Nat Duranceau

I absolutely love the Best Western plus! I love that they have their own little location tucked away on the hill The rooms are HUGE and modern The staff is amazing- they’ve gone above and beyond for me and you can definitely tell that there’s a family feel with their regular guests

The lobby is bright, well lit and welcoming even late at night and there’s always luggage carts I will say however that I unfortunately don’t find their beds to be as comfortable as other places But it’s a lovely quiet location Definitely will stay here in the future and recommend to others

I don’t know why any hotels other than best westerns exist Every time we stay at one it just really highlights everything I don’t like about other hotels This one had very friendly service

The rooms were perfectly clean and smelled fantastic Excellent little weight room The pool was large, perfect temperature and deep enough that 6 ft me could tread water! The breakfast was so delicious and had plenty to choose from Several restaurants deliver here as well Loved it here

Monique Ferrecchia

Stayed here for a wedding, but probably wouldn’t otherwiseCons: The room had a strong musty odor; we checked and cleaned the ac filter – it looked like a dryer lint filter that had never been emptied 🤮 Overall the room looked dingy and slightly dated

The duvet inserts aren’t even in real covers, just between 2 flat sheets Slept on top of the uppermost sheet to minimize my contact with the bed The shower looked like it could use a good scrub, but may have just been older Water pressure is severely lacking, ended up having to wash my hair under the tub spout instead of the shower head to get sufficiently clean No towels available at the pool, we had to bring some down from our room Either the toilet or fridge kept us up with a loud noisePros: Pretty good location, close to food, attractions, and the beach Friendly staff The pool is nice, and seemed well kept, good temperature to really enjoy your swim Good sized room, with a table & chairs, closet, dresser, tv, coffeemaker, mini fridge, and microwave The included breakfast was pretty good Food was hot and they had a decent variety

This hotel has all of the amenities one might expect, including an indoor pool surrounded by overlooking balconies in a glass-covered pavilion There is even a charming room near the door with a fireplace and comfortable cozy seating Everything was clean and the service was fine

My only complaint is that the lady at the desk was dressed in gaudy sports team attire rather than a hotel uniform It made it difficult to distinguish her from guests and as she was the face of the hotel upon entering, set a strange tone for the ambiance of the hotel Despite her appearance, her service was excellent She even called me to let me know when my room was available for early check-in I was also glad that masks weren’t enforced I didn’t need it, but when I turned on the television to try to Chromecast to it, it was tuned to static It might be great to have it tuned to some transmission

Amanda Attaei

I really liked this place! It was so nice and the staff was so friendly I needed to travel with my golden retriever, which can be stressful sometimes when so many hotels don’t allow dogs (or when the ones that do end up being dirty) It was not stressful at all and my room was very clean :)My favorite place about this hotel though, is the white noise option they have next to the bed

I usually need a fan or something similar to make noise when I fall asleep and this knocked me out 10/10 sleepBreakfast buffet was also amazing Fresh order omelettes and bacon were so yummyWill definitely recommend

Sacia Divison

I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Boston/Woburn Due to the weather, we booked a room for the weekend that was in close proximity to my job ( essential employee) Laura at the front desk was delightful and eager to help! She was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check out later Thank you! Overall, my family and I had a great experience and the amenities were great

The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect I will recommend it to my colleagues!

We had a great stay here! They were very accommodating Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable The only negative things I have to say about it: the pool appeared to be closed, the breakfast wasn’t free (they never advertised that it was), but the prices were really expensive, our shower didn’t drain well, and I couldn’t find a way to turn on the bathroom fan

But it really was a pleasant stay It was quiet and the room was spacious for a hotel room Would definitely stay again

Judy Singer

We really loved our stay here and it was fairly convenient for us to get to our family near-by Our room was a very nice size and conformation compared to other hotels in driving distance to our kids’ home The hotel is under renovation so, I don’t know what they will offer once complete

You can buy breakfast from a limited menu and get coffee anytime of day The staff is extremely friendly and helpful It is located behind a mall and next to Home Depot So, not a nice walkable area, but the feel is nicer than we expected

Suzanne Maple

The hotel was cosey and an easy check in/out process Hot water and soft beds Everything was clean and easy to access

My complaint mostly has to deal with the age of the building I could hear someone stomping all around all night organizing their closet upstairs And then the neighbors snored up a storm No sleep Otherwise everything else was really goodI think they are renovating the place so hopefully the noise will be reduced, but I just want to fair warn any folks wanting to stay

