My sons and I were in town for a local youth tournament I previously had reservations with another hotel in close proximity that was to say the least not as expected Due to the spring break timing I knew it would be hard to locate a better option

Once inside I was welcomed and luckily a room was still available Check in was a breeze and all staff was helpfulThe property is well maintained and all those visiting the hotel were polite and enjoying themselves quietly by the poolThe rooms are also updated and CLEAN! I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with the cleanliness of the room and entire propertyAs for safety I give this location a big 👍 It’s important to feel comfortable with you children and I did during my stayIf anyone ask I will absolutely send them to this location And if we ever return for tournaments we will definitely be back!Great job to whoever operates this location, you are doing something right 💪

So let’s get into the pros and cons I need to take more photos for these postCONS:1- The shower / tub area felt small compact for the size of the room that I got

2- The walls are thin, there seem to be a party on a adjacent property that I could hear all the way up until almost 11:00 at night3- The lounge chair and ottoman that was provided was stiff hard to sit in4- There was no bag for my dirty laundry (This one’s not that big of a deal but it does fall within the cons)5- The price of the hotel could have been better6- No hot tubPROS:1- The front desk person helping me was very polite and very helpful The front lobby was very clean and smelled nice2- There was plenty of parking for my truck and small pull-behind trailer3- For the most part the room was very spacious it looked like it had been remodeled Overall the room was very inviting4- The bed was very comfortable, pretty good size TV5- The water pressure was very good, constant hot waterNot too much else to say, I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in the area

Uncomfortable Kid

One of the most comfortable beds I’ve been in at a hotel Every day they replaced the towels which was really nice The room had a microwave and mini fridge, and the staff was really nice

I never actually went to breakfast but my family brought me something to eat and it was good! Great place to stay for the price also, the water pressure in the shower wasn’t super weak

Definitely reccomend! We stayed here for 2 weeks with our dog and infant son Great staff! Always friendly and helpfulThe rooms were reasonable updated and clean

We stayed in a king suite and a one bedroom suite Both were very nice Comfortable bed and lots of space with a small dining area and separate deskBreakfast had a surprising amount of options compared to other places we’ve stayed There is a nice outdoor eating area too, though it would have been more cleanWe used the pool once and it was nice Lots of chairs and it’s a decent sizeDog friendly with lots of space to walk

Christina Frazier

Friendly staff, clean rooms! Anything I needed, staff was pleasant and accommodatingI stayed here for work traveling back and fourth for over a month One of these times, I forgot personal items in the room I had just checked out of

When I called, staff contacted housekeeping and found my things! They were waiting for me when I came back the following week They’ve been great here I’ll keep coming back!

Lauren Silver

When we arrived at the Residence Inn, we had a slight “family issue” that had nothing to do with the hotel When we were checking in, I mentioned this to the young gentleman at the front desk, who immediately summoned the general manager, Ronnie Nichols She couldn’t have been nicer and more professional!

Ms Nichols immediately started to work on the problem we were having and solved it extremely quickly Everything about our stay at the Residence Inn was so pleasant, and everybody that works at the hotel are so nice and professional And once again, I’d like to say how great their GM, Ronnie Nichols is She treats both her staff and guests with total class!

My Name

We stayed there a few weeks ago so I am a little late writing this review Just wanted to say that the Driftwood Inn is not permanently closed so not sure why Google says that We took the one bedroom cottage and we were so charmed by the old Florida style property and the owner who gave us a brief history on the place and her family

We really felt at home I would definitely return there should I stay in the area

Mark Oellerich

First time in Jenson Beach and if you want the beautiful waters and beaches of Southern Florida without the large crowds this a wonderful choice The property sits on the Indian River There are several cottages to rent for a night or a week

I loved the one I stayed in Renovated but still with charm of being at least 60 years old, the room was very comfortable with full size fridge, stove, oven and queen size bed w/another small type bed The rooms are also fully stocked with cooking pots and pans with plate and utensils I will stay for a week when I go back The owner was very kind and helpful and made me feel like I was a guest on their family property There is also a nice dock for fishing or watching the sun come up over the Indian River

Shelley Crooks

My husband and I and our two small dogs stayed here this week We stayed there a couple of weeks ago and liked it so much we stayed 2 nights on our way back home The cottages are clean and have nice decor

There is a nice sized refrigerator and stove, microwave and everything you need to cook meals instead of eating out There is a beautiful view of the bridge There is a nice dock to enjoy also We will definitely stay there next time we are in the area

