Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any resort This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in this area

I’ve been staying here for a very long time If you decide to stay here you definitely won’t be let downI was extremely satisfied with the hotel the rooms and the service It is located very close to the airport and they do have shuttle service to and from the airport The pool area has a gray bar as well as the lobby, very quiet and peaceful A lake in the back is also a nice addition I would definitely stay here again

I used to love this hotel! I looked forward to staying there every year for a conference But now it’s certainly not what it used to be and they’re still charging high pricesThere’s no room service

It’s a pandemic If you don’t have the staff to do both restaurants and room service, do room service! The room decor is awfulThe showers are awful There’s only one tiny metal shelf to put things on and if you try to do so the things will slip right off because it’s poorly designed The water is sporadic, you can’t get the temperature you want, and the floors are slipperyMy friend ordered gluten free pizza and then had a medical event because they either didn’t clean before making hers and it was cross contaminated or they used regular flourThey’ve taken away all breakfast options except for their expensive buffet Even the coffee shop in there doesn’t have pastries, sandwiches, etc They barely had enough coffeeI understand that the pandemic has forced major changes on hotels, but it doesn’t feel like this Marriott is making decisions based on what will keep most people safe They charge Marriott prices for a Raddison experience and that’s not okay

Very disappointed in the staff member Monica – the assistant manager at the front desk She advised us at 6:30 am when we checked breakfast was included and that it would open in 30 minutes even going into detail how they would make us omelettes in front of us I only needed the room due to a flight delay for 6 hours

I paid nearly $200 for a room The room was nice When we went to breakfast we were turned away and when speaking with the front desk we were told we had to wait until she was out of a meeting and when she approached us she became very defensive and stating she didn’t state this which both of us heard clear as day and repeatedly talked about This was our first Marriott and this wasn’t a good impression We were then told we could be taken to a restaurant near by and when we said yes they advice us the shuttle wasn’t even available and it was at the airport We chose to opt out to avoid missing the shuttle to return to the airport I didn’t appreciate the staffs tone or the misinformation I will not return to this location because of this first impression

Had a very nice stay Javier at the front desk was very attentive to our needs and made the stay exceptional There was always a warm welcome when returning to the hotel

The rooms were clean and comfortable Housekeeping does a great job (we had Astrid and she was amazing) Any request we had was dealt with pretty fastLocated in a good location Only 15 minutes to International Drive and other hot spots in OrlandoWould recommend staying here as I know we’ll be returning

Luvianca Navarro

I stayed here for just one night with some girlfriends and overall really enjoyed my stay here Good location, great amenities, room and bathroom were clean Bathroom was a nice size with a large shower, lots of counter space, and large mirror

We checked in and checked out with Wilma who was great at the front desk! She was very kind and personable and truly added value to our experience! Excellent hospitality overall

Em Di Santo

Went to Orlando for a concert and everything downtown was booked so after looking for an alternative, found the Courtyard Marriott and it certainly came through ~ and at a much more reasonable price Similarly priced hotels outside of downtown had horrible reviews with talk of cockroaches or a lack of cleanliness but not here The room was large and included a fridge and microwave, large desk to get ready and two comfy beds for my friend and I

It was clean and seemed recently built so no smells Bathroom was spacious and I had a little trouble with getting the water right, seemed either really hot or cold but no big deal, I managed There’s a bar at the entrance, items to purchase (pop, toothbrushes), a Whole Foods nearby and it was an easy, 10 minute drive to the venue, Camping World Stadium Would stay here again if downtown is not an option Staff were nice too

I cannot sing the praises of this place enough! For our ten-year anniversary, my husband and I booked a resort vacation outside of Orlando To our dismay, we discovered on arrival that the resort had dropped the ball entirely, and we were suddenly left in Florida with no plans and nowhere to stay One quick Google search later, we pulled into Aloft with few prospects and less patience

We were greeted by a clean, welcoming, sharply designed common space, and an absolute angel named NebraskaNebraska was warm, kind, and very knowledgeable We pulled up to her desk, desperate and travel-weary, and she reassured us immediately that yes, there were rooms available and yes, she could assist us in getting checked in She so swiftly and completely solved our problem that for a minute I thought I was dreamingFrom that moment forward, our entire trip was saved The whole facility has a cool, colorful, modern design really appealing to young(-ish) adults like myself, and the hotel is about a 15-minute drive – or less – from all the favorite tourist spots Close enough for convenience, far enough for peace and quiet And the quality of the space is far higher than the price tag would suggest! Our vacation went from utter disaster to total delight And it was all thanks to Nebraska

Jennifer Rivero

Aloft Orlando is located close to everything The hotel lobby is modern and you’ll find a bar, a pool table and a snack room Check in was hassle free and the staff are super friendly

Had the pleasure of the pool view My room was super clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in The shower didn’t have so much pressure, but no complaints Wish I could had stayed longer Will definitely book again!

