Staff is nice Grounds are cleanThey have daily breakfast, but I wouldn’t recommend it

Their fitness center is small but adequateMy room had a refrigerator and a microwave The showers are equipped with body wash, shampoo and conditioner They have an outdoor fire pit area where I guess you can sun bathe?Overall it doesn’t have very many amenities, but it is very clean and I appreciate that

Peter DeNatale

Although other reviews have mentioned noise issues, I didn’t hear much throughout the night The hotel is next to a hospital so you may hear sirens but there wasn’t much road noise or noise from neighbors aside from that The rooms and lobby were very modern and well-kept

The layout of the bathroom was a little odd but not a huge factor There weren’t too many options for breakfast but better than just cereal The staff at the front desk was friendly but not very personable/engaging Parking in garage is free which was nice to keep my car tucked away Would definitely stay again

Juli Rasmussen

The hotel is newer and nice BUT, the traffic sounds made it impossible to get a good nights sleep 🙁 I was in room 526, so you have nice views, but the highway ruins it with the stress of seeing and hearing cars zooming by

The only dirty thing was the shower floor, not sure why it’s wearing so poorly?! You can see what I mean in the photo The breakfast was probably one of the worst I’ve had in a while – the absolute minimum and nothing packaged that you can take with you The front desk experience was quick, but strange I wasn’t acknowledged as being a Titanium member, not that I care, but I thought it was unusual The two women working weren’t very professional and chatted a lot Not that I mind people enjoying their work environment, but the overall interaction wasn’t great Maybe I’m just tired from not getting enough sleep there 😉

Justin was awesome at check-in Rarely in my 30+ years of traveling and hotel stays have I encountered such quality service, cheerfulness and undivided attention at check-in Taking my elderly mother on her final cross-country road-trip; we arrived a bit early

Rather than stall or make excuses, Justin went far above and beyond to get us into our room as fast as possible, all while he helped get us familiar with the area I’ve stayed in $1600/night hotels where the service wasn’t this good Well done, Marriott In my book, you’ve got a hero in Justin Oh, and… the room was awesome — slightly on the expensive side, but quite upscale and worth every penny

Jonathan Lacson

Facility was state of the art, everything worked and was nice, and the staff were very attentive and friendly Shoutout to Justin who was very kind and gracious during my 2ish month stay — he deserves a raiseTaking a point off because of the laundry — the dryers did not dry all the way (and before you ask, yes I cleaned the lint traps

) I had to run the dryers twice (which I didn’t appreciate from a cost perspective) or hang up my damp shirts around the room and blast the AC if time was a constraint

John Matranga

Rooms were well-appointed and spacious Decor was nice throughout in the room and in the common areas The greatest “minus” related to the free breakfast

Much of the food for breakfast is off-limits to guests A gatekeeper and physical barriers blocked access from getting juice, cereal, yogurt, bagels, and the like My guess is the purpose was to control room costs related to breakfast, but the effect on guests is to make people wait and feel uncomfortable asking for juice Drop the barriers please and guests will be happier

This is such a wonderful respite in Albuquerque! I cannot recommend it highly enough On my visit there were countless patrons taking photos of the beautiful environs, foodies enjoying Campo, Prom-bound high school students getting the perfect photo backgrounds, a beautiful relaxed wedding, and the rest of us travelers enjoying a unique stop especially compared to normal hotels during travel! The Farm Shop is so well curated it is hard to leave empty handed Being able to just wander the grounds at your leisure is food for the soul

The rooms are exceptionally clean and well appointed It feels like the perfect guest suite if your friends had immaculate taste and unlimited means Room service is a dream if you feel like holing up in your room with a book and wine Make an excuse to come to Albuquerque or stop here on your next driving adventure!

Gabrielle Gallegos

We had one of the best meals we’ve ever eaten at this restaurant We had four courses and each ordered different items so that we could share Every dish was perfectly balanced with wonderful flavors and textures

Everything we had was exquisite We also did the wine pairings and truly enjoyed each selection Don’t miss the lavender coffee – the perfect end to a wonderful meal!

