The staff is definitely golden!! I had the pleasure to talk to 5 staff members during my recent trip and they were all very helpful, professional and just nice to talk toPool and spa are nice and cleanThe room was clean and everything seemed new and in good condition

Breakfast was AMAZING Definitely not one of those places you leave Breakfast to go get some McmuffinsI want to go back!!

The good and the bad… Honest Recent ReviewI had JUST checked in and in a matter of 5 minutes my truck window was smashed- and items stolen- at 1 in the afternoon and parked out front Cost to replace was $500 CDN Police came and they were really nice 😂Staff was AMAZING

Helped me clean up Were very apologetic and kind and I stayed for the remainder of my stay because of itRoom bedding I had to change when I arrived as it was dirty But, they brought warm clean bedding I threw on Rest of the room seemed cleanI mean, to me the Staff make the place They were really good to me Everywhere, and I mean everywhere around here has crime and the exact same issues So at least you’re staying somewhere where they seem to care

We were very upset when our room was changed without our knowledge prior to our arrival We requested and paid for a queen suite so that we could be with our three children together in the same room When we checked in we were told that the suite had not been cleaned and we were going to have to stay in two separate rooms that had queen beds

I explained to the person checking us in that we needed a suite in order to remain together as a family for our vacation and was told that there was nothing he could do about it and he seemed annoyed that I cared He said you “would not rather have two rooms?” I then requested that we change rooms the next day in order to be together for the remainder of our stay and at first he told us that that could not happen but then changed and said it could For that night my husband and I had to stay in separate rooms and split the kids When we spoke with the new person at the check-in counter the next morning they again seemed surprised that we would not prefer two separate rooms and we had to explain again that we have our children and did not want to be sleeping in separate rooms on our vacation They let us know that the queen suite that we reserved was currently full and we would have to wait for the people to check out and the room to be cleaned This let us know that the hotel chose to take more money and allow someone else that suite even though we had booked in advance and paid the day that we booked for that room It was clear to me that there was no care or thought about how that would affect our stay and nobody called to let us know that we would not have that suite or offered a refund for that night to see if we could find a suite elsewhere, instead they knew that when we arrived we would have no option but to stay in two separate rooms and the hotel was able to get money for double booking the room that we already paid for Whenever we travel I look for hiltons in the area because it is typically the most comfortable stay, but I no longer trust Hilton to honor reserving the room that we pay for
