Front desk and breakfast staff were helpful and friendly Very spacious rooms but need updating Full kitchen but extremely limited cookware- we had to request a frying pan

Only complaint is housekeeping- we stayed for about a month between homes and requested housekeeping weekly They never changed the sheets, didn’t vacuum, didnt wipe down surfaces and left some trash cans full The only way I could tell they were even there was because we got fresh towels and shampoo

magdalena rosario

It room was clean and bed was comfortable We would have rated better but no hot water had to take shower in another room after calling several times to guest services We were locked put of our room due to batteries died so our card did not work

There was no compensation for all the inconveniences I have stayed at many Residents in and never had as many issues

Charlice M Drexler

I scheduled a room and was put in room 702 I liked the layout of the room with tall ceiling and large window As soon as I got inside I went straight to the bathroom, the toilet looked like it did not clean for weeks

Full of stains of people’s business in their The carpet has stains on it The tub was rusty, the kitchen counter and microwave were dirty I had to talk to front desk person and she sent someone to clean the room I was supposed to stay there for 7 nights I was so unhappy I did not want to be charged for last minute cancellation so I only stayed for 2 nights To tell you the truth, I will never stay in this hotel nor will I let anyone I know stay in this place

I have stayed here several nights on multiple occasions The staff is always friendly and very helpful The rooms are decent, a little noisy and a little too warm, the thermostat only goes down to 68

The location works well for me, within walking distance of pretty much everything in the third ward You can even easily walk to the Milwaukee Art Museum But definitely come back

Ellis

Recently, I met a friend who came into town for a few days Very pleasant front desk employees! However, the porters could use a lesson or two in customer service I was carrying two heavy bags up the stairs, and along with a porter being in the way at the top of the stairs, he never even offered to open the door

Personally, I can’t comment on the rooms since I didn’t stay there but my friend said hers was comfortable

Sarah Hyndman

Nice place, lovely staff! Stay was greatThat said, just double check the prices before you book Taxes are really high

Total cost was $200/room/night plus a $50 hold per night on your room We were initially charged $500 for two nights when we arrived And then parking costs $36 per night Just check the details twice before you book

My wife and I stayed two nights on 6/27-29/2022 and it was Fabulous! We were greeted at check in by Rick (one of the two owners) and he asked us a few questions to make our breakfast and stay personalized and perfect for us The breakfasts were some of the best food we have had in a very long time Laura Sue (the other owner) made sure our breakfast experience was perfect both mornings

The mansion is easy to get to, in a great location that is easily accessible to all of Milwaukee and it sites, and a perfect blast to the past in an historically preserved setting It has good off-street parking for guests We brought a dinner back to eat in the beautiful garden by the fountain Overall this was a very beautiful

Phillip Kolter

I treated my wife, Ginger with High Tea at the historic Schuster Mansion as a combination Birthday and Anniversary gift Our host, Laura was so wonderful in guiding us through the process of selecting our Tea flavor before seating us in the “sun room” portion of the House Very eloquent with fabulous tasting treats! We also had a nice chat with the proprietors near the end of our eating

The “High Tea” was much nicer than the “Low Tea” we did years earlier Very highly recommended!! 👍❤👍

Patrick Schommer

Outstanding service in a fine Victorian bed and breakfast Laura Sue and Rick go out of their way to ensure each guest is treated like the most important visitor in the inn No question was too ignorant

No request was too bold We stayed for one night on a Saturday and checked in right away We were asked about our personal breakfast menu and timing, and then we were shown to our room There is so much history and so many details to view on the way and within the room The food the next morning was perfectly prepared and presented at the appointed time Each couple had their own table or area, so we were together but not too close We were able to chat and find out even more about the red mansion We had a wonderful time!