Laurie Carroll

I’m a princess when it comes to hotels, but I can’t find anything wrong with Los Poblanos, we had the most perfect stayThe rooms were big, clean, nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable (although we did weigh the pillows weren’t feather), and they have their lavender products in the bathrooms which are amazingThe whole property is so gorgeous, and it’s so nice to stroll through the grounds and find hidden courtyards and explore the flowers

The food at Campo is amazing We had snacks, dinner and breakfast there and we loved everythingCan’t wait to go back for a longer stay!

We stayed for one night and we loved it The room was comfortable and suited our family of 5 Breakfast was great and we loved the selection

The common area is very welcoming and comfortable The staff was very friendly and helpful Our kids enjoyed the pool just said it was a little cold A hot tub would’ve been awesome We will definitely stay again if we’re in the area

Ryan Erwin

This is our first stay at the Marriott Pyramid in Albuquerque and I must admit that we’ve been impressed Our room is very nice and comfy The showers are hot and have great water pressure and the bed is great

Now for the best part of our experience here – the guy behind the desk running the show tonight – Drew We can’t thank him enough for his hospitality He went above and beyond to accommodate our family after being on the road for 15 hoursGreat service and a 2am check in are a rare and unusual combination, but Drew knocked it out of the park

Lindsay Norman

We love this hotel and stay every time we visit Albuquerque We had a room with no AC and they happily moved and upgraded us, it was a smooth process so that was appreciated The staff is professional and very kind and accommodating

It’s my understanding the hotel is severely understaffed based on their standard and the hotel was booked to capacity during our stay You can feel that but everyone takes it in stride Joe, the bartender was amazing and we hope y’all give him a raise! Thanks for a great experience

We stayed here for two nights on the back end of a 5,000+ mile road trip across the country We desperately needed a day or two of rest and relaxation before we made the final 750 miles home – and decided to stay hereThe bad: The price per night for this place is insane

They wanted over $400 a night for the room alone, which of course is crazy expensive Back when we paid for rooms in Vegas I never paid anywhere near that, and for much bigger, newer roomsMediocre: The poker room was drastically understaffed and the staff they did have was not friendly Not that I blame them really, they are overworked and underpaid The seats were not comfortable, they didn’t have many trolleys for drinks and whatnot and the beverage service left a lot to be desiredThe good: The staff is friendly, the casino is well lit, secure and well stocked The hotel and the rooms themselves were great, very clean – just not worth the price tagAt the end of the day if they want to charge high end Vegas prices they need to provide a high end Vegas experience, and that includes a solid, amenable wait staff and gambling staff

S A Lands

Customer service is horrible since the pandemic Everything is a fight here We rented their super suite for $1500/night for a girls trip

They made every aspect of the stay difficult Weeks before we requested early check in When we arrived, they wouldn’t honor it AND even tried to make us wait an extra hour to check in at 4! The restaurant wouldn’t take a reservation and we’re going to make us wait an hour The sports bar tried the same thing b it there were so many empty tables that we walked in and sat down-after they’d hassled us all day, we’d had enough Our trip to the spa was bad too They had oversold day passes so the hot tubs and saunas were too crowded to use even if you’d paid for a service and expected the amenities They obviously have way too much funding from somewhere, because they don’t care a thing about guest experience!

Roshelle White

Extremely disappointed! We booked our room for one night, on a Monday and it was $300 When we got to our room and decided to checkout our dinner options, we realized we could only eat at the fast food grill The sports bar was closed for maintenance

I decided to DoorDash dinner only to find out that the dasher can only deliver to the front desk and I had to go downstairs and get my order We tried to bring up alcohol that we bought at the store but the casino wouldn’t allow it When we asked where we would be able to buy beer in the casino, a security guard pointed us towards the gift shop that closed at 7pm By this time it was already after 7 There were only two towels in the bathroom of our double queen bed room Makes no sense We found a long black hair in the tub The only positive is the bathroom had a really nice tub with good water pressure We went down to the casino and found out that your not allowed to drink on the casino floor You have to sit at the bar and finish your drink! I have never been to a casino this terrible No fun!!

