Great stay, beautiful, modern and clean hotel The personnel was friendly and helpful Breakfast was really good

My only problem was that they didn’t make the beds for our second night I don’t know if this is a new thing with hotels as it happens to me at another hotel before The rest was all good The location was perfect for me as I was looking at some interest of mine in the area, but if you are going to downtown Oklahoma it may be a bit far

The experience was damaging enough to where I have lost confidence in the brandThe room was dirty Beds were made and waste baskets had new trash bags in them

However, further examination showed that sheets were not clean and mattress cover had enough questionable organic debris to elicit a closer look at the roomUpon doing so, found a nail on the floor, old food all over the room’s floor, and someone’s dirty clothes in the closet cabinet, removing all doubt regarding the state of cleanliness of your hotel, especially considering the level of supposed cleanliness you claim to practice in times of growing covid and monkey pox casesI don’t know how you will regain my business considering that when I left and booked in a nearby hotel and commented on the situation – without naming your hotel – they said ” let me guess” and guessed correctly, stating I had “no idea how many times they have heard similar stories about your hotel”For the sake of your brand and commitment to the communities at large, do better and adhere to your IHG clean premise where “guests are reassured that: Good isn’t good enough – we’re committed to high levels of cleanliness That means clean, well maintained, clutter free rooms that meet our standards If this isn’t what you find when you check-in then we promise to make it right”Make it right!

Not returningI was promised by Shelby I was to be charged for one night In the end they did not follow through The toilet clogged with little toilet paper placed

There is only one attendant on every shift The room was not clean when I arrived When I asked for it to be cleaned, they only changed the linens I was very disappointed with the quality of service The only positive about this location is the gentleman named Derrick I believe Tall black or Hispanic male I shouldn’t have been promised for a one night stay and then not receive the compensation as promised by Shelby I wish I took a picture of the nasty goo on the wall to the right when entering

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area

I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you won’t be disappointedWe always love staying at the Hilton Garden Suites We had another great visit The spot is convenient and the Valet is the cherry on top This time Landon S surpassed our expectations with his attention to detail and courtesy The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly

Jerry McGinnis

I’m a Hilton Diamond Member The good: Very clean, well maintained property conveniently located

Lobby is large, nice and relaxing Beds were good and supportive The bad: the hotel is trying to get your money at every corner No free coffee after breakfast hours, the shower was cold for the first 3 days because the maintenance people set temperature stops to conserve hot water The parking garage which has company logos all over it changes the cost of parking depending on what events may be happening They will randomly raise prices just to take more of your money You must pay before entering the garage Sometimes $10, sometimes $15, sometimes $20 Valet is $25/night Ridiculous Other downtown hotels have parking, but Hilton Garden Inn is trying to find another to take your money Management doesn’t care Stay somewhere else!

Kick It Up A Lash with Charissa

Over all a decent experience Had some issues with Valet parking the truck but it got handled and worked out fine Had some more issues with check in times

Got an email check in was 11:59an but really was at 3pm But over all it all worked out an was a successful night stayTheir breakfast 🥞🍳 was absolutely amazing!!

The food was amazing Steak was cooked how I wanted, seasoned perfectly Very good selection of wine

Chef came to our table and we got to talk about the meal Great time all around Only down side was we were stuck with the valentine’s day menu The website did mention that this menu would be used so I was aware that it would not be the typical selection I just wanted a chicken option for an entrée rather than two steak and a lobster That being said everything was wonderful and I recommend highly

K Mo

This is my favorite hotel in the OKC area We spent our anniversary weekend here on a corner suite at the top, and the stay was just lovely! We loved all the extras in our suite, and it was HUGE The lobby is gorgeous, and the front desk people were courteous and congratulatory when we told them it was our anniversary

So sweet We enjoyed wine on the patio, the valet parking was quick and clean, and our room had absolutely no flaw in it I love the lobby, it’s so pretty I like how they’ve kept some very historical pieces and modernized it to give it a very unique and special feel It’s also great you can get to several fine dining establishments in just steps The breezeway can take you to Vast, and across the street is Mahogany Don’t forget Flint just steps from check in We enjoyed our stay so much and took advantage of all the wonderful places for drinks and dinner

Michael Noland

We did the couples escape here and have to say it was a let down The hotel lobby was nice but the rooms were nothing special at all The pillowcases had dirt or makeup on them, asked them for new ones and they just put them on the couch didn’t even put them on for us haha the sheets also had holes in them

