The hotel is beautiful especially at night The staff that I came in contact with were friendly and helpful The one bedroom with pull out sofa was super spacious and very clean

I used their gym and was excited that it was updated equipment But make sure you bring your own towel The breakfast was free and very good which saved us a lot of money The free parking was a hit because now hotel charge which is ridiculous I also enjoyed the portraits that were on the first floor which gave a history of the family that started the Ayers Hotel This is definitely a hidden gem in Chino Hills California

Kobi Cordova

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous atmosphere Lush green plantings, updated decor They take full advantage of the outdoor spaces with appealing lighting and plentiful seating

The pool and hot tub areas were gated and centrally located The room was a bit smaller than expected but very clean and comfortable The bathroom utilized a space saving pocket door which was unique No microwave but a small fride and all other amenities including a small safe I loved the private balcony The staff were all very friendly and helpful, everyone I came across greeted me with a kind word or smile The only complaint I have is that the bed was a bit firmer than I prefer, but I still had a great night sleep and the bedding was top class

Kate Hurley

This is an exceptionally pleasant hotel Quiet, pleasant rooms with a nice green courtyard Very nice staff

I was there twice during COVID and everyone was very respectful of health guidelines As a petite woman who often finds hotel pillows to tall and puffy, I appreciate that they have softer pillows A small thing but much appreciated

Jennifer Diaz

When I worked in the area I would stay there instead of driving one hr to get home I worked until 4am, so it was a convenience to stay 5 mins from my work Check-in was quick, staff was great and the rooms were awesome for the low rate I paid! The toiletries they provided were top notch, rooms were luxurious and I liked there was no ridiculous deposit! But being a single women I felt extremely safe and comfortable here

Best hotel in the area for sure I highly recommend it!

Very clean, peaceful area, workers are very kind and helpful The rooms are comfortable, bed is really good, the view we had was amazing, my toddler made it her home away from home Pool was clean and decent size but the water was freezing, so we got in the hot tub which was like warm and perfect for the sunny weather

I would definitely come back Thank you!

Been to this hotel on several occasions for work It’s consistently comfortable Sheets and beds are always clean

Amenities are abundant and the staff is incredibly friendly You need only ask once for what you’re short on, and they’ll have it to your door in a matter of minutes I’ll be coming back here frequently as long as my work allows

Shaun Wolf

When I got to the resort with my family most of the staff was rude but others were doing their job and making us feel at home like Luis g He made sure we got to our rooms safely while helping us carry our bags there as well as fixing the water problems we had in our room too He made sure we had clean and dry towels when we went to the pool and he even keeps the pool crystal clean when most resorts are half way clean, and that’s what makes our stay enjoyable

We need more people like luis g who is hard working and determined to make everyone else’s day a better day

I had a guest staying there for almost 2 weeks Whenever I was there having conversation at the lobby I was very impressed by the professionalism & friendliness of the front desk crews All of them

I wish I can mentioned all their names cause they deserved very good feedback But the 2 lfront desk adies that I want to mention is Liz & Martin They were always very thoughtful & made fresh coffee for us They were super friendly & attentive I was very impressed by the hotel management Thank you!

Not up to par with other Hampton Inns Recommend staying somewhere cheaperCon’s:—Of the 7 days I was there, the breakfast room tables were never clean, except on the day Angelina (breakfast attendant) was working so kudos to her—Non-working items in room included dead bolt on door, room telephone, black-out window shade, exhaust fan in bathroom—Tried to report broken items in room to day desk clerk, but she cut me off after the first item and offered to move me to a different room “when available”—Sunday night, I had neighbors in 4 rooms around me with young kids screaming & running the halls, several adults yelling in rooms & hallways, repeated loud noises like furniture being thrown around, and doors being constantly slammed for 4 hours until 1:30am… the night clerk was pleasant and tried to be helpful but the hotel was full—Did not receive my room discount at checkout & desk clerk simply insisted I didPro’s:—within walking distance to a nice, large movie theater within a shopping center—clean room, pleasant housekeeping staff—good parking, even when hotel is full—water bottles always available at front desk

Rachel Stuff

Well obviously this is a trash place My rash from whatever bit me here is finally going away, I’m still not a smoker even though these crooks want to try to charge me a smoking fee ( twice ) They do this to many of their guests along with displays of dirty rooms and poor customer service

