We absolutely loved the kitchenette Though we didn’t cook anything, there were pots, pans and utensils in case we wanted to The 12 cup coffee pot was awesome

I made a quick run to HEB (right around the corner) and got some filters and coffee Me and the wife were having coffee in our pj’s first thing in the morning! The hotel supplied the dish sponge and dish soap as well The full size fridge/freezer meant I could grab some ice cream and cold drinks for the wife and daughter I really loved the complimentary washer and dryers! Soap was only about $150 at the front desk and not taking dirty laundry back home is invaluable My 5 yr old loved the sleeper sofa It didn’t have sheets, but a quick phone call to the front desk solved that The hotel is always immaculate and quiet I try to avoid the ones in the SeaWorld area since all of the families tend to take a toll on the facilities This hotel is my new “Go-to” spot in San Antone

I am not one to leave reviews but never judge a book by its cover From the outside and pictures online the hotels appearance looks great However this is now our third time staying and it will be the last! The general manager was at the front desk area speaking so poorly of her staff to other staff while we sat in the breakfast area and overheard EVERYTHING! On the second day she was arguing with the head housekeeper about her department

Needless to say she’s not happy with her new assistant either Talk about professionalism at it’s finedt Poor people! This now does explain why this place can’t keep staff They did have an amazing front desk and an amazing manager previously in which he nor she is any longer there Hopefully management changes again because I did have a great experience with the morning front desk lady, she was so professional and attentive It would be sad to see her leave as well I’m still in utter belief!!!!

I loved this hotel!!! Everything was great Breakfast was great! There were several options, eggs, sausage patties, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, coffee, various teas, oj

I can’t remember the rest (there was so much!) but I was impressed! Kitchen did a great job ❤ The terrace outside the dining area was an absolutely gorgeous, hidden patio So peaceful The rooms were nice and cold, and the layout was perfect We had a kitchenette and I didn’t get to use it, but it was neat to have available, regardless

If you like a dated room, this is the one for you As, for housekeeping the could do better on cleaning rooms That is very important!!! Went to the restroom supper tiny and toilet paper roll fell off the wall

For a Marriott I expect much more The breakfast was most definitely the best part of the stay Great customer service, by the young lady who served the breakfast

Do NOT believe the pictures They are deceptive This place is NOT as bright and lovely as they portray themselves to be

The two stars are for the staff and the staff only The free breakfast while they do have options; was NOT all that fresh The bananas had definitely taken a beating and the cheese danishes and bacon were tough The rooms were not well lit at all They have a modern thermostat on the wall but it’s not plugged in Instead they have this old unit on the wall that blows out cold air The shower was small and the toilets were so low they resemble a potty training toilet You will bang your knees against the shower door just trying to sit on that thing The couch and bed were decent but the two stars is strictly for the staff as they were polite, and courteousThe location of this hotel even confused both waze and Google maps so it’s not that easy to get toAlso they only carry 20oz Drinks for $2 so stop by the Target on your way over to get larger sizes otherwise be prepared to buy multiple beveragesThe gym is adequate but like the rooms is rather dark But it has all you need to get a darn good workout in

Definitely not a bad place, stayed here for the points and the location Hotel is mostly clean, there was one garbage can in the hallway that was terrible but once I mentioned it to the staff it was taken care of Also it’s an extended stay type hotel so you have to deal with people cooking up all kinds of stuff and the smells that go with it

Overall the room was clean and pretty well taken care of The breakfast was good and had all the standard stuff Parking is free And the location is accessible to shopping and close to the airport

Andrew Hartman

We’ve stayed here with an academic competition team for several years and we love it Has lots of space to spread out and work, great service, and lots of good amenitiesI only rated it four star because it feels the dinner options lately have not been as good

I may be misremembering previous times but it felt the food options for dinner were better Still a great place to stay

Rachael Ward

Ive stayed at the Homewood Suites for at least three stays, these hotels are subpar at best

but this last location was not good at allBed bugs, water was off for a few hours, temperature was hot in hallways ( although it has been a hot summer) and I heard a customer complain about not having air in thier rooms Many of my coworkers complained of bugs as well Also the cleaning the rooms was not frequent enough The beds do not sleep too well and the covers felt rough It was a bad experience in all Hope they do better

