The hotel is in need of a deep cleaning It was dusty and visibly dirty base boards, windows etc The bed was worn and the pillows are like small bags of rocks

Super uncomfortable stay Staff wasn’t to friendly and hardly said helloWe’ve stayed here before and each stay has gotten worse The bar tender was on her phone checking out social media while we were trying to get drinks We will not stay again I certainly do not recommend this hotel, there are other options in this area These were my pillows in my picture I literally folded them in half When I asked for new ones, they lady at the front desk was totally annoyed with me They did deliver 2 new pillows that weren’t much better and they said they could only replace 2, so my husband had to tough it out

My first visit to this hotel will be my last I had a bad feeling about this place upon arrival The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful, but the overall experience was terrible

I reserved two rooms and requested either adjoining rooms or rooms next to each other (for me, my daughter(s), and her friends who were celebrating her birthday) They allegedly accommodated my request, however, when my children and I went into one of the rooms, it was already occupied We had to scramble back out of the room as not to disturb the occupant Unfortunately, the only other available room was two floors away from my girls in the second room That didn’t work for us, so we wound up leaving and checking into a nearby hotel I understand an honest mistake, but it was late and we’d had a long day We were ready to hit the showers and go to bed Having to find another hotel after 11P was very inconvenient and even more tiring Also, IDK if the guest in the room we went into was a hard sleeper or what because they didn’t budge when we barged into the room I asked the front desk attendant to check on them I hope they did!

I stayed overnight with my daughter and she said it was the best day of her life! Great location, lovely staff, clean spacious room and the indoor pool was a bonus! We walked to the historic ships and the National Aquarium, the restaurant was not open on the night of our stay but the hotel provided a list of local eateries and the breakfast cafe was ideal We will definitely be back!

Tom Tom Scott

Well me and the wife stayed here for an anniversary getaway The service was absolutely amazing Ms

Michell at the front desk sent us chocolate covered strawberries and champagne Complete surprise for us We were just having regular conversation and she sent us a gift Very attentive and caring to our needs and privacy Mr James the concierge made sure we barely lifted a finger or the phone He knows all the good spots close by We loved the view and the staff

James Coutourier

The staff is great with good hospitality The location is actually even better, right across the street from the beginning of the harbor A very peaceful hotel but It’s way overpriced

Very old looking with a weird carpet stench Chipped walls, chipped doors Looks like an old Catholic Church Doesn’t have a good view either compared to other local hotels Old dirty carpet ! It was a burn mark in the unattached foot rest not to mention it didn’t even match Just a badly designed hotel for the price Needs remodeling

Wandered in here looking for a place to eat and have a few drinks Great atmosphere, attentive staff, and amazing food My wife had the fried chicken sliders and cheese popovers which were awesome

I had the baby gem wedge to try something different I don’t usually enjoy blue cheese dressing but this was top notch!Really good food, decent drink selections, and excellent cocktails Would definitely recommend

Terrell Singleton

This place is on a stretch of great brunch places but did not have a bottomless mimosa option and though pricey the crab cake sandwich was good I bought a round of drinks to keep the peace about the pricing vs the generous gratuity already on the checkOur waitress was not as attentive as many of the places in the strip

It was mostly noticeable because we didn’t have bottomless mimosas to occupy us but had to keep re-ordering drinks one at a time a wait for the bartender to make the roundSomeone heard us talking and told us that dinner pricing vs portion is more reasonable…I guess come after 3 n u won’t leave hungry

Tracy Belaski

I’ve always enjoyed Waterfront, but I’m not convinced that the new ownership under Atlas is for the better The entire menu has been overhauled- gone are the days of solid, reasonably priced bar food and drinks The menu is also significantly limited

We ordered the spinach dip, which came with a measly serving of bread and a small bowl of potato chips – the potato chips seemed like an odd choice I also ordered the crab cake, which could have been good if it hadn’t been burnt to oblivion This cake was not a little over toasted – it was clearly burnt and should not have left the kitchen, especially considering it wasn’t a cheap entree in the first place Crab meat is expensive and they ruined it Under other circumstances I would have sent it back, but the service was slow for our entire visit and I was too hungry to wait around for new food I had to ask for a glass of water on 3 separate occasions before I finally got one There were 2 bartenders on duty: one who was experienced but was too busy gossiping with another employee most of the night, and one who clearly had no idea what he was doing and had very little experience dealing with a busy and fast paced environment I don’t think I’ll be coming back except for the few occasions that my friend’s band plays there, and I’ll definitely be dining somewhere else beforehand

