I came across a young lady today while searching for an rv park and I’ll tell you what!, I really miss the way the world used to be!!!I be Believe her name was sheryl and she went above and beyond to meet our satisfaction or beyond what we’ve ever been served in our five years of traveling It doesn’t matter the facility, it doesn’t matter the space, When you feel like your money was appreciated and everything that you have expected is an abundance of what it should be it matters that I felt at home when I was away from home she made sure that I was completely satisfied and I had everything I needed and then went above and beyond that just to make sure we were happy most people don’t care

People like that are hard to come by! I will definitely come back just because of the customer service I received this evening she is an amazing campground host with undeniable care for the business she needs to be recognized for it so that concludes this review what an amazing park with an amazing stay with amazing employees The Wi-Fi is amazing the TV is wonderful it’s DIRECTV the bathrooms are clean the laundry facilities were all available and easy to use the office offers books and DVD movies it’s not much more you could ask for at a cheaper rate of $3599 because we’re seniors not too sure on the regular rate but we got a 10% discount thank you Oak hills Rv Village

Place is amazingly quiet right next to the freeway very clean and the manager lady there is so very helpful and nice, even came and checked in on us after we had been there for a few hours setting up I highly recommend checking with her for space availability before showing up It’s in a beautiful location with great views and when it snows it’s a great stop before getting stuck in the Cajon pass

Plenty of space to get the biggest RV in and out the facility

Albert Sebastian

Oak Hill Rv was able to reserve me a spot with a days notice Much appreciated I didn’t look around at the facilities to rate them other than my own spot #4

It was fairly level I was able to keep my trailer (26ft) hooked up while parked as I was leaving the next day No problems with the Electric (30 amp) Didn’t need the water hookup The sewer needed a cap The back portion and area of the hookups could use some tidying up, but other than that, all was fine And for $3500 for the one day stay, worked out greatThe manager Cheryle seems to be a stand up lady

This has to be one of the worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed in The service and employees are nice But the rooms are not what I would have expected from a higher end hotel

The floors creek when you walk in your room You can hear the people above you very easily walking around Wallpaper in the bathroom cracked and little holes in the wall The carpet is old and really needs to be replaced You can tell it’s old by the pattern and how dark and dingy it is The curtains do not close all the way and they let light in during the morning hours I was under the impression that all Hiltons had black out curtains so that light doesn’t seep through, so that’s disappointingThe beds are comfortable which is the most important thing And the size of the room is decent It’s just not much better than a lot of the low-end hotels that I’ve stayed inIt’s conveniently located next to a family fun place with rides, go karts, mini golf, etc So that’s convenient to have next to you Lots of food places to eat nearby

Joel Reeves

We had two rooms for 3 nights ea 1st night both rooms was very good, all slept well 2 and 3 nights were repeatedly interrupted with very heavy steps, on our ceiling, from one end of the room to the other, back and forth with running and loud bangs, like some one was dropping a bowling ball, scattered all over our ceilings

Called front desk several times They said they’d send up security No security was ever seen and the problem would only stop for maximum 20 mins and then start up again I went up to the room where the problem was being caused Found dirty towels in front of door in the hall way and heard voices behind door- I went to front desk- and told her what i saw and heard and she told me that room did not show to be occupied but she would check the system again ??Of course she was unable to do anything more except to forward our complaint to the manager who was not on the night shift Same when we checked out they would “forward our complaint to manager” Manager has yet to contact us and the front desk offered us noting but very weak apologiesVery disappointing for HILTON to allow this lack of professionalism

5 STARS 🌟 for the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the roomHowever minus 2 stars for the door not sealed properly, it was not a big problem at first, the first 2 nights were warm, but then the 3rd and 4th nights were really chilly, so the cold wind kept coming through, not to mention some half-wits smoking cigarettes and Marijuana outside of non smoking rooms Plus, the heater was super loud, so much so that we couldn’t sleep with it on cold nights

