Stayed here back in July to recharge for a few days during an extended work trip in California I tried calling the hotel before check in to let them know that I was going to be late, after office hours, but no one answered, so I was worried that I would show up to the hotel and no one would be there They ended up calling me on their own right before the office closed and emailed me late arrival instructions, which were very easy

Great little hotel that gives off more of an AirBnB vibe and basically every room has a view of the pool The rooms were a bit dated, with only some of the outlets in the room being three prong ones I had to charge my computer in the kitchen Breakfast was basic, but still good Would stay again

Shawn Casselberry

This was a decent Palm Springs hotel It was great that it was adults only and there were times we had the pool to ourselves They had a lot of good movie channels and they have a mini kitchen with everything you need

We paid more for the private patio but didn’t really use it There were no lounge chairs there only a small table and two hard back chairs There were a couple bugs in the room and nothing too spectacular about the place I would probably pay $20-25 more for a nicer hotel in Palm Springs We had friends staying at Villa Royale which seemed a step up Still this wasn’t a bad place for a quiet, private stay

Had an amazing weekend there with my husband & two year old Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming The pool area was amazing

Bed was very comfortable Only complaint is that our room was pretty dark – thought we were getting a balcony room (but we got one with a living area, which was nice too) Just wish we had a bit more natural light Will definitely visit again!

Jovita Holman

The hotel was super elegant, clean, friendly staff ( especially Alex M), the pool was clean, the room was very neat and smells so good we really enjoyed the cold ice water in the lobby The hot meal breakfast was fantastic

The bacon was super yummy, the french toast and the syrup was perfect not even sweet The waitress was so hospitable Super love the atmosphere in this hotel Inside the Elevator and the hallways was quite too hot, other than that I highly recommend this hotel

Jason Martin

Loved it here! You couldn’t ask for a better a better location The view from my room was unbelievable and the room was awesome as well I spent a week at the hotel for a conference and had a great time not only in the beautiful facility but also getting to meet much of the staff

Gordie at the concierge desk and Juan in facilities put a smile on my face every day and we’re nothing but a pleasure to talk withEverybody at the front desk always had a smile on their face and and you could tell that they all got along and enjoyed working together which says something about management and the facility

This place is a gem!! First time in Palm Springs and we loved the property in pictures but when we came down here it was something else! They give you a care package which is so good and useful The room aesthetic’s are beautiful, the AC works at full blast, the bathroom shower is wonderfully strong I couldn’t be more happy

You can see how much the owners have put effort in keep this place up to standards Here are few things we didn’t know: it has TT table, it has microwave and toaster (dining area), it has cornhole, a photo booth and to top it Tesla charging port!We only wish we had one more day to just spend at this hotel as we kept going around for sightseeingAmongst the best hotel stays we have been in Highly recommend! And budget friendly too! Book this right now if you are browsing around (rooms are limited)

We had a lovely stay here The rooms were beautiful the hotel was fantastic

And it was peaceful and quiet Jonathan at the front desk was very helpful when we had a problem with our reservation He deserves a raise I think we need to become a Hilton honors client as we always love the service The chocolate chip cookies are an excellent touch

Allison C

45 stars! The front desk service was amazing Jonathan was so helpful when I asked to change rooms due to the very loud guests in the room next door (not the hotel’s fault)

He was accommodating and moved me to a room on the same floor but graciously not next to anybody The whole hotel was clean, modern, good shower water pressure, big TVs in the rooms I’m knocking down a star because although the pool area was gorgeous (clean, comfy lounge chairs, a dozen umbrellas), I did not like the extremely loud music played there every day On my last day, it began at 10am so I couldn’t even enjoy a peaceful morning reading It was Fourth of July weekend so maybe that’s why I would come again at a quieter time! FYI breakfast is not included and there is a $20 resort fee daily

Chris S

I stayed for work, and had the time to golf a couple days as well Really enjoyed the convince of the course being right thereI did have to change rooms after my first night when the temp couldn’t get to a comfortable level

I have to assume that the doors aren’t sealed well and more and leak hot in It was windy the entire time of my stay, and you could hear the whistling in the door all night Kinda annoyingI ate at the bar on site once and the burger I had was great Ate at the club house too and have no compliance their eitherAll in all it’s a great place to stayFYI, if you have little ones that want to swim the pools pretty deep most of the way around

