Not one the best Hamptons I have stayed at, but was clean, sufficient and breakfast was acceptable No major complaints and notations made where just annoyances: (1) No exhaust fan in bathroom (2) Not enough wash cloths

(3) As a male, had to hold toilet seat up, in order to be used (4) No general hotel information or TV operating instructions (ie breakfast hours, no TV channel guide or general instructions)

PrettyWingz

I never even got to my reservation just cancelled the whole thing because of the Customer Service I was asking questions about the price matching and the lying and the run around I got was insane No one knew what they were talking about and the manager left me on hold

If u don’t want pple to inquire about things don’t offer that you do Going else where for sure👎👎

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area

I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you won’t be disappointedWe always love staying at the Hilton Garden Suites We had another great visit The spot is convenient and the Valet is the cherry on top This time Landon S surpassed our expectations with his attention to detail and courtesy The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly

Jerry McGinnis

I’m a Hilton Diamond Member The good: Very clean, well maintained property conveniently located

Lobby is large, nice and relaxing Beds were good and supportive The bad: the hotel is trying to get your money at every corner No free coffee after breakfast hours, the shower was cold for the first 3 days because the maintenance people set temperature stops to conserve hot water The parking garage which has company logos all over it changes the cost of parking depending on what events may be happening They will randomly raise prices just to take more of your money You must pay before entering the garage Sometimes $10, sometimes $15, sometimes $20 Valet is $25/night Ridiculous Other downtown hotels have parking, but Hilton Garden Inn is trying to find another to take your money Management doesn’t care Stay somewhere else!

Kick It Up A Lash with Charissa

Over all a decent experience Had some issues with Valet parking the truck but it got handled and worked out fine Had some more issues with check in times

Got an email check in was 11:59an but really was at 3pm But over all it all worked out an was a successful night stayTheir breakfast 🥞🍳 was absolutely amazing!!

The management and staff at this hotel have been fantastic I had to come into town because my father fell ill What was expected to be a stay of a few days has so far turned into a couple of weeks

During our stay the management and staff have been very accommodating with my chaotic needs as I have had to extend my stay several timesThe rooms are very nice for the price, especially considering the amenities for the rooms and property My room had a fridge an a microwave which became a necessity as the length of my stay increased The laundry room was also very convenient considering I hadn’t brought enough clothes for my lengthened tripThe maintenance staff checked in regularly and gave me space when needing to focus on work form my roomOverall I would definitely recommend this hotel for any purpose because although my stay was primarily for person/family, I had no issues being able to work from my room as needed

Lacy broomhall

The entryway is really pretty with the colorful water bubbles This place is very modern The bed was soft

The breakfast is okay I feel like they could benefit from having a second elevator Maybe I expect too much for a room that’s $150 a night but it was just okay here nothing exceptional I made a lot of trips in and out the building I stayed two nights and by the time I was all night too I was ready to go from the people people staring as you walk through the lobby to go to and from your room

Jason Clark

We had an excellent experience here during our 4-night stay Room was comfy, quiet, able to be completely darkened at night Beds and pillows are not the best but fine

Room is cleaned daily and very well Breakfast is good and is very well attended to and restocked as needed no matter the time Again, everything very clean Staff is accommodating and friendly Pool is very chilly, but the kids adjusted fine Adjacent hot tub is very toasty and inviting Overall, no complaints We would definitely mark it as a rebook if we ever come this way again

Hotel is thoughtfully represented in a historic area of downtown, rightfully representing its past as a former ford factory Parking outside of valet is a bit out of the way, but a little walk is expected and enjoyed when your down town Just prepare for inclement weather if your not valet parking

Upon checking in the staff was extremely kind and helpful, they answered any questions we had and asked if we had stayed before In case you haven’t they will give you a run down of what to expect from the hotel, it’s amenities, and it’s rooms The food is great and can be ordered from room service, and while you wait you can take a stroll down the hills and through the lobby area, after all, your staying in a literal art museum The exhibits are unique and beautiful The purple penguins are an art exhibit within themselves but you can feel free to move and manipulate them Just don’t take one off the premises The rooms have high ceilings, espresso machines, industrial styles plumbing attachments, a lit closet, sliding doors, and a massive window beyond the head of the bed Converting this into a hotel was done so with ample thought Inside the room lighting is versatile and charging opportunities are ample Overall a great and interesting stay, even if just for a night, you can’t beat the pricing for what you receive If you get the chance to stay, book, book, book!!!!

