Such a neat house to stay, great getaway for a pleasant date night! The craftsmanship of the house is stunning, very clean rooms with comfy beds! Hailey the host was such a nice person to deal with booking the room The one mishap that we had wasn’t the fault of the house, room, or Hailey however she did handle that mishap right away if I could I would rate this place with 10 star rating, very pleased with our stay!

Lori Lovell

Thoughtfully furnished, Evelyn’s room provided everything we needed for a refreshing stay The sheets were incredibly soft, antique furniture beautiful, and the jet tub a pleasant surprise The room overlooks a private garden with a small pond

Very cleanBreakfast was wonderful, too – I’m still talking about the bacon-mushroom quiche days later We will definitely be back – thanks Hayley!

Margie Niemela

Was booking as a surprise for my husband I made reservations online This would be our first time at a B&B

I called n left a message as I had questions No response I tried a week later and still no one answered I emailed to cancel my reservation since no one called me back(I didn’t want to get there and not have a place to stay) I explained my experience Got a quick response “no problem, your reservation has been cancelled “ no apology, nothing! Not sure how they are a “5 star” place! Just wow!

I have stayed here twice, the staff is top notch, the rooms are very clean, and the walk in showers are great This trip I enjoyed a corner king suite, and I was living like a rock star The location is perfect for professional sports, pub crawling, our going to the casino

It’s just off the lake, at the river, and there is also a beautiful national park a short drive away I hope to return to enjoy the area some more

Cincinnati Julz

I enjoyed my stay here Nice rooms offering ample space & large bathroom Stay was friendly and accommodating

Best part was I could bring my furry dogs I will stay here again I think the only negative were linens were lacking i found a few holes in towels and sheets They also did not smell really clean but I find that at most hotels The smell of fresh linens is wonderful but these smelled like they have been sitting in a closet for months after being cleaned I think their laundry service company could do better 😉

Alexis Hill

Our best Cleveland hotel experience thus far! Great location (within walking distance to the casino and tons of restaurants and bars), fun, boutique-style decor in lobby and rooms, and very clean Everything seems fresh and modern Complimentary wine hour was also a nice bonus!Valet parking is fairly pricey at $40 a night, but there’s a parking garage right around the corner that we used for $14 a night

Ritz has great service that is why we always frequent them The staff was amazing and so kind We loved Turn bar and kitchen to have our meals

This Ritz is not family oriented and is limited on things to do in the hotel but it is a nice place to stay Many of our lights and electric curtains did not work in our executive suite but the beds were comfortable

Krystle Rose

Great place in Cleveland, and walking distance to everything One of the benefits is that you can walk inside over to Morton’s,’or you can walk inside to the casino all without leaving the building To my knowledge there’s only valet parking, but the staff are friendly

Upon entering and going up to the reception area, you are greeted by a great staffThe gym is large with a separate weight room, as well it’s equipped with 2 peloton bikes, and rowers as wellThe rooms are roomy and spacious what you expect from the ritzHighly recommended if in the Cleveland area

Darrin

We stopped at the Ritz driving through on a road trip back home because my wife had COVID We booked the ritz because of all our wonderful past experiences at other properties We were not disappointed either

Wonderful in room dining, clean/comfortable room The staff was so kind as my wife was really not feeling great No extra charge for having COVID but let them know prior to you arrival so they are aware Thank you Ritz Cleveland for a great nice of rest for my wife and I

Lindsey Simpson

The hotel itself was nice, I loved the room For the most part, it was clean and the breakfast was good The reason I am giving the hotel two stars is because I suspect theft after requesting room service from the hotel

I had a piece of jewelry tucked away before room service and after packing the jewelry box and bringing it back home we unpack it and a pair of earrings were gone from it I wouldn’t be so mad if they weren’t my grandmothers who had passed last year and the ones I wore in my wedding They were not worn or taken out the rest of the trip so who else would have taken them out? Just be mindful when staying here about your belongs and who enters your room!

