I called on my way here and the lady was really nice I booked in less than 5 minutesMy room is super clean, a lot of space

While I was here a thunderstorms hit us and the fire alarm went on The lady from the front desk took care of the situation very efficiently Hopefully was a false alarm and everything was fine but I have to say she did a great job, she took care of all of us I will recommend this place They really care about the visitors 😊

My brother, best friend and me were driving from Yellowstone on our way to Dallas and after 11 hours we were very tired On a quick Google search I found AmericInn and booked a room through Agodacom

The lady at the desk was kind and helped us check in without any issues The hotel is clean and tidy and the rooms are comfortable and cozy After camping for over a week, a long hot shower was a welcomed amenity Breakfast is included with the reservation and it was the good kind I’m talking eggs, pancakes, sausage, juice, milk, coffee, the works The wifi is free which was extremely useful because I needed to submit some work and needed a stable connection The guests were a fun bunch

I work in the service industry so I understand when there are things that happen that are out of your control, but there was an incident that occurred during our stay that effected our ability to utilize our room for the time we needed it the most The night staff was extremely rude to us upon check out stating we were not allowed to check out at 9pm (this may be a normal thing? Im not sure how the check out policy works) but her delivery was extremely annoyed and did not want to give me the time of day I asked if there was any possibility to get any type of reimbursement for the inconvenience and she cut me off half way through and said “no”

She did not apologize, she did not say she would consult a manager and get back to me, she just said “no” and proceeded to ask why I was checking out at 9pm because I apparently could not do so I then contacted a manager Monday morning to discuss the interaction and she accused me of cussing out her employee and raising my voice at her which I politely told her never happened Then she proceeded to let me know she would be checking the cameras and that she will still not be reimbursing me at all for our stay I’m not as upset about not getting any of my money back, as I understand there are policies in place But the customer service there is horrible Also, the breakfast provided was awful So do not plan to avoid buying breakfast elsewhere during your stay here if you do decide to book here would not recommend to anyone

Fun, funky hotel with a caring and friendly staff All the character of an old hotel, including the thin walls, but we slept soundly in the luxuriously comfortable bed We stayed in the king room with a fabulous soaking tub, though not the old-fashioned ones that are only in two rooms

After that, we moved to a king suite with a nice shower, and a relaxing sitting room with TV There was a large TV in the bedroom, tooThis is a downtown hotel that is close to everything Be sure to try Amara Massage on the bottom floor!I want to emphasize how impressed we were with the staff They had an answer to every question and need, and they always did it with a smile!

chris gaudreau

Great hotel with a great location! Charming with excellent service Only negative is the walls are a little thin, but we had zero issues with it They do provide earplugs in the room automatically, but we never needed them

Ace Gillette in the basement was a great space We had a night cap down there and the bartenders were friendly, funny, and entertaining Would definitely return!

David Costanza

Lovely historic property in a terrific downtown location The staff were very nice and helpful The room was comfortable if a bit small – no chairs or places to sit other than the bed

I will say that the hotel is not quiet Between the train crossing about 100′ away (the engineers use their horns *very* generously, even at 3 am), the thin walls, and general urban noise, it is not a place for light sleepers That said, I’d stay again because the location was great and the people so nice

We are a family that came through for a seminar There was a deal on rooms for the seminar so that was nice Indoor heated pool seemed clean, great for the rainy day during our stay! The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced

We upgraded to a first-floor room right by the breakfast area and pool, so we also had a great room No complaints worth mentioning!

loveGodloveLife09

Stayed here with 2 of my friends Our room was 2 queen beds, as well as the pull-out couch, desk space, etc The bathroom doors are cool, in that they are barn doors, that roll open, BUT it is VERY noisy at night, and not very noise cancelling, you can certainly hear the shower loud and clear, as well as anyone in their using the restroom

