Ok, we all know Motel 6 This was a total surprise The exterior of the building is definitely new and very modern looking

The lobby was very clean, spacious, had restrooms, vending machines, a tv and tables to sit at All very clean and very modern looking Then I went into my room Wow, I was really surprised and impressed A modern, almost sci fi feel to it In fact I commented to my wife that the room felt like captains quarters on the Enterprise Lots of nice lighting, integrated table and chairs, the really neat designed TV wall entertainment center has integrated closet space in it All very cool The climate control even runs from a centrally located thermostat rather than the wall unit It was pretty stinking cool Definitely one of the more sleek, modern feeling motel rooms I’ve been in in a while Its also close to several food options all within an extremely easy walking distance The only downside to the room is no shampoo, no hair dryer and no breakfast Also the mattress sits on a flat piece of slick formica type stuff with no edge to make sure it stays on As a result the mattress slides at the slightest touch It needs some non skid stuff under itGive Motel 6 a try With this one you won’t be disappointed

Recently stayed a few nights here while out of town for work I was really pleased with what it had to offer for a small town motel Great rate for a nights stay

The staff were really super nice and welcoming, it really stood out to me Peaceful quiet nights and the room was really nice, well decorated and had a cozy feel And had plenty of room to park my work truck I’d definitely stay here again if I were to be in the area

Usually I would wait until after a trip to leave a review for a multitude of reasons but I’m going out on a limb hereLisa, she is the manager of the place She worked with us on a group situation, and assured us it was a safe and clean environment

When we rolled up, a few of our guys made a comment like is this place going to be really old rooms and even older mattresses? When we opened these rooms it was like a page from a magazine Like I think I figured out where all those “other hotels” steal pictures of good hotels from This place is so amazing! The beds are great, the floors are new and bathrooms are all new! Nice flat screens, I feel like I’m being their commercial but really This place is great for a nice get away or a few days for business without being in a big city Way safer environment and nice staffReally easy check in, rooms were definitely clean and we appreciate being hereThank you!

I came to Turlock to work the Stanislaus county Fair and very fortunate for me the company I work for paid for our rooms for 2 weeksThe flies were terrible the Wi-Fi signal was weak and not able to even stream a YouTube video!?? Lame The owner seemed cool at first but as the days grew on I noticed that they were extremely nosy and wanting to know my business all the time

They even came and pounded on my door when I brought a guest back with me one evening it was very invasive intrusive rude unprofessional and embarrassing!my God you run a motel not a hotel!

Stayed at this Inn while in town for my step-son’s wedding The room was very clean, smelled great, no evidence of bed bugs (very important)Hubby had trouble with the TV and the desk clerk came almost immediately to fix it

Also, about 1/2 hour before our expected arrival, the clerk had gone into the room and turned on the A/C unit The room was very cool We couldn’t have been happier with our stayWe will gladly stay there again anytime, and would recommend this Inn to anyone who asks

True Roof Inc. (TRUE ROOF)

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at The upstairs guest has been making noise since I checked in at 3pm It’s about 11pm as I write this

We have contacted the front desk multiple times already without any results They are a long term guest, so if you get room 219, sucks to be you We were scheduled for 98 days, but not staying here another night Rooms are just average Not worth the cost

Sac Buyer Tim

Bad stay, The room was very smokey and had recently had food cooked in it We had to leave the window open all night because of the smell Their was an entire toilet paper roll in the toilet

Microwave didn’t work, coffee pot didn’t work Hotel would not honor priceline reservations The entire hotel was dirty and smelled I’d never stay here again

I will not reserved at this hotel I had a bad customer serviceI mad a reservations almost a week before my arrival and was told the price and I was like okay cool! I arrived at 3pm which was my check-in time (with 4 tired/hungry children) I get asked my information and she looked and she asked for my name a few times I was getting that feeling that maybe they didn’t book my reservation that I had made over

She couldn’t find me took a bit Finally she says oh here we go and says okay lets get everything going for you, I said okay cool! Than she said oh am sorry I need to check if the rooms are available (cleaned) I was like in my head wow seriously I said okay I sat and waited in the lobby a while she helped a couple that was checking in behind me That took about 10-15 minutes my kids where obviously getting impatient She finally helps me and I get all my stuff go to my room(s)my whole point and bad customer services here is when I reserved my rooms I was told I would be having two rooms next to each other for the price of $$$ I was like okay cool I fully trusted this hotel to have everything set and going for me but noI get my rooms one in the second floor and the other room is in the 3 floor very fart apartI go downstairs and I tell the gal hey am a bit confused I had made a reservation to have two rooms next to each other but yet these are very fart apart from one another she’s like oh am sorry that all we have am like okay don’t have control over that so I let it slide MAKE SURE YOU CHECK DOUBLE CHECK YOUR transactions I was told a certain amount over the phone and when I checked out and reviewed my transactions on my way home I was very unhappy it was double the price I was never told when I checked in this was my total and maybe I should of asked however since I made the reservation over the phone I TRUSTED and assumed I was being charged that amount

