Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any stay This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is the best rated in the area

I’ve been coming here for years If you decide to stay here you will love it I’m sure!Room and bathroom were clean upon arrival Front desk staff was very friendlyBed was pretty comfortableNo real complaints to report so far I’ve got 3 more nights, will report back if something changesIf I had any gripes, bathroom vanity is a tad small too place several items & ice machines are not on every floor Not a huge deal

Jim Torchia

This is a mixed review Overall the hotel is very clean, safe, great parking, professionally staffed, with a great bar offering quality foodMy room’; had no microwave (should have read the fine print), slow shower drain, long hair on shower wall, room phone did not work, “micro fridge” in room pretty much worthless, and room was very small with a strange layout

In room coffee selections were most excellent, as well as the entertainment opportunities on the large wide screen TV The bed and bedding were very comfortableJessica in the bar was so awesome she raised this trip level one star

Kimberli Bean

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff, pillows were flat & uncomfortable 2 bottles of water in our room, so that was a nice perk The room comes with breakfast but it doesn’t start until 7, so if you have an early flight out like we did, you don’t get any

It would be nice if they offered grab & go breakfast or even cereal, for those leaving before 7a

I hate having to leave this review My husband and I stayed here recently on our honeymoon and were so disappointed I read google reviews before we booked and a number of them mentioned it being dirty but we decided to go ahead and give the hotel the benefit of the doubt

The lobby was pretty dirty; we understand it was snowing outside but it still could’ve been better maintained The carpet in the hallways leading to our room were pretty dirty as well And when we arrived in the bedroom the floor was also in need of vacuuming, lots of hairs The tub had what looked like a few red crayon streaks; the soap bottles were not filled all the way; there was a half used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom in addition to a full one By the fake tree there was a rose petal on the floor, definitely not ours There was a chunk of something in the bottom of the mini fridge Also pretty noisy being New Year’s Eve We’ve stayed in cheap hotels that were much more sound proof and a lot cleaner Overall very disappointed for the price we paid and for all it’s hyped up to be The lady at the check out desk was not very friendly and didn’t ask how our stay was This is a beautiful unique building and has a ton of potential but definitely needs better management

Nickole Bribiesca

Everyone was very sweet and awesome Which made the stay pleasurable Learn the pricing before you order, I’m not sure we ever see the breakfast pricing and was surprised at the bill but you absolutely pay for convenience

Things were clean and worth saying again- staff is amazingPerfect placement being close to anything you can think of while also being slightly tucked away The traffic and hustle of the Legends down the street has no effect of the peaceful and romantic ambienceI would recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway or staycation that can afford the luxury the Chateau Avalon provides It’s not a budget hotel but again, provides the luxury you would pay for

Akimi Weller

Hotel when walking in is not very inviting We got checked in and went straight to our room The front desk gave us two vouchers for drinks since they couldn’t get us in for couples massage

The room was not how the pictures show it We got the Lincoln room which felt smaller than I was thinking it would be There’s no closet space to hang clothes or coats The hot tub does get very hot and filled up Their bar is what we loved the most The service in the bar was very pleasant and their drinks very tasty Bed in our room very comfortable

First our room was cool, despite the portable air conditioner sitting in the bedroom and could have been a tripping hazard We noticed our room was 1of 2 with this kind of unit being vented out the window Second when we got ready to use the hot tub, it didn’t work

When I asked the desk, I was told it was out of order and they probably should get a sign up Then after I showered I looked all over the room for a hair dryer, nothing So I tried to call front desk, and the phone didn’t work So I got dressed and went to front desk I was told they were in the process of replacing the hair dryers I asked if they had one I could take up to the room and was told no The motel wasn’t full, but no offer to get one from another room Finally when we went down to eat, I thought a bagel might be good When I started cutting it, the guy next to me who had just tried fixing a bagel told me good luck that I might need a chainsaw Threw it away, went for eggs, they were cold Ugh! Definitely not a good stay

K R

Hotel was very dirty- bathroom had hair all over it The room did It appear to have been cleaned in some time

Rooms are out dated and not maintained Bed was overly firm We were traveling with other families and they had ants in their room Hotel staff sprayed but did not offer another room or to compensate them Breakfast was not good Entire hotel needs a good scrub down and remodel Only plus is it’s proximity to things Would not recommend