From check in to check out very nice and professional I even forgot my Gucci belt behind after checking out and realized a day later After calling the next morning to report it, Francesca the manager for the cleaning crew, called me and told me she would look for the belt immediately

Within 20 minutes I got a call back and she said she found the belt I was surprised at the response time, and very pleased with all the service at this hotel

Bianca Johnson

The location is prime for surrounding adventure of Port Saint Lucie However, although we weren’t down there on leisure and instead there for a family emergency, the amenities and facility was more than welcoming and exceptional in every way I didn’t intend on staying at this hotel at first and had instead booked a reservation across the street

When I found that the rooms weren’t to my liking, I sought this hotel and do not regret my decision I had difficulty booking through Expedia and was met with issues which I explained to the staff at the Garden Inn, and from that moment they ensured me that they could do all they could to help, AND THEY DID! Thank you so much for your hospitality and professionalism ☺️

I give this hotel 5 stars, Because I loved how clean everything was including our room and the staff was very friendly I liked the pool area as well There is also a hibachi restaurant next door The only thing I would say needs improvement in this hotel is there breakfast

The breakfast is very bland and dry you won’t get full you will need to go outside the hotel to get a real breakfast meal I suggest you guys work on improving that Otherwise I had a great experience i would definitely go back

Jonathan Asbun

Ok, gere it goes

the attention was polite and the hotel-room looked exactly what you would expect in a SpringHill (that is usually a good thing) However, at around midnight my wife wakes up screaming that she felt something walking on her Sure enough, a bug a out 2 inches long was walking on the bed!We called the front desk and they moved us to a different room Nevertheless, no apology was offered, no offer to help us move our things from one room to another, no nothing! Also, at 9 am they will close the access to the breakfast even if people are still sitting there Meaning they won’t even let you refill your coffeeAnyway, just an FYI if you are checking in the place, avoid room 410 with bugs in the bed, and get you breakfast before 9am!

Andrew Schmelyun

Absolutely great experience, and a wonderful value for a hotel For more details, here you go:I stayed in what was called a “recently remodeled” room, and it lived up to the description The paint, carpet, fixtures, TV, counters, and shower all looked brand new and were sparking clean

The room was spacious, and well lit I liked that the TV was on a swivel and could be aimed at the couch or the bed, plus it has Netflix! The AC blew cold air, and the water pressure and temperature was greatCheck-in was smooth, and the included breakfast is a nice touch Nothing extravagant but great for a pick-me-up without having to stop at a store or restaurantOverall this was a comfortable experience and I’ll be adding this hotel to my list of stay locations in Port St Lucie!

Cloth shower curtain allowed floor to get soaked Bed was a box spring with a soft topper (no matress) Wifi was the speed of a snail and half the buttons on the TV remote were broken

Continental breakfast was just a bunch of packaged snacks like muffins and yogurt This is also very close to train tracks, though I didn’t mind the noiseWould I stay here again? Yeah, totally For 1/3 of what we paid I would happily stay again It was far too expensive for the quality

Mark Gordon

Perfect place in Jensen Beach! Right downtown in the middle of the Historic, cute town of Jensen Beach, in walking distance to several restaurants, the art village and many shops We were in town to do some thrift shopping and it’s very close to several vintage and thrift shops Elizabeth the innkeeper was wonderful with guiding us to local places to eat and hang out, the Inn is immaculate thanks to Tammie in housekeeping

We loved the fact that there is no children under 18, no smoking and no pets allowed which meant the entire Inn was very clean, smelled amazing and was very quiet at night From Check in through check out everything was very professional and smooth You are left a breakfast basket in the refrigerator with the name of your room which is located in the common area so you can get your breakfast and take it to your room whenever you want, or if you wish you can eat it in this large common area that has plenty of tables and chairs Parking downtown is free and there are reserved spots for Jensen Beach Inn on the side of the building which makes it very easy and convenient, they have thought of everything Most Historic Inns and hotels have noisy window or through the wall AC units, each room has central AC, again, super quiet, very efficient and the whole room is called efficiently Highly recommend a Jensen Beach Inn, excellent place to stay, you definitely get your moneys worth

Janessa Walker

Exceptional staff from the moment we got there! Common areas were beautiful and the hotel is very well maintained and clean! The rooftop is great for enjoying coffee or a glass of wine The room was lovely and also very clean The social aspect of the hotel is great

The complimentary continental breakfast basket was a pleasant surprise All in all a great stay especially for last minute vacations!

