We had a good stay at this hotel* The rooms were clean and well-appointed (Although note that the pullout sofa was not comfortable for sleeping

)* The hot breakfast was good, however I would have appreciated some healthier options* The pool area was clean, if a little cold* The public spaces were comfortable with ample private booths* All staff was friendly and helpfulWe would definitely stay here again

Joshua Paquette

Pros: The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the room was spacious, clean, and fairly quiet Felt upscale and very pleasant upon arrival It wasn’t very hard to get to the hwy and there were attractions close enough to do and see

Breakfast was great! The pool was nice because you didn’t see a lot of kids/young adults hereCons: Marijuana and cigarette smoke on our floor 2 out of 3 nights Marijuana could be smelled, and was quite noticeable, inside of our room Water pipes randomly squawk (fairly loud) The restaurant was closed completely 1 night Open for “fried foods only” a second nightIf you plan on spending most of your time in downtown Atlanta I would suggest looking closer to downtown as the traffic is pretty thick But if you’re okay with staying on the outskirts this is a nice place to stay Great food in Duluth too

Mike Munoz

Great experience coming here with my family of 5 The and the staff was very welcoming The pool was also really clean and a great place for my kids to get that extra energy out after being in the car for 10 hours

My only suggestion would be to have some sort of pancake or waffle option on the breakfast menu Corn beef hash and on-demand omelettes are absolutely amazing, but it wasn’t some thing that interested my younger kidsThank you guys again for the incredible service I also want to mention that the hospitality staff for breakfast went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed The gentleman that was making the omelettes really made my son‘s day and how he engaged with him and the wait staff made us feel like we were the only people eating breakfast this morning Again, I really appreciate Embassy suites Put so much energy into hiring such great people Thank you

Where is the manager? The location was fair my overall experience was terrible Upon checking out this I noticed I was charged twice I immediately went to the front desk to get this error corrected, Olivia seemed to be enjoying her breakfast more than assisting the guests

In her attempt to rectify the double charge she only made it worse by adding another charge I asked for the manager he was unavailable but she called him only to not fix the issueSo I waited till the following Tuesday in hopes the charges will be corrected is that the current status was only authorizations Not any surprise both cards were charged I contacted the hotel the manager was not in that day, since I did receive a call back I followed up on Thursday again the manager was unavailable Finally, on Friday I called and spoke with Michael After providing him with proof from both of my statements and calling my credit card company Michael refused to reverse the charges This is the worse customer experience I have ever had This proposed leader failed to do the right thing but even after providing him with data and calling the credit card company he accused me and them of lying basically

Ochemia Marshall

First thing first, I work within corporate travel So I know the ins/out of how the hospitality business is ran The morning of my reservation I was alerted by my bank, that a pre authorized charge was attempted

Thankfully, for security purposes I always have my card locked I called the hotel to inquire as to why I was accessed an authorization when I haven’t even arrived yet Furthermore check-in and authorizations should NOT occur until check-in The clerk states to me that they always do an authorization prior to arrival, otherwise if it doesn’t go through their reservation will be canceled After handling that incident, later that evening I asked to obtained a blanket Front desk clerk advised me that she’ll call me back once she retrieved a blanket Guess what that phone call never came How here we are the next day, I noticed another authorization was submitted on a different form of payment that I presented upon my check-in The power went out and the phone systems was out, my key wouldn’t work, no hot water for me to take a shower When I spoke to the manager to advise of my ordeal from check-in to check-out, not one apology was ever made, nor was I thanked for being a Hilton honors member I will NEVER stay here again (at this location) due to the deplorable customer service the entire staff possesses I will be certain to email their corporate offices regarding this matter as well

I was in a major rush to attend an event and really needed to get a room asap for my 1 night stay The young lady at the front desk was so considerate and helpful She got me the first available room for my early check in

The room was nice and clean and very comfortable I slept heavenly Overall, my stay was very pleasant If I ever come back to Duluth and needed lodging, I’m definitely staying here again

Jason Vandergriff

One my first of many stays here as I’m in the area for KIA training classes The staff have been 100% great! From the front desk, to the management to the housekeeping staff I have absolutely no complaints The hotel is kept very clean in the common areas and corridors

My room was clean with everything I needed for a comfortable stay The towels were clean and didn’t smell bad OR smell of bleach which has happened at other hotels in the past I like the updated and modern decor both the hotel and the rooms have The only issue I came across was the power outlet for the coffee pot did not work and I had to plug it in on the desk lamp, but that is definitely nothing to reflect my review