Love this hotel, good location for a night life the 80s retro bar around the corner was awesome, the rooms was huge with tall ceilings and big widows A modern feel, the museum throughout the hotel on the first level was pretty cool and my kids loved it The art work on the other floors was pretty cool

The restaurant for the hotel was a bit pricey but good The staff was very accommodating Will definitely stay here again

Nannan Yang

All I can say is … it was different Between Mind-blowing and mind-boggling, I don’t know which one to say…Service: the staff are very friendly and always on top of everythingSurroundings: Sightseeing ~ not short of things to see … there’s museum, art exhibition, some creative art sculptures , and even a few videos /movies to watch

Room: upgraded to a suite Room was huge with tall ceilings and big widows Very modern and futuristicFacilities: restaurants offers gourmet food Their new restaurant that connects to the pool was doing a grand opening and tasting event at the time we were there I would love to go there and try the food if I go there again in the futureIf you are tired of the ordinary 5 star hotel owned by the big enterprises, definitely check this place out Nice for a change!

If you are a light sleeper i would avoid this hotel Especially if you are on the road side The road noise and the train noise goes on at all hours of the night and never stops

Not sure if the issue is better on the non- road side of the building but it might be?This was my only issue everything else was great

My first ever review, but I believe customer feedback is important for any establishment to remain successful: I am a Marriott Platinum Elite member, who’s spent thousands of dollars staying at Marriott hotel resorts, across multiple states and 64 times within the year of 2022 I recently had an experience with an employee who’s last name is Hobbs, at the Fairfield Inn Suites in downtown Oklahoma City, that immediately was counteractive of previous, pleasant and positive experiences I’ve had staying at the hotel with other employees who were greatThe employee greeted an older, Caucasian gentleman prior to me with courtesy, respect and a very welcoming and customer friendly attitude

EXAMPLE: He offered the gentleman a welcome gift, asked if there was anything he could do to accommodate his stay; very polite, courteous, helpfulMy Experience: Upon checking in and asking if there were any room upgrades available with Platinum Elite status he said no, and did not offer a welcome gift Upon asking for assistance to complete a possible room upgrade with 100,000 plus points I’ve accumulated, or cancelling the reservation and booking with points; instead of assisting and calling Marriott reservations to help with the process, he called the police and stated I was no longer a guest, was trespassing and unwilling to leave I thought that reaction and behavior to be very unwelcoming and extreme I immediately left the hotel and decided to pay double the cost of the canceled reservation to check in to the National Autograph hotel in downtown Oklahoma City, where it was a MUCH BETTER and a very different customer service experienceAll the best,- Kenneth Smith

Miss Mocha was the absolute best company and sweetest of spirits while enjoying a relaxing time at the bar She mixed me up the PERFECT little drink to my likings and made my night not so lonesome It’s always a pleasure, those rare moments with others, and I will say that I look forward to more in the future as I am a regular here at the OKC Downtown! Much love baby!!! MUAH

Local Oklahoman for ten plus years Over that time my wife and I have stayed at numerous B&B’s in the area The Monastery by far had the most secluded romantic feel out of all of them

The grounds are enclosed with a natural stone wall and trees lining the property The beautiful lake is the center point that the house was designed around The keepers have done an amazing job lining the side of the lake with different areas to sit and enjoy the lakeside views Also side note, my wife and I are vegetarian and they did a great job customizing our breakfast for usMonastery is my first recommendation for anyone in the metro looking for a secluded B&B

Pam Taylor

We had a room rented at this wonderful bed & breakfast for NYE then had to cancel last minute We decided to rebook on a Sunday and have had the most relaxing time The Monastery at Forest Lake is nestled in Forest Park, OK on 14 gloriously wooded acres

There is a lake where you can fish, pool during the summertime, year round hot tub, common room with fusbol, pool table, board games and kitchen area We stayed in the Robert S Kerr room which is huge with the most comfortable bed Every 3rd Sunday of the month they have musicians that gather in the chapel for a Celtic jam session and we were lucky enough to get to hear them last night The hosts are most gracious and accommodating The only thing we regret is not booking 2 or 3 nights

Debbie Gilmore (Debgilmre)

