Due to my daughter’s dance competition, I had to do an extended stay for 8 nights and the staff was extremely wonderful They really put on the southern charm, especially Uncle Leroy! He really made me feel at home with his hospitality! He always greeted me when I walked in the hotel and he always made sure I was good as far as things pertaining to my stay! I am truly going to miss him and this place!

Lindsay Bell

Do you want a hotel room with one functioning light? 3 towels for 4 people to use over 2 days? How about absolutely no trash can liners? And a manager who refuses to honor your (promised) military discount? If this parking garage lighting sounds up your alley, make sure to book a stay here! Oh, and even though the sign says breakfast is available at 6:00, just plan on that never being true

Austin Poore

Courtyard Mt Juliet was very hospitable and helped our extended stay become as smooth as possible Spent many nights down there at the bar with Leroy He is awesome and a very good story teller, and quick to put a smile on all customers faces

A very professional guy and the definition of what you would expect from southern hospitality!! Go see him when you stay and tell him Austin sent you The rooms, and the hotel itself are very clean Good area too

This place was just okay Luckily, it was only for a 1-night stay for a concert I drove up to attend The good – Front desk was pleasant and check in was fairly smooth

The price was not bad for a 1 night stayThe bad There were several small bugs (stink bugs, not bed bugs) in my room I killed 1 earlier in the evening upon arrival only to return to my room later that night and have to kill another crawling on the wall I found 2-3 others already dead behind the desk stand area Stink bugs are a nuisance and while other bugs may be worse, no one wants to encounter that, especially more than once during a stayStaff almost entered my room during a time I very well could have been getting dressed Didn’t like that at all I am a single, solo traveler Safety is my utmost concern I am a seasoned solo female traveler and in my 15 yrs of traveling solo, never had this to occur As mentioned, I was only there for a concert and this was a space of downtime between check in & prior to the event starting where I was about to prep for getting ready soon He knocked at the door but rather than speaking through the door, awaiting an appropriate response or simply moving on, he started to finagle with the door less than 5 seconds after knocking, as if he were entering The key or whatever he was using never unlocked the door and I exclaimed someone is in here! It startled me, so once he walked away, I immediately asked if I could change rooms, thinking at that time it was someone else (not staff) trying to get in! She stated they weren’t able to change the room and confirmed it was an employee double checking if the room was occupied Made no sense to me because it seemed they should know which rooms were available Even if the system didn’t reflect it, they should incorporate better methods for finding out, other than almost barging in a room unsure if a guest could be changing That stated, I likely would not stay again

A very nice Marriott property Although the showers are a negative No happy medium between burn, and freeze

Also the front desk person who would not get off of his Bluetooth left a bad taste in my mouth as well These things don’t affect the hotel as a whole so still four stars And I stay at many Marriott hotels as frequent traveler So I’m not just being a jerk for the sake of it A fine place to stay overall

Jennifer

Not a good experience When we arrived they were unable to make our room keys as their system was down This took approximately 6 hours to fix, and the staff had to let us in to several areas of the hotel that we needed to access (room, laundry room, and pool)

The two days we were there we had to get our room keys redone every day as they wouldn’t work It was very frustrating as were consistently getting locked out of the room

Me and my family with three kids stayed in the one bedroom suite, room 430, for two nightsThe staff was all so friendly and greatThe area was GREAT! We loved being minutes away from shopping and food, the area and town was just wonderful

My only complaint was that the room we stayed in had some staining and deterioration on the walls Needed a fresh coat of paint

Mike Wolf

This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at some really nice ones Excellent staff super friendly, very clean all around If you’re looking for a stay that isn’t penny pinching like normal hotels are this is it

Breakfast is phenomenal so many choices and they just keep coming Highly recommend you won’t regret best part is it’s actually pretty cheap compared to most hotels Definitely staying here again if we’re ever in the area 😁😁😁😁

This is our second stay at this hotel Liked it enough the first time to come back again! Really like the 3 bed option (pull out couch and 2 queen) with the kitchens in every room! The sheets were the softest sheets I had ever slept in and the bed was comfortable!!! I want a pair of those sheets for home! Will come back again but our visit landed on Memorial Day weekend and it seemed it wasn’t as clean as the last time we stayed Big dead bug sitting at the bottom of the pool the next morning and the breakfast area was missing several items (spoons, waffle mix was very low, eggs were out, etc)

Not sure if this location was suffering from short staffing but it didn’t seem like the guy was going to stock more items out until he received a large tip from one of the guests and then more items were restocked shortly afterFront desk guy was helpful and friendly when we left in the morning and provided recommendations for things to do in Mt Juliet

