Rooms were extremely spacious and clean The bed was stupidly soft and comfortable We got the junior suite and it comfortably slept two adults and two kids

The window in the living room was one entire wall top to bottom The same in the bedroom The bar tenders were so sweet and very friendly at the bar downstairs Staff was nice as well the the indoor pool, which was a very nice size as well as the hot tub

Vanessa Stringer

Loved every minute of our stay Great staff, especially at the bar 😆 Everyone was so friendly and accommodating We stayed in a Junior Suite and it was clean and quiet

Pet friendly (although we didn’t take ours), close to shopping/entertainment/restaurants Indoor pool amd jacuzzi were clean and perfect since it started raining! We’ll definitely be staying here again A+++

Melissa Mick

Very nice hotel The lobby is clean, and the front desk staff are very polite My kids love the pool here

The hot tub is nice for relaxing Another plus is the work out room! State of the art machines and very clean Starbucks in the lobby was VERY convenient! We had a very nice stay here, but the only downside is that due to covid they are severely understaffed, and you can no longer get your room cleaned or re-freshed daily When you pay $200 a night for a room, you kind of think having fresh towels and your bed made come with the package No, it does not I travel with kids, and we go through towels and need our trash taken out daily The trash was piled up down by the elevator in the morning It is a very clean hotel otherwise, and the staff is friendly, so I give a 3 star

Room was dated, not clean, visible carpet stains, used soap and hair in shower, dead roach smashed on the side of the TV mantle Hot water and water pressure were minimal Many people in our party complained about it

Bed was comfortable but I was afraid to sleep in it If I wasn’t here for a family reunion and everyone wasn’t staying here I would definitely never choose this hotel Staff was nice and informed, breakfast was hot and the eating area seemed clean The location is the best thing about it I however do not recommend

Kamirra Logan

My mom wanted to give it 2 stars because she said it wasn’t the typical Hyatt place and the rooms needed to be renovated, but I’m giving it 3 stars because I’m not that picky I thought it was a nice stay especially with the discounted price we were given from hotelscom

The room was pretty spacious We had 2 queen beds and a little sitting area that had a couch and a desk The mini fridge appeared to be leaking and broken at first but it turns out that housekeeping turn it off after cleaning the room If this is the case for you there is a knob on the inside that you can turn to turn it back onThey serve breakfast in the mornings and the place is pet friendly (or dog friendly I should say I don’t know if other pets are allowed) Sure the rooms and maybe even the hallways could use some updating but if looks don’t bother you that much it’s not that bad

Kevin George

Decent hotel that serves hot breakfast The hallways and common areas were clean My room though, needed some updates

The door appeared water damaged The carpeting needed some cleaning The TV, for some reason, kept telling me that it was “temporarily unavailable” and wouldn’t show anything Staff was friendly and nice though and the room was pretty large

I’m giving 2 because some workers are nice But the rest of the hotel is not desirable for any business traveler/long term stay In most cases, the front desk people are helpful but one man didn’t understand what concierge is, and he doesn’t really try to do anything but shrug lol The hotel is very outdated and almost no soundproof

Overall, my coworkers and I decided to go to Hilton or other Marriott properties

Sed Bezzy

I came to book a room on the night of 02/08 to the morning of 02/09 The night audit working was very rude I came in rang the door bell which he completely ignored, as well as called the front desk while I stood there and watched him not answer the phone

I am a current platinum elite member and I can’t believe this type of treatment especially in this area Maybe would try another Marriott in the area with better customer service

Francisco Mendoza

Property is older but clean Easy to park, access room The rooms were fine, not fancy but comfortable

Every room has a balcony which we loved However the love seat in the room was covered in stains down the side Pool was good, shallow and clean The staff was friendly and professional, the young lady that checked us in was one of the most welcoming person I have ever met Coffee in room, and Starbucks in lobby but limited hours Great location to main street Richardson and hwy 75 also close to the DART Would stay again

Curtis Lakey

Staff were all very friendly and helpful The free breakfast has lots of options to please everyone There is an indoor pool and hot tub which was nice and always stocked with clean pool towels

Rooms are nice and clean and have a mini fridge There’s a few restaurants within walking distance Definitely one of our favorite chains to stay at

Dee Hughes

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel It is conveniently located near many amenities The rooms are slightly small but I still enjoyed it

