doing and see if there are any needs on the property itself Whoever owns this hotel is really lucky to have such a good staff and a great general manager taking care of the property each and every day

John Spyro

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn for 1 night as part of our Zion park exploration It’s about 11 miles from the main town/park entrance which means you are away from the noise but close enough when time comes to start your day at the park Everyone was very nice, professional and helpful

Our room was very clean and spacious The hotel seems brand new and that was evident from the grounds, the room and overall condition of the building

I thought it is was an amazing place to stay, and I made really great memories while staying, the food is also really good, the waffles are easy to make, and they very tasty, me and my friends took a bunch of food up to the room with us and ate together I really loved the elevators as well they were large and could fit many people and their luggage, they also were very clean which I was really happy about This hotel was part of what made it possible for me and my friends to have such a good time, but be warned, do not shower if your hair is died

I got in trouble And if you do and you need to get the stain out, use hand sanitizer This hotel was probably the best hotel experience I have ever had!

Melissa Lyons

They stay itself was good though the room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm on check in day Issue is – when we checked out we accidentally left a raincoat in the closet, and on the kitchenette counter (hidden behind the bathroom door) a high quality tote bag with 2 dog sweaters, and two e-collar chargers We called the hotel late in the day that we checked out and they told us nothing had been found

This is impossible It was definitely found by the cleaning crew and I hoped they had an honest team – but they don’t

James Rutkofske

Conveniently located near Zion National Park In the morning when we were leaving we spent an hour looking for our cat Eventually no less than 4 employees helped us find her

She was well hidden in a bathroom cabinet 5 stars Wonderful people, wonderful hotel We would definitely stay there again and suggest you give it a tryBreakfast was good also Fresh waffles – mmmmmmm!

This was the coolest place we have stayed Brand new construction Clean spaces and upscale details make this the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful landscape after you’ve hiked in the park, which is just shy of 15 minutes away

The only thing I’d change is to add the ability to turn off the porch lights out on the patio It’d make the beautiful Utah sky pop even more from our tipi’s private hot tub! We will absolutely be back!

krista Pool

What a fun way to experience Zion National Park I’ve always wanted to stay in a wagon and this one exceeded all my expectations It was so cute, clean, cool (thank you ac!) and way roomier than I thought it would be

We loved the outdoor kitchen with the ice maker and spa It was gorgeous in the evening and so nice to sit outside water side by the fire We can’t wait to go back, and we will

Daisy Paez

One of the best places I have ever stayed in We stayed in the tipi and it had every accommodation that we can think of From heater and AC, to our private restroom, Smart TV, complete outdoor kitchen, etc

And the best part, the bed!! Coziest bed ever My boyfriend and I decided to push back our hikes just so we can stay in longer to sleep Will definitely be coming back soon

We loved this RV site! The lady and man at the desk were delightful and so pleasant to talk to The store was great and we appreciated a place to buy cold drinks and ice cream The showers were very nice, and we loved using the community room with A/C to cool off

It was really nice to walk down to the river behind the park The kids played and caught frogs, and we sat on camp chairs in the water It was really nice Zero complaints about this place!

Doug Lackpour

This is an excellent RV campground They have the best/cleanest bathrooms around We stayed 3 nights in our small Luna trailer in mid-January and had a great time

The staff was very helpful and the grounds were very well kept The only down side is that the campground is a little farther from Zion National Park than we thought, but the extra miles are well worth it We will definitely come back again

Melanie West

Great clean park with friendly hard working staff Sites are fairly tight for big rigs, level, and well maintained Bathrooms were clean and well maintained

Propane and wood available on site Sites had picnic table and fire ring Shuttle available to Zion National Park daily If I had a couple of improvements it would be an improved dog park and WiFi signal but this was not a deal breaker since the rest of the amenities were top notch We have Verizon for cell service and service was spotty We highly recommend this park when in the area 😊breaker