Vee Cee

First let me say the location is great The appearance is nice When we checked in I was told incidentals was $75 but I charged a $93

86 hold I question the additional hold amount and was told it was because I booked through Expedia The room had a nice lofty style design, but it’s not ideal if you’re sharing a room with multiple people The shower area is an open exposed area It’s even exposed to the hallway if the door is open Limited privacy We had coffee pot in the room with no coffee cups The coffee packs wasn’t designed for the coffee maker It wasn’t a drop in and push the start button My allergies were acting up so I needed Kleenex There was none in the holder in the room so I asked the front desk can we get some We were told there are no Kleenex in the building That’s crazy So I resorted back to an old school method of using toilet paper for my runny nose When it was time to shower we discovered that there was no soap The dispenser was empty We also discovered that there was inadequate amount of towels and rags So once again we had to ask the front desk for rags Not what we expected from a Marriott stay

Staff was great Location was convenient Room was a nice size and fairly clean

By fairly clean I mean overall it was decent however we saw ants the first night on snacks left on the counter and we are pretty sure there was pee on one of the legs to the dresser And it is a pet friendly hotel The biggest problem was our room keys Some would work only to get in the building and then not on our door some wouldn’t work all together We had them changed and still the same problem The whole time out of three key cards only one would get us in the room I left 3 stars because 25 isn’t an option and 2 seems sad for a stay we mostly enjoyed We’re not very hard to please travelers and it’s certainly not a motel 6 As a timeshare holder with club Wyndham I’m very disappointed my points don’t carry over to the club but that’s another story

Gillian Marsden

Staff was amazing, very professional and a fun crew! Especially the front desk staff, the chef and our server Amanda, who all always took amazing care of us, whatever we neededThe hotel is very clean and beautiful in design, rooms are so spacious and furniture is large and comfortablePaid breakfast was a great price and very good quality food with lots of fresh fruit and healthy options available

Will definitely stay again and can’t wait to come back!

Michael Caraballo

Truthfully, I have never had an experience at a hotel that had me convinced I would never come again until I visited TRYPWe had an initial room reserved For a room reserved at an $89 rate, I expected the bare minimum but not even that was achieved

I’m not sure if housekeeping was lackluster or just not motivated but the furniture was covered with dust As someone with a dust mite allergy, this can make sleeping difficult Especially when it is as heavy as it wasWe complained and were provided another room The staff were prompt and friendly about the situation Yet, when we were switched to a different room, we discovered another issueTHE ROOM WAS NEVER THOROUGHLY CLEANEDYes, the linen was cleaned, bathroom was organized and the furniture was where it needed to be but my friend and I discovered that the garbage was never replaced and there was old laundry from the previous visitor – an old sock behind the bed and some clothing in the wardrobeWhile I don’t expect to do many things while I’m staying a night at a hotel, I should not have to expect to clean out the garbage and residual items from a previous guestNot to mention the “box breakfast” they provide was the saddest meal I’ve ever had It was the equivalent of 3rd Grade cafeteria breakfast All they could provide was “suggestions” to outside restaurants I understand we’re dealing with COVID creating limitations but this is such a poor responseThis was not worth an $89 visit and have had better experiences at motels for cheaper

We had a group of 8 and our unit was great for us Check-in was easy Everything was very clean

The location was perfect as it was close enough to everything and also quiet and not busy We had everything we needed in the kitchen Everyone loved the pool and the hot tub was great after long days of walking through theme parks The staff was also great We had a small maintenance issue where one of the bathrooms has a very slow drain I called it in and because it was already the evening I wasn’t expecting anyone until the morning, but they showed up in about 30 minutes and fixed the issue My only complaints were the clothes dryer was extremely loud and squeaky and took way too long to dry when you put a regular size load in and one of the beds was very uncomfortable We tried it with just a couple items and it didn’t have an issue so it must be a weight thing, but the loads were unreasonably small As for the bed in the largest room, it was extremely lopsided The bed frame slats were broken so the top corner wasn’t supported and was impossible to sleep on with the mattress sagging so low The people who slept in there had to sleep upside down on the bed The mattress was fine but the frame is basically unusable Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be going back the next time we have a large family vacation

Pam Staton

Beautiful resort Very quiet, large rooms and well kept Love that some units are pet friendly

