This was not a comfortable stay for us It was not a nice Embassy Suites The entire hotel seemed unclean and outdated

I can’t even get into all of the details of the different issues with thatOur room smelled terrible The couch in the living room was so dirty I asked my daughter to not touch it The curtain rod from the shower was hanging down from loose screws on both ends of it, from the walls We could not even keep the shower curtain closed enough for water to not come out onto the floor And we could only shower after having maintenance come up to jimmy the faucets to get them to workThe back of the toilet tank was broken, there were stains on the bathroom floor The carpet was very dirtyAfter just feeling so uncomfortable in the hotel itself, we were at least looking forward to breakfast Got down there at 6 because we had to hit the road, and waited for a while only to be told that because it was a holiday, breakfast was not until 7 That was annoying because not only were we told 6, we were also given a piece of paper that said 6 o’clock The man sending us away actually argued with me and told me I would have been given a piece of paper upon check in that said because of the holiday it was 7 I pulled out the paper to show him, which said 6 And another couple standing and waiting with us, had actually just called the front desk and were also told 6 So we had to leave without eating and go find a gas station breakfast so we could hit the road Really just annoying and disappointing Not a fun stay

Visited MD 5 times within 3 months because I’m buying a house and, so far this is best hotel we stayed at Amazing location, Hotel is gorgeous, staff is nice, unlimited parking… but few things why I’m not giving 5 stars- 1st and most important, room cleaning service is available only every day and you HAVE TO REQUEST IT FIRST

So if you booked for 3 days or 2, your room will not be taken care of- Rooms are too close to each other Almost no privacy When you open your room, a bunch of people can see inside if they are outside in front of their rooms, on the balcony or even in the elevators which are fully transparent- The breakfast service has this lady who is so unprofessional and rude Zero customer service I went to breakfast on day 2 and it was a very nice and professional gentleman making the omelettes On day 3 it was a lady and literally everyone was complaining about her attitudeOverall, it was a good stay even if I called a week ahead and specifically asked for a baby crib in my room for our little one but it was not there Luckily we got it about an hour later after checking in That didn’t affect my review I wish I can give 45

This past weekend we stayed at the Embassy Suites at BWI We spent 36,000 points for a suite and were super disappointed When we arrived our room only had two towels and three pillows, which clearly isn’t enough

The room overall felt dated and honestly dirty The carpeting was pulling up in the common areas The shower was tiny (see photo) and there was mold around the whole base The shelf in the shower had been ripped out of the wall and never put back up, so our shampoo and soaps had to be placed on the floor (see photo) The floor of the shower was also poorly patched leaving it super rough The toilet paper holder had also been ripped from the wall and not replaced (see photo) We told the front desk, but I think they misunderstood and sent us extra soap and toilet paper The staff was struggling due to the hotel being booked and them being stretched thin The evening reception was poor We were limited to three drink options and poor bar snacks There were only two staff members, so the drink line backed up to the lobby Again, we have no complaints with the staff, there just weren’t enough of them Then for breakfast they couldn’t keep up with the crowds There was only one person bring out food, which left the counters a mess and everything constantly empty The man was trying so hard to keep up and he was so kind, but in a fully booked hotel, one person is not enough for this task The parking lot was dark and there were hardly any open spots We came across a car (not far from our own) with a smashed window and all the tires missing (see photo) There were no cameras or security around the parking lot, which was super alarming Additionally, this was my first stay I have had since achieving Hilton honors diamonds status and nothing was mentioned or provided regarding my status during my stay

I’m not sure about pets, but they are NOT kid friendly We heard babies crying at 6am and we never said a word, naturally because it is a hotel and people come with their families However, we received 2 complaints in the middle of the afternoon (12:30 and 3:45) when our 3 and 4 year old were laughing and playing in the comfort of the room that we paid for