Melissa Frye

The hotel is nice! The bed is comfortable! The water pressure was amazing in the shower! One downfall was the TV kept losing the picture while we were watching it The washer and dryer work great with a great price! You can’t beat a dollar to wash a load of clothes! They also had someone serving you breakfast, which I don’t like I like being able to get my own food

They also had people working on the elevator, so the elevator smelled like spray paint for the last couple days of our stay

The hotel was fine – no issues- clean, comfortable, good location, easy check in – everything was fine The staff made it an exceptional experienceThe ladies at the front desk during the day were always friendly and helpful

The housekeeping staff was friendly, even the maintenance guy on the elevator was friendly But DeAndre and Alex went WAY above and beyond any expectations to make sure we got the room we needed and got settled in and followed up to make sure everything was going wellThey seem to enjoy their jobs and sincerely care about making sure guests are taken care of 10 out of 10 would recommend based on staff alone

Nicole Lewis

My family stayed here for a baseball tournament The location of the hotel is great

it’s quiet, close to good restaurants, close to gas stations and a huge Kroger Supermarket The lady at the front desk who checked is in was super nice She also gave us good recommendations for places to eat, too If we have a tournament here next year we are definitely staying here again

Victoria Taylor

We booked in February for a stay in June of this year The day before we were driving 8 hours to Atlanta they cancelled our booking because they oversold They did say we will book you at our sister property for the same rate and you’re good to go

I never agreed to this (we had an event at the center with kids involved and walking there was the best option), so I was already upset, but needed rooms confirmed I asked for a new reservation with the sister property and they didn’t answer my email and when I called couldn’t give me number I call the sister property and they have no idea who I even am and it takes forever to get a reservation The sister property (Hilton Garden) was very helpful but Holiday Inn was horrible

Michael Canning

First time staying in this brand of hotel and it was good I would go higher but was a little disappointedThe staff were really nice and helpful

The rooms are big and roomy, and ours was clean Only complaint about the room itself was that there was not a coffee maker I went to the front desk and told them as I didn’t want to be charged for something not there and I had to pay 50 extra per night as a security deposit No biggie until the coffee downstairs was always running out The front desk said they’d get one to the room That didn’t happen, so that night I told the night person She said she’d have someone bring one next morning That didn’t happen so I asked the cleaning lady and she made it happen Things were going great and then 6am, the day we were to leave and drive a good distance the dog in the room beside us started barking Not a deep bark or soft bark, no it was loud I recorded this high pitched bark and it was so irritating It continued until we finally checked out at 9 I told the desk at 6:45 and the response I got was, they would call the owner but they are a pet friendly place That’s fine, but what about human friendly? Do the humans paying for a room not count? The owner couldn’t be reached of course I was so tired as a result and really changed the mood of the whole day and made the hours of driving quite a bit worseThe location is good, and the pool was clean and kept well Breakfast was good, although I do like sausage or bacon, which there was none The waffle bar was great though As mentioned, coffee ran out constantly so maybe have 2 of them rotating? As mentioned, the place was friendly, and clean Just a few things to work on, follow through on customers requests, and figure out a way that if you’re going to allow pets make it where the pets don’t interfere with non pet people’s comforts Fyi I do have a dog, and don’t travel with him for this very reason, it’s called respecting others

Lulu

Rooms were quiet Nice patio in front and in back by pool Front desk lady was very nice at check in

The others working front desk were not as friendlyCheck bed! Bedding was not clean/changed from previous person stay Housekeeping manager came to changed beddingWill be staying here again for upcoming trip and will update / rate next stay……

Charmaine White

I would NOT recommend staying here The location itself is okay but the staff has made this experience a nightmare! I stayed here in January Before my reservation was over I was admitted to the hospital with a medical emergency

With that being said I still had a few items in the room I was staying in My father tried calling on my behalf to get my items while I was still in the hospital My missing items include a brand new galaxy tablet, a ring light, 3 books, and a few other small items When my father called the hotel they LIED and claimed there was no record of my stay at all I was forced to wait until I was discharged to try locating my items myself I was discharged almost a month later and I went to the hotel myself I was corresponding with the housekeeping manager, Thania, who couldn’t find any of my items and told me it was possible that they threw them away How is it possible that new expensive items like a galaxy tablet and a ring light just disappear? She gave me the run around for weeks After a lot of back and forth she finally told the general manager Jeah Knight about the situation She had the WORST attitude and talked over me the entire conversation She said she would investigate and reach out to me It’s now been another month with no follow up whatsoever It definitely feels like a cover up to someone in their staff stealing my items or carelessly throwing them out Being that there are no cameras in the hotel anything could have happened I regret staying here because I know I would still have all my items if I chose a different hotel with a more honest staff I am going to report them to the BBB and hope for the best This has not been good for my recovery at all!

