We booked a wedding block of rooms for my daughter’s wedding, after the previous one we had booked over a year ago cancelled our bookings about 6 weeks before the wedding because of lack of A/C Worked with Jennifer in Sales who couldn’t have been more helpful in making the transfer of rooms seamless; our guests did not have to rebook but just received an email with a new confirmation The hotel was beautiful, rooms were great, and the continental breakfast the next morning was in a private room, well staffed, and more than adequate

Jennifer relieved the stress of this snafu and I am grateful!

Jyoti Suryadevara

We used the Hilton Parsippany to host our wedding guests The Hotel was great in setting up a wedding block and working with us to add more rooms even 2 days before the big day! Amanda was great and worked behind the scenes to make sure everything was running smoothly The restaurants at the hotel were all open

The steakhouse is great and super convenient for a latte night meal The lobby bar was open and the cocktails are great! All the staff were nice! My guests and myself are very happy with the our weekend experience

Marybeth Kelly

Very poor experience Upon check in, no carts available for luggage No bell staff

Had to lug a car full to room Ordered Instacart Brought half up to room, by the time we returned other half was missing Talked with front desk about cameras They stated cameras were only in monitoring front door I explained that’s where ours delivery was dropped off She went to back and came out 10 minutes later and said nothing was seen Rooms were absolutely filthy No housekeeping service accept a morning round of cleaning up halls full of food Strong stench Housekeepers were very pleasant and accommodating when seen one round a day Staff sleeping at front desk early in the morning It would only make sense to have one of them make a quick round on the 6 floors overnight to clean hall trash Gym equipment Broken and very minimal Could not get home soon enough If we weren’t here for an event, we would have left immediately upon arrival Disgusting We all felt sick in the room and would rather catch fresh air outside in the heat wave Don’t go to this hotel

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a resort They compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is the best rated in this area

Christina at the Westin Governor Morris was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was always so responsive, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and was so organized The Westin in newly renovated and looks gorgeous! It is sleek and the chandeliers when you walk in are breathtaking! I was able to drop off my guest hotel bags any day the week of my wedding which was super easy and accommodating! The Westin provided shuttle services to/from my venue and there was no complaints We also had a breakfast the day after my wedding which was delicious! This hotel really welcomes their guests with warmth and respect

Would recommend to anyone!!

Pretty hotel with that old charm The building is old though and I’m writing this review at 4am because as comfy as the heavenly bed is, the room is way too hot and I can’t get the AC to work right I’m not the only one with this problem

This morning another guest was telling me she had the same problem in her room while we rode the elevator down to the lobby Maybe something to be expected, given the age of the place? The hotel restaurant food isn’t great Better options downtown Morristown, just up the streetHotel staff was great, the grounds are gorgeous, and old building makes the idiosyncrasies tolerable…but I’d do anything to be able to open a window right about now…

Erin was fantastic to work with! She answered every phone call we made We had a huge wedding and needed a lot of rooms We also needed a hair and makeup room and a room for brunch the next day

Our friends and family can’t stop talking about how elegant the Archer was Our wedding used the pool, the bar area, and it was centrally located to everything The shuttles picked up our guests timely for our wedding at the Crystal Plaza only a short 10 minute drive away The Archer even gave us a wedding gift which we will treasure in our new home we just bought If you’re looking to be treated like royalty, book the Archer and ask for Erin!-Rachel and Adam Marcus

Madeleine Brown

We really enjoyed our one night stay for a wedding Front desk staff was pleasant and efficient and were able to check us in early The hotel has a great esthetic and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with lots of nice touches like books at the bedside and complimentary salted caramels and water

Would recommend and would stay again

Violet Kitsune

We booked this hotel to attend a wedding Overall the place was pleasant and comfortable, and everything was clean The only complaint is that the staff were a bit lacking in hospitality; we were presented with a check for breakfast as soon as we sat down, and I requested an item only for it to be brought up hours later

Other than the minor complaints, we enjoyed our stay

Double room was perfect for our family Beds are very comfortable, room and facility are very clean Staff is super friendly and helpful

The complimentary breakfast that came with our room was delicious There was scrambled and boiled eggs, bread, bagels, cereal, muffins, sausage, fried potatoes, waffles, fruits, yogurt and beverages I am a big breakfast person, so that is really important for meThis hotel is also pet friendly, just check sign them the pet feeOverall, great place to stay near downtown Morristown It is about 10-15 minutes walk to downtown

Jeri Goodman

This hotel is a gem Front desk staff was very welcoming Our room was large and clean, with a super comfortable bed

Coffee and tea always available in the lobby Nice breakfast room with lots of choices, and Winston, the breakfast attendant, was great and even made me a Belgian waffle (which I usually totally mess up on my own!)

