Hotel overall was nice It seemed well-maintained which was a good first sign when checking My room was clean and quiet

Air conditioning worked great Pool was not too crowded and the hot tub was great Parking is $15 to be in the garage or you can park on the surface lot for free It’s a good central location to the freeway and grocery stores and coffee shops you may want to use when traveling I did not use room service or make any room requests, so I can’t rate those experiences Would stay here again if I’m ever in Poway

I want to educate people of my recent stay at this facility which was like a motel at a truck stop When I made my reservation I should have been informed the facility was being remodeled The vulgar/foul mouth Construction workers who were working on the facility and staying there were frequenting the bar, flirting with the young female bartender who was enjoying the attention, near the dining area where my wife, and I sat trying to have a meal after a long trip

The atmosphere and hotel was unacceptable There was debris, and dust throughout the hallways Hallways and our room smelled of freshly painted doors and rooms which could be affected someone with respiratory issues The only available elevator had nasty and dusty padding blankets hanging within it possibly to protect the interior The hallways had debris and trash in it Our room was not cleaned nor any fresh towels given to us, until I called to ask for some, which came about an hour later I voiced my concerns, and a representative offered me some type of bonus points No thanks I am never staying at a Hilton in the future especially there

We went for a one night stay Saturday through Sunday The room was clean and had a microwave, mini fridge, keureg and hair dryerFor $200/night we got a 3rd story room facing the dumpster because they are remodeling

Less than thrilled with that Also, the restaurant and room service are closed during the remodeling In addition the only elevator you can use is covered in construction blankets that hold all the dirt being ejected during the remodel Not great for anyone with asthma or other respiratory issuesParking is NOT included in your room price It’s an additional $15/night to park your carOverall it seemed to be Hilton prices with a Motel 6 experience

Modern design and spacious suites AC/Heating is central with minimum noise and doesn’t disturb your sleepThey can add more types of breads for breakfast, or some muffins to make it even more fancy!Another little thing, as a comment for the hotel to see if then can find a solution, was that the items for the breakfast were located all over different spots in the restaurant; you had to look around to pick your breakfast items from almost 6 corners or sides of that room!

My family stayed here for one night only as a rest stop for our drive Although we didn’t explore all the amenities this hotel offered like the pool, we did enjoy our stay Pros: All of the staff were friendly during our stay, the rooms were smaller than expected but not too small, the cleanliness of the room/facility was not questioned, the parking fee was waived (maybe because we arrived late in the night), and I can’t really complain about the free breakfast

Cons: The facility is older and in need of some major renovation (ie Elevators looked old and creaked) and the dining area for breakfast was very busy and made the stay less enjoyable Side note, I booked this room with hotel loyalty points so this room was completely free Had I not done so, I’m not 100% certain I would rate this hotel as highly Although the pros outweighed the cons, the state of the facility is not something I think of when thinking of the Hyatt brand

The new reception staff issued our room again to another group of guests and our card was charged $1000 for that mistake On the day we were checking out, we found out our front window shield was cracked and the manager said she could not help and said it could be cracked before we parked there… we had videos and photos showing the window was in good shape when we first rented the car Then she said there was no surveillance camera for the parking lot

I seriously doubt what’s the point of us paying the parking fee then If you are on business trip to any companies nearby, consider parking inside the companies – it would be a lot saferStay away from this hotel!

AVOID!! I LOOOVE Marriott! However, this property is just terrible in all aspects You can tell this property is poorly managed Always understaffed, unclean, and does not respond to requests appropriately

Must it really take 2 days for you to get fresh towels and extra pillows? I’m surprised I even stayed this long here Employees don’t look happy here either Managers are probably horrible Don’t waste your money here There are better places to stay

Nice hotel Clean, good amenities Nice pool

Great, friendly, helpful staff Bistro is not so great & pretty pricey Coffee drinks were great, but the microwave egg sandwiches Well they are microwaved egg sandwiches (not great) Not sure how much breakfast costs to include with your room, but a coffee drink +egg sandwich for 2 people was about $30 Either get it included or stop somewhere else

Stayed in a room at the end of the hallway Thought that would be wonderful but instead the bedroom/bed backs up to the housekeeping room So I was awakened every day at 6am by talking and music and then doing work