What a great hotel, perfect walking distance to everything we wanted to see Our room was spacious and clean, yes it had a tiny bathroom, but really why complain how much time do you really spend in it

The Hotel was beautiful, old world with modern amenities We had dinner in The Tavern, great food and drinks The front Desk staff was very helpful in directing us to a few coffee shops We are looking forward to our next visit

Kari Cousineau

Highly recommend this hotel I’ve never been to a place like this At first I thought my room was small (I think they called it economy), but I loved it! Little pricey, but no complaints

I would definitely stay here again Tyler at the front desk, as well as his staff, were top notch They helped us with recommendations and getting places They would remember us the next day and ask how things were with the recommendations Nathaniel’s Restaurant wasn’t 100% on service on one of the two days, but I’d be back Hotel was wonderful! Tip: Call even if it doesn’t show availability They may have some

Dave

Really nice time at this hotel Room was spotlessly clean and well kept A quite old hotel so bathrooms very very small

Bedding was extremely nice Large cut out at bottom of bathroom door curious Can’t find any reason on Google why one is needed???? Weird Still, we’d stay here again 3 stars only because no hot water pot / coffee, tea service in the room Plenty of room for that if they cared

Lori Kampwerth

We were very pleased with this hotel! Our room was very clean, staff was friendly, and the location was good Breakfast was well done There are only 2 things I would have improved – 1: the water pressure wasn’t great in the shower

2: the electric lock didn’t work great with the key cards Our work around was using the digital key via the app We’d definitely stay here again!

Kathleen Dacey

We’ve stayed at the hotel a couple of times for friend’s weddings and it’s always clean There’s plenty of parking and the complimentary breakfast has waffles I used the gym this last trip and it was small, but had everything I wanted

The TVs are a bit dated, but they work There was a fridge and a good sized bathroom The staff are friendly It’s in a weird location (but handy for wedding bus situations), but the pizza place next door has a full bar and good vibes

Louie Melissis

We chose this hotel based on location to get to the different places we wanted to visit while staying in the Boston area Staff was very attentive to make sure things were the way we wanted them The breakfast included was good

Rooms were cozy and the bed was comfortable The pillows were too soft and needed a third to help my sleep It isn’t a high end place but for what we needed it was perfect and would stay here again

I’m SHOCKED at how good this hotel is! We had a stop over in Boston for 1 night so we booked here for a quick and cheap (about $140/night) hotel that offered free airport pick-up/drop off They picked us up within 20min of calling for a shuttle from the airport Check in was easy and reserving the next morning shuttle to airport was quick and painless

The basic room is beautiful with a full kitchen! The cherry on top was how FANCY the FREE breakfast is the next morning! Quiche, scones, breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, oatmeal with 20+ topping options I couldn’t believe it! I have stayed in many hotels over my years traveling and this is by far the best breakfast I’ve seen! Overall worth every penny and if we ever have a stop over here again we will be back!

Rebecca Landeros

Arrived in Boston at 11pm and the hotel shuttle driver was very kind and waited for us at the airportThe rooms are smaller than most TownePlace hotels The sofa bed was horrific

so very uncomfortable!! The regular bed was comfortable Most of the staff was very sweet and kind The lady working front desk when we arrived was either very tired or impaired because she wasn’t making sense Lucky the young guy working with her handled our check in Breakfast was not good One morning breakfast was a microwaved bean & beef burritoNOT my idea of breakfast Cocktail hour was good cocktails were priced fairly and bartender was niceI travel often and stay only at Marriott properties and I would Not stay at this hotel again I’d pay more for a better hotel

Hampus Engstroem

Flora was a gracious host, who was very accommodating and attentive to our needs The room was very cozy and was very well decorated There were complimentary beverages in a fridge at the main entrance and breakfast was great

I will definitely choose Northy Street House over an impersonal hotel for our next trip to Salem Thank you Flora!

Rachel Kehm LaChapelle

My husband and I had to travel to Salem this past weekend unexpectedly upon the passing of his Grandmother We have been trying to stay in Bed & Breakfast locations whenever we travel I came across Northey Street House Bed and Breakfast while searching online and was immediately drawn in by the pictures but more importantly by all of the positive reviews I read

We booked the Garden Room as that room was highly reviewed and recommended It was the perfect retreat for us, we loved the private entrance, the room was very comfortable and spacious, and the view into the garden was the perfect calm we needed during a very emotional weekend We walked to dinner the first night through town and that was a really nice and easy walk Flora was incredible from the first email I sent inquiring about availability right through the entire stay Breakfast was delicious both days (and I have numerous dietary restrictions) and we enjoyed our conversation with Flora and the other guests We can’t wait to travel back and stay at Northey Street House Bed and Breakfast again!