The like that the hotel didn’t have carpet in the rooms The breakfast was also enjoyable My one and only minor issue is that there isn’t a microwave in the rooms There is one downstairs but there isn’t any in the rooms My suggestion is to place microwaves in the rooms

Not really a 4-star hotel More like a 3-star hotel with a pretty lobby/bar area Parking should have been covered or valeted for $14/day, but is just a self-park lot around the building

Firm mattress and weak air conditioning In-room TV was large but didn’t work very well The TV guide didn’t function and all the channels were labeled incorrectly It also had a hard time turning off Some noise from the DART train Toilet paper was thinner than my dreams of being a pro athlete Elevators are pretty run down too Good deal for the $60 per night special rate we found, but mediocre for the $74 w/parking + tax and fees Good location for our trip that had drives to Plano, Dallas and Addison, but probably wouldn’t book again Most staff and guests didn’t wear masks

After being on the road for 7 hours straight, found out my children which are in Mexico were not able to board their flight With that said I had to spend the weekend in Dallas, TX I was tired and was scared to not find a clean and reasonable hotel

I stopped at one of the Hilton locations and called the reservation line from out in the parking lot The young man that answered the phone was so helpful, kind, and pleasant to speak to He demonstrated empathy towards my situation He was able to work with my budget and helped me with a reservation at the Hilton Richardson location were I was able to get a room for the weekend at the budget I had in mindIf I could rate my stay at the Hilton Richardson location any higher I would definitely do so I knew from the moment I walked in my money was well spent When entering their facility you can definitely see it is clean, pleasant and their employees are just amazingThis facility had a computer available for me to be able to work on my college classes, and the lady upfront was able to assist me in extending my check out at 1pm (instead of 11AM) with no additional fee since my kids will be flying into Dallas Airport late evening She also informed me that I am able to stay in the lobby for however long I need to after I check out Which is really helpful since I would have to find where to kill time since the weather does not permit to be in my vehicle for long period of timesMy experience has been overall satisfactory, and know for sure moving forward, Hilton will be my place to stay at

Stephanie Teague

Staff was nice but overall this hotel is poorly run Rooms weren’t ready at 3:00 check-in because they were still being cleaned Many of the rooms wreaked of cigarette smoke, AC inside the rooms was broken all weekend and elevator wait times were way too long

The AC worked in common areas of the hotel and aside from cigarette smell in many of the rooms the rest of the hotel appeared well maintained and fairly clean While I won’t be returning to this hotel, most of these issues can be easily fixed so hopefully hotel management will step up to ensure future guests have a much better experience than we did

My stay was amazing!! First of all every staff member was so friendly and helpful The hotel in general is very nice and clean The free breakfast and dinner plus 3 adult beverages was the best! Also we had access to fountain drinks 24 hours in the lobby

The hotel bar and kitchen was very nice and drinks and food anywhere we went in the hotel was so good! My room was so big and so nice much bigger than a typical 2 queen bedroom in a hotel Pool area was very nice and actually had plenty of towels to use unlike most hotels I highly recommend this hotel Very family friendly!!! I will always be looking to stay at this hotel chain from this point on I absolutely cannot say enough great things about this hotel!

Fantastic hotel in Dallas! I stayed here for work and it was perfect Service was great, people are very nice and accommodating, room was large with good amenities, and the whole place was pretty clean They serve breakfast and also unlimited soft drinks and coffee/teas all day

I went down to get a hot tea every night Did eat at the Kitchen twice during my stay and enjoyed it Had the Bavarian pretzels, a turkey club, and even the berry dessert All were tasty! And the parking garage is free! Would definitely stay here again and look forward to when I can!