Amanda Hunsaker

We loved staying in this place The condos are cozy and just more inviting than a hotel room However, as soon as we walked in and started checking the place out we noticed a lot of dead bugs (crickets maybe?) in the condo we reserved

They were all mostly on the tile floor and one by the tub in the master bathroom We counted 10 in total We had mixed feelings about staying because of it, but my husband found a vacuum and just vacuumed them up and then vacuumed the carpets We don’t know if we will be back because of it thoughThe pool is really nice and they have an indoor pool/hot tub and then their outdoor pool/hot tub which is heated There weren’t a lot of people each time we went so we had a lot of room to swim around and the kids loved it

Michelle Fowkes

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed This place is beautifully decorated, very clean, nice furniture, nice master bath with jetted tub & walk in closet, beautiful deck w/BBQ, Pool, basketball sport court & tennis court The place is very organized & clutter free

Wish we could’ve stayed longer Will definitely Return to stay here

Wow! Best vacation ever and the 30 minute drive to Zion was way less of a stress than we expected and well worth it for the super comfortable stay Would definitely stay here again, and just might return soon just because it exceeded our expectations Probably gets very very busy in the summer but March/April was just about perfect for us

Bryce Gaudian

Epic!! Anita and Jay are the real deal in customer satisfaction off-the-charts We were sooooooo blessed by our stay We had all 16 of our family: 7 grandchildren, our 4 kids and two daughter-in-laws and one son-in-law

So close to Zion for hiking, the pool was used a ton, and as a birder, I fell in love with the Confluence Trail nearby in La Vake and it was epic birding I’d stay here again if ever in Southwest Utah!!!!!!!!!!!

The rooms are great! My rating is for the breakfast This is probably our fourth or fifth stay and the last ones, the breakfast was great, everything fresh and in abundance This time there wasn’t anything: a little bit of old scrambled eggs, bacon crumbles, I would say 7 potato cubes, 3 bagels and a cereal

I guess the management has changed and the service is going down the hill Bummer!

Stephanie Graham

Great stay at a great price The lobby called to our room to ask if we needed anything and making sure that everything is okay We had a relaxing time at the pool and jacuzzi and the next day the breakfast was good, many options

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the air conditioner was so loud that it was a little annoying at midnight

Michele Schumann

Nice simple place to stay in St George They do a pretty good hotel type breakfast

Our room was clean, up to date and comfortable The staff were fine Pool looked nice but we did not use The workout space was a bit on the small side and the equipment is kinda old Plus the treadmill faces the wall so makes for a boring workout There is a TV but the room is so small the screen for the TV is way too close and makes for uncomfortable viewing I would recommend this place despite that one shortcoming

Super clean reviews are super accurate Really appreciated the attention to housekeeping Room was spacious, bright, everything worked

Very impressed for a budget friendly hotel I’ll definitely consider staying at a My Place again Two recommendations First, the luggage carts need more air in the tires Second, the upstairs hallway smelled like the housekeeping closet I’m sure it could be freshened up to smell better Lastly, my ID was not checked upon check-in, which I found a bit odd

Stacy S

Really enjoyed our stay here The rooms were so clean, the beds were so comfortable, and it was really nice having a full kitchen that even had a a toaster and fridge with an ice maker! Laundry room was convenient as wellVery close to grocery store and restaurants

Other guests were quiet (on 3rd floor) and front desk staff were really helpful Will def recommend

Loved it since we wanted to eat breakfast in the room early They also will bring breakfast up to your room for youNo free breakfast Coffee nothing elseThat was okThe rooms were clean has everything you need Also had a recliner in the roomThe best part of it was the price Very reasonable Will stay here again

Bethany Robinson

The pool was clean and fun The house keeping staff was amazing! I asked for new towels and sheets on day 2 after our toddler got sick the night before, and they came and cleaned the whole room for us, including mopping down the bathroom and disinfecting surfaces We spent more time in the hotel room than we normally would due to our sick kid and it was a nice room to have to stay in for a day and watch movies