Not their fault The room should have more sound proofing between these two areas After 2 nights of waking up when the staff starts, I finally found a sound app that covered their noise Which was great except on our last day despite check out being noon, despite the do not disturb sign on the door… at 8:15am housekeeping tapped on the door twice with their keys and then just keyed into the room! Nice way to wake up, thinking someone was breaking into your roomBesides that, the room is dated, stains on the walls, saw multiple little bugs in the bathroom, AC sounded like a motorcycle and there was a stain on the ceiling so big we couldn’t tell if it was a horrible repair job or an active leakLocation is good though, it was nice and quiet The pool looked cleanJust an average meh kind of experience that I won’t be repeating

Our stay was nice The staff was excellent Our room had some items that did not work

Also, they came within an hour to fix one issue When I mentioned them at checkout they compensated us with free parking, plus $50 off our rate Location was wonderful to Poway and San Diego downtown The bed was very comfy All my special requests were accepted and completed for us Thank you to all the staff

Fernando at the front desk is a “five star man” as Dennis Reynolds would say The Courtyard is what it is, a standard 3 star hotel, it needs some love here and and there and is a place to sleep with the essentials but far from luxurious It’s fine

We were sent here by another hotel that overbooked us and there was a lot of drama that went into that so I won’t hold them accountable for any of that But because of that I arrived at 1am with lots of road weariness, frustration and zero patience I tried to not take it out on the staff but I still probably wasn’t the most pleasant person to deal with in the middle of the night But Fernando was more than understanding, maintained a positive attitude and took care of us I really appreciate all his support and because of him I’d give the whole experience 5 stars Marriott, give this man a raise

Trev Econ

Unique, you get a sense they are doing their best however some staff seem totally oblivious Some of the staff are also exceptionalOne thing is clear the rooms need serious updating especially the toilets and bathrooms are not where they should be

Otherwise if you must go, do pay close attention then leave

I stayed here during a work event for a week and it was great! The location is peaceful, but not too far from shops and beaches The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond They served us buffet style meals and everything was delicious! The place is a little dated, but still very comfortable and clean

It sounds like they’re starting renovations tooThe setup of the conference room/dining room and flow out to the patio was perfect for a group function A huge thank you for keeping the propane tanks filled in the patio heaters so that we could comfortable hang out during the chilly evenings

Every hotel needs a staff member like Cynthia! From the moment of check in, to ensuring we got moved to a twin room , to helping figure out the tricky coffee machine to bringing us extra towels when the housekeeping staff kept only giving us two towels per room ( 3 of us in a twin) She delivered exceptional service with a smile each time! The views of the golf course and the course it self are immaculate, the gym is fully equipped and a work out fanatics dream! The pool was busy each time we went with kids or a class going on , but we really didn’t mind We enjoyed lunch one day too at the restaurant and I loved the views , the staff were all tentative, especially the bar guy in the morning

We had a great stay 4 star only because the rooms were not cleaned or replenished regularly and when they finally did do our room, it was annoying to be in the shower and realize that we were short of towels each time!! Housekeeping needs to take a leaf out of Cynthia’s book! Thanks for a pleasant stay!

My son played in a tennis match here last week and so my mom and dad drove down from Los Angeles to see my son play Both my parents are from Sweden and very low key and to themselvesAfter watching the tennis match we went to the restaurant to eat

We were seated by a very grumpy older gentleman with no smile who should not be greeting customers We first sat out side but it was too cold, We had to ask the greeter if we could move inside Again no smile and no enthusiasm I felt he was “just trying to get through the day”We probably waited 10 minutes before anyone came by our table Ordered a turkey club with flavorful thick bacon This was was good and a hamburger and salad for my parents Bothe took 30 to 40 minutesMy parents wants to stay for the night so they checked in the room I was surprised based on the location how average the rooms were I am not trying to be stuffy but my gosh this is Rancho Santa FeAnyway my folks did not make a fuss

Great hotel! Comfortable beds Good AC Clean room

Great breakfast with tons of options The bacon was in a puddle of grease and oil though, which was unappealing Great lobby and pool area for a good price 35 minutes to the ocean though, so not the best if thats your destination Good customer service and accommodated a very late checkout (1pm) which our family really appreciated

Chris Bennett

Having read a lot of the reviews prior to my stay, I would say taken on the whole it describes the experience well Friendly staff overwhelmed by a broken down property This hotel is desperately ready for a makeover

We encountered broken equipment upon entering our room and things broke as we used them They provide a beautiful new ice bucket but do not provide cups or glasses within which to put that ice Even the ice maker needed maintenance! Please guys Do something!