Taylor Wisler

Good older hotel A lot of things have a Colonial style and the rooms feel very old fashioned Breakfast is ok, not as good as other similarly priced hot breakfasts in my experience

Staff is pretty friendly and location is good It’s not right next to all the bars and restaurants in downtown Morristown but it’s close enough to walk if you aren’t in a rush

Nice clean spacious rooms in a great location, the gym is well equipped as well There wasn’t a microwave, or fridge in the rooms which is a negative but doable seeing as the hotel also has a stocked bar that serves great food The reason for the 3 star review is a private event rented out the bar and kicked all paying hotel guests out, highly inconvenient and will affect my choices and recommendation in the future

Update: The bartender’s servers and other employees that I had the pleasure of interacting with deserve 5 stars, they are amazing people that are doing a fantastic job (even the bartender that said we could not be served because of the private event, he was fantastic the following night no hard feelings he was just doing what he was told) The place in general is 4 stars The rating is strictly off of general upkeep, there are a few blemishes that could use some professional touches to ensure the maintenance personnel are able to keep up a 5 star appearance

Kimberly Bean

Great location… an easy commute to the city I like being outside of the hustle and bustle, noise, crime, and grit of NYC The hotel itself isa five minute walk to the train

The room are spacious and clean Whenever I call for service, they send someone right away Friday & Saturday night jazz in the cafe is an outstanding bonus I am very happy I chose this place

Stay away from this hotel This rooms were dirty, bathrooms were not clean, furniture was old and dinged Service was horrible

We got in at 11 am at night and there were 2 couples before us waiting for their room They were told that they couldn’t find their reservation Those poor people showed them that they booked thru Hilton Instead of talking to these people and apologizing that they double booked, the front desk called cops Long story short, same thing happened to us They couldn’t find our reservation and had double booked and gave our rooms to someone else, even though we are Hilton honor members and booked through Hilton website After an hour and a half, they gave us a room with a King ( we had reserved a queen- 2 adults and 2 kids) The room was dirty The floor was not clean Front desk had to go down and get us towels The bathroom was dirty as well and there was a half used shower gel left in the shower stallWe could not sleep at all as this room faced the garage and had unloading loading noises all throughout the night and early morning After talking to the front desk, they finally shifted to a room with two queens and gave us free breakfast, the next day which was niceThe room that they switched us to was clean but of course the furniture was old and had scratches and dings on it The front desk manager was nice told us that we wont be charged for that night as a courtesy and she apologized However, they charged us for NO SHOW for the first nightThis hotel has lot of problems Younger lady at front desk was very rude did not apologize They have horrible serviceIf they are negative ratings, I would give them a negative 10 Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this hotel The only good thing about this hotel was eclectic decor

A group of us booked 3 separate rooms 4 months before an upcoming wedding, and ALL of our rooms were canceled last minute They told us they would help us rebook at another hotel, but when we called they said they wouldn’t help us Like what the hell? It’d be fine if they canceled us way in advanced, but no they canceled 2 weeks before the trip and at this point most of the other hotels around that area seem to be booked out for other events

Absolutely terrible customer service, never even looking at another Sonesta hotel in the future

Jeeca Cabral

I definitely don’t see how people have given this place 4 and 5 stars I’ve spent nights at the Wyndham in different states and can say my boyfriend and I were very disappointed The room had NO mini fridge

The drain to the shower was clogged so every time we showered the tub filled up The curtain in the bathroom had a old dirty rag musty smell that was a little nauseating Found hairs in the shower the first night I am a pretty tall female so I can’t imagine what it’s like for someone shorter than me to access the safe It was in the closet on the top shelf I couldn’t see if anything was in it and struggled to even put my purse in it and locking it Tennis court was horrible Basketball court was used for employee parking Elevator didn’t seem to secure, you could barely push the buttons without the panel moving with itThe good things about the hotel was the television stations were good, the air conditioner worked fine, had hot water when showering, gym had good equipment

Moza Miller

We had Excellent service here The spa was clean with plenty of towels The rooms were spotless

The room also turned out to look better than the photos you see online The linen is very clean and soft The toiletries are very soothing to the skin The beds and pillows are very comfortable The doors are wide enough for wheelchair access even if a handicapped access room isn’t available Their onsite restaurant have a variety of food and drink and stays open late Also the dining room have some 😋 delicious food If you come back from a late venue like we did the hotel has the menu for a nearby restaurant that delivers to the hotel and they make some spectacular food This hotel staff go over and above to make sure your stay is comfortable If I’m ever in the NY/NJ area again I will definitely stay here again

This hotel is close to Cape Liberty for cruising Only 30 minute drive Have stayed here one time prior years ago

The entire hotel has been renovated and looks beautiful Prices are competitive The hot breakfast was great, so many choices from waffles to oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, and more The restaurant in the hotel is VERY pricey even for everyday items Overall a great stay!