Good choice for lodging in Annapolis! Great location, walkable to town, but have your comfy shoes ready if you’re choosing to walk There is a FREE shuttle that loops around Annapolis It picks up and drops off right in front of the Westin

Very convenient!Modern, clean, comfortable rooms No complaints there It was nice to have a pool for the kids to splash around after a long day out in town I only docked a star because, breakfast should be more reasonably priced Over $100 for breakfast for a family of 4 is not reasonable in my opinion Also, no included coffee in the lobby I was not about to pay for Starbucks after already paying the rather steep nightly rate If great location and a comfortable stay is what you’re looking for, you can’t go wrong with the Westin

Michelle Priller

Warm welcome from the Manager of Westin Annapolis started my business trip off to a fabulous start Sherry was incredibly helpful as it was our first event since the pandemic so we needed assistance with our logistics His warm smile each and every time I saw him was amazing

Susan was also very helpful with our booth setup Enjoyed my experience at the Westin and highly recommend

I’m not sure about pets, but they are NOT kid friendly We heard babies crying at 6am and we never said a word, naturally because it is a hotel and people come with their families However, we received 2 complaints in the middle of the afternoon (12:30 and 3:45) when our 3 and 4 year old were laughing and playing in the comfort of the room that we paid for

Not in the hallway, not in the lobby, but in our room We received a call with someone on the other end saying, “can you keep your kids quiet?” When we expressed concerns about this and how the stay was uncomfortable for us, we were told that there are pilots trying to get some sleep When I checked out and again expressed my concern to one of the representatives behind the desk, another woman (not a manager) stood beside her and tried to justify the calls by stating, “we have other paying customers too” I quickly dismissed her and pointed out that it was one of me and two of them and I will finish my discussion with the person that I started my conversation with (which happened to be understanding regarding my complaint) I asked for the manager, who was unavailable on a Monday afternoon, and I left a voicemail with no call back or resolve We also had a teenager who asked to use the pool but was told that it was closed, only to see that it was open for other guests Pick another hotel if you have a family, especially if you have small children The patience and service is less than desirable, to say the leastUpdate…the manager called me back He was apologetic and very professional We received a discount for our trouble and appreciate the response and resolve

Beautiful hotel Great location for my work trip As others have mentioned, walls and doors do not filter sound at all

Normal conversations are heard 3 rooms away Next door room sounds like they are leaning against the wall while talking on the phone This is just normal conversations!!!!! Every door closer is not set properly, so every door slams closed… you can barely prevent it if you are trying to be considerate I’m a big strong guy and those closers would be horrible for a child, handicapable person… Won’t be back

Ellah

Customer service was questionable at first Upon checking in, I stood and waited for the front desk person to acknowledge me for what felt like 5 minutes while talking to a a co-workerBesides that, my hotel experience was pretty good

It was a quick one night stay for work The room was clean and so was the bathroom The decor is fun and modern and location was perfect for what I needed!Disclaimer: if you’re looking for a relaxing hotel for a getaway or staycation if sorts, I would not recommend as it was pretty loud and had tons of kids and families Which isn’t a bad thing of course, but if you want quiet, I would look elsewhere I agree with the other reviewers stating that the walls are pretty thinAll in all, I would visit again

My boyfriend and 2 of our friends traveled to Baltimore for the Arsenal soccer game this past weekend We had originally booked a different hotel and after driving 7 1/2 hours we pulled up and they were permanently closed and did not inform us prior When I looked online it said that Hampton Inn was fully booked but I still decided to call for a room

Ricardo was able to get us the last room available and his customer service after hearing of our issue was better than could be expected Ashley P who works the front desk was equally as amazing! She checked us in and out with no issues, gave us food suggestions when asked and was honestly just the sweetest soul after our horrible morning Her level of professionalism and compassion was top tier and Hampton Inn is lucky to have someone who cares so much for guests working for them The room was great, good choices for morning breakfast and an amazing staff Would definitely stay again!

