Great staff, very friendly and helpful I stayed 2 nights in April and the hotel was great My room was very clean, as were the elevators, snack area, and lobby area

The halls stayed quiet both late at night and early in the morning The only issue I had was the bed, the mattress was not very supportive Despite that, I would still stay at this hotel again if I was had to travel to the area

Putch 1nonly

Very clean and modern room, friendly staff and great customer service at the front desk and restaurant The breakfast buffet was excellent providing a choice of either hot or cold food selections and included coffee and juice There is a separate charge for the buffet

The dining area was clean and located next to the nicely decorated lobby/entrance

Overall, our stay here was ok The staff was very pleasant, however, we were put into a room that was undergoing some plumbing repairs and they didn’t tell us that Only about 15 rooms were having these repairs done, so I am not sure why we weren’t put in a room that wasn’t being worked on

This was never verbalized when we checked in The hotel wasn’t full We found out about this when we went to use the water in our room and nothing came out We had no water in the morning for brushing teeth, taking showers, coffee or anything After we realized we didn’t have water, we noticed a sign posted in the elevator that a block of rooms would have water shut off but again, nobody told us this upon arrival They also charge $900 for their breakfast which consisted of some toast, stale bagels and other mediocre bakery Cold cereal was an added charge Anything else (pancakes, waffles, etc) had to be purchased from an overpriced menu This stay was a bit disappointing

It absolutely amazes me how many people have this more than three stars I have to assume they have not been at an actual nice hotel before Seriously consider that a five star system puts the best at 5 stars

Like a Four Seasons or a Ritz This place is not even closeIt’s a dump It’s gross The staff is useless Our toilet overflowed for no apparent reason and our floor was all wet Tried to call the front desk but the phone doesn’t work Called on my cell and the girl said she could t give me a timeline to get it fixed because she’s the only one here The manager shows up and used normal shower towels to clean up the pee water Brought spray to clean it and never used itOn top of that we booked this dump because everything was full in the area and we had to come for an event The event had a group rate of $250 for two nights It’s $80 online What absolute jokeUpdate: They did come back and clean the floor with cleaning stuff

travis joseph

Worse place I’ve ever stayedtell the front desk you don’t want maid service put the sign up and you get home at 8 am and these people are in your roomnot cleaning mind you, casing your room and stealing your stuff

when confronted had the nerve to say she was vaccumingok at 8 am? Check out is at 12 and she didn’t even have a vaccumon top of this multiple people from our team staying here we’re ripped offshoes, jewelry etcDO NOT STAY HERE

Far and above, this is the most amazing experience I’ve ever had with any hotel Sam (the GM) and his crew are truly the kindest souls one could ever hope to encounter They have helped my family and I out on numerous occasions during some really tough times and they deserve so much more credit for the wonderful work they do

Aside from the staff, the hotel itself is a truly superb establishment Everything is well maintained, meticulously clean and feels like the proprietor has poured a lot of love into it over the years I’ve never experienced any issues with excessive noise or any of the other common nuisances one expects from such a reasonably priced location The easy access to nearby amenities and the highway make this the perfect location for any occasion If I could rate any higher than a 5 I assure you I would But, given that is not an option I will simply leave my 5 stars and stress how highly my family and I recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone that needs a welcoming and warm place to stay Whether you’re there for a night or a month, you won’t regret choosing to stay here

We are staying in a suite overlooking the river It’s the most beautiful room ever with a huge hot tub and fireplace This place is super clean and well cared for

The whole hotel is so cool with a skywalk, a wonderful restaurant inside, and a really nice fitness room There are really old classic pictures throughout the halls that are fun to look at We didn’t swim, but walked past the pool and it looked huge! We loved staying here! Thank you for a great experience!!!

Amy S.

