This is a very clean, well run hotel with accommodations in like new conditions Everything was really clean, kept up and the service was outstanding and very friendly and customer focused This will be my hotel of choice when I stay in Minneapolis

The breakfast meal was very quick and had really good choices for a hotel restaurant, buffet and menu The service at breakfast was really friendly cheerful and quick Dinner menu lacks variety and the bar well it is a hotel bar in the city Prices for drinks a little steep Overall a great choice To be clear this is not a five star hotel, but for the type and tier hotel it is, you can’t find better

Location is great That’s the best I can say about this hotel They won’t service your room

Even if you call down in the morning before leaving for the day and they say they will take care of it, they won’t service your room Parking is 22 a day and the garage is full at night so if you get back after 8 or 9 you have to park in a lot nearby and walk I am a lifetime diamond and travel 3 weeks a month, loyal Hilton customer, usually very patient but a number of other things added to my issues with this location There is a HI and Home2 close so will try those next time

A Photos

The rooms were clean, housekeeping was great But and it might seem petty but their was no continental breakfast or coffee The manager on duty blamed employees not showing up, which in todays society I completely understand

But there needed to be some sort of compensation, we even got charged for an Orange juice and water which sounds petty, but as a Hilton Honors member, you need to do better It’s not our fault you didn’t have employees show up, but when we booked we expected breakfast as part of our deal

Nice hotel That staff was friendly and welcoming Bartender for the evening reception is great

Guy that made my omelette in the morning was wonderful Make sure you tip those people when you’re staying here My only complaint is it’s starting to show it’s age Needs a little TLC and updating in the rooms Room was pretty clean, could have been better though If I’m in the area for the right price I would stay here again

Yanicey Hermandez

They charged my account $75 for a registered service animal that has documentation They violated the ADA, American disability Act They say they don’t see the difference between a pet and a service animal

I reported them to Hilton and will report them with the Agency They can’t make there own rules as they go along They claim they charge the fee for cleaning Just to give you some insight, the room they initially gave us was smelly and disgusting The second room where we ended up staying was dirty, we ended up doing a thorough clean and disinfect Shower was grotesque, both phones did not work, only 1 remote for 2 tvs in different areas We stayed 6 full days and housekeeping NEVER cleaned our room It’s funny to me that they want to charge a fee when we dealt with all these things, truly ridiculous They must be really hard up for money if they are discriminating against people with disabilities and disregarding the law

Doug Dawson

I was really disappointed in this location Front desk customer service was just not there No smiles

First night, the woman behind the counter was on her phone and didn’t acknowledge me when I was looking for the convenience shop When I showed up another day, a different woman was on a smoke break out front and I had to wait We checked out early because of all the box elder bugs in our room The room was not in great shape either There was a lot of wear and tear Terrible experience for the price

Modern hotel near train stop, handy Rooms were very nice with no ambient light leaking and glowing everywhere Big window and super comfortable beds with a good A/C unit as well

Rooms very quiet too Only downside no drawers for clothes, just closet and two shelves Bathroom small and efficient and not sure if all are the same but in mine, if you were someone who brings a lot of stuff to put in the bathroom, you’ll have trouble Restaurant had a very nice breakfast, cooked to order, reasonably priced for a hotel The game room was fantastic! Ping Pong and other things to do – and we used it too! Gym looked nice (great owl murals on wall) but we didn’t get to use it Staff very pleasant all around, and good security Can’t get past main entry door without key so not anyone can hang around lobby

Bruce Buerger

Room decor and functions were a very different experience that what I’ve had at other hotels Lots of electrical outlets but no drawers for clothes No closet either but large functional art piece on the wall to hang items

Everything was comfortable Told the front desk person about something we saw and were surprised by getting offered a drink ticket instead of an offer to move us Bartender was really good Impressed with his infused liquors

Lucian Torres

Nice Hotel, clean areas, the room have a nice size, the bed is comfy, bathroom was clean and with enough space, big LG TV, Fridge, Safe box, big window, and the front desk lady was very kind The only thing they need to do better is for the parking spaces, when I get there, they already doesn’t had parking space, all of them was busy I needed to park in a private parking in the next street, not so bad

Looking for a place to stay, while my husband needed special care at Abbott Northwestern Cardiac Center Only minutes away from the hospital, everything was as Promised Clean, contemporary, and great service! Restaurant was refreshing, and accommodating

And their security measures were not obvious, yet gave me a secure restful night sleep I definitely would recommend staying! I will return under better circumstances!