The bed was decently comfortable, and having a restaurant downstairs is nice But for $450 for 1 night we expected a lot better The best part about this hotel is the Valet out front, they were all very friendly We wouldn’t ever stay here again

This was a nice place to stay at The bedroom set up was great My family enjoyed the fact that the toilet is separate from the showers

Also the couch that folded out into a bed was nice If I had to complain it would be about the swimming pool It was small We allowed the kids to swim because if us adult swam too there would have been no room at all

Cliff Burt

Location was great, price was good, and service was awesome Clean rooms and lobby, they have coffee, tea, hot chocolate in lobby constantly Rooms were big, clean, and have a big desk area

The only problem I had in the room was the bed, not very comfortable, the pillows weren’t either, and the coverswere lack lusterAlso the light comes in a good amount around the curtains, so it’s pretty bright in the room at nightIf they got better beds and it’s was more comfortable I’d be staying here everytime, but the beds for me it wasn’t as comfortable as the IHG holiday Inn next door, but the rooms are better and bigger

Janet Bailey

It was okay Our 2Q room was large and clean The shower is in a separate room from the toilet, which was nice

Both rooms have sliding doors Our room has a large closet Our sink didn’t drain, and the towels are both smaller than normal, thin, and scratchy The beds and pillows are comfortable The lighting is poor in the bathroom The carpet has stains There is a MW and mini fridge in the room

For the reasonable price, this place was great: clean, updated rooms, nice pool, and good hot breakfast Really appreciate enough towels in the room (didn’t have to ask for more) and a powerful hair dryer Those are the little things that kick the rating up to 5

And the young man at check in was so friendly and helpful He made the whole stay start off on a great note

Roger Coles

This place is very clean – in the rooms, the lobby and the hallways Everyone we met that works there is friendly and helpful All the essentials for a place to sleep while visiting the area

I will say it is 5 stars for the price It was almost as good as the Marriott hotels I am used to and for about half the price I like the beds and pillows of the Marriott, but cannot complain about the good night’s sleep we had at the Best Western

Jake Dilbeck

Power was out in our neighborhood thought we would get a pet friendly hotel for the night for our dog and 2 kids We have a 6 month old baby and a three year old Huge mistake!! Upon walking in the room a quick glance at the bed let me know everything

Looked liked someone peed all in the bed and made the bed over it The pillows and sheets were stained everywhere even had blood or brown spots after I took all the sheets off and requested new ones Upon getting more sheets they were dirty as well Had dog hair in them and were also stained in various places I felt so dirty just touching them We had to resort to staying at the house without power bc everyone was booked and no more rooms were available Definitely would not even let a homeless person sleep in something like that much less our children Lost a customer for lifeDO Better!!

Hotel is thoughtfully represented in a historic area of downtown, rightfully representing its past as a former ford factory Parking outside of valet is a bit out of the way, but a little walk is expected and enjoyed when your down town Just prepare for inclement weather if your not valet parking

Upon checking in the staff was extremely kind and helpful, they answered any questions we had and asked if we had stayed before In case you haven’t they will give you a run down of what to expect from the hotel, it’s amenities, and it’s rooms The food is great and can be ordered from room service, and while you wait you can take a stroll down the hills and through the lobby area, after all, your staying in a literal art museum The exhibits are unique and beautiful The purple penguins are an art exhibit within themselves but you can feel free to move and manipulate them Just don’t take one off the premises The rooms have high ceilings, espresso machines, industrial styles plumbing attachments, a lit closet, sliding doors, and a massive window beyond the head of the bed Converting this into a hotel was done so with ample thought Inside the room lighting is versatile and charging opportunities are ample Overall a great and interesting stay, even if just for a night, you can’t beat the pricing for what you receive If you get the chance to stay, book, book, book!!!!

Love this hotel, good location for a night life the 80s retro bar around the corner was awesome, the rooms was huge with tall ceilings and big widows A modern feel, the museum throughout the hotel on the first level was pretty cool and my kids loved it The art work on the other floors was pretty cool

The restaurant for the hotel was a bit pricey but good The staff was very accommodating Will definitely stay here again

Nannan Yang

All I can say is … it was different Between Mind-blowing and mind-boggling, I don’t know which one to say…Service: the staff are very friendly and always on top of everythingSurroundings: Sightseeing ~ not short of things to see … there’s museum, art exhibition, some creative art sculptures , and even a few videos /movies to watch

Room: upgraded to a suite Room was huge with tall ceilings and big widows Very modern and futuristicFacilities: restaurants offers gourmet food Their new restaurant that connects to the pool was doing a grand opening and tasting event at the time we were there I would love to go there and try the food if I go there again in the futureIf you are tired of the ordinary 5 star hotel owned by the big enterprises, definitely check this place out Nice for a change!