In the middle of the night, having to pee, the door is super loud, and even after shutting, you can hear it all BUT that is really my only complaint We really enjoyed our time, the closet in the room was an awesome place to store luggage and hang our clothes The room was clean The halls were clean The eating area was clean Breakfast was great each day! No complaints there We spent 2 nights here, didn’t hear a peep from the neighboring rooms The water was hot for showers The mini fridge is nice for keeping food/drinks cool Thanks for a great stay

Leila Nicole

Fabulously fun hotel! Record player in your room, vinyl library (although a limited selection, nothing new) A lovely terrace to lounge

Comfy chairs with tables and plugs in case you have work to do on a laptop The marble spiral staircase is so pretty The staff are super friendly and helpful (They brought a microwave to our room since we have dietary restrictions) Rooms were quiet and clean and aesthetically pleasing Great location in heart of downtown We walked to live music in the square and delicious restaurants

My trip to Fort Collins was unplanned My stay at the Elizabeth was to find a place of Serenity and peace, and a change of scenery before i could return home The hotel provided the serenity, peace of mind, and change of scenery I was looking for

The hotel has a fun and whimsical design which was beyond beautiful The on-site restaurant provided wonderful meals The hotel, restaurant, and room was very clean I would stay here again, if my travels ever bring me back to Fort Collins The hotel has parking in the parking garage next door The surrounding down town area is cute and quaint and very walkable The eventide late night entertainment district surrounds the hotel, and allows for a night out on footPS The hotel has record players in everyone room In the lobby is a huge vinyl collection that you can check out and take back tobyour room to play They also have a number guitars in the same area you can check out and take up to the room and play and then return at a later time This hotel is worth the stay, make it a must stay for you Make your own memories here

The guy that works overnight at this location is amazing! We had to get a room for the night before we moved into our new apartment in town We were a little worried about leaving our U-Haul unattended in the parking lot overnight but the guy at the front desk did regular parking lot security checks to make sure everything was safe! Very nice man who also helped us get a lower rate by helping us sign up for the rewards The rooms were very nice as well

The beds were comfy and clean Our only critique would be the lack of a microwave in the room but that was hardly an issue!

JR

We stay here often, in the area it’s one of the nicer hotels and has a good price consistentlyThis place is clean, rooms are nice and well taken care of, and beds are always fresh The beds are comfortable but mattresses are soft, like super soft and don’t offer much support

Bathrooms are also up to date however you may see a bit of paint wear and tear on the vanities from being in a wet areaMain areas are clean lobby is very nice They serve breakfast but we’ve never had itThe staff is fair but nice The day girl finds her phone more important then the customer but that’s the new norm all over the placeOverall a excellent place to stay and one of the nicer hotels in the area

Abbey prives

Wonderful stay! Room was very clean and I had a great view of the mountains All of the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful Breakfast and coffee were ready very early which was an added bonus as I ran out the door for work early

There was also a plaza with numerous restaurants and stores right down the road Would highly recommend!

Needed a home away from home while our house was being worked on Great accommodations for 2 adults and 3 dogs We stayed in a 2 Queen/2 Room Suite with separate family room and kitchenette

It was perfect! Enough room for everyone to spread out and have privacy for work time We took advantage of the free breakfast and walking areas around the hotel Derek at the front desk was always friendly and professional He and his manager worked with us when we suddenly needed to stay an extra day Thank you so much! We will definitely recommend to our friends and family – and we may come back in the future when we just need to get away!