We stayed here going to Kentucky and then on our way back home This was not a good experience with a Hampton inn As an avid traveler and Hilton honors gold member, I found this to be one of the worst Hampton inns I’ve ever stayed at

I have many issues but will highlight just a few…the front desk girl was not friendly at all She seemed bothered that we needed something And it wasn’t just one time too Upon checking in no snacks or water offered I had to ask and front desk girl seemed annoyed Room smelled like stale smoke Floors were filthy in room My grandsons feet were filthy just walking around the room The pool was cloudy and gross on our way to Kentucky The whirlpool was a huge hole being repaired with just caution tape around it On the way back from Kentucky the pool was closed No microwave in room They are in EVERY room I’ve ever been in with Hampton inns I called front desk to inquire and they said they don’t come in standard rooms! The phones were absolutely disgusting I had to call the fro t desk using speaker phone because I didn’t want to be near it There’s also no towel racks for hand towels and no hooks on the luggage dollys This hotel needs some major cleaning and fixing

T Horowitz

Pros: great location, close to the freeway, great breakfast in the morning, tasty coffee, nice rooms, good staffCons: the pool was really gross and not clean, our room was not clean (however the staff helped with that one)If the pool was better maintained, I’d give 5 stars

Tom Medlock

First room we got the AC was rattling so load you wouldn’t be able to sleep Moved us to another room a suite which was a room with a broken down sofa and a coffee table The toilet handle was broken ! Went to breakfast next morning

Terrible breakfast Something called an omelet was cold, breakfast potatoes were not cooked Complained to kitchen attendant and was told that’s the way they were told to cook themI have had much better rooms and breakfasts in $ 8000 hotels Save your money and go some place else

We were actually pleasantly surprised about our stay After reading reviews of it being old and mildewy we were apprehensive, a big concert was in town that weekend and most of the hotels downtown were booked We took a chance and booked a room her near the airport, we thought hey its only for the weekend anyway

The room was clean and it was spacious enough for our weekend trip Now the hotel is a little dated but not to the extent some of the reviewers said , in my opinion I am a 4-star type of person, very particular There was no mold or mildewy smell in our room, bathroom, or windows Believe me, I checked every nook and cranny of the room for cleanness The room actually smelled like it had been disinfected Room 253 I think The front desk clerk she was a younger person and so kind, I forgot her name There wasn’t live music when we were there although I wish it was, we would have hung out at the bar one of the nights They charge for breakfast, which was basic buffet style, ( waffle maker, juice, fruit a choice of meat and oatmeal) it varied only with the meat the next day We skipped the breakfast , too pricey for what they offered,(no made to order anything) They also offer free hot cookies

Keara Hammons

We enjoyed our stay at this DoubleTree! I was traveling with my two young kids and called to see if they could accommodate a 9am check in after a early morning flight from DC They were absolutely accommodating and immediately gave us a room! The room was great, cookies on point as always, live music by the pool on Friday night and the kids loved the pool! Highly recommend!

When I say the only positive things about this hotel are the pool and the front desk girl Jessica I mean it We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights our first night the air conditioning broke which caused our room become 85° when I first addressed this I was rudely cut off by the worker Emma repeatedly so later I brought it to the attention of the only helpful worker that I encountered Jessica she immediately apologized and got us a new room When we got into our new room we saw the bedding was clean and it was cool so we were happy next morning I went to shower the towel had make up on it (not any of ours), the shower head was leaking, the tub did not drain, and there was hair and dead bugs on the floor when I brought this to the attention of Emma again and her manager Hannah, I do not understand how Hannah is a manager when she is the rudest and unprofessional women I have met needless to say if I come back which is unlikely it would be because of Jessicas hospitality

She handled everything immediately and with the most sincerity She should be the manager she deserves it the most!

We only stayed one night but the staff was very friendly, the hotel clean, the room clean, the breakfast was delicious and FREE and the dining area was very well kept Even the shampoo and conditioner was great Honestly, I have not had such a wonderful hotel stay in a very long time

These folks are doing it right and deserve a big pat on the back and a raise for a job well done!