ZeeTheGoddess

Let me 1st start by saying I was not a guest here but I will never be a guest here if this is how they treat people with their customer service we had a family emergency my husband stopped in to use the telephone and was informed he is not able to use the phone or get any assistance or help because he is not a guest if this is how you treat people as a customer then I will never be a guest with you and I will never refer people to your hotel It takes nothing to empathize with a person or simply just being nice wow This is definitely the worst Hilton I’ve ever encountered please be aware of the terrible customer service you will get here

Well I don’t know where to start Came in from out of town to just get awayWe called customer service to go to the Hilton on Mission Valley by the mall and as we drove to the location given it was mission valley stadium and did not match the pictures

As we checked in the front desk told us immediately if we switched hotels we still will be charged for three days because we needed to give 24 hours Mind you the reservation was made the same day Not understanding why a simple switch could not be made as we noticed a whole homeless camp in the back parking lot Called customer or corporate line to ask if we could switch and the customer service agent said why did we choose this hotel and not what we wanted as we explained to her we are from out of town and did not know we would of been deceived After telling us she needed to hear the tape to see if we made the mistake or the employee made the mistake Agent was rude and only listened to provide a response and not one of a customer service agent When asked if we could speak to her manager she replied she doesn’t have a manager as we called the top leave of service for Hilton and she was the boss My reply everyone answers to someone and she said she was the top and will send us an investigation As we were on the phone my husband noticed Hilton deducted 202200 from his credit card This was mentioned to top level phone agent and her reply was that wasn’t her concern as she is only focusing if we made the mistake of choosing the wrong hotel We immediately called front desk to make them aware and a male staff member hung up after being confronted about that amount and we called back and a female staff member acknowledged she was aware and they are working on it and it will be refunded in 24 hours 2 days later money was not returned and we were quoted 59400 There were no light bulbs in two of the lamps and a light bulb missing on one of mini reading lamps We don’t smoke and it reeked of stale cigarettes There was dried blood on the sheets Also we had to call the front desk to ask for new wash clothes and clean sheets as no one bothered to clean our room Tomorrow is our check out 4/21/2922 just in case there is a lie to justify the stealing of 2 grand Very disappointed in how this makes the Hilton name to become tarnished

Jill Galbraith

I am giving 4 stars because the good outweighs the badNear many restaurants and stores The only disabled parking spot they have is large

Extremely helpful staff, especially midnight clerk and GM Good food at the restaurant Putting restaurant tab on hotel bill was extremely convenient Nice selection in the store Clean in the common areas and rooms Nice amenities in rooms and lobby The pool was beautiful and the workout room was excellent and very well equipped The guest safes were convenient and a lifesaverHuge homeless camp behind hotel, so tons of foot traffic through the driveway Delivery trucks block driveway throughout the day No coffee available after 10am No lunch at restaurantLots of small things broken in the rooms, but manager took the problems seriously and repairs were made promptly Minor issue with one of the elevators, and the ice machine on the 2nd floor is broken, loud and leakingWe would definitely stay again due to the staff’s commitment to our comfort, convenience, and security

San Xiong

This is the worst Hilton in San Diego, CA The way they took the angle of the hotel looks clean and big but once we arrived, the area is a dump, squash between Jack in the Box like this hotel was in the back alley

in which it is On the outside parking in the rear, you will see homeless encampment It is not safe and be aware that the camera inside the garage only have one view take and make sure you park once you enter the garageif you go further to where you are heading out, there is no camera in which that the camera angle only the entrance and not the other side The elevator and the hallway to any floors smell and has no air condition No complimentary breakfast in which they will charge you $2100 per person We told the front desk, we do not want serviceand they come anyway This place only looks good in the front main entrance to check in but the room are terriblepower outlet do not work, no fan vent in the restroom, and trust methey will try to charge you extra fees Parking is $1500 a night but you see other encampment RV park inside and they did not even care We only put friend family pet in the room for a min of 30 minutes and were charge $7500 for a service fee Stay away from this place and rent the one by the waterfront Other customer that slept during those days we stay said their bathroom was clogged and none of the maintenance did not care We have pay a premium during our stay in July of 2022and it was the worst stay At least have a security on duty patrolling the parking Have extra hotel luggage cart We have ask many time and they said they do not have it, in which we found out they only have 3 cart throughout the hotel in which we were lucking that one of the customer gave it to us down in the basement parking I would not come back to this placeI have seen many customer just walk across the alley to other restaurant to buy breakfast every morning It is a sad location and they need to disclose it online so everyone should be aware of booking it Be aware, check Google map 3d and you will thank me! Going back to lower end of other hotel that offer better service, complimentary, and care about customer spending these nights there