Hotel condition was inadequate and my vehicle was broken into during my stay When I contacted management (Hotel GM Robert Cantu III) about the issue they were complacent and essentially blamed me for the break-in while skirting all responsibility The room condition was deplorable and almost unlivable

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen and living area The room was clearly not fully cleaned or prepped for our stay In both bathrooms I found multiple instances of mold and rust throughout the showers and the ceilings were covered in mildew or mold type substances In the single bed room the bathroom was in horrible condition The toilet was filthy and covered in excrement and other fluids and there were used towels and soap left out as well as the body wash dispenser being empty All of the closet doors barely functioned and appeared to be broken To use them I had to very carefully lift them and run them along the tracks There were multiple visible repairs to walls that were poorly covered up and several cracks throughout the corner and ceiling joints The sofa bed had some sort of residue all over it that made it unusable for fear of contamination and there was no dish soap present to wash the dishes we used during our stay

Colleen Williams

The manager is the reason I will not say any negative because he was friendly and helpful but I will provide some tipsI would like to say the housekeeping staff needs a refresher on the upkeeping of the rooms because some areas should have more attentionSome minor room renovations will be a plus

(Pillow-top beds)Breakfast was okay, more options will be a plus My family doesn’t eat pork but that’s all the type of meat they had availableOverall, I will stay again because free breakfast and free parking are huge savings in our current economic position (Inflation!)Green flags:Free ParkingClose to SeaworldClose to many restaurantsIndoor poolLocation is perfectBreakfast area niceThe outside area is nice (very nice at night if you choose to sit outside)Low guest noiseSpacious rooms

Here me Now! You have been warned As of July 24 2022, they need MAJOR updates Cleaning

Everything just looks an smells horrible It was Too late to get our money back… but i wanted to leave The furniture and carpet in our room smells and you can visually SEE THE SWEATY GREASY dander etc from idk forever Arm on the sofa looks so gross I covered it with towels Sprayed everything with Lysol and said multiple prays that my family didn’t get sickAs a family of 4, we always look for a hotel that allow us a closed door away from the kids Residence Inn has never let us down until now😞Also we stopped in multiple cities The last Residence Inn … just decided we don’t need the room we requested since we didn’t get their call 2 hours before, an they gave our room away Forcing this family of 4 to share a 1 bed roomResidence Inn this 1 week multiple city trip would have been a 10, not having a clean place for my family to sleep made it a 3

We were between two hotels in the area when planning our wedding, but we absolutely could not beat all the amenities that The Westin San Antonio North offered! Not to mention their ballroom is absolutely stunning! It was renovated in 2019 (and clearly didn’t get much use over the pandemic) so it’s practically brand new Ashley Wash was the best coordinator EVER! She was so communicative with us for the entire process and so helpful – all while managing the changing hotel ownership She provided contacts for vendors and coordinated with the vendors we brought in so well

She made us feel like family and made our reception so incredibly worry-free If I had to do it all over again (which I’m so glad I don’t), I would still have my wedding at The Westin SA North 🙂

This could be a really great hotel It has great views of the city and it is located right off of I-10 which is easy access to many parts of San Antonio However the hotel is very dated if you enjoy a popcorn ceiling this is a great hotel

The air conditioning filter was 2 months overdue from being changed and the room smelled like dust, you can see it coming through the vents For someone with allergies like myself it made it hard to sleep in this room I would not recommend anybody stay in this hotel until it has been renovated and brought into this decade

ji phan

Great hotel and great rooms Staff was friendly Upon check-in our party was told that it was free continental breakfast but when we came down the following morning they stated it was not free and that we would have to pay

We ended up going somewhere to eat It would have been nice if they told us that when we checked in and not when we were there trying to get breakfast

We stayed here for over a month waiting for our household goods to arrive Very nice hotel but we can’t speak highly enough of the employees Dan, Lester, Sal, all of the wonderful house keeping ladies and breakfast crew helped us feel at home