Noelle Wiebusch

Very pleased with our experience at the Pfizer The entire building had a vintage appeal with modern upgrades Dominic helped us at the front desk and was very kind

We even received a text from him later in the evening, asking if he could do anything to make our experience better He answered all of our questions regarding the pool and spa!We are at the Cafe in the morning and had the “Hungry Man” breakfast Delicious! The only thing I can think of that was slightly negative about our experience was that the bathtub wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, and when we ordered room service, the food was coldAlso (and not at any fault of the hotel), DON’T park in the parking lot across the street They’ll charge you a huge fee if you’re there over 24 hours You’re better off going with the hotel’s valet servicesDefinitely will be going again!

We just spent a short weekend away at the Pfister and could not have had a better time! It is a beautiful space, but what really took our experience over the top was the staffAlyson at the lobby bar was one of the best bartenders I’ve ever met – kind, organized, outgoing, friendly, and so thoughtful She took the time to talk with us about the hotel’s history and amazing artist in residence program, and the drinks were all fantastic! Despite a very full bar and the fact that she was churning out drinks for everyone she still took the time to chat with us – impressive multitasking! The second night we were there she was serving and noticed that we hadn’t yet found a seat – she remembered what we had ordered the night before and brought us our drinks before we even ordered, which we appreciated so much

We felt like we were at our neighborhood bar at home!Marco at the concierge desk was so lovely – he took our photos and even helped us pose 🙂 It was a great addition to our stayAlexa at the bar at Mason Street Grill was absolutely fantastic – she had a full bar and was so on top of each guest’s needs Her attitude was so positive and friendly! The food there was also incredible – the salmon dish is to die for and the filet was perfectly cookedI would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone – the comfortable rooms and beautiful ambiance are fantastic, and make sure you have at least a drink or two and a meal inside the hotel – the staff will blow your mind!

Love! Love! Love! Do you want to feel like a Hollywood star, important individual or simple feel like when you walked in it matters that you chose to stay here Then, this hotel is a right place for you The atmosphere is friendly and kind as well as a little mysterious with all the decor and unique artwork

The front desk staff was beyond accommodating, professional and kind The bartender was super nice and even gave me a free soda since I wasn’t looking to get a drink i went up to front desk to exchange a $20 to tip him, and they did it without any problems I only wish I would take down their names The rooms are beautiful, place is gorgeous and wow wow wow their Christmas tree (I was there December 18-20) was spectacular Looking forward to staying here again soon! Thank you Pfister staff, you are one of a kind, amazing, caring and incredible people

The 2 bartenders were amazing, all while carrying the weigh of their coworker who call out Front desk were also helpful Would definitely stay here again Thanks for retaining awesome employees!

Amy Bowman

This is a cool hotel! It has a swanky feel from the moment you walk in and are greeted by the bellhop, to the moment you pull open the door to enter the elevator, to your first steps into your room and view the full mini bar Hotel staff were very welcoming and kind; the bed was comfy and room had everything we needed and all in working order: Mr Kennedy Johnson was the perfect shuttle driver; this was all around a really nice stay

Kelsey Maciag

Stayed here because it was across the street from the ICP concert I came into town for I didn’t like that I had to remove my face paint coming back into the hotel especially since I did my face paint while in my room, so that policy didn’t make any sense to me and also wasn’t mentioned to me at all until I tried to walk back in and they told me to wipe it off with baby wipes but other than it was a great stay

The people at the front counter were helpful and friendly The complimentary shuttle was a huge bonus & the man who runs the shuttle/does baggage check in the mornings is such a sweetheart! The hotel also has a cute little bar with fun drinks & prices

Although my stays are comped, I do feel the rooms could be cleaner, vacuuming everywhere and shampooing the carpets more often would be welcome Sometimes the room was spotless but the tables were not wiped off The biggest issues for me is that it would be nice if they could monitor guest smoking marijuana in the rooms and hallways

If there was a microwave in each room, that would be amazing Overall I enjoy my stay and the staff is always so friendly and accommodating

Sara Bella

The hotel was very nice Our room was large, cleaned, and well kept The bed was soft with 4 nice pillows

