The room we stayed in was very nice and comfortable Parking wasn’t good at all and we had to pay $15 for the lousy parking The breakfast was lousy at best

Nothing fresh, prepackaged and microwaved Fruit was clearly aged I could say a lot more but won’t, just don’t expect anything nice and you will won’t be disappointed The staff were all nice and helpful,But won’t be staying there again

Coach Chaz

Definitely well maintained facility and GREAT STAFF

From the moment we got there until the moment we checked out everything was phenomenal My group mainly worked with Lisa who pulled out the red carpet treatment for us from the moment we arrived Once we were all checked in, Lisa passed the torch to Front Desk Manager Brenda who was amazing the whole time we were there as well The whole staff from TOP NOTCH from Lisa all the way down to white lady who did housekeeping!!! I would recommend this location to EVERYONE and we will definitely be back for any future trips to Kansas City Oklahoma Irish Basketball Organization wants to Thank (Lisa) & the whole Springhill Suites Plaza Staff for a Great 4-5 Day Stay!!!

Rachel Eis

First just know that the parking here is a joke, the lot when you pull into the lobby/check in area has angled spots that you will barely be able to park in let alone open your door They have a “parking garage” with barely any spots Just know you will probably pay $15 to not guarantee a parking spot for yourself

The hotel was nice, it is new, it’s close to what we needed But beware when planning on parking

Reunion turn out great 2 Nice outdoor spaces Pool was nice, had towels at the pool

Was a busy pool Breakfast was good Rooms were extra nice Had a conference room for the weekend We used it all the time All the staff was very accommodating Watch the parking If you don’t have a pass visible in your car, you might get towed I will go again

Ramon Fierros

Christa (Front Desk Attendant) and Chase (Manager) are friendly, professional, and competent Location is excellent Hotel pool and basketball court are very nice

Constructive FeedbackRooms need these improvements:1 Replace the AC units (end of life)2 Install a shower door to prevent water from the shower spraying to the bathroom floor3 Shower floors are slippery Potential for people slipping and getting hurt Provide a floor mat and install a hand rail on the inside of the shower4 Housekeeping could pay better attention to detail when it comes to cleaning the rooms In particular, trash under the extending sofa, some leftover hair in the shower, and vacuuming the cornersThese improvements will bring the hotel up to Marriott standardsHope this helps

M W

The location of the hotel is great, but that is the only positive I can giveThe room I stayed in was pretty gross, there were hairs in the bathroom shower and floor from previous guest, there were crumbs on the floor as if a vacuum was never used, and the walls/doors were truly filthy – they all had dirty splash marks, just overall very dirty You would think that for the ridiculous amount they charged the room could have been cleaner

The breakfast was also blah When I checked out I told the person at the front desk about my experience, he was apologetic and polite but that was about itI had stayed at this Marriott several years ago and my experience back then was much different which is why I chose to stay again, but that will be the last time I give this hotel my business You can do better Marriott!!!

I was very underwhelmed by the Fontaine I had hoped it would live up to its “4-star” reputation but it’s way overpriced and needs more updating and maintenanceAn issue I had was that they advertise the prices to appear really low on Google

I was seeing in generic searches $112 a night That is absolutely not going to be the case We recently stayed 2 nights in a basic room and ended up paying $630 (including parking)As others have said, for the price, I would’ve expected more amenities They did have a rooftop bar which was nice, but the rooftop pool is really tiny No spa, very limited dining options, no robes in the rooms, etcThe lobby is nice and the shared facilities look the best But the individual rooms themselves need TLC Chipped paint, scuffs, rusty metal items…again just not what I expected for the star rating and costI don’t mind paying for excellence, but I wouldn’t stay again unless the rate was substantially decreased The value just wasn’t there for me

Ashley Lardino

You are only paying for the convenience of the location The lobby is beautiful and gives the illusion that you are staying at a very high end hotel The staff was very friendly

However, the room is very very basic And as in other reviews, our room was dirty The fridge had not been cleaned and had what looked like chocolate milk all over the inside It was dusty and the floors were dirtyThe only “luxury” was the walk in shower with the rainfall shower headThe rooftop pool was so small and the whole area was cramped It was hard to move around and uncomfortableI would not recommend this hotel if you are wanting a getaway for a special occasion Incredibly over priced for such an under whelming experience