Crystal Hamilton

Rooms seemed visibly clean at first, until we started noticing cup stains on counters, someone else’s hair on the nightstand, dirty counters behind ice bucket and coffee machine Hot tub was visibly filthy with smelly, musty water Scent used in hotel smelt clean at first, but started to make me feel sick after a few days

Could use some hot items on breakfast menu for the price Pool was fine, as well as fitness center Beds seemed clean and comfortable There was a small bug crawling on my son’s pillow – not sure if it was a bed bug or not No bites TV is in bad position in relation to beds Our daughter slammed her finger in the sliding bathroom door – has no stopper and slides very fast if not familiar with that kind of door like our daughter Staff pleasant Housekeeping friendly and accommodating

Scott Stallings

We found the hotel was clean, the room was spacious, and the staff was friendly Look at the pictures closely because the one bedroom is a studio room with a bathroom It’s not like Residence Inn or other Marriott properties where one bedroom is actually one bedroom

The only separation between a couch and bed is a desk with a tall backing On this basis, the room with two queen beds could be listed as a two bedroom

I highly recommend anyone visiting Cleveland to stay here! From the moment we walked in we felt very welcomed and taken care of These people understand Customer Service In a world that has forgotten what that is, Tudor Arms Hotel is a wonderful reminder on how it can be done right! From the front desk to the shuttle driver, restaurant workers, cleaning service – all were very kind and went out of their way to be of service to us

I was there with my daughter who was having surgery at the Cleveland Clinic This place was so accommodating, kind and helpful to us Their rooms were clean, big and very comfortable Their restaurant was good in both food and service I want to give a huge shout out to Alyssa from the front desk who was so helpful and very intuitive in all that she does Every hotel should have an Alyssa!! We have follow-up appointments at the clinic and there is no doubt in our mind where we will be staying

Christa K

Lovely, interesting, and beautiful! I am truly enjoying Hilton’s Tapestry collection and this one did not disappoint! Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful Rooms were very clean and well put together My only complaint, which is minimal is that we had a corner room and one of our windows did not have a heave drape so in the morning sunlight was hitting us directly in the face

Room 1004

Lynn Gehrke

I love staying in historic hotels – meaning buildings with a history They have an ambiance that newly built hotels do not have Tudor Arms was no disappointment! Restoration to the building was done keeping a lot of the old ambiance alive

The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean and the price was reasonable for the amenities provided

If you’ve been to a Home two suites before, it’s just like the other one but a little bit nicer than some The amenities are new and it smells good and cleanThe front desk staff were all friendlier than average and I thought everybody was nice that I interacted with

The breakfasts are decent They’re the same as at the other Home2 suitesI don’t like the bedding at Home2 suites I’m used to the Hyatt down comforters and my own down comforter at homeI was pretty disappointed that I specifically booked a hotel using an indoor poor pool filter and their pool was completely shut down How difficult is it to change the filter when you close your pool down? It can’t be that hardI was also pretty disappointed that I was locked out of my room when I went back to get my luggage after taking my dogs out It was right at 12 All the other hotels and have a check out at a certain time give you a window There’s been a lot of times when I’ve gone back from my second load 10 minutes after the checkout time and I’ve never been locked out right on the minute I was supposed to be checked out before That’s not a very good way to make people feel welcomed and appreciated

marcus6lj

Cleanliness of this hotel is going down quickly After staying here for the last three years at different times The last few stays between have revealed a carelessness in cleaning the bathrooms, changing sheets, dusting and the shower doors, forget about it

We initially booked one night needed another night But decided to choose another hotel To add insult to injury excuses seem to be the order of the day From the color of the cleaning solution to oh that dirt is only on the side of the shower Will look to corporate for solutions because addressing on site management is a moot point Disappointed Diamond member

Dog pee and noise! But will be backWe stayed just one night, Saturday Had two rooms… One of them reeked of dog/cat urine