Léon Cevaer

Good hotel with very clean rooms fully furnishedAs other mentioned, there is not much staff nor any services and it can become very noisy if your room is on the ground floorI would definitely recommend if it is a 1-2 nights stop while visiting Palm Spring surroundings

However if you want to stay leisurely at this place and enjoy pool side activities all day like in a resort I don’t think this is the place for you

Britt Rickman

AVOID THIS PLACEI snuck away with my significant other for the weekend and we considered this hotel to be a complete bust1

We were assigned room #111 which is directly by the spring loaded entry gate that slams the wall every time someone leaves or enters the property – all day and all night We recognized this issue immediately and reached out to the phone number Their customer service is outsourced to the Philippines The rep refused to let me speak to any person who actually works for the hotel or had a management role We were told that the hotel was full (not likely) and that they weren’t able to move us I responded that the noise level was absolutely unacceptable (not only the slamming but the paper thin ceiling and footsteps above us) and asked to be refunded so we could leave The best offer was 15% but still no resolution for the issue They also said they would send maintenance the next day and also call back to let us know if another room was opened Surprise – there was no follow up phone call, no maintenance man (what was he going to do? Take the door off?), and no partial refund Our two night stay was EIGHT HUNDRED dollars and we listened to a door slamming any time we were in the room2 There is NO RESTAURANT OR BAR It appears they were in over their head with this service There was no notice of this while booking the hotel In fact it was a huge reason we chose this location – for poolside service There is a sign hanging saying that it’s going to open up in a few weeks (and it’s not dated so I suspect they will leave it up indefinitely)3 The pool area in comparison to the other hotel properties we visited was run down and dirty This is likely the result of having zero on site staffI’m going to work with my credit card company to get refunded via fraud because this place delivered on zero expectations for a significant expense Thankfully I was only visiting from San Diego I would feel so sad for anyone who had made a bigger trip and hopefully folks can see this as a big warningOne star for:- parking- comfortable bed

Brittany Bresler

Positives: cute rooms, clean, free water bottles, great bar staff, reasonably priced drinks, price was acceptable, or so I thoughtNegatives: early check in and late check out were both denied However there was literally no one at the resort

A group of use came and had three rooms and there were maybe 1 other couple The restaurant wasn’t open, bummer because that’s one of the reasons I booked this We arrived Saturday morning at 9:30, code didn’t work for bag luggage check so I couldn’t even get into the gates No one was there or available, could only contact online Which I don’t think is that big of a deal Except 9am on a Saturday morning I would assume is probably a time you should staff for a vacation style hotel I also asked 24+ hours prior to check in if I could pay to have champagne and goodies in our room to surprise my husband for his birthday The online concierge said, no problem where would you like it charged and that “we’ll be in contact” Low and behold nothing in the room and no one ever told me they couldn’t accommodate or that they ran into issues No discussion Hugely unsatisfiedI get COVID has really impacted operations I get it! But the lack ofcommunication is the most annoying of everything Just tell me you’re struggling with staff and that not everything is open But it felt like a bait and switch to get my money and the kick me outIf you’re looking for an overly priced hotel room to literally just sleep, this place is it But definitely not up to par as a resort style place

This was the perfect place for us This was my 60th birthday bash away from it all We both liked the kicchy 60’s decor

The low-noise, no-noise from kids , pets etc gladfully absent or forbidden hereDreamy, oasis, maybe even a little mirage! Also: one of a kindRomantic (my wife arranged everything, thanks to her too! finding this place to begin with She is a magnet for happy times)And we enjoyed the security and divertive metalic sign/plaque to the left of the GateTiled bathroom with slit window hatch above the sink to aereate the steam, wonderfully original and functional ala, simpler timesPools nice too and the wonderful view of the sizeable majestic mountain around us Seemed closer than it was, magic mountain range

P.S. With Love

A quiet oasis near the action Need to get away with just a few more kindred spirit? Just 11 rooms total, Adults only around a beautiful pool It is a perfect relaxation spot Walking distance from all of the Palm springs action

The secret is out, this is the place to stay!Say NO to weddings and blocking out this beautiful space for the rest of us

juan osorio

Absolutely loved staying here and would defiantly stay here again We stayed in room 111 it’s a suite with convenience features like a stove, sink, and just enough kitchen wares that would make an extended stay extra convenient The room also comes with a record player and a few records with artists like Johnny Mathis and Harry Belafonte