Patrice Russell-Simpson

Very good hotel apartment style with kitchen and homely rooms The only issue is cleaning & room services are not so easy to schedule and the facilities are a bit aging Some things in the room like bathroom shower, taps etc are wearing out and may not work properly

On the bright side, Internet was stable and fast enough for my office work to run smoothly 👍Overall great bargain for the price

Kanoi Ruiz

My family and I loved it here! Our room was sleek but also homey because of the living room and full kitchen Our room and public amenity areas were very clean The breakfast spread is pretty great too, there’s something for everyone

Last but not least the housekeeping crew and front desk staff were amazing They all had such friendly and fabulous personalities yet super professional I can’t say anything bad here We will miss itShout out to the staff; thank you for making our stay so comfortable and I loved talking to yall

Kristen Credeur

We stayed at Hyatt House in Richardson Texas for a cheerleading competition The hotel staff was super friendly I just wish it would reflect the hotel itself

The halls smelt horrible The rooms had no wash cloths When asked they said they had none due to people hoarding them That’s strange Then when we needed more towels on the 3rd night they had to check if we could have any because the housing staff was gone for the day This was at 7:00 PM They did end up finding someOur friends that were staying at the hotel went to the snack area and purchased some chips and they had expired the month prior I wish we would have had a better experience

This Hotel is a very beautiful one located around downtown in Dallas It’s spacious and have a nice ambiance The swimming pool is an exciting place too

It has a ball room that can be used for event and other rooms that can be used for a training or group activity There is an escalator and elevator The kitchen service is also greatthe rooms are super clean with a large window to view Because the hotel is a high rise, you will enjoy the view from your roomit’s beautiful There is a valet parking but I feel it’s too expensive per night for $21-$23😕 You can do a self parking behind the building

kaylin ascherl

This hotel has the BEST service I’ve ever received, the people are amazing Cleanliness, location is decent depending on where you are trying to go All types of amenities

& Beautiful One thing to keep in mind You have to pay to park in their garage which is a bit difficult to get back and forth to, especially with bags – IF you do not get a good spot So – pay a bit less for garage (not sure if charges daily or each time in/out as you use your key card or ease of valet & text to get your car rolled up in 5 minutes

Niecy Cameron

I’ve stayed here a few times but the last time I came it was very strange Lots of people who didn’t have a room was there and they don’t have security and their cameras don’t work There was an incident and staff wanted no parts in trying to help

Valet is really nice and friendly There is free parking across the street and across the street from Benihana Nice location and a 20 floor hotel Restaurant and bar in the lobby Breakfast is buffet style and the food is good The dining staff are nice but definitely are more kind to certain people

Stayed at this hotel last weekend I’m giving it 2 stars because it was not terrible but let me tell you, it was not great either First off there was some sort of high school basketball game so the hotel was booked with large groups of teenagers who were running and screaming in the hall, well past 10pm

(I actually needed to go to bed at 9 so I could get up at 5 the next day) I went down to the reception desk and the gentleman there was actually very empathetic when I asked to be moved to another room because of the noise I had to be moved twice though, which took 45 minutes of going to the desk, and shuffling my stuff from room to room I asked if this happens a lot, and he said “yeah when they have a game, I move people a lot, but normally they quiet down by 11 Well 11pm is great if you don’t have to get up early No efforts were made to keep the them quieted down No one talked to the coaches, basically the noise was pushed off as my problem to deal with instead of dealing with the source There was also a pretty large gap underneath the room doors which let in a lot of noise Some hotels have a double door set up, to keep noise out, this hotel does not On another random note, the water in the showers doesn’t really get all that hot I also called back a few days later to ask why my $50 deposit hadn’t been returned and the woman who answered the phone was really pretty rude She didn’t even say “You’re welcome” when I said “Thank you”The good was though that the first receptionist was kind and empathetic, and also the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and provided some basic soap and a makeup remover towelette Breakfast was basic but good, and the omelets tasted freshWhen you stay at a hotel for travelling a good night’s sleep is really the most important thing you can offer your guests I would recommend that his hotel take some actions to rein in the noise levels at night (and yes 11pm is too late) Talk to the coaches or parents, or maybe book them all on the same 2 floors and put other guests on the other floors Something can be done!

Although the room was clean, the manager was rude and unhelpful I called to get a price for a room and asked if the pool was open and working and was told they were booked When I asked about booking it online (since it showed availability) I was cut off and told they were fully booked