L. L.

Very clean and spacious rooms However, service was lacking – specifically asked for the room to be cleaned and no one cleaned it Also had a kettle in the room with no base

When asked, they told us they would check tomorrow Then we had to ask again the next day to follow up and they told us they didn’t have kettles in the rooms anymore so it shouldn’t be thereBreakfast is subpar and does not vary – would be improved with more fruit options and reduction in processed foods

For the record, I am a Best Western Diamond member, and I’ve probably stayed at fifty or more different Best Western Hotels I love giving good reviews, and I hate giving bad ones, which I have done My philosophy is to be honest when the emperor has no clothes

This is a good review of The Hub Murray Hill, BW Premier Collection, Address: 535 Central Ave, New Providence, NJ 07974I stayed here for two nights in late March 2022, for the first time This is a hotel in transition from a Best Western hotel to what is now called a boutique hotel There are many obvious upgrades and a couple of hiccups that need to be adjusted Here’s the key thing, management (Mishko) is very responsive to guest needs Checking in and out was easy-peasy and parking was plentifulThe important stuff My room was spacious with a king-sized bed The mattress was delightful, the pillows exquisite, and the bed linen was excellent The Samsung TV was larger and of better quality than any in any BW hotel I’ve been to The channel selection was a bit better than average The heating was excellent And the room was set up for the latest technology, including a wireless charger HICCUP: There was no safe in my roomThe bathroom and shower were commodious, although, as is the new BW style, there was a need for more shelf space on the vanity HICCUP: The shower needed one or two bars for safety purposes Sometimes people get dizzy and need something to grab HICCUP: The was no place to hang a towel for reuseI enjoyed the coffee in the nicely appointed lobby I was able to comfortably socialize with friends There was also a library of books and a small business center HICCUP: The first two times I went for coffee the urn was emptyThe area is pleasant and there are many fine places to dine We enjoyed breakfast one morning at the Prestige Diner, ask for Gabriel and on the second morning, we picked up bagels at the Bagel Café and ate them in the lobby We also had sandwiches from the nearby Jersey Mike’s that were quite goodI recommend this hotel, without reservations, and I hope you enjoy your visit as much as I didNOTE: I rated this hotel with 4 stars Given the opportunity, my ratings would be 45 Stars

Great hotel! My room was very spacious and had a great layout I wish there were USB plugs at both sides of the bed though I was impressed there was actually a fan in the bathroom, a hotel rarity

The hotel was located in a secluded but safe area There weren’t any restaurants within walking distance I didn’t interact with the front desk (had an electronic key) so I can’t speak to the quality of the customer service Still, I’d recommend this place

Patricia Moore

Overall a nice experienceAcessing the hotel can be a bit tricky unless you are *very* familiar with that stretch of road But overall it is conveniently close to major highways

Quiet, comfortable room It was a handicapped room and there was ample space to move around the room and the bathroom with a wheelchair**Dog friendly**The complimentary breakfast was good but I had two small quibbles First, they are located in North New Jersey and are surrounded by many good bagel shops The bagels they offered were mediocre, there are local bagels that wouldn’t have cost the hotel much more Also, I wish that the toasters got hotter, quicker I didn’t have time to do more than heat the surface of my bagel with no colour won’t because there were people behind me and I had to get on the road

Warren S

They didn’t quite pass my towel test (I want huuuuge bath towels in my hotels) but good enough My daughter and I stayed two nights One room with two queen beds

It was nice, clean, easily large enough that the two of us weren’t bumping into each other The bathroom was nicely/brightly lit General room amenities were nice It was definitely on the cold side for us though — housekeeping had set the thermostat at 67 when we arrived and it was frigid We bumped it up to max which was only 73, not warm but about one degree from being warm in that room for usOur stay came with free breakfasts They were wonderful for a not-even-4-star hotel Nicely-sized buffet with cereals, waffle makers, toasts, eggs, fruits, drinks, the worksIf we’re in the part of the world again we’ll stay

