The Guest mansion was a very nice place to stay This was first time stay for us The girls who manage the day to day operations were sweet, fun, informative and accommodating! The pool was a slight bit dirty and cloudy so did not use
Our room 10 was a bit small as trying to walk around bed barefoot, I kept slamming my foot into the corner pedestalsGlad we paid to have a parking stall as there was none available anywhere elseThe price was reasonable for the roomLocation was perfect we were able to walk to everything !I would come again, but larger room and to stay longer:) Awesome historical place😊👍

Hospitality was A+ at Marrero’s Our blue room was perfect with the sitting area and terrific front view overlooking Fleming Street Ear plugs a MUST with the noisy roosters, but we got used to them
Pool was a perfect size with great lounge seating and floating devices much appreciated It is an older B&B but the charm made the all the difference Thanks for the variety of breakfast treats and delicious coffee each morning

I loved staying in this hotel! It was absolutely amazing, especially being right on the Main Street in key west It was so pleasant to walk down to the private beach in the morning The pool they had was stunning and well-made
The rooms were spacious and nice, and the I couldn’t even hear the elevator during the day, even though my room was directly next to it! The Sandbar was also incredibly nice, I enjoyed playing Ping Pong with friends
marianne9828
This was my first time in Key West and I’m so glad we stayed at the Southernmost We had a partial ocean view room but it was a much better view than expected Our room was modern, nicely decorated, clean, and spacious with a large balcony
There are 3 pools and we frequented the Shores pool and pool bar near our room It had live music every afternoon which was so fun! The food at the Beach Cafe was delicious although I do wish there were more non-seafood options The resort has a private beach with a dock to swim off of, which was nice for avoiding the seaweed that seems to be plaguing beaches these days Hotel location was right around the corner from Duval, walking distance to the Southernmost monument, a convenience store, and many shops and amazing restaurants Everyone was friendly and welcoming!

We chose this resort based off its reviews and location It was the most amazing stay we’ve had in a vacation From the very start they offered champagne at check in and also offered to upgrade our room which we elected to do
Our room was on the third floor ocean view and every morning we woke up to the beautiful ocean and sun The entire resort is so clean and they put a lot of effort into keeping it that wayThe staff was all absolutely amazing Harmony, the sunset pool bartender offered amazing drinks and we never had to wait to get one She also has a great expertise of the island and we tried all of the restaurants she mentioned and they did not disappointThey also have a messaging service if you need anything and they are so responsive A shirt of ours dropped to the balcony below and they had room service retrieve it within 4 minutes!!The location is absolutely amazing and getting to most of Duval St is a short walkWe will ALWAYS stay at this resort when we come to the keys and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and friendly stay

I would first like to state that i am an owner here at this resort I believe most owners just have one week so i don’t believe the furnishings and everything inside the unit except for the mattresses and the linen are that important but i believe that most people that go to key west are there for the beach, the pool and the entertainment Well at this resort the beach was a horror show
The whole week that i was there they ( management ) never cleaned it and i believe that the owners should complain about this The beach should be cleaned and usable
karen obryan
I recently returned from my trip to Key West and had a wonderful stay at the Coconut Beach Resort Compared to other hotels nearby, this place was very chill and quiet, which is nice if you’re not into the party scene Hardly any of the other guests were using the beach or swam in the ocean, so I felt like I had it all to myself! The room was clean and comfortable, although I have to admit I didn’t spend a ton of time in there apart from sleeping because I was down at the beach or out on the town
The only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is because when I booked, I was told there was bar access and there wasn’t really Backyard Louis is literally next door, but it’s separated by a fence But due to C’vid, you can no longer have easy access You literally have to walk out on the street, convince the bartender you’re not providing drinks to minors at the hotel, and then walk back to the pool Definitely wasn’t ideal Another guest told me they are working on a key entry system to fix this issue But in the meantime, maybe stop at the liquor store first and BYOIt’s also worth mentioning that this property has a lot of stairs and semi-confusing walkways to get anywhere You have to go up a flight of stairs to check in, then back down and up a different flight of stairs to get to the rooms, and down to the pool I didn’t see a ramp or elevator anywhere for anyone with less mobility

I wouldnt give this hotel a 1 star if it was an option! My supposed stay was in January of this year After booking, I was informed no pets so I canceled The person on the phone said no problem I will cancel your reservation
I found another place to stay down the road Next thing I know I was charged anyway! I called and they said I was a no show! I told them I had canceled my stay and that i was told it would not be a problem But they said they would not refund my money I called my bank to fight the charges but was unable to If you want a great hotel to stay at go to the Fisher Inn down the road Excellent hotel!