What a lovely resort, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The location is incomparable, the view of the lake, Stone Mountain in the distance, and a pool deck that overlooks the lake view, it was really lovely! I came from Savannah to Stone Mountain to enjoy a weekend of hiking and biking If you are an outdoorsman, this resort has everything to enjoy in nature! The staff who checked me in were kind and attentive, especially Alex, who handled my check in and processing Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was very nice, Frey was an absolute darling, and very attentive to her guests

I look forward to staying here again Rooms were very clean and well kept, and the hotel, while a little dated, is well kept, organized and clean as well

Kelley Guest

Beautiful Hotel, severely understaffed For a resort be prepared to find your own dolly and cart your own luggage When I say find your own dolly, I mean search the entire resort and floors

That staff was friendly, just overwhelmed The only time it seemed as a resort was when there was a convention Despite this, the breathtaking mountains and scenery made up for this The restaurants were pricey but good and also understaffed The pools were great and both hot tubs were nice I enjoyed my stay and would return

Cynthia Tolbert

I loved mostly everything about my trip to Atlanta Evergreen My room was very nice, however the balcony was dirty The view from the balcony was awesome

The lake and the people on the lake and the sounds of the animals were relaxing On a sour note, an article of clothing was stolen from my room I must add on a positive note the food was excellent! I will revisit👍

This is definitely one of the nicer Hampton inns I’ve stayed in The location is really Central to really everything, and the way the entrance and parking is set up is really convenient The service was outstanding

The room was really good and clean Really couldn’t ask for a better hotel experience for the money I would definitely stay here again

My husband and I travel a lot for business and pleasure around the world and we like to stay at Hampton Inn & suites as much as possible This Hampton on Pharrs Road is our favorite We’ve stayed here many many times

Hubby likes it because it’s near his company headquarter I like it because it has a great gym ( plenty of space, a cable machine, free weights, kettle bells, yoga mats, bosu ball, running machines and an elliptical) I’m a gym rat I use the gym at least an hour or two each day whenever I stay there The staff are very friendly and helpful, provided us everything we needWe enjoy their daily breakfast tooHowever, there is one thing we’ve noticed at the hotel parking lot We are their “Diamond Member “ , and there are three parking spots designed to the Diamond Members with a sign in front of each spot Since we travel for business sometimes we tend to have a few suitcases of tools We would prefer to park at the designated Diamond Member spot because it’s closer to the doorway so we don’t have to drag the heavy suitcases across the parking lot ( parking can be very competitive in this hotel, especially during weekends) But we saw their employees’ cars often parked at one or two or sometimes all of the Diamond spots ( we saw the employees come out of the car parked at the Diamond spot a few times) So we ended up park at further spot and just carried our suitcases across parking lot multiple timesWe mentioned this observation to one of the staff , she just said “ oh we have to get that fixed ”We just thought it would be nice that the designated Diamond member spots are actually saved for people with extreme loyalty to their hotelOther than that, we love this hotel , and we will continue to book Hampton inn anywhere we go

Lori Smith

Only stayed 2 nights while visiting family in the area Very comfortable and quiet Conveniently located within walking distance to stores and restaurants

When we first arrived we met Prince at the front desk and he is delightful He was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful! He is obviously a very engaged employee We will return again!

I’m really disappointed The tub backs up with water I’m not a fan of taking a shower while wading in dirty water

I reported it in the morning and it’s now 15 hours later and not fixed I also reported that the bed has such a deep dip on one side that when you sleep on the other and roll, you actually fall into the dip I ended up sleeping across the bed so I wouldn’t fall in the dip While I told them that I could get over the bed, I could not get over the tub It wasn’t fixed and that is why I’m making sure that others hear about this experience Thank god it’s only 2 nights There is no way I could put up with it longer The front desk girl was nice, but since it wasn’t addressed, the service rating is a 3 Totally would have given the service a 5, even with a deep dipped bed, had they fixed the tub