Allen Pepito

Today, I planned a surprise reservation for my boyfriend’s birthday which is not for couple more days I’ve been in contact with Micheal Wallace in preparing for that day He has been kind and quick to respond to All (yes there were multiple interactions) my emails

The Fontaine hotel is mine and my boyfriend’s favorite stay-cation spot We have chosen to stay there 4 times now because of it cleanliness and beautiful rooms They also have an amazing rooftop pool and restaurant/bar The location is incredible since it is close to multiple restaurants and store at the plaza The parking is easy to find in the parking garage which has access to the hotel through an elevator Anyways, the customer service that I’ve receiving from Micheal in just planning this special night has been exceptional I just want to give a BIG THANK YOU to him for everything he has done

This is a historical landmark, which adds to the charm of this beautiful prohibition era hotel The rooms are a nice size If you like to have a drink I definitely recommend the speakeasy which is hidden behind the front desk wall

You enter through a hidden door downstairs in the basement The bar lounge is beautiful though and has a decent amount of nicely appointed seating My only issue with this hotel sometimes is the front desk staff doesn’t seem to be attentive to the guests’ needs It’s like they don’t want to be there If that changed, I would definitely give this place 5 stars

Kimberly J

I was a bit worried to stay here after reading some of the other reviews but was pleasantly surprised While they clearly have staffing shortages and are having to cut some corners the overall experience is pretty good The rooms and decor are unique compared to your average hotel, and if you get the bathtub room you are in for a treat

My check in experience was smooth and my room was clean enough All of the important surfaces (bed, tables/chairs, bathroom fixtures, main areas of floor) were very clean and free of stains While I would expect a 4 star hotel to be spotless, I wasn’t planning on using the space behind the chair, so I didn’t mind too much that it was dusty Some of the fixtures and furnishings were defiantly showing some wear and tear and could do with a replacement The room did have a mini fridge and microwave that were both clean, and not advertised as being includedThe AC worked well, although the room did feel a bit damp It was 100 outside and very humid, but my room was able to hang out at about 67, and I was on the 19th floor The public areas however were very hot I don’t think the halls had any working AC at all They also used an air freshener scent in the lobby area that made me wonder if the hotel was hosting an axe body spray conventionOverall I would definitely stay here again They rooms and decor are a step above your average hotel The staff is friendly and the location is great I just hope they can shine up their rooms so that they can provide a truly unbeatable experience

Shelby Purdun

I was told that when I checked in I did not have breakfast included for the people in my stay, i took the employees word and it wasn’t until the third day of my stay that I was told otherwise So not only Did I pay for two adults per day(4 days, 3 nights) but then I paid for breakfast elsewhere and all that I was offered was two well drink vouchers which I was unable to use, not because they were denied but because it was closed during my available times (Visiting for business)Also, the restaurant is quiet but the food was good

I expected an Italian menu for the breakfast once I did check it out before checking out of my room, but it was a light American style Menu online site is not up to date!! The employees at that time were attentiveThe room was nice, felt crowded for a deluxe suite because of the larger coffee tableThe shower was so uncomfortable It is a half glass door and because of that you can easily get cold while showering If the switch on the wall aaa a heat lamp/fan, mine did not work and was very dusty under the cover the water pressure was OK, but the shower head pointed to the wall so no heater, poor pressure, and got chilly super easily I did expect a better bathroom due to no pics on the siteOn the features it lists a boutique, there is NO boutiqueLobby was clean and always immaculate, I just wish that the rooms/service was up to par An area for improvementThe historical features of the hotel were a nice touchOverall I rate this a 2/5 because the price is average per night here and it’s possible I could’ve stayed elsewhere and had a better experience

This hotel is beautiful, its staff friendly, and its location great I’ve stayed here twice now and plan to stay again as often as I can The rooms have a classic look and are immaculately clean

The building has an old soulful feel to itDuring my most recent stay, I presented a tax exemption document to the front desk at checkout time No hotel likes dealing with these, but Charlotte was patient and thorough in seeing it through, multitasking by helping other guests while she adjusted my bill I could not be more pleased with my experience

The hotel has a nice location close to the uptown theater and the action on the plaza within walking distance The front desk staff is helpful and very nice The room itself has wear and tear, but out king room came with a nice sofa and table