This was one of the only hotels with an indoor pool and we were looking forward to letting our 3 year old burn off some energy since we had been in the car for 600 miles Upon check-in I asked if the pool was open again and was told yes We got in our suits and down to the pool to find no towels, not a big deal I went to the front desk to ask for some and had to wait for someone to greet me, it was the manager again She informed me they were out of pool towels but gave me some bathroom towels (never mentioning the pool condition) it was freezing!! My son was so disappointed 😞 We went back to the room (he almost slipped just outside the pool area since there wasn’t any carpet) and I called the front desk The manager then informed me that the heater was broken I tried to explain that would have been nice to know prior to getting my son’s hopes up but again was cut off with a short apology I was frustrated with the lack of willingness to help or even listen, the cold pool, and the cold breakfast the next morning After calling corporate, I was told they could give me some points to compensate but they would not be available until Monday (this was on Sat evening/Sun morning) When I informed them I was traveling and would be home on Monday and would not need the points, I was informed that’s all they could do I was highly disappointed and will not be returning to this or any Holiday Inn

Amanda Lomonaco

We arrived prior to the 3 o’clock check in time but they said give them 30 minutes and they would have the room ready for us When we got check in and got to our room, it smelled like wet dog The front desk clerk apologized and got us checked in to another room

Our reservation was for 4 people, the room was stocked with 3 towels so we called down to the front desk to request more towels We never got a response so we had to go down and get more towels The front desk doesn’t have a bell or anything to notify the staff that someone is waiting so you are often waiting for a period of time for someone to comes greet youThe pool was frigid The kids swam but even just sitting watching was coldThe water pressure of the shower is horrible and the sink took forever to drain Brushing your teeth was a nightmareBreakfast was mediocre at best No make your own waffles or pancakes (we stayed Friday and Saturday) and both days the hot items were eggs and sausage One day links the other day pattiesThe front desk staff were pleasant but not very customer service oriented It seemed asking for something was putting them out Housekeeping staff were friendly but rooms could use a little more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning There were skittles and dental picks left in the room from a prior tenant (in window sill and behind trash can)

Had a great stay over the weekend My only complaint is I wish they had complimentary breakfast the price to buy something frozen like a lean cuisine is very high

Almost forcing you to pay for the also extremely high rate for a basic continental breakfast or buy something of barelyhigher but of basic same value from their bistro which is at least prepared freshly This is a major flaw in the services offered by this hotel in my opinion

Update: We went to stay again and we’re told that cats are no longer welcome Interesting, considering I heard dogs barking all the time, but they’re still allowed It can’t be about smell, the hallways are always filled with the smell of curry and other heavily spiced foods being cooked

It should be noted that this is apparently a hotel the government uses to house people waiting for their immigration paperwork to be done, as has been talked about in the news For some reason, there was a giant pile of clothes sitting near the pool hundreds of articles of clothing A charity drop-off?A nice place to go if you have children or pets The furniture was very comfortable and the room was spacious There’s a number of families using it as extended stay, so there’s lots of kids playing and riding their bicycles To me, that feels more like home than a lot of hotels, but I know it wouldn’t be for everyone They have nice amenities my only complaint is that no one was wearing a mask even though there were signs everywhere If you’re a smoker, there’s plenty of places to smoke outside without going far We will definitely stay there again it just felt more like home than many of the extended stay hotels around there

DJ helped us get 12 rooms for a baseball travel team He was great He was very courteous and dealt with 12 families and kids

I would recommend this place to anyone The pool is great The rooms are waaay better than any hotel The location is close to so much food Everything about our 5 day stay has been great DJ really was the icing in the cake He was so accommodating and dealt with all of our families with respect

Average Joe

We stayed in building A The room was nice, but the overwhelming cooking odors in the hallways and stairwells ruined the experience There were a bunch of kids running between open doors from rooms on the first floor

(This may be where the cooking odors emanated) We were also made to feel unwelcome by small groups of men and children hanging out on the patio and parking lot beside the pool and sports court so guests couldn’t use the amenities

We came to Dallas for a girls tripafter checking reviews on several hotels we decided on this hotel

I can’t begin to tell you how pleased we were with this hotel The hotel is immaculatethe staff is super friendlythe rooms are amazing and the complimentary breakfast was totally satisfying Being on vacation starts with the comfort of your hotel room so I can honestly say I am pleased with this hotel The modern vibe is refreshing! This hotel is definitely a thumbs up! Thank you for the great experience

Really enjoyed my stay here If I ever visit the area again I would go out of my way to stay at this hotel again Great service, breakfast consistently tasted great during our stay, room was clean, pool was fun and has small fountain/sprayers that make it fun for kiddos and was temperature controlled

Alex, the bartender was absolutely amazing and just added to the experienceCouple things to keep in mind, before booking the showers are definitely nice but they do not have bathtubs And there is not a hot tubBut would Definitely love to stay here again regardless

Mr Blackdragon41

My church had an an event here and right from the time of the booking, they were attentive to our needs to ensure that our program was successful I do really appreciate the hotel staff especially Ms Linda and Mr Tommy Mr Tommy and his team were exceptionally helpful in getting the hall set up for us and providing all the extra stuff we needed

The rooms were clean and comfortable Thank you all…surely gonna be back!