Although the record player had the fidelity of something I listened to as a child it’s charm was not lost on me and play records I did It is walking distance to all the best bars restaurants and shops on Palm Canyon dr Don’t hesitate to stay here

The hotel appears to be a colorfully painted motel 6 The decor is cute Check in isn’t until 4pm, pets are allowed

We got a room with two beds, they felt clean and comfortable The room itself was pretty simple, there are definitely signs of wear and tear in the rooms The walls are very thin, heard the next rooms whole conversation The pool is a good size but was packed with so many people, there was a DJ from one of the balconies and it was honestly so loud that people were having to yell to keep a conversation I wasn’t able to really enjoy the pool given there were so many people just standing in it with little to no room to swim Key card didn’t work, had to wait in a long line to reset the key cardEnded up going to the pool the next morning since the pool is open early and closes late, it was much better, less peopleOverall, a pool party hotel and not worth the pricePros: Comfortable/clean beds and room, cool pool and other activitiesCons: Crowded pool and overpriced

Daniell Marlow

The Saguaro was amazingMy girlfriend and I were just looking to escape LA for the weekend and found a colorful oasis with quality drinks, spacious rooms, and a lively atmosphereEvery part of our stay was wonderful, from the clean parking lot to the daily freshened bathroom and extremely hot showers

We didn’t have a chance to try the spa, but the pool amenities, pool bar, mini-bar, view, delicious restaurant, and heated pool were out of this worldVery relaxing weekend Couldn’t of done it without The Saguaro

Kristin Caldwell

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and mostly return for the energy and the pool This review is solely for Jeremy! Jeremy took amazing care of us for the two days we had our cabana Despite the fact that he was the only person providing service to the entire pool for a few hours on our second day, he still provided attentive service with a positive and friendly attitude

He was the epitome of service with a smile Really, he always had a smile!

People rave about the staff here, and we have to agree, wonderful staff We had a nice room that we were very happy with The day we were leaving, I ordered room service, breakfast

Excluding tip, the breakfast came to over $100 Instead of a nice breakfast that we could enjoy, it came in boxes with plastic cutlery It was like camping The food was impossible to eat because you couldn’t cut anything with the cheap plastic cutlery Instead of a nice pot of coffee that you could keep warm, the coffee came in paper cups Not only is this tremendously wasteful, it is not room service, it’s take-out Also, there was no place for both of us to eat My husband had to bring in a seat table from the patio If you want a hotel room that you can relax in and have room service, this is not the place

Laura Lyons

Worth it for the pool alone!I can’t think of one negative about this hotel From when we walked into the lobby to when we checked out, everything was great The room was spacious, clean and up to date and the location in the heart of Palm Springs can’t be beat

The rooftop pool is the best part, with amazing views, friendly people and great cocktails The cold brew at Juniper is a must try

Chantal Partenza

A great stay, excellent service, and courteous team More importantly, HONEST STAFF! I left behind in my room a Chanel perfume and body cream Once I arrived home, I’ve called the hotel manager and he immediately reached out to the room service team and my items were found

Alicia the individual who did our room returned my items She could easily just keep the products but instead she returned them Permit me thank you and express my gratitude to you Alicia and Mauro A very delighted customer

We recently stayed in Room #7, the “Pretty in Pink” room & I must say we absolutely loved our visit What we loved the most about this establishment was that it was not a big, fancy hotel It was kind of old & could use some updating but the fact that it was small, I think there was 10 or 11 rooms total, is what made our stay very comfortable & cozy

Almost all of the rooms have a jacuzzi tub for 2 in the room which was really nice The pool area was cozy as well At night we were out in the pool & hot tub then sat around the fire pit relaxing, it felt like home If u are looking for a big, fancy hotel this isn’t the place for u If u are looking for a hotel that is really cozy & feels like home go check it out, u will love it

Cyndi and Erika La

We came here for our five year wedding anniversary weekend thinking this would be a nostalgic piece of Palm Springs I don’t know what so many people are talking about in their reviews, as it was a run down motelThere’s no breakfast in this “bed and breakfast,” and the bed is topped with a thick foam mattress pad hiding an old uncomfortable mattress

