This hotel is beautiful! It smells clean, which is importantIt has a nice bar on siteLots I mean LOTS of hang out seating downstairs, much more than typical hotels

You pay $15 a day for parking across the street The reason they charge is because the hotel leases the lot from a companyThe only downside is that it’s VERY loud on the weekends You are downtown, if you’re easily upset by noise at night this is not the hotel for youI recommend and would stay here again

Diane Hacker (Hugs)

Excellent in all areas!!!!So Welcoming, Friendly & Helpful Staff!Parking lot in front just across the street Tons of handicap spacesUnloading parking right out front

Over 1000 points for staying 2 nights 3 daysComfy beds, pillows, I’ll bring softer blanket next time thoSo very clean2nd week I noticed our new room had a loose toilet paper holder, I’ll tell front deskNice pool areaBeautiful outdoor area with walking area connects to lounge and poolBreakfast has a large variety cold and fresh foods and drinksThe hot side could use more variety and BACON 🥓 I can’t eat sausage 😢The French toast was hard only the middle was edibleThe bfast burritos were great, I put the crumbled bacon in those! We stayed for eye surgeryWe got the teacher discount which was so appreciated!

Kenneth Sage

The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the location couldn’t be beatDidn’t love paying 15 dollars for parkingBiggest reason I am giving this a 4 star is due to temperature control in the room

We had set the thermostat and in the middle of the night it was reset to 86 degrees

Great experience and pleasurable stay Rooms are very nice and the bed comfortable Great view from balcony

The hotel is decorated very modern and everyone is very friendly The only thing I would suggest to make it a even better stay would be to clean the carpet in the room The room we stayed in had crusty spots all over it It could use a good cleaning but the room was very clean and decorated nicely This hotel is located in a great part of town off the beaten path in a quiet subdivision I definitely saw a better side of OKC staying at this hotel I really enjoyed watching the aircraft across the sky going to the air force base Will stay here again Price for room was reasonable I also enjoyed the food in the concierge lounge The guest laundry only has one washer and one dryer But overall a great experience and recommend this hotel

Alexis Indermill

This hotel was such a let down For the price I thought we were getting something really nice I even paid extra for a balcony and breakfast

Do not bother with that Balcony has rusted out railing and no chairs There is a glistening substance on my couch cushions There were hairs in my bed We asked for extra blankets that were crunchy There was toilet paper in my shower There was just a lot of rust and dirt It felt really dirty Pool/fitness area is disappointing at best Almost nothing was open the whole time here This was way too much money I would have been happier at a Motel 6, at least I would have been prepared for the stay

wells

Smells good and is clean That’s the plus However, not worth spending 250 something dollars for the “bigger” room and “European walk in shower

” Made it sound like it would be huge and the shower would be big Not at all If you need a separate living area and then a long skinny hallway and a more private bedroom then fine But if you want an area that’s just open and spacious, this is not it Also, the shower and bathroom was a huge disappointment So small And the details are in much need of an update like this handle that’s about to fall off…Also The seal to the patio door is weak and you hear a howling sound of wind CONSTANTLY Sounds like a siren goingEdit: at 1:30am I’m listening to a very loud and sounds like it’s about to die air conditioning unit Our room is getting hot and we just want the air to kick on BUT, it’s hard to sleep with this loud awful noise!!!! This hotel room was for celebrating our wedding anniversary and we really wanted a nice experience This certainly was not it

The hotel overall was clean and smelled refreshing The breakfast was amazing and the servers were very kind The room we stayed in had a great view, appeared clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was a little tight/small but it was decent

The staff was patient and nice Jenny helped us out so much! She gave us food recommendations around the city, complimentary breakfast during our stay, and was so welcoming Would definitely stay here again

Crystal Totani

Saturday was our second time staying at this location It is very clean and walking distance to almost everything Everyone was extremely nice

I do wish they had free breakfast and parking which is the only reason I didn’t give it a five star I just feel like when you pay that much to stay you should at least get some breakfast and a safe place to park your vehicle Also, we had no shampoo in our room and of course it was to late to ask for it 🙂 I would still return to this location though