We will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Antonio Located close to all of the best attractions Very clean and updated

Marcela Soliz

Clean place, room looked and smelled clean,Front desk was nice to us located close to the freewayStayed there for 4 nights

Breakfast was goodOnly complaint, last two nights my neighbors were really loud, they would open and close the door or let their children play with the door not sure But there were two families staying in front of each other in the rooms next to me that would open and close doors, laughing, screaming, etcI had a good experience,I would stay there again

This Marriott location is located right next to the highway which is very convenient Although they did remodel, the age of the building is showing in it’s popcorn ceilings, 8ft ceilings, lack of natural light, and dark and odd layout of the rooms On my stay, the elevators were not working so the entire hotel was funneling into one elevator

Customer service here was great though and the cleanliness of the hotel was awesome All in all, I think that the 35 star rating is too much and this Marriott falls in line with a 3 star hotel It’s an okay stay but I’d only recommend it to single travelers/business travelers

Adriana Cabrera

I travel for work so I have been staying at this hotel every other week since February 2022 Because of this I’ve gotten quite familiar with the amenities and the staff The rooms are the great standard you get with Marriott hotels however the bar staff is beyond exceptional and that is worth of the review alone! When I first started staying at the hotel I met Pedro and Gabe at the bar and they made sure that I was always taken care of by being very attentive and making sure that I was having a good time

But most importantly, that I felt safe as that is often a concern as a woman traveling alone Both Pedro and Gabe provided me with great restaurant recommendations for dinner Every single drink they prepared was better than the last With every visit, I got to meet more of the staff and that brought me to Sydney and Montse – just absolutely lovely ladies that brought a great vibe to the team Every single stay I’ve had at this hotel has been more impressive than the last I can honestly say that the staff is what makes my stay enjoyable If it were not for them, I’d be staying downtown at the St Anthony Just this week, I learned that the cocktail menu had received some upgrades and I couldn’t be more excited about this I really hope the Marriott brand recognizes the stellar employees they have on staff because they are the face of the hotel and are doing a fantastic job representing them15/10 will continue to stay here!

1) Our group reservation was impossible to find even though the name was correct 2) The room literally opens onto the lobby When you pull your shades there are people sitting in front of your window drinking coffee

inside3) housekeeping didn’t come until 5:30 pm 4)breakfast, with 2 other tables in the restaurant, took 1/2 hour to arrive 5) I was charged $30 for an early checkin (noon) after organizing a group to stay at the hotel probably spending over $6,000 that weekend

Stayed one night and will never go near this hotel again Shocked they ever averaged out to four stars Disappointed, Hilton

Do betterRock hard beds I weigh under 140lbs and couldn’t sleep through the night due to the pain Husband is a bigger guy who likes firm beds and he said it was worse than when he slept on the ground in AfghanistanLobby: light fixtures held together with clear tape right above where you wait to check in They did not have any water so I didn’t get my Hilton rewards check in perks Staff Sunday was nice enough, but Monday morning was horrible The girl was cashing a worker’s check for ages while we were waiting to check out Didn’t even acknowledge our presence We wanted to give feedback on the awful room but gave up and did mobile checkoutRoom: beds are horrible, see above Carpet stained and dirty Paint is covered in marks, dirt, and huge chunks out of the drywall missing Linens seemed clean, pillows were okay Bathroom door did not lock The latch was completely broken and would not turn Shower drain was broken and the cover popped off when brushed My husband’s heel fell into the drain as he stepped back because the cover popped right off He almost cut himself! Rust on edges of most the bath fixtures No place for toiletries in the shower so have to sit them on the floorBreakfast: eggs, bread, sausage, waffles, 3 cereals, one kind of yogurt Dry and disappointing Nothing to write home about No flavored coffee creamer Only half and half No decaf coffeeWill never stay here again and will warn all coworkers and friends to a different hotel when coming to the area for business or pleasure

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This place is one of the most well known in the area