This place is a little slice of heaven here on earth We showed up around 6 pm and although the gates were closed we called Matt, and his daughter quickly opened upSadie gave us a tour of the Monastery and we quickly fell in love

It was so relaxing and even when we woke up to 4 inches of snow I enjoyed itMatt had a lot if information about where to go and gave me the history of the MonasteryVida was also was so helpful She pulled our car up so we didn’t have to walk in the snowThe breakfast here is so much better than any hotel You have to ask Sadie for her quiche One of the best I have ever hadThey have a chappel for weddings tooSo no matter what your reason I would highly recommend the Monastery

We love this place Super friendly staff, everyone we met who is also staying here have been families Everyone has been happy and super nice

We had a very enjoyable stay, the only thing we didn’t like was the bed We found it a bit too firm for us, but we are old farts so we like softer beds That being said, we will stay here again without question!!!

Vanessa R

Happy to stay in a clean place with comfy beds and lots of room The room has a cooked food smell but considering they all have mini kitchens and carpet

Smells are going to stick! Also, pet fee is steep for one night We were using hotel points but 75 dollars for one night stay is rough Overall a decent stay but probably not if you’re traveling with pets

My wife and I were traveling with our dog from Des Moines to Austin and decided to spend the night in OKC We were looking for a hotel that was dog friendly, had an electric vehicle charger (its nice to wake up to a full charge!), and had a refrigerator for keeping my medication cold Home2 Suites checked all the boxes and was in a great location- near 35 but not so close that we could hear it from the room

The staff is friendly, the hotel is modern and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was good I’ll plan to stay again the next time I make the trip

Kari Kyle

So far our stay has been really good There was a mixup at check-in with our room, but the manager Jessie, I hope I spelled that correctly, has been absolutely fantastic She has gone above and beyond for me and my family

We were able to move into the correct room, after 1 night in a comparable room, which is exceptional The room is extremely clean and comfortable Jessie even delivered our new room keys up to us so we wouldn’t have to go back downstairs I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again Also, Jessie needs a raise! Customer service is everything in this business and she scored off the charts in this area

Mixed experience The bed was comfortable, and the staff was nice Breakfast at Cafe Cuvee was good

But there were several issues with the hotel First, the ridiculous barn door on the bathroom does not actually close (there’s a gap of at least an inch on each side), so there’s no privacy Absurd! Even cheap hotels (and this hotel is not cheap) have functioning bathroom doors Second, there were empty soda cans from the previous occupant in the mini fridge Third, the robe in bathroom had a gross stain on the collar Fourth, we ordered room service, but we waited an hour until we discovered that they forgot our order The hotel did do the right thing and gave us free food + breakfast to make up for losing our order (and the manager was very apologetic), but it’s just another sign that something is going wrong at this hotelUPDATE A WEEK LATER: Also, they double charged me The manager was quick to fix the problem after I called about it, but come on

Stefanie Ervin

Check in was a breeze and the front desk personnel were very nice and shared information about the restaurant and barThe room was beautiful and had lovely decor The bed was soft and the tv was easy to use

The window shutter were nice but didn’t block out all the lights from outside Maybe next time I’ll bring a night mask to wear

masterdel masterdel

Inside the hotel is the Cuvee restaurant with French cuisine It was a delightful evening of libations, fine food and cordials There were some things lacking however

I would not recommend the muscles in wine sauce It came with French fries on top which were soaked from the broth The entree’s were the best The appetizers, not so much Having said that, the oysters on the half shell were creamy and delightful The house wine was also very good served in a crystal glass I had a Galiano in a Brandy snifter I asked for it warm it came cold and oddly it was in a thick heavy glass snifter, where crystal is a must The staff was wonderful but the entirety of the dining experience was off balancedIf you want elegance, just a chance to doll up, with your spouse, this is the restaurant for that special evening Thank you

If you don’t know about this location, now you do An extremely peaceful stay during the week Some how luckily, we were the only guest booked for the night

This lavish very homey bed and breakfast has the most cleansing heated pool Surrounded by Chinese decor, and the 22 spacious rooms encompassing the atrium I highly recommend to any couple looking to get away without travelling It is quite pricey per night, but be sure to bring a few extra coins for the hand made jewelry at the main deskOverall in my eyes the best in the City hands down