If you are a light sleeper i would avoid this hotel Especially if you are on the road side The road noise and the train noise goes on at all hours of the night and never stops

Not sure if the issue is better on the non- road side of the building but it might be?This was my only issue everything else was great

My first ever review, but I believe customer feedback is important for any establishment to remain successful: I am a Marriott Platinum Elite member, who’s spent thousands of dollars staying at Marriott hotel resorts, across multiple states and 64 times within the year of 2022 I recently had an experience with an employee who’s last name is Hobbs, at the Fairfield Inn Suites in downtown Oklahoma City, that immediately was counteractive of previous, pleasant and positive experiences I’ve had staying at the hotel with other employees who were greatThe employee greeted an older, Caucasian gentleman prior to me with courtesy, respect and a very welcoming and customer friendly attitude

EXAMPLE: He offered the gentleman a welcome gift, asked if there was anything he could do to accommodate his stay; very polite, courteous, helpfulMy Experience: Upon checking in and asking if there were any room upgrades available with Platinum Elite status he said no, and did not offer a welcome gift Upon asking for assistance to complete a possible room upgrade with 100,000 plus points I’ve accumulated, or cancelling the reservation and booking with points; instead of assisting and calling Marriott reservations to help with the process, he called the police and stated I was no longer a guest, was trespassing and unwilling to leave I thought that reaction and behavior to be very unwelcoming and extreme I immediately left the hotel and decided to pay double the cost of the canceled reservation to check in to the National Autograph hotel in downtown Oklahoma City, where it was a MUCH BETTER and a very different customer service experienceAll the best,- Kenneth Smith

Miss Mocha was the absolute best company and sweetest of spirits while enjoying a relaxing time at the bar She mixed me up the PERFECT little drink to my likings and made my night not so lonesome It’s always a pleasure, those rare moments with others, and I will say that I look forward to more in the future as I am a regular here at the OKC Downtown! Much love baby!!! MUAH

When we reached the hotel, Shay check us in She was very pleasant and nice to speak to She even allowed us an early check in, which is always great

The hotel was clean and the sweet was a nice size All members of staff were very pleasant to be around Eric was kind enough to show us to our next destination upon this check out I would recommend this hotel especially if you’re coming in with a family and would like to do some cooking or always have leftovers and need a refrigerator

Gabriela Vargas

I am a current guest here I have to say housekeeping is very nice and attentive when I ask for my room to be serviced When I checked in, the gentleman was very friendly and welcoming

There has been this older lady working the front desk she is very rude When I ask her a question, she looks like it kills her to answer it Why have someone who is not customer-friendly working at the front desk? She hates her job If she greeted me when I checked in I would of canceled my reservation because no one wants to stay there they feel there not wanted Please talk to her about the importance of customer service and smiling is part of that job

Ladydi

This particular unit had a kitchenette which was nice to have access to the microwave for reheating leftovers from restaurants and cooled off coffee Nice and clean room Fluffy towels after bathing and the bathroom was nice and clean

When I was in my teenage years I worked at a Ramada Inn as a Housekeeper It’s not an easy job at all Some people are pretty sloppy/messyThanks very much to the Housekeeping staffTell them thank you from us!!!Appreciate them with genuine compliments and I bet you’ll have a happier staff! 😊

Mixed experience The bed was comfortable, and the staff was nice Breakfast at Cafe Cuvee was good

But there were several issues with the hotel First, the ridiculous barn door on the bathroom does not actually close (there’s a gap of at least an inch on each side), so there’s no privacy Absurd! Even cheap hotels (and this hotel is not cheap) have functioning bathroom doors Second, there were empty soda cans from the previous occupant in the mini fridge Third, the robe in bathroom had a gross stain on the collar Fourth, we ordered room service, but we waited an hour until we discovered that they forgot our order The hotel did do the right thing and gave us free food + breakfast to make up for losing our order (and the manager was very apologetic), but it’s just another sign that something is going wrong at this hotelUPDATE A WEEK LATER: Also, they double charged me The manager was quick to fix the problem after I called about it, but come on

Stefanie Ervin

Check in was a breeze and the front desk personnel were very nice and shared information about the restaurant and barThe room was beautiful and had lovely decor The bed was soft and the tv was easy to use

