Pretty good hotel, nice staff, good restaurants nearby I don’t really know what else to say, it’s a good hotel I recommend going

I like the feel of hotels because it’s like you are having a sleep over, but you get a mansion and you are having a sleep over with a ton of people But because of the people it is sometimes loud at night You can hear people through the walls and the air conditioning is SO loud But whatever Also I don’t think they clean the showers, I find hairs in them Well, whatever That’s my view on this hotel Is you read this entire review, good for you! Again, I still would recommend going here Anyways, review, over!

Was very disappointed in the room The use to be beautiful yellow chase was completely stained I threw the waffle blanket on it as soon as I check in

The breakfast was good Staff friendly But word of advice if your charging almost 200 a night b4 taxes I don’t want to see a chair covered in stains You had everything going for you but to me that’s just nasty You do one of two things when this happens Find fabric that’s close to the original Send a professional to clean them If not you throw it out and buy a new chair Room 113

Had a terrible experience with the foreign call that you have to go through when you call their number I got incorrect booking information and then they would not help me fix it I finally got them to transfer me to the physical front desk person at this location and he quickly transferred me to his manager who was helpful and kind in getting my situation fixed

While I give the customer service of the remote employees no stars, the staff at this location were pleasant to work with and able to fix my original booking issue

When I stayed here there was no breakfast offered (sounds like this might have changed), they were charging for parking despite less than 20% of the parking spaces being used, and all entrances except for the main entrance were closed off which made it a frustratingly long walk from my car to my room I tried to use their gym and one of the treadmills was unusable I placed a sign to warn others that it wasn’t working and the next day my sign had been removed

They seem to care about their image and have zero concern for the guest experience

We booked a mountain view room with a balcony for 4 nights The hotel pictures of the mountain and balcony were very deceiving The balcony was very small and you could only stand on it

We had no privacy as people checking in and out the hotel seemed to be looking at us A chair was not allowed on the balcony because of safety issues The pictures fail to show the huge parking lot, congestive street traffic, a neighborhood across from the hotel The mountain view is further away than the picture shows Be sure to call ahead and ask if the shuttle will be running on the days you visit The shuttle driver was nice, helpful and came back quickly when we were ready to be picked up The bartenders were very nice and the Wings and Fries were Awesome The front desk staff were nice I am a Hilton honors member and upon checkout apparently, the rates were higher than any rates the front desk clerk had seen in a few years Her eyes bucked, she wished she could do something to lower the cost, but could not I thought I was getting a deal I will book via another source next time The 5th and last night was spent at Embassy Suites Denver Airport and had a better view and a shuttle that takes you to the airport

Michelle Kentgen

Had an amazing stay here with my husband for a couple nights Drew at the front desk was super helpful and friendly We were welcomed with warm cookies and enjoyed the outdoor balcony

Mattress was a little firm for me, but other than that it was a great stay Note we didn’t have a car or rental so didn’t have to pay for parking which would’ve been annoying But the hotel is walking distance to the train station which is nice

Skylor Kendrick

I liked the location it was very clean around the place and I felt safe, and it was close enough to walk to Fiddlers Green I walked back to the hotel at 11:00 pm and I felt that it was a well lit road and was safe The hotel and room were clean

Not 5 stars, I wish they didn’t make me pay parking and had breakfast available Plus I could hear the patrons at the bar when I went to bed I would stay again if I’m in that area

Staff is welcoming, especially in the dining area While breakfast isn’t complimentary, it’s worth paying for as they have a nice variety of options including fresh fruit and waffle and we have two little ones with usthe hotel itself seems to be either recently updated or just well-kept

Our room was clean and cool upon arrival; clean mirrors and floors Comfortable beds and nice water pressure in the shower

Jean Dasnoit

Love that this hotel is dog friendly so we were able to take a break from traveling with our four legged friend Reservation process was easy Check in was a breeze, as was check out

