Great clean hotel with lovely staff Easily meets and exceeds in a few areas the 4 star hotel requirements Spacious guestrooms and bathrooms that were clean! The view from some rooms aren’t the best but that’s about the only negative

Good location, good parking, it does cost per night though, and walkable activities Will stay again

I don’t give 5 stars very often however this time is well deservedThe hotel staff went over and beyond to make the us feel comfortable and at home Our room was very clean, even the sofabed was so comfortable and they had all of the “little things” covered

We never felt rushed or hurried ( yes! we were the last in the breakfast area)Ms Shelly checked us in with a smile a very friendly HELLO! then made sure any request was taken care of promptly! I wanted to stay in the casino, but the staff took such great care of us that we will be back!! Thanks everyone! Job well done!

J.R. Davis

Room was nice except for a slightly dirty mirror and possible mold in shower The night clerk wasn’t rude, but said we couldn’t get a virtual room key just because we booked on Expedia and made sure we knew we didn’t get reward points by booking through a third party I didn’t ask to begin with

Another young girl had a much more perky, friendly attitude Price was a little steep, but rooms are in high demand being near casino, especially when all casino rooms are booked The breakfast was definitely the saving grace A large selection with some amazing roasted red potatoes!

Very reasonably priced, very modernized and CLEAN! My husband and I both agree this is the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in Wish we could have taken it home with us Extra nice touches-very well-lit room with adjustable reading lights for late night reading in bed, very modern lighted mirror in the bathroom, very nice glass-enclosed shower (no nasty shower curtain!) A microwave, mini-fridge, and one-cup coffee maker was provided

The well-stocked free hot continental breakfast was a real bonus, so we didn’t have to stop somewhere else to eat before continuing our travels This is one of the nicest and most modern hotel room we have stayed in

Everyone was so hospitable and nice accommodations including business hour and made to order breakfast Even got texts from Dani prior to check in to see if we needed anything I want to thank Janelle, our housekeeper, that was very kind and helpful to my family as well

Kudos to Hilton for having her!! Asset to your business! Thank you all for a pleasant stay We were here last year and I’m sure will make this our go-to hotel

Thomas Renshaw

My wife and I, with two other couples, stayed overnight at this location to attend a concert and we were amazed at how close it was to the theater; literally right across the street Several places to eat and drink within a few minutes walking We parked the car at the hotel and walked everywhere we went

We will be coming to events at this theater more often since this hotel is so convenient The hotel itself was clean and looked brand new, the staff was helpful and the breakfast buffet had a very good selection The six people in our party all had something different and everyone enjoyed their breakfast We had a suite, thanks to our friend who got us an upgrade with her points as a frequent traveler, so I can not speak of the cheaper priced rooms but ours was great and on the level of several 4 star hotels we stayed at in the past I can not think of a single negative comment for this hotel and strongly recommend that you give it a try

Jonus G

Amazing hotel, we got it last minute and they were still at Hilton quality the entire time The overall experience was quite cool being in a hotel in the middle of the capital of Alabama, they have paintings all around the hotel for all of the historical events and current buildings of the State capitalThe coolest part is that there is a historical train station nearby that is pretty much a historical monument in itself

The location of this area is unparalleled and filled with so much history! Thank you Hilton for the great experience

Front desk was great, room was fine It was updated, very clean and comfortable They had fruit available by the desk at checkin which I appreciated The oranges were great Didn’t stay long Thanks for making it a pleasant experience

We stayed at Fairfield Inn and Suites during a cross country road trip The rooms are clean and modern and the staff was friendly and helpful The desk clerk suggested a nearby Mexican restaurant for dinner, and it was spot on

The meal was quite satisfying Beds were comfortable, water hot, and TV in good working order Plus, it has a pretty good breakfast as well

Grant Reed

I got the best room purely by chance I had a perfect little corner of greenery and got to watch a chipmunk and some bunnies while sitting at the desk in my room The room was clean and in good repair and, unlike many hotels I’ve been to, I didn’t feel like I was hearing everything going on in the next room

I was there for a conference and the facilities were very nice No issues with echoes so we could hear the speakers Minimal background noise from other rooms Clean and comfortable chairs and tablesThe staff was awesome I got clear easy to follow directions from the ladies at the front desk, and when I was stopping to admire the greenery, staff that were walking by checked to make sure I wasn’t lost and didn’t need help with my bags

Christopher Garza

WOW 🤯 I came for memorial day and it was one of the BEST experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel That’s saying a lot as I travel for work more than 200 days a year and have been to many hotels I have status so I was hoping for an upgrade but I got placed in a separate cottage that was AMAZING

it had a fish tank and a pool table The rooms were extra big and it was quiet so I had some great sleep Mine featured a jetted tub and an extra big shower as well as double sinks I didn’t want to leave immediately so I extended my stay and the next day I got to experience the pool and walked a little of the golf course ⛳️ I also had breakfast and dinner at the resturaunt inside the hotel The property is such a perfect hideaway and I would definitely make my way back here I took a lot of pictures because this property had so many amenities but it truly needs to be experienced so book nowHuge Shout out to Jeff who was a great host and really personable and made my stay as Awesome as it could have been Thank you for the Hospitality