Not in the hallway, not in the lobby, but in our room We received a call with someone on the other end saying, “can you keep your kids quiet?” When we expressed concerns about this and how the stay was uncomfortable for us, we were told that there are pilots trying to get some sleep When I checked out and again expressed my concern to one of the representatives behind the desk, another woman (not a manager) stood beside her and tried to justify the calls by stating, “we have other paying customers too” I quickly dismissed her and pointed out that it was one of me and two of them and I will finish my discussion with the person that I started my conversation with (which happened to be understanding regarding my complaint) I asked for the manager, who was unavailable on a Monday afternoon, and I left a voicemail with no call back or resolve We also had a teenager who asked to use the pool but was told that it was closed, only to see that it was open for other guests Pick another hotel if you have a family, especially if you have small children The patience and service is less than desirable, to say the leastUpdate…the manager called me back He was apologetic and very professional We received a discount for our trouble and appreciate the response and resolve

Beautiful hotel Great location for my work trip As others have mentioned, walls and doors do not filter sound at all

Normal conversations are heard 3 rooms away Next door room sounds like they are leaning against the wall while talking on the phone This is just normal conversations!!!!! Every door closer is not set properly, so every door slams closed… you can barely prevent it if you are trying to be considerate I’m a big strong guy and those closers would be horrible for a child, handicapable person… Won’t be back

Ellah

Customer service was questionable at first Upon checking in, I stood and waited for the front desk person to acknowledge me for what felt like 5 minutes while talking to a a co-workerBesides that, my hotel experience was pretty good

It was a quick one night stay for work The room was clean and so was the bathroom The decor is fun and modern and location was perfect for what I needed!Disclaimer: if you’re looking for a relaxing hotel for a getaway or staycation if sorts, I would not recommend as it was pretty loud and had tons of kids and families Which isn’t a bad thing of course, but if you want quiet, I would look elsewhere I agree with the other reviewers stating that the walls are pretty thinAll in all, I would visit again

Overall my stay was enjoyable The College Park Holiday Inn was located in a great area not to far off I-95 Ext

on Ikea Way and yes it shares a parking lot with Ikea The hotel has a Bar and Restaurant both reasonably priced Their breakfast buffet is very fulfilling and kids eat free That was a plus! Although I didn’t get a opportunity to use the pool, they did have a indoor pool in Tower One The staff were all very friendly My room was clean as well I definitely recommend this as a place to stay when visiting the area

Kala Twigg

Front desk staff were kind & tried to help as much as they could But this hotel is disgusting Not clean

Whole first tower smells like water damage My lungs & throat have been killing me Was contemplating staying extra days Definitely not now Moved rooms because the first definitely smelled of animals Children were complaining of that And water damage The elevators smell like urination And there is dust & dirt in every crevice Not to mention a very strange encounter at “free breakfast” which we wound up paying for I will be beyond grateful to be HOME (We originally wanted to stay at Hilton… it was having some Reno issues so they suggested we shop nearby, sad this is where we chose) Id venture to say the water/sprinkler system went off multiple times at some points in the past The carpets reek of water/mildew Convenient to the highway But … save your money people Drive elsewhere

Dan Royea

I really enjoyed my stay here Staff was very friendly and helpful Hotel was very clean no matter what area I was in, either my room, at the pool and in the elevator

I really enjoyed the color changing water wall (be sure to check it out) And this is the first hotel I’ve been to that has a doorbell for every room How cool is that? Plus the ring around the button changes red for do not disturb (also shuts off doorbell function) and green if you want your room cleaned Nice indoor pool Also has a nice restaurant/bar Outside was just as clean as the inside was It’s 30 minutes from the White House and 20 minutes away from the airport I highly recommend staying here if your in the area

First off the app allowed me the option to quickly check in and checkout I loved the digital key feature on the app which allowed me to unlock the room door The hotel lobby was clean, the staff was friendly and the rooms were very nice

The room had hanging curtains that allowed you the option to divide the room The room had a kitchen with a standard size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, large microwave, dishes and utensils You could even request a hot plate burner at the front desk if you wanted to cook I will definitely stay at the Home2 Suites by Hilton again

Kevin Monaghan

We cancelled a stay at another area location and chose this one instead The rooms are clean and comfortable and we experienced the front desk staff to be friendly and engaging Joy, in particular, is a true blessing and went above and beyond what could be reasonably expected at check-in to resolve a separate issue for us

She is terrific Travelling with a pet for the first time, we found this easy and convenient and the hotel is remarkably quiet, given it’s pet friendly policy Will definitely be back

Luke K

Amazing hotel with a great staff! The breakfast bar was always well stocked Rooms were spotless The rooms are well thought out – all of them have a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher

You can request an induction plate from the front desk In addition, they have a great patio space with built in grills! One of the best hotels I have been to!