Morris Fiorillo

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile from Charlie, treated as a diamond member She provided water, I did ask for the higher floors but the no rooms were available, but was provided a nice quite room The rooms are very clean, hotel is close to everything you need

During my 4 day 3 nights stay I have only dealt with Charlie and she has been tremendous Helpful with local restaurants and such I would recommend staying here and would come back

Margaret Clark

We were in the area for a funeral The desk clerk when we checked in was quick to give us recommendations for local restaurants that we might enjoy, and to see if we needed anything at all for our stay We thoroughly enjoyed our time there even if the occasion was difficult

All the staff we met was very kind and encouraging and we highly recommend this hotel

Absolutely stellar in every way The location was great and easy to get to with plenty of stores and restaurants in the area (though I highly suggest the Ports of Call restaurant inside the hotel) The junior suite was massive and had a very large soaking tub

Rooms were clean and looked great Finally, the staff were hands down the friendliest and most professional people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with If I’m anywhere near this area in the future I will definitely pick this location again!

Stephanie Pastorino

I contemplated writing this review because the staff was friendly but this hotel is not up to par with other Double Tree Hotels We booked a suite since we were traveling with a 9 month old and our puppy Upon arrival we were never offered the cookies that they go way out of their way to advertise over and over on their answering service and online, as Hilton honors members we were not even offered a bottle of water at check in

When we got into the room we noticed the room was not very clean Aside from the room being very outdated there was very minimal towels in the bathroom, red stains on the carpets and a funky smell throughout the suite We allowed our 9 month old to crawl around on the floor while we unpacked to which she found a LARGE switch blade knife left behind by the previous guest, after further inspection we found old moldy limes on the floor as well When my husband went to the front desk to complain about the room we were switched to another available suite We paid extra money to check in early and spent the entire time of our early check in at the front desk and then switching rooms and we weren’t offered the early check in amount to be refunded At first glance the second room seemed more suitable although still outdated and dingy with stained carpets etcbut at least this room had towels, however I found a small SLUG on our bed! Afraid of what we might find in room #3 we got rid of the slug and stayed in this room The pool was nice and is pretty much the only reason besides the friendly staff that I rated this hotel a 2/5 however we were charged wayyy more for the poolside drinks than what the menu states- double to be exact, with no explanation as to why we paid double the price for each drink Trying to salvage the rest of our stay we attempted to eat in the hotel restaurant When we went down the restaurant it did not appear to be very crowded however we were greeted by someone at the door who said it would be a very long wait before they could seat us and was basically trying to deter us from eating there We looked around at the many open tables and decided that it was probably best not to eat there since our stay was not going well thus far and left the hotel to grab dinner This was incredibly upsetting to us because we specifically booked a hotel with all amenities so that we could relax and enjoy ourselves in once place and not have to travel around with the baby The buffet breakfast was included with our stay so I have to say that is the only reason why we went to breakfast in the morning, the food was good but the dishes were not clean, there was lip marks on the orange juice glass I had and food and grease stuck to the “clean” plates next to the buffet I am incredibly disappointed with this hotel, for the amount of money we spent on this one night I would have preferred staying anywhere else, definitely not the experience you would normally get at a Double Tree Hotel

Chris Caldwell

Jody, the daytime shuttle driver, was awesome, very kind, and as flexible and accommodating as possible considering all the wedding traffic at the hotel, as were most of the other staff Maybe a 10 minute ride to downtown or the academy Rooms are a bit tired and dated, but adequate with a audible clicking, yet functional AC

The firm king bed that I slept upon was not at the Double Tree standard that I have come to expect, but others may prefer it The rooms are relatively quiet if you are on the front side away from the busy four lane Breakfast is typical Double Tree and a decent Annapolis hotel value with a good $15 buffet and multiple cooked to order optionsI’ve never written a review mentioning loyalty status, but if you are expecting any sort of status upgrades or preferential treatment for being a long time Honors member, look elsewhere Despite no wait behind me and being alone at the front desk with two attendants, my Honors status was not acknowledged at check in, I was not offered water, or even a cookie, and I even received a lecture from ‘Joshua(maybe 5’9″ or so, balding, with glasses)’ about the limitations of the food and beverage credit, and how Honors members have long taken advantage(his words) of the complimentary breakfast Almost ‘anti’ in the customer service department and likely in need of remediation I also had the displeasure of phone call with ‘Joshua’ a couple of days after my stay, due to a billing error, and he once again reinforced his hospitality shortcomingsOverall, a decent hotel but one bad egg can cause a lingering odor