The lighting in the silver screen room is horrible- the bathroom is dimly lit with yellowing lights and the bedroom only has a nightstand lamp… However there is TONS of light pouring in from outside at night, with sheer curtains at our door unable to block any of itWe checked ourselves in, and there’s no one in the office at all The “coffee bar” is a Keurig with cheap pods and coffee mate syrupThe one redeeming piece is the pool and spa It’s very nice, clean, and heatedWe chose a nostalgic place, and didn’t expect anything fancy like the Parker, but For $200+ a night we expected better accommodations than thisThey should be charging half the price they are I’m sure it was great in its hay day… sad to see it’s current state Will not be returning 🙁

Liked this place a lotA few cons: no fence around the pool if you have little ones I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around

Didn’t really see worker’s around as they are renovating the front desk Anything we needed had to go next door which wasn’t a big deal but it would have been nice to know in advancePros: very quiet Didn’t feel like a typical hotel Felt more like a little studio apartment Our room was newly renovated Love the decor Next door to a Mexican restaurant which is super yummy On Sundays sounds like they have live music all day (our room was next to the shared wall) Love that there are no restricted pool hours (none that we noticed) Heated pool “Continental breakfast” at the moment is a brown bag with a muffin, piece of fruit, canned juice and a granola bar Not your typical but it’s nice to have those snacks in between meals

The good :It’s a small hotel with less than 30 units, can’t remember the exact number I personally like thatIt is an adult hotel, no kids allowed

Perfect for a weekend get away for you and your partnerWe stayed here one night for our 1 day staycation/anniversary Nate was awesome, I had to go in to drop off flowers, he set them up for us, made a heart of rose petals on the bed My lady loved it! The room was clean, the bed was very comfy Best of all tho, they had the temp set to 70 It’s palm springs in the summer So 110 and above is very common They had wine and cheese in the afternoon, and a free breakfast snacks in the morning Pool and jacuzzi looked clean, we didn’t use them but saw other guest enjoying their time Overall the experience was great We got in at around midnight after a night out The 70 degree room, along with pillows and blankets, allowed me to sleep till 10 am I usually don’t sleep more than 6 or 7 hoursThe bad:Our room had a balcony, they have some tall bushes for privacy from surrounding properties The balcony was full of leaves, not that big of a deal, maybe we just arrived on day 5 or 6 after the gardener had cleaned upAlthough the bathrooms and showers were very clean The toilets were small I couldn’t fit in them lol I’m 245lb 5foot 10, so I’m not a huge guy The toilets were just smallOverall:Free wine and cheese, free breakfast snacks, nice pool, great staff, great location in downtown, for a decent prize Overall this was an amazing hotel to stay at And would definitely be staying again here when we need a night away from the kids 10 out 10 would recommend!

Management does not exist here, you actually have to go to the hotel next to it to check in They hired landscapers with gas powered machines to give guests a nice wake up first thing in the morning Water pressure is pretty awful here as well

Management didn’t seem to care about any complaints either Room was sufficient, and clean enough I wouldn’t come back here though

Definitely not worth the money It could be because we stayed in Room 3, which was still several hundred per night but was quite small and really nothing special The shower took about four minutes to get slightly warm and it didn’t get any warmer than that

The outdoor fireplace for the room stinks of gas, as it blows toward the wall where people sit The room and gate keys didn’t work 1/3 of the time The bar closes at 9 most nights We were greeted in our room with a nice little sample of tequila and a lime that looked about a week old The breakfast is okay, nothing special It would cost about $8 in a store for that yogurt, handful of berries and granola, muffin, and boiled egg One morning the egg had a hair on it, nicely preserved under the saran wrap The coffee is weak and they had no milk I found the staff to be quite friendly overall and they responded promptly Hot tub was nice and hot and spacious If this were a mid-range priced hotel, I probably wouldn’t have minded the downsides But for this price I would have expected more I have stayed at nicer places in expensive cities for half the price

Can’t give it a higher rating The room was definitely big for 2 people that’s the max per room has a little bar area huge bathroom and shower area The service and the attention to detail was nothing I’ve seen before the staff to guest ratio is very convenient always someone around to help

Very close to all the shopping and restaurants the shopping was 4-5 min walk away and art museum Close to downtown but not so close your in loud part of town and not as many homeless to be concerned about as other hotels I’ve seen Although it is adult only it’s not clothing optional like other adult hotels I’ve stayed at and more classy I’ll definitely be back