The walls are extremely thin, on our last night’s stay, some female neighboring guest conducted her “business” throughout the night, her sound effects and banging on the wall were offensively disturbingMaybe we’ll give it chance and try upstairs next time

We checked in to room 112 Wed 4/13/22, a little after 9pm We were in town for a funeral for two nights My daughter Just hit 10 months and is impossible to keep from crawling everywhere

After just 20-30 minutes of crawling, you can see from the pictures of my daughter how clean the carpet was We were disgusted She would’ve been better off crawling on the asphalt in parking lot, so long as she could dodge the needles The hotel staff agreed when I told one young lady at the front desk the morning of 4/14, and she assured me she would inform her manager, and they would be in contact Didn’t hear a peep So upon check out the following morning, today 4/15, we informed the nice young woman working the front desk Again, she seemed as appalled as us, and said she would inform her manager She even radio’d housekeeping that 112 needed the carpet deep cleaned Even asked me to email the pictures asking with contact info, which I did Fast forward several hoursAll day driving today, and not a word from the management, soi figured it was about time to let everyone see and hear how disgusting this place really isEdit, you had 48 hours to “make amends”, and didn’t even contact us to apologize or offer to clean or switch our room In fact you didn’t do a thing until this review was posted I think it’s good that potential future guests know where your priorities are

Linda Swearington

They lie to you and don’t do what they say I fell and was severly injured tripping on the floor mat entering the lobby Taken via ambulance to he ER where I spent 4 hrs

Upon returning I asked for an accident report so I could fill one out and was told they didn’t have any I asked to speak to the manager and was told they weren’t available but they would have him call Had to eventually call corporate office and complain where they assigned an incident number to my accident I recieve a call from the desk clerk who told me they filled one out and gave me the same number that corporate had assigned to the incident I have requested a copy, to review for accuracy since I was unable to fill it out, and was told they would e-mail me a copy As of a week later I still have not recieved it They felt they were courteous in refunding half of my two night stay but I had to ask for a refund and that was all they were willing to offer and that was after corporate had contacted them

Terrible property Terrible owner Bankrupt

Low class Out to get you Loretta charged me for a room and would not refund me 3 mins later when I told her that my second guest was a child (Apparently her b&b bans children what a peach!) it’s one thing to have an adults only hotel but Why would you steal someone’s money? No surprise she is shut down Good riddance !! 🤮

N GG

Had such a great time at Rhinestone Rose Inn! Loretta was awesome and the place is clean and quiet There’s a hot tub, sauna(which I didn’t try but would have if I could’ve stayed longer) , and even two lounges; one in a quiet living room type setting, and one in a den type setting with a TV and little bar I loved the ambiance of the whole place

This is the first time I have ever stayed in a bed and breakfast, so I wasn’t sure what to expect You are real close to some of the guests compared to a traditional hotel, but if you aren’t afraid of human interaction you should be just fine

Jenny Shipley

This darling B&B is easily found, just outside of the town of Wrightwood (great little farmers market, and we enjoyed eating at the Grizzly Cafe and especially Village Grind), and not far from Mountain High Loretta, the owner, is friendly and fun – she makes you feel like family And she makes a mean smoothie too! Breakfast includes coffee and tea, fresh fruit (also in the aforementioned smoothies!), organic cereals (including oatmeal), yogurts, and an assortment of toast and bagels

All the rooms are cute, each with its own theme and unique charms The shower was cold one night, but we waited a bit and it warmed up again The gardens were sleeping for the winter, but I can imagine them very beautiful in the spring Lovely views from the enclosed sun porch, and sweet touches like hearts on the covers, Brita water pitchers in the rooms, and an assortment of toiletries Lola the Yorkie is an amazing hostess, mascot, and ambassador too! We will definitely be back for more snowboard/ski weekends!