Ballyneal Accounting

Lovely, quiet stay Breakfast wasn’t special, but was it was good and filling Rooms and common areas were clean

Pool, tennis court as well as a game room with pool table, table tennis and more made it a great place to connect with friends or to bring your family They also had an evening reception that I just missed at 7:00pm Will stay here again Front desk was very accommodating and gracious with my requests

Chantal Steele

This hotel is poorly maintained The room furniture smelled like feet The rooms are dated and lacking important basic necessities such as a fan in the bathroom, a plug for the bathtub, essential silverware and basic condiments such as sugar for tea/coffee in the rooms

The pool is filthy and hot tub heater wasn’t functioning The pool was supposed to open at 6am and we had to request it be opened at 8am Pool bathroom was unclean Dead ants all over the pool area It looks like someone poisoned them which is concerning that the poison may end up in the pools Overall terrible experience

This is a very nice accommodation for either family or groups We were in a large group and we used meeting rooms pretty much throughout the weekend All common areas were clean and our room was more than adequate for our needs and the place was kept clean the entire time we were there

It was very pleasant and we’d stay there again anytime

Mike

Perhaps the worst place we’ve stayed Rooms are old, not very clean People up and down the hallway making noise through out the night and dogs barking

Parking is horrible and what they call dinning, well it’s short of fast food cafe at a mall Reserved rooms cost way more than just walking in and getting a room You’d think for the prices you’d get a free continental breakfast, but that’ll cost you as well

Stayed there for a week Some of the staff was nice and friendly One of the front desk lady (blonde hair) same one everybody else is complaining about very rude didn’t want to service anyone after dialing 0 for them to come out the backYou had to ask for housekeeping, pool towelsHot tub was brokenRoom was dusty upon arrivalBefore checking out front desk sent housekeeping to my room stating I was due to check out and my reservation said different after showing my reservation I was still booked for a extra night

Tiffany P

First let me preface this that the front desk staff was absoluteley overwhelmed and understaffed They tried their best to accommodate us We booked a family suite and upon our arrival found our room to be smoked in and the toilet dirty

We asked for a room change and were place in a king room The room below us smoked in their bathroom all night rendering our bathroom unusable The pool was absolutely filthy They only positives were my kids enjoyed the slide and the breakfast was your standard hotel food Upon checkout the manager didn’t have the courtesy to come and apologize but the front desk girl was a sweetheart We will never be staying here again!

Ashlie Miller

We have previously stayed at this hotel and it had a great location and pool I had called about getting a room reserved for 6/11 and before I could even finish my question Lisa or Linda interrupted and said we have no rooms available I had already checked the website that said they did

So I booked rooms online and called back to ask about the possibility of the rooms beings close together Then Lisa/Linda went on to tell me that this is a corporate website and she wasn’t sure how I booked a room because they are completely full and they couldn’t help me out and that she was the manager on site at the time She was very rude and confrontational I informed her we would just book elsewhere and that her attitude was unnecessary since I in no way yelled or became angry with her I understand that things go over capacity and get booked up, but just a simple I’m sorry for all this confusion from the staff and I would still consider staying at this hotel again For future visits we’ll be staying somewhere else, where the staff can at least politely interact with someone

I was here in early April for a wedding and reception and I just have to say how completely impressed I was by the bar/restaurant staff working there Jodi and Anna are absolute rock stars They deserve awards and a paid vacation after having to deal with my extended family and their shenanigan’s

Just the two of them managed to keep on top of drink orders, food orders (which they also cooked!), remembered names and preferences, checked in regularly and dealt with what was probably a way busier night than they anticipatedCannot say enough good things about them, Jodi and Anna Seriously the best bar staff I have ever encountered

Sophia Johansen

The staff at this property was very friendly and accommodating It was clean and in a great location Honestly what made our hotel stay was the evening bar tender Jody! She was so amazing- friendly and made the best margaritas

Very rare to find anyone in hospitality to beat her Honestly I would book again based on the service and attitude of Jody!!

