We came in pretty late and Ryan was at the front desk He is amazing!! The valet parking is definitely worth it Our girls left some homework in the car by accident and Ryan offered to go get it for us

The hotel itself is beautiful The rooms are clean and very comfortable! I highly recommend it if you are in the area or need to stop to rest while passing through

I stay in Boston twice a year traveling with my partner to see her family I’ve stayed in hotels all over Boston We always pay somewhere between 200 to 400 a night, 2 to 3 nights each visit

This is a newish (pandemic era) hotel at the base of Charles Street, on the other side of the enormous intersection from the Liberty hotel They out together one new building with a second, older hotel, they kept some of the old facade which you can see when you exit the elevator It was a good experience, professional staff who genuinely seemed to care about their jobs, which I didn’t see at the Wentworth in Portsmouth on this same tripRoom had no closet but the bathroom was huge as a percentage of total space

5 Star hotel from start to finish: compassionate, respectful, kind, empathetic We were in a jam, staying at another 4 Star hotel considered a Luxury Hotel We found ourselves in a room over a booming club happening in the lobby of that “other hotel” where we were asked to “pardon the noise level for a couple of hours”

Wait, What? At $450 a night – me think not We called The Whitney Hotel at 7:00 AM next morning to break us out of jail, pun intended It was worth the add’l $200 to be treated like a human being Checking in – the kindest staff, doorman, wait staff – every level of service was amazing A GIANT thank you to the entire staff – and especially to Mr Kamil Alafandi for truly being the most gracious host and understanding our predicament This was a busy weekend with the Yankees in town, we knew we would be limited, Mr Alafandi showed us the only room available at that moment, to ensure we were okay with the location – and while we may not have had the best view in the hotel, we were so grateful for the level of care, service and peace provided by the team This hotel goes ABOVE and BEYOND! We will be back!

Room was very nice and the hotel staff were super nice Is it a four-star hotel Yep

Is it worth the price Not in my opinion Paid over $400 for a room and to park the car (yep they charge for parking along with most places in Boston) for the awesome view on the harbor side However, is the price worth the view Absolutely not A harbor is a harbor is a body of water Same with the skyline Won’t stay again solely due to the price, and you also (we didn’t) have to purchase breakfast if you want it, on top of the room already

Noname H

Super awesome location – very convenient to the airport and amazing view of the harbor and planes landing and taking offVery very expensive, though Having to pay $78 for parking when you’ve already paid a ton for three nights is a lot

Add to it a “destination” fee of $22 that is charged daily!! The rooms don’t even have a fridge or a microwaveAlthough we enjoyed our stay, we wouldn’t do it again for the insane cost

Nice hotel Older building but seems like it has been renovated to stay relevant with the times Rooms were spacious but the bathrooms were pretty small

Rooms were clean and maintained well I was there for a conference and the ballrooms, merging rooms were great spaces for at all the people who attended The food was great considering all the food allergies and special requests (vegan, vegetarian, gluten, etc) I eat everything and I didn’t find myself complaining about the food options I love the omelet station and bacon served on the last day! Can’t go wrong with bacon! They had meat options such as chicken and beef which was nice for those who don’t have any food restrictions Starbucks is on-site which was nice too as their coffee and tea options weren’t the best tasting If I’m ever in the Boston area I’d stay here again even with the prices being higher than other surrounding hotels

Pam

My family had an enjoyable experience, during our vacation stay, at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel We had a superior two queen room, with a nice view of the city It appeared to be recently remodeled and was spacious enough for the three of us to move around easily

The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and well appointed The bathroom was modern – but smallThe staff was very attentive and check in was fast The hotel lobby was lovely The lobby restaurant was convenient – but pricey We decided to eat elsewhere during our stay However, the onsite Starbucks was wonderful and we visited there dailyRather than use the $60 a day valet, we chose to self-park at a nearby garage for about $40 a day Though the garage was old and wasn’t as convenient as we would have liked, it was safe and it seemed that many other guests appeared to do the sameOverall, we had a positive experience and would happily return again

Jeff M.

