Perfectly off I-95 south making it easy to get back on the high way Very quiet and very clean After an incredibly long day it was nice to be checked in quickly and efficiently even for the late hour I was doing so

All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful The room was spotless and the bed was as amazing as the omelette bar downstairs that was available during the complimentary breakfast I will always recommend staying here

diane eliezer

This is the nicest Embassy Suites I’ve stayed in, bar none Impeccably clean, large bathrooms, comfortable beds, excellent front desk The free hot breakfast features an omelet bar, and the free drinks from 5:30 – 7:30 each evening is a welcome tradition

We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed a great French Dip sandwich with sirloin and a Caesar Salad with about 8 oz of hotgrilled salmon, plus sides and drinks for under $4500 I would recommend this hotel to everybody The only “downsides” are (1) it’s incredibly convenient to DC /all tourist areas BUT there is nothing close by except a Wendy’s (2) the lighting in the rooms is absolutely awful, just plain DARK and (3) $10 per night to park Other than that, I’ll continue to make this my go-to hotel in VA/DC

Angelo Cruz

Quite honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! From booking online to arriving, I was treated with respect and as a true guest In a post-covered world where we’re all putting the pieces back together, it is great to see this establishment really taking care of people and making them feel at home I have to really applaud Sabrina and Alex at the front desk

Nothing beats a stay at the Hilton and Embassy knocks that right out of the park!

Even though we only spent one night, we would come back again Loved the fact that there was a full sized refrigerator, could tell that fire safety was important (saw fire alarms and sprinklers throughout the suite we had) & really good soundproofing Felt this was a good location to stay for so many sites (grab a metro to go into DC for the day, visit some falls, just go explore the area)Only con we had was offered breakfast

But yet, you could fix your own, you have the mini kitchen to do it

Nigeriangodiss Asuquo

It was an awesome experience, the rooms were very clean, and relaxing The bed slept well, and shower was on point The front desk was immediately easy to reach as well

Even with Sonesta doing upgrades, you never felt inconvenienced They had a nice clean laundry room on site as well The outside amenities were nice such as the firepower, grill,, tennis courts, and basketball court The tech area was nice as well as the Lobby area Also,, the continental breakfast were on point The only thing I must say that I didn’t see any ice machines on each floor I figured it’s probably because of the rooms having a full refrigerator and freezer Sonesta location was so close to local shopping area, like Walmart, Target , and others I will recommend this for family

John Langley

This was a phenomenal stay The location is great right next to a lot of nice eateries and shopping centers, the rooms are spacious and filled with anything you could need on the road, the beds are almost the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in on the road The staff are pleasant and friendly and helpful

Legitimately one of the best stays I’ve enjoyed while traveling for work

We were Leary staying here because of other negative reviews but they proved to be wrong The front desk staff was pleasant upon arrival, check in was easy and the lobby was clean and inviting Most importantly the room was very clean and comfy and the water pressure in the bathroom was strong

Complimentary coffee in the morning is always appreciated The elevators have a security measure that You need your room key to activate from the lobby I appreciate that because you don’t have unwanted visitors roaming around the hotel A bonus to this hotel is FREE parking! I didn’t give it 5 stars because the rooms didn’t have microwaves I would visit this establishment again

Kaci Cobb

Here now Hotel is nice Staff is friendly

Good location The only issue we really have is there’s no microwave in the room so we can’t really heat up anything for the kids They like to eat half their dinner and bring the rest for later or breakfast Kind of disappointing we can’t do that So just a suggestion would be to add a microwave to the rooms

Kayla Minguez

Happy we were able to check in early as we just moved to the area and had been driving cross-country Desk staff were kind and helpful Room was fine but looked a bit outdated and there was a weird stain on the bathroom wallpaper by the sink that kind of made me think of Forensic Files

The AC also never really seemed to cool the room down It was fine for an overnight but for a Hilton I’d say good not great

She came to us after the cleaning person had to call her for us She showed up all mad and told us to HUSH!!! 🤦🏽‍♂️ very rude, motel six should hire her It made us feel like we were in another hotelThis one star missing is for her treatmentBar crew was very friendly and funny! 😝 cat lady!Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds!