Conveniently located to all area theme parks, restaurants, shopping and lots of other fun activities The concrete walking path all around the lake is very nice and an excellent place to walk, run, walk your dog and enjoy the wildlifeBE aware They STRICKLY enforced, no outside alcohol at the pool They actually approach you every time and sometimes more than once, if you bring a cooler, cooler cup or insulated cup to pool They are nice about it but extremely diligent We have vacationed at lots of resorts and I believe this is the only one that didn’t allow you to bring your own alcohol to the poolThey do not have a designed parking spaces for each unit, so sometimes it is difficult to find a space close to your unit Also, there appears to be no luggage carts for loading and unloadingThe overall stay was very pleasant

Ethan Williams

We had a great 5 day stay! The condo was clean and met all of our expectations Denise was extremely helpful in getting into our unit The pools are clean and the staff was very friendly and professional

There is a Publix right next to our unit as well as many different restaurants within walking distance I would definitely recommend and we will be returning again

Very nice hotel I was able to check in a little early and the process was quick and easy We liked it wasn’t too far from Disney, outlets, and other places

The room was a great size and very clean The beds were super comfortable, and the pillows were soft We also enjoyed having a mini fridge and microwave The only issues we had with the room was the bathroom fan wasn’t working and the shower water pressure was terrible Everything else was great about our stay and we would stay here again in the future

Craig Kaufmann

So after a mix up with our room reservation that was quickly resolved everything has been great The hotel is clean and has a new contemporary decor Our room had a very large bathroom counter and had large body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles in the shower

Personally I would have preferred more water pressure from the shower Beds were comfortable AC worked fine The room did have a Keurig, small microwave, and small dorm size fridge No weird smells and no signs of bugs nor aging due to the humidity I would definitely stay here again

Malice

I booked this hotel through LifeMart with my job I have actually stayed on the property two hotels over, so I knew where I was when I got there We checked in Saturday morning

I was thankful they had a room for us since I left at 8 that morning and drove straight there The room was very large and spacious Plenty of room for my 3 year old and I There was a desk as well as a lounging chair Three drawers and a wardrobe closet The room was very chic and modern They offer free shuttle services to the park, since it is on site at Sea World The pool is connected to the property on its left side So you can check out both pools Only the other one has a bar though I got breakfast both Sunday and Monday Their pancake maker was down though, so we didn’t eat a lot My only issues I had were my sink being clogged, the pool towels never being replaced after Sunday morning, and no dairy substitutes for breakfast Other than that, everything was amazing

Loved our stay It was very, very clean and the service was the superb Ritz! We loved the Maid attendant, Maria Very sweet and hard worker

Spa, Golf, Tennis, Brunch, Dinners, a couple of meetings and just far enough, but close at the same time for visiting any of the Magic Kingdom ParksWe’ve stayed here before and will again Just keeps getting better!

Andra DelMonico

The hotel was beautiful and well cared for Whatever cleanliness and maintenance issues other guests experienced of the grounds was not our experience We had no wait to check in upon arrival

While we waited at valet, it was never more than 5-10 minutes at the busiest timesOur initial room was a two queen that was freshly renovated It was lovely, until we took a shower Upon stepping out of the bathroom we discovered that the hallway outside of the bathroom that leads to the bed area was flooded Like legit flooded with water flowing onto the carpet in the bedroom area We started drying it with towels, only to discover the water was bubbling up from under the flooring We called the front desk and an engineer was sent up right away We were moved to a king bed room with a better view on a higher floor The second room was also newly renovated and lovelyService was on point and exactly what you would expect at a Ritz Maid service stopped by three times a day to ensure we didn’t need anything Every employee we encountered was friendly and asked if they could be of service When my husband went to checkout, I stood in the lobby waiting for him I repeatedly saw employee after employee approach guests and offer assistance They did everything from escort one gentleman to the FedEx office to another carry boxes for a woman leaving after a conventionWe chose to eat off property, so I can’t speak to the restaurants We did order the two egg breakfast for in room dining one morning It was expensive, but there was more food than what we could possibly eatWe spent one afternoon at the pool, and the staff there are super friendly and caring We’ve gone other places and waited forever for food and drink service Not here The pool was clean and all of the fountains were on

Derek Hunter (DHO)

Great place for a conferenceAll of the meeting rooms are well appointed Some of the best hotel staff I ever encountered

Very discrete, but attentiveRooms are exactly what you expect from the RitzLarge pool and a lazy riverDown sides are:No self parkingNothing within walking distanceHotel restaurants and bar are delicious, but pricing is ridiculous