Erica Sharp

They were short staffed on our weekend stay We paid for the highest room for a couples getaway and our floors were not well cleaned, the remote for the TV didn’t work, the bed and pillows felt so hard and lumpy and the front desk couldn’t be inconvenienced for anything I can appreciate the low staff causing stress, but rudeness when we call and make a request is not acceptable

Won’t be going back and not worth what we paid It’s a bummer because the jacuzzi suite has great potential

The sofa sleeper should have been made or at least bedding available to put on it We asked that they bring bedding to the room while we were gone Returned after 5 hours and still had no bedding

I went to the desk to get them and there was no apology for not bringing them up while we were goneThe pool had a ton of chlorine in it Everyone had very red eyesBreakfast was very good

Greg Askins

This was the most expensive room we booked on a 3 week vacation to Newport Rhode Island and Charleston South carolina We stayed at some very nice places and this was not one of them We had a late arrival

Our room smelled like a mix of dirty feet and body odor What were nice rooms a couple of years ago have fallen into disrepair and neglect I realize it’s hard to find staff but these people weren’t really trying Too bad, it’s in a great location

Teresa Cole

While I was checking in there was a gentleman next to me checking in as well which I was overhearing they didn’t have his room The two employees had no clue what to do or even say to this man so it was very awkward I requested a top floor room, but wasn’t given one which really isn’t a big deal

The internet was slow at times and our bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly We stayed two nights and on the second day we came back to our room and our room key wouldn’t work Went downstairs to get it fixed and the manager didn’t even say anything about it or even let me give my name to confirm I’m a guest He could of just given my room new number to anyone to have access to our room Overall it was okay stay

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the best choice we ever made! The room was gorgeous and cozy, the breakfasts were scrumptious, and Kathy was so hospitable and knowledgeable about the area and able to give recommendationsLots of restaurants and cute little shops within walking distance, situated in a safe area, and we never struggled finding street parkingEverything was neat and organized and we basically felt like royalty (she even learned our favorite tea to have outside our door each morning)! We will be staying here again, and we highly recommend it!

Ashlee Martine

We had the absolute best time here My mother-in-law got us a night here for a Christmas present for my husband and I Let me just say everything was absolutely perfect

We had the best time! The huge jacuzzi tube was amazing too! This really was a great place to relax and enjoy one another! Plus the breakfast in the morning was SPATULAR!!!!! Amazing amazing!! We can’t wait to go back!!!! 5+++ stars all the way!!!!!

Victoria Black

I’ve stayed here on my own twice in the last two years and I’ve never been disappointed The wrap around porch is an excellent place to relax and read The interiors are immaculate, light, airy and are charmingly decorated with vintage furniture

There are comfy beds, soft bathrobes, extra blankets, a hairdryer, everything you would need There’s been incredible attention to detail in these rooms On top of that, there’s a common area with complementary coffee, teas, snacks, and mugs and glasses The food is always top notch! From the breads and french press coffee (some of the best coffee ever) delivered to your room to the actual breakfast shared in the dining room, it’s always creatively served and absolutely delicious! My times here have been the most comfortable stays of any B&Bs I’ve ever stayed in I look forward to returning again next year!

Brian Cultivating Minds

I was going to give 3 stars but there is a young man named Will at the front desk that made me give the full 5 Will was better at guest relations than the 500 dollar a night hotel we stayed at The bad: stayed in deluxe cabin the toilet would hardly take the water down and neither would the shower

Short staffed like everybody Bring towels bed sheets rags (for when the toilet malfunctions) The good: pretty clean pool and cabins and facilities Nice newer playgrounds Relaxed rules Golf cart rentals Fishing was great at there lake across the street Animal friendly

Zachary Stone

Beautiful area for sure We utilized the RV spot It was spacious and well kept

The gentleman that escorted us to our site was awesome He was able to answer all our questions Ever time he drove by he waved and made sure we were doing okay We had a deluxe spot right next to an upper trail It was a beautiful very easy walk The fire flys at night were fun to watch The place quiets down at night I slept really good Check this place out It is a great place to get away