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you decide to stay here you definitely won’t be disappointedI absolutely love this hotel Everyone is so nice I enjoyed my room with a balcony and garden/pool view This is the 2nd time I book here and will continue to do so when we visit Sea World My boys really enjoy the pool There’s a bistro that has great food options as well

Brian W

We paid for a city view room and got a view of a very loud highway with no view of any city The room was quite warm and the air conditioning was not cool enough to make the room cool enough to sleep well There was no maid service so no coffee for the second day and no clean towels

They charged us ten dollars a day to park in their parking lot, standard parking that any business would have around their building They did let us check in around noon and the room itself was fairly nice Next time we’re in town we’ll find somewhere more reasonable to stay

A P M

My score is low because this is supposed to be a Courtyard It’s not living up to the brand Here’s why:- Lobby is ok

Nice bistro and hotel halls- Parking isn’t great if you want to park close to a door And why do they charge $10 for self-parking in the suburbs when most places will provide it for free??? That was a rip-off- Pool is huge but showing a lot of wear We booked here because the pool was supposed to be heated It was way too cold because it’s not heated enough- Room was really worn Walls were beat up Furniture was newer but nicked up AC was an older window controlled unit Soap and shampoo dispensers were cheap and didn’t work right Everything was clean though and bed was good- No housekeeping unless you request it Prices have gone up on hotel rooms, and you can’t clean our room???For a mid-range Marriott brand like Courtyard, this place fails I don’t recommend staying here

I just stayed there for 6 days I have stayed there a few times in the past and it wasn’t too bad It has gone WAY downhill since I was there last in 2018, I think it was

It’s under new management so that may be why It was so hot in all of the common areas, I mean really hot I met a guy whose A/C in his room was broken and there were no other rooms available so I am glad our air worked The pool wasn’t too clean It’s tiny too so if you are looking to stay at a place with a nice pool, don’t go there There was mold on the ceiling by the A/C vent The people above us must have stayed as long as we did and it sounded like a stampede every single night from around 5pm until 10-11pm We were there due to clean out our deceased parents home in and it was not a pleasant stay at all For 122500, I expected more but that was one of the cheaper places and was not too far from where we needed to be I will not stay there again

leah renee

We are here currently and just waiting for the kids to wake up so we can leave Upon arrival, our room was lodged open by the latch, weird One of the workers did a very quick walk through to check it

When we got in the cleanliness was not up to par There’s very apparent water damage, but we assumed it was old and just not covered since it did not appear wet at the time The shower head has so much hard water build-up it was extremely difficult trying to get our kids and selves clean Most holes in the shower head didn’t work and the ones that did were spraying everywhere and felt like pins and needlesTHE WORST PART: The A/C turned off around 12:30 and never came back on Around 3am we woke up sweating NO A/C The thermostat is not turning on and no air since Apparently the hotel has no fans to offer either We FINALLY got everyone back to sleep (outside of the covers) around 5:45 Welp, a little before 7am there’s a tapping sound from water leaking out of the ceiling/wall If you are given room 203, do not accept it We should not have been put in here We will not be staying at this location in the future

Maria Alejandra Ramirez

I went for 2 nights with my family to this hotel I didn’t mind paying almost $700 because I saw good comments and it seemed to be a very good hotel The room was dirty, the carpet had food crumbs, under one of the beds there was a rotten tangerine and bottles of soda, also edible gummies

In the bathroom there was short hair in the tub and the toilet, the room did not have a good smell On the 2nd day of our stay I asked for the towels to be changed and they did not At check-in I was told that they would not do room service I do not recommend this Hotel to anyone This will be the first and last time I stay here I consider that it is very expensive for the bad service, from the attention, cleanliness and everything They excuse that due to pandemic times they don’t have staff to clean Quite expensive they charge and they should provide a better service

Matt and Mandy Sargent

Our family of four stayed here for a long weekend Our room had an adjoining door to our friend’s suite, which made eating together and hanging out so much more enjoyable And we didn’t even ask for it! Our rooms were in the building across from the pool

It was super easy to access everything on foot On the weekday, we tried the neighboring Hyatt pool and lazy river just for fun Everyone agreed we liked the ones here better; they are brighter, more jovial and convivial, more somber and quiet across the street Our rooms had a bright led light on the thermostat and signs of age in the bathroom, but the views, beds, and amenities were perfection We will absolutely be back