We came to this “Luxury Resort” reading all of the reviews of everyone saying that the staff is great

I would like to say that out experience was the exact opposites that We had absolutely no energy in our Tesla car and they advertise that they do have them We later found out they would not let us in to charge Not even a little bit get to the place that we needed to go to so definitely don’t count on these people to help you out because they won’t I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a place that is so inhuman that they literally will leave out outside of there gate when you are out of fuel and let u just stay stranded Ridiculous not ever planning on coming back Good Luck

We experienced a very nice spacious, quiet, clean, well decorated , comfortable room The breakfast was very good All the staff that we encountered was very friendly and helpful

It was conveniently located near the freeway, stores and restaurantsWe would stay there again and probably will

I wanted to love the Best Western Escondido—there really are few decent hotels in Escondido It’s attractive and in a convenient location Our room was clean and beds were comfortable, if worn

Common areas were quite messy with trash piled up, and breakfast was okay I was not given the AAA rate, though I showed my card Wifi was completely inadequate even to check emails much less stream something The biggest problem was that (at the end of a very long day of moving) there was NO HOT WATER The tepid water there was was a disturbing brown color Front desk said he would “see what [he] could do to take care of the situation,” and, though the owner replies that it was fixed 45 minutes later, we never heard from him again and didn’t know it was fixed Apparently Best Western will not do something to make this right; a room with an unusable bath/shower is definitely not worth $374

James Hardin

If you have to save money then it will do, once you get to the room make sure you can adjust air conditioning down to 67 degrees or so, we could not and we had to play the blanket game( try to figure out how much blanket to cover yourself with) We did let the front desk know after our first of two night stay and they said they would take care of it, they didn’t Nice neighborhood, outdated rooms

For the money, I don’t believe you’ll find a better place to stay The rooms have everything you need They are super clean, smell nice, well kept and attractive

Everything works The fridge is large Water pressure is stunning good! The bed is huge and comfortable as well For the small size rooms, they are nonetheless packed with all the basics without feeling cramped The woman who checked me is was very nice too! All around very very good service I recommend this place to stay Most times at this price I don’t But this Motel is a real exception If you need an affordable place to stay mostly just to sleep then be on your way, then book You’ll be happy 😊

Stephanie Chukel

This was a gem! My son and I were in San Diego for soccer Most of the team stayed at a brand name hotel for three times the price I booked this one based on reviews and being 7 miles from the team hotel

It did not disappoint The room was clean and updated We had a small table, desk, fridge and microwave King bed was comfortable The pool was available (unlike the expensive team hotel) The day and evening staff were friendly as well There is no breakfast (COVID) so that is where the fridge and microwave came in handy Thank you for providing a great place at a very reasonable price Budget for the win!

Joanne Titanic

My single room was so tiny Everything was clean and neat but minimal Nice to have a microwave and mini-refrigerator

The bed appeared to be okay but I found it too high and uncomfortable Was up most of the night from all the sounds around the room The staff was extremely nice They were the best part of the stay The television was off to the side of the room so had to angle myself in bed to view it The bathroom was directly in front of the bed ( remember TINY ROOM) so they had no choice but to put the TV on the only wall If the room was a bit bigger I would definitely return Hopefully they have bigger rooms elsewhere in the place Oh yeah, bring your own cups Only 2 tiny plastic cups No cup in bathroom A really mixed review Sorry

Booked one bed one pull out couch for three people Came into room to find pull out couch sheet had either feces or food on the sheets Spare sheets in closet were clearly already used and did not include a blanket

Called front desk Housekeeping came up and brought us towels instead of sheets Told them we needed sheets and the pull out to be cleaned Housekeeping came back and just handed us sheets and picked food/feces off the pull out Pull out was still stained by food/feces Did not clean further or put on new sheets Decided we would not sleep on the still dirty pull out and that person had to sleep on the unmade couch Unacceptable when specifically promoted as a pull out couch that we had planned for someone to use as a bed Had to buy Lysol with how poorly cleaned the couch was to feel comfortable using itRequested late checkout which was apparently not communicated to cleaning staff once again Cleaning staff bothered us three times between regular check out and our scheduled late checkout We told them each time we had late checkout and told them when it was Was a two star review, how ever found out our late checkout fee had been waived on account of being bothered after regular checkout and raised to three starsBreakfast was very underwhelming for the room price, however this seems to be an issue with Marriott in general, not this location specifically