If you are looking for off beat and unique this is it! I really enjoyed my stay here! The hosts are so friendly and relaxed and you can tell they really have worked hard on their labor of love They respond quickly to your needs and are onsite so they are to greet you with a smile Breakfast was amazing as well

I loved my french toast !There is also a bar on site! Jeff made me an amazing frozen Bahama Mama! It was just what I needed to cool off! Everything there is no frills and rustic so if you are looking for pristine and fancy this is not it But if you are looking to relax and enjoy each other’s company this might work for you! Plus you can walk into downtown Weston and grab a bite or listen to some live music We went to O’Malley’s which was good food and cool vibes! You have to be able to walk up stairs! The bathroom is up a a spiral staircase so that can be a challenge in the middle of the night Also there is just a tub(no shower) We enjoyed a nice bubble bath though Oh and loved that previous people left origami dollar bills all over the room It is fun trying to find them and read the notes I wish I had cash on me so I could have left one! All in all a pleasant over night stay!

Mandi Wilks

Me and my new wife loved this place This is what you want if your looking for a place with true character, not something everyone thinks a b&b should be We were made to feel so at home

The care and effort that went into creating this space oozes out of every hand crafted corner We were told to feel free to explore at our will, not hesitate to ask for anything And after we were served one of my top five breakfasts ever, Tracy informed us to take our leisure checking out as they weren’t rushed that day Praise

Great location near the airport although I did not need it for that reason A wonderful setting for dogs! The hotel is surrounded by green areas, bushes and trees which not only provides a place for dogs, but helps to block road noise (which was mild) and was very aesthetic The decor and hotel has a nice presence and I would put it in the same category as many in the same

The only wishes were for a microwave, the restaurant to reopen, and there were no dog treats, bowls, toy or bed offered to my pup pal as mentioned on the website The hotel had a strange odor walking in the front door/lobby area and along the exit doors (similar to marijuana), but the room and hotel otherwise seemed well-kept and in a safe and convenient location This was the first Sonesta Select I have stayed and I would be willing to stay again

Michelle Fowler

I had to move my mother and her doc here for two different weeks during construction at our house I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel and the staff Everyone bent over backwards helping take care of them

The manager even gave up her mini fridge in her office so Mom could have a bigger one with a freezer It was clean, safe, well cared for and the staff treats you like family I wouldn’t hesitate to put anyone here or stay myself Well done!

Jon Lusty

Clean place, in good shape Breakfast is a super handy To Go format, which is awesome! Plenty of complementary coffee in the morning also Had to dock one star tho as we booked a two Queen bed room and got a two Fulls

Not great for a family The shower room is tiny and dark, but features a nice set of Shampoo, Body Wash, and Conditioner pumps

I would like to thank the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Leavenworth for being so fabulous this past weekend! We were greeted by the absolute sweetest girl at check in Friday night I did not grab her name but I should have We were there with a softball team, who played softball all day Saturday

They were so disappointed that the pool was not filled yet since it was almost 100 outside, and they were hot and tired Stacey, the lady working the front desk, kindly coordinated with the hotel next door, so that our team of girls could use their pool for an hour to cool off She did not have to do that for us, and went out of her way to make sure our girls were happy Kudos Fairfield Inn for having employees who go the extra mile to make sure your guests leave happy The entire facility was spotless, everyone was so friendly, and it was just a great stay

Brandon Bowman

Great hotel to stay at when visiting Fort Leavenworth There is a breakfast bar that is good for the price The rooms are very nice and include a refrigerator

The in room bathrooms were above standard and really made the stay enjoyable There is plenty of parking at the hotel The drive to the front gate of the base is about 2mins and is easy to commute

CJ. Der Risener

The management went out of there way to accommodate me I was scheduled to bounce around to other Marriott’s due to over booking, but management here found a way for me to stay for the whole 3 weeks Stacy at the front desk was very friendly and always had something nice to say 😀 She kept the front lobby clean and the coffee station stocked

For long stays, the cleaning crew only cleans your room once a week, but you can always get fresh towels from the front desk and toiletries upon request They have a nice BBQ areas with multiple seating areas with firepit tables They have continental breakfast, but the waffle machine didn’t work properly, so they removed it They put the pre-made waffles in a warming pot, but they were hard as rocks So they still need to work out the waffle thing lolOverall enjoyed my stay