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at The staff is amazing and treat everyone so kind The amenities are great ! Lots of places to sit or lounge outside of the hotel room

Clean and very spacious It is our second homeBecause my husband travels for work and stays long term it is important to us to have a good hotel This has been the best experience he has had so farAll of the other guests are happy so we have been able to really enjoy our time making friends as well It’s a nice community of people in this place

We stayed at The Staybridge for two nights The front desk employee, Eliza was AMAZING She was so kind and accommodating! She even helped us come up with some ideas for some family fun in the surrounding area! She needs a raise, she was wonderful our whole stay! The room was great! Nice and clean!! The kitchen could be better equipped as we didn’t even have a frying pan which did make making dinner one night difficult

The full sized fridge supplied ice to us which was very convenient The king bed was so comfortable, we slept like babiesThe pool area was great!!! There were gas grills outside to grill up a meal and we def took advantage of that! There was a sitting area that was covered to escape the sun when we wanted The salt water pool was clean and well maintained In the 3 times we went down to the pool area tho, there were never towels and we had to unfortunately ask the front deskThe provided hot breakfast each day was GREAT! So many great options to choose from! Waffles, bagels, biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon/sausage, cereal and fruit A great way of starting our mornings! They serve it an hour later on the weekends too, which we appreciated when we wanted to sleep in a Little The employees keeping the food hot and picked up were so nice as well! Great job you guys!Even when we got the front desk called on us after a couple of crazy games of uno with the family during quiet hours, ((I know we accidentally suck hahaha)); the overnight front desk employee was so nice when she came up to the room to remind us it was just past quiet time hoursWe will absolutely consider staying at the hotel the next time we come to the Nashville area!

Levi Schaefer

10/10Employees were extremely friendly! The breakfast was a whole buffet and I made a bagel breakfast sandwich! Pool was warm and clean! My only complaint is the lack of policy A girl by the pool was v*ping Staff did nothing about it because she was outside

Otherwise was a 5-star stay!

We booked our stay for 6 days to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary in Nashville Once in the room, we noticed the toilet had not been cleaned prior to our arrival Further, it was not touched by the cleaning crew at any time during our stay

Numerous contacts with the front desk for towels, coffee, and trash removal were not received well Wednesday the manager came to address the issue herself after we got off the phone with corporate The gentleman at the front desk even went so far as to lecture us about letting them know 24 hours ahead of time if we wanted those services The sticker on the bathroom mirror and our prior stays at Home2 suites didn’t need notice at all for a routine sweep during the week We contacted the desk three different times during this stay and even called corporate twice Returned today and the room still had not been touched by 3 PM We were Hilton honors members and found this stay bad enough we left two days early with both management and corporate insistent on not letting us check out early and refunding us the two remaining days Disappointing to say the least We travel often and look for this brand Now we will look for another brand that is customer service oriented and delivers on contractual obligations such as simple cleaning as described in their literature

Steve Bracciano

Overall nice location End of the road Next to some forested area

Room was generally clean Couch had a few stains on it The office chair had a worn out arm rest missing the leather Walls could be a bit better insulated as I could hear the people next door Breakfast was good, lots of choices Very close to the airport Staff was friendly when I interacted with them

Ramona Hamilton

I very much enjoyed my overnight stay (June 6-7) at the Home2 Suites near Nashville Airport My brother and I had traveled by car all day from Oklahoma City The hotel was located in a quiet, tucked away area right off I 40

The property and our room was clean and plenty of space for us and my pet to relax and get a good night’s rest before continuing our toad trip to North Carolina I was happy with breakfast and the service at the property I would stay here again!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Horrible customer service from the evening staff and management The girl that was doing Audit was a sweetheart, no complaints against her It was supposed to be a weekend stay, but ending up leaving 6 hours after we arrived

Roches and stinkbugs were found on our curtains, plus little bugs in the bathroom The staff did absolutely nothing, but finally gave us a small can of raid the 3rd time going down to the front desk We were disgusted at that point This hotel is so short staffed, they are only renting 30 out of the 90 rooms they have The pool was apparently “rented” out for a birthday party, so they could do nothing about the 20 kids (10 and under) screaming in the pool area with no parents around Also, the pool looks nothing like how it’s advertised online, it’s half the size and was very disappointing I am very thankful for being able to get in touch with 1-800-Marriott, because they were able to find us another hotel for the weekend I worked for a Marriott hotel for a little over 2 years, and this was just unacceptable The worst management I have ever experienced at any Marriott hotel Please do your research before staying here, because there are plenty of other reviews like mine and this is defiantly not a 4 star hotel

Brian Nevins

The staff was friendly and helpful The hotel overall was very clean and the room was reasonable The iron was on its last legs