April
Beautiful place to stay with a relaxing pool and hot tub Olga was Fantastic and made our vacation a great experience Beautiful picture spots on the water
Tiki hut food was good and the mixed drinks strong-if ya like thatOnly real Issues were with leaving our 90 minute sales pitch and getting our free gift so I’m grateful I didn’t purchase points this trip but it was tempting
Dena Tartaro
The rooms are fantastic, spacious, and not a bad view amongst them! The screened in porches were stunning! Suzie Q at the Tiki Bar made our vacation, and Chef Leo kept us full and happy! Having access to a pool AND a little beach area with ocean access was wonderful Lots of wildlife to watch The four stars instead of five is due to the lack of shuttle options to get downtown to the fun stuff
The hotel right next door has shuttle and boat options NOT accessible to Hyatt guests That is the only thing that kept this hotel from being a 5-star stay, but it is something to keep in mind
leonard johnson
The property was nice and well taken care of The rooms were very nice! The shower in the master bath was awesome! The down side, the pool is very shallow(4ft) it was like hot bath water The temperature was in the upper 90’s all week with what felt like 100% humidity
Even though they say they have a beach, it’s very small and the coral hurts like hell! Key West in general isn’t a great destination if you like hanging out at the beach Most of the traditional beaches on the island are so stinky that you want to get out of there fast! Rotting vegetation all over the beach gives the water a real ugly brown until you get out 20′ or so Overall the room was spectacular but the area isn’t what I that it would be

We absolutely loved our stay at the Havana Cabana The lobby was very creative and tastefully done with the Cuban decor We were in room 116 which was right outside the pool and bar area, which was the perfect location when walking right outside our door
Unlike other reviews I have read, our room was very clean and neat My only complaint is that the shower did not get real hot The food was good and the bartender, Vadim was very nice The staff was very accommodating to our needs We would definitely stay here again!

Rooms are spacious Large balcony Pool was perfect! Make sure you rent a golf cart/scooter to get around
15 min ride to all the fun One concierge lady was not very nice and rude to the employee she was training I felt bad for him I usually give someone grace that maybe she was having a moment, but both interactions were poor Everyone else SOOO nice! We will definitely return

I have been staying here for a long time If you decide to stay here you definitely will love it I’m sure!Absolutely excellent What a beautiful place to stay The staff were amazing, from the bell hops, to the restaurant staff, to the pool guy, to the jet ski rentals The front desk staff and valets we’re exceptional Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I will be back
Elizabeth Marshall
This is a beautiful venue with comfortable villas I don’t love that they are carpeted, but I imagine that’s to help with sound proofing My only really problem was the house keeping
We had flying ants everywhere in our room along with their dead carcasses and wings I totally understand having bugs in the tropics but when we specifically asked that housekeeping addressed it they did not I don’t know how they can see all the dead bugs and wings and not wipe or vacuum them up I’m not a diva by any means, but it became a little off putting when I found 3 bug wings in my coffeeThe rest of the staff however was great We love the bartenders at the pool bar, great memory and engaging Especially Chris!

We had a fabulous stay at the pier house! I went with my parents to celebrate my birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect The housekeeping was super attentive and friendly, the bartender and servers at the outdoor bar/restaurant were wonderful, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect We saw a gorgeous sunset from the sunset terrace and we could walk everywhere within the downtown area! I wanted to stay longer and enjoy more of the amenities
The beach and pool looked wonderful It felt like we were on a resort on a Caribbean island! Absolutely would stay here again!

We weren’t sure what to expect but this hotel was amazing! We decided to do our first family trip with our 1 year old to Key West since we’ve never been The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating The location is perfect! Right on the main road close to many restaurants/bars
The beach was really relaxing and the grounds felt like a little jungle Our son loved the little turtle pond They have both a beach bar during the day and a cute little dive bar at night that we would’ve loved to hang in if the baby didn’t go to sleep at 7:30pm I would highly recommend
Abby Ortmeier
An amazing resort with an incredible, friendly staff! We stayed for a business trip with about a day and a half of personal time, and had a fabulous time all around Check-in and check-out were very easy, rooms were beautiful, private beach and bar were fantastic, as well as the food and drinks The hot tub is in a secluded area, but that meant it was almost always empty! The resort is also super close to everything on Duval Street
While we were checking out, I heard a staff member speaking with a family that was checking out, and it sounded like they went back many years It was very cool to see that relationship between staff and guests, and if they’ve both been working there/coming back for years, that must be a good sign!Wonderful trip/experience all around Would feel luck to stay here again sometime! Thank you, Pier House!