Had an excellent stay here on our first trip to ABQ The neighborhood is awesome – it’s residential but walking distance to several craft breweries and doesn’t have the touristy vibe of old town (although you can walk there in like 15 min if that’s on your list) It’s really centrally located and totally safe

The rooms are very well decorated with local art and prints I felt kind of pampered here, there are a lot of really nice personal touches Jesse was a wonderful host and has done an amazing job of restoring this propertyWe stayed in the Lottie suite and loved having a kitchen and living room

David Divine

We really enjoyed our stay at the Painted Lady The suite was immaculate and plenty of room for my wife and I along with my folks Plenty of nice touches, especially if you’re interested in exploring the beer scene in Albuquerque

Jesse is super friendly and knowledgeable to steer you in the right direction for breweries and/or restaurants The courtyard is comfortable and bright My wife really enjoyed the fire pit We will definitely return

Jennie Garst

We loved, loved, loved our stay in the Lottie suite at the Painted Lady Bed & Brew! Jesse thought of every detail to make a stay at the Painted Lady perfect The suite was beautiful and cozy and beyond our expectations Jesse was such a wonderful host too

We enjoyed talking with him and learning about the area and the Painted Lady We can’t wait to go back and enjoy another stay! Thanks, Jesse!

Where do I begin to describe this astonishingly beautiful place that we stayed at for 3 nights in July, 2022 to celebrate a family member’s birthday It is located on the outskirts of Albuquerque My spouse and I had a lovely queen suite with a living area with gas fireplace and a private flower-filled small patio

Our son had a twin bedroom with a small patio also The bed linens in each room were of a lovely, high quality When you first arise, they bring a delicious homemade muffin or scone and coffee to your room A little later there is a gourmet picture-perfect breakfast made right in the open kitchen The setting is reminiscent of an enclosed compound that is contemporary with a New Mexico vibe There are trees and flowers flourishing among the large flagstone patio area and there is also a swimming pool It is obvious that every detail was carefully and thoroughly thought out by the owner and architect when this small hotel was built It gets close to perfection

Carolyn Leavitt

We truly enjoyed our stay Amy’s hospitality was unsurpassed The amenities were wonderful and the breakfast was THE best

This is not a 5 star rating because of the “passive cooling” that was in place when we visited Unfortunately, our room was very warm which made sleeping difficult, despite the use of a provided fan and opening the window Thank you Sarabande

Charlene McCurn

A little late writing this review as we stayed at Sarabande in April Everything was so wonderful and Amy was so attentive Breakfast was absolutely delicious and our room was very comfortable

We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the evenings enjoying a glass of wine We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Albaquerque!

Absolutely wonderful staff! Whether it was helping me check in or helping me find my phone by calling it, or giving me extra towels The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and full of smiles!!! The overall ambience of the hotel is also very inviting and makes you want to stay in the lobby and chitchat and make new friends!

Kae Zenisek

Wasn’t a great stay, I know they can’t control groups but I was forced to eat dinner in the bar area where I could not hear with earbuds in at full volume due to crowds, kids and drunks Not sure what chemicals they use but I discovered that I was allergic to the sheets, the room reeked of men’s cologne and the comforter of women’s perfume Paid more for this hotel to get a nice stay

the shower was nice 🙂 Some of the front desk staff were super helpful, one girl just didn’t care

Stayed during the weekdays Parking is free and easy to park, I didn’t have to search for a spot They had bellhops and other services upon entering

The staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly The room was very clean and seemed maintained and updated Room was quite The bed was comfortable The water pressure was excellent for a room that was high up Concierge was nice, but still lacked drinks and desserts The location is nice, easy to get on and off I-40 Right next to lots of shopping and restaurants I plan to stay here again if/when I come back

Jason and Crystal Welch

I’m rather high in status and decided to spend some hard earned points here I travel for work and spend close to equal nights in hotel as I do at home Hotel room that I received was run down for a recent renovation and the lounge was pretty abysmal

Staff was fine I feel like I should make more of an effort on my Hilton status given the offerings I mean I know it was a points reservation, but I feel like when I use points, I never get a decent room What’s the point of using points?