One of the glasses in our room was not clean Like, no attempt had been made to clean it The light on the bathroom mirror will not light, so the bathroom is very dark

The rest of the room has poor lighting, as is true for most hotels Makes applying makeup a challenge But the rest of the room appears to be clean The bed is comfortable The location is easy to access from the highway and was good for our needs

Room was nice and big You have to actually request maid service if you want one It was not automatic

Perhaps it’s a COVID thing nowadays It actually has a microwave but I didn’t see until the last day because it was black and pushed far back into the cabinet I needed one and called front desk but didn’t tell me there was actually one in the room, instead said to use the one down in the lobby Overall, a good hotel to stay at

This was a very nice Holiday Inn The beds were just a tiny but uncomfortable at first, but that’s just because it was not quite a plush as mine is at home Everything else was great

It was very clean, very nice bedroom and bathroom, great TV, very friendly staff, and was in a nice location The room was a very nice size too There was also a nice view out of the window, since it was not right next to another building either

My husband and I stayed 2 nights and that was a long 2 nights The air was broken the first night I did let the front desk know we waited hours and hours until we went down to the front desk to see what was taking so long only too find out it was a shift change and the previous clerk never mentioned it to person taking over or contacted maintenance

The bed was super hard and very uncomfortable We tossed and turned the whole night So I definitely will not stay here again Waste of $200

The room i had was a fairly large and it was clean The bathroom was spacious and the shower gets hotDownside to the room, it was on tge freeway side so it was noisy until about midnight when traffic finally lessend for the night

The bed, i think the floor would have been softer than the bed Tge hallway always has a funky food smell to itThe staff was nice and always courtious If the bed was not so bad the place would get a higher rating

This hotel was very clean and the location was great Very close to the North Park Center shops/mall One small thing I wish we had known in advance- the bathroom doors are a barn door style and do not close completely or offer much in the way of privacy

This is probably fine if you’re staying in a room with family, but with non-family you might prefer to be able to shut the door completely There is a large gap on each side of the door so others can see/hear/smell directly into the bathroom Thankfully no one in our room was super modest, but it was a bit awkward

Avoid this hotel or it will cost you I booked a stay here when my father and I flew into Dallas to visit my son When we arrived we were abruptly told they didn’t have a room for us because of a known system glitch and we needed to go to the Hampton Inn next door

I was charged a no show fee of $19781 the next day This was on 6/25 It’s now 8/12 and I still haven’t received a refund for the cancellation fee Additionally the Hampton Inn cost me over $310 additional to what my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn would have been I attempted to email the hotel manager and have not received a response I contacted Hilton Corporate and they failed to respond as well Here I am out over $500 because of their known system glitch and I can’t get a response or my money back This is not how you treat your guests period!

DO NOT STAY HERE!My catalytic converter was stolen while parked at their front door They cannot protect your property even with a security guard The GM even admitted this was not the first time this has happened at the property

There is a reason why all their doors require key card access This is not a good area to stay for the aforementionedAs a Diamond Member, I stay often with Hilton properties This was my most expensive stay! While empathetic, they do NOT take responsibility for a repeated problem This trip cost me over $5k Skip this property and find a safer option

WARNING UNSAFE PARKING LOT: There are people stealing catalytic converters from vehicles parked at this hotelWe were victims this morning Totally ruined our plans and day

We filed a police report Parts are at least 5-6 weeks back ordered We had to rent a car to get home We will need to return when vehicle is fixed We WON’T be using this hotel againAs for the hotel itself, beside the UNSAFE PARKING LOTNice and new Modern feel Very spacious suitesLove they are pet friendly, but high fee Complimentary breakfast is better than Holiday Inn, IMORoom had trouble keeping temperature, but that’s not uncommon for many hotels Beds were a bit too soft for me And of course your typical horrible hotel pillows They really aren’t pillows if they have absolutely no support