Parking isn’t super easy because it’s a garage with separate elevator access, but it was fine

Thomas

Wants to be a 4 star, but not there $2800 Valet under staffed when we got there and the rest of the weekend

Had 350 guests for a wedding, shouldn’t have been a surprise Check in was okay, but not real welcoming Slow elevators, seemed like only one of four was working Ice machine on 15th floor never worked Room a/c wasn’t working until about 10:30 our first night Toilet ran every 10 minutes Bridgette was the first friendly employee we ran into Breakfast hostess was nice and breakfast was good, but overpriced Wedding reception with 350 guests had two bars with a minimum of 15 minute service wait All issues can be excused to staffing issues, and I don’t like leaving negative reviews, except I expressed concerns on the Marriott Bonvoy site and was ignored Good service goes a long waypoor service, not much

Mama Bearnath

Will stay at this hotel again! Chance at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly the views of the Plaza were amazing and I loved having coffee in my room while looking out at the fountains The shower door punched our fingers but we had to be mindful of not putting our finger on the handle while getting out of the shower I loved the detachable shower head, made it easy to wash the kiddos after a humid day!

I’ve been staying here for years If you decide to stay here you definitely won’t be let downMy experience attending Westin is always so great I work at the hospital near by and sick children still need me to go yo work no matter what the weather is , so when road conditions are not drivable , I stay at the Westin I get the BEST sleep of my life here , and the rain shower is so relaxin It melts away the day The pillows are perfect and the nice heavy without being TOO heavy duvet is just right The bed HOLDS you The urban bar and grill downstairs has always been too busy to get service, however I did not know until I was leaving that I could have ordered food to my room , which I wish I had known There is access to crown center shops and restaurants without going outside during open hours The waterfall and garden area near the lobby is a favorite place of mine to get family photos

Good Hotel Breakfast was good and had some unique options like egg souffle and sugar Belgian waffles (or something like that) and had basics like juice oatmeal yogurt bagels and waffle maker Additional outdoor seating next to breakfast area was a nice touch with some decent views

Rooms were good size (2 queen suite), bathroom was clean and had enough towels for a family of 4 without having to call front desk for more I do also like the soaps and hair products in the shower with a dispenser Some of the fixtures in room were nice enough to consider them for my own home it did not feel outdated I would definitely stay here again Overall positive experience No complaints

DEMONTAYE NIXON

Very nice Room was really clean Staff are all very nice

Breakfast could be a bit better My girlfriend doesn’t eat cheese but they only provide prepackaged breakfast sandwiches that have cheese I usually stay at Hilton properties because as a business traveler I get credit for my stay even if book through a third party site Would frequent this hotel even more if they did the same

Athena Press

If I had 6 stars i’d give them to this work and play gem Due to work, i travel very often and our stays at hotels are long so, the hotel is our gome for weeks, and sometimes montg This Marriott branch is bar far at the rop in my experience with other branda

They do offer cumplimentary breakfast, which I almost never used because i had a kitchenette in my Jr Suite The breakfast is not their high point but, hey it’s cumplimentaryBy far that little flaw is overcompensated by super kind and pro staff, a salt water pool, a very decent gym and many other amenities, clean, neat, modernTo many good things for this short reviewThere is no other place to arrive in Kansas City, MO for your work needs

I hate having to leave this review My husband and I stayed here recently on our honeymoon and were so disappointed I read google reviews before we booked and a number of them mentioned it being dirty but we decided to go ahead and give the hotel the benefit of the doubt

The lobby was pretty dirty; we understand it was snowing outside but it still could’ve been better maintained The carpet in the hallways leading to our room were pretty dirty as well And when we arrived in the bedroom the floor was also in need of vacuuming, lots of hairs The tub had what looked like a few red crayon streaks; the soap bottles were not filled all the way; there was a half used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom in addition to a full one By the fake tree there was a rose petal on the floor, definitely not ours There was a chunk of something in the bottom of the mini fridge Also pretty noisy being New Year’s Eve We’ve stayed in cheap hotels that were much more sound proof and a lot cleaner Overall very disappointed for the price we paid and for all it’s hyped up to be The lady at the check out desk was not very friendly and didn’t ask how our stay was This is a beautiful unique building and has a ton of potential but definitely needs better management