The location of this hotel is nice It’s right along the river and right by all the little downtown shops The lobby is nice

Our room was spacious and clean and you could see the river from our window The windows also open a bit for a breeze This hotel has a pool and hot tub The pool was pretty warm so you didn’t freeze when you got in The hot rub could have been cleaner They either need to get a better filter or hire someone to do maintenance or both There’s about 5 pounds of sand in the bottom of the hot tub There is also a small arcade off of the pool The fitness room is spacious and has quite a few treadmills, a bike, and a couple elliptical The have dumbbells, but they only go up to 25 pounds, and they have a sad corner cable machine with has seen better days There are also some yoga mats and medicine balls All in all, I’d stay here again

Debrra Hanson

We stayed at the Best Western Premier for three nights the weekend of our son’s June wedding The wedding reception was held at the adjacent convention center We had many friends and family from out of town staying at the hotel as well

Everyone’s experience in our group was very positive The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and the rooms and arrangements all worked out well The hotel is nicely located, enabling the first-time visitors to the area to enjoy the river front and the downtown by walking My husband and I hosted a breakfast buffet in one of the meeting rooms Sunday morning after the wedding, which worked out very nicely with good food and helpful staff We were all happy with our experience at the hotel and definitely recommend it

This is a lovely new property Rooms very clean I like the couch with the rolling ottoman and the furniture is nicely designed

The dresser is a bit small but for two days it was fine I didn’t get a view of the River from my room, but I imagine it would be pretty nice if I did Nice staff and very nice lobby There’s not really breakfast here though so you’ll need to venture out The coffee shop looked nice Also no microwave, but a small fridge If I try the bar I’ll update the review for that

Jon Seilkop

Beautiful, spacious, and clean rooms Bed was comfortable Very cool and comfortable couchs which are also pull out beds

The riverfront view rooms are worth the extra if you’re planning to stay for a while The breakfast is great (do the added cost to include the breakfast with the room – $5/person vs $10/meal if you buy on your own) Nice bistro with very tasty foods Reasonably stocked bar at reasonable prices Beautiful outdoor sitting area with a fire pit Very good location with lots of things to do near by We will be staying here again next time we’re in town

Joanne Palzkill

A beautiful location, I recommend the water view The hotel including our room was immaculate, staff extremely friendly I accidentally left my planner behind and didn’t realize it until we were 45 minutes out of town

When I called they checked my room, located the planner and then offered to send it to me at no cost It arrived the next day!

We recently had our daughters birthday here and booked the bunk bed suite Very good service If there was a problem, Ashley and Chris fixed it right away

The housekeepers, Crystal and her daughter were excellent and very nice Highly recommend for a family get away and birthdays Karen (the pool lady) was always smiling and helpful She made it fun for the kids and interacted with them The staff overall treated us like family

Ann Kelly

We had a wonderful time! I brought my grandkids to swim for the afternoon The water was very comfortably warm, the hot tub was wonderful, and the facility very neat and clean They let you have inflatables, and even provide balls and basketballs for in the water

Well worth the money to spend an afternoon in the winter We all had a wonderful time Janet was the lady working in the pool area and was so helpful and friendly

Eric Ebler

We needed a place to stay for a wedding in town, so I booked 2 months early and got a great deal on a king bed whirlpool suite as a surprise for my wife We showed up at 8:30 to check in and they said that they had overbooked that room so it wasn’t available that night so we were downgraded to just a king bed I asked to be refunded the difference for the room and they said that since the price that day was higher than what I paid they couldn’t refund it

Super frustrating and definitely won’t be staying with them again any time soon Other than the reservation issues, the room was clean and the hotel was fairly quiet

My friends and I spent last weekend for a friend birthday getaway and chose this hotel thinking its best in the area The lobby and restaurant is modern and nice I picked 2 suite connecting rooms

Neenah is a wonderful place and this hotel is the perfect location…BUT it is a huge disappoint for a Hilton property We stay in many Hiltons due to service and consistency This is a beautiful property, however it is not kept up compared to similar properties

The rooms are not clean, bathroom cleaning not kept up, curtains failing down in the room with evidence of them being duct taped and elevators are finger printed like the haven’t been cleaned in months This was my second stay, a couple months apart and it was same story again This is an easy fix for this location to be brought up to Hilton standards, so hopefully this review will be helpful in that

Patrick Schommer

Midwestern hospitality personified Many thanks to Tammy for bending over backwards to accommodate my wife and I after our reservation through a third party was screwed up She explained the situation, got us a room anyway, told me how to best clear it up, and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied

She even apologized for our inconvenience that she had nothing to do with Unbelievable customer service (in a great way!)