The reviews for this resort vary so much, and I do not know why The staff at this resort are all absolutely wonderful, no matter if you tip them or not, they truly work to serve with the attitude of utmost helpfulness I was at this resort with my family for 9 nights and I witnessed those workers pushed beyond their abilities, dealing with extremely busy times of weddings, dealing with the needs of many guests at meals, dealing with multiple requests at once, and even rude guests and every single staff member from the valets to the pool boys to the beach servers, restaurant/bar servers, housekeeping, desk clerks, and the store workers were all fantastic
The housekeeping lady that serviced our room each day was by far the best one I’ve ever known to work at a hotel, paying extra attention to details, which I appreciate The complaints of this resort and staff are unfounded It is beautiful It has things for everybody, and is a perfect spot for any trip The sand is great for kids, the beach water perfect for swimming, and even great snorkeling Multiple activities available right there 2 large pools; one for adults and one for families The restaurant/bar has great food There was nothing not to like! We had booked a suite, which I highly recommend, as the patio is perfect access to the pools and beach The grounds are kept up and the pool/beach area workers are constantly picking up after people to keep things nice There are many hotels in the Key West area but if like a beautiful relaxing area with much to offer, this is truly the place, and it’s the staff that helps make it as so
ahu gokdemir
We were at the Reach for 5 days last week The hotel is by the ocean with a small beach There is the sea weed problem as the only negative thing but it has nothing to do with the hotel
They still do their best to make your stay the most comfortable The pool is right there for you to cool off after sunbathing on the beach The bar, the restaurant and the service all 5 starts The rooms are clean and they do their best to keep it clean The staff is so nice and respectful Amazing place to stay and enjoy!

Our wait for our room was well worth it!!! Celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary in Key West was amazing The Reach hospitality and staff were wonderful, no complaints!! Loved our room, view and everything around us They made our stay unforgettable
I give Laura at the front desk a 10, and the rest of the crew a 10 as well They checked on us daily and made us feel so welcome 🙂 We will definitely be back!!! Thank you again!!

Area is nice, hotel is getting older and was updated but seemed like the updates was all cheap material, our room floor and walls had to be cleaned upon arrival and also pre ordered bed supplies for the spare bed and bed I was staying in, we had to call on this when arrived For the price you pay for the hotel I shouldn’t be writing a review like this but for 500$ a night
it should be done right everytime and not put any burden on your guest’s I’ve been coming here for 20 yrs on an off so not the best experience
Tom Haight
Sunset Harbor is a great residence Location, location, location On the waterfront and a short distance from some of the best bars and restaurants in Key West
Comfortable, spacious accommodations and friendly staff Only negative is – building 1 (where we stayed) was closest to the street and every morning the sanitation pick-up served as our alarm clock between 6 and 7am🙁

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at this place Room was spotless and our family of 4 had plenty of space to spread out Service was top notch!! I’m talking Disney-like service:…this place is worth EVERY PENNY!! Matilda was incredibly helpful – helped us book a sunset cruise with snorkeling and kayaking
Hotel location is superb A quick walk to Duval Street for all the action, but the hotel is nice and quiet – so peaceful The pool area, bartenders, etc we’re amazing- such a fun and relaxing time We are on the way home and are already planning our next stay at Santa Maria Suites!! We couldn’t have asked for a better place in Key West!

This place was excellent They staff and service was beyond our expectations The rooms were very nice and clean
The location was great as well They had beautiful gardens with flowers and orchids everywhere and palm trees There are two saltwater pools and an outside bar This place was very well kept and had beautiful surroundings My kids enjoyed seeing all the lizards and iguanas and butterflies throughout the resort They also have an excellent turndown service and house keeping We will definitely be coming back! Thank you all for an exceptional time in Key West😘