Fun spot to stay! Great views of the harbor in a residential feeling area Super easy to unpack and check in Had a room facing the courtyard which felt secure but let in a lot of natural light

Bed was super comfy! Plenty of closet space and drawers to unpack and feel at home The A/C worked…ventilation fan in the bathroom (why is this so rare in hotels these days?!)…and it was very clean Located right near the Fells Point action, but isn’t too noisy or busy Very nice to walk around outside Bars are about a five minute walk away along the private slip docks Will definitely recommend this good deal to others

Ang Estrada

We loved our stay here We stayed for a week while in town for a family member having surgery at John’s Hopkins Hospital The location was great for weeks at we needed and the parking was a nice location and secure

Our room was very pretty with nice furniture and some welcome items such as water The beds were comfortable Our marina view was pretty and we enjoyed looking out at the water We took walks around the area everyday and the location was great for walking with paths and sidewalks with easy access to cute areas and a variety of restaurants On the property they have a very nice common area with couches and a coffee and tea area The courtyard is also a very nice place to and get some fresh air and relax The staff was nice In particular, Raymond is an excellent leader and provides outstanding customer service William was also helpful The breakfast is pretty basic with packaged stuff and some fruit, but we appreciated it We had a couple minor issues with maintenance such as there were ants in our room and the drain was slow in our sink However, the pros definitely outweighed the cons We will absolutely stay here again when we’re in the area It was an over all great experience

Sandfilled Boots

Great renovation and re-decoration since March 2020 Always a good nights sleep here and great front desk help Lobby attendant at breakfast is always so helpful and cheery

Small business ‘center’ is appreciated for the printer The wooden boardwalk has since been repaired and early morning joggers pass by outer rooms more discreetly than before and rooms facing the interior garden are the quietest! This is our go-to hotel in Fell’s Point Highly recommend

My wife and I stayed here 20 years ago We went last Wednesday for our anniversary Hotel staff was great

View was great Bar was great Bed was very comfortable My only complaint would be I could not get the room as cold as I wanted it but I think we were facing the sun most of the day with the curtains open because of the great view!

Christopher Ferry

My wife surprised me with a last minute reservation to spend the night at Marriott Waterfront to celebrate a belated wedding anniversary The location is nice with a great view of the inner harbor The staff was very friendly and accommodating

Our room was modern and clean We were both very pleased with our stay and look forward to being able to visit again for an extended stay in the near future

I had a very nice stay Everything was great I was in town for a concert at Pier 6 and the location of this hotel was perfect

The view from my room was greatThe only complaint was the elevator situation It was a nightmare every time I needed to use it Bad to the point that people were wagering money on when they would show up To be fair the hotel was packed when I was thereI had a nice stay and I’d definitely return

I picked this hotel because of the close proximity to the aquarium I would like to give it a 5 star but was turned off because there wasn’t any washcloths in the room when we checked in so I asked the front desk for some and she stated she would send someone to our room A few minutes later there was someone at our door but he stated that they didn’t have any washcloths and handed me two hand towels and stated that I could use it in place of a washcloth due to not having any? I don’t know if this meant that the hotel didn’t have any at all or if there wasn’t any clean ones? I assume not at all due to not having a single washcloth in the room upon check in

Other then that the hotel was really nice, love the elevator The parking was great and was attached to the hotel You have to pay to park but its expected in this area

Mary Murray

The employees made it excellent, along with other kind hotel guests Yes, it needs refurbishing, yet when there is a “Miss Penny” who understands we are disabled and treated us so very well for some delicious breakfasts that matters more than a few stains on a carpet The bartender was gracious when I asked for a scotch after my husband had a small hissy fit which upset me