I was very happy The staff was great, the hotel is clean and updated, the breakfast was GREAT, the pool area was kept up and clean I stay in a lot of hotels with my kids and this was one of the best in the past year

Very happyThe rooms are tiny, there is not microwave in the room but there was one around the corner But none of this mattered for our purposes, it met our needs and we are very happy

Julie Hasty

Chris & Jodi were EXCELLENT front desk/customer service reps Airport shuttle was effortless! Loved it! Others were pretty rude & very short with me This Hampton was clean & comfy but with paper thin walls & tons of people

The top floor was completely booked & I couldn’t get my preferred “top floor” room Biggest regret of my stay is the room I chose because the noise from the interstate was almost unbearable (don’t choose rooms ending in 01-09 if you are a light sleeper, like myself) It woke me every morning at 5am & didn’t stop Regardless of the great customer service, I will not be staying here again Way too crowded with just too much noise

Ben Coats

PROS: Very friendly and accommodating staff; clean facilities It has a nearby mall and is close to the ATW airport with a shuttle There is a great paved walking/bike/skate path adjacent to the hotel that connects mall, airport, and many other nearby businesses

Very close to an I-41 exit (not sure which one; I flew in) Hot breakfast is better throughout the week than on weekends, but it is very good either way Rooms have a dorm fridge but need a microwave Clean pool and hot tub Also, a nice fitness center with treadmills, ski-freak, bike-it, pilates paraphernalia, jump rope, stretch ropes, and dumbbells… and a TV, scale, and mirrorsCONS: The community microwave at the ice machine on each floor gets gross, but it is cleaned nightly Still, one explosive leftover nuke ruins it for everyone else that night Also, inconsistent WiFi Internet — sometimes it is lightning fast and sometimes it is slower than molasses in a Wisconsin winter — they really need to troubleshoot thisOVERALL: Great place I will certainly return

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful for every aspect of my stay The pool area of the hotel was unbelievable Fun for both the adults and the kids

The manager of this hotel went above and beyond in every way to make my stay not only in the hotel pleasant but had provided outstanding suggestions for food and activities in the area for the time of my stay If you are looking for a hotel to stay at in Appleton Wisconsin look no further this is it I will be returning

Audua Pugh

This was a last minute stay, however, my family was very pleased 😀 The amenities was great! The space, location, service great! If I ever have to go back to Appleton, I would definitely stay here 2 things that didn’t satisfy: the bed was supposed to be a king and it wasn’t, it was not a comfortable sleep Also, I am disabled and I ride a scooter, the room was supposed to be a disabled room, however, my scooter barely fit

LaVonne Albert

This is honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at Upon walking in to the room I realized that they were only double size beds and not queen sized And the bathroom toilet is honestly the size for a child it’s only about 18 inches off the floor if that

We booked a poolside room and we’re excited to use the hot tub only to find out that the Jets were out of order The mattress is on the bed you could feel the springs coming through, and the pillows were only about 12 x 12 in size

Love a boutique hotel! The staff is very welcoming and the lobby has a delightful little fireplace which is perfect for cold Wisconsin winters The rooms are comfortable with well stocked snacks and minibar (for purchase of course) I was delighted with the jetted tub! I travel a lot and it’s hard to find a hotel with a tub, much less a jetted tub, which is also perfect after a long day at work in the cold Wisconsin winter

You either have to park on the street or in the adjacent parking garage ($5 a day) In either case be prepared to drag luggage a short distance except for loading/unloading The parking garage is worth the money to keep your car from getting covered in snow

Amberlynn Dahling

Stylish, warm, and welcoming, this classic hotel hosted our bachelorette party of 12 with ease We were treated so well here Clean rooms with the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on

Just melted right into the sheets and drifted off Regular and decaf coffee supplied in the room Stocked mini fridge (I would ask them to empty next time so we had a bit of room for our things) Easily accessible from the main street, as well as, the side ally parking garage The hot tub room was so relaxing and spaciousWithin walking distance of all the best this prime location has to offer

Jenna Marriott

I booked a room here on a third party website last month I was very excited to stay here until I walked in the front door From the moment I arrived I was treated with disrespect and prejudice

The manager, Peter Rank, who initially checked me in was extremely pompous with an over inflated ego He was less than helpful, rude, and extremely conceited When I came to the realization that I was booked into the wrong room (different from the room I had reserved online), I was met with greater disrespect and apparent classism and sexism In the end I had to spend additional money just to get the room that I had initially reserved Beyond disappointed with my stay here, and hopeful that there will be a change towards the absurd managerial staff