The views from the units here are spectacular! Building is beachfront property Not sure if all rooms have views, but the three our family rented all had the same, unobstructed gorgeous view of the ocean The units we rented each had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge porch facing the ocean, kitchen, living room, & dining room

The views from the living room & master bedroom (king size bed) are amazing! No view from the second bedroom though (2 twin beds) There is a washer & dryer on each floor There’s also plenty of free parkingSome corner units have 270-degree views of the ocean, so you get to enjoy it even when you’re in the kitchen The place has very nice and helpful staff, tooOnly complaints we have is that WiFi is pretty bad, and there aren’t very many unused outlets in the units, so it’s difficult to plug in chargers and such I guess maybe these modern inconveniences force you to seriously unplug and relax while you’re here😊

Spent 3 nights there with my husband The rooms have a 60th flair and are very clean The entire property is spotless clean and very well maintained

Nancy was always there for us and truly cared We loved the clean pool and the fact that you have a full equipped kitchen, washers and dryers on the property The owners provide even detergent to wash your cloth People are very nice there and do anything to make you feel home Couldn’t ask for more Very serene place Can’t wait to check in again 😃 Thanks so very much for everything Nancy!

I have stayed at this motel many times throughout the past 5 years and it has always been a WONDERFUL experience! The owners are super friendly and the grounds offer everything you could possibly want! I entered my immaculately clean room yesterday to the smell of fresh linens and bleach clean floors! The bed seems to be memory foam and my nights sleep was without a single wake up! I really just wish I could love here! Great place!

Clean place, friendly service good location! Breakfast could use a little improvement The coffee was strong and a tad bitter and plain eggs would be nice as opposed to egg squares with various items already in them And fruit would be nice to have on the breakfast

But other then the criticism about the breakfast the place is a gem!

Sheila Yates

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past two weeks as we transition from one home to another The staff at the front are exceptional, I have encountered four of them Charlene, they all displayed the same level of superior service On one of our stays I made an error with the reservation dates and Charlene and Nyela were so accommodating and gracious and simplified everything so we had a room for the night

The hotel has been beautifully remodeled and so inviting I have stayed in a lot of hotels and I have to say this is by far one of the best I wish I could give you more stars but they only allow five

Helen James

As with all Homewood suites it is very nice and comfortable But the room service is not good it’s difficult to get your room cleaned even with a 24 hour notice We had two suites and both of them smell musty like wet carpets

There was a small party going on in the courtyard by the pool till 3:00 AM We called the front desk at 1:00 am, 2:00 am and 3:00 am and they finally answered and asked the party goers to take it inside It was so loud it was impossible to sleep! Apparently there is no security The picture online shows it to be in front of a waterfront But it’s not close to water There is a pond about 200 yards away at a miniature golf place -Hilton Honors diamond member

Our stay at Pirate’s Cove Resort and Marina this week was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and professional This place is kind of hidden from the big-name chain resorts and it had more like a homey feeling Each room comes with your own balcony

They also have a 24/7 gift shop, so you can purchase anything from food, drinks, clothing gear and more at any time! (Not most like the big chain resort names) The food at the restaurant and bar was great! We will stop by again in the future when we stay in the Stuart, Fl area, and I recommend that anyone reading this should stay there as well!

Just had an excellent dinner Our server, Alison, was great Attentive but not rushed

I was here on a solo motorcycle trip The hotel appears to be very new, and an excellent conditionI had a king room, which had a very nice sofa

The bathroom is large, and a great condition The hotel is very clean overallService at the front desk was excellentThe parking lot is in good condition and the grounds are cleanI’d be very happy to stay here again

Ebony Polk

When I arrived for check-in no one was at the front desk and when the attendant finally did come to assist me he was not friendly at all and appeared lazy, I do not feel like I received a proper welcome I told him there was a small puddle of water directly in front of the desk and he looked at me strangely like he didn’t care About 45 minutes after I checked in I went for food at a local restaurant and noticed the spill was still there

My family and I booked a stay here for 3 nights The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, however, on our second and third night the water pressure in the shower did not flow At that point I was counting down for my stay to be over so I did not call to complain about it I gave notice to the kind lady at my time of departure from the hotelOverall, the property is clean and in a convenient location close to dining, shopping and the beaches, the parking is free and breakfast is included This was a last minute trip for my family, it was close to a conference we were attending I most likely will not return here in the future

Dominique s. t.