Hello, we can thank Brittney on this one I recommend the following to everyone DO NOT go to this hotel

They have a serious HVAC issue Central Valley is very hot and low to no AC is not acceptable However, mistakes happen It’s a matter of willingness to do something about it to make it right I didn’t sleep all night due to the room being so hot I’m very disappointed and am going upstairs with this one I couldn’t get the monetary portion of $85 refunded and now I feel I threw money away I could’ve slept better in my car The main point is, this is an establishment who doesn’t take responsibility or accountability There are other hotels nearby with working air conditioners Go to those Prices are comparable Brittney should NOT be managing and I will take this as far as necessary with measures fully permitted by law STAY AWAY from here If you don’t listen to me, after your stay you will wish you had based on the experience I know you will have Good day!

We had a double queen room Room area itself was very clean but the actual space of the room was small With our family of five it was hard to move around

The bathroom shower area could be cleaner Had noisy neighbors A train passes by right next to the hotel but we slept right through itLobby and eating area are immaculate Breakfast provided is much better than your average continental breakfast Customer service on the phone when we called in was very friendly

Do not recommend if you’re looking for a quiet hotel experience The floors are so dirty my feet were black from walking around barefoot in the room The towels smelled funny, and the couch in the room was filthy

Cool having a hot tub in the room, but it took forever to fill up and the water was cold half way through Ok if you’re on a budget Breakfast was decent with a waffle maker

Trent Poche-Moore

Well where to begin, I stayed here for a week, children were screaming and running up and down the hallways I tried to move to a different room and realized that they were running and screaming and slamming down on all 3 hallways not to mention downstairs by the front desk……I will never stay there again…

Never! I wish someone would have been totally honest with me before I stayed there Please research before you stay… No a good experience!

I travel frequently for business, more than once a month even through COVID I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times without issue, and as a matter of fact I’m a Platinum Member with the Choice Hotels chain Recently I had a trip booked here but needed to postpone, so cancelled and ended up staying at a different Choice Hotel a few weeks later

Comfort Suites refused to refund me I called Choice Hotels customer service and they also refused a refund, claiming “there’s nothing we can do” I was going to stay with Choice Hotels for the next four weeks, but guess what, I’m staying with IHG Sorry, there’s nothing I can do Enjoy the three nights charges you stole from me, that’s all you’re getting in future

I stay in hotels 250 nights a year This place is just as good as the chains and in some cases even better Let us check in early after we drove all night to avoid the heat

The little interaction with the staff was pleasant room that was up to date Clean room and restroom Great little mini fridge Bed was comfortable Don’t let the age of the hotel fool you It has been kept up over the years Left before breakfast so no comments there I would stay here again

Michelle M “mishi” Pratt

Pretty nice rooms, about the same quality as say maybe a Holiday Inn express, about the same amenities:double queen size beds, mini fridge/freezer,2cup coffee maker, built in blow dryer, alarm clock, decent sized flat screen tv,& single low back chair w/foot stoolBathtub w/shower, OH!! & Toilets that will scare the #2 out of you because you don’t expect the force that their toilets have & it seems like it could take you if it wanted to

No Pool which is kinda a bummer in a high temp area in California but other than that no complaints

This place was absolutely terrible, from the moment we walked in we were unsatisfied The front desk clerk was very unprofessional and going off task talking about TV shows Then the breakfast is not selective at all

The room when we walked in smelt very dingy and smelt of vape/tobacco We then discovered when we went to open the blinds that there was boogers all over the walls The shower was okay in pressure but squeaks the whole time you are showering Finally the final night we stayed we discovered a cockroach on the ground near the front desk and let the clerk know, but she did not move a muscle and let it keep crawling Absolutely DISGUSTING

Richard Rea

Our room was not worth the $17500 they charged us The curtains were coming off the curtain rods, the bathroom sink didn’t drain, no table or chairs and extension cords running behind the desk tor plug-ins and the carpet was stained

The room didn’t resemble the picture on their website They also had inadequate food for breakfast We ended up going to a restaurant

This was such a fun experience staying here – this was our second time Super good location, good service, the design of the hotel & attention to detail was amazing It’s quaint and feels like a boutique hotel, but it’s not small – felt like a true retreat in the middle of Merced

The courtyard and lobby areas, the multi-use rooms, the gym, the food options I just loved it Highly recommend I want to say thank you for the art gallery style walls throughout each floor That in itself was a really great experience because they have art from some local artists

Ethan Uong

Staff were all very friendly and accommodating They gave me and my emotional support dog bags of gifts that I really appreciated The room(s) is very clean and stylish

Location is convenient and feels safe As someone who has stayed with the Hyatt hotel over 70+ nights in the past two years, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Aaron Pix

It is a must stay! From the moment you lay eyes on the outside of the building, to the lobby and then there is the room! Wow! I love the old building revival here The modern style is just perfect for this place The room is clean, the bed firm but comfortable

You can hear the occasional train and some city noise Nothing bothersome to me Just worth noting I would definitely stay here again Kinda sad to leave
