Great owners, incredible location and wonderful personal touchesI stayed in the 50s room Woodrow House is a unique option compared to your standard hotel or even traditional modern B&B- much more similar to the European experience

It’s a single home with multiple rooms for rent, and meals prepared The rental is designed in a coop structure with common spaces (kitchen, living room, etc) to use with other guests and the owners all in the same home They are very accessible and respond quickly to any electronic communications, they do a great job of communicating before and during the rental and the extras (free snacks, water, sodas and beer) are a nice touch The home has a beautiful pool and would be ideal for families and parties It is a private residence, and an older one at that, so there are plenty of aspects that give it the homey feel but should be noted in advance – lots of carpet, family photos adorn all the walls, my shower was an old tub with wrap around curtain of the old-fashioned variety and the interior design for the 50s room is indeed very 50s retro kitsch Plenty of parking, easy to access and lots of people around most of the day If you want maximum privacy perhaps this is not your place but if you have a sense of adventure, then highly recommended David and Diane know what they are doing I would absolutely stay here again and hope to in the future!

We stayed for New Year’s eve!! My husband and I had a great time!! The owners, Dawn and David are very friendly and welcoming!! Felt right at home!! They had great drinks, the prime rib dinner was 😋 delicious!! The activities were so much fun!! We stayed in the beautiful honeymoon suite with ALL the amenities!! I would definitely suggest it for anyone!!

We were in love with for my high schoolers Regional track meet What made our stay perfect is the man that runs the kitchen area He said open later than expected and was very polite very polite and conversing

We chatted quite a bitHe spoke with our table into all the guests and asked if there was anything that we needed that he did not have out that he could get for us He was fantastic He is a reason why I have almost all 5 starsThank you The check in out staff was very polite as well Rates are very reasonable I will definitely go there again if we were in the area

The room was not secured because the sliding door was not locked and the house keepers apparently didn’t check it Then room service did not respect the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and entered the room Received a call asking if we were staying another night and had to inform them we were checking out on Saturday

Pool and hot tub were great

I stayed here one night, after flying in to Lubbock I was sleep deprived, so I appreciated how quiet it was I was able to catch up on some of the sleep I had lost recently

Maybe I just got lucky about what room I was given, but it does seem as if the hotel is solidly built, so the quiet may have been partly due to that Breakfast, while not included, was good I especially appreciated how crispy the bacon was I wish the policy related to the items in the gift shop (I think that’s what they call it) had been clearer Apparently, the bottled water is complimentary but the other drinks, sitting next to the bottled water, are not That’s fine, if so, but I just wish there were something to make it clearer, perhaps a label

So the staff The staff are the only redeeming quality of the hotel I need to start here

Ryan, Xavier, and Matt did a lot to help make it better but overall this property has a ton of issuesOne of my largest pet peeves is paying for a room and the room won’t allow you to have the ambient noise of running the fan on “constant” The ac units have the capacity to, but the hotel management decided to disable this I stay in Hilton garden inns all over the US and this is the first one who is trying to be a mizer and not allow you to be comfortableSo that being said when the ac cycles, it wakes me up So I finally decided to just keep the fan on to try and sleep and my room one morning was 61, and the other day it was 59 This is unacceptable They tried to move me rooms and fix it but had the same issue They blamed it on the unit when it’s just the ownership/management The toilet in the room also wasn’t installed properly and would rock and make a loud noise on dismountThe second room they gave me, door wouldn’t close or lock properly Had to slam it with all my might just to have it secure, but couldn’t actually put on the safety lock This is also unacceptable Now this room whoever did the shower pan did a poor job The grout is coming up, the shower had that feeling of not being hard and was afraid grout or tile would cut the bottom of my feetIt was clean enough Lobby was clean Everyone was super nice and I appreciate thatThe restaurant also was terrible The chef is apparently allergic to salt and pepper Steak #1 was overcooked and the second tasted like nothing And was 29 dollarsOverall I will never stay at this property again I’ll let you make your own opinion of you should

Kylie S

I’ve stayed here probably 20 times for work over the past 5 years, and overall it’s one of the better choices in Lubbock, but this property needs some deep cleaning done I know housekeepers work hard for little money, but they seem to need better training to have an eye for the details Also, the hard flooring in the rooms needs replaced