Negatives: the hair dryer in our room did not work (317) The hotel needs to replace the mop and/or bucket that is used in the lobby It left a strong sewage smell when they mopped To their credit they mopped several times a day so that is why it was so noticeable The Fabuloso cleaner was not enough to mask the smell

Maddie Wesemann

The front desk receptionist, Donna was extremely positive and made our check in experience easy and welcoming Plenty of parking available and about 30 minutes from Zions My disappointment was with the cleanliness of the room

Other then the typical not so clean areas in a hotel room there was candy pieces in the middle of the floor, the nightstand note pad was dirty and had writing on it and i pulled the bed spread back to find a long black hair Obviously details were missed during cleaning

Ian Moone

My girlfriend and I stayed here so as to have a short commute to Zion National Park while we stayed in Utah Our room itself was clean and we slept quite comfortably each night The amenities provided were high quality and the rates surprisingly affordable

It was a great stay overall and I’d definitely want to book again if I returned to visit Zion

I’ve stayed at a lot of comfort inns and this one is one of the nicest ones yet The staff is really friendly and the bed is kinda comfortable (it’s a firm mattress and I like the soft ones) There was a couch in my room too which made it a nice place to sit and eat without worrying about messing up the bed

Also had a little patio with a couple of chairs which was a great place to relax after hiking at Zion all day Just don’t leave the door open or else you’ll get A TON of gnats coming into your room They offer free complimentary breakfast and it has all the basics Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again the next time I’m here to hike Zion

Vanessa Nguyen

So far our stay has been fine but we like to leave the do not disturb sign on during our whole stay unless we really need something cleaned since we don’t like invasion of our space and twice the sign was taken off when we leave for the day and come back Also the tip envelope is something We’ve never experienced before during our stays at any other hotels Other than that everything so far seems to be good

The sheets are soft and the bed comfortable The ac works well and the bathroom seems clean

Mitty Matty

What a nice hotel to stay at outside of Zion! They have a wonderful hot tub and pool which we loved after doing the hikes up in Zion The breakfast had several different things such as waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal, yogurt, and a few bread items as well as coffee/juices I would say the breakfast was a 10/10!As far as the room goes, it was spectacular with no complaints at all! The bed was super comfortable plus we had a couch in our room which was nice to have sitting on

The woman at the front desk was super friendly and answered all of the questions I had They have a laundry facility on site in case you need to do laundry and they were pretty fast (30 minutes roughly) The internet was also super fast in case you need to use the WiFi for anything! All in all, I would say this was a perfect 5/5 and we’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re back in the area for Zion!

What a great little gem of a place! The room was bigger than we expected Very clean Beautiful bathroom

The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was great Nice big TVHad our own parking space, which is a bonus Nice little patio with a couple chairs The only recommendation we have is that a little bedside table of some sort would be nice – to be able to charge our phones and have them right there next to us (plus I like to have my water bottle close in the night) It’s not a deal breaker by any means I used my suitcase as a bedside table, and it was fine This was a great little place to stay while visiting Zion Had a great dinner at the River Rock Roaster place down the street, too Thanks for a nice stay!

Just before Memorial Day weekend 2022, our first Zion explorationSparkling clean room, efficient air conditioning, quiet sleeping, secret hiding place within Hurricane, UtahWe don’t need conciege service, 5-star restaurants, etc…