Nickole Bribiesca

Everyone was very sweet and awesome Which made the stay pleasurable Learn the pricing before you order, I’m not sure we ever see the breakfast pricing and was surprised at the bill but you absolutely pay for convenience

Things were clean and worth saying again- staff is amazingPerfect placement being close to anything you can think of while also being slightly tucked away The traffic and hustle of the Legends down the street has no effect of the peaceful and romantic ambienceI would recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway or staycation that can afford the luxury the Chateau Avalon provides It’s not a budget hotel but again, provides the luxury you would pay for

Akimi Weller

Hotel when walking in is not very inviting We got checked in and went straight to our room The front desk gave us two vouchers for drinks since they couldn’t get us in for couples massage

The room was not how the pictures show it We got the Lincoln room which felt smaller than I was thinking it would be There’s no closet space to hang clothes or coats The hot tub does get very hot and filled up Their bar is what we loved the most The service in the bar was very pleasant and their drinks very tasty Bed in our room very comfortable

We had a lovely stay here for two nights Our room was large and well appointed, and the bathroom was big and all marble, with a no- fog mirror The hotel was beautiful, very clean, tastefully done

The online check-in was quick and easy, same for checkout There was music in the bar, which was lovely, and the bartender, Robert, was delightful We really loved having a balcony and a nice view of country Club plaza, and we were close to everything The beds were really comfortable, with one firmer pillow and one that was soft and comfy The restaurant was great, and our breakfast was really nice All the hotel employees went out of their way to do whatever they could for usWe did have an issue with the A/C, since I’m always cold and we could not get it warm enough, so we just turned it off The only thing I could suggest is a towel rack in the bathroom by the vanity, that would make things easier, but overall everything was amazing We’re planning on returning, and possibly staying at the concierge level next time Beautiful hotel!

First stay here Hotel is beautiful and spotless Staff are personable and professional

Although requests weren’t spot on the first time, either wrong room or forgot something, every measure was taken to ensure requests were fulfilled Wait and cleaning staff were especially top notch with care attention you’d expect in a five star resort Salad at American Slang restaurant was perfect Rooms were above average, with robe and slippers Management seems somewhat new in the profession but adapting Overall a great great experience

LaRhonda Boone

My husband and I had an impromptu date night The room and staff were amazing I highly recommend the concierge package so you can have access to the VIP lounge

Don elevated our experience to make it an unforgettable night There were several people waiting to check in and Jacob, who was walking out the door for the night, stepped in and helped everyone get checked in quickly We cannot wait to stay again

The best part of our stay was Georgia who worked the front desk! She was so sweet and took the time to actually strike up a conversation with me while I was getting checked in The room was spacious and comfortable The room did have a bit of a weird smell, and there was a huge stain on the sofa in our king suite

All in all, a great place to stop on a road trip!

The room wasn’t all that clean The first morning breakfast there were not enough silverware for everyone, nor was there enough food for everyone When my husband and I checked out the front desk employee was in the dining area cleaning up, my husband got her attention and she almost seemed annoyed we bothered her

She asked us our last name as she walked over to the front desk, copied the receipt crumbled it up, and handed it to us not saying a word Don’t think we will be staying there again There are plenty of other motels to choose from!

He first asked if we wanted 2 rooms When we said 1, he said “ then you’ll want 2 queen beds I said- a king He laughed and looked away Our room was spacious and clean- much like Holiday Inn There was no microwave in our room , so we had to go down 20 floors to warm up some leftovers The 3 men behind the counter were not helpful at all When we asked where we should go , they just pointed down the hall However they were quite attentive to a fashionable man asking for waterThe experience we encountered was inexcusable One would think a Marriott would have higher expectations in its employeesWe travel quite a lot for business and pleasure Marriott will no longer be our hotel

Where to begin! We had a banquet part with my company down here We were really looking forward to staying at the hotel and enjoying ourselves at our company event However upon arrival we were told by Valet that the parking garage was full and that we should go park in a garage 2 blocks away from the hotel

Parking was suppose to be validated per company invite However there was a different garage in which Midway was suppose to park but we did not find out until 2 hours into the event We paid the $10 to park in garage 2 blocks away and then moved vehicle to the correct parking garage we were suppose to use and the next morning (after our stay at the hotel) paid another $24! The receptionist at the front desk was very rude while checking us in No smile or courteousness at all! He could not tell us were exactly the event was that we were trying to get to We had to roam around until we found it The hotel refused to validate parking even though they were the ones that had miss informed us and told us were to parkNow that was just the nightmare with parking We we arrived to our room it appeared to be cleaned Then we were to shower after the event and the bathtub has rust around the faucets and someone’s dirty rags were still hanging in the shower(Gross!)!This was my first and my last time staying at this hotel There are much better options out side of the downtown area that are much better at cleanliness and customer service!