It looks like a coating was applied to it and it’s now peeling off It looks terribleDuring this stay, all of the trash cans in the common areas were overflowing Even the tiny trash can on the coffee bar couldn’t hold any more creamer cups The front desk guys could contribute by gathering a little trash instead of standing there all evening

Great place to stay on our way back from Colorado Hotel is very clean and easy to access and lots of food places near as well Plenty of places for our pup to use to potty as well

They had a hot breakfast but we didn’t have to time before we had to leave to try it My only con was whoever was upstairs from us was jumping rope or something who knows what for ever from like 7-8 then 11-12 and it was very loud so the ceilings are kind of thin We requested first floor but next time I’d definitely request top floor Oh and the front desk staff were amazing and super helpful! We would stay again for sure

John Hoff

Very clean hotel and the staff has been very nice I appreciate some of the small things they think about like a shower head that’s actually high enough (above your head) and an air guard next to the air conditioner so it doesn’t blow directly on your legs at nightThe indoor pool was nice but could have been a little warmer

I personally like to sit in a spa at hotels after a long drive and unfortunately this one does not have a spa so that was one downsideIt’s also next to lots of food and shopping in the areaOverall experience was very good and I would stay here again

Ana

It was One of the most Unaccommodating hotels we’ve stayed at If traveling for work this is not your go toStarted with Young lady at checkin, she seemed so un willing to help out not just us but the other people in front who were asking for simple items

Room- they were pretty decent couple things the refrigerator was tiny no fridge, cabinet doors were broken and the ac didn’t cool , the restroom doesn’t have a ventNo coffee in the lobby like all hotels we’ve stayed at They keep it locked up in the breakfast room Also its coffee out of a dispensing machine low qualityAs this is a convenient item to have for men leaving to work early Since most will leave before breakfast is servedBreakfast was also one of the worst we had, very minimal items and low quality Old apples n orangesThe snacks and food they have to sell are also overpriced to say a small bag that cost 50cents at Walmart is 200 thereAlso no outside places to sit other than bench by entrance so if you’re staying for long periods this is something to considerLobby n pool, gym everything downstairs was warm to a point of feeling muggy Only plus is it’s newer but not worth it to have all the inconvenienceWe booked for 6 nights , yet we will continue to be in town for sometime longer but will be staying elsewhereWe do not recommend this place

Check in was quick with friendly staff Room was in the second floor Asked for elevator and was jokingly told they ordered one

It’s unusual for a hotel without one but not a deal breakerRoom was big and cleanThis is not a 5-star resort I did not pay the price for a 5-star resort so I can live with the small imperfections of the hotelOverall it was a good night and better than paying $400+ at our regular stay hotel in Lubbock

K Wil

This was the worst experience that we have ever had at a hotel We entered behind another gentleman After waiting for 10 minutes for the clerk to get to the front I went to find someone

Finally found someone in housekeeping & neither ladies spoke English The gentleman in front of us said he was not waiting anymore & left The clerk finally came & had an attitude & told use that she is only one person Then on top of that we could not check-in until 4:00 I started to her that we had driven over 5 hours but that did not matter We finally gotten into the room after 4 & it was not cleaned good Then there is not an elevator so we had to carry all the suitcase up to the second floor I could say a whole lot more about this hotel WORST EVER

It’s a nice place with random holes in their kit No microwaves in rooms, limits on room AC, no free breakfast (slightly offset by a $15 credit), well stocked on medicine and candy bars, but don’t have any protein options, salads, or sandwichesBut the place is pretty nice

Service is good, food at the restaurant is phenomenal (pricey though) Good happy hour drink special at the bar Rooms are nice Interior is nice and cleanThe place has good bones, but it’s like it’s managed by someone who used to run a Michelin star restaurant but never stayed in enough hotels to know what the basic expectations are It’s so weird These things are so easy to fix too

Amanda Box

This was our first stay at this hotel and it will now be our go to hotel in Lubbock The rooms were clean and comfortable and the lobby was inviting We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and the food was unexpectedly delicious

By far the best thing was the staff After 2 years of encountering mostly indifferent service and staffing issues as we travel, the friendliness and enthusiasm here made our stay exceptional Attentive and efficient service can make all the difference

Ires Rios

Always a great stay Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful! Bar area always clean comforting and good cocktails! Everytime we come to Lubbock our stay is definitely here It is a little noisy at night, I’m guessing bar area , but I don’t mind it ,I feel like every place with a bar has to have some noise ,says people are having a good time! what are you suppose to do? Pool area warm and great! Thank you to the staff for always being so good to us!