The house and rooms are absolutely stunning If you have a choice between a hotel or this choose this Complementary drink and snacks, a very filling and delicious breakfast and a massive, MASSIVE ground to explore and relax in

My wife and I peaked into some of the other rooms we could’ve chosen and agreed they were all cozy and beautiful The Lenape Room that we stayed in was a bit small (we kept hitting our heads on the slanted ceilings) The electric fireplace lights didn’t work and the toilet needed to be adjusted in order to make it not run after every flush These things are 100% fixable and by no means do I wish to disparage anyone from staying, that was just our experience It was immaculately kept and clean Old world charm, again, in a massive complex that is a million times bigger than it looks outside Books on every floor and a really, really great atmosphere Even in some of the better hotels we are always able to hear guests at night but this place I never heard a sound from anyone The man who served us breakfast was very nice, as was a lady who introduced herself as one of the owners A younger gentleman greeted us when we arrived and made sure we understood everything and was also very, very nice I really couldn’t have asked for a better getaway The people who run it are doing everything correct I can’t say enough good things honestly We will 100% be back in the future

The room was charming, immaculate, and the bed was so comfortable! The new owners were so gracious, and warm We felt right at home The food was wonderful; portions were perfect

Lovely touches like blueberry and mint fresh water, extra pillows, and we had shampoo, etc in the bathroom, without asking We hope to have occassion to stay again soon

Casey Keiser

My husband and I stayed here last night since we hadn’t visited a B&B before and I just have to say they blew us away! The inn is beautiful inside and out Every inch is well kept, clean and organized The complimentary snack & drink bar is a very generous and lovely touch

We enjoyed strolling through the yard, relaxing in the gazebo and looking for the koi fish We opted to sit outside for breakfast which was so nice and our food was absolutely delicious and portioned perfectlyWe stayed in the Lenape room which was very quiet, clean and cozy We rarely heard the other guests next to us The bed was comfortable and the shower was roomy The only downsides of the entire stay were hitting our heads constantly on the slanted roof of the room, the fireplace not working, the bed blocked the window & the toilet flushed strangely and we had to keep taking the lid off to fix it so it would stop running but those things are trivialAll in all, we absolutely loved the place and will certainly be back to enjoy maybe a few of the other rooms! Thank you for your hospitality, we’ll see you again soon!

The hotel is quite modern and has no smoke smell The hotel is clean and tidy My only issues with the hotel are they did not have a complimentary breakfast nor did the room I stayed in have a refrigerator or microwave

Also, the gym was not available If the hotel is charging normal high rates then they should have other services included instead of cutting other services Another issue I had was with the nighttime front desk attendant – Medium height, African American middle-aged female She was quite rude and did not try to accommodate my needs when it was already pre-booked a few days earlier and she was very rude when I tried to resolve the issue with her Would probably not stay here again if the issues are not fixed

Venkat Nimmagadda

I was on a vacation to Boston, New York and New Jersey recently I lived in Basking Ridge many years back in late 1990’s and having known the area and close to Hindu Temple in Bridgewater, booked a room in Delta Hotels by Marriott, Basking Ridge It was a very pleasant experience for my wife and me

Location is excellent, nice greenery view from window, no noise and very peaceful Front staff were gracious and helpful Room service was great, though it is done on request due to COVID situation Room was very spacious, clean, very clean and upgraded bathroom, great mattress, pillows and sheets and towels, nice climate controlling unit in the room Quality toiletries were provided Had great rest sleeping on the very comfy mattress!! Morning complimentary coffee was good Free water bottles were provided For the price we paid, it is well worth it Wish we had more time to stay few more days at this hotel Overall, we had a great memorable stay!! Probably the best after Wynn Resort in Las Vegas and better than the other Marriott and Sheraton Hotels we stayed during this trip in Boston and New York I was able to see the places I used to go back in the days around Basking Ridge and reminded pleasant memories All the towns, Hindu temple close by make this location very ideal I strongly recommend anyone coming to visit the temple from out of state and planning to stay overnight or few days to definitely stay at the Delta Hotel in Basking Ridge One can appreciate the real beauty of New Jersey towns around this hotel after seeing the horrible places like Newark, Jersey City, Oranges etc!!