They charged us for things we didn’t do And they charged us for a room we didn’t even use!!!! We had my daughter’s birthday party here We called in advance before booking to see if this would be ok

They said it would be fine We’ll long story short they were so rude to us that we ended up cutting the party short We didn’t even stay the night We asked for a refund and they said no which was ok But then the next day we were charge $600 in cleaning fees and they said we damaged the ceiling in the pool room!? The ceiling was already damaged before we came!!! And when we left I literally was on my hands and knees cleaning the room It was spotless when we left! So idk where they came up with the cleaning fee! And the damages to the pool ceiling was a flat out lie! They either don’t pay enough attention to there hotel to know the ceiling was damaged or they are just crooks which I’m sure it’s the later There is no way they didn’t know the ceiling was already damaged! I mean drywall doesn’t start sagging after an hour this takes days for the kind of damage that was there to occur So horrible place to go! Not only were they rude and disrespectful but they are lying crooks!

This Courtyard was clean and inviting The staff at the desk when we checked in seemed less than enthusiastic that they were at work She did not smile at all

She was on her cell phone when I walked in I heard her say, I need to go it’s another check in Seemed like she was annoyed that another customer walked in Just checked us in without any smiles or hellosThe rest of the staff was very nice The Bistro staff was great The tall African American man(he didn’t have a name tag on) at the Bistro on Sunday morning was very friendly and welcoming He made my Starbucks coffee perfectly I thanked him and he was happy that I was pleased with itHousekeeping was very friendly and provided us with extra towels with no hassle at allWe will stay here again in the future

While the front desk was friendly, the bartender is lazy and rude and the room was not as advertised When I told the front desk she did nothing but smile and say, “I don’t know” We got the one with a separate bedroom and sofa sleeper

Rooms says it sleeps 4, but the “sofa sleeper” is a chair that folds out to a cot The description of room looks like a bed, a sofa, and a chair There’s not even a table to eat at in all that wide open space! The 4 of us used a stool as our table to eat There were only 3 pillows! My daughter and I sat in a chair sharing one pillow all nightSo the bartender… I ask to have a Tito’s up with olive juice She says she’s new I say I’m a bartender and can help her It’s just vodka shaken with some ice strained to a glass I offered this with a friendly smile because I’m on vacation and happy at this point She said, no cause it’s 9:30 and everythings clean She doesn’t want to make a mess It’s vodka and ice!Don’t stay here! Marriott should be ashamed of this place I wish I could have our money back

Robi Lipscomb

I stayed at this hotel in September and it was not in as good shape Also the heater for the indoor pool was broken and when I tried to talk to the front desk they told me it had never been heated Then I told them it was when I was here in September and they still tried to tell me I was mistaken

When I spoke the manager the next morning she confirmed the heater for the pool was broken She did give me 5000 points toward my Marriott rewards but I doubt I will ever get any use out of those The pictures below are of the 1-3 ft high weeds growing in a landscape area

The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and the pool area was a beautiful escape to the outdoors I enjoyed being within walking distance to Marlows Tavern, though it was a little pricey My room was incredibly humid

I washed some quick-dry clothing and hung it to dry in my room and 24 hours later it was still wet The hotel was having some sort of issue with their water because when I arrived the water was off for a period and several days later i returned to my room to find it had been turned off again and stayed that way for a half hour The cleaning staff removed a bag of recycling that i was saving to dispose of properly as well as a reusable shopping bag from my room during cleaning One afternoon, after having hung the do not disturb tag on my door knob, I returned to my room to find a note slid under the door that said it had been cleaned It looks like this hotel has gotten great ratings in the past so it seems my experience was unusual, but I hope they will make the changes needed to improve conditions

Todd Brown

We stayed at this property 3x while selling and moving and waiting for a new home to be built in 2021 and early 2022 We stayed a total of almost 8 weeks We were always treated like family by everyone working there

Every request was handled quickly The room and bed were terrific They even had tech support help us connect our Apple TV in our room Housekeeping and front desk and maintenance and the breakfast team were all amazing

Todd Trader

Very nice room for extended stay The layout was comfortable that gives separation of living space The location of my room had a great working view

The beautiful landscaping softened the experience overlooking the magnolia and crape myrtleThe pool area was nice, but some of the cushions need replaced as we’re showing stains The pool itself was very relaxing and invitingThe staff was always warm and polite Eager to make the stay enjoyableFor me the bed pillows were the best comfort for my sleep Nothing wrong with the mattress I prefer a mattress with a little more firmness and these were very plush and soft Sadly for me, with a little extra around my midsection didn’t give me the support I realized I really need for a good night sleepThe breakfast was ok Nothing special and not really a satisfying start to the dayOverall, if and when I’m back to this area of NE Atlanta, I won’t hesitate staying here Very clean and quiet