Oh my goodness!! Can I start off by saying whoever invented Condotels is an absolute genius!! Seriously absolutely wonderful idea!! This place is like your own apartment with room service weekly! It is fully furnished, with cable, and dishes!! Literally all the essentials you need!! A washer and dryer inside your Condotel!! Ms Diane the housekeeper is/was so so wonderful! So friendly and engaging It was effortless on her part

Not sure that makes sense but I will explain I have worked in customer service over 20 years You cannot teach this Either you have it or you don’t She talked to my kids without hesitation so much that my kids would tell me every time they saw Ms Diane and would get so happy! Since I have moved to Kansas now for almost 4 wks I have not encountered very friendly people here However once I met Diane and we talked and laughed it no longer became important if I didn’t get the friendly greetings at the grocery stores here from employees I met Ms Diane at Condotels and that’s far more important to me It felt like I was in Houston talking with my friends!! She is amazing and works so so hard, yet keeps a smile on her face and always asks if I needed anything ❤ Thank you Condotels and Ms Diane for making my kiddos and myself feel so welcomed!! I promise the staff here from the maintenance, to the groundsmen here are all very friendly and helpful!! I highly appreciate this place!

My fiancé and I stayed with our dogs from 8/5-8/7-2022 We have never stayed in a Condotel before Was going on Weekend trip and decided to stay outside of Kansas City, Mo that is just 30min away

My fiancé called to ask about booking and upon answering the man was so friendly, and so nice He helped us out and explained everything Don’t worry if you have dogs, it’s ok They let us know that they will give us a 1st floor apartment to make it easier for our dogs We got a 1 bedroom We let them know we was going to arrive late, so everyone in the office made sure we had a map, and anything we could need in a special lock box for us with our keys since they close at 5pm We walked inside the apt and noticed it’s a 3 bedroom They only give you keys for how many rooms you booked Nobody else (strangers) will share an apartment with you, or can come in We had keys to the master bedroom with a shower and full bathroom The other 2 rooms and full bathroom was down the hall, which we didn’t have keys for to access them I was shocked at how clean, welcoming, feeling like home, the size of the apartment, just about everything The dogs loved it They had a welcome basket on the coffee table for you with dish soap, laundry soap, treats for your dog, etc It’s just like an apartment home Washer and drier in unit, dishwasher too The bed was disappointing though, it was a Queen, very hard and old spring mattress with 2 tiny pillows and that’s all you get Just horrible to sleep on The bath towels smelled very good too!! Melissa is so nice along with everyone!! The pool closes at 5pm, but so pretty and SO CLEAN Cheers to the housekeeping staff, no rug is left unturned, no corner is left dirty The AC worked so well and was so cold The town is so quiet we heard crickets The town is also safe Golf course in walking distance, town not far So clean, so safe to walk alone, they have walking trails, a fountain with lake, and I highly recommend going up to Lavenworth to The Depot for breakfast Wonderful place, just the bed wasn’t any good at all, and 2 tiny pillows to share, and the shower head was very short I’m 6’2 and it was very difficult to shower

ZombieCake 75

This was a beautiful stay! Everything was super clean The staff was probably some of the sweetest I have met in a long time The oven was spotless! Super happy with our stay, just wish we could have stayed longer

Highly recommend this place I have a ridiculous amount of food allergies so it was so wonderful to be able to cook my own food in the room! Thank you guys for providing such wonderful accommodations!

While visiting KC for a conference all flights were cancelled due to weather so we booked rooms at the Marriott for the night When we arrived we were about 30 people deep in line waiting to check in There was one staff member working at the time due to transition of schedules and I will admit this was one of the best customer service experiences my group received

The woman at the front desk and subsequent male employee were efficient and communicative while checking in the waiting line While there were not enough rooms ready at the time, this was told to us waiting in line Each guest was asked to provide the booking name and phone number and we were called when an available room was ready for us While waiting we went over to the bar to have dinner and drinks where 1 member of the Marriott team was running the entire space He was great and everyone was very understanding In light of the unexpected circumstances due to weather and all flights being grounded at MCI, this team truly held it together and put the guests first I would stay here again in a heartbeat A team that works well under pressure, despite obvious frustrations deserves the utmost kudos Thank you Marriott MCI airport team!

