We loved Hawaii! We did not love Paia Inn so muchPossibly we chose a very busy time to visit, but Paia Inn felt extremely over-priced and poorly maintained We paid $650/night for two nights, for a very small room

The lock didn’t work without lots of jiggling, there was black mold around the shower-head, which also repeatedly fell out onto my headThe service was very pleasant and efficient The area by the sea was idyllic

Alex McClure

This boutique hotel has fantastic customer service We accidentally booked our room for the wrong date and when we showed up, they were already fully booked for the night Savannah at the front desk called in the owner and they worked hard to pull some strings and find a room for us to stay in that night

It felt like they really went out of their way to help us and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone 🙂

I’m incredibly surprised at these positive reviews Paia Inn was so very disappointing We aren’t particularly fussy travelers and we are very familiar with Hawaii, having gone multiple times, and this place was over $600 a night

We booked far in advance What we got for that money was an extremely disaffected staff of young women in their early 20s who didn’t even give us a cursory tour of the property when we checked in, which is MUCH NEEDED because the place is a labyrinth and the entry and exits and multiple keys are super confusing The room was TINY and didn’t even include even basic comforts–we couldn’t adjust the temperature, the windows didn’t have curtains, no coffee machine (just a knockoff Nespresso in the common area) Bed is nothing special and not particularly niceYou do get a mini-fridge and can use beach chairs The beach access (once you find it) is very prettyAll the staff does is take selfies in mirrors and curate their spotify playlistsI couldn’t believe what you get for $600 a night!!We checked in to another WONDERFUL BnB later that week on Maui (Moana Lani) which was HALF the price per night, included a fully cooked hot breakfast and much better round-the-clock coffee, snacks and fresh fruit, private AC, and all the extras like bicycles, boogie boards, chairs, etcDon’t stay at Paia Inn It’s simply not worth the price

This was hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed! Everyone here is so professional and attentive They bent over backwards to make sure our stay was perfect We loved that they had beach chairs, sand toys, coolers and even ice packs for the coolers for their guests to use

We arrived to fresh flowers all over the room and fresh banana bread The views are amazing and the restaurant was also just as good Stay here! You definitely won’t regret it

Jordan Covvey

Just a fantastic experience for our honeymoon We didn’t want the cookie cutter resort experience and the Inn gave us just what we were looking for – a comfortable and lovely full amenity apartment, a great lanai, excellent beach access, and a quiet and relaxing trip Everything was easy, from parking to dinner reservations next door

The staff were incredibly friendly and we enjoyed just being ‘local’ for ten days on the north side of the island Highly recommend

Peter van Beek

This place is hyped! And for kinda good reasonThe location and setting is stunning, the service goes out of its way to be friendly We didn’t have a reservation but got one the next day

Brennon Hall

Excellent Condo in South Kihei Maui – Beach front on Kamaole II !! (Unit 22)Our stay at the Hale Pau Hana in Unit 22 was beyond amazing! I did an extensive amount of research before booking a room, and we were not disappointed one bit I was looking for beach front (not rocky area), great view, Air conditioned, washer/dryer, and reasonable pricingUnit 22 at Hale Pau Hana checked all the boxes and was better than we could have imagined

Unit 22 is on the second floor in “Low Rise B” Plenty of parking was available right behind the building, close to the stairs Our room had a window unit in bedroom that would keep the temp perfect The living room / kitchen area had a portable AC unit, but we did not need it at all We just kept the patio doors open and screens doors shut when in that area and did not need the AC Majority of time though if we were in our room we would be out on the balcony It was great!! We only ended up using the washer /dryer once, but it worked great Most of the units do not have washer/dryer in them, but there is an onsite laundry room if neededThe view was amazing Could not have asked for anything better The rooms are all right on the beach with amazing views The complex has a very well manicured lawn area between the rooms and the beach, where you can enjoy some some sun and/or shade while sitting in lounge chairs, just behind the sand The amazing beach is just a few steps down when you want to chill on the beach or splash in the water No crossing streets or having to walk/drive to get to the beach; you are literally right thereThe complex also has a nice pool and plenty of BBQ pits for use We did not use them, but others were and there were many available The lawn and beach areas were never over crowded during our stay There were always plenty of chairs in the lawn area and lots of room on the beachYou can stroll down Kamaole II beach to the left or right and explore Kamaole I and III beaches as well Rocky areas are in between the beaches which have cool sea creatures to check out Very fun exploring! The hotel staff was amazing!! We lost one of our room keys and the other was left inside our room This was after the office had closed for the day After a short call, one of the great staff members drove down after hours and let me in the room Totally my bonehead mistake, but they got me back in the room in about 15 minutes!Just across the street in walking distance is a shopping center with some places to eat, tshirt shops, convince store, snorkel/paddle board rentals, etc Be sure to go over to “THE CINNAMON ROLL PLACE” and grab some breakfast to take back to room and eat on your balcony! Get there early and grab some awesome cinnamon rolls, coffee/lattes, etc and make your morning even better! For lunch go check out Coconut’s Fish Cafe and get the fish tacos You will thank me! Best ones ever no seriously, the best we have ever hadThis was my first trip to Maui, and my girlfriends second We both loved staying at the Hale Pau Hana and will be looking here first for a room when we return to Maui in the futureMahalo!