Maria Haddad

I thought it was beautiful and the decoration and touches were lovely The staff was friendly and the food was good Unfortunately the private little back patio attached to the room with the tub looks super private in the photos but you are side by side a lot of other rooms, all with the intention to be outside

I could hear everything Loud business meetings, phone calls, zoom meetings on one side, then music and a couple’s sexy time on another side I was hoping to have a solo peaceful time to recharge but I couldn’t enjoy myself with the lack of auditory privacy I would not return knowing I’d have to deal with all the neighbor guest noises again

Great location Perfect in proximity to Eisenhower Medical Center Older building but very nicely cared for, updated and relaxing

I had a handicapped room just off the front lobbyquite and close 1 block to the mall and several great restaurants I would definitely come here again Love the digital keys, saves time not having to check in and gives access to public areasOnly negatives, fitness center wasn’t available and the continental breakfast was $10I feel, for the price, it should have been includedOther than that great! Staff was also very helpful

Yanira Vasquez

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff at the front desk at your Rancho Mirage location The manager was yelling at a customer when the customer was calmly explaining the problem or concern She was over talking and interrupting the customer

I couldn’t hear my representative checking me in because the manager was so loud and rude I asked her to please lower her voice and to treat her customers with respect She then starts yelling at me and the representative Johnathan helping me gets involved and yells at me At this point there are 2 representatives yelling at customers I will never stay at this hotel and do NOT recommend You have rude and unprofessional people running your hotel and it is giving all Hiltons a bad reputation We ended up canceling our reservation and went elsewhere

Oscar Burrows-Rangel

Very close to everything you need to enjoy Palm Springs Lots of great restaurants within parking distance, ample parking, K-Cup coffee maker, comfy beds, and easy check-in/check-out The digital key works like a dream

Highly recommend, especially if you’re staying for the weekend or as a place to stay at for big events like Coachella or Stagecoach

Super cute boutique hotel! We were very positively surprised about it 2 heated pools Each suite has its own patio either private jacuzzi

Staff was super nice and helpful I think there are only 7 suites, which made it perfect for us It was super quiet but close to the Downtown area (2-3 blocks) Wish there was a food option in there but lots of restaurant are near by We would definitely come back!

K Roberts

Best Stay Ever !!! my wife and i are frequent travelers and The Talavera will stay at the top of our list The entire staff was very attentive and professional We’ll be staying there every chance we get

The pool, jacuzzi, room and landscape is well taken care of Special shout-out to the manager, she made sure all of our needs were met This place is definitely the “Diamond In The Ruff” !!!

Valentina Djordjevic

Loved this romantic accomodation! The private hot tub, fire, candles, decor It was excellent Great value

Also, the property has a pretty pool areaCons: water pressure in the shower is very minimal, like trying to wash your body under a fire house Also, there are only mirrors in the bathroom which makes it logistically difficult to get ready (hair or makeup) when someone else is showering No bathroom fan

I loved everything about this resort!!! First off all of the staff are amazing They are so helpful and just so there to please and make their guest happy The rooms are so spacious, bright, clean

I love large bathrooms and this one had a shower and a tub!!! Our room had a good size balcony that was perfectly set with in the resort The pool is so clean with a walk up bar, but no need for that, there was a waiter’s and waitress that could bring you drinks and food to you by the pool We also had dinner and breakfast at their restaurant We basically ordered one of everything on the menu and we were not disappointed at all

Terence Brashear

I was skeptical of visiting Palm Springs in June due to the heat, but Margaritaville made it fun We stayed for 5 days, and enjoyed every one of them The large pool area has plenty of space and shade

The staff was exceptional in their attentiveness The roomExtremely comfortable beds, with a nicely laid out bathroom Walking distance to great dining, but the restaurants in the hotel were nice as well I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family

Suzy Keidel

Second visit Amazing facials upon our arrival Great location and food did not disappoint

Like the $3 poolside beers Service was great inside however a little inconsistent at the pool bar today It was nice having live music at the pool Pool ran out of towels so when we arrived in the afternoon we had to wait a while until fresh towels were brought out When showering for dinner it seemed like hot water was in short supply Still a good find for sure

Staff were nice My first room wreaked of cigarettes and they changed my room promptlyRoom was nice

I liked the layout with the extra vanity space I was on the ground floor with a patio door facing the pool area I would have liked to sit outside on the patio but the furniture was stained and I didn’t want to sit on the chairsThe room appeared it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, dust covering most surfaces A/C was cold and room was comfortable enough Good location for downtownOn-site parking was extraweird especially since it was self-park I parked on the street at no charge For the price, I would have expected a bit “more”