Daniel Anderson

So we checked in with the app and said we would arrive at 4 pm When we arrived at 6 pm the room was not ready We had to wait another hour to get into the room

The room was nice, an upgraded king suite with a horrible view of the parking lot Breakfast was included with my status and it was a decent spread The staff was very friendly and the room was clean This Marriott does NOT have a concierge lounge Overall a bit of a disappointment compared to other full-service Marriott hotels

Been there with a group for three weeks, with five more weeks to go We love itExtremely responsive and friendly staff; big rooms; very quiet (well-insulated walls); a great location

Beds are wonderful; really good mattresses Pet friendly; Washing machines; Barbecue grill The A/C and heat work beautifully And extremely cleanWorking Fireplaces too!!!A terrific place to spend a month or two— let alone a few nights

Roberta Goodson

When we got there we had the unexpected $100 security deposit

then was given a room that wasn’t cleaned and was already occupiedthe second room the hot water didn’t work and we was told that basically the owner was aware and he’s compensating people if they decided to stayhow are we going to stay when there’s NO hot water! Then when we suggested they inform people of this we were told “her boss didn’t tell her to do that” 😑😑 then we were rushed to come down to get our refund Don’t waste your money or time!

Ashley Bussell

I’m hesitant about even leaving the review I’m about to give because I’m selfish and I don’t want the rates to go up but honestly I was impressed I almost backed out due to some of the reviews but I’m sure glad I didn’t I traveled to Montgomery to go to the casino for my birthday and decided to stay here instead of at the casino

There was a problem with my payment because I booked through a hotel site and they canceled my reservation but the front desk receptionist was kind enough to reinstate it at the same rate We ended up with the same room we initially booked The room was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and there was a full kitchen stocked with utensils and paper towels The location was close enough to everything and right off the interstate only 20 minutes from the casino My only complaint isn’t a reflection of the hotel but the city itself the smell is almost repulsive !!

I am a traveling therapist and stayed at the Quality Inn on my stretches working at Prattville Hospital The breakfast was very good and had a great variety The rooms are clean and newly updated

The exercise room was beneficial in keeping me on track with my fitness goals The best thing about Quality Inn is the manager Ms Mary she was truly a gift Since I was traveling alone she made me feel so safe She checked the time when I came in and when I left She truly made my experience in Prattville wonderful

Zack Lancaster

My company is in town working and they were denied rooms at this establishment Mary, informed my workers that they “needed to speak better English” It’s 2022, this is absurd

When I asked to speak to her manager I was informed that he wasn’t there and she wouldn’t be giving me his number She then calls said manager, and he didn’t want to talk Stay at your own risk

Great, Quiet, Private, very neat and clean placeBut my friends recommend to the owner to have his two cats stay caged upstairs in their living quarters And I will have candles lit for the outside for bugs These are two easy fixes

Other than that the guests are going to be amazed If you like to relax, and if you are a book reader You will enjoy The owner is a very good host He lets you know everything upfront no hidden details

Rich Macrafic

Our stay at The Lattice Inn was perfect from start to finish! Jim took our reservation by phone for the Magnolia Suite He was in constant contact prior to arrival, and check-in went very smoothly The property is lovely, as is the Magnolia Suite! Jim offered restaurant and activity suggestions; we thoroughly enjoyed the Capital Oyster Bar and all that Montgomery has to offer, particularly the rich Civil Rights history

We arrived back to fresh-baked banana bread as an evening treatso nice! The delicious gourmet breakfast in the morning, along with great conversation, was such a good start to a new day Hats off to Jim, and to Montgomery, for your gracious, warm welcomewe’ll be back 🙂

Irene Brown

We stayed at the Lattice Inn and experienced a health issue that required an emergency room visit shortly after we arrived The owner, Jim, couldn’t have been kinder He drove his car to the emergency room and we followed so we were sure to get there

When I returned to the Lattice Inn at 2:30AM, Jim was up, waiting for me and offered to fix something to eat since he knew I had not had dinner He was incredibly caring and generous well beyond what is ever expected of a B and B owner The emergency room visit turned out to be nothing, but we will never forget what a kind and thoughtful host we had

Nice hotel Facility & rooms where clean & staff was nice Rooms was nice but seemed smaller than your standard double queen bed room

There’s a nice lounge area to sit & relax with a pool table I didn’t get breakfast so I cant speak on it If the room was a little bigger I’d give this place 5 stars Oh and the 12 noon check is great if you’re not in a hurry

Scott Dukes

Decent enough hotel Room was clean, but it does follow the “Tru” model – smaller rooms, no closet, noisier because there’s no carpet Super pet friendly with plenty of space on the grounds to walk my dog

Good location near I65 Lobby was a little dirty I recommend an even-numbered room, as the odd numbers are on the pool-side of the hotel, and it tends to be loud late into the evening

Katelyn Ditzler

Great experience! We loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly and made great recommendations! We had fun hanging out in the lobby playing pool and sitting in the swing chairs! My only criticism is that the rooms don’t have enough space for luggage, but the bed was very comfortable Breakfast had a variety and even had a pancake machine that was fun to use!