Jaydeh Caro

This place is amazing, the area is a bit secluded which we enjoyed very much It is still close enough to go to down town but a ways out so you still get the nature vibe We were greeted with a glass of wine upon arrival and check in was very easy

The tub was such a delight and the bed was comfortable with good AC The breakfast was your standard eggs and sausage/bacon with hash brown and your choice of waffle and/or toast It was very delicious, the bacon was great! The owners are very nice and this definitely has a great home like environment We will be coming back

Anton Ho

Stayed here for three nights and had an absolute blast The couple that owns, and operates this place were so sweet and friendly The place is like a luxury resort but at the same time they make it feel so home-y

We sat, drank, and talked with one of the owners all night and it was just a very wholesome experience; he even drove us out to get ice cream the next day You just don’t get this type of hospitality and friendliness from some corporate-owned hotelAlso, hot tub, indoor pool, game room, gym, patio dining area with grills, complimentary champagne and limousinesdefinitely a hidden gemIf you do decide to stay here though, understand that this is also their home, so treat it with respect and absolute courtesy, but definitely have fun and make friends while you’re there!

I had a great stay at this hotel recently The rooms are clean and comfy although a little outdated, the staff was friendly as can be, and the black bear diner was so phenomenal and is within a short walking distance from the hotel My only complaints about the place are that there is construction going on so I drove around for 20 minutes trying to find the hotel which is no fault of theirs

I ended up parking at the Sheraton, walking to the hotel and asking how to get my vehicle there and they were super helpful Besides that, just little things like my key card not working and the eggs for breakfast being sliced like cubes instead of fluffed to try to imitate actual eggs At the end of the day, I would stay there again because the rooms were fine, staff was amazing, and the food nearby was out of this world Not to mention that they have the GOOD dog treats (the bacon ones) My pups are so picky about treats and usually don’t take the hand outs (spoiled) but they happily ate the bacon treats they were offered

Ashley Nickell

My friend found bedbugs in her room We were all on the same floor and only one room apart maybe After going to the front desk and telling them about it I was instructed to go back to my room and wait for the manager to call me

We had video evidence I was told after the hotel staff confirm they were bedbugs in my room they would contact me I still have not been contacted and I am unsure if it was inspected by a pest control company As I was told my friends room did not have bedbugs and there was not a bug guy at the hotel We had to bag all our clothing We had to change hotels this was during a competition and database inconvenience we missed performances It made the day extremely stressful and definitely put a damper on our trip to Oklahoma City Three out of the forecast in my room have bites on them I would just like small solution to this issue We have had to steam Everything that can’t be washed, we have to have a car treated, And we have costumes that cannot be washed or have steam applied to them so now we are trying to figure out how to salvage 2 to $300 costumes

It would be nice if there was a half a star option for this location Where should I start??? Two words BED BUGS! When it was brought to the attention of the ladies at the front desk, she was very nonchalant as if she knew about it When I checked in she gave me an upgrade

Nice upgrade to have been bitten on the right side of my should and upper back I had to replace my clothes This lady gave delayed empathy and offered to give me quarters to put my clothes in the dryer I came to Oklahoma with a purpose and putting clothes in the dryer with the intention of killing bed bugs was not part of that purpose I do appreciate one of the ladies that was there Saturday in the afternoon She was not aware of what happened but she immediately expressed GENUNINE Empathy I wish I would have seen her name to give her kudos So in a nutshell stay ay this hotel only if you want the “Red Bite Special”

Good Day Farm

I booked my stay with the app, before seeing all the negative reviews on google I was worried…But honestly my experience wasn’t that bad

First, great location if you want to be in downtown, and of course the parking is limited I’ve stayed in several inter city high end hotels, free or on site parking is rare, so this hotel not having that isn’t an issue to me… Always call the property ahead if you need parkingThe suite was nice, but honestly nothing over the top The chair in my room has seen better days, should be replacedRoom was clean and quiteAll the staff I interacted with was great, truly a pleasureThe lobby is nice, and a good area to sit and enjoy some coffeeI was disappointed that they still charge extra for club level room with lounge access, even though the lounge is closed They need to update the website and price for this…But, bottom line, for the price, this was an excellent in city hotel, great people to deal with alsoI would definitely stay here again, the issues I had were very minor

We had a fantastic 7-day stay The room was very spacious and very comfortable The hotel itself is located in a great area to walk to restaurants