Rooms are nice and big Little kitchen area, small living room and big beds There was plenty of food for breakfast and staff stayed on top of making sure everything stayed full

Checking in was quick and easy and all the staff were friendly and helpful Great location not to close to everything but also not to far Vons is less than a mile away, chili’s and Wendy’s are in walking distances And a nice bar is as well Our room was 4th floor facing the freeway and we didn’t hear a thing Property was clean, weight room was clean I would not only recommend this hotel but I would stay again!!

Check in staff was great Room was spacious and clean Had everything we needed

We had 7 people in our party, 7, 8, 17 year old along with adult child and their girlfriend, myself and husband They asked how many in our party, and after telling them, they upgraded us to a larger room for free, so we had 2 bedrooms along with 2 living rooms with kitchens Worked out great because we had 2 bathrooms, and with 6 people, that came in handy! The pool was open until 10pm which was perfect We were ablento swim after spending the day at the zoo! The kitchen had everything youd need to cook and eat dishes, etc A dishwasher, full fridge, not one of those mini fridges most hotels have The included breakfast was good maybe not the spread pictured, but still good Parking was my only complaint The hotel dodnt seem full, yet the parking spots wete full We couldnt park by our room Definitely grateful we decided to carpool in our large SUV sobthat we didnt havento worry about multiple spots Definitely an amazing hotel and plan tonstay there again!

The design makes it feel more like a condo complex than a hotel – there are several different buildings Quiet inside the room, which was a pleasant surprise given the noise of traffic outside I could see how this place would be enjoyable for a long stay

Being there just one night, we were disappointed to find 3 hairs in the bathroom upon arrival (sink, top drawer, on inside of shower curtain) Towels were very scratchy, the sort I expect at 2-star motels Overall it was fine but perhaps could be a bit cleaner/nicer for the price?Grab & go breakfast was a gas station style pastry and an orange, with juice and yogurt available too

They went all out to create a beautiful hotel and casino that would not only satisfy locals but those with above average taste The design of the buildings are very elegant and the property layout is well planned Service was of a very high standard

The moment you turn into the property, you are greeted by a guard waving and welcoming you, Valet is available or feel free to find your own parking spot There are plenty of spaces due to the size of the property A walk through the hotel on the second floor takes you to the casino entrance Everything was very clean and the casino is non smoking Plenty of beverage carts to serve you as well I wasn’t so lucky today so I did lose some money but I had fun trying to win

Stayed three nights here and loved it! The resort has beautiful grounds, including a couple nice large ponds to sit by and watch the wildlife, a large walk-through rose garden, old farm equipment, and moreOur room was on the first floor and had a nice patio We could walk right from our room in the morning and drink coffee by the pond with the ducks

The employees were all very nice and accommodating The room was large and cleanLots of restaurant and food optionsWe did lose everything we brought for gambling, but the casino is huge and has lots of slotsWe will definitely be back!

We always enjoy going to Barona and have been treated like family there for years The staff is wonderful The hotel is really nice

The food is very good, especially excellent in the steakhouse We love the Indian frybread in the cafe! We especially appreciate that they are staying smoke free in the casino It makes the time playing in the casino so much more pleasant It’s our “go to” place in the San Diego area

Awful front desk service, they don’t even greet you when you walk in the front door And no attempt to accommodate you if you have special needs Rooms are cramped and furniture is outdated

Cobwebs in the corners Toilets barely flush and tub barely drains Shower is very small and they installed the shampoo and conditioner on the wall that makes the shower even smaller! Good water pressure in the shower AC doesn’t stay on so we had to reset it every couple of hours Mini fridge was promised in the app but it’s not in the room, don’t even think there would be room for it if it was available! The couch in the corner is cute Overall, it’s a La Quinta with nice wall paper and no breakfast!! Marriott should be saddened to have their name on this place

Hotel staff is nice however corporate really neglects this place Rooms need refurbishment badly Walls are paper thin