For these reasons this weekend when my husband and I rent a hotel, ( as we do most weekends and never get charged smoking fees, because we don’t smoke) we will most definitely spend our money elsewhere, like the Chino Hills Hotel, with an indoor pool, a gym room, friendly staff and decent prices Do your self a favor and stay anywhere else

So, this hotel has the potential to be fabulous, so I will start out with the best, and then the worst: The rooms are large, love the layout, separate seating area and the jetted tub I spent the entire day in the airport due to a missed connection, so all I wanted to do was just into the jetted tub, followed by a good nights’ sleepUpon entering the hallway to my room, I noticed a smell, somewhat like an old building or old carpet

When I entered my room which was almost at midnight, I checked the entire room and found that the jetted tub had a very large area where the paint was peeling, I mean literally missing from the tub surface (appeared to be where it was resurfaced, without being prepped so the resurfacing did not stick) Also, there was no phone to call the front desk, so I had to walk back up to the desk The desk gave me another room to look at, the tub was better so I moved to a different roomThe tub in the next room was better; the lamp next to the bed was plugged in, but didn’t work due to a blown bulb; there was an ironing board but no iron in the closet; the toilet seat was so loose that I have not checked it before sitting down, I very easily could have fallen off because it literally slid all the way to side All it took was for the screws underneath to be tightened and for let’s say a more elderly person, this could have been very dangerous, I just tightened it myself I think the most disturbing was a very large stain on the comforter that I didn’t notice until morning because I was exhausted from the long travel, so that had to be changed as wellI will say that in each instance when I brought these things to the attention of the hotel staff, they were rectified immediately so the staff is responsive It just felt like when someone invites you maybe to a holiday dinner, you show up and when they open the door, the look on their face was as if they forgot the invited you? You are still welcomed in, but it is clear that they were not expecting you, and that is not the feeling I would like to get when I check into a hotel, especially when the room is guaranteed for arrival I even contacted the hotel via email when I missed my connecting flight to inform them that it would be closed to midnight when I arriveAgain, it just appeared that the room that I was put into was not quite ready for a guest

Trae Fauntleroy

We enjoyed our stay here although it was just for one day I will have to come again to give a true rating but we were pretty much pleased with the services Didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the hot breakfast so I can’t give any feedback on that

I would recommend to stay for a hotel especially if it’s just one day and you want to be close to the airport

Heather Averett

My “non-smoking” room stunk of cigarettes! When I complained to the front desk they told me they could spray something to get rid of the smell, they never did Stains on the carpet in the rooms and in the halls! My garbage can was full when I checked in! Black mold on the caulking in the shower The toilet would work once and then I had to ask for the staff to come and plunge it! It took 30 minutes for them to come and do it if they came at all

It was this way the entire time I was there! Finally at 10:30 the night before I checked out they got me a new room It had a hole in the wall someone had shoved toilet paper in to hide Worst stay EVER! The one and ONLY good thing about this hotel is the convince of it being steps away from the convention center!

Beautiful hotel, rooms and facilities Whirlpool could have been a little warmer and the jets a little more powerful, but was still niceThe staff was wonderful, both at the hotel and the restaurant

Top-notch customer service is obviously what you teach you employees and it showsSpecial shout out to the young man (i didn’t catch his name), who came out to the whirlpool and skimmed it with the net at my request on Wednesday evening (2-16-22) For one so young, he was extremely professional, efficient and courteous GREAT JOB!I travel for work and when i am in the Pomona area again, will definitely be back and will recommend to my co-workers

Great clean hotel The only issue I got is that they just recently started to charge for parking I stay here very frequently and they used to have a security guard that verify that you where a guest and let you park, now you have to park and pay 12 dollars per night for you’re stay

I usually stay 12 days a time minimum and it adds up quickly The staff is friendly and always willing to help I’m giving 4 starts due to the new parking payment

I came with 20 college students, the location was excellent for the convention center, the staff was excellent, breakfast great too Rooms are clean and comfortable and appeared to be recently Remodeled

Area is close to a lot of excellent food choices from fast food to sit down dining Plenty of parking, and a circle k right next door Freeway access right next to them, but you can see out of the windows there is a homeless encampment, so the city needs to take care of that

This was my first time visiting Pomona and this hotel was great Easy check in, free cookie( my sister said it was delicious), clean room, close enough to downtown Pomona I would definitely stay here again

The only thing I would suggest to you is to download the Hilton honors app before arriving and making a profile because you will use that as your key