Karen Anderson

We had a pretty large group(including the wedding party) choosing to stay at this hotel for our son and daughter-in-laws wedding I did have more than a few bumps along the way with the room block and was a little nervous how the accommodations would be, however about a week before the wedding, Scott the front desk manager got involved and he is wonderful to work with! He made sure everything was on point and taken care of He routinely checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed for the 4 night stay, and even upgraded the rooms for the Bride and Groom, and for my husband and I

The rest of the staff were very nice and helpful as well! They even knew or son’s dog by name and gave him pets when they saw him! Overall we had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to stay here again

Michael Moses

Fairly new hotel, smaller shared spaces with what looks to be a fair amount of conference room rentals Rooms are a couple notches better than a Courtyard, though a couple notches lower than a premium hotel Slightly upgraded features

For a work trip, I’d definitely consider For a personal trip, I’d look to another option in the Marriott groupPro tip: Parking on side street is 2 hr meters that start at 9am For a couple dollars, you can park there overnight until 11am Otherwise, there is a lot (albeit for sale) across the street that is just a few dollars more until the next day

Rooms are ok Staff is great Surrounding area is perpetually filled with homeless and random people that blast music and harass pedestrians

We stayed here for a week and the women in our group didn’t feel comfortable walking back alone… and I don’t blame them considering I wouldn’t have felt safe walking alone either, especially dressed in business attire

Ghazanfar “GJ” Abidi

Spacious and clean room King bed was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids (laying perpendicular); didn’t even use the sofa bed Kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with cutlery and appliances

Thermostat was stuck on 67f, so it got a bit chilly at nightGood location downtown Could walk to most places we were there forThe parking lot to use is the La Salle lot, not Bancorp

Scott Claeson

Horrible experience Heat went out first night No space heaters and had to wait late into the morning for a fix blowing cold air all night in the middle of winter

Told wrong times on breakfast Then showed up 15 mins before close next morning and said nothing left One staff member in particular was incredibly rude I left 2 stars because they have nice city views from the rooms It’s not worth being there though you’re in one of the more dangerous areas of the city, trust me Plus my dead bolt lock didn’t work on my room They didnt care about any of it and then charged me extra cleaning fees when I didnt even get the check out time advertised I feel like I’ve been scammed and it felt like a dirty cheap motel Marriott should drop this dump from their name I’ve been to dozens of different hotels and this is one of the worst in the city Go to Marriott City Center a few blocks down instead if you really want to be in that area, or if you need the full kitchen go to Marriott TownePlace Suites in North Loop Avoid this place, you’re welcome

Location is amazing, it’s so close to everything downtown and it’s literally on 7 Corners Our room did have outlet issues which was really annoying There was only one outlet in the bathroom and the plugs would must slide out

There were also X4 sub ports and all 4 of them wouldn’t charge anything Otherwise the beds were comfortable and again location is keyParking is separate and is $17 overnight or $22 through the hotel is you need to go in and outThere is no signage letting you know you can’t get to the hotel from the parking garage elevator This threw us and others for a loop

Phil Sweeney

The physical space is very nice and clean I’m giving a low rating because wifi was difficult to connect to and was not reliable at all Most of the time I had to use my data plan

The front desk didn’t seem to care when I told them about the problem For the expense of staying at this location, I don’t think it unreasonable to expect reliable connectivity and staff that cares about customer service

This hotel is beautiful and well maintained! The staff in the Cosmos bar in the evening (Angel, Rose, and Greg) were so wonderful and great to talk to The valet staff was superb!! The breakfast staff was attentive and the food was delicious! The entire facility was clean- housekeeping staff does a great job!! I was so impressed with how friendly and helpful every staff member was! Everyone was very professional!

Cady Sever

It was a beautiful hotel but they were also hosting professional soccer players and we did not feel we were treated like we were as important as the other guests We arrived for our honeymoon, which was noted in the reservation by our travel agent and we didn’t even hear a congratulations from the staff I would not say that anything was bad, it was a lovely hotel overall but for 4 star accommodations, we will book elsewhere in the future

So, this is supposed to be a higher end hotel Don’t be fooled Initially I was in room 803 with sight lines of the air conditioning systems on the roof just next door