Jason Paree

We loved our stay at Northey so much several years ago that we made sure to book it again when we returned this year This B&B is cozy, comfortable, and close to all the major sites and places It’s an easy walk to everything

Flora was very nice and accommodating and makes a great breakfast every morning! Definitely recommend Northey if you are planning your stay in Salem!

Water was provided and was replaced when we went out!!!Mini fridge was clean! And was able to use the fireplace with instructions!!!The breakfast was AMAZING as well and right under the inn! Everything was just absolutely perfect! And was in love with the little budgies in the lobby!!!

My partner and I had a very nice stay at the Salem Inn on Summer Street Very smooth and easy contactless check in Beautiful antique style room with lots of personality

Built in the 1800s, you could feel the history in this place Free parking pass to the lot on Norman St or parking in back of a house Friendly receptionist, inviting A walk away from major restaurants, stores and museums We went to the Salem Museum and it was only a 10 minute walk from here Breakfast was complimentary and delicious, I had quiche & sausage and my partner had a Belgian waffle The woman manning the food station was warm and very nice We loved having a chat with her and wish her well when she gets to rest in either South Carolina or New Hampshire! Overall, great experience for our first experience in Salem! Would be happy to come again in the future

Casie Kellogg

Awesome! We stayed in the “Haunted” Room# 17 and it was amazing! From the Staff to the Building and the Town, this was probably my most favorite vacation ever! The Inn is pretty much in walking distance from everything except maybe Winter Island, everything else is easy to get to from here Staff was super nice, the Inn was super clean and they even had a bag of cotton balls & Q-tips in the bathroom for ya, like who does that!! 🙂 What an amazing town, I highly recommend Salam and the Salem Inn while your here We will be back!!PS, the room wasn’t that haunted 😉

I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful the staff at the Wylie Inn is They were incredibly accommodating to myself and my family while we were experiencing a death in the family David was incredibly kind and understanding and made sure our rooms were close by and were ready for a possible early check in

I couldn’t be more grateful

Lori Walter

Close to Salem which is good if you are wanting to stay close to Salem The room we stayed in was the smallest room I have ever been in, literally It’s ok if you only need a bed to sleep on but make sure you clarify what room you need based of how many people will be staying in the room, so you can actually move around in the room!!

Jennifer Hatzmann

The Wylie Inn is a nice hotel! The rooms are on the small side but are very functional Amenities in the room include a coffee maker (a mini keurig), a mini fridge, hair dryer, safe, soaps (hand, body, shampoo, conditioner and lotion too), and an alarm clock The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful

The bar wasn’t too bad either It is about a ten minute drive to Salem I would definitely stay here again

The hotel itself is very accommodating having the sports bar connected to the lobby and the location right off the highway I’ve stayed here twice and been on the fourth floor once in a King executive and twice in a suite The suite is amazing, clean, comfortable I never wanna leave the room when I’m there

The hotel is bright and relaxing Only noise I heard was the doors slamming shut from other rooms Other then that the rooms were very quiet and that was the reason for our stay, needed a quiet mental break We did have some issues with a reservation I made via phone and being put in the wrong room which caused me some frustration but the staff did eventually take care of the problem and were apologetic and accommodating Tyler at the front desk was very helpful and nice Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean quiet place to escape that’s local or a place to stay while in town!

Tasha Kates

Crowne Plaza gets the big things right — clean rooms, free parking, nice pool and gym area, lovely front desk staff, great climate control and a good restaurant attached However, they are not good at the little stuff It’s like they took all of the information out of the rooms during COVID and never put it back

There were no channel listings on paper or digitally The cable offering is anemic for children Housekeeping didn’t come once during our four night stay, and the front desk somehow expected I would know to put a load of towels outside our room and call them to have housekeeping come and hand me new towels directly Apparently daily housekeeping will resume today, which is nice, but I thought they would come once during our stay We also booked a room for four that was set up for two or three — three bath towels, two plastic cups, two coffee cups They used to have vending, but now they have an extremely overpriced Marketplace next to the front deskI’m only docking them one star because the overall stay is great, if you can overlook the minor stuff that you would encounter in your hotel stay

Eric Wannemacher

The room was clean and comfortable The bed and pillows allowed me to sleep soundly The air conditioner kept the room extremely comfortable and was quiet enough that it did not disturb my sleep

The included breakfast was a continental style but the food tasted as though it was made from scratch; there is a restaurant on site Room service only checked first thing in the morning; if you’re a late sleeper, your room won’t be serviced Would definitely return!