Room was clean and comfortable Everything worked and we had no issues The water and warm cookies received on check-in were very welcome The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the chicken wings from Jackdaws being a bit over cooked and dry, but the pretzel garlic knots were delightful and the spicy mustard was phenomenal Considering the prices at other properties in the area I consider this a win Thanks for a great night

Angel and Melisa (4EverHoneymooning)

Driving in we were a little concerned thinking it would be an outdated facility, but we were pleasantly surprised immediately upon walking in the door The lobby is beautiful and relaxing The staff greeted us with a smile and were very courteous

It had been a long day and they were very emphatic They offered us a bottle of water and their delicious cookies and quickly checked us in The room was meticulously clean The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries The shower felt amazing We then hit up the bar for a few drinks and dinner The fish and chips were quite good and our server was very nice The bed was perfect for a good night’s sleep Overall we were impressed and we honestly didn’t look forward to leaving the next morning

Stay away from this property We booked a one bedroom suite for three adults There were no pillows for the pull out couch

John at the front desk said that you have to ask for pillows for the pull out couch on the reservation – really? I have stayed at Marriotts for decades and never have had to ask for pillows when there is a room that is sold with a pull out couch (reservation was for 3 adults) So the answer was talk to management in the morning Last time I checked, people stay at hotels at night to sleep – pretty hard to do without pillows So I am heading out to Target or Walmart to get pillows Guess Marriott people can’t think outside the box for customer service By the waythe hotel is not sold out – so couldn’t they have gotten pillows from another room that was not occupied?

Stayed here over Christmas to visit family Check-in was fast, and the staff was very friendly Room was clean and kitchen was more than adequately supplied with kitchen utensils

Not sure what qualifies the hotel as 4 stars The bar is a bit over priced; although, the food is good The rooms are a bit dated

A/C didn’t really feel like it was pushing any cool air out Sound deadening within the rooms was practically non existent The mirror in the bathroom makes a screeching noise when powered on The tubs spout was disconnected from the wall Really it was nothing special and the room was one of the lesser impressive rooms I have stayed in Ie Just finished a stay in a local 2 star hotel, and it blew this room out of the parkLet me tell you where this Hotel did shine though Jonathan Abbot The guy is charismatic, personable, super helpful, smiley, cheerful, and was awesome to work with All the way around – damn good people Had I been in a position to, I would have attempted to recruit him on the spot One of the rare and far few between people that leave an impression For that alone, I gave 4 stars over the 2 I felt the facilities kind have deservedWith that said, thank you Jonathan for the tremendous experience

Even paying at a discount using my Best Western rewards points I was not satisfied with my stay Seems like the hotel is short staffed or they just have given up Ice machine out of order, empty hand sanitizing stations, sold out coke machines

Our room was overall clean, but the carpets not at all There is a bad lingering smell throughout hallways and even in the rooms Our sheets had holes in them Our AC unit made a loud noise -I could go on Let’s just say I was glad to get out of there Sketchy area Stay somewhere else is my recommendation to you

Andrea Scarberry

We had an overall comfortable stay in our room which was surprisingly quiet, but were not happy with this hotel choice and would not recommend to others We chose this hotel because the pricing was competitive during a time when many other options were much higher Next time I will buck up and pay more $$ for a more comfortable stay somewhere else

– Hallways and stairwells smelled awful (pot/trash/body odor) Ground floor hallway was the worst on the way to and from breakfast in the morning – not very appetizing- Room didn’t smell much better upon arrival but thankfully we could crack the window and air it out, which we did during the duration of our stay- Room had trash left behind and it was apparent that it had not been thoroughly cleaned or re-stocked Floor towel for the shower was balled up and damp in the corner of the bathroom upon our arrival We were not given any extra toilet paper for our week-long, four-person family stay, so eventually had to go ask for more when we ran out The person who got it for me basically rolled her eyes when I politely asked for a new roll No hair dryer or iron, and just an empty space in the cabinet where the mini fridge should have been- Carpet and floor were filthy/stained/sticky None of us wanted to take our shoes off until we were in bed for the night- Breakfast was just okay Juice machines out of order, and I thought it was weird that they didn’t have any water available We were there early most days, but one day showed up about half-way through, and many things were gone and had not been re-stocked or replenished- Ice machine on main floor out of order- Pool was okay, but we were disappointed to find an empty rack where there should have been extra towels for guests to useBased on the fact that to us this hotel did not feel clean, welcoming or have decent amenities, I would not recommend