Mark Anthony Pangilinan

This is probably the best beachfront accomodation we ever stayed at! From the nice staff, well appointed rooms, heated pool and beach just a few steps away and no need to cross the street, gas bbq grill close to the pool for your convenience, outdoor tables and chairs free to use, close proximity to shops and restaurants, and so much more! You could really feel that you are on a vacation We will definitely go back here soon, in fact this place could be our yearly go to trip to the beach from now on Maui is such a beautiful and relaxing island and staying here at The Hale Pau Hana is the icing on the top!Mahalo!

We stayed at the Iao Valley Inn for our first time in Maui It was perfect! The owners were very nice, and respectful of our space and privacy The room was clean and quiet

The Inn is very secluded, and secure The views are very nice All you hear is the stream, and birds singing The continental breakfast is perfect I would highly recommend the Iao Inn to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing, and great Maui vacation experience We absolutely loved it Someday hope to return

Samantha Clark

A slice of heaven We waited a long time to visit the Iao Valley Inn but it was well worth the wait! This gorgeous B&B is in the most peaceful and beautiful of settings, the rooms are beautifully designed and well cared for, plenty of privacy with a comfortable and sumptuous bedding to boot The location is terrific too and easy to get around and see all of the wonders of Maui by car

Tamara (and Kahu) especially was so accommodating and welcoming and we’re so grateful for her patience and understanding in the delays coming over I whole heartedly recommend

Brian Allan

While technically in Wailuku, you’d never know it; and this central location was ideal for sightseeing around the island The grounds were beautiful The sounds of the jungle (especially of the nearby stream) were a wonderful way to wake up in the morning as well as to de-stress throughout the day

Tamara and Bob were very wonderful and attentive hosts Kahu (their German Shepherd) was a loving protector of the guests The comfy bed and clawfoot bathtub were lovely accents of the Orchid room (the multiple mini- refrigerators were also quite helpful); and having the lanai for dining and taking-in the ambience was a major plus

My friend and I had an incredible stay at this hostel – highly recommend for people hoping for fun experiences with great people in comfort and security The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay by offering daily activities, airport shuttles, answering all questions and being so accommodating with bookings The hostel made everyday special, up until the very end where the driver stopped by a quaint beach near the airport for a final send off…all on his own time

The free tours are so much fun and allow you to experience the island authentically and on a budget My friend and I, both women in our 30s, felt safe and comfortable during our stay Truly great environment for all ages Hope you get to experience this gem soon!Amy

I came for a cheap place to stay for 1 night, stayed 1 week for the experiences and the people!Great for: Meeting interesting people from around the world, Partying, Chilling, AdventuringA different adventure for every day of the week: cliff jumping, turtle snorkeling, jungle hiking, the road to Hana, etcParties most nights, typically move off-site after quiet hours hitI stayed behind a couple days and found the place to be quite peaceful midday The geckos would come out, the staff would clean up from the previous night, and the cycle would repeat

Speaking of the staff, I found them all to be friendly chill people They’re not bland corporate hotel servants, so if that’s what you want, just try a hotel They’re more like a friend of a friend hosting a long weekend that you’re invited toI’m already planning to go back!

Noah Rudlin

The staff here really are awesome, and they do everything to try and make your experience worth while and it shows If you’re wanting a solo trip or to come to a place with some friends and to make more lifelong friends then this is the place to go especially if you’ve ever lived in a dorm type situation Guided tours happen everyday and they take you to amazing places, always tip your tour guide! Everything is shared unless you get a private room so if you’re not a younger person this may not be for you, however regardless you will have an amazing experience, one that will be with me for my whole life

Free beer on Friday and jungle juice provided on Monday so also be prepared to party

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your stay They compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is the best rated in the area

I have been staying here for a long time If you stay for a few nights you for sure will love it I’m sure!Perfect stay if you aren’t looking for the full resort experience however, this place has a great property, fun pool and easy access to the beach It was a perfect place for our family of 4 to extend our Maui trip and manage cost Hula dancing on Wednesday with live music at the pool was a highlight!