I gave the Porter who took our luggage down a $20 tip He arrived promptly did his job politely and I so enjoyed his reaction The Front Desk Staff was always willing to give us more bottled water and coffee podsNone of these individuals had to be so cheerful and helpful They did it because of who they are I believe they are grateful for their jobs, hopefully enjoy working for the Hyatt Regency and are, quite simply, just kind, good people We had a wonderful time

Lawrence Duffee

This is hard to narrow down I stayed 4 nights recently for work The location is fantastic, very convenient to the Inner Harbor activities

All the staff were friendly and helpful All the meals I enjoyed as part of our meetings were delicious and well presented Those are the good points I stayed 4 nights Not once was our room serviced I asked at the front desk and was told rooms are only cleaned every third day? And yet the rooms across the hall were serviced daily There is only 1 tiny rubbish bin in the bathroom that was soon overflowing I looked for 1 near the ice machine but found none The shower was lovely, but only provided water that was either boiling or freezing, nothing in between You had to decide each morning whether you wanted to freeze or boil I opted one evening to have dinner in the Bistro 300 restaurant The maitre’d told me to pick a table, which I did And then waited And waited After nearly 15-minutes I left On the lift back to my room there was a large advertisement for room service “Just look at the menu in your room and call for service” Looked in room: no menu Dinner that night consisted of some snacks I had in my bag Would be hard pressed to recommend this hotel

This was one of the nicest boutique hotels we’ve ever stayed in! We were in the Presidential Suite and it was absolutely lovely Beautiful, spacious bathroom with makeup table, large shower, and stand alone tub, thick towels, and the king bed was beyond comfortable with soft, luxurious sheets The general manager Debbie made us feel welcome and at home

I recently decided to book a getaway stay at 134 Prince to celebrate Valentine’s day with my wife, and I feel compelled to leave a review I generally don’t leave reviews, but the experience my wife and I had was well above my expectations I was definitely expecting our room to be beautiful based on the photos on the website (and it was) but I wasn’t expecting to be greeted by such an inviting and professional staff

To me, it was small details and the seamless service during our stay that stood out the most; prior to our visit I called to request a flower bouquet to be placed in our room, and everything was prepared perfectly without any additional instructions or reminders Our room was absolutely stunningly designed, and throughout the property there were so many small details that make it a beautiful hotelWe loved the short walking distance to Annapolis attractions We didn’t know exactly what to do in Annapolis, but the on-site staff was exceptionally helpful with recommendations during our stay I can’t emphasize enough how short the walking distance is to everything and the hotel is nested in a beautiful historic neighborhood; it didn’t feel like a typical hotel experience at all Overall, we had a terrific mini-vacation and we would love to visit again

Not the biggest room, but a very charming hotel, right where you want to be in Annapolis! Steps away from shops and restaurants, with a lovely veranda to enjoy watching your surroundings We found our room to be charming, and appointed with period furnishings Unusual for most hotel rooms, we had three windows with nice views! Our room was a bit small for today’s standards, but we were more interested in charm and atmosphere

We truly enjoyed our stay!

We expected a charming historic, musky, small room in a great location Maryland Inn delivered on those points but added a few features, not in a positive wayUpon checking in, we waited 30 minutes for the valet

When we stepped into the room (1301), we thought our eyes were playing tricks on us The middle on the room was concave by about 3 inches; this was quite strange We put a full water bottle on one side of the room, and watched it roll to the center Looking up wasn’t much better, with severe stress cracks in the ceiling (above the bed) So noticeable, it had us worried about the structural integrity of our room and the room above us My husband went to take off his shoes, looked down at the floor, to find a long needle (like a garmet or sewing needle) about 2-3 inches long along with a paper clip Wouldn’t have bothered me except the room itself had clearly not been cleaned well Dust caked on the TV unit and bathroom shelves The bathroom had the remnants of a towel bar, the ends were still mounted to the wall but no bar present as if it had been ripped or fell off at some point We checked in late so we stayed the night Next day, we called the front desk for our car and explained the room was unacceptable and that we would need to check out Front desk gentleman said we would be refunded and that he was unaware of the state of the room We left, and were still charged for both nights I waited a few days to see if they would credit us the one night After not seeing the credit, I reached out to their reservations team for support I have now tried on 3 occasions to contact then with absolutely no response Now I am disputing the claim on my cardIt’s extremely unfortunate how their staff has chosen to handle this event One small unlikable experience, easily corrected with an apology and a credit Instead, a customer is being ignored and disrespected