Beautiful hotel in a great area One street over from Boston Common and close to restaurants and pubs Very nice lobby, restaurant and bar inside the hotel

Our room (one king bed) was a little smaller than expected but was nice and clean The bed was comfortable and the room temp was fine I cannot give it 5 stars though because of some room issues we experienced:1 The electrically controlled blinds and curtains did not work well One blind didn’t work right and had to be manually pulled down from a very high window Anybody under six feet tall would not be able to reach it The curtains did not work at all and did not want to stay closed when manually pulled closed so we had to clamp them shut with chip clips2 There was no separation from the shower floor and the rest of the bathroom so water from the shower would flow to the rest of the bathroom unless towels were placed on the floor to dam it Very dangerous as the bathroom floor still became slippery from the water3 The TV did not work properly and would freeze up We were only able to watch a few channels4 While the bathroom was large enough, there was very little counter space

Perfect location for seeing John Mayer at TD Garden 20$ taxi ride from the airport and there’s a taxi rank outside for an easy return Hotel within walking distance of many attractions

Loved the bar/breakfast area – quirky decor and a great view of downtown Boston – deal for relaxing in as the rooms are quite small The bed was very comfortable, shower was perfect – with luxury towels, but why was the sink in the room? Presumably lack of space I-pad controlled lights and TV very practical Staff pleasant Breakfast could have had more choice But overall- highly recommended

First experience with citizenM was great! Room was compact, but no more or less than what we needed I can see how the set up might not be for everyone, but I found the room comfy and inviting View was amazing and the location can’t be beat, especially if you’re in town for a Bruins game like we were

Price was great for those who want to spend less on a hotel but still stay in clean rooms and get friendly service from the ambassadors citizenM is now my go-to hotel in Boston!

Jessica W

One of the most affordable options in the North Station area without sacrificing quality of rooms and service The rooms are compact, but are cozy and contain everything you would need at a hotel I love the canteen area/lobby where you can work or relax while eating/drinking in a vibrant environment full of cool artwork

The staff are also very friendly and helpful This hotel is probably best for solo travelers or couples, and the location is hard to beat as it’s close to TD Garden and public transportation

My husband won a free night stay from the Boston Boat show and we knew we would have a “nice” night However, we could not have had a better experience and enjoyed a fantastic night away Check-in was easy and welcoming, with a bottle of wine and some treats left in our room

The Room was beautiful, spacious, and the view was outstanding We grabbed a quick dinner out and rushed back to the room to enjoy our room It was a scorching, summer night (the best kind) but the gorgeous deck overlooking the marina and the sea breeze made it the best location to enjoy a glass of wineThe comfortable bed and cool room temp made for a great night’s sleep and the delicious breakfast, brought to the room and enjoyed on the deck, topped off the wonderful stayI can’t recommend Boston Yacht Haven Inn any higher, this is a special place!

A truly unique and pleasure to stay! From the moment you arrive you experience a unique musical experience with retro nostalgia from various music artists Cole, Annette and Chris at the front desk were so welcoming and friendly They took care to be sure we enjoyed our stay during the concert

Great location, excellent service! The Boston Marriott Long Wharf is located right next to the New England Aquarium The location is great for catching a dinner cruise or taking a trolley tour, as both are available mere steps from the hotels front entrance The room was clean and fresh, with great bath amenities

The staff was friendly and kind The hotel features an indoor pool with a great outdoor sun deck There is a Starbucks in the lobby and the hotel’s in room dining is excellent!

M O

Excellent location by the water Right next to the acquarium and minutes to the market Rooms were very nice and very clean

Very comfortable bed Team at the front desk were exceptionally caring, nice and professional Try to stay away from rooms by the atrium as sound echoes and travels to your room Pool was not appealing but works well for children Outdoor deck is a plus Hotel has food options and a convenience store

Kathy D

It takes a lot for me to think somewhere is a 5 but this hotel is worth the rating Spectacular location Beautiful updated rooms and great pool

Pool is on the 3rd floor with windows as walls on 3 sides so you feel like you aren’t in a dungeon Doors open out to a deck with chairs, tables and beautiful views and depending on the time of day they serve cocktails Staff was helpful and pleasant Overall would highly recommend this if you are going to Boston

The room was spotless The beds were very comfortable The kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare a meal (I didn’t use it except to make instant noodles, though)

The room was just pretty modern in general Breakfast tasted normal The staff was friendly The pool was a little small, but it was warm and clean I didn’t go to the gym, so I can’t say anything about it However, the location wasn’t the best Most of the landmarks in Boston are pretty far away