Mary Shaw

Booked a block of rooms for our son’s wedding this weekend The rooms were spacious and well maintained Front desk clerk, Chris, was the best part of the stay because he was helpful with our needs and requests

Restaurant has tasty food but closes way to early Only downsides were the main elevator not working and the property needing a bit of a make-over

Jessica Perry

While it will always be known as the Shiloh Inn to me, this Double Tree is much nicer than I had anticipated We booked it because of its proximity to our family and because it’s a Hilton property Knowing the area, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were and even though we were near the restaurant which was booked with parties both nights of our stay, the room was quiet and comfortable

Since we are former locals who still have family in the area, we will absolutely stay here again when we’re in town

Used the Comfort Suite app and chose the most expensive hotel in the areaThis hotel should not be part of the Comfort Suite brand Maybe Quality Inn at best

The room was clean but the hotel was not The hallways stunk and had garbage piled everywhere and the cable tv didn’t work in my room and I was told they would send someone at 6:00am to fix it I’m almost positive that’s because there wasn’t anyone onsite They left note on front desk saying all rooms were booked and left Pretty sure I don’t need tv an hour before I check out So I wake up at 1:00am and go to get a soda out of the machine and they are warm and almost hot For me this was the icing on the cake so I gathered my things and leftPaid $18000 I expect to at least be able to watch tvI don’t know how they got a 4star rating but I know it’s not from people who actually stayed there

Chrysta Santana

the rooms were clean It was loud traffic on the second floor The Hispanic ladies were nice but the Asian girl at the front desk is nice but she told us we couldn’t check in early then about 5 min later a Hispanic lady let us check in early

I’m sure she didn’t know but she was telling us we would have to wait hours but I’m glad we didn’t have to wait early The water was cold until maintenance could come Other than that no problems

Lee Rand

This place was nice The staff were attentive to our special needs and the room was super nice Two things that stopped it from getting 5 stars

First, they simply did not offer any smoking rooms We had to go outside to smoke or suffer a $25000 cleaning fee And second, there were no staff at the desk or on the facility after midnight Otherwise, i would highly recommend this place The beds were super comfy

We stayed for two nights Very nice hotel Squeaky clean

Huge room Pool area & patio look nice, unfortunately it was too chilly for a dip in the pool Front desk associates were super nice and helpful Little area to buy snacks and even frozen tv dinners which was good when you look for something to munch on in the evening but don’t want to leave the hotel Breakfast (included in the room price) was one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve seen (and eaten) so far You can pick between one item made fresh (eggs, pancakes, waffles, French toast either with ham or sausage) and several other items like cereal, fruits, cupcakes, cookies and yogurtWe definitely recommend this hotel

J Rizzle

I stayed here this Saturday 8/13/2022, and the room cost me $181, and after running the ac unit for 4 hours, the room never cooled down! I contacted the front desk about the problem, they responded by saying they could have maintenance come in the morning Which didn’t resolve the problem at hand I requested a refund for the inconvenience and was denied

I ended up just leaving right then I haven’t been able to reach anyone from this location, on the phone, since! I wanted to call and speak to a manager but no one answers the phone…ever! Horrible experience High priced room, with zero air conditioning with temps in the mid to high 90’s, is just unacceptable! Won’t be staying here again Won’t be recommending this location to anyone either!

TLDR: BUGS!! This hotel was a headache from the beginning It took a dozen emails and several phone calls just to get the reservation booked and confirmed and then when we arrived, they still didn’t have the reservation correct I booked 4 rooms for my bridal party the night before our wedding, and it was a disaster

Every room was filled with bugs It’s as if they were closed for the pandemic and never cleaned the rooms There were bugs in the bed, in the bath, on the walls, in the curtains, on the floor, and weird stains and little pieces of grass in the sheets One of the rooms was 90 degrees We had to get a refund and relocate in the middle of the night Don’t stay here

We tried to cancel our reservation over a month before our stay–not once, this was an ongoing process between the end of September and the beginning of November, which is when we got married We couldn’t get through to the third party we had apparently reserved through(the one time I did I was hung up on when I told them I wanted to cancel), and the hotel said they couldn’t do anything So I guess don’treserve here/ through wedding wire unless you’re absolutely sure you want to stay here, because you aren’t getting your money back

Lauren R.