Andria Morales

Had the most pleasant time here with the most respectful employees…Our night ended in brick town on our arrival back to our room my niece left her charger in our vehicle so we stopped by front guest services and asked for a charger Jennie in okc downtown with no questions asked handed her charger and just asked if we could return by check out in the AM to front desk!!”GO JENNIE” very much appreciated!!! We also needed a fan to add extra air flow at no questions asked room service delivered one in less than 10 min I strongly recommend 10/10 room and stay!!💪🏻

When we travel we tend to choose Marriot hotels for their consistent good service, but we did find this place to be exceptional in that area Each employee was joyful, sweet and kind in communication In addition to great service the hotel was very clean

The Lobby had a large area also clean which would be a great place for a team get together if you are traveling with a sports teams I am thinking team bonding activities and the like Larger than most and nicely staged It was a great stay for our family

PrettiGirl Bush

I was torn on this review because the staff was very helpful & friendly & we enjoyed them very much! However, the walls were so thin you could hear everything in the other rooms And the couch to me, seemed it could use some steam cleaning And we had at least one unused towel that was in the clean folded stack when we arrived, that had hair in it!!

Reymark Cunanan

Nice hotel with good service and friendly staff The only complain I have is the breakfast they served while we’re staying there for a month due to my wife’s active orders in Air force Reserves At first they serve sandwiches in a plastic wrapper and it gets soggy due to moisture, then they did change it to scambled eggs which are very salty everytime and bacon are swimming in grease

Other than that, everything else is great

This was my first stay here and I really liked it The staff (front desk, housekeeping and valet) were so accommodating and helpful The room was spacious and clean

The hotel itself is centrally located so it was fast and easy to get something to eat after we settled into the room There were restaurants in the main floor with live music which created a nice ambiance I would 10/10 come back and recommend this hotel to others

Raven Childers

This was a very historic building but it was updated The bar was very spacious and had a lot of room along with a piano The entrance of the hotel was all wood with very comfortable huge sitting areas

The rooms were very well appointed the beds were very comfortable and the towels were awesome along with the toiletries that were provided It was a very spacious room with a desk chest of drawers mini fridge and coffee tea station

Kim Been

The whole hotel was beautiful and clean! Check in was easy and efficient Love the original, historical charm of the lobby and restaurants You don’t see this level of décor and cleanliness in many places anymore

The room was adorned with high-end furnishings and luxurious bedding Everything we needed for a wonderful nights stay

If you are a light sleeper i would avoid this hotel Especially if you are on the road side The road noise and the train noise goes on at all hours of the night and never stops

Not sure if the issue is better on the non- road side of the building but it might be?This was my only issue everything else was great

Kenny Smith

My first ever review, but I believe customer feedback is important for any establishment to remain successful: I am a Marriott Platinum Elite member, who’s spent thousands of dollars staying at Marriott hotel resorts, across multiple states and 64 times within the year of 2022 I recently had an experience with an employee who’s last name is Hobbs, at the Fairfield Inn Suites in downtown Oklahoma City, that immediately was counteractive of previous, pleasant and positive experiences I’ve had staying at the hotel with other employees who were greatThe employee greeted an older, Caucasian gentleman prior to me with courtesy, respect and a very welcoming and customer friendly attitude

EXAMPLE: He offered the gentleman a welcome gift, asked if there was anything he could do to accommodate his stay; very polite, courteous, helpfulMy Experience: Upon checking in and asking if there were any room upgrades available with Platinum Elite status he said no, and did not offer a welcome gift Upon asking for assistance to complete a possible room upgrade with 100,000 plus points I’ve accumulated, or cancelling the reservation and booking with points; instead of assisting and calling Marriott reservations to help with the process, he called the police and stated I was no longer a guest, was trespassing and unwilling to leave I thought that reaction and behavior to be very unwelcoming and extreme I immediately left the hotel and decided to pay double the cost of the canceled reservation to check in to the National Autograph hotel in downtown Oklahoma City, where it was a MUCH BETTER and a very different customer service experienceAll the best,- Kenneth Smith

Miss Mocha was the absolute best company and sweetest of spirits while enjoying a relaxing time at the bar She mixed me up the PERFECT little drink to my likings and made my night not so lonesome It’s always a pleasure, those rare moments with others, and I will say that I look forward to more in the future as I am a regular here at the OKC Downtown! Much love baby!!! MUAH