Kelly

Our 4 night stay has been amazing, we leave tomorrow and it’s sad to have it end Breakfast was great every morning, the room is spotless, valet is quick, housekeeping is friendly, and the view is breathtaking (Room 851 is magnificent)! It’s so close to everything you could want to do in Boston This place helped make our trip to Boston awesome

Deborah Raskin

Beautiful hotel, rooms are nice Sheets on the bed are too small, they keep sliding off, very annoying But bed is comfortable and pillows are good

The main area is cold with the exterior door opening at the same time the interior door opens, so bring a sweater to breakfast The food is good, coffee is hot and all the staff was terrific, very helpful and kept everything full and tables cleanIf you like to work out, the gym is fully equipped and very clean The pool is very small so during a busy time it’s more a place to lean against a wall, not to swim for exercise The valet parking is good, all valet staff we dealt with were very nice The drop off area is poorly designed, too tight High chance to bump into another carUber service in the area is terrific, thanks to all the guys for the timely pick up and drop offWe will return to see some more of Boston in warmer weather Thank you to all staff at the hotel

Location of this hotel is superb So close to everything and easy to access Staff were great, and when asked if we could change rooms to a higher floor they were more than happy to help

Rooftop bar is great with fantastic views of the skyline Only downside is that the rooms are quite small (even the superior queen) so they are fine for a single traveller or a 2 night stay Anything more then it is quite tight Other than that, had a great trip!

David Crescent

For those of you booking, please read below for my personal experience I’ll try to keep it as concise as possible:PROS -Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed atSuper attentive staff that were friendly and helpful

Felt super secure / safe during the entire stayThe rooms for how small they are, use the space well to maximize storage optionsThe window actually opened up which was great for fresh airHonestly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had at a hotel, ever And the shower was really nice!CONS -The biggest con for me is honestly the design of the room If I was staying alone it would be fine, but my partner would wake up earlier than me to get ready and the curtain separating the bed from the bathroom didn’t even filter 50% of the light coming from the bathroom lights Woke me up immediately and that was that There are THREE LIGHTS in the bathroom and ONE SWITCH to control all three Separating these on different switches, or separating the bathroom from sleeping quarters with a blackout curtain would have solved this issueLighting in the main section of the room is terrible Just some LED lights and a couple of reading lamps Some wall mounted or recessed lighting would have been idealThe fact that the shower and toilet are surrounded by transparent instead of frosted glass blows my mind You can look into both while sitting on the bed The curtain does cover them, but some frosted glass would have made the room feel more private Definitely do NOT recommend sharing a room unless it’s with your partner as there is minimal privacy between the main room and the bathroomFriday / Saturday night was really busy in the lobby because locals would come to access the rooftop restaurant and bar Not really a huge con, but it was a little annoying waiting for elevators to say the leastIn summary -I really enjoyed my four day stay here The hotel rooms are small, but not unbearably so Some design decisions (no real light in main sleeping / TV area, and the limitations on blocking light coming from bathroom) are confusing to say the least Not huge on the limited privacy the bathroom afforded me, but if staying alone this wouldn’t be an issue I would absolutely stay here again in the future

China Constance

Location location location! This place is great Went to a convention in April and it was only half a mile away The hotel is close to literally everything you need

What you see is very much what you get The size of the room isn’t big but it’s so convenient! There’s a towel warmer in the bathroom that came in handy I had such a great experience Even the ice machine was great 😂 dispensed water and the good crunchy ice The breakfast that you can purchase downstairs was basic but wasn’t bad Loved my room and can’t wait to visit more locations ❤️PS everything was very clean These are departure pics 😂

I stayed here for a work conference The room was spacious and well set up for a business travelerI was in a handicapped access room due to some mobility issues I am facing and it was very well appointed to accommodate my needs

The bell staff were exemplary and helped make my stay comfortableIt is pricey, but not for where it isThe convention space was well kept and easy to navigate, with maps available

We are a family of 4 here for vacation Location location is great The rooms were a little dusty

The beds were comfortable The cleaning staff was very nice They served starbucks coffee in the room The room was slightly outdated but for the most part clean The elevator was fast The little market downstairs in the lobby was expensive but that is expected The quick breakfast food did not taste good at all (breakfast burrito) I like that it is connected to the mall so you can shop if you want Overall, we have a wonderful stay Our room view was decent we were on the 24 floor I would stay here again if we come back to Boston