The other smelled fresh The room itself was otherwise clean, breakfast was great… The staff was overall decent The person checking me in Saturday afternoon was a bit short/rude, but the person (Heather) on Sunday morning was great The floor was crazy loud Saturday night with partying families, but that’s not really the hotel’s fault Sunday morning the same crew was ridiculously loud/messy at breakfast They trashed the whole scene, left a mess, and dodged The staff handled it really well I’d stay again, just didn’t personally get sleep or have a great night or morning Not the hotel’s fault per se

This is a stunningly beautiful bed and breakfast in the heart of the National Park area Melanie and Jeff are the most gracious of hosts It was such a pleasure chatting with each of them

Breakfasts were outstanding with plenty of choices to please everyone and served at a formal table setting which made it feel very special A long list of restaurant options was provided, all were convenient and host recommendations were delicious I love bed and breakfasts and have stayed in many Flawless execution and ambiance here We will return!

Carmella Caltagirone

My husband and I stayed here for a local Cleveland-area getaway in February The accommodations were wonderful, the breakfast delicious, and the hosts very welcoming! The location is far enough off the road that it feels very secluded It’s a very unique home/building and it was a pleasure to stay here

Great access to the National Park nearby Other than many of the nearby restaurants being closed on Sunday nights, we had no issues!

Sarah Hunley

This bed and breakfast was fabulous! Jeff and Melanie made us feel welcome and were so helpful giving us recommendations for trails, sites and dinner Melanie’s 3 course gourmet breakfast far outshined any breakfast you would get at a restaurant She asked if we had any dietary restrictions; so thoughtful

The house and grounds were gorgeous! The suite was spacious and clean We were definitely stay here again I would give it 10 stars if I could

The hotel itself is nothing too special, but worked fine for our trip The rooms are decently clean but not spotless There is an RTA station right across the parking lot and the area is actually pretty quiet

The breakfast was actually quite good too! Only major complaint was that the room had a slight odor upon arrival and the hallways smelled of smoke even though it is a non-smoking hotel The staff are super friendly and are absolutely amazing though!

Mylah Morris

The entire place was booked and very loud Our sink wouldn’t drain and the beds were full size instead of queen Other than that, can’t complain

The lobby and breakfast area is very nice And the free airport shuttle was early and got us there promptly Drivers even helped with our luggage Would definitely stay again and use the airport shuttle!

Elizabeth Hintz

We stayed here on the way to visit family and friends in the midwest and were so glad that we stopped here The front desk staff were friendly, and the beds were among the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in My only complaint that the floors in our guest room were somewhat dirty (our feet were black after walking around for a few minutes), but everything else was clean

There are restaurants nearby, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they have a great pet policy (our cats enjoyed their stay) Overall, we will be back again!

Absolutely wonderful! My husband and I have started staying at B&Bs instead of hotels when traveling, and this one was definitely one of our favorites The room was decorated beautifully and very clean The snacks and drinks available were convenient, and most of all, the breakfasts were delicious

Catherine and Kevin were so friendly; they were fantastic hosts! We were visiting my husband’s home town and next visit, I hope we’re able to stay here again

Leah Black

This bed and breakfast is fantastic! Beautifully decorated throughout, the cleanest rooms, and incredible hosts! They were extremely accommodating of my late and ever changing arrival time since I was driving across the country Fabulous allergy-friendly homemade breakfast with coffee and juice in the morning at a time of my choosing Comfortable, luxurious beds, very clean, well-appointed bathroom with a large shower

I had everything I needed and more, all while my Tesla charged overnight on the property I will definitely be back! A true 5-star experience

Brittany Cornelius

My husband and I celebrated his birthday weekend at Riverside Gables last month and it was just the peaceful getaway we needed as new parents The room was sparkling clean, the service was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious The house was filled with quaint charm and our candle lit breakfast table set for two had such a romantic feel

We loved strolling down the road to Mikes Bar and Grill for some good food and drinks and then enjoyed a very quiet night We hope to visit again soon!