This is a very nice 3-star hotel that I would be happy to stay at again Rooms are a great size with a sectional that’s very comfortable to lounge on Swivel TV makes viewing easy whether you’re lying on the couch or in the beds

Beds and pillows are so cozy The cleanliness of the rooms (and throughout the hotel) was superb There are tons of outlets to charge multiple devices at once, including 2 USB outlets Nice sized pool open from Sunrise to sunset The free breakfast, until 9:30am is fine There are 2 waffle makers, but the batter leaves something to be desired Typical continental breakfast items, but they also have Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches for heating in the microwave There’s free coffee available 24 hours in the lobby, as well as beverages, including beer, available for purchase Free freshly baked cookies in the lobby from 3pm, which are deliciousHousekeeping is only available upon requestOverall Great location Multiple restaurants, supermarkets, walmart, all within 1 mile!*Suggestion for the hotel: would be nice to add towel racks in the bathroom besides the one rack over the sink that fits only 2 hand towels and the one hook behind the door There’s definitely space on the wallsSmall details make a world of difference

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! The resort staff were all very kind and professional They gifted us not one, but two bottles of wine and champagne each to celebrate! Both pools are clean and relaxing, with quick access to a bar area Drinks were always made perfectly by friendly staff

We had dinner at the Drift restaurant on our first night and everything was incredible – good service, delicious food, and a really enjoyable atmosphere The private beach access with complimentary beach chairs can’t be beat! The rooms were cleaned and replenished daily, and the fresh cookies put out each evening was such a nice touch We loved sitting out on the balcony each night and taking it all in We can’t wait to come back!

Danielle Finn

Wow, this place is amazing! My husband and I stayed here for a little getaway and it did not disappoint The resort itself is gorgeous, super clean and beautifully decorated We love the attention to detail like the sealed bags of ice and treats at the end of every hallway and free bottles of order for guests to grab

Our room was very nice and we had the luxury of having a balcony ocean view which we greatly enjoyed The food at Drift was delicious! We did not have a bad meal there The pool is small but also the perfect size and with a view of the beach, it never felt crowded but it could just be the time of year You do have to pay for chair & Umbrella rentals separately on the beach but there is a gentleman who sets it up and cleans them off for you which is nice Also there is bar service on the beach from the resort staff as well Valet parking is included in your resort fee which is awesome The valet guys are extremely kind and helpful with making sure they take everything from you that they can help with We unfortunately didn’t get to the spa but are definitely planning on coming back again and cannot wait! Thank you for a wonderful stay 💕

If you want a fantastic location, without the hustle of the tourist trade than this is for youAbsolute beachfront Jenson Beach, but handy enough to travel anywhere, with convenience shops located across the roadThe hotel is dated, but was undergoing renovation throughout my stay, with some of the rooms on the upper floors quite nicely done

There is a pool and a hot tub, and the beach access is 20ft from the hotel side entrancePlenty of places to eat around this location – which is great as my room was not self containedThe only downer, was the older man who really wanted to spoil a couple of us having a few quiet drinks at the end of a long day I really don’t understand his motives and he was pretty rude The rest of the staff were fantastic, super helpful and professionalI would highly recommend this for a beautiful, affordable, peaceful holiday away from the grind

Excellent hotel and room prices Room was clean and modern The hotel seems to run a small staff, but they were all very friendly

Has a nice smallish pool and hot tub that you pass on the way to the beachBeach is nice and secluded thanks to a restaurant on one side and a small condo resort on the other While we were there, in early July, there were at the most 15-20 people on the beach Water was surprisingly beautiful for being on the Atlantic side of FloridaLots of spots marked off due to sea turtle eggs We also had the opportunity to see a sea turtle come up on land to lay her eggs Please make sure to remember to keep your distance so you don’t scare them and prevent them from laying Tried to take some pictures from a distance, though they don’t do justice for the incredible experienceWe definitely plan to visit this location again in the future

Nice hotel on the beach The beds were comfy and the shower was spacious I wasn’t a fan of the glass bathroom door; the glass was not opaque and anyone walking by could see you

Not the best idea when you’re having a girls weekend The hallway smelled very strongly of smoke when we arrived, but it dissipated by the next day The staff were pleasant and helpful Except for the breakfast staff It was 6:58am and I was just reading the menu and a woman employee told me they weren’t open yet and I was like Oh, OK and went to the hall with my friends She then continued talking to her coworker, saying “this is why I don’t turn the lights on” I hadn’t even asked any questions, seemed a bit rude