Clean, pretty room Shower only, adequately cool The bed was extremely comfortable
Pool and hot tub in a privacy fenced area with a few large iguanas walking around Location is perfect if you are looking to shop on Duval The ONLY thing we didn’t like is we did not know there was NO PARKING! They do not have GUEST PARKING! I have NEVER heard of such a thing! Then we were told we had to PAY for parking a couple streets over in a parking lot RESERVED for our hotel! What? Really? This rubbed me the wrong way Be aware parking is Super expensive ANYWHERE you have to pay to park, Scooters, buggies and walking are preferred I still gave the hotel a 4 star rating because it was nice The parking upset me, though
Kayla Lina
We will definitely be back! They were going through some renovations, but the staff was extremely accommodating, offering alternatives for us and making sure we felt at home Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, but they offered us a restroom to freshen up and change and then a place to store our luggage Place was quiet and perfect for what we needed
Happy hour is house wine with cheese sticks and bagged snacks, but perfect for a quick snack before going back out on duval Room was clean and it was easy to get more towels and toiletries even though there was no room service (covid) Perfect location!
Matthew Craig (EXIT Select Realty)
The walls are paper thin The pools were not clean It was supposed to be an adult only experience but the guests were rowdy and acted like infants
If you were looking for a relaxing time this is not the place The check in process was nice but that’s where it ends Would not recommend Clean up the bar area that’s become a storage shed please!

Great hotel! Amazing location to Mallory square and Duval street They had a free 2 hour bike rental which was so much fun, great bar with happy hour downstairs, and amazing views of the water! Beach was a little small but to be expected for the Keys, and the good pool made up for it Only wish the toilet paper was better quality but that’s literally our only critique! We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in the keys
Thank you!
Ashley Joseph
The location of this hotel was perfect Once we got here the only time we had to drive was when we went to the beaches All the other major attractions and best restaurants were in short walking distance, which saved us had and money on parking
The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because rooms could have been a nicer and more modern for the price Also, The AC was very noisy which made it hard to sleep and the room was hot at night despite the AC being on
Judith McMillan
Room with partial view was gorgeous 4th floor amazing Small pool and excellent food options
Wish they had option for pedicures/manicures on site Walking distance to all the touristy places like Mallory Square and then a quiet evening watching sunset I think this spot was the best sunset view Coffee in rooms and bottle water given daily in rooms Excellent daily cleaning service

Boyfriend and I loved our stay Shuttle to/form the airport was prompt and drivers were friendly Actually all staff we interacted with were beyond nice and helpful
Check in was quick and the receptionist had margaritas upon arrival Our king room was clean Only thing missing was a place to dry our bathing suits We ordered room service or ordered food from the bar as we had a meal credit part of reservation Food was always so yummy and quick Loved the free coffee and tea in the morning Easy walk across the street to the beach Best beach on key west in my opinion I would definitely stay here again and plan to return with my family
Wayne Ward
I booked this hotel because I thought it would have great service Turned out much different We were there 4 nights
The 1st day they cleaned the room You could at least pick up the trash The Shuttle was helpful but that’s about all you get for the resort fees Food was great and prices competitively for the area But, twice at breakfast we were forgotten The staff was great but mornings seem to be overwhelming for them

We stayed at the Dewey House at the Southern Most Beach Resort Very nice spot on a little plot of ocean front The staff is friendly and attentive
The rooms are clean and quiet The complimentary breakfast was okay Fresh fruit and pastries are set out and they offer a chef prepared special The specials seldom appealed to me I did try the French Toast It reminded me of what I’d prepare at home Nothing special The ocean view room we had did offer a partial view of the ocean There was a nice little patio with two chairs About half of our view was obstructed by the exhaust equipment on the roof of their beach restaurant In fairness I need to check to see if our room was listed with an obstructed view It does cost extra If you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay not too far from the action then I recommend the Dewey House If you are looking for expansive ocean views and a large beach area you may want to look else where
Jeffrey Long
My wife and I were greeted upon walking through the door by Tracy, who manages the property The room was immaculate and the view was outstanding The breakfasts and afternoon snacks were truly wonderful
The entire staff was professional and courteous Tracy was very helpful when I asked where to find the best hogfish She recommended Cafe Sole and I wasn’t disappointed We will definitely be returning

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff It was clean, had 3 nice pool areas with bar, live music and a poolside restaurant Our partial harbor view room was big and had a nice view
Loved the Key West Aloe products in room Location was convenient to many popular tourist attractions Staff text us throughout our stay to ensure we didn’t have issues or if we needed anything!