The property is set at an amazing location, central to everything is Baltimore I felt immersed in the city with unmatched views on the harbor Accommodations were plush and comfortable

There wasn’t much more that could be asked for To put the icing on the cake Maurice and the rest of the Staff were welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that met and exceeded all expectations The communication, before, and during my stay left quite an impression He is certainly an asset to that hotel The one small critique I have for the property was a lack of TV in the living area facing those gorgeous Harbor Views

Lindsay Williams

Our stay started off a bit rocky because the room we got wasn’t the cleanest The next day i wanted to check out early but Crystal at the front desk was wonderful She was able to switch our room and that just made everything 100x better

The room she moved us to was extremely clean and so much more comfortable we decided to extend our stay by one more day Without Crystal’s help I can honestly say we wouldn’t have stayed Great job in hiring a gem like Crystal She helped us sleep better and enjoy our stay while visiting family

My wife and I booked this hotel in advance for Friday to Monday and everything seemed fine We checked in between 9-10pm on February 18, 2022 with no problems So we proceeded to the room and everything seemed decent

So we took a shower to go out for awhile After getting something to eat and drink then return to the hotel about 1:30am only to find that our hotel door was WIDE OPENED with the deadbolt extended so the door could not close properly because of the extended deadbolt lock, so now anyone and everyone could enter and exit our room at their pleasure Thinking back as we were leaving our room to get something to eat 11:15pm that night, I noticed a couple of rooms down the hallway that was unsecured with the deadbolts extended so the doors couldn’t close all the way but I did not think much about those two unsecured rooms until we returned around 1:30am So Iimmediately go to the front desk to lodge MY COMPLAINT about the door being unsecured The hotel asked if anything was missing and nothing seemed to missing but I did leave several of my personal and business credit in my bag in the hotel room Now I’m extremely concerned about my personal and business financial security being compromised at this point A thief doesn’t need to physically have your cards but just take pictures of those cards and accounts Now at this point I’m trying get something resolved and I will have to notify all my financial institutions about what has occurred at this hotel We’ve now VERY VERY UNHAPPY GUESTS

I had a great experience at this hotel The room was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the hotel Even with 2 weddings and staying on a designated pet-friendly floor, we did not hear anything from our room and had a most comfortable stay

The staff was friendly and more than willing to do a little housekeeping upon request during our stay! We will 100% consider staying again in the future Thank you to the staff at The Hotel for a wonderful and welcoming stay Hands down one of the top hotels in the area for the price

***edit: after one week I received it back so am changing to 5 stars

God’s Girl

This is an upscale boutique hotel, where it is evident employees enjoy coming to work exemplified by their above average interpersonal skills, attention to detail and consistent attitude to please This is a reflection of the hotels managment The service is awesome

The rooms are extremely clean The decor is beautiful and the courtyard is exquisite From valet to check out I felt like royalty I was there for 2 major events in my life, retirement and my birthday and I could not have selected a better place to spend a long weekend Food was excellent and I had a special drink created just for me after telling the bartender what I was looking for I plan to visit and stay here several times a year As a writer I was inspired to start several pieces because of my surroundings

We had Rafael as our server and he was spectacular So funny and gave great suggestions Kept the conversation lively and matched our energy

All the pasta dishes were great portions and deliciousThe staff was friendly and welcoming and Rafael was phenomenal 10/10 would recommendAlso this dry aged beef for more than 100 days Great environment make sure you check it out !!

Lauren Barnes

My experience here was just okayService and ambiance- greatFood- just okay Steak was undercooked

They offered to take it back and then over cooked and burned it Dessert was a complete waste of time I expect more from a restaurant that boast about their chefsRoom and bathroom- looked great but you would think that if a room is by an entry/exit door the designers would have installed a soft close door to avoid disturbing their guests Also the bars across the street are extremely loud and disruptive until after 2am The designers should have installed sound proof glass doors or some other noise cancelling option to avoid interruptions in sleep/relaxation What’s the point of having a beautiful room if you can’t enjoy the spaceOverall, the Sagamore has some work to do…

What an incredible hotel and hospitality experience — thank you, Annapolis Waterfront team! I’ve never been at a hotel this thoughtful and accommodating We were worried about having our puppy in the hotel, and Rene went miles out of his way to make sure we (and the pup!) were comfortable and happy The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-designed, and we are so grateful to the team that runs it

Highly, highly recommend!