Jennifer Phillips

Leena is what every hotel bartender should be Just the right balance of attentive and talkativeRooms are fine

Does anyone else miss bar soap in the shower? The walls could use a wipe down in the bathroomStaff makes this place They did me a solid and got me into a room early so I could get some work done

We had not planned to stay at this hotel but after staying at another Heritage Hotel it was top on our list when we found that our return flight home was canceled I booked online very early since the reservation center was not open at that hour in the morning (5 am) I had remembered seeing the hotel previewed on the heritage channel during our stay at The Inn and Spa at Loretto earlier that week

Once we obtained our rental car and had some coffee we contacted the hotel and asked if we could drop off our luggage since there were a lot of alerts about car break ins at a lot of tourist locations We were told that we could absolutely do that and to come right over The valet attendant James took care of our luggage quickly and efficiently We returned to the hotel around 2 pm to see if we would be able to check in early Sarah at the desk was very kind and welcoming while briefly listening to our plight She got us checked in early with swiftness and efficiency The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable with every convenience we would need Everyone was so kind, helpful, and welcoming even the hotel security Michelle who brushed the snow off our rental Absolutely loved this hotel and can’t wait to go back

Excellent and wonderful hotel! I really love the Indian style artworks and the details of every furniture and decoration in the hotel and the rooms Very nice pool, and the parking space is right in front of the lobby door Also, there is a food market across a street

It’s really convenient to grab the food I’d love to stay at this hotel again!

Teresa Mills

Cannot speak highly enough of our stay The service was impeccable, from the included valet, front desk and wine bar Our room was very clean and thoughtfully designed – including USB ports in sensible places for charging, beautiful robes and 4 large towels (those with long hair will appreciate having enough towels for body and head!) would absolutely stay here again!

Great location! Charming rooms! Amazing breakfast! We walked to the shops in Old Town Albuquerque; we could have walked to three different museums, but we needed our car for other excursions afterward We had the smallest room, with two twin beds, perfect for my daughter and I The high ceilings, the new “antique” tile

the blue glass toadstool door stop and the footed tub all added to the cozy feeling in our room AND the breakfast, mmmmm, the blue corn scones and fresh fruit with homemade sorbet were my favorites, while my daughter was blown away by the fruit juice blends (blueberry-prickly pear, for instance) The hosts made check in and check out so easy with timely, friendly texts What a delightful stay we had!

Karen Marty

My husband and I had a wonderful 3-night stay in late March, 2022 The room was very comfortable and the heating/cooling system easy to operate The Bottger Mansion is in a fantastic location on the edge of Old Town, Albuquerque

There were many interesting restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance – it was so nice not to have to hunt for parking spaces! Steve and Kathy are warm and hospitable innkeepers, and their breakfasts are not to be missed!

Mike and Chris Goulet

We recently enjoyed a lovely evening in room 21 at the Bottger Mansion It was conveniently located to the airport as well as had some restaurants within walking distance The grounds were just beautiful and it was so nice to sit out on the lawn at the table provided to enjoy their freshly brewed coffee in the morning

They have our favorite pottery shop’s coffee mugs and we were able to purchase one with the Bottger Mansion logo on it We were served a delicious breakfast outside in their courtyard We would definitely consider staying there again in the future

The hotel is clean, the staff is great but do not stay while there is a wedding Bass was shaking our walls- concert level volume We were told they would move inside at 10pm, however, employee then started cleaning and moving tables & chairs until after 11pm

People outside enjoying themselves well into the night If you’re staying for the wedding wonderful otherwise ask if there is an event before booking!