Initially when I entered, it smelled like cigarettes because a worker was smoking by the entrance door outside I had to wait an hour to get checked in due to the hotel’s policy The room was initially all right, but a certain amount of dust and unknown particles/items like condoms and masks were found around the room

Sheets and towels had stains Breakfast was limited but was the only thing I enjoyed out of the whole stay Over the course of a three-day stay, my room was never cleaned, even after I had explicitly requested that it would be cleaned in the afternoon of the second day: every staff member was dismissive and told me a different story as to why the room wasn’t cleaned (this represents poor management) When all of this was brought up to the front desk, I was told to wait for the manager but it was too late because I had to catch a flight Please do better!

Stacy Sauls

When we arrived the room was filthy THere was blood on the lamp shade and on the bedding The floor was not vacuumed and there was a medical syringe on the floor as well

The carpet was torn and the room did not look clean at all When we pulled back the bedding the beds looked to have had dirty sheets We discretely confronted the hotel staff and they told us they were sorry and to grab some snacks and they would send housekeeping up to re-clean the room No one came to clean and we slept in the dirty room Due to it being graduation weekend at Tech we were stuck in the dirty space We checked out and let the front desk know they were going to inquire for us to stay another night at a discount or discount the room we had since it was so dirty We were notified of the room availability but for almost $300 for 1 night Since we had a not-so-great experience, we drove an hour away for night number 2 There were not any discounts given or refunds I have over 10 pictures of the state of the room I would not recommend this place to anyone The staff we spoke to were kind and great The hotel was dirty and lacked management in my opinion

Amanda McDonnell

The cleanliness of the hotel itself was great However, the pool and hot tub were dirty and no drinks were allowed in the pool area or in the gym I rented a king suite but didn’t know it would be a handicap suite

That being said there room was nice and spacious by the bathroom needed some work The shower head was too low and the water pressure was low as well The breakfast was good, had many options to choose from Overall it was an ok stay I would stay here again just in a non handicap room

This hotel was great! Very clean, the staff was accommodating and very friendly The beds were comfortable, they have a laundry room and the breakfast was excellent I ended up here for a week and a half with a family member right down the road in the hospital

The staff worked with us and was able to extend my stay 3 different times to be able to stay close to the hospital for as long as I needed I definitely recommend this hotel!

Brenda Hiler

We have been traveling for 2 weeks and this was our on-the-way-home one night stay I have to say, it was worth it as it was clean, comfortable, classy, and easily accessible The breakfast was wonderful and the evening at the bar was most pleasant

Impressive to support the local community and Texas Tech I have to say the receptionist at the desk had the best attitude and manners of any hotel I have ever stayed I don’t go to Lubbock often, but when I do, I will certainly stay here again

We were driving a long haul from Out west to Central Texas We do that 2nd day haul often and have stayed in Lubbock quite a few times This would have been a second visit at this hotel

We have 2 other friends with us We were booking the 2 bedroom Luxury Suite to try to get a good night sleep for second day drive The woman made us cancel the Third party Reservation with no refund available She did not care about our long drive She didn’t care about us at all She said that the reason was they didn’t check in after midnight, If you want a hotel and customer service do not stay here Do not risk losing your money if some emergency happens and you arrive late I will never spend any money here again RUDE!

Lisa Fehr

This was a rather interesting stay… The bedroom and living room were beautifully clean I however found a ton of hair in the bathtub which is a deal breaker for me The bed was luxuriously soft

The window needs better coverage so that it truly blacks out all light The reason I booked this place was because a review said it had been utter silence… So imagine our surprise waking up at 2:00 am to furniture being arranged in the room next to us followed by a loooonnnnggg and lusty session of ohhhh’s, yesss and mmmm’s I’m fairly certain someone booked it to record certain activities as it lasted from 2:00 am to 4:30 am and the sounds that came through the vent were rather unnatural I’m leaving a 4 star review because it wasn’t the hotels fault as I’m sure they’re not aware of what rooms are booked for but it made for a rather long night We had no issues with the check in process It would however have been nice to have a front desk to call to interrupt whatever was going on in the room next door even though they sounded quite happy with their night activities The restaurant was amazing and the customer service was spot onEdited to add we stayed in the Country Roots suite