This hotel was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating The room was clean and smelled fresh The breakfast was delicious and something for everyone

The cleaning staff did exceptionally well keeping the entire hotel tidy I was impressed with the routine trash collection, mopping, vacuuming, and overall cleaning Busy location, but a great hotel to stay in!

Barbara Delfa

Overall, the rooms were nice Beds were not comfortable and pillows were too soft for our liking We had an issue with the water in the kitchen sink going down slow (ran garbage disposal and that seemed to help)

Same with the toilet Called for someone to come look at it Didn’t get an answer the first 4 attempts After front desk finally answered, maintenance arrived 20 minutes later Continental breakfast was the best thing about the staystaff working the breakfast were great, very attentive and friendly and the food was good I did kill a baby roach crawling on the ceiling but that is the only one we saw Also, it was very noisy (very early in the morninglike 5am) with construction at the hotel next door

Aline Vieira

A sign right before hotel would be great, it’s easy to miss the entry Just stayed 2 nights On one I felt intimidated by 2 teenagers near elevator asking where stairs where but very weird approach smelling marijuana

next day and night went smooth The workers are EXCELLENT They are polite, helpful and friendly All of the ones I met From front desk, cafeteria to the great cleaners Would definitely come back Disappointed hot water was not on this morning so kids didn’t shower But they absolutely had a great time at pool Totally worth it Specially considering the workers 😉

Suzi was a great host during my one night stay at the cottage She was kind and gave a warm welcome to my girlfriend and I We had a pleasant conversation about the cottage and the area around Marblehead

She offered a delicious breakfast the next morningI’d recommend considering staying at the cottage and meeting Suzi

Heidi Unger

Suzy is very welcoming and makes you feel like a long time friend Her home is charming I stayed in the harbor view room and enjoyed sitting on the roof top deck in the evening star gazing and watching the twinkling lights across the harbor

I was in town for a wedding and when I was about to walk the short distance to the wedding, Suzy insisted on driving me I was wearing heels, so was happy for the offer That’s what I call service! Suzy is very caring and wants to be sure you are having the best time possible I loved my stay with her

Kristen Scott

Suzie is not only the perfect hostess, but an amazing artist with charm and an ability to make you feel right at home What a magical escape Suzie has createdThe upstairs deck is amazing over looking the harbor and breakfast was delicious with the best coffee ever not to mention the most interesting conversation

I cant wait to visit Suzie again!!!

Okay, I’m about to have a blast in this review So I’m a bit late in writing this, but better late than never I guessIn August of 2020 my wife and I were on our honeymoon staying at The Inn at Crystal Cove (now closed 🙁)

We had intended on eating at a couple of different restaurants, but seeing that we were mid-pandemic, a large majority of them were closed But you know what wasn’t? That’s right, you guessed it, the Winthrop Arms Hotel & Restaurant So we spontaneously showed up and were greeted by a very upbeat gentlemen I am assuming was either the owner or GM Let’s call him Mr Owner We were seated and looked through the menu for a bit, the nice waiter came by and took our order, I ordered the Lamb Chops and my wife ordered the Mixed Green Salad So here’s where it gets fun… while awaiting our order Mr Owner proceeded to walk by ALL of the tables and offer them a bite of the Lamb Shank that he was proudly parading around the restaurant I didn’t end up taking a bite, regretfully so, as I write this Mr Owner then sat down at a table across the restaurant with a family, and ate whatever was left of the community Lamb Shank on his plate We then received our order I was 3-4 bites into my delicious Lamb Chops when Mr Owner proceeds to point at me from across the restaurant and yell (in all caps) “HOW DO YOU LIKE THOSE LAMB CHOPS?” I gave him a thumbs up and smile because they were indeed fantastic, as was my wife’s salad All while we were eating, Mr Owner went around and greeted every — single — table — in the restaurant, like they were family That’s not even the best part That came when Mr Owner gave us a complimentary dessert, for literally no reason because we definitely did not tell him we were on our honeymoon And the dessert was outstanding, it’s not on the menu but I think it was an apple dumpling of some sort So, suffice it to say, we got a delicious dinner, dessert, and a show (from Mr Owner)My wife and I still talk about this place and how when we come back to visit Boston, we WILL be back And maybe I will try that Lamb Shank this time Cheers!