Jennifer Hernandes

Our experience at Hyatt was great! When we checked in I was told $15000 would be added to my bill for room service and etc since the hotel was a cash free hotel only debit or credit card

I was not prepared for that Of course whatever we did not use it would be released We upgraded our room before check-in so of course that was an additional cost so when they ran my credit card it was declined because I was $30short because of the upgrade and additional $150 So when I told this to the front desk they waived the upgrade but still gave us the upgrade plus a better view I offered my debit but they said it all had to be on the same card So I’m grateful for that Our stay was great,we needed something and it was brought up very quickly The grounds were beautiful and the resort was beautiful Several activities offered I feel it’s family friendly but could totally be a getaway for adults just to relax Definitely going back

I really did enjoy my stay here The rooms were nice and very clean I did enjoy their restroom had both shower and a jacuzzi

The one thing that I didn’t like is that you are not allowed to take coolers or food to the pool area or snake river area You are forced to buy their drinks (both alcoholic and non) at their little bar and they are very expensive $28 for two drinks But it’s a nice little getaway just make sure you take money

I stay at a lot of Marriott hotels for work and this by far has been one of my favorite Its very centrally located in the city Easy access from the airport with some really amazing restaurants with-in walking or driving distance

Its set back from the main road so its really quite and quaint The staff keep the place clean and quite and they are always very friendly Thanks for making this another great work trip

Lobby and front desk service is standard for Courtyard by Marriott Pool is really nice Good location

Friendly staff!Inadequate breakfast service You need more staff at breakfast! One person to take orders, make food, and prepare take away or send to tables, is not fair to the employee or the customer It’s stressful and wrong for what you charge Manage your staffing appropriately during breakfast service at a business hotel!

When I showed up to the hotel on a slow Tuesday afternoon they told me I wouldn’t be able to get my room till two hours later even though I requested early check-in and had spoken with someone that morning confirming my room would be ready by the time I showed up When I asked to speak to a manger she was rude and just kept repeating herself not even letting me or my partner speak Bottom line it was a slow day I feel like there was more that could’ve been done to accommodate us and in short we won’t be returning since then my partner refuses to stay here

They had us waiting outside on a hot day for two hours when I’m sure there was more than enough rooms to put us into we were willing to pay any fee it just wasn’t offered at all Very disappointed

Ven

The room allocated to us was clean and spaciousBreakfast is served from 7 to 10 AM CST on weekends but except the sugary sugary pancakes and waffles, nothing is getting refilled adequatelyWhen we inquired about refills, kitchen staff gave rude answer

Cut fruits – Not refilledWhole fruits – Not refilledChobani yogurt – Not refilledChocolate milk – Not refilled

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I was in the military Tv was semi-functional, walls coming apart, bed was not set up properly which caused my young daughter to trip and cut herself on a sharp metal edge Will never come back, and would never recommend this place to anyone

Breakfast was also very subpar, even worse than military food Never had eggs taste so nasty

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and convenient The bed was nice, the TV worked well, the shower was good, the staff were so nice, and the amenities were helpful The washer and dryer downstairs was free and soap was available at the front desk for $1

The road noise outside was a little loud, so if that would bother you ask for an odd numbered room so you’re on the backside of the hotel I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again

Our stay was awesome and all thanks to Garrett! He made sure from the moment we walked in until the very end we had a great stay! He cares so much for the guests and he goes above and beyond! The room was beautiful and don’t get me started on the bathroom in the room it is so luxurious and the full sized amazing shampoo, conditioner, and Body wash in the shower! The breakfast was oh so delicious and let me tell you it was a wide variety of food! The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool is cute! This will be our definite hotel choice when we are staying in San Antonio! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! Way to go Garrett and your awesome customer service! Thank you so much for making us feel so welcomed!