Vegan Moonchild

The staff is on point and what made the place worthy of a review

I didn’t sleep there so I can’t speak to the rooms However, based on the conference I attended – every staff member I encountered was professional, very focused on hospitality, friendly, and hardworking The conference was run on a tight schedule Drinks and snacks available constantly, everything cleaned up promptly

Stayed here for a week on a business trip It’s a new hotel with modern rooms and amenities The location was great

Just opposite to the Convention Center and a short walk from downtown Really loved the floor to ceiling windows which I don’t get at every hotel And the rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day The only slightly negative point I can think of was the water pressure That could have been a bit better

Brandon Losover

Cannot say enough great things about this hotel I booked this for my one year wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint The hotel made arrangements to see to it that it was special for us

The front desk staff was very friendly and quick to check us inThere is a cafe in the lobby called Cocorico that has amazing pastries and gourmet coffee The pool area is also wonderful and is attached to a pool bar that overlooks the downtown areaThe room was very clean and spacious, anything we needed was a call away and came to us immediately The area itself was also in a great location Very walkable to downtown and south BostonWill definitely be back!

Sara Hottman

Lovely hotel and great location for the airport and ferry We wanted a nice room with easy access to services for an overnighter, and this was perfect The room was gorgeous and very comfortable, the shower was amazing, and the food was tasty (and the bartender at the sports bar made us a mystery cocktail based on our tastes, and it was delicious!)

Would be a perfect 5, but the staff was totally fine — not exceptional but perfectly good — and the carpet could’ve used an extra vacuum and we found a swim cap from a previous guest by the bedside table But the surfaces, bed, couch and bathroom were all cleanOverall, highly recommend!

The hotel was recommended to me by a friend’s who stayed there before On his recommendation I booked two adjoining rooms for three nights and they were able to accommodate my party upon check-in All was good but seemingly ended there

One of the rooms had a very lumpy bed As far as guest services went, we called downstairs for extra towels but they never came On our way out on the day before checkout, I spoke with guest services about a late checkout and was told maybe and to call the next morning I found this peculiar and thought It would be a straight forward yes or no based on policy or common hotel practice After the change of shift, I asked the desk clerk again when I went downstairs to get towelshe was very pleasant, got me the towels and had no problem with us checking out a little late The worst part about my stay was the parking I hadn’t done my due diligence to check the price for parking and was floored when I saw the total I asked the front desk about it and they told me the rate as it was listed on the website I paid at the kiosk near the elevators ($106) After the initial frustration we began our journey out of the parking garage and the gate didn’t even ask for our ticket to get outCould I have saved $106 in parking or was the gate malfunctioning? I suppose I’ll never know

Really nice centrally located hotel with a great bar and the room was very comfy Be mindful that they slap on an additional $25 “Guest Amenity Fee” when you’re leaving I had no idea of this fee until I was checking out which felt very very sneaky

It would have been great to know what these premium “Guest Amenities” were so I could have used my money worth The only amenities I used outside of my room were the couch in front of the check in desk and the washroom in the main lobbyUpdate:The Hotel sufficiently addressed my concerns with the additional fee

I visited the Revere Hotel Boston Common for a friends bachelorette party Overall the hotel was clean, the rooms were nice but they lacked some features that seemed they should have had for the price of the hotel For example, we had to specifically request a mini fridge to be brought to our room; the hotel staff was happy to bring it in but it took a bit and was an extra effort in order to get a hold of the front desk staff

The hotel room also did not have many outlets, specifically by the bed which is a simple luxury I have come to expect at nice hotels The rooftop bar was nice but there was only one server/bartender on a Friday night which seemed very short sighted and the service was incredibly slow The location was great for getting around the city – it was perfect if you are looking to explore the city on foot

Had an awesome stay here for an overnight work trip At check-in, I had Daniela – we chatted about the countries she’s lived in, best restaurants to try nearby, and things I’d be interested in doing She gave me the heads up about the renovated fitness center (which was the best I’ve had at a hotel) and swapped me to a room on a higher floor with this view

Fantastic experience with her and my stay overall Walking distance to central square, great room, had a very nice experience here

It was snowing outside, looks to me that the hotel was either being renovated or it was under a kind of construction but it didn’t matter I had a couple of good night sleep, the king size bed was very comfortable, sheets soft and warm, bathroom was clean and well organized, shower a little small, you can’t take a shower with your partner since there is only room for one On that weekend there was not real food but only a small deli menu that I didn’t try, I really don’t know if it was because the storm going on or because the lack of kitchen employees because the pandemic