The bathroom was cleaned and fully stocked The casino had many fun games, we enjoyed our time on multiple machines Very disappointed when the restaurant closed 2 hours earlier and the bars on the casino floor where under staffed

Alice Cartwright

My friend and I stopped by yesterday and got some lunch to go but it was a good experience but I don’t gamble but there was a lots of people playing the colts that seemed to be enjoying themselves and having a good timeThe food was delicious and I enjoyed it tooThe place is clean and the workers are kind and friendly and I like thatSo if you like to gamble it ‘s the place to check ✔️ out or if you just want to get something to eat the food is good

So if you’re looking for something to do check ✔️ them out

Great location Clean room FRIENDLY staff

The room was small but we were only there to sleep, so that wasn’t a big deal We book through Priceline and it showed that there was a pool No pool, but there were so many other things to do in the area that we didn’t miss it The kids loved the old US Mail drops Parking was very close and economical Would stay there again!

Hannah Avdic

The hotel has a great location downtown Close to the riverside and pabst theater The staff wasn’t very kind

Other breakfast was pretty empty when we went downstairs I went to inform the front desk and had to wait until they finished a conversation They then brought out cold coffee, not even fresh There were 6 people behind the front desk, as the trash cans were overflowing The beds were the ones with metal springs, so uncomfortable my back hurt for 3 days The rooms were clean though I wouldn’t stay here again

Trina Richardson

Joyce (Front Desk Manager) and Gwen (Room Cleaning Manager) were both very nice and accommodating When we first arrived we were assigned a room the size of a young child’s bedroom When we went back down to ask if we could be switched to another room, Joyce did not hesitate and the next room she gave us was nice and spacious

The only 3 things we didn’t like was that all 4 of the pillows were soft instead of a mix of soft and firm and the breakfast was not good at all (fake sausage and fake cheese omelettes, boiled eggs, cold cereal, yogurt and bagels) There are other breakfast places within walking distance Third, parking is $20 per day in the parking garage across the street So keep that in mind Maybe it would help if they could validate our parking voucherWe didn’t go down to complain about those things because everyone had been so accommodating in all of the other areasOverall, Joyce and Gwen were awesome!! I hope management will give them great raises and promotions! Gwen gave suggestions on where to eat dinner and things to do ❤️Hope my review was helpful!!TRS

Be sure to check your credit card after leaving this hotel They charged my husband and I twice for our room They tried to claim we had agreed to a higher rate than we did, and that there were two charges because I added my husband’s name to the reservation as a “guest” so they “split” the charge (a ridiculous explanation)

They refused to refund me for the second charge After presenting the confirmation email with the actual agreed to rate to corporate Marriott, they were able to correct the situation

Gualter Amarelo

This has to be one of the nicest Marriotts I have been to across the country! The staff was fun and I love the setup and furniture of each room! The hotel restaurant really well done and has plenty of different places to sit with a really classy bar design

wu abyss

I am member of Marriott, this is the worst experience I had with the hotel branch It begins with their sloppy service I booked a room for my family of 5, but all the supplies in the room are only for 2 people

And the tub is very slippery Then we found the TV is not working I called front desk twice , they came to change the controller twice I can turn it on, but the TV keeps restarting because of the short of memory It is really annoying when you have two kids who want to watch Disney channels Then we realize the water in the sink drains so slow, I have to call front desk again to have someone fix it So frustrated Find a different hotel if you plan to visit

Was able to get a ton of miles on my advantage account while enjoying a stay here Some of the staff were really nice and a couple were not so pleasant but that’s in it I guess The valet service was top notch all four employees on the different shifts were very helpful and super friendly

The pool table in the lobby was a fun addition to the experience Maybe the thermostat could have gone higher than 75f in the room but other than that everything was clean and perfect We had one issue where we requested a late checkout and the front desk gave us till 1pm at check in but the next day staff was knocking on our door They were very pleasant and accommodating when we told them about the late checkout requested we just wished the shift evening before had noted that so we didn’t have to go through the awkward encounter of having to explain why we were still in the room after 12pm Beyond that, highly recommend if you can afford(it’s not budget friendly) and will be in Milwaukee looking for a nice place to stay