Four years ago I sauntered into the lobby of the Winthrop Arms hotel and was immediately transported to 1916 by the timeless decor of the lobbyAn immediate sense of history amazed me like going to an antique shop that was still actively functionalI was greeted with” Hi doctor” by a man who radiated genuine charm

This guy is the owner Dave who I found out later is the legendary owner A thought occurred to meThis is either a Sixty Minutes or a Sunday morning storyThe dining room is even more spectacular but the oak refrigerator Dave ressurected is the focal point in my opinionService was great and the Doc’s chicken pot pie is the signature dish fine dining with a taste of early nineteenth century interior design at no extra chargeFive stars across the board

We stayed at this location, for one night, in May of 2022 We arrived late in the evening One of the elevators was down, and according to reviews, that I read after my stay, has been down for months

The one working elevator was pretty dirty upon entering When we entered our room, we gave it a quick once over The room looked more like a truck stop motel than a Marriott The room was small The beds were full size Definitely not the standard queen One of the beds had a large clump of hair in it, so we called for new sheets The sofa bed had a huge stain on it and an even larger stain on the rug I was afraid to even take my shoes off in this place The inner shower curtain should have been changed When I called with a complaint and ask for a refund of the over $300 I spent, I was offered Marriott points I did not pay in points I paid on my bank card Since asking for my money back, I have not heard back from hotel management or anyone else from Marriott It’s been at least 9 days I’ve been a lifelong Marriott guest Shameful to call this place a Marriott and shameful that they haven’t given me a refund Also shameful of the latest customer service rep to repeatedly say “Well there’s nothing I can do on my end” Not a Marriott type of experience at all

Rachel Malpass

Upon arrival, we were notified that they did not offer daily housekeeping, but we could ask if we needed something The thermostat in our room was locked, and kept set to 68 degrees (This doesn’t sound unreasonable, but it never felt that cool…it was actually quite stuffy

) The mini fridge in our room froze drinks solid, and the remote did not work properly After three days, we requested housekeeping for towels, coffee, and trash No one came After one day, our room cards stopped working and we were informed that it was because we had likely placed the card too close to an electronic device When calling the front desk, they told me they’d have some new ones ready down stairs It took approximately 15 minutes to retrieve those cards because we were on the fifth floor and the line for the one working elevator was long Overall, nothing special Would not choose this location again unless remodeled

Carl Manzelli

Upon arrival after the posted check in time, the clerk had us wait for several minutes while they tried to find a room available for which a reservation was set months earlier I was then told that they had only one room available despite no one else waiting anywhere They finally found a room

The room was clean but the hotel showed signs of wear with only one elevator working Overall, it was okay but I expect better

Encore is a beautiful establishment and a great destination for a day, night or a weekend stay The rooms are very modern and aesthetically pleasing but they are a little small The suites have the same issue but they surely have an incredible view

The staff is great in some areas such as the wait staff, cleaning and customer care but the staff on the floor could use more training in customer service and hospitality You will find most table games to be full on a Friday or Saturday but on any other day you can find a seat at most tables I recommend the high roller area depending on how you play The slots are definitely top of the line and a lot of fun (if you’re one of those people who just loves throwing $100 bills in the trash) with a wide variety to choose from Dining is definitely a 5 star experience All of the restaurants are large portions and priced fairly for a casino There aren’t a ton of amenities like Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun such as pools and steam rooms go but they do have a very well trained massage and spa staff which can be great after a long run I would recommend planning out your stay rather than just going with no reservation Overall I give Encore 4 stars out of 5 and besides a few very small things, closer to a 45 I hope you enjoy your day, night or stay here as much as I do

This casino is absolutely gorgeous! I’ve been to many casinos all over the country and in my eyes this easily compares to the best of themI only visited for a few hours, but was impressed with the size, layout and offerings found here Lots of table games (they were packed so the limits were a bit high for me) tons of slots, a sports book and bar and several restaurants from quick service to fine dining

Parking was free (apparently that was a point of contention for a while?) and plentiful in the garage below the casino with elevators straight to the casino It was refreshing to be in a non-smoking casino—that was a first for meService seemed to be easy to find, though I don’t drink so I didn’t need a server for anything I did see them walking by quite a bit, and several asked if I needed anythingNow I did get the luckiest I’ve ever been in my life with slots–which is not the norm by any means, so it helps that I left way up, but as always I started with a budget If you’re going to gamble be smart, plan on losing and never gamble more than you can afford to lose Have fun! Should be easy in such a nice place!