The few employees that I had contact with were polite and helpful

My normal hotels were not close by when I visited Boston for two nights to see a concert, so I decided to try Hyatt instead—and I’m so pleased I did! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant and memorable as possible, despite the hotel being fairly busy In particular, the check-in ladies operating the member’s lane were outstanding Everything felt considerate, from trying to open up a room with extra early check-in despite initially only asking to have my bags stored to switching my reservation for a much better accommodation with a balcony

Although it was too hot to stroll outside, all of my ride shares were inexpensive and the valet team provided cold water whenever I exited the hotel

Great location, great value! Extremely clean Didn’t saved money paying for parking online ahead of stay A little less variety of breakfast to me without any sweet to go with coffee for my two day stay

Did not give 5 stars because no pool/hot tub and breakfast close at 9:15 not said 9:30 Around 9 I waited and waited for scramble eggs and I finally had to ask for them to bring out Everything else, including the view from the top floor lounge, was top notch!

Great hotel experience Stayed here 8 nights and couldn’t have asked for more from checkin to room size Great harbor views, nice neighborhood to walk/run in

The gym is extra clean and spacious with a nice rooftop lounge for good viewsThe breakfast is rather basic but it’s free so no complaints Room doors tend to be loud when closing automatically but this is common at hotels Overall would highly recommend it for business or pleasure

I’m on my way home after staying here for 5 days We initially booked another hotel but decided on the Hyatt Seaport because of they had a better view of the harbor We definitely recommend this hotel! It was comfortable, clean, and all the staff were amazing!!! We recommend booking the rooms with a harbor view (see photo), it’s definitely worth it for the view and the extra space (since we are a family do five!) I also liked the fact that we were within 20 minute walk from everything! Next time we are in Boston, we will stay here again!!

We enjoyed a most excellent stay in every way! The accommodations are modernistic yet quite comfy and cozy The pool is extraordinary! Here it was, the middle of winter, and I felt like I was vacationing on a dreamy tropical island The water was so warm and inviting and there was no lack of fresh, thick, thirsty towels available poolside

Perhaps best of all was the kind, courteous, and caring hotel staff Each member was uncommonly gracious The lobby Starbucks was also a true winner! Just an awesome hotel experience in every way and aspect!

Tsuharesu P

The view from my room was good, the bed was really comfortable, and the desk with Herman Miller chairs was really good The pool was good if you want to relax as well, good size when there are not many people aroundAs a normal hotel room it’s fine, but I don’t think it was worth the very high price

The lever to open the shower fell the first time I opened it and the toilet had running water until I opened the water tank and fixed the seal myself The blind was really hard to open so it stayed close most of the time

Diana Sánchez

The location of this hotel, halls and pools are great It has also a nice gym The service was also very gentle and the room was large with a good view to the river

However, several points are not expected from a hotel that charge more than 400 dollars per night: the premises are already showing signs of aging, I stayed for an entire week and not even once my room was cleaned (hotel policy), the shower has no preassure and takes ages for the hot water to come out, there is no breakfast area only a Starbucks where you can buy coffee and some snacks, the room lacks basics for a such a extensive hotel as a water cooker or a decent coffee makerIt seems cost reduction has been the policy now for that hotelIt is in general a good hotel but definitely overpriced

The location was amazing – centrally located to everything we wanted to do on our trip The hotel was clean and modern, although I wish the lounge would have been open because it looked like a really cool place to hang out If you want to sleep in, you’ll want to bring an eye mask, as there are no black out curtains or shades, and the thin bent metal mini blinds do nothing to keep out the light

Otherwise a very nice stay

This place was great 4 of us girls came in to town for 1 night to see the New Kids at TD Garden We got a 2 queen bed room with Atrium View

Room was Huge and had a HUGE Mirror which was unexpected and awesome for 4 girls getting ready Check in was easy, the gentlemen who checked us in was the manager I believe, super friendly and accommodating They have old school actual keys which was fine, they got us in the room! Location was awesome This hotel is very close to the Aquarium No bar or restaurant open right now but there are plenty of places to eat, get a drink, shop, Quincy market is right there As far as parking, I booked a parking spot online ahead of time for $34 in a garage around the corner Sure that might seem a little pricey for less than 24 hours but a small price to pay to know that my car is safe and that it won’t get towed Hotel and Boston itself is great, SO clean, a totally different, warm welcoming vibe, than say compared to NYC GO and Stay here, I know I will be back