No hairdryer available in the room or at the desk There was mold on the bathroom ceiling – not covering, but around the light fixture and wall joint Perhaps a leak from upstairs? (we were in room 123)But the biggest issues were: the pillows – may as well have none they were so broken down; the noise – AC exceptionally loud, and the toilet refill was a whine that permeated the room for about 3 minutes Tough times for nocturnal trips and getting back to sleep

Catherine Kendall

I came to Hendersonville for work Booked this hotel because it had a high star rating

I should have read the reviewsI will never stay at this hotel again Although “due to Covid the rooms aren’t cleaned but every 3 days”, they also don’t clean it and replenish towels when you make the request either I called on the 4th day to make sure they knew to clean my room we will see what it looks like when I get off work today The shower curtain lining also had mold/mildew spots on it and the sheets were dusty

We stayed here for four nights and we were very happy with the friendly service and delicious breakfast options The pool was well-kept, and my kids had a blast We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay again in the future

As a side-note, the woman that was running the kitchen does a super job-she clearly takes pride in her work

JOSHUA KOSZUTA

This hotel was in a really nice location and central to many of the attractions in the area Unfortunately the staff was not attentive to the needs of the people staying at the hotel My stay was for 4 days

After night one, I requested the sheets and towels to be changed out at the front desk I was told no problem This never happened when I returned that evening The next day I again requested clean towels and again was told it would be done No towels changed out again Both days I needed to go to the front desk and get new towels as I had put them on the floor in the bathroom as instructed Day #3 I inquired about clean towels being replaced and this time I was informed to leave the dirty ones in the hallway and they would be swapped out I returned later in the evening to the towels gone from the hallway and no towels in the room at all This was very frustrating to say the least Not one time was the room touched the entire time I was there Garbage never emptied, bathroom not cleaned or beds changed Very disappointed On the morning of check out I was told that they could not print my receipt and that it would be emailed to me It has now been 4 days since check out and I still have not received any email Other hotel options in the area to stay so my next visit I will probably try somewhere else

Hotel was under construction during our stay This didn’t really make a difference in my rating though The hotel staff was very friendly and did their best to keep the rest the hotel clean

We were still able to enjoy breakfast despite the normal breakfast area closed The pool was clean and warm The rooms were nicely updated My only complaint is the lack of overhead lighting in the rooms I would have liked fewer lamps and more overhead light

Amy Bowman

The person at the desk who received us when we arrived was very friendly and welcoming The room was nice, and we enjoyed the extra space having the couches Water pressure in the shower was pretty low, which made showers difficult, yet not impossible

However, the warm shower was still a bit cold due to lack of streaming pressureWe had some friends over and ate in the lobby later in the evening We did our best to clean up after ourselves, but still appreciated being able to use the room after hoursThe only true con is that the pool area does not have its own bathroom Even with the attempt to dry off, water is still tracked throughout the hotel on journeys to and from the restroom, which could be a slip hazard The pool really needs its own bathroomAlso, a hot tub is advertised, but there is not one That was disappointingWe would stay here again What really helped was the friendliness of and accommodation by staff when needed Keep that up!

Lynell Averett

This is a FABULOUS place to stay with a short drive to down town Nashville The rooms are huge, clean and the beds are so comfortable The breakfast was just right for us

The biggest reason for giving this hotel 5 stars (I would give more if I could), was that my husband left his tablet in the room and we didn’t realize till 4 days after as we were on vacation He called the hotel and they had it at the front desk waiting for him The integrity of the house keepers is impeccable! Bravo to your staff, front desk, housekeeping and everyone else Thank you!

It had 1 King bed and 1 twin Both beds were comfortable The room had enough space for two woman to get dress and unpack without bumping into each other The bathroom had two separate sinks We loved that because we were able to get dress and do makeup without sharing a mirror We also liked that there was a heating unit in bathroom and bedroom We were able to control both room separately They offer an amazing breakfast for each guest in the morning It’s not your continental breakfast that you get at hotels The main dining room is amazing I would highly recommend this place to all

Was here over the weekend, the place was sold out They must not be fully staffed 30-minute lines to get coffee in the morning, and 2 1/2 hour wait to get into any of the restaurants on Saturday night For a place where you are paying $300+ a night, the best options for food are the Food Trucks they have outside

And 4 drinks from one of the lobby make-shift bars were $50 Very pretty property and the staff was good considering the situation But the property was not prepared for a full house One of the restaurants lost our credit card, which someone the next day tried to use And the phone in the room was broken the entire time, even after we informed the front desk twiceHad higher expectations but we still had a nice time, should have been much nicer I understand the lack of employees, but if you aren’t able to provide a premium product, you shouldn’t ask for a premium price Crazy thing is, I would probably go back under different circumstances It is a very beautiful property Landscaping is beautiful