ZESTY ZESTY

This facility overall is adequate at best The grounds are pleasant but not overly luxurious, the pool is small as is the gym There are no vending machines or stores within an easy walk

Our two bedroom unit was $650 a night and although they charge a $580 cleaning fee it wasn’t as clean as it could be, little bit of mold in the shower, some windows a little streaked Kitchen cabinets and Furniture a bit worn and out-of-date But it was an easy walk to the nice beaches across the street, fabulous sunsets and everything else that Kihei has to offer There are dozens of condo complexes in Kihei and next time I think I’ll shop around a little further

Trushar Rao

Great resort, staff, location, and service Be aware of the hidden charges that come with this condo I had to pay an extra $35 per night as a “cleaning fee”, which was not stated when I booked my stay with Expedia

The owner of the condo was nice enough to communicate before and after my stay I would have given a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the hidden charges

We loved this little hotel Quiet area with pool, beachfront, and excellent restaurants within walking distance Basic complimentary breakfast

Kitchens in your room Grills on property for use Loved listening to the sound of the waves at night No TVs, no distractions Just about being present And the beds/pillows are AMAZING! Best nights sleep we’ve gotten in a long time You sit on the bed and you’re out Haha Rooms are comfortable Definitely recommend

Jamie mckinney

This place is very nice outside The grounds are immaculate! The beach is so beautiful and the staff is extremely nice The problem is, you can hear every conversation going on next door and above you

We had to get up at 4am for an early excursion and got maybe 3 hours of sleep because the couple next door was arguing, then once they finally went to bed someone over there was snoring uncontrollably! It was insane! I’ve never experienced a more noisy room in my life! I almost went and slept in the rental car! Parking is also an issue Tight spots and not enough for all the guests No bar or restaurant on the premises either but there are a few places you can walk to As beautiful as it is, I don’t think I can come back here with how thin the walls are which is a real bummer because it’s absolutely beautiful!

Kristina Johnson Mazourek

We really enjoyed our stay Absolutely beautiful grounds and well maintained rooms Staff and other guests were very friendly

Beach out front is gorgeous—one of the nicest beaches we saw on MauiWe enjoyed using the grill by the pool and having a kitchenette in the room Going out to eat is expensive on Maui so it was nice to supplement with making our own foodContinental breakfast offered is good but light We bought some yogurt to go along with it Recommend bringing a coffee mug and plate from your room

It was a fairly nice one night start Room and bed were clean The property seems a bit old and worn, but everything was comfortable

It’s hard to overemphasize how nice this place is It is beautiful in every possible way, and it was really hard to leave There were great views, a beautiful balcony off the bedroom, an amazing pool and hot tub next to the bar that were a perfect way to spend the evening The rooms were comfortable and super clean

The staff was kind and attentive The laundry room was on hand to dry my very wet clothes for $3 each day We didn’t try the breakfast, but the bar food was very tasty

Weiyao Wang

Pro: Staff are great! Breakfast has good value Be aware of first floor, since Ocean View Suites can barely see the ocean due to occlusionCon: find 3+ large bugs in my room, a bit scary… but staff told me they came from the storm prior to our arrival and they are having pest control

Staff are helpful in the end to switch me to a higher-floor room with no more insects

Kim Nguyen

My husband and I booked a night at the AC Hotel and had an amazing time there All of the staff were very nice and always greeted us every time we passed by them We got to check in a lot earlier than anticipated as they had availability, giving us more time to enjoy the hotel so this was greatly appreciated

Our room was very clean and modern, and the ocean view room was awesome as we got both a view of the pool and the ocean It’s a short walk to Wailea Beach which was convenient The gym was very clean as well, they have a Peloton bike which was a plus! I highly recommend staying here as our experience was wonderful!