This hotel is located right in the middle of Claremont Village; perfect walking distance to restaurants and shops, and the Ontario Airport The grounds and rooms are really well maintained, along with great amenities

Easy and pleasant check in, breakfast and any extra accommodations were included which was a nice surprise to me (free parking pass included) Great happy hour and the staff was so incredibly helpful Only downside to my room was the the faucet on the tub dripped even though it was turned off and you can hear the train from the room, but other than that my stay was very pleasant and I can’t wait to come back for another stay

Overall my stay was fine and lounge was nice and then check out day came Here’s my experience I was walking half my stuff down to the parking garage, this is at 9:20am, reparked my car and headed back to my room to get the rest of my belongings

I told reception I’m not checking out and I had more trips I arrive at my room on the 3rd floor and my room was open and all my belongings were gone, I was gone for less than 10 minutes and check out is 11am The cleaning lady was on the other side 50ft away and I said excuse me I’m not checked out and my stuff is missing, she had packed my stuff nicely in her cart and had taken my belongings I was absolutely shocked and have zero trust of this establishment after this experience I reported it to the front desk and they checked that my room was not marked for check out cleaning and that they would make a note of this That is absolutely unacceptable I will never stay at a casa 425 hotel again, I warn anyone staying there to protect your belongings and think about staying somewhere else Rooms are only supposed to be accessed by your request or after check out only because of covid

Lets start Our room safe was non functional upon arrival, which was fixed by the maintenance guy later Our ironing board is was broken, which the staff replaced with a full sized one

The fire alarm ran out of batteries and started beeping around 2 am, when the maintenance guy had to come in our room and replace them In addition, there was a cockroach the crawled right into our room Would not recommend

I have been staying at this hotel consistently for a very long time now The front desk receptionist ” Destiny ” , I must strongly commend She has gone out of her way to make my stay here the most wonderful experience

!She should be observed by her manager as an ” Exemplary Employee “

The hotel looked clean but it didn’t feel clean As soon as I got to my room I wiped down the restroom counter and night stands with a disinfecting wipe and it was extremely dirty The small cushion couch in there had so many mystery stains

The restroom didn’t have a working air vent, and the bathtub had hair The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows

Stayed there in Sept 2021 It’s a very dated and disgusting place I stayed 7 days, not once did the staff clean my room or took out the trash

The bathroom was falling apart, shower curtain seemed to be years old The staff never greeted me, smile at me or ask how was my stay, I’m a platinum IHG memberLet’s just say the entire building needs to be gutted and remodeledOnly good thing is it’s location Close to restaurants, shopping and the freewayI will forever avoid IHG locations in the Los Angeles area and will stick with Marriott

I was discriminated while being robbed of my payment this hotel refused my check in and did refund money I have currently made contact to hotel they are not resolving this issue still , I called the Ontario police department they did not do anything about this as they promote this conduct from individuals and claim they have no jurisdiction it’s a civil issue while I have had business call police on me and they responded immediately to the business uncivilized request I am requesting remedy and resolution from waste losses of money paying higher costs at other places just because racism still exists and the Ontario police refuse to take action regarding them robbing me of money without rendering services

Went down to the Ontario area for an event and needed to book a hotel for two nights The reviews for this hotel were promising, and I’m happy to say that they delivered! The staff were very kind and helpful, with the lady at the desk checking me in speedily, and especially the first night when I came back from my event past 3am, the man watching the parking lot helped me find a space to put my car Though I didn’t need any, housekeeping was active and early both mornings I was here

My room was a non-smoking king-size bedroom, and was quiet just as I’d requested No noise from neighboring rooms or the nearby freeway, at least none that I noticed I had a microwave and fridge, and the tile shower had plenty of towels, shampoo, and bodywash Felt very safe on this first-time solo trip, which I deeply appreciate!

First off I don’t know how anyone has provided a review above 2-stars I believe many of these reviews are fabricated We chose to stay in this hotel because of the relatively good reviews

First off the lobby is not open and hasn’t been since COVID No amenities Second the location by the freeway is convenient however the people loitering in the area made us rather uncomfortable The next door locations and in the parking lot itself The walls are paper thin, could hear people talking outside in the parking lot all night Several guests were slamming their doors which resonated through out the rooms The rooms were clean, but definitely had some abuse Patched cracked walls/doors/sink the list could go on This is a huge disappointment when expecting a highly reviewed 4-star hotel Please use caution booking here You will regret staying