Brendan’s 11u hitting drills That will help

Pretty decent stay, but you should hire people to guard the fire alarms On my first night, there was two that were false and mad it hard to sleep I was here for a baseball tournament last year and was really awesome, however, this weekend was worse

Also the pancakes were really mushy and soggy It’s really nice but I suggest a little bit of change for next year is I ever come back Not the greatest experience But there is one more thing, the elevators are quick and get to where you need to be in a short amount of time The staff were friendly and has a great environment I hope there is change but not muchPs maybe make the pool warmer too, it’s pretty cold for the kids and there is never a lot of people in there Thanks for letting us stay with you guys, and have a great summer!

Total rip off Over-priced compared to other (much nicer) hotels in the general area Nothing except the airport is close to this location

Rooms are fine, bathrooms are terrible Showers leak toilet barely flushes The decorators tried to be cute putting a sliding barn door on the bathroom but the result is a door that doesn’t close all the way, providing less than total privacyWent to use wash machine on the 8th floor to wash kid’s baseball uniforms and I put the clothes, soap and money in the machine only for the machine to start and then show an error message and stop working Lady at the front desk says maintenance man won’t do anything to help and I need to call a (completely non-existent) phone number on the wash machine to trouble shoot the machine myself and be reimbursed my $175In addition, the elevators glitch and get stuck and room fridge barely keeps anything even slightly cool Ice machine by the lobby also never had ice and the bartender was massively rude to two different people picking up their take out ordersHotel stay does not include any sort of free breakfast and complimentary luke-warm coffee is only available in the lobby between 4:30am and 6:30am (or until gone) How niceI never write reviews but I have never seen so disappointed by so many things with a hotel stay I would never recommend this location to anyone Extremely disappointed

What a fun night for three couples!! The Inn at Weston was very clean, the rooms were full of character and enormous , and the king size bed was super comfortable!! Kenna was hospitable and her homemade breakfast delicious… She is culinary trained!! We found out they also own the brewery next door, which was a bonus Definitely will stay again

Thank you!!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here in the Trevor Chadwick room at the Inn The rooms are even larger and more beautiful than they appear in photos The amenities and attention to detail are noteworthy

Cold Weston Brewing Co beer, freshly baked cookies, and assorted snacks were waiting in our room The large guest parlor downstairs offered more goodies such as fresh coffee every morning, along with tea, water, snacks, fruit, bar and glassware for cocktails, and a fridge stocked with beverages A bottle of Ibuprofen even! Lots of games too, including chess, a TV, movies and such As others have said, Kenna’s homemade breakfast each morning was incredible Fresh orange juice, coffee, baked goods and a delicious main course The location is another plus, steps from O’Malley’s Pub, Pirtle Winery and beautiful downtown Weston We also did some hiking in Weston Bend State Park which is only about a 5 minute drive Quite the value here, don’t hesitate to treat yourself Thank you Kenna!

I stayed at this hotel for work purposes This is the cleanest hotel we have stayed at ever The staff is super friendly and Jeff the GM was welcoming from hello throughout the stay to check out

We never felt as though it was an inconvenience to answer questions or ask for anything We encountered an employee in the elevator at one point and it was late, this employee was super friendly He engaged in conversation and greeted us The rooms were far past my expectations Very clean and homey feeling There was enough supplies in the room to last the stay The view was amazing The hot breakfast was set up very nice Very clean and organized Lots of choices And price well below what I had expected We paid $102 We will be returning to this hotel in the future for anniversaries, vacation and just to get away Very classy

My cousin and I are traveling cross country and Cindy was very helpful in arranging a shuttle to pick us up from the airport when I called When we arrived she was also personable and attentive towards the fact that my cousin has a service dog, and was able to get us the accessible room on the first floor We also thought the breakfast was the best of the other residence inns we have been to 🙂 thank you for a great overnight stay!

The Vilma Pier to be extremely clean When I went to take my shower the next morning oh, there was here all in the shower No one had used the shower in my party before I did the next morning

Now I’m wondering just how clean the rest of the room was because they couldn’t even bother to wash out the bathtub in the shower They was here all along the walls and in the tub