The General manager and staff with very very friendly The beds are extremely comfortable the rooms are spacious could use a little more lighting The breakfast was good

Foods weren’t freshly cooked but I’m pretty sure it’s still Covid related Unlike all other businesses they still run a little short on stuff but the manager make sure to take care of everything

Valerie Habich

The room size was good (double queen), beds were comfy, bathroom was nice Pool was small but was to be expected for a small hotel My only complaint is we unfortunately had a room that smelled of dog pee

I myself have a dog and cat and know they can have accidents but in a small room it tends to linger and be more potent The maintenance manager was amazing and gave some febreeze as moving rooms wasn’t necessary for our short stay If I needed to stay again I would but would request a room that didn’t have pets recently

Christina Briggs

This hotel exceeded our expectations The rooms were spacious, clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room The General Manager, Ryan, was more than accommodating in any request and even offered some gift cards to local attractions

He was super attentive to keeping the property maintained, even saw him watering the landscape It was refreshing to see people who care about what they do Unfortunately, with all that, I was contacted by Ryan about broken glass in my room I was made to feel as if I was being dishonest With as much money as we spent to stay there, I’m shocked over the thought they think we would ever leave without addressing a serious matter like broken glass “all over the room” I never thought of actually taking a picture of the rooms we stay in at our time of departure Hope they find out what happened Other than that isolated incident in my experience (and if it never happened) I would definitely stay there again

My husband and I made the last minute decision to drive up to Castle Rock from Southern AZ to surprise our family for our nephew’s first birthday We had a reservation with another hotel, but that hotel refused to let us check in early even though we had requested it the day before The La Quinta staff were so kind – they booked us right away and let us check in early with no problem

Each and every one of the staff members went above and beyond our expectations I would highly recommend staying here They will make you feel at home!

Tyhannie Salas (Marie)

Edward at the front desk needs to receive an award for the best customer service in the state of Colorado I’ve gone to lots of places with good customer service But Edward tops it off with Phenomenal customer service

The property is clean the staff is very professional The rooms are immaculately clean very comfortable and welcoming Must go to!

Lisa Kennedy

First off, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and quite The reasons I’m only giving 3 stars are: 1 My sister fell getting out of the shower

This was totally preventable There was nothing in the the tub to make it non slip and there were no grab bars anywhere This is a safety issue and should be addressed2 The free breakfast was not that great Waffles, instead oatmeal, bagels, toSt, pastries If you wanted protein your choices were hard boiled eggs and yogurt

This is a wonderful, reasonably-priced hotel in a convenient location (aside from the construction on the roads nearby – but that’s obviously temporary, and no fault of the hotel) The night auditor at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful when I arrived for a last-minute, late-night check-in The rooms were clean and spacious

I appreciated being given the option of a high floor and balcony If my travels take me back to this part of Denver, I would stay here again

Amber Viola

This wasn’t just your typical hotel I think one of my favorite things about it was how friendly the staff were, and the resturants in the lobby The breakfast and dinners there weren’t just serve yourself buffets, they were legitimate restaurants

The staff even brought the food out to you Not to mention, the food was fantastic! The pool was a little small but it was still nice I really enjoyed the hot tub It’s a really nice place to stay for both short and long trips

LTGC is always a nice place I feel lucky to have it in my backyard I do wish they would extend their residency criteria to Highlands ranch folks, and I get it, we aren’t part of south suburban, but I’m 1/4 mile from the border line, lol

But seriously, the course is beautiful, the clubhouse is nice with great food and good service I’d say this municipal GC is better than many privates