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights The hotel, room, and fridge were dirty The staff was rude and we had to wait in the lobby for over 20 minutes

At one point we had to call the hotel thinking that the phone line was routed to another number The front desk clerk later showed up bother as we interrupted her from a smoking break of half an hour She didn’t greet us and instead, told us that if we needed coffee or new towels to ask for them at the front deskCOVID safety procedures? A joke! The one thing we won’t complain about is the bathroomIt was a terrible experience from the moment we walk into the hotel Can’t wait for the property group owners to send me an email apologizing with hundred of excuses so that we can send all the pictures taken

The service was excellent and the rooms were very nice! I’m rating it three stars though because there was ants everywhere in the pool/spa area I didn’t think much of it up until my friend and I were drying off, she went to grab her towel that was rolled up on a table When she grabbed it, it unfolded and a clump of ants fell all over her legs and on the floor

We were really uncomfortable the rest of our stay with feeling as if there was ants everywhere

Yolonda

We stayed here this past weekend to attend a sports tournament The rooms were clean and some of the staff were very pleasant I’m giving three stars for the poor service I received at the hotel bar

The lady working the bar Saturday evening was super rude! I asked about the drink specials and she told me to read the paper which did not list the ingredients in the drink specials being offered I settled for a glass of wine in which I was charged $12 for 1/4 of a glass! If you’re looking to relax and have a decent drink, don’t go to the hotel bar You might end up getting overpriced wine and rude service from the bartender!

Nicole Donati

Front desk was incredibly rude! We have been loyal to the IHG brand for years, and have obtained spire ranking, so I promise you we know how to book a reservation Upon arrival, the front desk canceled our reservation in error, but the front desk employee denied such an action and was incredibly rude As you can see from her replies, she has an answer for everything except “I screwed up”

We normally are pretty easy going, but this employee should under no circumstance work in customer service, she’s an embarrassment to the hotel

TH place i very nice however as a Tesla Owner it was listed that it had EV charger stations These stations are 120v plugs at the base of their light Poles UGH!!! this is NOT an effective EV charger

You will need in excess of 24 hours to fully charge a battery!!! Unacceptable Definitely not a destination Charger!! There listing should be more accurate

Sharon Furlong

The staff, especially Carol & Diondre were amazing The staff worked hard to keep the hotel clean and sanitized We were in town for a hockey tournament and they were so kind in letting us hang out in the breakfast area as long as we kept the noise down

The hotel is a renovated property but done well It’s clean and the beds are very comfortable Breakfast was standard breakfast fare The only complaint would be the morning garbage run Our room was on the 2nd Floor directly above the dumpster Every morning before 7am an employee would come out and throw the lid open and it would hit against the back of the dumpster with a loud bang Then they would proceed to throw the bags in which was also loud The first morning I figured it couldn’t be helped, until I looked out the window later that day There is a sliding door on the back of the dumpster that they could put the garbage into which would definitely be less disturbing before 7am The hotel was conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Champion Center where our tournament was It’s conveniently located near lots of restaurants and a nice shopping mall

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday for two nights in March We adored the house itself, and enjoyed relaxing there, but some things were a little different than expected It appears it’s off the website now, but when we booked it said there was a dessert and drink social hour in the evenings, and while they had their normal keurig/tea and some cookies we expected something different

In addition, when booking it asks if you have dietary restrictions, and my husband is gluten free I am assuming this question is from when they were a b&b (they aren’t now) but we of course hoped that maybe there would be some bread or something that he could have, but no Also, it really bothered me that there was no bathroom door in the belle suite It was such a romantic room with an awesome tub, but felt awkward to only have a shower curtain for a door I would have booked the other suite if I had knownBreakfast is lots of packaged pastry-like items, fruit, toast, yogurt, oatmeal packets I don’t like sweet in the morning so was hoping for some hard boiled eggs or cottage cheese, or cream cheese for the toast, but that’s always the risk with continental! Breakfast is supposedly for two hours but the non-refrigerated stuff sat out for over 24 hours, I am guessing the owners were busy and didn’t want to have to deal with clean up and redoing it the next morningOverall we enjoyed the house a lot (I agree with less floral everything in b&bs!) and it was probably my favorite room we stayed in, outside of the door situation But we felt a little like we were more of a burden for the owners staying there vs welcomed