I’m a titanium elite Bonvoy member Let me first say some of the people on staff are friendly and helpful, but they are in the minority I am currently sitting outside the hotel on a curb in the parking lot smoking a very nice cigar on Father’s Day weekend

This is because they have the patio locked and hidden from guests Also, during breakfast this morning I had to ask how to get breakfast Once I knew, that was fine and the kitchen staff was friendly and helpful But while I was there a number of other guest came through and had no clue what was going on or how to get breakfast It seems the hotel management have gone out of their way to confuse guest and therefore deny services and amenities I would be fine if they just closed all of these and said so The location is fine That’s about it This should not be a Marriott property

Maria C. Garcia

The two ladies at the front desk were awesome great customer service My room was very nice and very clean and comfortable My stay didn’t include breakfast I was told I could purchase at the restaurant

I got eggs drenched in oil, dry hard toast, and bacon that was burnt to the crisp I paid 1000 for this prison food I asked the old lady in the kitchen if they had fresh bacon she stood there and argued with me that everyone wants burnt bacon Next day I went to McDonald’s got a full breakfast for 5 dollars and change Shameful

Kyle Baker

I travel to OK fairly often for business and this is the only hotel I ever use The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming They always remember me and take very good care of me during my stay

Rodora, Marie, and Rhoda are the absolute best staff members I’ve come acrossThe location is also very convenient as there are restaurants within the same parking lot shared by the hotel I highly recommend The Four Points by Sheraton Oklahoma City Quail Springs!!

Very clean, pool, hot tub and sauna were all working and exceptionally clean Staff was very friendly and helpful The hot breakfast was great with Many choices and included free with our stay! Our room was very clean with all the essential necessities needed, including extra blankets and pillows in our room! Kids enjoyed the WiFi for their electronics

Highly recommend! We enjoyed our stay here very much!

Kimise Cherry

I LOVED the hot tub I was surprised it was in a room with the sauna, usually its outside but they had a sauna It was amazing and very hot which I LOVE!The staff was very friendly and accommodating

The rooms could be updated but it was good and surprisingly big Standing in the tub felt like either I was going to fall through or like it had bubbles underneath the tub Sorry, thats the best way to describe itThe bed was too firm for me

Dawn Garza

This is a nice place to stay if you’re on a budget and don’t want a lot of frills Is a little dated and breakfast got old after 2 days, but staff were great and our room was spacious and had a separate living/kitchenette We would stay again if it was for a day or two and I brought my own shampoo, soap, etc

Overall all a good experience

Good Day Farm

I booked my stay with the app, before seeing all the negative reviews on google I was worried…But honestly my experience wasn’t that bad

First, great location if you want to be in downtown, and of course the parking is limited I’ve stayed in several inter city high end hotels, free or on site parking is rare, so this hotel not having that isn’t an issue to me… Always call the property ahead if you need parkingThe suite was nice, but honestly nothing over the top The chair in my room has seen better days, should be replacedRoom was clean and quiteAll the staff I interacted with was great, truly a pleasureThe lobby is nice, and a good area to sit and enjoy some coffeeI was disappointed that they still charge extra for club level room with lounge access, even though the lounge is closed They need to update the website and price for this…But, bottom line, for the price, this was an excellent in city hotel, great people to deal with alsoI would definitely stay here again, the issues I had were very minor

Alan Williard

We had a fantastic 7-day stay The room was very spacious and very comfortable The hotel itself is located in a great area to walk to restaurants

The restaurant in the hotel was very good as well We valet parked, and it was the best situation for us We texted about 20 minutes before we’d need the car, and it’d be there waiting when we got down to the street Mitchell Morris was one of the valets This young man was extremely polite and attentive to every guest, and we watched him run every time someone called for their car He made an incredibly favorable impression on behalf of the hotel

Shannon Hillock

Great area, nice hotel Valet was very warm and friendly but the rest of the staff was pretty cold Room was big and spacious

Couch had weird stains on the cushions Stains from food or something on the ceiling They aren’t very detailed cleaners, it could have used a really good cleaning Bed was insanely uncomfortable with big ruts in the mattress Most of the outlets didn’t work Not a horrible experience but I probably wouldn’t stay there again