The buzz kept me restless all night The next day I requested a change Now, room 1616 was totally fine Quite, airy, bright all the things you expect Even the shower system was better — multiple body sprays versus one in the lower level room So the disparate room situation aside the doorman at night is a nightmare to deal with A simple question begets sarcasm and riddles Asked if I could park on the street overnight, he told me to read the sign I did Again, is it legal to park on the street, I’m not from here and the sign only says to feed the meter between certain hours In Chicago, street parking is tricky It takes a native to interpret Finally I decide to park for free just outside the hotel doors and pay the meter starting at 8am I saved that $50/night hotel parking fee He was speechless when I approached the hotel with my room key to enter Terrible I wouldn’t stay there again no matter how discounted the rate is The Keurig didn’t work The shower has peeling tape (room 803), the very old bathroom TV doesn’t work and I’m still not sure why it’s situated opposite the toilet, but that’s another story Oh, and Room 803 had broken glass in the bathroom when I checked in Housekeeping had to come clean it up This place is a mess

I organize international exchanges for international leaders and have been bringing groups here at least three times a month, every month, for week-long stays since June They LOVE this hotel It’s clean, the beds are comfortable, it’s around the block from Marshall’s, Nicollet Mall and the Light Rail to Mall of America

They take their photo in the lobby next to the wall of wine bottles and futuristic chairs They comment on how fresh the lobby smells (it always smells amazing, I’ve been here several times) Great staff Just a wonderful and economic experience I can’t say enough I never plan to have my guests stay anywhere else

Kristen Cross

This is a beautiful hotel Our bed was very comfortable The room and all the common areas we visited were very clean and well decorated

Bathroom in our room was spotless I’m not sure what brand of toiletries they supply but the shower gel smelled fantastic! Plenty of clean towels too There is parking structure attached so we didn’t have to go outside to enter the hotel We had burgers at the restaurant there and they were fantastic You can even order a whole pigs head if that’s your fancy Great experience overall The only thing I can complain about is the soga vending machines didn’t work on either floor Kind of a bummer So bring your own snacks and beverages I would 100% stay there again though It’s a really nice place

Kat Toledo (Stace)

Excellent place to stay at I did it for the Day Stay option they have for 80 bucks You have to pay for your meals but is 100% worth it

Food and drinks are fresh, tasty, delicious The service is 1A, they care about you If there’s something wrong, just kindly let someone know and they will take care of the matter promptly, nicely, whatever it is During my stay, everything was just perfect

My wife and I recently stayed at this super hip and fun hotel in downtown Minneapolis The accommodations were great, the atmosphere hip, and the location pretty niceAnd while we were expecting a restaurant on the premises, we were able to find several nearby

The PROS: Cool vibe Nice amenities Super, super nice people I especially enjoyed talking with Paris Khoddami and Lynn Williams, both in the Sales/Marketing department for Moxy Also, the bartenders were superbThe CONS: No on-site restaurant (a pretty big miss, IMHO) And the windows don’t open You know, for “Fresh Air?”Other than that, superb visit

Zuly “Catholic Charismatics” K

Dog & Cat Friendly Complimentary house cocktail at check-in Free coffee

Nice gym NO free parking PARK around the corner, overnight for only $5 No pool Smaller rooms No snacks & No free breakfast Hotel smells great Funny or offensive male model DO NOT disturb signs? Awesome architecture & design Plenty of public seating space Convenient location right across trader Joe’s & Jimmy John’s Price okay? More deals are welcomed, can keep this hotel booked solid year round Consider offering hotel guests greater parking discount Finally, exceptional MUK shampoo & conditioner

Michael Bosley

feel like it needs to be said the rooms are nice but why is there a guitar and an amp in my room?? i don’t know how to play a guitar but if someone happenes to come back to their room dunk one night, they might want to try play it which wouldn’t be great for the room next to me as the rooms aren’t very soundproof

Also, the bartenders downstairs don’t know how to mix drinks beyond a simple gin and tonic so be careful just stick to the simple drink requests

I came here from NY to bring a friend to his new home and wanted to treat my fiance and I to a nice hotel because why not, walking in it was incredible! The entire building is breathtaking, the vault style door into the wine cellar, and the elegant spiral staircase, everywhere you look there is something unique! After we took a dip into the one of a kind pool and hot tub we decided to have a bite and a few at The Westin bar, Thomas White was more than a bartender or a host he was busy, but was still keeping up with everyone while maintaining conversation with the guests, It truly was an incredible experience!Thank you so much

Andrew Johnson

The hotel overall is up to Westin standards, however, my room had a few issues The toilet seat was disgusting But not how you might think