Our stay was lovely we came for the convention over the weekend and I had a blast The whole hotel is beautiful and the pool is nice to take a swim in The hotel was a little too big in some regards and it was like going through a labyrinth to get to your room

The golf course was the best though I am super happy I got the chance to pummel a few balls out on the course The layout is phenomenal and the scenery is surreal! See you next year Shingle Creek 👋

This was one of my favorite vacations! The rooms are nice and clean, the patio with that breeze was great and the service was amazing When I requested extra towels and toilet paper it came in no time Manny at the outside bar was my favorite!!! His energy was warm and uplifting and he went above and beyond to ensure my food didn’t contain garlic (I have an allergy)! The pool was also great! Nice and spacious and very relaxing

We just returned home from a 5day/4night stay Our stay was in a 1 br suite The highlights were – friendly and accommodating staff(5 stars for them) , spacious rooms, cleanliness around the whole property was great

We were especially appreciative of the spacious bathroom since there were 4 of us We got a lot of enjoyment out of the outdoor games (pool table, ping pong, corn hole) Location is pretty awesome for getting around town, most things we wanted to visit were within 15 minutes of the property, it’s just outside of the really busy areas while still being close to most things The traffic nearby wasn’t bad at all I’d expect that might be different if a large event is scheduled at the convention center across the streetThe things that weren’t so great – during our whole stay, every time we tried to utilize the water slide, it was closedThe bed on the pull out couch was dreadfully uncomfortable unless you prefer a very firm bed Only on the last 2 days, we had issues with hot water Our room was in the second floor and it was explained to us that could was likely the cause for it taking quite a while to get hot water If you smoke, there is only 1 designated section out front and away from the front lobby We found it a tad inconvenient to have to use the key card in the elevators, especially if you’re carrying stuff and have you hands full

Came here after the venue for our event was switched last minute I was a little confused about where to park before I checked in I ended up parking at the mall and walking over

I got checked in quickly at the 4:00 check-in time My room was very comfortable and cool I thought the bedding was of good quality The days I was there were long and when I did get back to the room the room was cleaned and immaculate I think the most impressive quality I found was how quiet it was throughout each night I didn’t hear any doors slamming or loud elevators I probably got the best sleep ever in a hotel hereThe fact the mall is right there is convenient to grab a quick bite or a coffee I think this hotel is a better choice than the original one , glad it worked out this way !

Cameron Rothfuss

Friendly staff in all areas of the hotel! Clean and simple rooms for a great stay! If you are in the Orlando area and need less of a resort and more of a hospitable business focused hotel then come to the Florida Hotel! Attached to the mall to keep busy or helpful for grabbing something you may have forgot on your trip Food could have been prepared with a little more attention to quality rather than speed, but they were very busy when I visited so it didn’t bother me too much Great prices and service overall!

Marvin Janzen

Excellent reception when arrived and throughout our stay Restaurants were excellentBiggest disappointment was the room cleaning

it was non existing over 3 days Had to call the front desk just to get fresh towels and a few more coffee pods Beds were never made once When I checked out the older couple beside me said the exact same thing Cleaning staff definitely needs improving Otherwise it’s a very nice hotel with perfect location Walking distance to pretty much anything you need Located between the airport and Disney so driving doesn’t cost too much

Went for vacation with my husband and daughter We loved our room Clean, clean clean

Housekeeping was great Staff was also great! We were about 20-30 minutes away from Disney depending on traffic (no biggie) We would rather stay in a hotel like this and drive the distance than staying in a resort close to the parks which are dirty and outdated (some of them)Breakfast was great also! Honestlyno complainsI just wish the pool was heatedThis will be our go to hotel as long as they are consistent with their cleaningness, politeness and good service We definitely recommend!

Very nice

newclean! Small rooms though and the bathroom is right in the middle, so there is not much privacy Plus, there is not a separate door for the toilet area, so only one person can use the bathroom, as the shower, sink and toilet are all behind the one centrally located door Walk-in closet is large enough to sleep in, so probably would have been a better use of space to split up the bathroom in order to have a private toilet area, and have a smaller closet!