You can hear your neighbors and upstairs vacationers I’d suggest ear plugs if you are a light sleeper For over $200 a night I expected attention more As a gold member corporate won’t even let them get water from Costco to give to us “preferred travelers” Closest food places are about a 15 min walkAt over $200 a night I wouldn’t Stay here again I also think they charge separately for parkingInternet was stable and fast Easy to use Room was clean AC worked fine Nice little sitting area in king size bed room Loved the little side table It was useful for putting tablet on TV was large and I used the fridge

This company (Sonesta) seems to have taken over some other motels/hotels because I recall this place being here at this location with a different name I enjoyed my stay for several days Everything is well kept

Staff was friendly and courteous Room was very comfortable and nicely decorated Room had a small kitchenette that included dishes, utensils, & accessories for cooking meals Mask worn by all in public spaces Pet friendly I recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice place with a great location to the 5, 805 and not to far from the 15 Also many places to eat and shop a few short minutes away

Vishwa Seneviratne

I had mixed experiences where some areas are good and some others not so good Staff at the counter during morning and were attentive and in the evening it was horrible I had to wait almost a day to get the missing iron and iron board

They didn’t seem to even make an attempt to help out and I had to cancel my morning appointments because of that The breakfast was good They charge you for parking for a car as it’s a 3 or 4 star as it’s not even near a congested area Total rip off on that The room was decent and clean enough The room rate was affordable hence I would say its not a bad deal

Clemens Nyffeler

Had an excellent stay here By far thebest hotel experience I’ve had on mytwo-week trip across Southern Californiaat a surprisingly low rate The team at thefront desk with Skip, Larah and Mark wasextraordinarily helpful and friendly and reallymade me feel welcome

In had a suite with a living room, fullyequipped kitchen living room and a separatebedroom Everything was clean, comfortableand cozyThe entire hotel has a nice, consistent andtasteful style and really feels more like a fourstar than a three star hotel

Far from impressed Poor value for the priceMy room was not ready at 3:30 PM for me to check in

I understood I was a bit early, so they said I would have to wait until 4 PM, and that they would call me when a room was ready I came back to the hotel at 8:30 PM and no one called me in the meantimeThe rooms are dated and badly in need of a refresh The beds are terrible – extremely firm and very uncomfortable Parking is also a extremely expensive They charge $36 a day for self-parking your car, whereas other parking garages right next door charge $16 a dayAs for positives, the location is very convenient The gym and pool area were also decent, and the staff that we dealt with was friendly A buffet breakfast was available, but again very expensive for what you getOverall, a poor value for a four star hotel

Richard Boucher

The hotel is in a good location Although the room was clean It’s a bit dated and in need of a face-liftThe restaurant was closed, they had no room service during my stay

They gave me enough towels to last through my stay When I went downstairs to print my Alaska bag tag, I went through the whole check in only to find out the guest printer wasn’t working They were not sure when it would be fixedI like Marriott but come on, you’re better than that

cook2030

Carlos the engineer at site went out of his way to help us with our luggage on our first night stay He conversed with us and was very friendly and knowledgeable about areas to visit His recommendations were spot on

Our visit was very positive thanks to him, the front staff, the bar staff, cleaning crew, the whole team! Thank you for a great stay!

Ended up booking a room here as it seemed to have decent reviews and decent location to my destinationLobby / Check In – At check in staff was nice and offered us a free water or soda, check in was simple and quick like most The lobby is small but has a nice touch to it with some of the decor and all, carpets were dirty but seen clean it that night

Rooms – Simple and clean, shower tub could use some love but other than it was a clean functioning room, very simple tooPool – They do say it’s heated but not warm enough in my opinion Other than that it can get packed and it’s a ok sizeParking – Plenty of parking in front or backBreakfast – Place is kept clean and stocked but selections are very minimalOverall it was an ok experience, nothing that stood out too much

Yosale

The hotel has almost no maintenance, rooms with bad smell and rooms very old, almost falling apart, they were not clean either!! I contacted the front desk and the manager was rude, he shouldn’t be at the front desk, he didn’t like my complaints, but I was not the only one complaining, the rate was far from cheap, so they must provide much much better service, and give a much better care to rooms, they are dirty, they smell bad and almost falling apart!! The towels at the pool are a joke, very very small, it’s a Shame to see those high prices they charge for their rooms and they are not clean, they smell bad, they already are very very old, they need to be renewed and give them much much better mantainance, front desk attention and attitude is terrible 😔
