Location is good in that it is by many interesting restraunts and near many attractions, but surrounding neighborhood is still quite sketchy Room was amazing Had a deluxe suite with whirlpool tub, was definitely worth the small amount extra

Room was very quiet and clean small amount of mold near the ceiling in the bathroom Would definitely stay here again

Alexa Peterson

Very pleased with our experience at RiverTree The staff is super friendly and helpful Nathaniel went above and beyond when I accidentally booked the only room that doesn’t allow pets

The room at is cozy and pet friendly, the hot tub is clean and relaxing, and the complimentary breakfast slaps We will definitely be staying here again

This is the dirtiest motel we have EVER stayed in We arrived on June 6, 2022 Some of our friends made the reservation for our group trip through the area

Not wanting to make them feel bad, we stayed We had to have someone come to our room to clean the urine that was still around the toilet The carpet was so dirty that it made our feet black after walking on it The room smelled dirty too I cannot believe that this motel is a Best Western! What a disappointment to the usually nice, clean rooms that Best Western is known for The location is also on a noisy street All around unpleasant stay!!

I’ve stayed at hotels in this price range all over the US for work and this Best Western has been one of my favorites! The hotel is clean and modern with a few touches you don’t see at other hotels of this caliber Their made to order omelets are delicious and Jean at the breakfast bar is so sweet! Let’s keep her in business! Other hotels serve powdered eggs, but these omelets are fresh and healthy with tons of filling choices The coffee also tastes better than other hotels

It doesn’t taste weak or recycled from the previous day There is also a hot tub in addition to the pool and they keep the pool at a very nice temperature It’s not shockingly cold when you get in The rest of the hotel has the standard amenities These extra touches might seem small, but you don’t find them elsewhere Thanks for the great stay!

We just spent 3 days here Pet friendly was a huge issue They have rooms with small private yards for dogs and a wonderful lawn just for pets

Hotel was exceptional in every way Continental breakfast had everything you could want with a very nice dining area Rooms were beautiful and beds comfortable Since family live in the area we will definitely be back Great place to stay

Lindsey Surber

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! They had freshly cooked oatmeal, lots of fruit, biscuits and gravy, omelettes made fresh to order, cereal, bagels, muffins, and more! The room was lovely, modern, and clean! Staff was informative and friendly! We would’ve loved to have a few paper plates in our room for heating up our other meals, but that’s more of a suggestion than a complaint! We loved our stay

So unfortunate circumstances landed us here

We had vehicle issues headed to a different destination 2 more hrs away In the process of finding somewhere to stay we called kat at the resort she answered after hours and was extremely helpful and kind during our time of destress We were informed we were only min away and she had some spots available When we arrived the location was extremely well kept the parking was ample and views were greatOur spot was right in front with a pull through which makes life so easy We later inspected the location and found a pool hot tub a great chessboard for awesome fun and a small but efficient store attached as wellThe only thing I found that I wish was a little different was there a dog area but really meant for smaller dogs Note that the store hours are pool hours as well which is like 530 But the bathrooms also have a great shower in them and are private are secure and available 24/7 and included with stay Overall a very nice place and great staff Thank you for a great stay See you again

This is a super nice RV resort located on the Snake River Yep, bring your boat! Reception was with a smile and informative! A small store with ice, beer, soda pop and other quick needs This place was so well thought out that you can pull in either way with hookup’s on both sides of the concrete pad for your RV

Two Dog Run’s are fenced Meeting rooms, Indoor pool, person size chess game, indoor hot tub, laundry, restrooms (with furnished access codes), cable TV, WIFI (sometimes a little slow), and the fun of the Rivers at your beckon call

This hotel is actually better than the Holiday Inn The staff is awesome which includes front desk and kitchen staff Very accommodating

Very Clean room Plenty of light Thank you for having a washer and dryer that works The breakfast was great I love the biscuits and gravy 5 star One thingplease get a toner for the printer

Mark Hurst

I usually really enjoy Holiday Inn Express, but this one was a bit of a letdownCons: When I showed up, there was a line of about 15 people/groups waiting to get checked in, because the lady at the front desk was going VERY SLOW Checking into a hotel is usually a very quick and convenient process, but she dragged it out as long as she possibly could