we want a clean nice place and this is perfect for a small family or group of 4 adultsAccess to Zion is easy: Utah Highway 9 is up main street and Zion NP Visitor Center is < 30 minutes away at 0600…we chose to leave early as the morning rush fills the parking lot by 0900Each morning we had the lot to ourselves, hundreds of parking placesThe Hurricane Hideaway is also convenient to Kolob Terrace Road with is more local geology with meadows and and the large reservoir It’s 20 miles or so; however, the beauty is indescribable…from Utah lowland desert to ponderosa pine forest interlaced with riparian habitat and meadows…from the Lava Point Overlook, one can see & identify the taller mountains in Zion Natiional Park…the road is gravel from the Kolob Terrace Road but maintained wellKerry, one of the realator owners of Hurricane Hideaway recommended this drive which is outstanding Zach & Kerry own/manage this location and both did a wonderful jobnever met them, room codes sent to me The cleaning staff more than helpfulHurricane is a little American West communitypeople are friendly, perfect location to explore Zion and surrounding area We came in from the East into Zion on Utah 9 Actually loved the long tunnel went through it 3 timesGreat time, perfect little spot Easy 5 stars

These rooms are great! Nice little bungalow style rooms that are pretty new and quite nice Bigger than a hotel room Really nice tile shower with great water pressure and a drain that actually drains

Keypad entry that they email you the code for and numbered parking so no one parks in your spot Not a single complaint If I am ever this way again I will definitely stay here again

Eric and DJ shared where we could easily park our U-Haul truck and car transport and helped us coordinate a door dash food delivery from our favorite restaurant before it closed for the evening Thanks Eric and DJ!

Checked in for 2 nights and was very pleased with this hotel From the front-desk staff to the staff in the coffee/bistro, they were all great I loved the look of the lobby area and the room was very clean

We did experience a problem with the A/C the first night and John (think that was his name?) spent an hour trying to rectify it, which he did and great credit to him Would definately stay here again in the future

Amazing pool, friendly staff, easy check in check out, and very clean! The last place I stayed in StGeorge was more affordable (Days Inn), but was filthy and I was cringing having to sleep there At the Best Western Coral Hills, I would have loved to stay another night and plan to make this my place to stop in the future

I would have given 5 stars, except I need to travel with my cat and dog at times, and although Best Western advertises on their corporate website that most locations do accept “pets,” this specific location is exclusive to “dogs only” It would be great if they would be more accommodating regarding this to allow “pets,” not just “dogs” and this may be the deal breaker when it comes to staying there I drive alone between LA and Denver to visit and this is a great mid-point stop I really would like if they would allow cats so that I can definitely plan on coming back, and not have to worry about finding actual “pet friendly lodging” It is very tome consuming calling many places in StGeorge and elsewhere that advertise “pet friendly,” but they really just mean “dog friendly”

Loved our stay here My Fiancé and I really loved the fact they had a heated indoor pool We stayed in the suite with the hot tub and it was relaxing to have that in the room

Staff was friendly and check in was fast and easy Breakfast was great for the most part, not so much a fan of microwaveable breakfast sandwiches I’m not saying that’s all they served, don’t get me wrong It was only one breakfast morning of our stay Every day other than that one day was bacon, eggs, waffles you can make yourself Would love to stay here again, and would recommend it! Indoor heated

Nice room Comfortable and clean Fantastic pool and huge hot tub, great breakfast

Grounds are very nice There seems to be a bit of a disconnect when it comes to room service and refreshing the room They say they come in every other day, unless we request everyday, which we did and never happened When we came back in on the second day it did not happen again Had to go to the front desk to get the room refreshed at night, but the floors would never get vacuumed I would have given 5 stars if not for that flaw

Absolutely wonderful hotel in a prime location Believe the reviews you are seeing here I cancelled subsequent nights booked at other places closer to National Parks and extended our stay here instead

This place is spotless and incredibly well-maintainedWonderful pool and massive hot tub, surrounded by fire pits, extended, large outdoor spaces to eat and hang out at This hotel is also right beside a golf courseGreat place for couples and families alike-Posted by a real person

Loved staying here! My sister and I met up in St George over the summer as a halfway point between Aspen, CO and San Diego We brought our boots with and everyone had a great time in the pool most of the weekend

Gorgeous location with breathtaking views from the oil and hotel rooms Plenty of room in the suites and we appreciated the complimentary hot breakfast every morning My son keeps asking when we can return!