This way a very good experience that could have been very bad For some reason, only part of our reservation went through for a conference we were having We found the conference rooms we booked, but not the actual hotel rooms weren’t found

I have to give the biggest shout out to Mark!!! He made sure to be caring and attentive in the midst of the chaos We weren’t able to get the 2 rooms we originally thought we were getting; however, we did at least get one room that Mark was so gracious to accommodate us with!Side Note: Jorge was also very helpful in assisting us with the seminar room set up! We all banded together and got it cleaned and set up properly before our clients showed upAll in all, it was a very good experience Thank you for maintaining professional and courteousness in the midst of how mean the world has been the past 2 years It hasn’t gone unnoticed Blessings on you and all your staff!

We were passing through from WA to AZ – I’m giving 2 stars and not one because we are able to get a room last minute We are traveling with small childrenDownsides:-Parking is $17 a day and a good spot that is close is hard to come by

-I don’t like finding human hair in hotel rooms, or fingernails Cleanliness could be improved-We had to sign a waiver that this was a pet friendly hotel This information was not readily available when we made our reservations The hallway to our room smelled like pee and there was many uncleaned pee spots Luckily our room smelled okay-The pool closes at 9:30 We love to go to the pool late in the evening for a quick swim with my boys This certainly felt like the were trying to keep the partying to a minimum-“Last call” at the hotel bars was also extremely early, earlier than the pool closed I think It seemed like they were trying to squash the party scene – which is fine by me (tired mom) but ppl just go back to their room and are loud

Loved this place, super welcoming and our floor leveled room was was very accessible even though I left my wheelchair in the car and just took my crutch I could see that I would have had no issues with my wheelchair The room was also right next to the pool and a grassy area so I could just open the back door and let my service dog go potty The pool was also heated and seemed to be open at all hours

I went at 9:30pm and had the pool all to myself, it was great The pool was also squeaky clean and clearly well maintained Overall an amazing hotel, just wish that they would have an included breakfast as that would truly make it perfect 🙂

Morris Sullivan

I enjoyed my visit here It’s not perfect, but it’s darn nice, especially for the price range If I go back, I’ll be more careful about what view I expect

Mine wasn’t badwasn’t a view of a parking lot or dumpster, by any means, but there are nicer directions to face The location is wonderful There are countless cool shops and restaurants right across the street, basically The art museum is practically next door, as is a great hiking trail It’s quite steep, though, so pack hiking boots and trekking poles

Angie Spann

The grounds are beautifully maintained and exterior of the property and lobby are nice Pool is small but really nice and a good vibe

location is amazing and is in the heart of downtown close walking distance to everything Rooms have nice balconies, however the rooms are quite dated I think ripping the old carpet out and putting in vinyl floors and some fresh paint would do so much for the rooms The carpets are old so they have a musty smell, old wall AC units that kick in and out all night The balconies are nice and big though and most face the poolThe front desk was not very helpful in describing where the room was and were very brief in the interactionsOverall if you want to spend more time outside of your room than inside of it like we did – pool time, exploring downtown, it’s a fine choiceGiving 4 stars for location, nice pool and clean grounds

This is a well kept hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds Breakfast in the morning was nice to have I really liked the location

Biggest complaint is that there was a full on pool party of 10 drunk and obnoxious adults the main day we were Only two people from the group were staying at the hotel, and the others were saying something about their “day pass” Apparently the hotel lets people that aren’t staying at the hotel use the pool? That was kind of annoying I wouldn’t minded so much if they had been chill, but they literally took over the entire pool, were yelling, brought their own music (that was not good) and no one at the hotel did anything about it If they hadn’t been there this would likely be a new favorite spot to stay in PS

Laura Tapp

We had to make an unexpected trip to Palm Springs for a family emergency on a holiday and music festival weekend Fransisco, Scott, and ALL the staff were absolutely marvelous! They went above and beyond any expectations we had and made sure we were taken care of I hate that our first trip to Palm Springs had to be under such circumstances

But I can tell you the views from this hotel are beautiful! The pool is warm and the fire pit is a wonderful place to relax in the evening Breakfast was also delicious! If I ever come back to Palm Springs I will not hesitate to stay here again because the staff almost feels like family