This isn’t the nicest area in town, but it’s not awful Great sushi place next door The room was clean however my room had the most awful view of piles of bird poop and the roof of the restaurant

I understand that it’s not going to be sparkling clean, but it would make a world of difference if they handled the pigeon issue in that corner (room 217) because I had pigeons waking me up early every morning, running into the windows and pooping all over the window I would not stay here again

Mark Darwin

Very nice hotel! Rooms are clean and comfortable Staff is friendly and helpful Location is pretty good, as there are tasty restaurants in walking distance

Heating/air conditioning is a bit loud in the room and somesmall superficial things could be repaired However! I have enjoyed my stay and would recommend!

Today, March 1, 2022 While traveling from Arizona we called Holiday Inn in Victorville to see the cost for the night I spoke with the receptionist, told her I was a veteran to see if they had military discounts

She said my cost was $96, I asked about breakfast and she said it was included Somehow we got disconnected, since we were a short distance away we went directly there When we went in the price changed to $143 and if we wanted breakfast it would be a extra cost We talked about the difference for a short time so I asked for the manager to see why the differenceErika came out of her office and explainedI need a different ID even though my California driver’s license showed I was a veteran She then told me my cost for the room was not the $96 or the $143, it would now cost me $176 She did not even apologize for the mistake and would charge more which was an insult I walked outI own several companies that are service oriented and this was not the way to work with customers If the mistake could not be honored, or some token gesture of good will made, at least an apology seemed in order I have stayed in 15 hotels this year I no longer feel Holiday Inn deserves my business and I would not recommend this kind of service to anyoneSincerely,Larry Rankin

This elderly couple stayed 3 nights while visiting a very elderly mother in hospice The room was quiet, not paper thin walls like so many hotels, motels we’ve lodged in the past The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in

My wife agrees, and we don’t always agree! Thanks for installing a support bar in the shower for someone with Parkinson’s Disease Made use of the food court in the morning Hand sanitizer was not obviously placed; didn’t see it till we sat down Eating area was spacious and clean The breakfast offering was lacking variety in yogurt selection Cooked a dinner for two in our room with a fry pan made for one serving on an electric burner The dishwasher and refrigerator were perfect size Dish towels were insufficient in drying hands or dishes Paper towels were used sparingly to make them last the stay Coffee and tea selection in room tasted old A gold star shout out of gratitude to the house keeping person offering help for someone with Parkinson’s Disease to get to his room!

My wife found Home 2 suites this year while looking for hotels with continental breakfasts One thing about my wife, is we start at a hotel…it MUST have a continental breakfast So, while on her quest, on a whim we found this chain of hotels, and we LOVE them

In this year alone, we have stayed at six different Home 2 suites We have stayed at them in Arizona, New Mexico, California, and Texas, and NONE of them have disappointed us All of them provide excellent rooms, excellent service, excellent coffee, and excellent breakfast We love this chain and we are glad that we have found them We recommend Home 2 to everyone

Joseph Catalan

Nice, clean and newer hotel The rooms are spacious and nice amenities The kitchenette is awesome

There are silverware, plates, coffee maker and cups The hotel is in a good location to order from a delivery app Easy access to and from the freeway The staff is nice for the most part Some people say that there is a lot of noise from the freeway, and there is noise, but not enough to make it the worst stay ever Its a freeway, there is supposed to be noise Overall, the wife and I were very pleased with our stay

Overview and Location: As an educator, I have traveled to many conferences and stayed in many motels over the last 30 years When we travel back home to visit family in the Victor Valley we have stayed at quite a few motels in town Even the 3 and 4 star motels have been okay but not exceptional or even great