Depending on how you get here and where you are going, you will be well-rounded on loop ramps! Sadly, it’s on a one-way highway and around we go to get to this MarriottOnce there

very nice! Great staff checked us in to a well appointed room Breakfast in the morning for elite members and an Irish pub at night timeThe hotel has a weight room, but the pool was closedRates are the highest in the area, so not certain I’ll be back but I have stayed at worse places

Laureli Hattaway

Good enough accommodations Multiple spill stains on the walls in our room, but everything else was sanitary Maid service is only upon request, a surprise for our 4 night stay, realized at a point when it wouldn’t be worth it anyways

They sent up fresh towels for us though and on our third day, I brought my own trash cans into the hall and a maid emptied them for meThe pool and hot tub were closed the whole time we were there 🙁 But showers were hot Overall, this place is good for a safe, clean place to sleep The Auld Shebeen was the best part of this place

Julie Moser

Hotel was very nice! We are here for 3 nights! Staff seemed very nice! Rooms clean! The restaurant in the hotel was AMAZING!!! Had an issue with the mini fridge not working twice and they put another mini fridge in so we had no other issues with it! My only complaint which is why I gave 4 stars is that our room was connected to the next room by a thin door! Our neighbors were sooooo loud till the middle of the night! So loud that it literally sounded like they were in our room! They were obnoxiously loud which made sleeping a nightmare! We put music on to try to sleep and that hardly helped! I’ve never experienced anyone so loud so late at a hotel luckily, until now! For the price we paid it’s extremely disappointing to have to deal with this! We mentioned it to a worker who apologized but nothing was done about it! I’m a very light sleeper so this was extremely frustrating to me! Nice hotel all in all, just wish we would have gotten some good sleep!!

It’s absolutely beautiful! The grounds are beautifully maintained Everything is lovingly cared for The rooms are well appointed with very comfortable beds

The vintage charm is genuine and off the charts There are many areas, inside and out, for your ideal photo ops The Grain House Restaurant has delicious American cuisine, some of which is prepared with the abundance of delights growing in their own organic garden This lovely Inn is well worth your trip from near or far

I can’t say enough good things about Olde Mill Inn! This venue is perfect if you’re looking to have your wedding ceremony, reception and hotel accommodations in one place Lindsay was our coordinator and the day went absolutely perfectly! Before the wedding day, planning was easy and thorough The day of, Lindsay was readily available any time I had a question and she made sure that my bridal party and I had everything we needed wherever we were

I had a ton of decor and the team did a fabulous job of setting it up just the way I wanted it The reception space looked even better than I could have imagined and the food was excellent! The staff was so professional and every made sure everything was packed and secure in our overnight suite I highly recommend this venue!

Wedding venue review: Best day of our lives We truly can’t say enough good things about the Olde MillIf you’re lucky enough to work with Lindsay (sales) or David (maitre d’), you are in the best of hands

Both were excellent at communication, responding to emails and calls right away, and took care of every last detail Planning was a breeze and on the day of, David made sure that not a thing was out of place The ballroom looked stunning, all of our personal items were set up exactly as we’d hoped, and on our 100 degree wedding day, David was somehow everywhere we needed with an ice cold water The little things made us feel really special too – David brought us and our parents special plates of the cocktail hour food (since we were so busy talking with our guests), and even had food waiting for us in our hotel room for after the reception, (as we were having too much fun to eat our dinners)!Speaking of – the food was delicious We received so many compliments from guests and the staff were so friendly and attentiveIn terms of the venue, the whole place is beautiful and we LOVED having accommodations for our guests right there with no need for transportation It also worked out great for guests to grab continental breakfast the next morning tooWe are not people who usually write reviews, but we would not have changed a single thing about out wedding day and can’t recommend the Olde Mill Inn enoughBonus – we had our rehearsal dinner at the Grain House, which was also perfect Wishing we could hit repeat on the whole weekend!

I honestly can’t believe it has such good reviews The carpet was pretty gross throughout and coming up in areas Our room was filthy, walls are dirty, the light above the table was covered in gunk, carpet completely stained

My daughter ruined her socks on carpet nails sticking up from the kitchen area to the living/bedroom space The tub was also stained/dirty Breakfast was pretty mediocre No pool for an indefinite time I gave two stars instead of 1 because the staff was all great that we got to see The room sizes are pretty good too But for just shy of $200 I expected better

The young lady at the front desk during our stay for the night (4/16 arrived at 3pm) was very nice and helpful We spilled some of our food on the main floor, came down to Apologize, my husband was ready to clean the mess, but the area was already cleaned up as if nothing happened Her and the rest of the staff was very pleasant and helpful

This hotel allows pets, and though we didn’t have one, unfortunately our room smelled strongly of dog urine Aside from that, the rooms were clean, in decent condition and noise was minimal The pool was out of service, the little store near the office was always closed, and the free breakfast is not very good