Spent a night for a valentine’s getaway Check in was easy, greeted with chocolate covered strawberries Was able to go right to room

Room was clean, gift basket of snacks was great Bed was cozy The only downside was that traffic was quite noisy throughout the night Enjoyed eating the breakfast in the living area Kitchen had everything you would need No shortage of coffee, tea, cider, hot cocoa Overall a great stay and would highly recommend

I stayed at the Braywood Inn for two weeks in the separate studio space It was bright, well-decorated, well-stocked, modern, and clean Communication was easy and the stay was straightforward to organize

I would recommend the back studio space for longer-term guests or people looking for a quiet and private weekend Many thanks to the Braywood Inn!

Was sadly very disappointed with our stay Immediately when entering hotel hallway the overwhelming smell of wet dog/ musty smell hit you Then when we got into our room the smell was even worse

Our friends on another floor had the same smell It permeated the entire hotel The front desk clerk on the PM shift was not friendly at all Also, the sheet on the bed had a stain on it Sadly will not be staying here again It was a great location to our destination but no thank you

Room was ok, not the best, but not the worst Breakfast was good for an included breakfast, but it’s the same thing every day If you stay for multiple days, you might get tired of the breakfast

There was also a pool at this hotel, it was kinda disappointing though It was very small and only three feet deep on one end and four feet deep on the other It was also very cold!!! And there was no hot tub to warm up in The location of the hotel was also very awkward Its slightly hidden behind a gas station If you use the main entrance, it’s very hard to drive in and out without potentially hitting another vehicle

Clean rooms for the most part A few dark stains on the couch unfortunately Nice pool

Mostly friendly staff One huge downside was since no one took the time to explain the room cleaning policy our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay Great breakfast especially with covid going on and everything Super comfy bedding and nice sized bathroom Super great app with digital keys as well

Hotel and rooms are beautiful Easy digital check in process Location is great

Beds gave our son a small rash, probably from the soap used They were comfortable though Everything was clean outside of the room, but our room had some questionable spots Gym was excellent However, there was an awful loud (and constant) humming in the bathroom The fridge/freezer was also obnoxiously loud Walls are paper thin so you can hear every little thing from neighbors and hall Not the most family friend place but overall not a terribly bad experience

My partner and I stayed for one quick night for a local event Price was okay for the area, room was clean, there was hot coffee available at 6am when I wanted some which was nice Staff was very friendly upon checkin and out

But I was not offered my bottle of water and snack item upon check in for being a Hilton Honors gold member, this is definitely a hit or miss at other locations as well

Staff was incredibly friendly and explained everything really well Check in went very smooth, we arrived to our very clean, fresh room shortly after check in time We went off-site for dinner and drinks and came back to enjoy the ambiance of the room

Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels were provided as well as other amenities One of the cleanest, well stocked hotels we’ve been to Was very quiet, couldn’t hear anything around us or from other rooms Check out was easy as well with a friendly face to see us out There’s a restaurant, pool, golf course, and more right on site so this is a great family or business destination Great job Best Western Bridgewood!

Our son’s wedding took place at the Bridgewood The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful Our room was a king suite which was large, clean and comfortable

The food for every event was amazing and it was nice to have the Ground Round attached so no one had to leave the premises to get food/drink There was also a small ice cream stand in the parking lot for a sweet treat! I would recommend this resort to anyone planning a wedding (Mary was phenomenal) or just a get away stay

We had reservations for Easter brunch at 10am today The setup was very pretty, and that’s about the only positive thing I can say about our brunch experience We were a party of 6, and the total cost of brunch was 234

00 I would not mind paying that IF the food was good We started with biscuits and gravy I bit into the biscuit and it was FROZEN My daughter took a bite of her Mac and cheese and it was also cold My mother couldn’t even eat the shrimp cocktail sauce due to ridiculous amount of horseradish in it In the brunch description it stated they had a fruit and vegetable display I guess they meant they had a fruit display only if you got there before 10am because it was empty when we were seated at 10 In the description it also stated they had a large homemade dessert selection Next time if you’re trying to pass off desserts as being homemade, you should probably take out the paper dividers and give the desserts a little more time to thaw out I have never been SO disappointed in a brunch before I really wanted to like this place but I can’t believe we just paid so much money and left hungry