We enjoyed staying here The suite room was clean and good for kids The bathroom could be cleaner

One of the reason that we have chosen this hotel is the free breakfast We understand due to the Covid, they prepare to go box However, when you don’t eat ham because of religious reason, you should respect it and find a solution for it The first day they gave us cheese and egg sandwiches They were very kind However, the last day the front desk girl says they give whatever in the bag which could be ham or cheese It was not kind and it is not what it is supposed to be if you offer free breakfast or you could give what people ask when you are willing to spare time to get egg and cheese sandwiches Big thanks to the front desk guy to quite her and went to the kitchen and grab what we were asking It is sad to feel for us and for our kids in this way if you cannot eat something else other than egg and cheese sandwiches due to the religious reasons I don’t want my kids to feel bad because of their choice of religions Overall it was good

Christina Jordan

Pet friendly rooms are disgusting I was traveling with my cats so was given a pet friendly room Upon entry the entire place smelled of animal urine

You could see stains on the floor as well where pets have used the carpet as their toilet The area most saturated with animal urine was in front of the bathroom which my cat ended up rolling in I had to bathe him afterwards he smelled so awful of urine from head to toe Even just walking on the carpet barefooted, my feet felt really gross Aside from that nastiness, the beds did not have any fitted sheets however they were comfortable The TV worked great, the shower/hot water worked great, and the amenities were nice The AC worked very well The front desk staff were very friendly as well I was just really disappointed in the cleanliness of the pet friendly rooms We pay an extra deposit for cleaning, you would think the rooms would’ve been in better condition They honestly need to rip up all of the carpets from those rooms to avoid animals having accidents on their floors and retaining all of the smells I’m only giving two stars because the room cleanliness really threw me off It just felt gross knowing that I had to put my things in that room, potentially coming out smelling like animal urine I am very grateful to the friendly staff upfront, but these rooms need more attention

Melissa R. Kosovich

I stayed by myself the night before my wedding, and my husband stayed with me that night Everyone congratulated us without us mentioning we’d just gotten married I think it was because I had mentioned it when I originally booked the room almost a year before

Everyone was super friendly, and kind I accidentally left my Fitbit in the room, and the process to reclaim it was very smooth Setting up a block of rooms for our guests was pretty easy too Would stay here again

Aloft is a great brand, but this location is not very close to the airport Yet it’s a great place to stay Very friendly and helpful staff made the difference! Lots of great food choices available in the pantry and adjacent to the property

My room wasn’t as clean as it should have been Someone’s hair was left on the bathroom sink, on the desk, and on the floor I had to remove it from my socks Since, this was the only problem, I count this as a good stay

Pamela Smutney

Easy access to the highway Quiet location I was nervous that there would be alot of street and airport noise but there was not

Pool was small and only 3 chairs for seating Luckily it was not busy when my kids wanted to swim Rooms are average size but layout is strange Not a fan of the barn door style slider between the sink and shower/toilet Also disliked the all glass shower The door leaked making the floor wet and slippery Also the frosted glass window in the shower into the room was annoying When the bathroom light were turned on at night it lit up the room waking up those trying to sleep

Terry Branigan

I made a reservation at this hotel for my wife and I to have a little bit of a one night getaway The hotel is nice, staff is friendly and helpful However, the noise that went on all night was unbearable

Doors slamming, people clomping up and down hallways, talking loud, and the pool being an echo chamber Things did not quiet down until about 4 AM I paid over $200 for a one night stay I will not do it againAnd they seem to cater to flight crew personnel I hope those people have a dedicated area in order to allow them to actually get some sleep’Based on my one night experience, it seems like this hotel allows too many lowlifes to rent rooms Maybe a “staycation” Again, nothing personal, but maybe better during the work week

Clean, comfortable, modern My husband and I enjoyed a private room with private bath during a night away with friends We were just a few steps away from great restaurants and bars