The window shutter were nice but didn’t block out all the lights from outside Maybe next time I’ll bring a night mask to wear

masterdel masterdel

Inside the hotel is the Cuvee restaurant with French cuisine It was a delightful evening of libations, fine food and cordials There were some things lacking however

I would not recommend the muscles in wine sauce It came with French fries on top which were soaked from the broth The entree’s were the best The appetizers, not so much Having said that, the oysters on the half shell were creamy and delightful The house wine was also very good served in a crystal glass I had a Galiano in a Brandy snifter I asked for it warm it came cold and oddly it was in a thick heavy glass snifter, where crystal is a must The staff was wonderful but the entirety of the dining experience was off balancedIf you want elegance, just a chance to doll up, with your spouse, this is the restaurant for that special evening Thank you

My FAVORITE hotel! We’re not world travelers by any means but we have been to several countries in Europe, had the privilege of going to Israel and our stops in the US range from Alaska to Maine including Kansas City & many others in between Hands down, Embassy Suites in Norman, Oklahoma is by our favorite! We always ask for the 2 room suite-1king bed The bedroom is at the back and has a door to separate it from the rest of the suite

That allows me to sit & read without disturbing my husband There is a couch and a chair in addition to the desk chairs, so great sitting options for us who would rather chill in the room than stay out lateIn addition to the desk that has generous work area, we also really enjoy & use the separate ‘kitchen’ area equipped with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and safe The water pressure and temperature were great-better than our home The complimentary breakfast bar has a wonderful variety and convenient hours The complimentary evening reception with beverages & snacks is above and beyond anything we’ve experienced elsewhereThe towels are very nice quality, the hotel very clean, ample parking and well lighted Extremely safe with many choice restaurants nearby I’m sure I’m forgetting to share other pertinent details but bottom line, we are repeat customers and these are just some of the reasons why!

Kasey Wilson

Check in was quick and easy We received a text less than an hour from the hotel asking how our room was We have little kids and they love going to the pool

The pool water was a good temperature and not too cold for the kids The pool also kept lots of warm towels near the exit which made getting out of the pool with toddlers much easier Lots of restaurants close by and a cute bakery (that my kids loved) was close too The breakfast had lots of options and the staff did a great job keeping it fully stocked We will definitely be back

Amanda Avila

Such a great family friendly hotel We always have a good time each visit Most of the time we come for a stay-cation, this time we are here while our home is remodeled

The managers reception is always a nice way to relax at the end of a day, the food is good and the atmosphere is a delight The pool is huge and is great year-round, the fitness center has plenty of equipment for a good workout, the staff is always nice and the breakfast is everything you’d want to start your day The only thing I would love to see is more Gluten-free options on the menus

Patrice Armbrister

This was my second visit here My first visit was five years ago and I have to say that it was a better visit I will begin with the good

The desk staff is awesome; pleasant and attentive My room was clean and I slept wellThe hotel has several issues that they need to address! I had to call the hotel for the shuttle despite website and phone notification Most are not big issues at all but they play a role in your overall impressionThe restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner Breakfast was fair at best One and doneI could not get the phones to work to report an issue to the front desk; but that could because of something that I was required to do to get it to work? I fear the implications in an emergencyThe sink drains are awful! They need to change them immediately Despite a maintenance call my bathroom sink drained poorly and I had to turn to the tub for hot water I found this matter to be the most frustrating during my stayThe ice machines on the third and fourth floor were down The third floor machine was never repaired, so I had to leave the floor for ice There was also a leaky ceiling in the ice room on one morning that the housekeepers overlooked It was immediately addressedI feel like I deserved a daily cookie for the inconveniences, lol I will definitely read reviews before considering a stay in the future

Andrew

The DoubleTree never disappoints We were met with warm cookies upon arrival, which is a first for me Our room was spacious and clean

The bed was comfortable and the linens were great quality For $10 more than the Holiday Inn, it’s also a great value This is the kind of place you don’t mind staying for a week while in town for business

Booked a 2 bedroom suite with 2 king beds for 6 nights I made this reservation 3 weeks in advance After I checked in I walked up to a 2 queen room with a pullout sofa bed

Went back down and showed the staff my description showing it was a 2 bedroom suite with 2 king beds and 2 separate rooms Figured it would be an easy fix and they overlooked the room description Supervisor apologized for the inconvenience but stated that since I booked through a third party (workperks) I would have to take it up with them Explained I paid almost $200 a night because it was supposed to be a 2 bedroom suite I could have easily booked a 2 queen room for $100 a night Asked to speak to her manager and she stated there was no one else I could speak to Asked her if she owned the hotel and she stated she did not Asked again to speak to her boss and she stated he was busy Asked for a room rate reduction and she said no because of the third party situation Asked if a suite would become available in the next 6 nights and she said no without even checking her computer She then went back to the office and spoke with her busy manager that would not even come out and speak with me and stated that there was nothing he could do She ended up giving me breakfast vouchers Will never book with any Hilton hotels going further for my family vacations and they lost a corporate account as well for their utterly poor customer service My girls were looking forward to having their own room and now we are all in one room for 6 nights