The restaurant in the hotel was very good as well We valet parked, and it was the best situation for us We texted about 20 minutes before we’d need the car, and it’d be there waiting when we got down to the street Mitchell Morris was one of the valets This young man was extremely polite and attentive to every guest, and we watched him run every time someone called for their car He made an incredibly favorable impression on behalf of the hotel

Great area, nice hotel Valet was very warm and friendly but the rest of the staff was pretty cold Room was big and spacious

Couch had weird stains on the cushions Stains from food or something on the ceiling They aren’t very detailed cleaners, it could have used a really good cleaning Bed was insanely uncomfortable with big ruts in the mattress Most of the outlets didn’t work Not a horrible experience but I probably wouldn’t stay there again

We liked the spacious rooms and beds were comfortable, liked that it had a kitchenette, and clean for the most part Breakfast was okay but the waffle maker wasn’t working Looks nice but very cheaply built, many items/walls damaged, missing handles on kitchen cabinets

Appliances and front of cabinets are scratched Poor placement of microwave (does not open all the way lol) toilet seat was loose so my husband fixed it and one of the floor tiles was loose

*CAT OWNER*Nice and clean hotel, they accommodated to my cat and I ($20 per fee, non refundable) The front desk employee was polite and greeted with a smile

The room was clean and the bathroom was well equipped with hair dryer, etc The shower was clean and heated quickly and the pressure was good!Free shuttle to Bricktown too! 😊I would recommend staying here with or without pets

We drove across country These rooms, by far, were the best And that’s competing with a “luxury” hotel in New Mexico

Our room had a two-element stove and pots and pans (which we used), a bright and pristine aesthetic and cleanliness, a full-sized refrigerator and freezer, which we had an issue with at EVERY other stop we made across the country And this location is a short, straight shot to downtown OKC But it also provides a shuttle there anyway! And service was great! 5 stars!

We had a comfortable and great experience at the hotel The hotel smells fantastic in the lobby and throughout the hotel It’s a soft fresh scent which is lovely

Page, at check in was friendly and joyful Kim, the office manager made our stay extra special by acknowledging us as we entered and exited the hotel And finally, Julie is sales was attentive and professional Oh, the coffee is spectacular and one of the best tasting coffee drinks ever

Haley Burrows

Hotel is clean and offers convenient paid parking, but if you don’t like noise don’t stay here Second time to give it a try and the doors and walls are so thin, you can literally hear everything in the lobby or adjoining room (if you have one) Definitely won’t be staying here again just because of the noise level

Bless you if you get a room on the south side over the bar, on one of the lower levels, cause you’re not getting any sleep 😳

Kristi Thurmon

We loved staying here with our dog There is a dog park on site that is nice and convenient The staff was really friendly

The hotel was clean, the beds were soft and the parking was easy and close I gave it 4 stars because It was very noisy because of the bar and some really obnoxious kids there for a baseball tournament If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the northwest side of the hotel

Had a reservation but when I arrived there they didn’t have a room for me The front desk lady told me they were sold out for the night to find out the next morning they weren’t actually full by another employeeThese rooms do not have a microwave

I did not have a trash can in my room and my sink was dirty was mudThere is no complimentary breakfast, in fact it was $1295 plus a 91% sales tax, so nearly a $15 meal I had to stay the first night of my trip next door at the Hampton Inn and they had the same breakfast there for freeUpdate- I advised the staff that my sink needed to be cleaned and that I need a trash can in my room before I left for the day I returned and my room was not cleaned, sheets weren’t replaced, and still no clean sink or trash canAlso my shower would not heat up any more than luke warm

Jazmine Smooth

I walk into the building and the smell of animals hit my nose to the hundred power!!! Once I get to the room on the 4th floor, so I kick back ready to take a nice shower then I realize the bathroom door is shape like a barn with a sliding door that dosnt shut all the way no privacy at all also the floor I was on was packed instead of being spaced away from other residents I give this place a1 star

Nicole Richards

I wish there was an option for zero stars I drove across the country and this was the worst hotel that I stayed in anywhere in the US! The laundry, hot tub, ice maker, and refrigerator were out of order

I asked about the ice maker and was told to go to another floor to get it I got a rash from the bedsheets It has been several days and the rash will not go away I would 100% not recommend this hotel to anyone!