The best resort experience I have ever had, and I wasn’t even a guest! We came and visited based on Trip Advisor and local recommendations and we were not disappointed From the moment you walk in the decor and the ambiance was captivating The plants, the waterfalls, the flowers and grandness of the interior of this resort is breathtaking

We enjoyed lunch and a self tour of the facility, due to our actual hotel being in downtown Nashville But we will definitely be back to stay at this resort in the future It is very family friendly with a huge water park, interactive kids activities, an arcade, and boat ride This resort is a must see if you are in the area

This hotel was very nice Highly recommend! After driving 12 hours all my family and I expected was a clean room, that is exactly was it was and more Very clean

Room was fresh with clean sheets My family and I have had bad experiences at other hotels so this is why I switched to the Hilton name This hotel definitely surpasses others GREAT JOB to the entire staff that works at this location Will definitely be staying at this location again on my way through even though it is driving a little out of my way, it’s worth it!My wife and I always inspect a room first before unloading our belongings, there have been times where we have had to switch rooms several times before getting a clean room (Not this location)Again, Great job!Breakfast was great and had fresh coffee Pancakes maker, eggs, sausage and last but not least, fresh hot coffee

Staff was very friendly at check in Chelsea (manager) was very helpful and understanding Conveniently located and easy access to shopping and restaurants

Amenities (pool, fitness center and complimentary breakfast) were good We traveled with our dogs and were happy with the amount of green space and sidewalks for walking them Very happy this location accommodates pets with a non refundable pet deposit I would definitely stay there again

Pros: Comfortable bedding Convenient to my event and the interstate Lots of TV options on a nice flat screen

Friendly breakfast hostessesCons: $230 per night for a postage stamp-sized room with minimalist furniture (Ikea ?), no closet, no place to put away my clothes, no coffee maker, no housekeeping unless you request it, barely enough room for one normal-sized person, very crowded for 2 I mean, really This room is literally smaller than staterooms I’ve been in on cruise ships I’m not sure what Hilton is going for here, but it isn’t value

I’ve been coming here for years If you stay for a few nights you definitely will love it I’m sure!Clean rooms, very friendly staff and overall pretty nice I thought it would be loud in the atrium- but pleasantly surprised and never heard a peep after 9PM Here for a convention and actually happy I was across the street from all the madness

This hotel is VERY old in an old “sketchy” part of town When booking, I imagined a Holiday Inn or Double Tree type of hotel owned by the Gaylord for more budget minded travelers, and definitely thought it would have to be well maintained and modern WRONG

It is more in line with a Motel 6 First, half the rooms have exterior entrances like a motel Everything is so old and worn out looking They can’t have done any remodeling since at least the 70’s You can’t sit on the toilet and open the bathroom door, it is that tight, and the ceiling of the shower is only about 7 feet high I’m not tall (5’6″) but the shower head was almost eye level with me, I had to bend down a little to get the top of my head Did I mentioned it is next door to an shut down Shoney’s?To be fair, there were good points to it (thus 3 stars instead of 1): The pool in the middle of the hotel is a bit odd, but I could see where kids would find that really great! I did get in the hot tub myself and it was nice I got a drink from the restaurant in the lobby and it was a really good Bloody Mary, but warning, HAVE YOUR ID! They will NOT serve you without it, even if you are 80 years old Also, the beds were fairly comfortable, despite everything else being out of date Lastly, I do think that the hotel was clean, and wasn’t worried about grossness

This was, by far, the most negative Marriott experience I have ever had And honestly, I really haven’t had a negative experience at Marriott I’m a gold elite member and love staying at Marriott’s

I received a call from the manager during my conference across the road at the resort saying I immediately had to come collect mine and my wife’s things and move rooms as there had been a mix up in our reservation They had a “VIP” who reserved my room and was waiting for me to vacate No notification this would happen at check in and no call in the morning to tell me this would happen So I left my conference to walk back and come take care of this and the manager hardly offered an apology and 1,000 Marriott points for my “inconvenience” They then put us in an exterior room right by the dumpsters, didn’t offer any help to move our bags or anything Just a miscarriage of customer service and a terrible way to spend the last night of the trip The interior rooms aren’t so bad but the exterior rooms are like an old motel room Shocked that Marriott puts their name on this hotel and then charges as much as they do for this place No desire to come back to this property or the massively over priced everything at the resort across the street