The staff was fantastic Very helpful and friendlyRoom had coffee, fridge and microwave

Bathroom was nice, we couldn’t find the switch for the exhaust fan Water pressure was great and got hot water right awayBreakfast each day was good and well stockedCookies in the evening in the lobbyI would stay there again

Roy Brown

Spent three nights for a wedding weekend, along with the wedding party and several other guests The room was reliably Hampton Inn comfortable The manager was not only accommodating to the group, he was also quite friendly, speaking whenever he saw us and engaging in conversation whenever we were waiting for someone to come down

He made sure to have our room serviced when we did not check out on Sunday I give extra credit to any hotel with waffles for breakfast The rest of the breakfast fare was pretty typical Two things to know: 1 Parking, while adequate, is mostly not convenient to the main entrance 2 There are no restaurants within walking distance, but the hotel has a list of nearby places

This was a wonderful place The room was very clean and well organized and had a work area, refrigerator, microwave, etc the room was full sanitized and sealed prior to check in

There were multiple hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel Hot and fresh coffee was available in the lobby 24/7 and there was a very well stocked mini-store for late night munchies There was a full breakfast in the mornings from 6 to 10 There was also free WiFi

Lil Threadz custom shirts for the whole family

I rarely write reviews but my husband and I just had a wonderful stay at the Lorien We only did 1 night but we wish we could have stayed longer The hotel was immaculate

The room was spacious, updated and clean Extremely comfortable We travel often btwn TX and NJ and this is a great , convenient pit stop I should also add that we are traveling with our dog and it’s a perfect walkable neighborhood

Cosette Livas

It was a bit overrated They charge for EVERYTHING, and really you can’t tell why For a Spa the TOWELS in the room were rough, the beds are NOT Queens they are Doubles, they only have double beds at the elevator and in adjoining rooms, I have request for neither and could not be accommodated

There were some staff that were very helpful and provided extras when asked, but for what we were paying we really shouldn’t have had to ask for enough towels etcThe location is great especially if weather it goodIf you Valet, look behind you if you don’t see him, they sitting in their car? (crazy) but they were able to get car to you when neededThe BEST part was the restaurant that is connected We did dinner thereTOP NOTCH, PRICEY BUT I WILL SAY WORTH IT The Mussels and the pastayummy David was the best waiter ever and we did see the value thereA friend recommended this place and he admitting stayed there years ago, he loved itbut when we told him our experiences, he said obviously they had changed management or ownershipWe even heard them charging a person for Early check in, the person walked up and said she was there, if room was available great, but if not she just wanted to leave info at desk for when ready, she was in a conference there the girl proceeded to check her in, says room is available and then addsthat will be 4500 early check in the guest was like wait, what, I said I would waitit’s crazy sneaky stuff like that, that really not goodOh and the Happy Hour wineis Woodbridgecome on give me something for the 2500 FEE you’ve tacked on

Kalea Brown

This review would have had more stars but upon check in the glasses in the room were very dirty Additionally when my boyfriend woke up the next morning we found a used condom by the side of the bed Totally unacceptable

The operations manager did call to explain how this is not up to standard etc which I did appreciate but just sucks It was my birthday and not how I wanted to spend the day Ended up checking out Unfortunate situation If you stay here please check the cleanliness of your rooms Front desk staff was very nice and pleasant Wish I had a better overall experience

When trying to check in the person at the service desk wouldn’t open the door for me, had to wait for another person checking in Once in the room there was a beeping noise that kept my wife up all night The room was not great; lights were out, bathroom tile were cracked and shower curtain rail was broken

The only brightside to our stay was housekeeping were very friendly and helpful The eateries near by are plentiful I have traveled many places and this experience was in the lower half have places i would recommend

When I arrived I was charged a higher amount than what was told to me through the booking site this was fine I proceeded to go on but then was told I also wouldn’t be able to use my military discount and they said that I should have done that threw the booking site (I’ve stayed at The Courtyard in Ohio and any other hotel allowed me to show my military ID and applied the discount when I arrived) , but I shook that off as well Anytime I stay at hotels I record the room before and after when I checked out I was charged the correct amount, somehow the next day they processed an extra 100 dollars I was confused because I left everything neat and as it was, I called to ask why I was charged the extra amount and was told it was because of a lamp being broken and shedded into pieces and was given attitude when I asked for them to provide proof (which they could not provide) I disputed the charge and won due to there actually being no broken lamp and me providing proof to my bank and the hotel could not show that there was a broken lamp neither Customer service here was horrible and inexperienced