Shawna Baron

We stayed two nights and had a wonderful time So much to do within walking distance- our favorite was Sawmill Market across the street This place is safe, clean, modern, and friendly

The pool is fabulous but they do share it with their sister hotel next door (Hotel Chaco) Also loved the restaurant and gift shop on site Will definitely be back

This property is great Reasonable price, great rooms, excellent customer service from Brian at the Registration Desk and the restaurant staff too The room was clean, well maintained, and quiet

There is not much available within walking distance for food or entertainment as I had hoped there would be, so I was bored for the evening The quality, preparation, and service for the food was excellent! pool was very full with other guests and kids which was great for them, but I would have liked to have a live band or musician during the evening Overall a great experience

We came into town for a weekend getaway this place looked amazing online they really fluff it up With anticipation of a relaxing weekend by the pool we find out after booking that the pool is closed for no particular reason Called Guest services several times to get basic information about places to eat or fresh linen and towels no one answered

They also offer breakfast but it’s an Additional charge I suggest going to FLYING STAR CAFE it was a place I found online and it was amazing I wish they had a hotel I would probably have had a better time Unfortunately Crowne Plaza doesn’t meet its online presence so be forewarned you are just paying for a bed and a shower and a pretty lobby (why they got the 3rd star)

Well as far as hotels I would recommend just die to the fact that the housekeeper named Ruby went above and beyond for what ever I needed or my family needed She never hesitated and just because I recommend this their service Excellent when it comes to the rooms Now as for the front desk can get busy but they are very friendly as soon as they greet you you feel welcomed

Try it once won’t be disappointed Two pools are better than one and the view is pretty cool

The ambiance in the lobby is fantastic and has many beautiful features We worked with two different valet attendants during our stay and they were great We called for our car to be brought to the front of the hotel, left our room and headed downstairs, and our car was waiting for us

Super impressive turnaround, less than five minutesRoom decor included these creepy partial faces on the wall The ac did not work as well as we had hoped and it was very hot at night Our room did not have a bathtub, microwave, and the toilet paper was super thin All of the pillows were on the flat side However, the room was clean and the bed was comfy

This was a unique hotel in an awesome location in downtown Albuquerque The parking situation isn’t ideal, but I used the garage next door with no issue! I got a double room on the 5th floor with excellent mountain views The beds were comfortable and there were a ton of TV channels to browse

I wasn’t a huge fan of the shower – it doesn’t have a door – but other than that the bathrooms are upgraded and very modern! I loved the lobby decor & how they have kept older aspects of the hotel while modernizing aspects of it as well The office space was excellent for getting some work done as wellThere are no coffee makers in the rooms but there is coffee in the lobby every morning that was very good! The biggest downside to this hotel, which is of no fault of theirs, is the traffic noise going all night They do provide ear plugs but since it is an older building the noise really doesn’t get blocked much There is also no fitness center in the hotel, not a deal breaker for me but something to be aware of! Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to check out the restaurant when I’m back as it smelled so yummy every time I went by!

Lovely hotel! The decor is amazingThe hotel has small cabanas on level 1 with unique decor you can use as a available to just sit and talk with family/friendsThe elevator is stylish too

The bathroom was a bit weird though There was no door to the shower area so the water splashed outside (It was not a accessible room)The ac didn’t work so it was quite hot at night The instructions for thermostat were not very helpful

We stayed here for 2 nights The staff were all very friendly and helpful We loved the free 5:30 pm Kickback Meal, and the free breakfast

We enjoyed the hot tub and pool every night Our room was super clean and the beds are very comfy We were in a room facing the interstate and we did hear a lot of road noise even with white noise playing on our phone I would bring ear plugs just in case you are on the interstate side of the hotel I would not hesitate to stay here again We loved it!

This is the second time we stayed at this Drury All the staff is super friendly and polite Always helpful and proactive in service

The dinner and breakfast included are very good and the 2 cocktails after a day on the road welcome 😉 The hotel is clean and well maintained The bed was a little soft for me, but I think beds and pillows are difficult to please everyone The price is very fair for the room and 2 meals We’ll be back Thank you