Room was exceptionally clean and bed was very comfortable Breakfast was extremely convenient and coffee was superb Lobby was clean and spacious with modern decor and plenty of spots to lounge or eat

Small pantry/store next to check in desk was a plus Staff was friendly and check in was quick I was also impressed by the multiple gas grills on the lobby patio designated for guest use, and large fridge/freezer in roomI stayed 2 nights and would DEFINITELY stay again

Very clean and newish hotel centrally located to a variety of restaurants, shopping, and beach We were looking for a decent place to stay without spending too much as we wouldn’t be in our room that often This was a great option

The staff was very friendly and I’ve got no complaints about the room itself The breakfast was a bit underwhelming The selection and options looked good, but the taste was pretty bad and the coffee wasn’t much better However, because the hotel is newer, checking in and out and the use of keys on the app was very convenient All in all not too bad for what it is

I was incredibly happy with our stay! Every staff member was willing to go out of their way to help and make sure we had a good stay From the front desk staff giving warm welcome, to the breakfast staff noticing our family and even the cleaning crew would add nice small touches to our room! If I need a room in the area again I will choose this hotel!

If your thinking of going here with your family for Thanksgiving or any holiday DO NOT DO IT!We decided to get a 2 bed 2 bath holds 8 people Before 11PM they called the authorities to have us kicked out after saying we were to loud Kicked out of a place I paid to stay the night at

Along with out of town family There was no one one the floor with us and when asking several people if they heard noise they stated no Where the noise complaints came from NO WHERE The lady at the front desk as soon as I checked in and asked for 4 keys profiled us stating only 8 people can stay in the room I told her I knew that and that only 4 was going to stay but we would have visitors If we’re going to have so many people did she think it was going to be quiet as a mouse? The first call stated to many cars had come through the gate for the room at about 8:30pm, the next call was there was a noise complaint about 8:45pm, then a knock at the door was the Cops about 10:30pm Little do they know we are Vets and book all over the World and will definitely inform ALL we know to STAY AWAY From this placeOnce AGAIN IF YOUR PLANNING ON GOING HERE WITH YOUR FAMILY DO NOT DO IT!

HORRIBLE customer service, was enough having a quick phone call to make us cancel our reservation, is unbelievable that the management hired this rude and unprofessional frontdesks, but is understandable because they only care about the time share owners, the other guests are not important, and they’ll make you feel that way, I’ll never make another reservation at this infamous place The hotel is beautiful btw, just have a really bad management I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Stayed here for a night after long time of traveling and really enjoyed it Place definitely needs an update The bar by the pool is pricey but good drinks and great food! Our toddler enjoyed the pool but the favorite of the family was the great service and recommendations provided by Alex! He kept our toddler entertained with games, toys, fun towel designs and also provides us with great restaurant and food recommendations! Would return to hang out with Alex again!

Very comfortable room with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and great bed My room had a nice balcony, which I appreciated Restaurant and bar are nice

An ATM on the premises would be nice, especially because our event had a cash bar Location is great, parking is included, and there are bikes available to use Meeting room was nice, boxed lunch was good though a little pricey, and banquet area had just what we needed A good stay all around

Check in was good and the manager was initially nice, until there was a problem, then her true colors came out The hotel is dated, old carpet old decor and an uncomfortable bed I don’t know if this is the angle they’re going for since the median age there in that town is the upper 70’s but most of the other customers were my age and had young children

Oh and you are thinking, young children, they’re going to be noisy Well don’t worry because they can not “out-noised” by the crows and birds that seem to have taken over the pool area and never shut up They’re so loud that you’d think they’d do something about it but they don’t It made me never want to go to the pool area again, thank god I didn’t have to Then there’s the vending machine, it’s overpriced and just to top it off it rips you off by taking more money than the overpriced price it is to begin with Call the front desk you say? Nope, that’s where they could care less and kick it off to “it’s not ours it’s theirs” excuse Then when you insist on being reimbursed because you’re leaving that’s when the manager drops her attitude Great customer service, I hope my $600 two day stay was worth losing over 50 cents Then lastly there’s the attached restaurant which serves breakfast, it’s a serve yourself egg and bacon type situation and it costs $22 per person, yep $59 for a basic breakfast, won’t make that mistake again Overall I’ll never go there again