I checked the online ratings and saw a lot of good reviews So, I booked a room at Cleveland Hostels for my family which was a nightmare Maybe we expected too much after the good reviews but I would not recommend this place to anyone

There was no clear instruction on how to check in and out They didn’t have receptionist and the hostel didn’t have elevator and we had to carry our heavy bags upstairs The bathroom was dirty and the blankets were dragging on the floor which I didn’t find safe with the pandemic going around It wasn’t worth the amount they charge I am writing this thinking they might give better service for the future guests There are so many other good hotels around the same area Hopefully some people find my reviews helpful as well

Jen Bushnell

We had a wonderful stay at the Cleveland Hostel and Guesthouse We enjoyed socializing in the shared kitchen and common area We stayed in a private room with an en suite bath and it was very clean and comfortable! We did not get a chance to check out the rooftop patio so we will be sure to book another stay to fully take advantage of it and the beautiful view!

Excellent hotel! Every hotel needs a Cece! She was amazing and turned my frown upside down when we checked in, considering we booked online in the wrong location by accident Everything was top notch here Our room was immaculate and well appointed

Tons of great restaurants withn a couple milessteak house, seafood, hibachi, etc Others left negative breakfast reviews but our experience was completely opposite The food was delicious, omelets, sausage, French toast sticks, waffles, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit and cereal not to mention juice, tea and great coffee We went down around 9:30 and the cook was just bringing out more eggs and food, making sure the guests had plenty to choose from Checkout was great, made even better by Cece and some great conversation to start our day and trip home Highly recommend staying at this location

Ms. G

My room had the potential to be great But, the bed was right next to someone else’s toileting so every time someone needed to use the bathroom it sounded like it was right next to my head and I heard all the water coming down Interrupted my sleep too

They need to fix thatBut overall it was a very nice hotel in a very good location

Rich Campbell

Hey! This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! First: the shower was covered in dog hair 🙂 then, I’m positive there was a bed bug in it (don’t worry, it was dead Second of all, there were FIVE wooden clothes hangers tucked UNDER the sheet of the bed we were supposed to sleep in Does this not sound desirable enough? Second of all, the amazing employees of this establishment left not only the used wet towel of the previous guests, but they also left the delicious-scented USED bar of soap from the previous guests in our room

Our room number was 318 and I would actually demand a full refund if I want staying at the Scary-Ott hotel Please, never visit Akron, Ohio, or any Marriott Hotel, for that matter

I stayed here a few days over the weekend and at first all was great The breakfast was really good as well My last day that I was there the hot water didn’t work and I find it upsetting that the hotel didn’t even offer to compensate for the inconvenience

I had to leave out on my trip without a hot shower When I called to complain I was barely refunded a quarter of what I paid for the last night for the inconvenience Not saying this is not a good place to stay but don’t expect much in return if something goes wrong

No hot breakfast for the second day in a row We have 11 guys staying here working for the city We are only able to work thru the night and always look forward to a decent breakfast after long shifts

Here they have dropped the ball U can get a waffle, juice, or coffee Not much more than that This is discouraging considering this is a newer hotel We will be staying back at the Holiday Inn from now on

I go there for some rest and sleep because of my disability they put me in a disability room next to the kitchen wake up 4 in the morning with pots and pan being thrown around on the wall into the sink waking me up no the night was horrible Spending $150 in this day and age is a lot of money just to get some sleep My wife thought it would be a good idea just get some quiet so I can get better and not even close with this hotel do not go there they slam the doors to all the night there was no consideration by anybody

The kitchen door was opening and closing throughout the night and it was just really bad experience There are better rooms the only one disability room next to the kitchen and they told me they had these issues before so why in the world would you put a disabled person next to the kitchen when they need the rest they need There was no note or sincerity when I said something to the people at the front desk some lady named Queen another guy I did not catch his name With a matter-of-fact attitude like yeah we’ve had complaints about that before and I said then why would you put somebody over there I do not know sir she replied I will be calling corporate office very soon it is 7:40 in the morning I’m back at home did he eat the breakfast didn’t drink the coffee I just left