Kevin the manager hands down is one of the best front desk/ managers of any hotels we been at and we travel a lot There was a computer era or glitch and our reservation wasn’t showing us so Kevin called corporate and got us taken care of ASAP This hotel is so beautiful and well maintained ,rooms are very nice and the staff are all awesome

Love the Starbucks they have and the bistro of choices, the bar as well to have a drink This is more than a 5 star service and location and beds are A+ If we could give this hotel and Kevin a 10 Star rating its well deserved Totally would recommend this hotel its a must if in Loveland area Thank you Kevin for such great hospitality and to your staff We will be back ,The Arredondo Family

I stayed overnight to take my kiddo to an appointment at the children’s hospital We got there late and went straight to sleep The next morning we woke up to get ready

I had my kiddo in the bath tub when I noticed small bugs all over I immediately got him out of the tub and called front desk They sent housekeeping and the ladies came and saw all the bugs and said they were going to send maintenance An hour later maintenance never showed up and nobody else did either Needless to say I paid for a hotel and was unable to even shower or utilize the bathroom The pillows smelled terrible and the room in general was old Will not ever stay here again

It’s always a pleasure staying at a Choice Hotel Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly & helpful I only gave 4 stars because the indoor pool area could have been better

What few chairs there were are torn and the water in the pool was pretty chilly In addition, the tile floor surrounding the pool is extremely slippery and probably hazardous to anyone who is not sure-footed Overall, I would recommend this hotel, however

Lennie t

We booked this as a cheap hotel and didn’t have much expectation The guy at the front desk was not professional and had more street talk in language and not as strangers with courtesy It was not fully occupied and we made a request of rooms (not to be near another family)

However, he did not check room numbers until after we already had room assigned and then said we would be okay, though the twist not met When we got to our room, it was propped open The room was clean, but it looked like repairs have been done several times in the corner of the room and then just slapped back together instead of actually doing it right Breakfast was included, but the freshest using food was the mini box of fruit loops At check out, I asked if I could grab 1 box of fruit loops for the road The lady at the desk (assume manager) said no, they already set up for tomorrow and is all inventoried so I was not allowed to have one Amazing how 1 box that probably cost $30 was such an issue and she went on about itI would not stay here again Not even for the value

A Martinez

The location and price was decent compared to many in the area Front desk girl was very nice Room was decently clean, many reviews stated dirty sheet but that was not the case

Room smelled of some overwhelming sweet spray Hot tub was not warm and the pool was very cold There was no hot breakfast… waffle maker was broken and they didn’t offer eggs or pretty much anything besides juice, yogurt and cereal I wouldn’t stay here again

Excellent front desk associates, clean and comfortable bed Spacious rooms and quiet at night The only somewhat complaint is if you are a light sleeper, try and get the top floor otherwise you could be awakened by heavy footsteps and not-so-quiet chatty housekeepers who love the very early morning hours

Also, on the Marriott website, take note under additional fees it does mention a fee of $1200, in which they do take out of incidentals (generally $20-30 a day) and this is a new fee There were plenty of parking spaces 🤗 Other than that, I would highly recommend staying

Norman

My racist experience at this location…I checked in via the “ Mobile checkin” in the Bonvoy app When I arrived they had canceled, charged me and give my room awayThey then issued me a room with a guest currently in it and then to correct time issue, charged me $70 more per night with 0 apologies or points

When I finally get to an empty room, it has another guests clothing in the bathroom, empty shampoo / conditioner bottles and no face towelsThe pool had no towels and was filled with bugs because the staff left the patio doors openBreakfast was trash and over cooked to brick textureAgain, the clerks do nothing by way of taking ownership to correct the issuesOn top of all this EVERYTIME I walk into or out of the lobby, I’m NEVER greetedThis hotel / company is racist Had I been awhite male they would have bent over backwards to correct my issues and pricing

AP

Did the Mobile check-in for a 3 night stay which I purchased travel insurance for as wellI arrive at the hotel to find out that the night clerk had given away my room and improperly check-In a stranger to my roomI received keys from the day clerk to another room and walk in to find someone sleeping

When I inform the day clerk, she tells me that I will not only have to have my stay ( King studio) down graded but also must pay $70/ per night for a regular Queen roomThere were zero apologies for the inconvenience, no resolutions offered Just here are you keys, the night guy made mistakes, give us more money… Bye!I’m 100% certain if I was a white male and not a Black man this would have been treated differently with refunds, I’m so sorry and points givenIf you’re of color and coming to Northern Colorado, DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION!Worst experience ever at a Marriott hotel