My room is very clean and everything was as it should be The lady working the desk in the evenings is just an amazing woman So friendly and helpful, an absolute pleasure to interact with her

They have a nice hot breakfast in the mornings from 6 till 9 The sundries near the front desk are a bit over priced, but I guess that’s just the cost of convenience

Georgee Joness

You know how in some places you go to, some people are great but no one is bad?In this hotel you’ll run into OUTSTANDING personnel and then you’ll run into ABSOLUTELY AWFUL personnel as well There’s no in betweenI stayed here because I travel for work

– They have called my company assuming some horrible things and embarrassing me in front of my peers to then apologize for the action (as if an apology of some low class gossip would fix anything) This is a low class hotel, if you are paying low enough for you to consider their stay worth it, then it’s a good place to stay- they have damaged property of mine while housekeeping and refuse to cover it (be very careful with your charging cables)- overall comfort would be considered good, until you need something from someone in management, then it will feel as if someone you don’t know was letting you stay at their home for freeIn all the hotels that I have stayed all over the country, I will say- unless you’re paying less than $50 a night, this hotel does not match their price, nor their brand Trust me, enjoy your coffee somewhere else where people will own up to their mistakes and fix them not constantly make them and say there’s nothing else to do while apologizingWorst stay of my career

The perfect stay! The people were super cool at check-in and out We just stayed the night, but the little things add up

the treadmills all worked, the shower was hot and powerful, the water refill stations had ice cold water, the breakfast was hot, and the place was clean!

Joyce Robinson

We’ve stayed at this location before and the rooms and hot breakfast are pretty good This stay we heard a commotion between 3am-4am to police officers banging on the door across the hall stating “someone called 911” When I inquired later this morning, I was told the police were at the wrong hotel

I understand things happen It was an inconvenience for us due to losing sleep, then preparing to drive 65 hours homeYou will not regret staying at this property We will visit again in the future

Michelle MacFarlane

Check in was easy Room was very clean and tidy Only downfall was 2 different staff members trying to enter the room before checkout at 11

One knock and they were using the key to enter our room Thankfully the latch was out but scary situation if we had been down getting breakfast, and we come back to people in the room without our permission 👀 or if we had kids with us SMH Front desk clerk promised to speak to his staff but still a little unnerving

Courteous, helpful and professional front desk staff Solid, clean room and comfortable bed Appreciated the quiet room location as requested

Great water pressure and instantly hot water Best hotel gym I’ve used Good housekeeping, though sometimes forgot to refill coffee pods Microwave and fridge provided at request were very worn; fridge was warmer than 40 degrees F and microwave panel was detaching but worked Unbeatable location adjacent to metro stop, mall, and restaurants; 10 minute walk to grocery stores and 15-20 minute walk to Pentagon Overall great stay and would definitely stay again

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any stay This site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of my favorites in the area

I have been coming here for years If you choose this place you won’t be disappointedExcellent location and service Rooms can be a little dated and though everyone loves an Honor Bar option, everyone also would appreciate some refrigerator space for their own things The mall and metro proximity with a three stop proximity to city center make this an excellent choice

Kanwal Haqqi

My husband & I planned a weekend getaway and stayed at Ritz Carlton (Arlington, VA) on January 9-10, 2022 We had the most phenomenal experience! The cleanliness, the staff, the high floor room, and the Mediterranean restaurant, Santé was simply mind blowing! The location was also perfect! The hotel was connected to the Fashion Center it made it quite convenient for us to enter / exit the mall via the hotel I will definitely plan a trip to stay at the same place & book the same room again

Loved every bit of it! ♥️

I have to say that the front staff is very helpful and professional My original room was nice, updates bathroom and very clean I had a issue with the TV since it didn’t work at all

Matt the attendant on duty came and checked it out, once he noticed that the TV needed to have a maintenance call, he switched my room without issues, double checked to make sure all amenities were in working order and then delivered the new room keys to me My second room was the same from the first I was right by the elevator, but did t hear a thing, seems like the room are well insulated Bed was comfortable and the amenities were in point I’ll be here again for my next work trip, glad to know there is a great staff here

Samantha Oney

Great hotel and amazing staff We stayed here for 2 weeks The hotel staff really cared, were so friendly, and very helpful