The rooms are just incredible Luxury, luxury, luxury Everything is high quality, smart-connected, clean, comfortable

The bathroom is enormous, especially the soaking tub The bed I didn’t want to go back to my own bed after sleeping on that thing Best night of sleep I’ve had in months This was my second stay and we opted to spend an extra $40 for a harbor view and it was 100% worth it Watching the sun set over the city and the water is magical Service is fantastic, though of course the minibar and room service are very expensive But there’s a free water taxi that can take you downtown!Even if you aren’t a gambler and don’t care for the casino, check out the hotel It’s wonderful

The room was nicely appointed We had a great view from the third floor deck (which was a pleasant surprise), where we sat with morning coffee overlooking the Salem Harbor On site parking was ideal

The location, although in downtown Salem, was remarkably quiet at night Bob, the owner was pleasant, helpful, and serves a great breakfast Even though we live nearby, we’d stay again for a Salem weekend

Cristina Sanchez

My friend and I fled to Bob’s in the midst of a citywide heat wave in Boston Looking for a quaint B&B and a peaceful place to rest, we stumbled upon the Morning Glory and we will be dreaming about returning for a good long while! Bob was a pleasure to deal with when making the reservation, and was so accommodating to our check in time, not to mention the room was sparkling clean upon arrival Our stay was quiet and we had many luxuries including the gorgeous rooftop, the short walk to town, and one hell of a breakfast Bob whipped up in the morning

We will be recommending this place to all of our friends and family, and absolutely returning one day when we make our way back to Salem We love Bob and the Morning Glory!

Michael Lazar

We had no idea what to expect and took this trip on a whim- Bob was a fantastic host He welcomed us as we arrived and made us feel very comfortable The rooms are lovely, and the place is very close to the sea for some fantastic views

Bob, gentleman that he is, made stuffed french toast and coffee in the morning All in all, an incredibly lovely time close to the center of Salem, which is all you could ask

Very pleased with our stay! My friends and I stayed in a two bedroom suite The full kitchen was very useful All staff members I interacted with were incredibly pleasant and accommodating to our group

Had some housekeeping and drainage issues, but both were taken care of as soon as it was brought to staff attention Pricing was great for the room, but we paid essentially what we would have spent at a closer hotel to downtown in rides to the city Convenient location if just visiting the Salem area

Veronika Rzucidlo

With family just 10 minutes down the road, my family and I thought this would be the perfect place to stay when we come to visit During our first visit in November 2021, we thoroughly enjoyed the rooms, specifically the kitchens in the rooms The hotel was calm and quiet, even though it was full occupancy due to a festival in Salem

My husband finds the beds very comfortable, which is a great compliment coming from him However, during our last visit this April 2022, we were disappointed in the service and activity transpiring in the hallways Our hotel room had about 1/5 of a roll with no additional rolls provided You have to go to the front desk (which may be in a different building) to pick up anything you may be lacking (eg, soap, towels, toilet paper) The shower gel dispenser in our bathroom was empty Every night during our stay, the hallways reeked of MJ When I called down to the front office, the manager on duty cut me off and said he would “check on it” before I could even finish my sentence, making me believe that he just didn’t care There was a lot of noise in the hallways after 10 pm with people running down the hallways, going into each other’s rooms, slamming doors, and yelling down the hallway During our last night (a Sunday), at 11:30 pm, the manager on duty even came to the room across from us and kicked out those guests (reasons unknown) 2 police officers even came to make sure they left We initially loved this place for the price, location, and amenities, but we aren’t certain if we’ll return for a third time

Mike M.

I don’t know what’s going on lately but I haven’t had good experiences with IHG lately, which was my go to hotels This isn’t a typical Candlewood, but rather a converted TownePlace Suites hotel The new layout leave a lot to be desired

Another mixed bag, in another state:Pros:*Gym and small shopping center behind hotel*Free laundry*Easy check in*All dished cleaned (left in diswasher)Cons:*Parking fills up quickly (small lot)*I had to change rooms due to the first room being in such disarray (pics attached)*Thin floors as you can hear every step above you*People not going outside to smoke weed*Something happened that needed police to be called