The rooms come with a full kitchen, the only drawback was no dishes or silverware were in the kitchen I assume you have to request these items Overall, this was a great stay and I will definitely stay at a My Place Hotel again

Being a well known hotel business, you would think, management would be carefully thorough with finding a good fit I was a housekeeper for a few weeks but would not agree with deceptive habits and was dismissed because of unethical business done at thos location Drugs are becoming a problem everywhere but they will take anyone with money

It is no wonder that people return to this guest ranch for years and years (There is a guest that comes all the way from Israel every year, and no, she is not related to anyone at the ranch, she comes back because she loves it here) I was solo at the Cowgirl Roundup and there were maybe 6 other solo female travelers, so I fit right in

The staff bend over backward to make you feel welcome and include so many added touches like pairing you with the right horse, considering your dietary needs, even branding your boots if you like! The cabins were rustic, clean and comfy, the food excellent, and the riding safe and fun But it really is the staff that make the stay so fantastic from the wranglers to the management One of my best trips ever and I have toured all fifty states and countless countries around the world

Amazing experience overall I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the dude ranch experience The lodging was to be expected, a bit dated but nicely done with the right amount of space

The grounds were great, excellent for kids and probably really nice in the summer when everything is open There are a good number of outdoor and indoor activities, with equipment Only issue is that the equipment is a bit dated and could use some TLCStaff was great though! Really helpful and the horse staff was amazing as well! Lorrie took us on a great ride and we had an exciting time Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a horse ride or dude ranch stay

This venue is so dreamy! Tucked away in the foothills of Loveland, it is not only breathtaking, but it is truly a peaceful place to have your wedding Samantha, the venue manager, truly cares about each and every one of her couples and is so invested in making sure their wedding day runs smoothly Their food is delicious, their staff is very helpful, and from a vendor’s perspective they are wonderful to work with

Our couples had the best time spending their wedding here and the guests had so much fun taking photos by the river, playing in the game room, and seeing the horses and wildlife roaming around We definitely recommend checking out this venue for your wedding or even for a fun getaway weekend!

The continental breakfast was nice Coffee available 24 hours a day was niceThe staff were very nice and as helpful as they could possibly be yet the hotel definitely had some checks against themMy wife and I stayed for a week while I was on a business trip to the area

Our observations:The room had no cool fan, it only held the ability to heat the room, not any ability to cool it The building is made of brick Brick retains heat, it would warm the room during the day and we had no ability to turn on a fan to cool it during the night, so it was hot until the early morning hoursThe pillows given were for a single or twin bed, and we had a king bed for a week They were extremely lumpy and hard There were not any options for different pillows We ended up throwing them on the floor and using throw blankets we brought with us for pillows

Best night of sleep followed by wonderful hot, fresh, full breakfast Desk attendant was super receptive to feedback I gave her (minor issues) and I felt assured she would handle it and not just brush me off as most hotels do when you are checking out She was very genuine and sweet (don’t remember her name but she deserves props–morning of July 28)

THANK YOU!!!!

Sabrina is spectacular! We had tried to check into the hotel next door, waiting 45 minutes in the lobby but the front desk employee was gone We were sent over to the Candlewood by IHG support who were horrible Sabrina worked as quickly as she could with all of the screw ups from IHG and got us into a room

An hour and 45 minutes later at 2:45am we were finally able to rest Sabrina, you’re our hero!!!

This hotel is poorly managed My wife and I were there for 2 weeks Not only did they try to say we owed them money after my wife showed them where payment posted at our bank, they never returned our $20

00 overages for each day They do not understand who to deal with people who have disabilities, especially a TBI They lie and do not understand how to deal with it Be careful staying here The are under State investigation for this