The restaurant has a great menu and the sushi chefs were superb The pool was very nice, and the gym had everything a person needs The hotel beds were very comfortable The staff that worked at the hotel marketplace were always so nice and friendly I highly recommend this hotel

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing views and staff Price is very competitive The staff were very kind and welcoming

I only stayed one night, I checked in around 5pm and left at 8 the next morning, so because of my time restraints I chose not to go directly to staff to see if they could make things right The bathroom was not properly cleaned The sink had hair from a previous shave, and I had a towel that didn’t seem clean either We had a chaise in the room, but it had some stains on it I am hoping this was just a fluke, because I would love to stay again They also charge $17 for breakfast, but we left early to grab breakfast elsewhere If it were for the disappointment with cleanliness, this would have been an easy 5 star review

It’s such a beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities, however, I have never had such terrible customer service When I first checked in, the receptionist was actually wonderful Checked in, went to my room, went to bed

I was then woken up at 5:30 am to the phone ringing I didn’t answer It rang a second time Still just waking up so I didn’t answer it in time Went back to bed Someone then started knocking on my door, yelling in my room saying “have you checked in?” Mind you, it is 5:30 am and I checked in the previous day at 4 pm for two nights I answer the door and the guy writes my name down and says I wasn’t reserved? So he took my name and said he’ll take care of it I go back to bed and my phone rings AGAIN and I answer it and no one is on the other end Then it rings YET AGAIN and I answer angrily, and they say “do you have a reservation?” To which I said my name and said I will head to the lobby I hang up and they called…again I didn’t answer and went straight to the front desk The receptionist then said “the last receptionist didn’t check you on all the way but I found your reservation and figured it out” and proceeded to give me a voucher for free breakfast For only that morning That I ultimately missed because I was woken up at 5:30 am and it took me a couple hours to fall back asleep after that No other explanation, and no other way to make it right in my eyes So so disappointed

We cannot say enough good things about the experience we had at this hotel We enjoyed speaking with Alfred, and were so very grateful for his hospitality Both Ann and Angel at the front desk were absolutely delightful in every way

Please be patient and kind to the staff as it seems they’re short staffed We had a wonderful stay, and were so happy and comfortable We will definitely return soon!

Great hotel for a drop in stay at on a road trip Rates are fair, Starbucks available in the morning, and front desk staff is very accommodating The hotel is clean and rooms appear to have undergone a recent renovation

The young man at the front desk that checked me in the late afternoon of 11/26 was wonderful I recommend staying here

I was informed upon check-in that despite having masks mandates in the state, the staff does not enforce it I also encountered several employees who did not wear a mask at all I saw a large group of guests convened in the check-in area, in front of the front desk and no one was wearing a mask

In addition, my room had a hard stain/residue next to the bed We also found what appeared to be pubic hair in the shower and near the sink Only reinforced the notion that the hotel is not taking cleaning seriously nor the pandemic, we are still in After sending photos and videos, I was comped a night and informed that housekeeping would come in and thoroughly clean the room Upon arrival back into the room, we found the carpet stain was removed but the hair remained I took additional photos and videos We are disgusted Despite the hotel being new construction, well laid out and comfortable furnishings, I am not at all confident that cleanliness and safety are a priority at this hotel Upon check out, I showed the front desk attendant the new photo and videos and she in a nice/nasty tone and attitude dismissed my concerns leaving a further bad taste in my mouth When we called down asking for a late checkout, she was nasty in how she rejected our request

Everything was absolutely perfect The rooms were large and clean and the beds were very comfortable The building is beautiful with an indoor pool but the very best part was the staff

They were very helpful and extremely pleasant and eager to assist Good breakfast in the morning I will definitely stay there again when I’m in that area I highly recommend them

We came up from the Virginia Beach area to see a Washington Commanders football game and stayed at this hotel The hotel was nice and clean, the breakfast food was good and several restaurants and Walmart close by but what made our stay superb was Andrew!!!! He checked us in efficiently as well as several other guests He was professional and courteous and very tentative to each guests

He was working alone and juggling calls, check-ins and grabbing extra sheets for guests This kid was incredible We checked in around 10pm and checked out 10am the next day and he was still there manning the front desk If I had my own business I would offer him a job for more pay because he is a stellar employee for SpringHill Suites He should be promoted ASAP! It’s because of him I would stay in the this same hotel again for the next game Sincerely, Dr Watkins