First time coming to this place And first time leaving a Google review I Wasn’t aware or dress code and I was wearing a regular athletic tee

I Asked two simple questions to concierge and they didn’t know how to answer questions about the driving range I go to the pro shop I ask them the same questions and before I get my answers I get a 2 min passive aggressive lecture on how my shirt it “technically” ok even though it didn’t have a collar I left cause I am new and this just made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable

I loved when my company provided me with a free room here! It was so elegant and clean! I didn’t want to leave! The room was nice and cozy! I only was in it for a day but it was amazing! I definitely will have to book with this hotel again when I go on vacation l!The reason I didn’t give more stars, was because the water left a sticky film on our skin Felt like inhad been swimming in the ocean I brought this to staffs attention they assured me it will be looked into

The pool are was lovely and clean, perfect to relax as well! 10/10 would stay here again and I will be recommending to all my friends and family

This may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly! The bartenders/waitresses, the front desk staff, the Starbucks barista, everyone! So happy to help and accommodating with all our questions, came here from Chicago and will be choosing this hotel each time I come to Denver! Couldn’t recommend this place more Rooms are very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries 10/10

I stayed here for three nights for a business trip The experience was quite disappointing Sheraton is supposed to be one of the “premium” bands in the Marriott family and yet it is more like a motel on the i25

The hotel needs serious renovation and repair There is only one elevator working and the carpet wore out in the lobby The club lounge was closed with no service The outdoor swimming pool looked unclean and there were a few dead bugs in the water The room was not very sound proof and I heard occasionally dog barking and people coughing in the nearby rooms There was not house keeping service eitherThe staff were very friendly though I guess they were very short staffed and could not offer full service Overall, the hotel does not represent a good Sheraton brand

Everything at Hyatt place cherry creek was good except for the lady who does the daily breakfast because for past 3 mornings she has ended breakfast at 9:30 and this morning the only day I’m downstairs after 9 am to grab sum breakfast she has it all put up and tells me it ends at 9am It was only 9:05 when I got downstairs today Yesterday it was 9 am on the dot and she waited till 9:30 to take it down and clean up the area just like the two days prior

There needs to be more consistency than this Also was charged for a day more than given to stay so I hope can get this fixed and another night added to stay to match amount paid to them already or a refund of one days cost before have to check out Will update this review once I know what is happening with that All in all is a quiet clean and comfortable friendly place to stay Mini fridge in room but not a microwave Spacious and pet friendly Will, without needing paperwork from guest, waive 25 dollar pet deposit for service dogs

Ac went out and management was not helpful The girl at the desk was very nice and tried to help but the manager, William, seemed more money driven then helpful When they asked people to call their booking agencies to get a refund and rebook they would not allow a voucher to their sister hotel

When the manager got on the phone with the agencies to verify the ac was out he made sure to let them know that people could stay but would just be a little uncomfortable, sounded as though he was trying to talk them out of refunding people Was on the phone for over an hour to fix it Water was turned off several times without letting people know It turned off while I was in the shower 2nd night we were here we asked the front desk if we could get our room cleaned it never happened Overall a really horrible stay*Updated after owner response*The owner response seems about as unempathetic as the situation my family was placed in This is the same location each member of my family stays at when coming home to visit but maybe that will need to change The hotel facilities staff was the one that told us that the AC has been going out for days and the front desk notified us that the water was out in the building due to the AC maintenance on several occasions If you’re going to lie in your response to save face for your manager or your reputation, make sure your whole staff is in on it too Consistency is key

Great location Hit a theme park then Dave & Busters which is just right up the road from this hotel Rooms were clean

We did however book a deluxe suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa couch that turned into a double bed At check in, they tried to book us in a king bed room Showed reservation for a deluxe room with the 2 queens and a sofa couch Gentleman at desk was a little irritated about me wanted what I booked ahead of time When we entered our room, we had the 2 queen but only a tiny little chair as opposed to the sofa couch We made it work tho Overall was a good hotel Has a coffee shop and a bar located downstairs A pool and a hot tub