We couldn’t have asked for a better location or a nicer room Gorgeous room with large windows Overlooking the waterfront and the granary

Walking distance to everything Comfortable bed, spacious shower with super hot water (not tepid like some other places) The hallways reminded us of a maze We loved our stay here Hopefully we can stay here again on our next visit

Okay, I’m about to have a blast in this review So I’m a bit late in writing this, but better late than never I guessIn August of 2020 my wife and I were on our honeymoon staying at The Inn at Crystal Cove (now closed 🙁)

We had intended on eating at a couple of different restaurants, but seeing that we were mid-pandemic, a large majority of them were closed But you know what wasn’t? That’s right, you guessed it, the Winthrop Arms Hotel & Restaurant So we spontaneously showed up and were greeted by a very upbeat gentlemen I am assuming was either the owner or GM Let’s call him Mr Owner We were seated and looked through the menu for a bit, the nice waiter came by and took our order, I ordered the Lamb Chops and my wife ordered the Mixed Green Salad So here’s where it gets fun… while awaiting our order Mr Owner proceeded to walk by ALL of the tables and offer them a bite of the Lamb Shank that he was proudly parading around the restaurant I didn’t end up taking a bite, regretfully so, as I write this Mr Owner then sat down at a table across the restaurant with a family, and ate whatever was left of the community Lamb Shank on his plate We then received our order I was 3-4 bites into my delicious Lamb Chops when Mr Owner proceeds to point at me from across the restaurant and yell (in all caps) “HOW DO YOU LIKE THOSE LAMB CHOPS?” I gave him a thumbs up and smile because they were indeed fantastic, as was my wife’s salad All while we were eating, Mr Owner went around and greeted every — single — table — in the restaurant, like they were family That’s not even the best part That came when Mr Owner gave us a complimentary dessert, for literally no reason because we definitely did not tell him we were on our honeymoon And the dessert was outstanding, it’s not on the menu but I think it was an apple dumpling of some sort So, suffice it to say, we got a delicious dinner, dessert, and a show (from Mr Owner)My wife and I still talk about this place and how when we come back to visit Boston, we WILL be back And maybe I will try that Lamb Shank this time Cheers!

Four years ago I sauntered into the lobby of the Winthrop Arms hotel and was immediately transported to 1916 by the timeless decor of the lobbyAn immediate sense of history amazed me like going to an antique shop that was still actively functionalI was greeted with” Hi doctor” by a man who radiated genuine charm

This guy is the owner Dave who I found out later is the legendary owner A thought occurred to meThis is either a Sixty Minutes or a Sunday morning storyThe dining room is even more spectacular but the oak refrigerator Dave ressurected is the focal point in my opinionService was great and the Doc’s chicken pot pie is the signature dish fine dining with a taste of early nineteenth century interior design at no extra chargeFive stars across the board

I’m SHOCKED at how good this hotel is! We had a stop over in Boston for 1 night so we booked here for a quick and cheap (about $140/night) hotel that offered free airport pick-up/drop off They picked us up within 20min of calling for a shuttle from the airport Check in was easy and reserving the next morning shuttle to airport was quick and painless

The basic room is beautiful with a full kitchen! The cherry on top was how FANCY the FREE breakfast is the next morning! Quiche, scones, breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, oatmeal with 20+ topping options I couldn’t believe it! I have stayed in many hotels over my years traveling and this is by far the best breakfast I’ve seen! Overall worth every penny and if we ever have a stop over here again we will be back!

Arrived in Boston at 11pm and the hotel shuttle driver was very kind and waited for us at the airportThe rooms are smaller than most TownePlace hotels The sofa bed was horrific

so very uncomfortable!! The regular bed was comfortable Most of the staff was very sweet and kind The lady working front desk when we arrived was either very tired or impaired because she wasn’t making sense Lucky the young guy working with her handled our check in Breakfast was not good One morning breakfast was a microwaved bean & beef burritoNOT my idea of breakfast Cocktail hour was good cocktails were priced fairly and bartender was niceI travel often and stay only at Marriott properties and I would Not stay at this hotel again I’d pay more for a better hotel