I booked my stay with the app, before seeing all the negative reviews on google I was worried…But honestly my experience wasn’t that bad

First, great location if you want to be in downtown, and of course the parking is limited I’ve stayed in several inter city high end hotels, free or on site parking is rare, so this hotel not having that isn’t an issue to me… Always call the property ahead if you need parkingThe suite was nice, but honestly nothing over the top The chair in my room has seen better days, should be replacedRoom was clean and quiteAll the staff I interacted with was great, truly a pleasureThe lobby is nice, and a good area to sit and enjoy some coffeeI was disappointed that they still charge extra for club level room with lounge access, even though the lounge is closed They need to update the website and price for this…But, bottom line, for the price, this was an excellent in city hotel, great people to deal with alsoI would definitely stay here again, the issues I had were very minor

We had a fantastic 7-day stay The room was very spacious and very comfortable The hotel itself is located in a great area to walk to restaurants

The restaurant in the hotel was very good as well We valet parked, and it was the best situation for us We texted about 20 minutes before we’d need the car, and it’d be there waiting when we got down to the street Mitchell Morris was one of the valets This young man was extremely polite and attentive to every guest, and we watched him run every time someone called for their car He made an incredibly favorable impression on behalf of the hotel

Shannon Hillock

Great area, nice hotel Valet was very warm and friendly but the rest of the staff was pretty cold Room was big and spacious

Couch had weird stains on the cushions Stains from food or something on the ceiling They aren’t very detailed cleaners, it could have used a really good cleaning Bed was insanely uncomfortable with big ruts in the mattress Most of the outlets didn’t work Not a horrible experience but I probably wouldn’t stay there again

We had a comfortable and great experience at the hotel The hotel smells fantastic in the lobby and throughout the hotel It’s a soft fresh scent which is lovely

Page, at check in was friendly and joyful Kim, the office manager made our stay extra special by acknowledging us as we entered and exited the hotel And finally, Julie is sales was attentive and professional Oh, the coffee is spectacular and one of the best tasting coffee drinks ever

Haley Burrows

Hotel is clean and offers convenient paid parking, but if you don’t like noise don’t stay here Second time to give it a try and the doors and walls are so thin, you can literally hear everything in the lobby or adjoining room (if you have one) Definitely won’t be staying here again just because of the noise level

Bless you if you get a room on the south side over the bar, on one of the lower levels, cause you’re not getting any sleep 😳

Kristi Thurmon

We loved staying here with our dog There is a dog park on site that is nice and convenient The staff was really friendly

The hotel was clean, the beds were soft and the parking was easy and close I gave it 4 stars because It was very noisy because of the bar and some really obnoxious kids there for a baseball tournament If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the northwest side of the hotel

Never stayed at a four point before but i Had a great night’s sleep! Very comfortable bed with good pillows, and sheets I got the Jr suite king room, felt clean and ultra comfortable The shower and toiletries they give you are great

The curtains roll down against wall and black out 95% of the light in AM, if they sealed up the other 5% I don’t know of I’d wake upThe AC ran at 65° for me at night and never made a crazy sound or woke up like at other places I enjoyed my stay and will be looking at four points for future travel

This is probably the most run down Sheraton I’ve ever stayed at, but our room was clean and the bed was comfortable It’s a good layover spot for a night My biggest complaint is that, in my morning rush, I left my straightener cooling in the bathroom

I called to ask about it less than 24 hours later, and – to no one’s surprise – they “didn’t have it” I was told the manger would call me – that was 3 days ago I don’t expect I’ll get that call, and I’ve already bought a new straightener So, if you stay here, make sure you don’t forget any valuables You won’t be getting them back

Revans Prophet

The bar only had liquor and 1 type of beer Half the food menu was unavailable The door to the bathroom has hard to close and even harder to open

There was a urine stain on the toilet The “buffet” consisted of cold eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns It was $9 a person The swimming pool was disgusting and cold The only positives are the beds were decent, the workout room was nice, and the coffee was good I would not recommend this place for the price You can stay near Bricktown for 20 or 30 more a night