It’s not a bad place, we would stay here again and just alter our expectations

I stayed at this Sheraton during the July 4th weekend to attend a family weddingThis is a beautiful hotel with a huge facility, huge rooms and a lot of banquet halls All the halls were occupied and looks like every party was having a great time in this hotel

This hotel also has 2 swimming pools- indoor and outdoor pools which guests were taking advantage of, that’s good to seeThe front desk and housekeeping staff were courteous and professionalI had family and friends staying in all the floors of the hotel The reason for two stars in this review is because one of the handicap rooms on the first floor (the last room next to the exit door) had small bugs in the bathroom and on the floor of the bedroom This was highly unlikely for such a Grand hotel The issue was raised with the front desk and housekeeping came to review the issue but the bugs were back the next day in the bathroom I’m not sure if this was because the room was on the ground floor and right outside there were shrubs and plants There might be some insulation issue in that room that led to the bugs from outsideOverall I had a good experience at this hotel and I heard the same positive response from all the other family and friends that stayed in this hotel during the long weekend except that one room

I attended only for my senior formal, so I did not stay overnight Wonderful service from attentive staff who answered all my questions and served us Loved the food, we had everything from crab cakes to burgers to cannolis

The inside is clean and safe, there’s an ATM, and of course the outside looks stunning, along with plenty of parking There’s also a small lake in the back with bridges where you can walk a loop There’s even a souvenir shop past the lounge I believe there are other restaurants and such down the street and it’s convenient to get on route 80 and 287 quickly

This hotel needs a full revamp, it’s in rough shape The halls and elevators are not air conditioned so they are a steamy 100 degrees The entire place smells funky – there are air fresheners all over the place to mask the smells

The shower in my room was jerry rigged together so when i tried to raise the shower head up past my shoulders, water came spraying out of the pipes The AC in my room sounded like a diesel engine Will never return

The hallways smelled Really awful on the 2nd and 3rd floor**It is not really a hotel flaw, so I can’t blame them for that I found out while looking for an ice machine, which they don’t have even though the map (blurry due to casing being matte) by the elevator mentions “Ice” with no indication of where it actually is

I believe someone cooked extremely strong scented ethnic foodAlso, I’m assuming that they Had ice machines at one point and got rid of the machine due to the pandemic or something else No ice machines to be found on any of the floors Nonetheless, the employee in the kitchen on the first floor by the bar was nice enough to give us iceThe hallways need to be ventilated or something, the smell was very strong and stale air Other than that, the rooms are very clean and there was minor wear and tear, but nothing that I can imagine would bother anyone unless you’re a perfectionistThe kitchen was stocked with some cups, plates, a cheese grater, fridge, etc Seems fine for 1-2 people max Rooms are very small, but comfortable1 star for odor in hallways and elevators (deducted from “Rooms”)0 star for the view behind the hotel 😂 it’s a construction site or a recent demolition Again, not really the hotels fault and that’s not exactly a deal breaker for people who are just visiting the area short-term or need a place to crash for the night

Horrible experience here Before booking I called and spoke to manager to clarify check in and check out policy, all seemed wellUpon arriving, the woman at the desk “couldn’t find” the reservation I had paid for in advance

Eventually she found it, room is nice but the dishes dishes were not clean and there was trash in the couch crevicesNow three days later I need to check out 1 day early, as discussed before hand The woman who was at the counter this time was much more helpful and polite, props to herAll of a sudden the smug manager (same guy I spoke with before booking) comes out and begins explaining that he won’t allow me to check out early as discussedUpon reviewing both of our sets of notes and asking for further clarification the manager was unable to show me the policy he’s referencing and refused to pull up the call recordings where he claims he told me otherwiseHe said “it would be a lot of work to pull up that call”I guess when something requires work they just don’t do it…As a business owner myself, I can say, this is not how you treat customersThis was a simple bait and switch to force me to pay for the additional night that I did not need, since the beginningAlso, although I clicked “no housekeeping” when I booked online, housekeepers walked in on me while I was sleeping this morning

JoAnn Kelleher

Wish I could rate the stay but I’m sitting in the lobby as the room is not ready even though check in was at 3 pm It is now 3:47 pm We have been here since 1pm as we were told that we could use the facilities prior to check in

But when we said we wanted to use the pool we were told no After speaking to the manager, he said we could use the pool but also said our room would be done soon I’ll check in again and tell you how it’s going!