Michelle Gothers

My husband booked the wrong date and we noticed about 30 minutes before we arrived to the hotel Janasia at the front desk was so understanding, sweet and was STILL able to accommodate us! The room was amazing and we could not believe the hospitality It was quick, painless and they made our weekend so much better by helping us out

HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Megan Bennett

The rooms are pretty but that’s about it We went for a girls weekend and wanted to watch a late night movie only to find out that the TV’s aren’t smart tv’s and have no streaming access like most other Marriott hotels For $500+ per night, you would think the bathrooms would be a little more lux

Our room phone didn’t work because the entire outlet was busted Our bedside lamps also did not work The view and location are the only attractive thing about the hotel

We visit this location for a wedding this past Friday and loved it The food was great, the servers were amazing, and the view was breath taking One of the best parts of the evening for my fiance and me was chatting with a bar tender named Mark

He was very socialable and made the best drinks! He even went out of the way to make us a special drink we had never heard of Best drinks ever I hope to make it for us, as he gave step by step instructions to make it So if you are ever hear and want to try a great drink, Mark is your guy Thanks for a wonderful even Four Seasons!

I was married at the Four Seasons at Baltimore in September 2012 I continued to frequent the hotel 1 to 3 times a year, spending thousands of dollars each visit I have spent over $100,000 dollars at this hotel since 2012

On August 13, 2022 I did damage their “$4,000” TV I was told that I should pay to replace the TV We settled on $60000 dollars, after significant negotiations I can’t shake the sadness I feel with the result It feels very unfair I realize may have damaged the TV but I also know how much value Ive brought this company year over year I’m sad because it will be hard for me to come back to any Four Seasons hotel that puts profit above relationships I am fairly young in my vacation life with at least 40 years left of amazing opportunity That said, sadly it will not include the Four Seasons

Michele P

As expected, the hotel room (Lighthouse Suite 1511), the location, the concierge, spa, in-room & valet services were top notch The online booking process as well as navigating the app for quick chats with concierge (Thanks Michael for the flowers delivery & birthday cake!) were key to the experience which was to celebrate my partner’s birthday All of the staff including Damien were friendly & helpful, plus Moses was able to direct me to a barbershop app for a much needed haircut

Also, I’d like to thank the spa manager who mitigated a slight moment of displeasure when we were unable to take full benefit of all the spa services after a VIP couples appointment He assured us of access for the remainder of our stay, provided birthday champagne & truffle chocolates as well as entertainment ideas during our stay I also want to add a special mention of Ryan and Jasmine who performed our massages – absolutely outstanding, relaxing experience for us both Our room was impeccably cleaned, had great flow & views (bonus in earshot of concerts below), as well as comfortable bedding Lastly, we patronized both the Azumi & Bygone restaurants which also did not disappoint Dinner at Azumi was fabulous & the brunch buffet on Sunday at Bygone was an equally delicious feast & the perfect end to a thoroughly enjoyable getaway

Great location and charming historic hotel We had use of the hospitality room (wonderful) and patio, but the lights out on the patio weren’t working, so dark at night The beds were great, but there were very few electrical outlets in our room room (overlooking the ballroom) and it was very dark since it wasn’t open to direct sunlight

The hair dryer was old and didn’t get hot, and there wasn’t any body lotion in the bathroom Beware of the bath tub/shower — there are no rubber mats and you can easily slip Also, no room service unless you stay 4 nights or more

Rachel

The Governor Calvert Inn is a wonderful, historic hotel with great customer service It definitely is worth calling for reservations instead of using the online booking system, since we were able to get a great deal on the King Balcony room with a spectacular view of the State House and downtown Annapolis My mom and I both have limited mobility right now, and Will and David were such a huge help in valeting the car and getting our bags to our room, really going above and beyond in their kindness!