Meena Y

Stayed here for a week on a business trip and I can say I enjoyed my experience Everyone on the staff that I came into contact with was hospitable, warm, and helpful The room was clean (although I wish it had better lighting and a better view)

Also, the rooftop bar has a great drinks and food and a view of the city that is beautiful at night

Christopher Drenth

Kimpton journeyman is a really cool hotel It is super dog-friendly They have fun events every day

They have clean facilities and they even have bikes that you can rent for freeTheir rooftop bar is fun, and their cafe is delicious although it’s hard to commit to their coffee when there are so many other good coffee shops aroundSome knocks against kimpton are- the price, it’s rather expensive for a fairly traditional hotel room- no pool to relax in- no complimentary breakfast (it’s an up charge on your bill)- valet parking is another $37 dollarsSome great things are:- the soaking tubs- location, location, location- staff are very friendly and inviting- dog-friendly

Such an interesting hotel to stay in! Art work caught your eye with color and texture The location was great so one could walk to downtown, the lakefront, and to the vast array of restaurants in the area Staff was so wonderful

They were always friendly and helpful The room was very clean with neat decor that went along with the theme of the hotel Every room had a ukulele and colored pencils! Even the fitness room was very clean with updated machines and cardio equipment with the added bonus of sweat towels (which came in very handy!) Happy with my stay there and view from my room was very nice too!

Sarah Streicher

Stayed one night, overall it was okay The hotel itself is beautiful, in a great location and the staff was friendly I’m not sure if I would stay again though for the price

Our room was decorated nice, but there was dust everywhere It seems like no one stayed in our room for awhile and it was neglected while cleaning As you can see in my pictures, there was a thick coat of dust all over Pretty disappointed as I didn’t feel like the room was cleaned properly There also wasn’t a microwave in the room which would have been nice It was fine for a night, but not sure I’d return

This was my first trip to Milwaukee and I am grateful this is where I stayedThe Hotel Staff were amazing and kind Shout out to Noah and the other Front Desk Team

As well as the Vallet StaffThe room was spacious, clean, and well equipped The best part of my stay was the bed Westin hotels always have nice beds but this was the best one yet

Maya Jerdy

Stayed at many hotels and this is easily among my favourites The staff is impeccable The restaurant is delicious

The amenities are great The gym has two pelotons and full equipment spread + weight sets The rooms are clean and well-taken care of The area easily supports walking anywhere worthwhile in-townI couldn’t recommend more!Shout out to Julia from reception who brought me ice, water, and some goodies when I hurt myself and was noticeably struggling That was beyond kind but nothing unexpected for this fabulous hotel

Jessica Allen

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good However housekeeping was not friendly if you ask for something wouldn’t even acknowledge you at the door The most damaging which overall resulted in this low rating was the fact that we had no sheets, pillows, or anything of the sort for the pull out couch and when I did pull the couch out to make it we found packs of cigarettes and joints

Friendly staff delivering great service from everyone The hotel is beautiful and so clean Nice bed which delivered one of the best nights sleep

I especially loved the bathroom and shower Just beautiful We were given two tickets for two drinks each for happy hours Didn’t realized we would be served a full course dinner doing this time Food was excellent! Breakfast was a full course with pancakes and potatoes All of this is included in your stay We stayed for two nights and enjoyed been in the thick of all of the happenings Great hotel and great location Go Milwaukee, I’m truly in love with your city!