Kirsten Mieth-Overton

I was surprised with how clean the rooms are Beds are comfy and breakfast was hot Unfortunately pool was closed and also the elevator

Overall stay was fine if you don’t mind the sketchy people walking around from across the street Also gas station next door brings homeless and they tend to hang out I recommend staying if it’s just for the night or a couple days

Kimberly Wilkerson

I was pleasantly surprised! Surrounding hotels are a bit suspect This one was clean and staff was amazing Our room was very clean, a few lightbulbs were out and there wasn’t a shower curtain when we arrived, but the staff was able to fix those issues for us

Breakfast choices were great, clean eating area Only issue was breakfast wasn’t ready on time at 6 which causes a delayed start to our day The swimming pool was clean and very warm Hope to visit again soon!

Vanessa Brewer

Elevator out of order, poor counter clerk is completely overwhelmed I booked a king room two days prior to arrival, they had none available on check-in- I think the hotel is oversold Check in was stressful

Poor clerk has been run-raggedMy room is fine, smells like bleach (good thing) Linens appear clean, I don’t see signs of bed bugsI travel for work I stay at a lot of comfort inns I’m actively concerned for my vehicle’s safety and am pretty sure I’m gonna get broken into because I have boxes of sheets, pillows, kitchen stuff and clothes that’s entirely impractical to unpack for one night at a hotel I’m completely unfamiliar with the area–and I gotta say the surroundings look rough–and that’s hard to ascertain from a Google map view– else I may have selected a different place to bookThere’s a vehicle safety warning on the building The elevator is broken, so if I wanted to unpack my car to make it less enticing to break into, I’d be hauling #4 50lb boxes up to the third floor Gotta pass and take my chancesSo maybe don’t stay here if you have your travel apartment packed up in your car and have bum kneesQuick night in with no luggage and well functioning joints? You’ll probably be fine!

Hotel is thoughtfully represented in a historic area of downtown, rightfully representing its past as a former ford factory Parking outside of valet is a bit out of the way, but a little walk is expected and enjoyed when your down town Just prepare for inclement weather if your not valet parking

Upon checking in the staff was extremely kind and helpful, they answered any questions we had and asked if we had stayed before In case you haven’t they will give you a run down of what to expect from the hotel, it’s amenities, and it’s rooms The food is great and can be ordered from room service, and while you wait you can take a stroll down the hills and through the lobby area, after all, your staying in a literal art museum The exhibits are unique and beautiful The purple penguins are an art exhibit within themselves but you can feel free to move and manipulate them Just don’t take one off the premises The rooms have high ceilings, espresso machines, industrial styles plumbing attachments, a lit closet, sliding doors, and a massive window beyond the head of the bed Converting this into a hotel was done so with ample thought Inside the room lighting is versatile and charging opportunities are ample Overall a great and interesting stay, even if just for a night, you can’t beat the pricing for what you receive If you get the chance to stay, book, book, book!!!!

Love this hotel, good location for a night life the 80s retro bar around the corner was awesome, the rooms was huge with tall ceilings and big widows A modern feel, the museum throughout the hotel on the first level was pretty cool and my kids loved it The art work on the other floors was pretty cool

The restaurant for the hotel was a bit pricey but good The staff was very accommodating Will definitely stay here again

Nannan Yang

All I can say is … it was different Between Mind-blowing and mind-boggling, I don’t know which one to say…Service: the staff are very friendly and always on top of everythingSurroundings: Sightseeing ~ not short of things to see … there’s museum, art exhibition, some creative art sculptures , and even a few videos /movies to watch

Room: upgraded to a suite Room was huge with tall ceilings and big widows Very modern and futuristicFacilities: restaurants offers gourmet food Their new restaurant that connects to the pool was doing a grand opening and tasting event at the time we were there I would love to go there and try the food if I go there again in the futureIf you are tired of the ordinary 5 star hotel owned by the big enterprises, definitely check this place out Nice for a change!