I have been here for literally 25 minutes and I am so happy! Emma was so sweet checking me in, making me laugh after a long day of work Check was smooth and she told me everything I needed to know Room looks tidy, great city view and looks very modern for a residence inn

Valet parking was so calm, I actually left my phone in the car and the gentleman at the desk quickly grabbed it for me I was so nervous but he worked fast! Thank your team so much I am happy to be here!

Amazing location and Front desk staffThe front desk staff was next level, always smiling and welcoming even though I was there for a 34 days, always had great recommendations and willing to help3 star rating comes from my room not being turned over after repeated requests

I had requests or pickup new towels myself Housekeeping at this location was horrible The one time my room was addressed it was not actually cleaned They took out the trash and made my bed with the same linen (There was Covid mask in between the sheets when I got in bed that evening) The young lady at the front desk in the afternoons (Sorry, I don’t remember your name) was delightful (made want to take trip to Tennessee) and the Chandra at the bar made paying 14 -12 $ for a glass of almost okEasy to walk find something to do from this location but it has its upside and downsidesWhere ever you travel Enjoy it

The staff at this hotel is horrible Clerk lied to us We checked in and the A/C in our room didn’t work in 100 degree weather

We were told we could move if we want Most better hotels would have their staff do the moving in that case No offer Treated very rudely She told us points we be added to our loyalty account Never happened

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the best choice we ever made! The room was gorgeous and cozy, the breakfasts were scrumptious, and Kathy was so hospitable and knowledgeable about the area and able to give recommendationsLots of restaurants and cute little shops within walking distance, situated in a safe area, and we never struggled finding street parkingEverything was neat and organized and we basically felt like royalty (she even learned our favorite tea to have outside our door each morning)! We will be staying here again, and we highly recommend it!

We had the absolute best time here My mother-in-law got us a night here for a Christmas present for my husband and I Let me just say everything was absolutely perfect

We had the best time! The huge jacuzzi tube was amazing too! This really was a great place to relax and enjoy one another! Plus the breakfast in the morning was SPATULAR!!!!! Amazing amazing!! We can’t wait to go back!!!! 5+++ stars all the way!!!!!

I’ve stayed here on my own twice in the last two years and I’ve never been disappointed The wrap around porch is an excellent place to relax and read The interiors are immaculate, light, airy and are charmingly decorated with vintage furniture

There are comfy beds, soft bathrobes, extra blankets, a hairdryer, everything you would need There’s been incredible attention to detail in these rooms On top of that, there’s a common area with complementary coffee, teas, snacks, and mugs and glasses The food is always top notch! From the breads and french press coffee (some of the best coffee ever) delivered to your room to the actual breakfast shared in the dining room, it’s always creatively served and absolutely delicious! My times here have been the most comfortable stays of any B&Bs I’ve ever stayed in I look forward to returning again next year!

Easily a lovable experience The room (129) was excellent! Cleaner than any I’ve stated

the bathroom and shower was outstanding That is actually the feature I enjoy most at a hotel stay and compared to the Argosy, none hold up Dual head shower, easy to operate, excellent lighting, plenty of room the only reason I didn’t rate a 5 was one particular desk person was not friendly or engaging There was no microwave or blow dryer but there was plenty of outlets for electronics!! Best room experience I’ve had in my travels and dozens of hotels!!!

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any stay This website will compare hundreds of booking web sites and normally will have rates much cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This hotel is one of the best in the area

I have been staying here for a very long time If you stay for a few nights you definitely won’t regret itThe Argosy is hands down my favorite Casino in Kansas City! The gaming floor is fantastic, but the hotel rooms, well they are just amazing! If you haven’t stayed here before I highly recommend doing so! You won’t be disappointed, the showers alone will have you singing the Argosy’s praises!!!