Laura Hoff

I stayed here while looking for apartments in Milwaukee and had an excellent experience Every staff member I encountered was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about their guests having a good time The free breakfasts and manager’s special every day helped make my trip stress-free

The general manager and his assistant manager both deserve raises for the excellent service The general manager, Chris, actively helped me find apartments and even went out of his way to offer me a discounted room to stay in while I wait for my apartment to get ready for move-in Plus, the downtown location made walking around the city easy and convenient

Amanda Zima

This was a great place to stay on our trip to Milwaukee! The hotel staff were beyond friendly, breakfast and kickback dinner were good and plentiful The 3 complimentary cocktails were an added bonus! Hotel and room were very clean and the bed was very comfortable The only suggestion I would have is the check in was confusing at first

The parking garage says there is access to the hotel by the skywalk but if you are first arriving, you need to actually go out and onto the first floor first Wish there was a sign or they listed that on the website Overall, this is a great hotel and I would definitely stay again

The service at Hotel Metro was 5 stars! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by valet to assist with our vehicle, then greeted by the front desk who recognized me as a Marriott member Thank you! We felt very welcomed in a beautiful lobby and was surprised by the size of our room! The room was very clean and the minor details for additional cleanliness did not go unnoticed (plastic on Kcups, sugar, glassware)! Even though it was a quick one night, it was a great stay Thank you Hotel Metro!

Had a few questions for staff and the response time for their chat was hours later Had called the morning of to see if we had to make reservations for the restaurant, stated we didn’t and failed to tell us it was closed for a event going on I’m there Wish they had said that in the morning

Room was really nice Just not somewhere I would go again on a budget A hotel with no pool, paid parking and no free breakfast just shouldn’t be that much money Plus I didn’t even think to look at the room amenities for a microwave in the room, I thought that was in all rooms for hotels It’s isn’t for here That was my fault for not reading what was offered Very clean hotel, large rooms So if you have money and don’t mind the extra amenities not being offered it’s a nice hotel

We were super disappointed with our stay, especially after reading all the reviews Perhaps they are struggling to find help like the rest of the hotel industry, but it was more like staying at a mom and pop hotel on the side of the highway than a high end luxury hotel The restaurant service was poor

The hotel needed a good once over Scuff marks and fingerprints on walls, doors and the elevator Everyone spoke about the incredible service – maybe we got the wrong crew for our short stay But when you pay $700 a night because it’s graduation weekend – and the entire city of Milwaukee is gouging you – you expect a little more than what they had to offer

Comfortable, clean, convenient airport hotel My colleagues and I spent a short time at this location Our business and flight schedule requiring accommodations near the airport

Due to our brief visit, my observation and experience with the hotel’s amenities is limited This is not a new property The hotel has been remodeled, rehabbed and rebranded to a Crown Plaza The hotel facilities appeared to be from several decades ago and most likely was built under a different brand ( my guess would be a Holiday Inn??) However, the hotel is clean and well maintained The lobby and common guest areas have been remodeled and refurbished, giving a very pleasant welcoming experience My guestroom was average size hotel room It was clean, comfortable and quiet My room included two double beds, large flat screen TV and mini-fridge In my opinion, the bathroom needs attention and serious upgrades Although I believe it was completely clean, the age of the bathroom fixtures and features gave me not the most pleasant experience In addition, I would have appreciated much hotter water for my shower and shave The hotel has a restaurant, but I didn’t have a chance to dine The hotel has a very nice gift shop adjacent the lobby and front desk I didn’t make a purchase, but I did visit and look around It was well stocked and had a nice selection of food, beverage and toiletries The check in and departure process was very pleasant and efficient Both the evening and morning front desk staff was wonderful Very friendly, polite and professional The hotel provides a complimentary airport service Departing the hotel early morning went perfect; shuttle on-time and very pleasant, safe ride with an excellent driver The only issue my colleagues and I experienced with the shuttle was on arrival at Milwaukee Upon our flight arrival we called the hotel for pickup Unfortunately, it took approximately 35 – 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive Ordinarily, this is just a small inconvenience issue However, waiting outside in winter temperatures hovering around 10 degrees and ice/snow on the ground, it was quite uncomfortable (especially for me, being a Florida resident!) Once the shuttle arrived the driver never offered any explanation for the delay The drive is only about 10 minutes, but seemed an eternity as the evening driver was driving very fast in winter conditions and playing very loud music In conclusion, this hotel is perfect for short-term stays, especially if you need accommodations near General Mitchell International Airport