It had a rough surface and a ton of permanent stains So they probably cleaned it but you couldn’t tell The shower wand didn’t work which was a bummer The toilet was also clogged I only stayed for one might so didn’t bother complaining They do NOT have room serviceThe customer service seems top notch and the hotel has some nice amenities like a restaurant in the lobby I would probably stay here again but probably complain to management about the room next time

I spent about a month in the hotel on business The staff and housekeeping services are pretty solid I was able to get my room reliably cleaned every week and get a paper from downstairs on the local news

Coffee is available 24 hours, its pretty decent The room had awesome heating, plenty of space and a comfortable bed The gym has a few treadmills, a bike and elliptical and a dumbbell set, yoga mats – all you need to get a good work out inThe hotel does an evening social once a week where they’ve got free beer and snacks which is cool and encouraging I haven’t come across many places that do this but its a great way to network and interact with people especially in times of COVIDThe biggest complaints would be the inconsistently of the room keys, if you can get the app – use it because you’ll find yourself losing the ability to go into the gym, laundry room, pool or even your own room at the drop of a dime The breakfast is edible as long as you stay away from the powdered eggs

Tom Johns

Solid choice for north suburban stays They do one weird thing though , I’ve observed it during every stay in 2022, which is that between 0715 and 1000 each day but especially on weekends, they’ll entirely clean the lobby bathrooms, tiles in front of bathrooms, and even tile floors of first floor exit areas with really slick floor detergent But this is exactly the time of highest foot traffic in all these areas

I’ve witnessed grandmas nearly spill their breakfast coffee trying to maneuver into and out of those bathrooms because it’s like ice I thought it was because staff to do this only worked mornings, but that turns out not to be the case, the same individual creating local slip & slides is still working at 1530 Clean up of these areas should really occur only after 10:30 or so, it isn’t safe unless you’re barefoot and even then I doubt it

Jerry Inderlee

My girlfriend and I spent almost 6 months here and really miss the wonderful staff, the beautiful room, and the way they made us feel right at homeThe front desk, maintenance, kitchen, and environmental services were 10 out of 10!My girlfriend wants to move back lol!Thank you for everything you did for us!

Despite being part of the Marriott Bonvoy program for many years, this the first time I stayed in a hotel of their W brand, and the experience was great Service was excellent during my stay both in the front desk and in the Prohibition Bar The hotel is well-located, close to many eateries and attractions downtown

However, what most impressed me was the Foshay’s design I love hotels that have an extra care with their design elements and, in some of the major chains, it is hard to find something truly distinctive Given the historical nature of the building, there are strong Art Deco elements everywhere However, the interior designers were able to add many modern touches that look both glitzy and historic, while delivering a contemporary touch, especially with the use of multi-colored accent walls Just the right amount of personality — a little more and it would look pretentious The rooms are also very well designed The basic room where I stayed was definitely small (it is an old building, after all) but the use of the right furniture makes it look much more spacious The restroom is very comfortable, and I loved the large rain shower, with the area covered with the same tiles on the walls and on the floor Definitely a place I will return to in a future trip to Minneapolis

I give this 3 stars instead of 5 for this reason My husband and I came to Minneapolis for his Grandmother’s 90th birthday This is my first trip to the city

I booked the hotel over a month ago My husband and I have different last names and sometimes get confused on whose name is under Upon our arrival to the hotel we were greeted rather hastily by the woman at the front desk She asked us our name, and for our ID, right away She then very sticky said she couldn’t find us and in the same sentence asked for our confirmation number As my husband was looking for the reservation she kept repeating herself that we were not in the system As he stated to read the number he red 2 digits and she cut him off and said we didn’t book it with them that wasn’t their confirmation number She then grabbed my husband’s phone and started to scroll through flipped it around shoved it in his face and said that we booked it for the day before and that we were no call no shows I was blind sided Everything was moving so fast and she was now taking to us in such a condescending manner I was getting upset I finally said to her to look it up under my husband’s name She rolled her eyes and did She told me I needed to be better organized Started to rattle off our room number and how to get there and stopped acknowledging me She made me so mad I started to call around to other hotels because I no longer wanted to stay The 3 starts is for the fun and elaborate decor Nothing to do with the staff because we were never greeted or acknowledged in our 4 day stay at $690 total

Lizsandra Edwards

I have never stayed at this hotel but I recently did pay a visit The best part? The observance deck is amazing! We got keys at the front desk so we could access the elevators and we went up to the 30th floor You’ll find a small museum when you exit and then you can take the stairs up which will lead you to an exit where you can go outside and see a beautiful view of the city