If the line is so long that it reaches outside the building, *please show a little bit of hustle* I stood there for 30 minutes waiting to get checked in (no exaggeration) When I finally got to my room, the room was decent, but the bathroom was not clean; the floor was grimy and sticky, and the shower curtain was splattered with something brownish I was also very surprised when it started raining outside my room, and by that I mean, IN THE HALLWAY outside my roomPros: The location is good, the pool is nice, and the custodian guy has great customer service skills He’s a credit to the establishmentOverall, I will probably stay at the Hampton next time

hershall gordon

Our room wasn’t ready at 3pm or at 5pm and but they ended up giving us a room like the one we booked But the man at the front counter was very rude about us being upset our room wasn’t ready when promised He even lost his temper with us

And tried to fix it with “Complimentary” water and nuts When we finally got into our room we used the jet tub and found other people’s hair in the tub And the tiles around tub was lose And after all this we laid down on the comfy bed with great pillows but the toilet ran all night waking us every hour I think this place is over priced for the service

We came to Lewiston for a short “getaway” and found ourselves in a hotel nearby that was not at all what it presented online So we popped into the Hampton and met Lana She managed to find us one last room, she was incredibly sweet, diligent and went out of her way to help us in a last minute bind

Very well kept, clean rooms with an amazing view!I wanted to add that despite a sports family takeover of the hotel, children allowed to run loose and empty the lobby of treats and waters, the entire staff handled it very well

Room were nightFront desk (when available) greatServices

What the heck No place to sit down and have a meal? We had to drive into town each night to feed my employeesGet some food it would b an amazing improvement, with out the food option we drove too town and didn’t gamble one timeIf we could of eaten thereI’m positive we all would of dropped some cash there

Garett Phillips

Terrible customer service and rude Especially a lady security guard that accused me of doing something I did not do and I asked for them to show me the proff of course they couldn’t provide that information and I got 86ed anyways for doing absolutely nothing but minding my own business playing slots I’m mind blown with the lack of accountability as they feel whatever they say is correct or right when us as Americans have rights and are innocent until proven guilty and without any doubt I am 100%

Darren Byers

A couple years ago I went out to the casino, took my elderly father out there, and it was so smoky in there that we didn’t stay for longer than about 30 minutesThis time around I was surprised that the air was now exceptionally clean, no longer can I smell cigarettes for the most part and my eyes don’t burn when I go in which is always a plus LOL!

I stayed in this hotel for over 10 years, the last two weekends I stayed there again I reserved a basic room with two queen beds the weekend before Labor Day No problems prior to making this reservation I made a reservation for Labor Day weekend for A ground floor suite Facing the river

I confirmed this will make you my first reservations for the weekend before, confirmed again in person the weekend before Labor Day When I showed up I had nothing available, put me in a room in the middle of the hotel with my dog next to the friggin ice machine No compensation no apologies nothing You guys have lost my business! Never again

Mark Whitmer

On my frequent visits to the area, I always stay here It was first recommended to me by a local business owner as “the best place to stay” and I’ve really come to love it and here’s why

The staff are very friendly and accommodating My experience has been that they really try to help you get what you want Complimentary breakfast is a very good deal and good No buffet of instant eggs or bland oatmeal here There is a clean and newly remodeled restaurant with booths, a view, and real silverware Breakfast vouchers are good for just about any item on the menu and it was very well prepared The wait staff kept my coffee filled with a smile every time The rooms, although they may appear older, are clean and the beds are quite comfortable The way the staff respond to questions and requests have always been acceptable and even enjoyable I’ll stay here again

Love the Premier Resorts and this one is just as good Nice layout Good room between sites

Some on the river that you can back into and some that you go face in, which is a nice feature Clean laundry (only 3 washers though) Really nice clubhouse with a pool table and all the stuff you need in a club house for groups Site surfaces are older but we found a part of it that was level So close to everything Walmart and Costco within walking distance Some more sunny and some with nice shade Ask at the desk for your preference We will be back for sure

William Olson

We stayed at this resort early May 2022 We had a river front view spot and easy back in site The resort is in great shape except for the goose poop which nobody can control

Getting to the RV park is through busy city streets but it was worth the stress of driving through town with a 40 foot 5th wheel It rained a lot so we did not enjoy much in the area We did not use the facilities All hooks up worked great and the RV resort workers are friendly and helpful