Traveling in a post-pandemic era, my expectations for this property were low American “delayed” my flight until the next day and provided a complimentary room The shuttle bus driver was professional, friendly & prompt

The room was clean, spacious & well-equipped with decent wifiWhen you have an airport-centric property, the operation of the shuttle bus to the airport is an integral part of the stay and I’ve had some bad experiences elsewhere The morning shuttle driver was just as professional, friendly & prompt I would stay here again without hesitation

The front desk was nice, and beds were comfortable but housekeeping need to be trained better They came in our room 3 times, unannounced! I have not clue what they were doing My husband had to call the front desk to tell them to make sure it didn’t happen again

The rooms were outdated and we had to switch rooms because the TV in the living area kept going in an out The TV was definitely outdated The ice machine and elevator was out for almost 2 days, and we had to have housekeeping vaccum our room because there were particles on the floor The floors need shampooing My family and I stayed for 4days, and would most likely not stay again

First the good: the staff are excellent and do their best to make your stay great! Literally would never change their fantastic service Also, the lobby is lovely and there is an indoor walkway to the nearby convention center The problem comes from how out-of-date the rooms are

They are quite small and tend to feature double beds, while most new hotels have more reasonably sized queen-sized ones There are also no microwaves or mini fridges, and the TVs are laughably tiny Overall, this hotel is long overdue for an update to get up to the level of its fabulous staff! RENOVATE, HILTON!

David Uselmann

This is an elegant hotel It has a grand entrance and the check-in desk is on the second level The next door parking garage has a convenient connection to this floor

They have what looks like a grand ballroom but I couldn’t get a look at it The staff were all pleasant, courteous, and helpful The breakfast is delicious but not included in the room stay cost I liked the room shower head but the shampoo has an unpleasant smell

T S

I’d rate 35 if allowed to choose a half star Rooms are standard and were clean and generally quiet

Rooms do not have a fridge or microwave and the bathroom was small No pool on-site, but plenty of event space This is a busy hotel with few restaurants which made eating challenging with little time It’s has a sky walk to the convention center which made it very convenient for the purpose of our visit It’s also not too far from restaurants, and attractions, but beware – most restaurants open late or close early adding to the challenge of finding dinner before 4 and after 10 on a weekend Staff was helpful and pleasant but hard to get ahold of via the in-room phone Common areas were clean The parking charge was not outrageous compared to other big cities

Booked 3 night at the Knickerbocker Overall, a pleasant place to stay Our experience with the staff was OK

The bed in our suite was not good (very important to me) and overall the suite was clean We had construction jackhammering outside our room the 2 days we stayed there A few areas in our room needed cosmetic work (peeling paint, etc) We ended up being very sick the first and second night and needed to leave the third night There was no accommodating this and they stuck to their no refund or discount policy Overall, if they’re going to be a beautiful hotel getaway with a restaurant and a spa they did not meet my expectations for hospitality, friendliness and environment

The building is beautiful and holds lots of history and character The rooms were great! When we arrived the front desk person didn’t greet me or give me her full attention The phone kept ringing and she didn’t ignore it for me

Being the paying customer, I would have expected more of a warm welcome Being from out of town, I was not informed ahead of time the need to pay for valet parking each night of $32 We were lucky enough to find meter parking in the street instead but very frustrating, especially when you aren’t expecting it The rooms were beautiful, comfy bed, and a lot to offer in the room since it comes with a full kitchen The hotel itself doesn’t include a pool or Jacuzzi but does have a workout room Given we were there for an anniversary trip, we would have preferred the pool/jacuzzi The location was ok but not very close for walking to places Overall, a cool place to stay but not totally worth it