I can’t describe enough how grateful I am for the attentive and kind staff and excellent rooms I stayed here for several months and never had issues Anything I needed help on the staff promptly took care of

The food was good and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable I so enjoyed staying here and had such an excellent experience The front desk workers even knew my name after a while and were such a pleasure to interact with The housekeeping staff was equally pleasant and did a great job This is the perfect place to stay both short and long term 11/10 🙂

Beth Bailey

We had a 2 bedroom suite (King + 2 Queens) It was convenient to DC The service (of the front desk staff and those in breakfast/evening social) was quality

Pros: plenty of room for my 5 kids, full fridge & counter in room, some basic cooking things, shower for parents & tub shower for kids, doors to bedrooms, clean upon arrival, front desk staff was nice, mini waffles at breakfastCons: furniture & things had wear (rip in couch arm, non-functional can opener), tiny cooktop, didn’t know we had to request housekeeping to get fresh towels and empty trashService only down a star because they didn’t tell us housekeeping required a request (This is a new, common thing, but we haven’t traveled much since covid and didn’t know)

Had a chance to stay in March of 2022 for a relaxing overnight The hotel is beautiful and the staff friendly and accommodating The views of the lake from our finally furnished room were outstanding and we loved watching the snow fall and swirl from our balcony

We had a chance to utilize the bar area for drinks and appetizers and enjoyed spending time with the staff while enjoying the comfort and views from the lounge area We didn’t have an opportunity to utilize the workout area, but took a peek and it is quite impressive We are excited to return once the restaurant fully opens in April Highly recommend the hotel for some of the finest, if not THE finest accommodations in the surrounding area

Nikola Susic

This hotel is absolutely stunning I was genuinely astounded by the quality of the place from the moment I walked in The atmosphere is modern, yet at the same time comforting, with a feeling of a lodge by the lake

Throughout my stay, I felt as though I was the focus of attention the entire time The staff tended to every need of my family and I, and my parents spoke very highly of the hospitality they experienced They genuinely saved my Christmas, because they put my parents in a good mood from the very start, which made dinner go much more smoothly than I would have expected I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and I will definitely be coming back to stay here in the near future If you are looking for a place to stay, I recommend you come here It is truly a hidden gem

Andrea Baines

Excellent! Had a gathering with friends at Merriweather Lakehouse Hotel and we had a fabulous time! The decor and ambience is delightful – fresh, stylish, contemporary with a warm feel The staff were also very warm and welcoming and totally felt in service to us – caring that we had a great time And a great time we had indeed! The cocktails are very tasty, good beer selection and the food — well, we were Super Impressed with what ‘bar food’ was

We chose to sit in the open, lively seating area near the bar and were SO pleased with the interesting choices and Delicious food – the fried burrata was amazing — and I don’t normally eat fried The grilled vegetable choice was done to perfection, and between the group, we had just about every item on the menu — and everyone was raving about what they had It was such a fun, uplifting, perfect time that we asked for a tour so a few of us could start planning functions there for organizations we are involved in 5 stars! Highly Recommend! Oh yes — and the view is beautiful, as are all the rooms And wait until you see the pool view — WOW! And it’s so fun to see all the old music posters from previous concerts at Merriweather Post Pavilion — a little trip down memory lane The attention to detail is apparent — from the stylish shape of the glasses, the silverware — this is a Marriott Autograph hotel that is truly top-notch!