It was a great place to take photos We also made our way down to an area where we sat and ordered drinks The main floor had a very cool fire place and live music too! Many things to do in just one building The worst part? Parking is too hard to find and expensive so we ended up doing valet which was a little over $20 total It is also more of a dark, fancy ambient so it won’t be everyone’s vibe Drinks were also about $17-$20 each which may be too expensive for some but we were having a nice evening with a visiting friend so it was worth it for us

We stayed here for Valentine’s Day as a staycation We live in the Twin Cities but wanted to do something special It was a lot of fun

We used their valet service which was nice We also took advantage of their rooftop spa, this was so amazing It’s a great place for just a special night They are extremely dog friendly so if you have a furry friend bring them along The only downfall, we had horrible service in the attached restaurant We stopped in for a late night drink and a snack in the bar area, our server ignored us the entire time Didn’t bring plates, napkins or silverware with the appetizer we ordered Finally got her attention and asked for napkins (we had ordered cheese curds – greasy – napkin was necessary) she finally sent someone else over after we were done and told them we didn’t need them anymore She was completely engaged with another table showing them pictures on her phone and carrying on a long conversation It was ridiculous

The hotel is beautiful It’s fairly easy to find and pull up front The roof- top hot tub and sky line view were awesome! The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable

We didn’t get a chance to check out the bar/restaurant but they look promising The valet experience could use a little work When paying over $400/night for the room and $48 for valet we were expecting for at least a little help unloading vehicles and bringing luggage to our room When leaving- call plenty early for the valet It took at least a half hour from the time we called to get the vehicle

The Hewing is no doubt a beautiful place to stay and well done for the city However the price you pay for a night doesn’t quite match the quality of what you get unfortunately For a price tag of $420 for a king size city view we were expecting a bigger room, plush hotel towels, robe’s, a more comfortable bed with a waterproof mattress cover that doesn’t make that plastic sound when you move on it, and at least a bottle or two of complementary water

We went up to the rooftop jacuzzi to enjoy the evening and it was right next to the roof top bar, which anyone can get into, so all the bar attendees are watching the hot tubers, it was a very weird and uncomfortable set up Needless to say we didn’t get it Your paying Ritz prices without the amenities

Staff is AMAZING From the front desk to the shuttle service (not only will they offer you a ride to the clinic – when you need it – they will also take you to a restaurant so you don’t have to drive!) Special shout out to Marquez who noticed the first place he took us was closed – he then drove us to several other places until we found one that worked AND he picked us up – with a fabulous attitude throughout The hotel is absolutely clean and feels safe

I absolutely recommend this hotel

If you’re a solo female traveler, I highly recommend this hotel The area feels totally safe and you need an access card to even enter the hotel I noticed that there are cameras on the floor that I stayed in which made me feel even safer

Getting around-wise, it is less than 400 feet away from the tram, which takes you to either Downtown Minneapolis or St Paul and other places around the city I stayed for a World Cup Qualifier match and I took the tram from the hotel to Allianz Field It took approximately 20 min There’s a grocery store nearby too I disliked their breakfast but I didn’t really expect much from it anyway They keep coffee and water out for guests all day Hotel was quiet and staff was very helpful

Hotel room is huge! Nice warm pool and huge hot tub! Adults only in pool from 10pm-12am! I’ve never heard of a pool being open so late! There is a secret passage way to a bar/restaurant off the second floor There are arcade games, pool, darts, ax throwing (to come), and a bowling alley! Couldn’t ask for much more to keep the teens entertained

chelsey carroll

We stayed there last Saturday for my daughters birthday When we arrived we were told the water slide was out of order ( one of the reasons we decided to stay there) Then we tried to go bowling and there was bowling tournaments going on all day

So we decided to go to the arcade and eat dinner No food available and only a few games worked I booked this stay in advance and was never sent an email or anything stating these issues It was really fun having to disappoint a group of kids that were looking forward to the things that the hotel was said to offer Please update your website to show accurate accommodations

We really enjoyed our stay while here for Back to the Fifties The reason I give 2 stars for service has nothing to do with the staff All staff was friendly but they no longer clean the rooms which is apparently because of COVID but this means you have to go to the front desk for garbage bags, clean towels etc

Also the waterslide was out of order while we were there but they do have that stated clearly on the website The attached restaurant had good food but was dealing with staffing issues Several members of our party enjoyed the bowling alley one evening It was reasonably priced and they could bowl all they wanted until 10:00PM We will try them again for Btt50s next year and I will update my review at that time!