I was expecting a lot more after reading reviews…The first day we arrived I sanitized high traffic areas in our room (I have two littles who love to touch EVERYTHING) and looked everywhere Didn’t take long to doubt how good the cleaning was There was so much dust on the toilet seat and in between the toilet seat crack, there were small hairs in the sheets once I pulled them back, and before I knew it my daughters feet were black after walking on the carpet

My husband had bought some brand new white socks to wear with his outfit, and before we knew it, his socks were black at the bottom too BLACK I have never been in a hotel where we can’t even wear socks in rooms because they changed color like THAT It made me completely disgusted The lobby area is clean, but aside from that it’s a very very old hotel So the hallways are really dim, the elevator is squeaky and kind of beat up, and the rooms were also pretty out dated Furniture was rough, bed was hard, pillows sucked Didn’t try their breakfast because I couldn’t even imagine how clean they were if the hotel rooms looked like they didAside from that, staff was kind They weren’t the issueThey need to deep clean their bedroom carpets every once in a while & brighten the place up and fix all the cracksMoral of it all:don’t walk barefoot or with socks in the hotel room, clean and disinfect FOR YOURSELFPrice point – you get what you pay for, literallyDon’t recommend, and for sure won’t be back

Ginger

This place was clean, quiet, not a single bug in sight, wifi was fast, and the water stayed hot for my entire 20 minute shower Met and exceeded my expectations The staff was friendly as well

The pricing is decent, $220 for a couple of nights Breakfast was also decent, nothing exceptional but I do appreciate the grab and go options for those of us who are still a little hesitant about buffets here in this plague year, and the coffee was good Overall would recommend!

Avoid Stay somewhere else This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in for the prices they charge

The entire hotel is in poor repair The elevators don’t light up properly, they make loud clunking noises going up and down, and the insides have obviously been abused The room I was in was pitiful The carpets were dirty and stained My bed had body hair and stains caked onto the mattress I ended up sleeping every night on the couch because of how uncomfortable the bed was, not to mention concerned of sanitation I had an ant infestation on my bathroom/bedroom sink swarming around tooth brushes and medications bottles I’m pretty sure room service was USING my bathroom while I was gone As a male with short hair, I kept finding long tufts of dark curly hair on my bathroom floor and in my shower that weren’t there when I left in the mornings The front desk was very short with guests and started restricting their two free water bottles to one water bottle per day Overall it was just a bad experience I feel like I need to bleach myself after being in that room for a week

The customer service here is excellent Everyone from the river staff to the lobby and restaurants and the valet was super friendly and helpful Troy at the valet was very nice and remembered us as he was helping with our car and luggage

The kids loved all the hotel activities throughout the day but mostly loved the lazy river My only recommendation would be to have an inner tube for large adults The ones there will only support someone up to 180 lbs, any more and you’re capsizing Can’t wait to go back!! Thanks for a great stay

Heather Sides

The property was beautiful We stayed in one of the patio rooms and it was so relaxing nestled under the great oak trees The service at the golf shop was great and they took care of us so well

From storing our bags and getting them onto the cart, to the well-manicured course and greens, and the friendly staff who made playing here a wonderful experienceAnd a special thanks to the staff who made our dining experience the best The food was great, particularly the fajita dinner on Sunday Big thanks to Janie and TJ who made sure we had everything we needed Our drinks were never empty and the plates were cleared the moment we finished It was hard to believe we were at a buffet And Janie made us feel like old friends But after 24 years at the Hyatt, she just knows how to do that We hope to see you all again next time!

Rachel Lorance

Staff was nice! Rooms & restaurants were great! The lazy river was great except there was not enough chairs or tubes for everyone The next morning we got there early and realized that people stacked all their tubes and placed their stuff on their chairs before they go eat breakfast We ended up finding a spot and some extra tubes

So, get there early! They have a Starbucks and a general store there, I bought little blowup tubes for the kids and the young boy at the pool area went to blow them up for me That was great! Overall, it was a fun weekend!