Place a bit weird 4th floor is probably under construction because the hallway is not air conditioned, super hot during the day and smell like rodents and have a few wall coverings taped in place by masking tape and a part of the hallway curtained off and that where the heat is coming fromThe rooms are quite nice and AC works

Clean bathroom Although the toilet is super high and you feel like a perching eagle with feet dangling (I am 5’10”) Pillows are of 2 varieties – feather and synthetic Decent mattress as wellThere is even a little balcony with a nice view onto the inner patioThe pool is closed due to some regulation from 2020 Gym is open 24 hrs with free weights, 2 treadmills and an elliptical Towels, disinfectant wipes and chilled water machine make it a nice experience working outBar is closed

California Dreaming

After being on the road for 4 hours I arrived to the hotel 35 minutes before the 3pm check in time I went inside to ask if I could possibly check in early (you have to be buzzed in) and as soon as the door opens the lady at the front desk yells across the lobby “if you’re here to check in check in time isn’t until 3pm” I understand rules are made to be followed, I get it, but I would have appreciated a little professionalism on her part to at least pretend to want to accommodate me even if the result (me having to wait 35 minutes to check in) was the same

So I go outside and wait until 3pm to come back to a very rude check in process (by the same lady) I was already turned off by my experience with the front desk only to open the door to a room that was subpar especially for the price I paid (there was a concert going on at the FedEx Field so I’m hoping that’s why the prices were inflated) The bed was springy and lacked support or cushion, the pillows were flat, and my comforter was dingy and stained The shower is VERY small (tub/shower combo) and had hair in it My mirrors had what I assume to be toothpaste splattered on it I explored the area and ended up checking into another hotel nearer to the concert venue that had a very polite staff and the hotel and rooms were a lot cleaner In the immediate area (literally next door to each other) are two other hotel optionsthere is a Residence Inn by Marriott and a Hilton Garden I believe I would fork over the extra couple of dollars in hopes that the service, beds, and cleanliness are better Needless to say if there is an event in the area again I would definitely not come back and will avoid any stays at the Sonesta brand in the future

Nomad Family

Nothing about this hotel makes it worth the price Staff is unprofessional They double charged our bank card for no reason

They said the money would go back to our account same day, had to wait 5+ days Rooms are decent, no amenities here except a mediocre gym Pool is closed for no reason, you have to request microwaves, the fridge in rooms is very small and don’t work well Definitely shady at night, a guy kept trying to sell stuff to us as we enter and exit the hotel building Late at night people standing in the hallways talking loudly The front desk people have no respect and speak to you like you have never stayed in a hotel before, don’t waste your money! Do not recommend and won’t return

Very nice establishment! Customer service is spot on Everyone was friendly The staff & management was very accommodating to my disabled son who relocated back to the area to take care of his health and this made him feel so welcomed that it encouraged him to want to be more social and do physical activities that he hadn’t done since he came out of rehab over a year ago

The beds are comfortable, the room was spacious Although we weren’t fortunate enough to get one of the handicap accessible rooms, it still allowed plenty of room for a wheelchair to be wheeled around in and in and out of the doors that were wide enough

Monique James

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend Not clean at all The only thing we enjoyed was the pool

Our first room had hair in the linen I was told housekeeping was gone for the evening So they switched our room The manager Dexter gave us 5,000 points and a Marriott membershipAfter taking down all the party decorations and packing we moved into our new room Just to encounter the same problem and worse Not only was there hair in the bed But the sink was clogged The pull out couch where I had planned on sleeping was severely stained The carpet had white spots as wellI made the front desk aware and even emailed pictures and videos Yes I booked through a third party Everyone made it clear by reminding me repeatedly However, that’s no excuse to treat a expecting mom with three other little children present I did not sleep well With four people cramped up in a king size bed Completely unacceptable!