The front desk service was great and friendly Rooms were clean for the most part The couches are old and a white oatmeal color and had stains on them

Not to pleasing to the eyes Breakfast was pitiful Was one of the worst continental breakfast I’ve seen We had to go get breakfast from somewhere else However, the fire pit outside with hanging lights were a nice touch The pool had green algae So we weren’t able to use the pool at all during our stay However, when we were checking out I noticed they were working on that Just hate it wasn’t clean for my kids on this stay Overall not a horrible experience just a few things that didn’t meet our needs

RL And Tanya Stanley

Room wasn’t ready till 7pm Had to wait 45 mins when we arrived Front desk took over 5 mins to greet us

House keeping is walking around in just socks And they like to scoll on their phones We waited in the hall way while they finished One lady was scrolling and didn’t have the greatest attitudeFun stuff when all you want to do is take a shower after sweating all day

From the outside this place looks very nice It also pet friendly which is a plus Our room was not the cleanest

Phone didn’t work which made it kind of difficult to call the front desk when we found dirty sheets on one of the beds We ended up getting the clean sheets and changing them ourselves The employees did mention they were short staffed which is understandable I would definitely try one of the other nearby hotels before this one

Staff is very friendly, otherwise it’s a nope for me The lobby and first floor hallways have a very lovely appearance Change floors and so does everything else

Room was dirty The sheets were clean but both bed’s sheets were SO very damp it was awful – maybe due to lack of air circulation in the room, maybe not dried completely before putting on bed The bathroom was NOT cleaned other than linens The toilet had no lid which was very odd to me but just a personal preference The shower had mildew on caulking, previous guests hairs throughout the bathroom area and overall shower appeared dingy Tables, alarm clock and lamps had a LOT of dust which indicated that they had also not been cleaned Did not go to complimentary breakfast because I was ready to just get my night of rest and leave

Let me start by saying I’ve been staying at La Quinta inn’s for the last 5 years on my vacations Usually 3 times a year This is by far the WORST one I’ve been too

Started out with the rudest ignorant desk manager Probably racially profiling us Whoever was working the night of March 20th 2022 needs retraining or just be fired Simply asked for an upgrade and she said with a nasty look ” we don’t do those” Okay Then asked if we had a dog, we said yeah a small chihuahua She said with a sour look, screamed DOG!!! DOG!!! Okay The rooms toilet seat was busted Very loose Pillows were hard as a rock Walls paper thin, can hear everything Don’t even bother with breakfast Guess hot breakfast is never returning Probably just going somewhere else next time

Customer service and overall lodging experience exceeded all my expectations I chose this location after reading the positive reviews and they are correct Yolanda at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and professional

The hotel manager, Anita May’s assisted with an issue and resolved it to my complete satisfaction Brand loyalty is important and this location exemplifies the best of how to retain and guarantee return customers I highly recommend making this Inn a priority when in the Montgomery area!

We were so tired and stressed from the day, ending it with a storm that wouldn’t allow you to see the road Upon the arrival the ladies at the check in counter were so warm and friendly both had welcoming smiles the whole time Leaving the following day the ladies at the check out counter were just as pleasant

The lady taking care of the breakfast area was just as nice All the employees had smiles and really just nice Can’t say enough good about the place I’m sorry I didn’t remember their names, I was just too tired But the whole crew was great We have stayed there before and never have had bad service Great place, great people

Stayed 11 nights on a work trip I would like to compliment the staff and management for all the sanitizing and cleaning Thank you

I really enjoyed coming back each night and walking into the lobby to a welcoming environmentIt’s a very nice property with a modern decor The lobby is beautiful The room was fine I like the air freshener they use Housekeeping and front desk were friendly and accommodatingThe free breakfast was a bit disappointing Also, taking it down before 9:00 am in an aggressive manner was off putting The breakfast attendant was the only staff member I came across that could use more customer service training Overall I was very satisfiedNote for management – I would like to return in two weeks but the rate went up an additional $40 nightly and is significantly more than other hotels in the area for the dates I’ll be in town I can’t justify the extra expense

Erricka Smith

We stayed here on 2 different weekends and it was amazing The staff was extremely accommodating with my friend and I along with our 3 kids, 6 and below I wish I would have gotten their names, but any of the staff members working 26-27 February and 8-11 March were great

The price and location were on point We may not have a reason to come back to Montgomery, but if we do I would book here over and over again Thanks so much for such a great stay

T Thomas

This is a nice hotel for the price you pay per night It’s really a steal The suites are modern, very well-designed, and classy

The reception was accommodating, even at 2:30am when I wanted something from the snack bar Multiple entrances for your convenience and d*mn near on the interstate for even more convenience It is very close to restaurants, shopping, bars, and gas