Absolutely horrible place Go somewhere elseAs others have said, no staff on site after 5pm, which is annoying, but not even close to the reason this place is awful

Food? None Drinks? None Convenience store listed on their site? Nope, closed permanently Restaurant? Nope, closed permanently Ice machine, no vending machines, noThe nearest restaurant/food is over a mile away I had to go to Days Inn next door multiple times just to buy some waterOne of the elevators (of two) was under repair, so people frequently had to wait up to three full trips before they could ride it to their rooms (housekeeping would also use it with their carts, preventing many people from getting in the small elevator) Not sure what housekeeping was doing all the time though, since they only clean rooms every 3 daysOn our last day, they put a sign up in the lobby, announcing they were doing renovations on the room immediately above ours THAT DAY So my 1yo baby is woken up from their nap by the sounds of electric saws and grinding and hammering Not exactly a relaxing time

Brian Tutterow

We stayed in the hotel rooms Nice, relatively inexpensive rooms Clean, no frills and partial ocean views are fantastic from upper floors

Wind can howl a bit on 8th floor but dies down after dark Location is great with beaches to the south and a nature trail to the north Saw several turtles in the waters below the rooms and one on land along the trail

Kevin Ta

Friendly staff and security, plenty of parking and extremely close to the beach I sympathize with staff as they seem to be doing the best they can with limited staffingNoticed there was a bobby pin on our bed, cockroach by our sofa and a dirty comforter

Resort photos are not accurateLeft a voice message for new linens which have been unanswered Front desk closes at 5:30pm Resort falling short of what we expected for $700+ a night

Loved this place! Stayed overnight in the lodge after a day at the national park Easy, contactless check in We were in lodge 1, and it was so spacious with a unique, rustic style

We were WOWED by the view! Restaurant was closed, so we got some local take out and ate dinner on the porch and it was just perfect The place was clean and comfortable No fridge or microwave, but staying for 1 night only this didn’t matter so much for us Highly recommend this place!

Quintessential breakfast place after a hike up to the Haleakala National Park in Maui The place has great views, and a lovely ambience with decent sized portions to quench even the post-hike cravings!! Also it can get really busy really quickly, so plan ahead and time it well to not have to wait forever for your table especially after the morning workout! Good vibes & Aloha!!

What a lovely place to stay!!We had a wonderful time at the Pineapple Inn Mark and Steve were great hosts and took care of everything The room was quiet clean and comfortable

We loved the pool, hottub and puttinggreen The grounds were beautiful and serene We especially enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the birds and little lizards as we ate breakfast

Marissa Hapeman

The Pineapple Inn is simply the best place I’ve ever stayed The room (and entire property) was so clean, comfortable, relaxing, and inviting – and the beautiful location in Kihei goes without saying! The fridge stocked with local snacks was especially thoughtful and delicious as well Our only regret was that we didn’t stay there longer! If you’re on the fence about staying at the Pineapple Inn, DO IT! I can’t recommend it highly enough, and can’t wait to go back again someday

Lindsay Yellin

We adored Pineapple Inn The property is absolutely stunning and our individual room was spacious and comfortable With only 4 rooms you almost always feel as if you have the place to yourself

The Inn has a gorgeous pool and top-of-the-line hot tub Made for great evening swims under the stars after a full day exploring the island We thought the bed was very comfortable, the beach equipment you could borrow in great condition and the snacks/kitchen wear perfect for the few days we were there Lastly, the location was really nice Great proximity to Wailea beaches and restaurants and was on a really beautiful residential street There is a busy street behind the property, you do hear the cars but this didn’t bother us and was overshadowed by the incredible lush gardens and paradise atmosphere Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet and affordable Maui accommodation

What a wonderfully understated vacation condominium! After reading prior reviews I was concerned

But there was absolutely no need to be!! From the cleanliness, to the nicely kept grounds and amenities, everything was above what I was expecting We traded in a week from our timeshare for our 10 year anniversary I felt this resort was a nice in-between for us as a couple, and we would definitely bring our family back as well The location was phenomenal! We appreciated being pretty centrally located to most everything we wanted and needed

We stayed here eight days for a wedding I don’t have any complaints about this place The grounds are immaculate and landscaped beautifully

(I would sit out on our deck drinking my coffee and watching them meticulously clean the grills out in the courtyard every morning, from the people who used them to grill the night before) We arrived at 11:30 at night and they had someone waiting there ready to go show us to our room The parking situation is great and you are really close to your rooms Lots of elevators to get to the upper floors My wife is handicapped and got around everywhere with no problems at all The only weird thing was all the air conditioners are on a 4-Hour timer so we would have to wake up in the middle of the night to cut them back on but that was really the only negative thing I can think to say about the entire resort during our stay there You are right on the ocean, and a beautiful beach There were sea turtles sleeping on the beach just a little ways away It will definitely be the place we go when we come back

Dawn Blanchette

Easy check in and strongly recommend going through the site rather than a third party site It will save you money!! Rooms are nice and the room I was in had everything I would need for the beach

Ice chest chairs, towels, even sand toys for the kids There is a ceiling fan and ac in both bedroom and livingroom but I feel if there were more than just myself staying an additional oscillating fan would be needed I could walk straight out to the beach from my room which was great to sneak out to watch the sunrise or sunset Overall i loved my room and my stay!! Strongly recommend!!!