Would like to send a more in depth review to the managementI don’t feel like anyone at the property had a clue about customer service in a hotel setting Poor communication Poor layout of hotel property
Lack of attention to detail Lack of compassion or understanding of guest issues It was our wedding anniversary No one wished us a happy anniversary even when they delivered champagne sent by our friends with note that said happy anniversary I had a medical emergency one night during our staythey could have cared less Great location and a pretty room but the people are your issue Sister property at the southern most resort wouldn’t allow us to use their pool which we were told we could by marker staff For $500 per night I expect better Would not return nor recommend
Julia Sobek Maricich
Overall- the marker was a good spot! There was nothing remarkable or poor The rooms were very basic but clean The staff did what was required but no above and beyond customer service
The pool and outdoor bar was probably the best part! Great service out there and great, friendly support staff The location was pretty perfect- close to everything It was a little lacking on value, as we were charged over $500 a night, when it was on par to be a $200 a night normal hotel But overall good stay and would stay again!

Our stay was excellent! Staff provided us with great service and made it easy to check in and out The room we stayed in is pleasant and very comfortable, everything we needed is there already The hotel in general is aesthetically pleasing and family friendly
The highlight of these hotel is that it’s around tourist area which is very convenient and you can just walk around, easy access to everything Also, shout out to Ms Annette and Ms Julia for giving us the great experience and helping us making sure we were okay with our stay Over all, I love it and will be coming 👍🏽
Danette Browne
Great room and service Spacious room with plenty of walk-around space Had no trouble getting around with my walker (broke my leg!) Bed was super comfortable with memory foam and down duvet cover
Large TV, clock radio with iPhone hookup, beautiful half-circle pool with lounging chairs and a bar And so many touristy things to do!The staff and front desk clerks are amazing!! They were very attentive to our needs, made sure we always had what we needed and always did everything with a smile! I would like to personally thank Annette for going above and beyond in helping us with a reservation conflict we had She was very personable, professional and so very kind!!The only cons I have for the room, not the hotel, is that we were never able to actually get hot water in the shower and there was no microwave Other than that… excellent place to stay!
Brittany Ammer
Our stay was phenomenal! This is the most perfect location in Key West We didn’t have to drive anywhere our entire stay Within walking distance of anything you could possibly want
There are so many restaurants, bars, ice cream and sweet shops, retail shops, and museums It’s also a stop for the trolley (huge plus if you are looking to see ALL of Key west) The rooms were immaculate The pool was incredible (especially after a long day of museums and tours) The front desk was even more amazing Gonzalo checked us out and even gave our 4 year old a surprise present when we checked out (the Key lime cookies were a huge hit)! Absolutely phenomenal service from Gonzalo and all front desk We will absolutely be back!

This is a great location with a lot to offer Coffee can be found within walking, scooters need to rented before they close for the day We had a RAM 2500 4 Door parking is so tight that it took 4 parking spots before we had a spot that we could open our doors and actually fit enough to get out
the bar and restaurant are great! the sunset view is great, especially from the roof Staff seem great and attentive The room was decent, bed was a bit on the firmer side but sleepable The shower glass was poorly designed and basically all of the water in the shower would run outside of the shower, we had to put towels up against the opening to keep it from happening and the door to the restroom could be replaced/updated but the rest of the room was nice Thin walls, you’ll hear loud banging in the morning and at night from other people opening and closing their doors
nicole dunlap
We were unable to check in to our +$350/ night room until after 7PM due to “staffing shortage”We understand the current times and employment struggles, however, the front desk was terribly unprofessional and lacked any sort of customer serviceThis was once a very highly respected place to stay
It’s now incredibly overpriced We were unable to score a room with a view , (likely because those are all timeshares now) and stayed in G-unit building Motel 6s are nicer than this building The air conditioning system was incredibly loud Furniture outdated and damaged Bed spread felt like an old towel Very disappointing Location near the docks is the only thing they have going for them any moreTLDR – book elsewhere unless you’re a timeshare holder

We loved this hotel! Everyone was extremely friendly! We really enjoyed our stay here! Lots of friendly faces! It was a nice place to spend my birthday 🎂🎊🏝💕 The Front Desk checked on us many times to see if we needed anything! We got the corner suite, room was clean! Breakfast every morning included in room rate! It was nice not having to pay for bottle water and the ice is already bagged! Like that they don’t force the staff to wear masks! Loved having large refrigerator and microwave in room! We added the balloons and bucket of beer to the stay! And a friend from 8 hours away had a gift card delivered to the room! Totally love this place! The texture on the balconies is cool, very clean hotel, totally impressed! Loved the wristband room keys!