I know that New Corral Motel is one of the older motels in Victorville but it really is very centrally located in town Due to the good reviews my husband and I decided to give it a tryCost and Front Desk: We did pay a total of $11663 a night for the three nights we were there but it was one of the lower priced motels in the area when we stayed there last week We arrived and were greeted immediately by a friendly gentleman at the front desk He quickly made the arrangements for a room and gave us the electronic key with the Wi-Fi password on itThe Room — First Impressions: I was pleasantly surprised by the clean and comfortable room with a kitchen table and two chairs in a little nook There was a large TV, microwave and refrigerator The bed was comfortable and my husband and I slept soundly while there The room looked like it had been painted in the near past and the window sill had tile laid down on it which was a nice touch The curtains kept the room dark while we were sleeping which was very helpfulBathroom: There is a curtain on the shower; however, I have seen other motels use the same set up and it worked fine and all the shower water was contained in the shower stall I loved the very hot water! The bathroom has a sink and a rack where towels hang It would have been nice to have a couple of hooks to hang our towels and/or robes on in the bathroom However, that is very minor In the shower there is an indentation for soap etc; however, since my soap slid right out, I just placed a washcloth there and that arrangement worked fine for soap and razorKitchen Nook: I loved the small nook set aside with a table and two chairs It was a great place to eat our leftovers from the restaurants in town that we had placed in the refrigerator and then microwaved It was also an excellent spot to use our laptops There is an outlook right next to the table that wasn’t working; however, I charged my laptop with the multiple outlets throughout the room and next to the bed and just used it on battery I notified the office and they stated they would make sure it was repairedAmenities: The typical were provided as is standard for two star motels According to USA Today, “At a two-star hotel, the reception desk is likely open 24 hours Rooms probably have clothing racks or closets, telephones and TVs You’ll have a private bathroom, but with only a shower, not a tub The hotel won’t provide many services” This pretty much describes the amenities at this motel My husband mentioned he would have liked a cup of coffee, but that is typically a three star motel amenity We could easily bring our single cup Keurig coffee maker which doesn’t take up much room; however it was just as easy to get coffee when we went out for breakfast I have seen more and more motels using a Keurig in the office Again, that is usually three star motels and above not at the two star levelsFuture Plans: For the price, comfort, friendliness of the staff, and excellent location, this will definitely be our first choice when traveling to Victorville again We enjoyed the easy access to the motel, the large parking lot, and comfortable room

Garrett Phillips

NO coffee maker or coffee in lobby Not sure how Priceline considers this a 25 star option

Small room, shower curtain blows in on you, exhaust fan loud, awful lighting, no bathroom counter, just the sink Cheap soap, shampoo in a packet that’s impossible to open in the shower At least it was clean and the towels were good I’ve had better rooms in $60 Super 8s

Second time staying here and both times the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable If you like soft, squishy pillows this is your place!Only complaint is the water never reached more than tepid for both taps

Came to the area for business The staff were helpful and friendly enough The breakfast was typical with regards to eggs, sausage, cereal, and yogurt

I was surprised there was no fresh fruit The room was clean and and it had a microwave, small refrigerator and a sink The laundry room only had 2 washer/dryer, had to wait to do my laundry, a bit annoying It’s a fairly large hotel so I would of figured they would have at least 4 of each Overall they stay was fine

Over all very pleased with our stay My family celebrated my cousins 15 at the hall located inside the hotel Very beautiful event, I am certain that they brought her dreams to light

The service and staff was amazing, very delighted with the attentivness and organization This is one of many events I have attended here for my family and has been highly recommended within us when hosting event Its definitely a great place to host when we have family traveling from all over the country Thank you again for allowing us to experience such a memorable night!

Scott Everhart

Rooms are nicely appointed, with the exception of a microwave the staff is the friendliest we have encountered along our travels

and it was a refreshing surpriseBeing located across from an IN N Out wasn’t horrible either

Nicholas Scurti

Stayed here for a conference & was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was, considering the remote location & less than upscale area The price was steep, & there was only a small bistro-style restaurant on premises, with limited hours & food selection But there were several restaurants within walking distance

There was also a large, comfortable & secluded lounge area, & both an indoor & outdoor pool