My stay at the Hyatt was wonderful The front desk clerks Julie and Natalie were a great help throughout my stay I arrived earlier than expected and was allowed early check-in

The hotel was nice and quiet I rarely saw anyone and was beginning to think I was alone on my floor It didn’t bother me because I was able to catch up on much needed rest The rooms were nice and clean You have to ask for housekeeping if you would like your room cleaned everyday The walk to the Convention Center is about 5-7 minutes I would definitely stay again

Leonard Tao

As an individual traveller room type usually not my concern But bathroom means a lot in my travel experience The standard room of Hyatt Centric Downtown Minneapolis is spacious and contain both shower and bathtub

Double sink is a plus consider some hotels positioned higher than Hyatt Centric don’t have that But the most impressive part is people All the staffs were very helpful and friendly! If I come back to Minneapolis again I would definitely choose this place to stay

Malorie Polk- Miller

This was a wonderful hotel! The rooms and property were very clean The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful Food is nearby and entertainment is walkable

I would recommend this place especially for business staysThe only con I have is the parking situation Typical downtown parking where it’s around the corner or up the street in a small parking deck

This is one of our absolute favorite hotels! We’ve stayed multiple times when in the Minneapolis area and it’s a gorgeous hotel with beautiful rooms Not only are the rooms esthetically pleasing, the beds are super comfortable, there’s lots of storage and the bathrooms are also perfect The staff that works here is always gracious and kind, plus the lobby itself is also a gorgeous place to sit and have cocktails/appetizers from the bar and Umbra restaurant

The underground parking makes it easy to get in and out of the hotel There are a lot of great restaurants that are walkable to the hotel as well, plus the U of M campus and US Bank Stadium are a short distance away Highly recommend this wonderful Hilton property

The layout of this hotel is gorgeous and unique I had a high-loft ceiling room, which was absolutely astounding The shower was very nice as well

Food and drinks at the bar had excellent service and while my swordfish was a bit overcooked, it was still very tasty paired with the risotto and bell pepper bisqueThe only downside to staying here is the parking, but that’s the game with any hotel in a major metropolitan cityHighly recommended

Sheila

This hotel is beautiful from the lobby to the timberloft style rooms But there are many beautiful hotels in the world What is TRULY notable at the Canopy Minneapolis is the staff

The team there is beyond amazing – every – single – person! I engaged with multiple front desk and restaurant staff and everyone was genuinely friendly and willing to help For a weary traveler, a kind smile, assessment of my needs and exemplary service hits the spot On top of that, the location is great This place sets a high bar for other hotels – anywhere My only issue is that the rooms have pretty poor noise barrier but that’s it!

We were here for 6+ weeks for a long term stay The staff was excellent and very accommodating for our three dogs We really enjoyed the hotel itself though the area is pretty rough

Being that close to the Twins stadium was a lot of funThey are very flexible and nice and we felt well taken care of The laundry facilities and gym were very helpful for our long stayMy only complaint would be that their breakfast lacks variety and got really old really fast but that was the only issueWe will definitely recommend this hotel to others and greatly appreciate all they did for us!

AMAZING LOCATION AND GREAT HOTELPros: Location location location! Great location if you are going to anything at the Target Center or Target Field Extremely easy to get to from the Airport, the Blue Line runs right next to it, and you have to maybe walk 15 steps outside (I went in winter, so that was important) until you can get to an elevator that takes you to the parking deck of Target Field, and then from there you walk into the parking deck for the Element Great service, very friendly staff, and awesome breakfast

The rooms were nice, comfortable, and new Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the last couple yearsCons: Although the accessibility to Target Field and the Blue Line is great, be watchful because the homeless definitely take advantage of the heated waiting areas where the elevators are They aren’t near the hotel, but if you plan on using those areas just be aware I left for the airport at 5 in the morning, and there were about 7 homeless people in each area (first and second floor) this obviously leads to not a super clean place Nothing the hotel can do, but just thought I would point it out in case there were families that planned on using it

A J

Every staff member was friendly courteous and professional and went out of their way to help me I would definitely stay here again The rooms are modern and chic

The breakfast is bit bare bones – egg and cheese sandwiches – but they’re tasty! The hotel also provides bike rentals too A staff member named Bill legit left the front desk to walk me to the garage and pointed me in the right direction to find the closest blue line metro station to take to get to the airport I was visiting from New York / New Jersey area so I wasn’t used to this kindness and I so appreciated it Awesome experience at Element! Thank you for an awesome stay