You get what you pay for but the staff really makes up for anything the hotel may lackManagement might be a bit of a stickler, thoughETA: If your main concern is a comfortable bed, this is the place for a good bed

I’ve stayed in too many hotels for work and this place is really up there with some of the hotels that cost twice as much as far as mattress goes The linens were also great It was clear the hotel didn’t go cheap on the linensI brought my kids for swimming and they LOOOVED the pool Not sure if I’m the only one who notices color and smells of pools but this hotel also did a great job with pool cleanliness I had no problem letting my kids swim here It was nice to treat them to a hotel at a reasonable price at a place where the basics exceed expectationsClient atmosphere is also great and down to earth The front desk ladies are the sweetest and remembered me the second time I returnedWe are native to the area and will definitely be back as this is now our preferred hotel We really feel we’ve found a hidden gem

Scott Oppenlander

We stayed in 8/2022, 1 BR suite The room and grounds were clean and well kept There was kind of an odd funk in the air but nothing off putting

No elevator was a bit of a surprise, not a dealbreaker but a bit of an annoyance getting everything upstairsThere were blankets and pillows for the foldout bed but it was missing sheets The front desk readily provided them thoughThere were only 2 bath towels when we specifically had 3 guests The front desk gave us more bath towels but seemed really hung up on why we needed more towelsThe hot tub is supposed to be adults only but from what we could see this was not enforced Entitled parents used it as a private kiddie pool It was too bad because we could really have done with a soakWe didn’t get up in time for breakfast so no opinion there

Kelsey McBride

Beds weren’t very comfortable, air conditioner was squeaky and loud (but was very cold) and we called for extra pillows but they didn’t have any to give usBath spout was leaking badly and spraying water out the sideBreakfast was decent but the juice machine wasn’t working and when the gravy ran out, we were told they weren’t making anymore (there was still over an hour of breakfast time left)

Overall, it was fine for 1 overnight before an early morning appointment, but nothing to write home about Would probably stay again in a pinch

We checked in for a one night stay At 3:30 in the morning our room phone rang and woke us up I didn’t get to the phone in time as I was groggy and half asleep

But as soon as I sat up in bed I heard the beep of a key card at our door and our front door opened I had put the metal atop in place thankfully so the door did not open all the way I yelled and the door shut I got up and called the front lobby The girl said they were just doing a welfare check on us because our reservation showed us to arrive and check out same day and we hadn’t checked out yet A welfare check at 330 in the morning? Arrive and depart same day? This was very scary and could have ended up terribly had someone been able to walk in our room Have tried to contact a manager

I will never book another room at Staybridge Suites They insisted I smoked in my room and provided non-objective evidence – The room “smelled”, and they sent me a picture of a smoke detector wrapped in toilet paper, nothing proving the picture was from the exact room I stayed in I have never smoked a day in my life, so why in the first place would I choose to stay in a room that smelled of smoke with a very noticeable smoke detecter wrapped in nasty toilet paper above my bed? They charged me $250 which has been a headache disputing

How many other innocent guests do they swindle out of $250????

Pool hours were check out hours per the desk lady Christine Staff friend’s/families were swimming past 10 pm

yet the following day we were not allowed into the pool Ck out time being 1:00 am the pool was not accessible to children in our party It was one of the children’s birthday We had been told by checking twice, that the pool was open 10 to 10 Breakfast bar was wiped out at 7:45 am and the same desk lady was informed that there was hardly anything on the buffet that wasn’t sparse, dried out or entirely missing No attempt was made nor voiced as to a correction of action New food was finally noted on other’s plates that scraggled in at closing of the buffet and as we left the dining area Very disappointed in the one desk staff for reason of not showing any concern or interest in our ‘kindly voiced’ observations as to the pool hours changing and lack of time allowance for utilizing the pool at all during our visit Even if we did swim at 11:00 am we would not have had a room to clean up in on check out day due to check out hour was one and the same as pool time I prefer the older Arbor Inn over this new one Parking for handicap is also inconvenient and a good distance from the actual entrance Place looks nice but not pleasing to stay at due to the above complaints No apologies nor retribution attempts were made for our consideration for a potential repeat stay Disappointing stay at best

The hotel has not fully changed everything over and still operating as a La Quinta When asked about this they said they just did it a week or so Fine, but the hotel is still La Quinta name outside we drove around looking for what we booked