Very clean and great Suite, everything was wonderful until I woke up this morning I felt very offended when a staff walked up to me and asked me am I a guest because I was fixing breakfast with a back pack on When I asked who asked her to ask me that to pointed out that the receptionist asked her to ask me that

Mind you I just came off the Elevator walked past the receptionist to go outside to grab my bag I really didn’t let it get to me at first but as the day goes by I can’t believe I was profile like that All and all still great Hotel just find better ways of asking questions For example : Are you enjoying your stay?

Currently staying here and unfortunately, I can’t give a ZERO star! The rooms are dirty, filthy carpets, uncleaned bathroom and we even found a clump of hair in the beds (both beds!) While sitting at the desk working in the room, I turned around and saw house keeping cleaning the toilet then turned right around and washed the tub and pipes with the SAME TOILET BRUSH! My children and I also witnessed her using a red/ burnt orange cloth to wipe around the floor by the toilet, then wiped the toilet itself, then wiped the tub & pipes… same cloth, not changed, not cleaned or anything! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They do NOT disinfect the room or bathroom, they just spray a solution for scent! If you’re looking to catch an illness or disease caused by a dirty, unclean environment, then this is the place for you and your loved ones 🙁

My stay at this hotel was fantastic However, I am extremely disappointed in the waste produced during the breakfast rush Before COVID, it was bad enough with plastic plates and plastic utensils

I have not traveled in over 2 years and when I return to my first business trip, this is what I see Now plastic cutlery is wrapped in plastic bags Bread, two slices, are individually wrapped in plastic Ziploc bags Still there are the plastic plates and everything else plastic including individual creamers As much as I love Hilton, love Hampton Inn, I cannot support this wasteful environment It’s time for merchants like Hilton to step up, return to ceramic mugs and silverware with staff to wash and keep the place clean I am really contemplating where my next hotel stay will be so long as they do not use plastics to the extent that this Hampton does Again, the hotel was fantastic The room was neat The location was great The staff were super friendly However, I cannot give a high rating due to the environmental waste I experienced

Hampton Inns are fairly consistent across the country, come with a consistent breakfast, and are typically quiet and comfortableI spend a lot of times traveling and have been in 4 different Hamptons in the greater Atlanta area over the past few monthsThis one was a little older than others, but the front desk attendant Julissa (I may have her name wrong) Went above and beyond multiple times

When I arrived my room fan was excessively noisy , not her fault, but she quickly sent someone up,and moved me to a new roomThe Second night, the room next to me was having a little too much fun, and the smell was very strong She once again stepped up and delta with the people who thought illegal activities were accepted by the hotelI work in customer service and I can’t remember the last time I was that impressed by a employeeThis could have nearly been a horrible experience, but your employees were a great ambassador of your hotel

Just God

Any town that has JESUS lifted up on a billboard, it’s expected that your stay will be blessed I’m amazed at how peaceful and quiet the hotel is with 8 floors consistently being sold out, there’s adequate free parking, and Ms Angela ensures everyone is thoroughly treated to a delightful hot breakfast with a smile

May the peace of God continue to rest on this city, hotel and all its staff and guest in Jesus mighty name!

I stayed in this hotel exactly a year ago, and everything was fine I booked again this year, and the entire hotel has gone to hell The only saving grace is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff

When I first checked in, the deadbolt was broken I was moved to another room, and the deadbolt was inoperable in the new room as well However, it was late and I was tired The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall The shower is a vast cavern with a teeny shelf, so all of my products had to stay on the floor There is zero water pressure and no bench or ledge for shavingOn the second morning, I woke up to water dripping from the ceiling The carpet and my son’s shoes were soaked I called the front desk and the lady I spoke with was very kind She offered me another room, but I really just wanted to leave She graciously let me cancel the next two days I had booked, and I moved to the Hampton next doorAgain, the staff is great but the hotel should be leveled

We were greeted at the front desk with two complimentary water bottles for being hhonors guests Check-in was easy and the room was nice and clean The location was further from the highway than we realized and it was tough to get to, not being from the area

However, it was in a nice quiet location, which was a bonus No highway noises, only the hum of the a/c and fridge I would recommend this hotel for folks looking to explore the area