Unreachable staff made it difficult to check in So what no one tells you is that there’s only check-in available from 9:00 to 5:00 pm

if you arrive after these hours, you have to contact a third party to check in There was no way of knowing this until we just called security to ask what we should do after driving around the complex for about 30 minutes The third party did their best But had very limited knowledge of the resort, so couldn’t tell you exactly how to get to our unit or any of the amenities of the area They can only tell you how to get a key and then advise you to call the front desk when the front desk is open Super disappointed so far in this rather expensive resort

Shikhar Agarwal

The property itself is a beautiful one It is on the northeastern part of the island which makes it rather secluded The property is well maintained

However, the rooms are outdated and in need of significant improvements As seen in the pictures, there are tiles that are cracked, paint that is crusting and cabinets that need to be repairedThe LCD TV was placed crooked in a smaller TV stand, meant for the old picture tube TVsDue to COVID, there was absolutely no service in the room, which is understandable However, if the service was desired, there was an extra charge for it—> this is a little fishy, since hotel rooms generally come with free service at least once One would imagine that for $575 per night, there could be arrangements for a room clean up service at least once every few days

Danielle Watimar

I’ll start by saying, I booked this through hotwire they charged my card immediately when I booked and noted that I would be charged an additional $90 at check-in for resort fees when I got to the front desk to check in, she immediately gave me an invoice for an additional $419! she said it was cleaning charges

I let her know that I was not aware and that I was only told about the $90 fee she said there was no way that they would be willing to “absorb” that cost She was super unapologetic and offered not solutionI am a local on Maui, and had my two kids in the car I told her I couldn’t pay another $400+ on top of the HUGE amount I had already paid for the rooms now, two nights at a condo was going to be well over $1000?! again, very unempathetic and just acted like she didn’t care luckily, I was able to get a refund and drive away, but what if I was a tourist who was checking in and had no other place lined up? I just wanted to make people aware before they book, come out here and are unexpectedly hit with a huge fee we ended up driving to the Napili Kai, and it was, hands down, one of the best places I’ve stayed! please do your research so you aren’t surprised when you arrive!

My husband and I stayed 5 nights here on a Points + Cash redemption in a partial ocean view king room We loved every second of our stay!!! We thought the value of upgrading our room to have an ocean view was well worth it, and we were lucky to have our balcony on the ground floor for easy access to the poolThe staff at the hotel are all incredibly kind and responsive

I told them we were celebrating a milestone at my husbands job, and we were welcomed to our room with a bottle of champagne and a congratulatory dessert! It was such a nice treat and made us feel so special! As a Platinum elite member, we chose the breakfast option as our benefit There are a couple places to get your coffee, pastry, and fruit cup for that benefit, but we found the Starbucks to have the best options/variety You get a tall drink of your choice and a pastry like pumpkin bread off their menu options We did not receive a room upgrade, which I politely requested via email before hand as a Platinum member, so I think that’s kind of just how it goes at this resort, but we are only one data point! The rest of the resort amenities, variety of pools, and proximity to the beach are all amazing and a great tribute to why this hotel was a great choice for newlywed couples, families, and older couples alike The one minor thing that this hotel lacked compared to others in the area was direct beachfront access (5 minute walk either direction, with complementary beach chairs on Wailea beach), but the trade off in my opinion is better views of the ocean from the rooms and the pools! All in all, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it to anyone!!!