You would think that would be one of the first things changed Then asked for a corporate number, that way no one else would have this issue Was told there is no number for us to call Spoke to the GM wouldn’t give us her name at first, was told bc I said it was false advertisement that she would ask us to leave the hotel bc that is giving problems I said I didn’t want problems just didn’t want other to go through what we did The family behind us at check in had the same problem with the hotel Finally got our room keys, they did not work Finally decided this hotel is not ready for hospitality and checked out before even entering the room What hotel has no phone number to speak to and a GM that threatens to have you removed for asking questions? All they had to do was explain the situation instead of being so fast to act in such a manner How can you sell a hotel as one name when it’s not fully that hotel yet? If I had known it was a La Quinta I would have not booked, I was looking for a new hotel to try out Hope no one else has issues like us and the other families in the lobby Safe travels everyone!

Do not stay here Left some shirts in my room Called a few hours after I left and they have no idea where they are I am sure the maid stole them

Called at least twenty times No one would return my calls I was told the manager would call me back Also hung up on me twice and said “too bad” Very rude and very expensive clothing worth over $250 and two weeks later no one still

Lots of problems

the floors and walls in this hotel are NOT sound proof Both nights of my stay I was awakened by people moving around and talking above and beside me On the last morning, the noise from the above room woke me up at 4am, couldn’t go back to sleep so I got up and took my shower and started packing to leave Got a rude knock on my door from the guest in the room below me complaining that I woke him up I wasn’t even making any noise, but understood since I had been similarly awakened No beer on tap at the bar, very limited selection of bottled beers Coffee is weak and awful, and there is no free coffee not sure you should call it Starbucks if you can’t ensure the quality Internet signal was awful Netflix never worked right, could barely check emails on my laptop And there is nothing within walking distance of this hotel Will not be back

Becky Bishop

It’s close to the highway so it can be kind of noisy with traffic They have joined the coalition of hotels that offer half shower doors so one side of you is always cold and water spills out, so that’s never fun Plus the water itself was hard to adjust, temp wise

But the people were very nice and friendly and I liked the general room set up

Chase Lincoln

Lied about hot tub closed then would not cancle room even though we just booked!!! Crazy no respect or care for customers just take my money and tell me to leave if I don’t like it crazy!!Will be reporting to customer service and Marriott world thanks for nothing and no help at all had medical condition and still told i would have to pay for something that is not usable!!!

Triple J’s

Hotel is nicely decorated and great location for lounging, etc Overall good experience however, it’s clear they are not staffed adequately We had a 4 day stay and our room was partially cleaned once

The Tesla chargers are locked and you have to constantly ask to gain access, it’s a wait Breakfast is a wait, and depending on staff you could be waiting a while The gift shop is hardly ever staffed and one morning we waited 20 minutes before someone walked in to pay I’d say hire more staffing

Robert Cocke

Start by saying I’ve stayed here multiple times First experience was horrible–room was Africa hot in the middle of winter and despite our best efforts, we sweated the night away in a suite and the staff was completely and totally unconcerned

but that was years ago Since, we’ve stayed a few times and have always enjoyed the hotel and amenities, the location and access the Tech, etc Prices always above average, but it’s supposed to the the flagship hotel in Lubbock, so that’s what you get The last visit, about 10 days ago, we stayed there in a double queen when my son was attending one of the Tech football camps Online prices ranged from $150 to just over $200 for a room I called and booked a room and was told we would get the “Tech visitor rate” which I (wrongly) assumed would be a discount off of the online rate from the Overton website Got the usual e mail from the Overton saying I had a booked reservation and I wrongly didn’t open it believing that the rate I had discussed with the Overton rep ($169) would be reflected or maybe be slightly discounted because of the “visitor” rate Got the bill$300 including the nightly rate of $269 for the room Not much I can do because I didn’t open the e mail, but I did call and was told essentially “That’s what happens and we adjust rates based on how busy we are” Cool Got it The Overton got their money Unfortunately, I will just have to adjust my future travel plans (I have season tickets) and stay at a location that doesn’t charge $300 for a pair of beds and two 8 ounce bottles of water

We have stayed here several times and have always had the best experience We always splurge for the preferred level rooms This time our stay was not good at all