V Hillwill

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay The hotel was very clean and looked new We were greeted by Aesha

Her customer service was exceptional She was very friendly and honored our early check in request Our room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated Parking is convenient We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future

The level of customer service for such a beautiful hotel was terrible to say the least My family and I drove 3 hours to help my sister who recently had a baby and was overwhelmed They paid for a room for us to stay in not far from their house

Upon arrival/registration process, I was told the room was not paid for and I would need to pay about $461 for the 2 nights After getting the paperwork I noticed a different card from mines showing and questioned it With an annoyed tone the rep said it was only to hold the room, which still needs to be paid for so sign here I completed the check in process as I was already exhausted and just ready to get some sleep My mom and children went up to the room while I looked for a parking spot After getting upstairs, I noticed the door would not lock at the bottom, but decided to ignore it and use the top latch I noticed my mom who is anemic,, sitting with her head wrapped up and shivering I asked what was wrong with the heat she said it wasn’t coming on but maybe she didn’t know what she was doing After trying it myself, I noticed the thermostat was not working at all, it was an old time wall thermostat with the switch on the bottom and temperature buttons to adjust No lights were displayed to indicate it was working so I called down to service desk to get it fixed or moved to another room By this time it’s a out 11:30 and had worked since 6am The woman answered the phone and after I explained what was going on replied, there are no utility workers on shift, the hotel is completely booked and the only option is to get some blankets to us I said fine reluctantly and waited for the blankets The security guard brought 2 blankets for us a few minutes later and said normally you just have to turn up the heat to warm it up He checked it out and said wow you’re right, nothing IS happening Maybe then can put you downstairs This time my mom called the front desk and was met with an unfriendly even more annoyed tone After another explanation of the heat situation, my mom asked to speak with a manager; she was told, “There is no manager, we are fully booked and I’m busy right now” My mother said there is no way I’m paying all this money to stay at a hotel with no heat, if you can’t help me then we’ll take our money elsewhere She then said you’re welcome to leave which we did After speaking to my sister, she was furious because the Crown Plaza had an affiliate hotel right across the street The agent could have tried just a tad bit more to act like she cared about her guests Customer Service is the face of a business and that experience could have been managed so differently If I could give 0 stars I would

The staff is really, really nice!! Easy to get to by public transit— you can call their shuttle to get you from the metro, but it only runs on weekends right now bc of the pandemic It’s about a mile walk in an easy flat area if you don’t have too much luggage or it’s a nice day Beds are super comfy and the showers are great

The toiletries provided are lightly scented and smell great! The rooms are kind of dark at night which I don’t really like, but they are otherwise great Nice and clean The light switches are all electronic buttons which might take you a few minutes to work out but once you get the hang of it it’s kinda nifty The pool and gym are solid and the conference amenities are very attractive as well I haven’t been to the spa myself but a friend got her nails done there and had a great experience The bar is wonderful, though the beer selection is pretty smallThey make a great bloody mary!

I loved my stay here! Beautiful hotel with an amazing view Conveniently located just steps from the University of Maryland The staff was nice, the room was immaculate, and the bed was so comfortable

If you are planning a trip to DC this is a great option just outside the district but is located near the metro line I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to visit again

I have stayed at the University of Maryland Hotel several times over the past few yearsThe rates are good and the service is excellent The staff is very friendly

I wish that some of the rooms had bath tubs instead of just showers but that’s a minor issueThe two restaurants right next to the premises, a pizza place and a bagel place, are excellent and reasonably pricedObviously this location makes sense if you’re doing something at the University of Maryland However, it’s a very clean and professional outfit for anyone staying in the DC area in general

This is a hotel that lives up to the Marriott good name It wasn’t brand new but it was very clean The breakfast was acceptable, and it’s nice to see hotels serving breakfasts again after a long hiatus due to the pandemic

The front desk was friendly The fitness room was clean and had some very nice drinking water Overall I would recommend this hotel

There were always staff cleaning, and it felt like the whole hotel was clean Our floor even got shampooed during our stay, it was comforting that they cleaned oftenThe rooms were definitely outdated

The carpet under our chair was ripped up, the walls needed new paint, and our tub drained very slowly But, it seemed very clean and the bed was comfy!Breakfast was great! Shout-out to the chef because she came and greeted guests and kept everything stockedPool was a huge plus, as were the kind staff who recognized us in the lobby

I don’t feel like the pictures represented the hotel to date For the price it isn’t horrible but the best part of the room was the bathroom Our air-conditioner sounded like it was going to break off the wall, our TV was broken, when we let them know about it they sent new batteries for the remote, they never even came to the room to check it out