The InterContintal Suites Hotel of Cleveland, on Euclid Ave is a great place to stay To start your stay off the valet parking staff meet you at your car If you have a lot of luggage the doorman will assist you to your room

Then when you come in to front desk for your check-in At the front counter is there to truly help you in a difficult time and sometimes first stay to be seen at the Cleveland Clinic Once in the room they are very spacious whether it be, 2 full size beds or a king size room Rooms are very clean If you would have an issue call the front desk My second stay our air conditioner broke at about 11 pm It was no one’s faulty I called the front desk then apologized and moved us down the hall for 2 more nights Yes it was an inconvenience but they took care of us and made it right The 3rd stay, I had a question on how to handle having a mid-morning appointment, and not wanting to check out till after my appointment Joshua Taylor, Front Desk Manager this evening, he took great care of me and was able to get me a later check out I greatly appreciate all of the pleasant friendly staff members that work here Please note: They ask you to please where a mask in the public areas It is for your safety but many to protect patients like myself from getting any sicker and not being able to beat any respiratory issuesVery close walking to main entrance if you so choose (10 minutes) or the Cleveland Clinic has shuttles that will pick you up at the front door of the hotel Please allow 20-30 minutes for a ride to your closest entrance for your appointment No need to have your car while here The C2 restaurant has awesome food, and great staff Please don’t forget to tip your valet parking staff and the doorman if you use them

When I saw how close it was to Cleveland clinic I was worried about hearing ambulances all night long, but i didn’t Everyone was friendly, from valet to front desk to the house keeping we ran into on our way out Our bed was crisp and clean, as was the rest of the room

We felt welcome and safe staying here, and next time I want to stay at a suite I know exactly where to go

Mostly a good experience Room was very comfortable Bed was most comfortable I had ever had at any hotel

Very convenient for visiting my family member at Cleveland Clinic Arrived late at night Tried to order room service Made numerous attempts to contact room service Kept getting the run around Asked for a menu Was told they would bring one right up Never saw it Staff (Josh) at front desk was superb Got us a menu for a pizza place He even stayed late to make sure we got our order Took the hotel shuttle to the clinic twice One experience was good The other was horrible The woman who was running the shuttle was incredibly rude

Front desk staff was very accommodating and professional The hotel offers great breakfast options though I must say that it’s very limited compared to other hotels The hotel is clean and tidy

The rooms are spacious and even though I didn’t get a room on the topmost floor, I didn’t really hear the footsteps from upstairs The location is great with so many options for restaurants The downside is that the parking garage is not connected to the hotel They could have had a bridge from the hotel that connects to the parking garage instead of walking outside by the alley which could be dangerous at night or challenging during winter time especially if it’s snowing Otherwise, my experience with this hotel was pleasant and satisfying

A great location for Crocker Park We like to stay there when visiting family in the area The staff is amazing dealing with a mid quality hotel

They advertise a pool, but please don’t attempt it Murky water with a thin layer floating on top The rooms are average No praise but no complaints Perfect for their bottom line I guessThe breakfast is a surpriseon the good side🙂 weirdly the highlight of our stayBe careful at their lobby bar It’s regular hotel front desk staff “acting” as bartenders But they’re embarrassing $6 for a limited choice canned beer, $10 for “mixed drinks” There’s better bar staff at a local dive barThis hotel wouldn’t survive If it weren’t for the location

I really wanted to love this place The location is great The continental breakfast was good

The rooms were okay What made it a poor visit for us was being a family of 4 we asked for daily housekeeping We expected a bathroom wipe down, emptied trash, fresh towels, and maybe a bed or two made We even helped by bagging trash and piling up towels What we got was rude housekeepers and no service even after reminding the front desk numerous times I’ll try some where else next time