Blue Buterfly

The building itself is worth visiting! They’ve done an amazing job remodeling the old PBR brewery I loved the exposed brick and looking up into the copper kettles Room was clean and comfortable

Would have liked a fan in the bathroom but it was also clean Front desk was friendly and knowledgeable about the building and area Discovered after leaving my (extremely sentimental) necklace fell off while sleeping and they found it and mailed it to me THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT!!! You’ll never know how much it means to me to have it back Positive experience, would stay again

Raven Parkos

Beautiful building, lovely wonderful staffI loved exploring the building, it’s beautiful and the architecture is breathtaking A great place if you’re into photography or history Breakfast was super limited, but there’s other options close by

Valet parking was $32 a night but honestly not a deal breaker for the level of convenience they offer All around a great stay!!!

This hotel is a modest 6 story with no good views The rooms are nice inside and appear to have been refreshed recently I like the layout with 2 queen beds and a good sized desk

The shower and toilet are have a door with the sink outside so 2 can get ready at one time This is a mid level hotel so not as luxurious as many Marriott hotels are The front desk person was efficient and got me checked in within moments He seemed experienced and knows the layout of the hotel enough to answer questions about the rooms No suites were available this week

Morgan Stewart

The hotel itself was really nice and clean The staff was great and very professional We arrived early, but they were able to get us checked into a room quickly

The original room they put us in had an issue, but they promptly switched us to another room with no hassle at all I would love to have left a five star review, but unfortunately our night time/sleep experience was pretty terrible We woke up around midnight to really loud music, shouting, doors constantly opening and closing (not quietly), etc It was like we got a room within a block of rooms reserved for a party Ended up calling the front desk as it was definitely the room right next door and wasn’t seeming to wind down, they said they’d take care of it Laid awake hearing this and not able to sleep until at least 1:30-2 and the staff never seemed to address it That made for a far less than desirable experience and has me up in the air if I’d return

Marie Nilson

This was a typical experience at a Marriott Courtyard so if you’ve stayed there before this location is on par for what to expect However, I have to say the staff here are wonderful! Kind and extremely accommodating from small requests like a vase for flowers to a big request like when our room reeked of mold Location was perfect for us being ~10 minutes walking distance from the conference center

Great market hall next door with lots of food options

I liked the place A lot of what other negative reviewers state is true: super small bathrooms, old furniture and patch jobs here and there But who cares

The beds were super comfy, shower was nice and hot, TV was nice It’s a good hotel despite its age The rooms are reasonably priced and ALL the staff were incredibly nice and helpful If you want a gigantic bathroom and the newest furniture possible then stay at a $400 a night hotel The only reason I docked it 2 stars is they have what would normally be a complimentary breakfast bar at hotelsit was $18 freaking…COME ON HYATT!!!

Debbie Matheny

The hotel is decent Our room was a king size room with a ‘city view’ The view was of construction

No big deal! The location to our venue was within walking distance The real issue was the fact that the hotel charged my credit card $41869 and states they only charged me $34891 (with a reimbursement of $50 for incidentals) leaving my total bill at $29891 after the reimbursement My Visa bill still shows a charge of $41869 Customer service was absolutely no help at all just wanting to speak with my bank I definitely do NOT recommend this hotel 🥲

Jennifer Bird

I booked this hotel as the ratings were better then another hotel in the area I myself work in a hotel so I was disappointed in the hyatt and its cleanliness The parking garage elevator and stairs were disgusting, the hotel elevators were also disgusting

I couldn’t believe that there was no mattress protector or bottom sheet on the bed as well The room was a good size and clean but the carpet looks like it needs to be cleaned Bathroom was small and the shower head and bathtub faucet sprayed every which way but down The front desk was great though Super nice even though they could see I was in a not so great mood I’m sorry but I’ve paid way less for nicer hotels that have things included so why I paid this much for a room and then having to pay $24 for overnight parking when there is no breakfast or pool was crazy to me I will not stay here again