The pool was empty and being fixed We weren’t going swimming anyways but for people who have kids this may have ended badly I was just disappointed in the overall experience Hotels cost money and to have it be an experience where I was ready to leave at 1:30 am and continue my drive home it warranted a detailed review I will definitely not stay here again

TLDR – Great place to stay!Although we only stayed one night we feel the hotel was very accommodating We wanted a place to stay so we could get an early trip to the airport We got a great price to keep our vehicle for a couple days until we returned

Jackie, at the front desk, was extremely courteous and helpful to us The trip to and from the airport in ‘the cookie van’ was prompt and courteous The room was clean and modern The food we ordered from the restaurant in the evening was delicious and the service was greatsame with breakfast in the morning The cookies were a nice touch We’ll stay there again the next time we fly out of BWI

Joseph Elkins

The front desk staff sit “too busy” on their personal phones and lie to people by saying that they don’t have water bottles for guests that pay hundreds of dollars for poor quality beds in rooms with very loud air conditioners and doors/walls through which you can hear every tone some one flushes or is talking Disrespectful staff 24/7 available to charge you $3/20oz water bottle The only great aspect of this experience was the wonderful daytime shuttle driver who is extremely kind and professional

The hotel smelled like gas Spoke with rude Kyle at the front desk about it He stated management was aware as this has been going on for weeks and they were not going to do anything about it

He brushed me off to speak with the next guest that walked up This is very dangerous for the guest and employees to be inThe next day (Sunday) I’m coming out of the bathroom naked and housing keeping is entering my room at 10am I went to the front desk and spoke with a man who stated he was the manager (did not want to provide his name to me) explained to him what happened and why are they entering my room at 10am if check out is not until 12pm He confirmed check out was at 12 and stated house keeping is short staffed I told him there was not an excuse as to why they were entering my room so early He apologized and asked if I wanted coffee or a cookie Like why would I want coffee or a cookie when I was just violated by entering a room we paid forOverall the room was nice! Doubletree needs to do better with their staff

The only reason that I gave this two stars rather than one because of the staff is really nice But this hotel has seen its better Days The rooms smells molded, it may be the carpet

It was difficult for me to sleep because of the smell I had a headache for the 2 nights that I stayed there My coworkers stated the same thingNormally hotel lobbies are nice and updated Not this one, so you know what you are going to get when you get to your room Even the wallpaper has scratches and dirt on it Horrible!!! Do not stay here unless you live lesser than this!

Gavin GUARDMAN

We booked in to a “suite” which is putting it very modestly The only upgrade was a bit more floor room It was on the fifth floor

There was peeling paint and wallpaper across most of the walls The toilet would not flush and ended up clogging immediately When going to the front desk, clerk was on a smoke break and had to call maintenance personally who was just not at work What kind of Hilton has no maintenance staff? We had to plunge the toilet ourselves Subsequently another person in my party tried to shower and the bath tub backed up When going to plunge to it to maybe try and fix it, black pieces came out of the drain God only knows what those were So we asked to move which they obliged The room the system said was available was not It was filthy and torn apart and smelt like some one had died in it from the hallway Back down to the desk we went They finally seemed to pull enough sense together to get us into a room seeing as how it’s approaching midnight and we’d be lucky if there was any more available The consolation was free ice cream and a changed rate The rate going from 135 to 99 a night In my opinion this place was comparable to a motel 6 which cost 30 dollars a night I probably would have slept better there I like a stiffer bed but I left with back pain The ac wasn’t working properly either as I dropped it to 66 degrees and the ambient temp stayed around 71 Damp and dingy The lobby bathroom stall is falling apart The pool was nice enough with a broken gate The entirety of the hotel comes from a time forgotten which was kinda cool for two minutes until you see how nasty it actually is I guess if I was as drugged as hunter s Thompson in fear and loathing this place would be marvelous But it is indeed a dumpster fire If you have live anywhere close to better than this hotel is not for you

Before a long day of travel, I had booked a room at this hotel for over $200 in hopes of rest before a 7 hour drive the next day I arrived to a chaotic place with people having cookouts and throwing baseballs in the parking lot There was one person working on an incredibly busy night