Reese Blaskowski

Stayed here on points, booked a garden view room and got upgraded to ocean view, which was amazing Very welcoming and attentive staff, and we enjoyed our welcome drinks and the poolside bar The infinity pool is spectacular, we spent a majority of our day just looking at the ocean from the pool

Probably would not be able to justify staying here paying cash (rates were $1500+/night when we visited), but was definitely worth it on points, and would be worth it if you found some off-season deals

Victoria Sabinina

Booked this place by friend’s recommendation Honestly, should have stayed at four seasonsThe place is overpriced for what it is

The buildings are so far from each other and feel like summer camp rather than a luxury hotelThe first red flag was when I called the front desk to book a dinner reservation, and the gentleman told me to go online and book it “Great” customer serviceWhen we arrived the front desk said they got us an amazing roomWhen we walked in, the AC sounded like a tractor, we had to fight with them to get transferredInstead of offering an apology, we felt they just gave us the worst room they hadRooms are not pretty whatsoever, I really didn’t enjoy being insideThe whole property is not maintained well Trash everywhere, I wouldn’t risk to eat in those restaurants Even Starbucks looked disgustingThe only thing we enjoyed was the infinity poolThis hotel should be $400 a night tops Definitely would pay extra $300 to be at four seasons

I have been coming here for years If you stay for a few nights you for sure won’t regret itMy husband and I, stayed here yesterday last minute due to having to leave our honeymoon with an emergency at home Very accommodating hotel Offered shuttle service from the airport Had the best service from the gentleman that worked the bar/restaurant area inside the hotel Very clean hotel and rooms Would absolutely stay again

This hotel has an excellent location near the airport (especially if you have an early flight the next day), the rooms are clean, comfortable and well-priced and it is also super-convenient to all of the shopping and food trucks in Kahului However, the best reason to stay here is the excellent customer service The staff and management is efficient, accommodating and very professional

They helped me with a big scheduling/technical error and handled it in the most professional and respectful manner I will definitely stay here again and customer services like this is why I am a loyal Marriott Bonvoy customer!!!

Very welcoming, super clean hotel Was nice to stay there for 2 nights before our resort time began Bed very comfortable and shower amenities have a good smell

Only uncomfortable thing was the couch but those are typical of Courtyard’s and therefore has nothing to do with the comfort of this hotel I recommend this hotelI

Stayed here with my wife for our honeymoon, and we loved the hotel! The facility was beautiful, the on-site restaurants had great menus along with delicious food, and the staff were accommodating and friendly Our room was amazing and offered a fantastic view The few pools on site were the perfect size and were very relaxing to sit at during the day

During our stay, we took advantage of many of the perks of the hotel, including the guided kayak tour, mixology class, and stand up paddle boarding lessons We also attended the Luau offered by the hotel, and it was such a unique and special experience, while also being entertaining and enjoyable Each morning we went to breakfast at the main restaurant, and the food and service were 5-star! The only two notable negatives were that everything is very expensive and I think the overall maintenance of the hotel, especially the exterior, could be improved Overall, we had a phenomenal experience and if we are ever in Maui again, I have a feeling that we will be staying here again I highly recommend the hotel!

Absolutely gorgeous Amazing grounds, beautiful pools, great food Nothing to complain about

As I was at the bar, a band started setting up and I was worried that they would be too loud, but they were perfect and the lead singer was very attractive Great vibes from the band, I believe the bar has live music often Perfect place to watch the sunset

We ended our stay on Maui at the Montage, and we were absolutely spoiled from check-in to check-out! They upgraded us to a 3 bedroom, premier ocean-front condo (we had reserved a 2 bedroom) and it was pure luxury Rick helped us from the moment we made our reservation and was very responsive to any requests or questions we had and helped set up many of our activity and spa reservations The cabanas at the pool are a nice reprieve from the sun, but you also have chairs set up right next to your cabana rental if you want to soak up the rays

The pool staff was amazing and very attentive I would also recommend a meditation session with Ana She helped us understand the principles behind the meditation before guiding us on our journey A fabulous way to start your day! Cane & Canoe is the perfect place to grab breakfast or a romantic dinner On our last night, we chose in-room dining on our patio, and our server set everything up wonderfully Excellent food and another gorgeous sunset! Montage Kapalua Bay is luxury at its best with a top-notch staff, amazing activities, and fabulous on-site cuisine We most definitely will be back!!

We LOVED this resort! We have stayed in many five star resorts and this was definitely near the top of the list The moment we walked in they greeted us with leis and escorted us to our room to find a hand made sign (with all of our kids’ names) on the wall in the entryway to our room to welcome us They were delighted! Then they were even more delighted to see milk and cookies waiting for them (and champagne for us)

Our suite was amazing We loved everything about it There were high end furnishings, plenty of room and a huge patio with an amazing view We felt right at home here The housekeeping services were awesome (and so nice to have both daily housekeeping and turn down service in this Covid world) We also loved having a kitchen and laundry room The room service was prompt The food was good The property was amazing The kids loved the pools which were all connected The beach had the best snorkeling we experienced anywhere right there on the property Top notch service and staff that remember your name We will definitely be back!