First only one person at the check in counter Took a while to get check in done After I got to my room I noticed someone trying to open my room door

So they called me from the front desk to go back to the front desk after I was almost sleeping So I found out that my room was on their system vacant so they assigned my room to someone else but since I was inside that room they were not able to come in So I was on the system on a room on the first floor So after they figure out everything I went back to my room and no apologize Breakfast is good and very organized Pool needs some love Water looks dirty and was super cold Most of the guest were using the holiday in pool that was more clean and warmer Plus 2 days after my check out they extra charged me on my card apparently a parking fee This never was disclosed So I will skip this location from now on I have better options with free parking and even free transportation to the parks Really nice hotel to be honest but needs some extra pool cleaning and they have to disclose the parking fee since is not posted no where There’s is better options around even cheaper with free parking

Staff is friendly and overall clean enough Breakfast was decent Pool was dirty

Starting to show its age too especially the bathrooms Our toilet didn’t work even after maintenance looked at it and front desk was not the easiest to deal with If you get a really good deal consider staying here but do not pay full price there are other hotels in the area that are better maintained

Room was specious and clean It has mini kitchen with utensils and hot plate Microwave oven and fridge are also there

Their lobby is big and has a decent size swimming pool They had provided hot breakfast with few choices Only thing I didn’t like was about breakfast There was no menu card on the serving dishes, I ate egg omelet and later on I came to know it had meat in it And I am restricted on taking meat So, it’s kind of frustrating for meIt’s 15 minutes from Disney land and also 15 minutes from Universal studios and right next to sea world So, location is great and anyone can get some food within walking distanceLastly, again I want to mention about the cleanliness They have maintained it really good Front desk representatives were very helpful

Stayed 2 nights for a trip to Discovery Cove The room was dated (think late 70s) but clean and well kept No hair dryer in our room and the shower curtain didn’t fit inside the tub (causing water to run out onto the floor)

Beds very comfortable! Breakfast was about what you’d expect for freeA special shout out to Vanessa at the breakfast station She was unfailingly cheerful and helpful in a room packed full of people up early to go to the theme parks9 out of 10 Would recommend

On the down side: Price was a little high in my opinion and you have to pay for parking Room was a little small however the service and location were great The room was nice and clean

The hotel was within walking distance to multiple restaurants and seaworld Grocery stores and drug store within minutes of driving The hotel had a cute little pool side bar with a great bar tender & the burgers were delicious Overall a nice place with a free breakfast bar

Has to be some of the most competent and friendly staff I’ve seen in a while Other than the manager, he seemed to have a real attitude Not sure how his employees do such an excellent job under his leadership

Anyway, beautiful hotel Everything was clean and smelled nice You can tell it’s an older hotel with updates but still very nice The bartender Yvonne was extremely knowledgeable and friendly 9/10 would stay again

I stayed one night and it was perfect I needed to get a meal for myself and three hungry soccer players and the kitchen and restaurant staff were very accommodating We placed the order right before the kitchen closed and they were very sweet about it

The food was excellent! I must say the staff were all friendly and helpful The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable I would definitely stay again

Great location And the breakfast was pretty good My only complaints are regarding bedding

I expect any Marriott to have great sheets, great pillows and a comfy bed The bed was hard and not comfy The sheets felt starchy and not soft at all The pillows were cheap and flat I am used to bedding at the Hampton inn or embassy suites or doubletree This was definitely not a good sleeping experience!!!

We stayed here during a convention The location was very convenient for the convention We could walk there or take a shuttle

We got a pool view room, and were even able to see fireworks at nightThe rooms were clean The water in the bathroom became hot quickly Shower pressure could have been a little better, but I like a shower water pressureThey give you the key access through their app so we didn’t have to check in at the registration desk on the first dayThe room has a fridge, no microwave It has been overall quiet, unless you are trying to nap during the day, the music by the pool was quite loudIt does have a lazy river and a nice pool area Would recommend

My family and I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times while in Orlando on vacation, the entire property as a whole is absolutely beautiful, inside and out The front desk, bar and restaurant area are very business type, and always very busy but also kind of blocked off from the main hotel floors, and hallways The selection of pools and hot tubs outside are great! The lazy river is also a family favorite of ours! This is all open very late compared to others, I want to say 11, if I’m not mistaken

You can order food and drinks right by the pool area, very convenient, the food and selection are both very good! There is also a fedex, along with many others restaurants and bars, right in the hotel which is very convenient if needed! The only thing I can say, is that unless you want to pay over $1,000 for a night you will be in a very mediocre room! Microwave and small fridge Even then, rooms can be close to $4-500 a night This is very hard to accommodate when staying for a week or even longer If the prices were more reasonable with others in the area, I would definitely stay more, it’s always a good time!

We recently stayed here for a dance convention I highly recommend this hotel The staff was very pleasant and accommodating

Our room was very nice and clean and had a view of the beautiful pool area I had an opportunity to speak with Mr Hess, the hotel manager, and he was very polite and pleasant and willing to help in any way possible I will definitely stay here again when in the Orlando area