The gift shop/coffee shop was not open most of our stay and if it was then there wasn’t anyone in there to check you out The restaurant has really gone down hill The food was cold and didn’t taste good at dinner Service at breakfast was so slow and there was only 3 tables with people At dinner they wouldn’t seat us in the restaurant and made us sit at the bar to eat and there was only 2 tables at this point Room service took a ridiculous amount of time to get At the swimming pool we had to call the front desk to ask for towels that they never brought out to us There was never any breakfast or snacks in the preferred level lounge and with the gift shop closed we couldn’t purchase snacks in there and the vending machine doesn’t even have prices listed So don’t waste the money on the upgrade It’s not worth it anymore The toilet in our room felt like it was about to fall over also So disappointed this place has gone down hill It was our favorite place to stay because the service used to be wonderful and the amenities that used to come with the preferred level rooms just added that much more to the experience Don’t expect an nice hotel here anymore, it’s like any other motel around

Pool smelt like dirty fish waterFurniture, lamps curtains and all need to be updatedWe are used to 4 pillows on each bed There were only 2 per bed no extra for beds

Had to request pillows and then ask twice for blankets for the fold out bedWalls need to be scrubbed Everything needs to be wiped down an sanitized

BEWARE! This hotel is under new management and it has gone in the dump The staff are extremely unprofessional and rude They have new policies and are no longer nice and accommodating

The lobby is destroyed and they don’t have any way to get around the construction safelyThe room was musty and hot The beds felt super thin and uncomfortable The pillows were just as badI’m so disappointed I used to recommend people stay here when they came to town, but never again Lame

Cassandra Wilson

I booked a room at an inflated price due to university graduation weekend $230+ for a king bed Our entire stay was centered around the pool, my kid wanted to swim for his birthday and I saw the Google pictures and called ahead before booking to make sure it was functional and the clerk said it was a great pool

I was so disappointed when we arrived this past Saturday The pool was filthy The lawn chairs were covered with bird poop The jacuzzi didn’t work The entire pool area was unkept I realized that wasn’t going to get me a refund I let my kids swim anyways but I won’t be back The pool was basically a large bird bath

This hotel has pros and cons I gave it 4 stars because I paid $60 a night (close enough to the holidays, I thought it would be more) so I feel like I can’t really complain that much paying such a low price Let’s start with the pros: huge rooms and bathrooms, beds are comfortable, fridge and microwave in room, decent location, lobby is pretty nice, decent parking, free breakfast and WiFi

The cons are: the carpet in the hallway and downstairs areas that are carpeted is filthy! They really need to get their carpet steamed Our rooms were *decently* clean but there was some hair in the shower area I don’t like that The pull out couch had a sock in it…gross! Like I said I paid $60 so I feel like I can’t really complain that much The rooms are BIG and really pretty Nice amenities The front desk lady who checked us in took her sweet time and also wasn’t very friendly, but we did come in late I would suggest this hotel to focus a bit more on cleaning and it would make it a lot more comfortable and pleasant stay! If I could be assured this hotel would take the proper measures to clean a little more prior to my next stay, I would stay here again! I’m pretty picky so overall it was a decent stay I’ve seen better and worse I wouldn’t pay full price for this hotel

Candice Thomas

Check in staff no where to be found 30 mins prior to check in time When she did finally come out of the office she was not friendly, never smiled, or made my family feel welcome Also our girls were so excited to swim only to find out their pool is only open 6PM TO 10PM

On the bright side the room was nice and clean Don’t think we will waste our time staying here again on the many trips we make to Lubbock in a month, there’s far better quality

Alice Ramirez

Amanda at the the front desk was rude and disrespectful No acknowledgement or eye contact upon arrival continued to train as I just stood there Only said two things reservation# and payment in case of damage then returned items on desk and just kept training

When I complained about rudeness she asked if I would like to stay somewhere else No, I would like your manager She stated it didn’t matter if I complained because they are independent company Then refused to provide room and threatened to call cops because I demanded something in writing Okay, I’ll wait then Called me hostile to the person on the phone because the paper she gave me stated an error was made in my reservation I guess nice to only certain people Friendly to the little boy walking around by name Only a racist person says I have black people in my family After an 8hr drive the last thing you want to do is stand and watch someone train A wait one second would of been nice However after reading the reviews on cleanliness and loudness I’m glad I didn’t pay $158/night Better hotel right up the street