I share this experience as it will be useful to improve, since the hotel has many possibilities to receive 5 stars but most importantly they need to return to attention to detail and cleanliness, We are still battling with the Covid-19 pandemic and Cleanliness is paramountThe rooms were noted to be poorly cleaned with stains and dust on furniture, dirty hallway areasBathrooms need remodeling

On the other hand, I wanted to highlight that the breakfast service is excellent A+, it is observed that they prepare it with love and the breakfast area looks clean and organized and has a good presentation of the food The exterior and lobby look presentable The staff very attentive and diligent It was sad that when I got to the room I did not feel comfortable because the environment had little hygiene and cleanlinesshoped that they could improve in these aspects because the hotel is in a well-located place and has good facilities

John H

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights while we were in town for a funeral My overall impression was goodThe facility itself shows some wear and tear, but has been kept up pretty well

The room was clean and relatively comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpfulThis isn’t a resort hotel It’s fairly basic, but for all that I was very satisfied with my stayThe ONLY real complaint I had was that the elevators were very, very SLOW But that’s not all that big a dealI’d definitely stay here again

A P

If I can give this hotel a ZERO star I would What a terrible experience my family and I had with this hotel Our room smells funky

The Hallway we’re narrow and tight when the cleaning crew doing their job it’s hard to pass by The elevator looks like they were working outside but they don’t finish The big disappointment about this hotel is, there is no water on our 3rd day stay and the staff can’t tell us when the water will come back so we have to move out and find a different hotel The front desk told us that there is a busted pipe across the street but we don’t think so because the Marriott across the street still has water, I think this location of Holiday Inn Express has poor management The only good thing about this hotel is the staff was friendly The Palm tree by the pool is infested with ants, when my husband went to tell the front desk they said they would look into it Never did And by the water fall laying on the rock ledge was a large bunch of some ladies hairnastyOnly when the maintenance guy came by and we mentioned it to him did he do something about it It was over 100 degrees but the water felt like 30 degrees

We enjoyed our stay here!I am big when it comes to customer service & Monique was so welcoming and nice from the moment I called and said I was on my way to when I walked in the front door! I really wish there was more employees like her Thank you Monique for being so sweet!!! The room was also clean & everything was to our standard

Jemar Dubose

As we walked in for check in: Elevator inoperable, getting checked into the room no AC, we were told they would get right on it, never happened, after going to the store and getting back, the cockroaches started They moved us to another room on a higher level, which was at first glance After we moved in and went to dinner we came back and seen more cockroaches in the new room

Horrible hotel As the other folks said a couple of nice staff members is all you got To bad they don’t own the place This place needs to be shut down until the issues are corrected

Luiiza Velazquez

We booked a room in this hotel for our trip to SeaWorld It is 10 minutes away from SeaWorld which is super convenient and for a great price The rooms are simple but very clean

I like the wooden floor they have in the rooms because it doesn’t get as dirty as the carpet does The stovetop, full-size fridge, and microwave are super convenient We got two queen beds and it was perfect for a family of 4 You do get free wifi for 1 phone The bathrooms are nice, clean, and private They accidentally charged us two times but the young man at the front desk was really helpful and got everything fixed for us I would definitely stay here again on my next trip

It doesn’t get better than that Annette and Geneva are the friendliest and made us feel right at home Annette even extended her services to have breakfast delivered to our room, which was amazing! The food was hot and had such great flavor We have had such a lovely stay

We drove to San Antonio from New Orleans for our family vacation When booking the hotel reservations, the rooms looked a bit small, but we booked because we had tons of plans and didn’t plan to be at the hotel much anyway However, we were pleasantly surprised once we checked in, which we had to wait for a room to be available as they were super busy

Once we arrived to our room, it was clean, neat, and the air conditioner was already going for us Believe me you’ll come to appreciate the A/C because it is HOT in San Antonio! Every single staff member that we encountered during our four night stay was professional, friendly, and fun The lobby area is so welcoming and was awesome to hang out with our family and friends There’s several booths to sit at with interesting books to check out, connect 4, Jenga, and a pool table There’s a nice bar to have a few cocktails I have to personally shout out Chef Annette who instantly becomes family He service and warm aura really are unmatched We spent an entire evening in the pool that is well-kept and wonderful Keep up the great work, we are already looking forward to coming back!