Janice Peterson

Room was clean You need to ask for housekeeping if you want We just asked for towel change

Nice foot tunnel outside that connects to shops and restaurants on otherside of main road without needing to cross traffic Rooms have been updated but tubs/showers ate very deep and even my 6 2 husband had difficulty stepping in to shower No safety bar on edge to hold I literally had to craw outmy 5 3 frame could not safety go over A big walk in shower would have been better

This was a great stay The staff was amazing and showed nothing but the best when dealing with me A couple tried to skip me in tried to skip me and the manager let them know I was first

I appreciated him for that so much The room was clean, fairly large, and I had a good view There is a large lobby area and they have computers for use

We enjoyed our stay here We had a suite It was nice, clean, quiet, and right by the pool

The room had a full kitchen, stocked with dishware, and cooking essentials, and coffee items,no machine Our stay was good, but it could’ve been better Our sliding door in the bedroom was broken and wouldn’t open We booked the room with a extra sofa bed for 5 guest, but the room wasn’t prep for it It was no extra bedding for the sofa bed and the bathroom only had enough for 3 guest Our room never got cleaned so we inquired at the desk Housekeeping didn’t come until the day before checkout, it was pointless to have them clean then, after we already been there for 4 days Between daily showering, the pool, and already being short on towels and washcloth, we constantly had to go to the desk to get clean and dry ones Due to the lack of housekeeping and having a toddler it was constant crumbs on the floor, but not a broom in the room I wished I brought my hand sweeper so I could’ve swept it up myself We did dump our trash, fortunately a larger trashcan was right outside the door We was told that housekeeping only comes to our floor once a week, Saturday Housekeeping should definitely be tailored to the duration of the stay of their guest to ensure this doesn’t happen againOther than that, it’s located in a great area, with many restaurants and shops nearby It was only 20-30 minutes from the places we needed to go We will return, I just know what to expect next time

This is one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had Our first room smelt old and dirty The TV did not work and they had someone come up to the room around 10pm to change it out

There was also no hot water When we complained about the hot water they stated it was because there were so many people in the hotel We reported all of this the next day and absolutely no responsibility was taken by the staff We were given the same room we had before just on a different floor The next day there were food wrappers and vomit by the elevator Skip was awesome He helped us load up to leave and was very personable

Excellence award goes to this specific Hilton hotel We have stayed in this hotel on multiple occasions probably totaling over 30 days or more at this point We appreciate the accommodations they made for our four legged babies and their helpful friendly faces that greeted us at the door each time

They made check in and check out simple and fast Our rooms always were clean and super comfy! I highly recommend staying at this Hilton if you have a chance!

Family of 6 here The staff were all super Accommodating and friendly The room was extremely clean I felt good knowing my kids were sleeping in the bed and using the pillows and sheets

The shower was very clean also There was a lot of variety in the free breakfast they offered My kids were fed and satisfied They had actual food for breakfast and not just packaged breakfast bars like other hotels we’ve stayed at I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here in the future

My stay was was perfect First time there and your staff made it even better On 1

2222 Quinn at check in was very professional, she also took the extra mile to get me tea bags later in the eveningOn Sunday 12322 morning The lady working the 6am shift (sorry don’t remember her name) was kind enough to make sure my keys were working because I had already checked out online prior She was full of joy so early and I LOVED IT!Please acknowledge everyone because they are all doing a phenomenal jobThe rooms were super clean I was looking for dust or something Housekeeping is doing a more than 5 star job Which is usually the pet peeve of most guestThe location is perfect with a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, gas station Very quite secluded area that is nice Easy main highway access

Jasmyn B.Horry

The staff was great Check in was smooth did it all via the app Breakfast was good in the morning

Check out was very easy The rooms were nice and comfortable The location was easy to get to Also there are alot of places around the hotel to eat some within walking distance There is a very nice Goodwill within 500 feet of the hotel I would stay here again

Sherelle Ducksworth

Room was decent but walls were dirty Very small lobby at entrance and about 15-20 guests were allowed to sit and keep up a lot of noise all day until 11 pm

The guests were allowed run through the halls repeatedly and when I asked the staff if they could ask them not to, the running continued through the night and started back by 8 am this morning Night worker would not answer the phones and the parking lot is congested Overall, the hotel is affordable but we were not able to relax and it wasn’t the cleanest The rooms are too close to the lobby and entrance for any rest, relaxation, sleep, or peace