TA VEY

I was a little nervous because of the person who was a victim of catalytic converter theft However, I took the chance The workers were very polite

The room was very spacious(2 queen bed suite with kitchen) Housekeeping was very prompt I wish breakfast was open til at least 10 during weekday, but hey🤷🏾‍♀️ The location was very convenient Lots of nearby stores, including Walmart Quiet area No complaints

This review is long overdue from our stay in January and I’ve forgotten the names of the staff who served us during our stay They were amazing and very friendly and catered to our needs We decided to have a small B-day sleepover here for my son’s 10th birthday since Covid cases had spiked a tad bit

Our stay was everything that I had hoped it would be for my son and he and my nephews had an amazing time We were able to reserve a 1-hr time slot for the pool just for ourselves After swimming, the staff provided the boys with a basketball to play at the courtyard The room was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed! We got a chance to enjoy the complimentary breakfast the next morning and it was great Thanks so much!!

Stayed there last month and from the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out, it was a great stay The staff, Desk and Housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and professional The only thing we were too big of a fan of was the breakfast

The eggs and sausage was terrible but the nice selection of cold cuts more than made up for that The pool and hot tub were amazing I have a super sensitive nose and eyes and the fact that the windows were cracked open, made for a very enjoyable time in the hot tub and pool They were clean and the area was well maintained We will definitely make this Hotel our place to stay every time we come to the area

Jason Lindley

We arrived early (a little after 1:00) and we’re told that our room wasn’t ready yet And check in time was at 3:00 They were told that we would be arriving about 1 or 2

Other hotels had our room ready or had another one we could switch to The room however was very nice and clean, comfortable, and not near the elevator added bonus Bathroom door lock didn’t work Breakfast was one of the best for hotels we’ve stayed in Checkout was easy Allover good experience

Alicia Johnson

Staff was very pleasant and helpful throughout our 6 day visit Hard working ladies in housekeeping and food preparation Especially important to note when a problem arose the management was empathetic understanding

They host a meet and greet Monday through Wednesday evening and we especially enjoyed taco Tuesday it was Awesome!! Thank you for helping me celebrate my anniversary!!

Hotel is fine if it’s your last resort to stay somewhere Staff and polices are pretty horrific As a diamond member I get breakfast for free each morning at Hilton Garden Inn’s but not at this hotel for whatever reason

I ask the front desk for my breakfast vouchers and they told me they just don’t do that at this hotel for diamond members but I could use $20 towards breakfast or the pantry since I was staying 2 nights Would have been nice to know that before booking…I then spent $24 at the pantry on Saturday night I go to checkout Sunday morning and my bill is $14 for food I told them it should be $4 as I spent my $20 towards the pantry They then tell me I have to use $10 on night 1 and $10 on night 2 as it can’t be combined for the stay Would have been nice to know that before I checked out! I told the front desk I stayed at a Waldorf and when I had food and beverage credit they allowed me to use it all on one day, so how was I suppose to know it couldn’t all be used at once Their response was “this is just our policy” They should probably communicate that at any point The staff poorly communicated everything during my stay Definitely wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I knew this Many things in life aren’t certain, but I can assure you I certainly won’t be returning to this property

Courtney Kalb

I had a room that was not as clean as I would have liked staying at a Hilton hotel – and thankfully I left a review and the staff fixed my room while I was gone for the day They also left some snacks for me and a note letting me know I could contact the manager if I needed anything else I appreciate the customer service and the staff working to make my stay better

I will definitely be back again and appreciate the hospitality and care

Clayton Cummings

This was our 3rd stay here, and possibly our last Nice, clean rooms But they no longer replace towels, linen or toiletries unless you put in a request

There is no discount for this either The whole place smelled like sewage and we were never given an explanation for it 4 days, same stench Elevators sounded like they were falling apart Last day there, 1 of them was out of orderStaff were friendly, but not like most places Check-in involved asking for my ID, inserting my card for incidentals, and her handing me my room keys while saying “elevators are over here” Check out was “Checking out? Thank you”That was all we got this time Actually a bit disappointed in the hospitality Could have saved a good bit of money for that, or stayed in a more welcoming hotel, like The Staybridge