The hotel and restaurant staff are all super friendly and very accommodating The hotel room was nice, with some extras, but nothing spectacular In the traditional sense, there is no room service- just “brown bag” lunch between noon and 5 pm

If you want an actual meal, you have to go down to the concourse and wait for a table However, the food is delicious and the restaurant staff is excellent!

We stayed at the 21c Museum Hotel the second weekend in February 2022 We chose this hotel for the art, atmosphere, and the proximity to Knuckleheads Saloon, as we attended a concert that weekend as well The staff at the hotel is approachable, accommodating and very helpful

When we arrived, we were taken care of very well by Jonathan We also received a sweet, impromptu tour by ShellyThe rooms are what you would expect from this brand We needed a refrigerator, so we called the front desk, and received one right away The hospitality at this hotel is beyond their price point honestly Some more expensive hotels could really learn a few things from them They have some really great people working here The hotel is in a great neighborhood with great food choices in walking distanceIf you visit on the weekend, depending on what’s going on, you can find free parking on the street We will be back! Also, hopefully the penguins will come out of quarantine soon, but you can still take pictures with them where they stand The hotel staff also said they will have a completely new exhibit in April Very much looking forward to this

The only reason this hotel got 4 stars instead of 5 is because of noise The walls seemed pretty thin, so we heard a lot of outside noise and a quiet conversation in the hallways sounded like they were right next to us in our room Otherwise, all of the staff was very helpful, the location was perfect (near everything we wanted to do), and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and homey

Don’t forget to have your parking pass validated if you keep a vehicle on site!

Always a great stay Hotel is clean and mostly quiet A bit of inside work is going on right now

There were workers in the lobby and outside my door for most of my visit I wasn’t disturbed The bartenders were great Especially the gentleman I hate I didn’t get his name Great outside patio with fire pits Location is safe and quiet I stay here often for business

Anthony Tripp

Booked this hotel because its fairly close to downtown Nice hotel and they seem to be doing work to renovate it Was disappointed in the bed and the pillows

The mattress was very firm and the pillows were not Bed is a personal preference so my rating isn’t based on that My 3 star is because the rooms don’t block out much noise We could hear conversations next door as well as people in the hallway and this was during the night Disappointed that the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance Will probably stay again once the remodel is complete

I have been staying here for a very long time If you choose this place you for sure won’t regret itWe are here every year for the Villain Arts Tattoo Festival and I have not been disappointed in 8 straight years! The area is clean, rooms are comfortable and they meet all of your needs I can’t say enough good things about the staff, each and everyone of them The concession workers for food and the bartenders for our show were and are always polite, friendly and just awesome workers I would recommend staying here for one night or a week every year like us

The Boss Babe

This hotel is lacking in amenities It should be ranked as a 3 starThe rooms are spacious, clean, and come with a view

Staff was very helpful and friendlyRegarding the amenities and the remaining stay…It was very difficult to grab a quick drink or cocktail as there’s no clear direction on restaurant services I don’t know if anything was even open The pool is antiquated and very disappointing It is not close to the rooms The hotel provided 4 pool chairs for their guests The rest of the guests were sitting on the concrete No poolside drink or food services I would not consider this area/pool of the hotel accessible to those with physical disabilitiesThe hotel appears to be better suited for conferences, corporate stays, or maybe weddings It was not a good fit for our needs

You love old and dark rooms? You like small and old TV in your Room? You prefer the slowest elevator in the world? Welcome to Ambassador KC Seriously: One of the worst hotels of the autograph collection Absolutely overpriced

It’s more like an Residence Inn or similar low budget hotels The second star is for the front desk Sorry that I can not rate otherwiseBy the way: I have no idea why I, as a platinum member, was shipped to the old part of the building with a very bad view

aaron brown

We booked a special room for our anniversary and a couple hours before we checked in the a/c went out While we didn’t get to stay in the room we wanted, Arthur and the other front desk person (sorry for forgetting name) went out of there way to make the stay great Nice on site restaurant, have to walk a couple blocks to get to other things to do

Kris R

Visited the show for my bf’s birthday Had a group show up and we enjoyed the songs and liveliness of the crowd and performer Food was okay and consider you pay about$100 per person right off the bat which includes your choice of entree and the show, a one time visit is okay

Friends had a good time and the space is very limited and with blocking columns, not all parties have the best view of the stage