The property is beautiful and convenient to the Convention Center We stayed in a corner suite Plenty of room to spread out and the extra restroom was nice for guests

The staff was helpful at check-in and my room was spotless The view of the park, pool, and Convention Center were amazing The large bath tub was awesome for relaxing after a day at a cheer competition My children enjoyed the pool Had trouble multiple times with room service One day it never even showed up Upon check-out t took 20 minutes to get my car from the valet after I had received notification that it was out front Overall, I would probably choose another property next time Not worth the convenience for sub-par service

I loved this hotel The lobby is beautiful and the meeting rooms were excellent The food provided for our 2 day meetings was amazing!! The made to order breakfast was very good, and the staff person who managed manage the breakfast area was so friendly and cheerful even early in the morning

The front desk staff is friendly and kind They have a nightly happy hour that is complimentary Everything about my stay was great The location is a little challenging because there isn’t much that’s walkable but you do have a Starbucks and a Mcalister’s deli next door

Great experience for the price Love the suites Very comfortable rooms

TV in living room area and in bedroom so different people can watch what they want Beautiful hotel and rooms The employees were very friendly and helpful The free breakfast was amazing Best I have seen anywhere They have a good selection of great tasting food Omelets are cooked to order Best place we stayed on our vacation and the price is reasonable Near the airport We added a second night with no issues Only downside was dinner in the hotel restaurant The meat was terrible, very low quality The manager admitted they were not getting the best meat due to supply chain issues but the prices charged are not changed! If you have a fear of heights, be advised that the elevators are glass and all floors overlook the first floor central area

Hotel and staff were great and welcoming Only issue I had was adjusting the room temps (hence the 4 star instead of the 5 star), seemed like you couldn’t control the temp to the room It was definitely cold which is welcoming after coming in from the heat, but at night it was definitely cold

Rooms were definitely cleaned with pride

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area

I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you won’t be disappointedWe always love staying at the Hilton Garden Suites We had another great visit The spot is convenient and the Valet is the cherry on top This time Landon S surpassed our expectations with his attention to detail and courtesy The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly

I’m a Hilton Diamond Member The good: Very clean, well maintained property conveniently located

Lobby is large, nice and relaxing Beds were good and supportive The bad: the hotel is trying to get your money at every corner No free coffee after breakfast hours, the shower was cold for the first 3 days because the maintenance people set temperature stops to conserve hot water The parking garage which has company logos all over it changes the cost of parking depending on what events may be happening They will randomly raise prices just to take more of your money You must pay before entering the garage Sometimes $10, sometimes $15, sometimes $20 Valet is $25/night Ridiculous Other downtown hotels have parking, but Hilton Garden Inn is trying to find another to take your money Management doesn’t care Stay somewhere else!

Kick It Up A Lash with Charissa

Over all a decent experience Had some issues with Valet parking the truck but it got handled and worked out fine Had some more issues with check in times

Got an email check in was 11:59an but really was at 3pm But over all it all worked out an was a successful night stayTheir breakfast 🥞🍳 was absolutely amazing!!

If you don’t know about this location, now you do An extremely peaceful stay during the week Some how luckily, we were the only guest booked for the night

This lavish very homey bed and breakfast has the most cleansing heated pool Surrounded by Chinese decor, and the 22 spacious rooms encompassing the atrium I highly recommend to any couple looking to get away without travelling It is quite pricey per night, but be sure to bring a few extra coins for the hand made jewelry at the main deskOverall in my eyes the best in the City hands down

This place is amazing, the area is a bit secluded which we enjoyed very much It is still close enough to go to down town but a ways out so you still get the nature vibe We were greeted with a glass of wine upon arrival and check in was very easy

The tub was such a delight and the bed was comfortable with good AC The breakfast was your standard eggs and sausage/bacon with hash brown and your choice of waffle and/or toast It was very delicious, the bacon was great! The owners are very nice and this definitely has a great home like environment We will be coming back

Stayed here for three nights and had an absolute blast The couple that owns, and operates this place were so sweet and friendly The place is like a luxury resort but at the same time they make it feel so home-y

We sat, drank, and talked with one of the owners all night and it was just a very wholesome experience; he even drove us out to get ice cream the next day You just don’t get this type of hospitality and friendliness from some corporate-owned hotelAlso, hot tub, indoor pool, game room, gym, patio dining area with grills, complimentary champagne and limousinesdefinitely a hidden gemIf you do decide to stay here though, understand that this is also their home, so treat it with respect and absolute courtesy, but definitely have fun and make friends while you’re there!