I tried to go to sleep just before 9pm to no avail There was yelling, screaming, and door slamming I contacted the front desk They sent “security” up to quell the ruckus to no avail The next time I called the lady said she’d have them evicted, but still nothing I called the front desk 8 times over the course of 3 hours and as I write this the noise is still as loud as it was at 9pm This is behavior I expect paying $60 at a Motel 6, but this is a Hilton property charging almost 4 times that amount Stay away from this place if you actually want to sleep

This place is tucked away in a great location The staff were very friendly and accommodating I can’t express how much nice of a place this hotel is

BUT, we either had bad luck or they were that badWe were given our room and we drive to our area and it was poorly lit We get to our room and it’s very hot The AC unit was broken and obviously needed maintenance as the cover wasn’t on I called down and we were quickly updated to a nicer room While we were happy about the accommodation, there was really no benefit to us because we just needed a nice room and bed So getting a kitchen was a nice upgrade, however, we didn’t expect the refrigerator to make a loud screeching sound like a mouse was dying every TWO HOURS On the day of checkout, I showed the video to the people at the desk to which they were going to have someone remove the fridge They gave us a free night but it should’ve been freeFlute, maybe I’d try them again but if it’s another bad experience, I’d definitely go next door to the HiltonAnd I still have the video

I was hopeful for this location, but the rooms are old and need maintenance When I got to my room, it was 94 degrees inside with the a/c blasting hot air Went back to the reception desk, they in turn sent maintenance with a receptionist and returned to say the problem has been fixed

I go to room, still 94 degrees in there and the air blowing out of the vents is cool It took hours to cool off like 8 of them No other rooms available either Then it’s either a sauna or an ice box as the thermostat doesn’t regulate the temp, it’s either on or off Then the broken dressers (handles, rails, stains) TV with satellite seriously, who watches satellite or cable anymore? The furniture was so old and worn in you feel every boars and nail there is The bed was worn out to with a valley in it you just can’t avoid never again at this location To be fair, the staff is good and nice, but can only do so much

Jessica Gadson

Not just great customer service but Exceptional Customer Service!!!! Wendy Williams was absolutely amazing like a breath of fresh air after our flight from Atlanta The room was very clean and tidy I was nauseated and Wendy went out of her way to leave me some ginger ale on my door

I wasn’t aware of the extra fee on my card but a simple visit to the front desk cleared that up Great customer service will clear up any negative reviews as we all know people write more negative reviews than positive I don’t go out of my way to write reviews however Wendy’s service speaks volumes! Thank you for exceptional customer service!

The hotel is in need of a deep cleaning It was dusty and visibly dirty base boards, windows etc The bed was worn and the pillows are like small bags of rocks

Super uncomfortable stay Staff wasn’t to friendly and hardly said helloWe’ve stayed here before and each stay has gotten worse The bar tender was on her phone checking out social media while we were trying to get drinks We will not stay again I certainly do not recommend this hotel, there are other options in this area These were my pillows in my picture I literally folded them in half When I asked for new ones, they lady at the front desk was totally annoyed with me They did deliver 2 new pillows that weren’t much better and they said they could only replace 2, so my husband had to tough it out

My first visit to this hotel will be my last I had a bad feeling about this place upon arrival The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful, but the overall experience was terrible

I reserved two rooms and requested either adjoining rooms or rooms next to each other (for me, my daughter(s), and her friends who were celebrating her birthday) They allegedly accommodated my request, however, when my children and I went into one of the rooms, it was already occupied We had to scramble back out of the room as not to disturb the occupant Unfortunately, the only other available room was two floors away from my girls in the second room That didn’t work for us, so we wound up leaving and checking into a nearby hotel I understand an honest mistake, but it was late and we’d had a long day We were ready to hit the showers and go to bed Having to find another hotel after 11P was very inconvenient and even more tiring Also, IDK if the guest in the room we went into was a hard sleeper or what because they didn’t budge when we barged into the room I asked the front desk attendant to check on them I hope they did!
