I had to stay here for a work trip, and I would not stay here againIt does not deserve a 1 star because it has redeeming qualities, but for the price tag it’s not worth itThe rooms are nice

Spacious, clean and the bathroom is okay The hotel does have a hot tub and modern cardio machines which is definitely a plus That’s about all the goodThe breakfast selection is pretty awful Very limited options, and 2 out of the 5 days I stay there they didn’t have breakfast service so instead they gave out paper bag with gas station biscuit sandwiches, a orange juice box, and a muffin Not only this is extremely unhealthy and cheap, it made me feel like I was 10 getting my lunch from schoolThe bathroom shower door also didn’t stay closed It kept sliding open because it was placed at a small inclineOverall, not worth staying here even with the hot tube offering

Gavin Dahlstrom

I’ve always stayed at Holiday Inns for the hot breakfast buffet It was advertised on the listing but was not provided All we were given was a cold breakfast sandwich and a muffin

When you pay close to $115 a night you would expect the hot breakfast that was advertised Also, the body wash was completely out when I arrived, I asked for some and was told housekeeping would fill it in the morning That never happened Overall the room was nice and comfy but this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Holiday Inns

Sarah Delgado

When booking we asked to be placed on a non smoking floor but when we arrived our room smelt awful We were in a room with a connecting door to the neighbors room and the Oder of Marijuana was seeping through the door We attempted to ask the front desk for a new room but were denied

My kids had a hard time sleeping due to the smell and woke up with a sore throat No one followed up with us which was very upsetting We paid a good amount of money thinking it would be a nice hotel since we have stayed at Holiday Inn Express before but instead we had a horrible experience with no resolution or empathy

There is always the fear of great rates not matching the quality of a hotel That being said, this is one of the exceptions The rates were wonderful for an impromptu weekend getaway and the room was absolutely amazing

The facility is clean, bright, and fresh It was great to have a place to let the littles wear themselves out, the pool Breakfast was amazing as well Will we be returning in the futurewhen in Colorado Springs? That would be an unequivocal Yes!

Ajay J Mundra

This property is about 20 minutes from Colorado Springs airport The neighborhood of first and main is really nice and everything is very close by and conveniently locatedThe property is quite new or recently renovated

The room is spacious and lots of space The kitchenette was very good with all of the things needed to cook Also, the size of fridge was big, so convenient to cook in the room The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well done with the fittings Overall, great stay and enjoyed the experience

Employees were extremely friendly The woman who does the breakfast even put back out the waffle mix when I was a few minutes late to accompany me and rooms were clean I appreciated having a kitchen and larger refrigerator

Only drawback is, yes it is close to the airport, but far away from everything else, including stores and supermarket

Good hotel and nice folks It’s is a bit dated but not bad; the TV response time is really slow So close to the airport and some business districts

First time I’ve seen a walk-through closet from the entry into the bathroom (kina handy to get your clothes that are hanging up) Would have preferred the full length mirror outside the bathroom but not an issue

Forge Thought

Showed up late and Abe helped check me in Excellent young man and great customer service Unfortunately the room had a damage tub drain (it had been ripped out leaving the tub nonfunctional)

Abe was able to get me a new undamaged room quickly and completed a damaged room form on the spot to make sure it got fixed for the next guestContinental breakfast was good and helped get me through an 11 hour day Only complaint was the English muffins were pretty mediocre, but everything else was solidTiffany was likewise superb and very helpful when I had an issue Truly good people It’s clear the staff here is well trained and cares I had to schedule this location based on room availability, but I would definitely recommend it to others in the future Marriotts have great customer service, but the staff here went above and beyondOlder building but the rooms have great amenities From stove cooktops, to fridges, microwaves, and even dishwashers Would make a solid extended stay location even if the appliances are a bit out of dateHelped me survive a rough weekend Definitely an earned 5 stars

Sarah G.M.

We stayed the Villa Motel on Valentines Day 2022 (I know

I waited a while to write this review) We booked a King room with the Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom which was large enough to fit both me and my husband The room was a good size and we enjoyed a cozy stay which was nice because there was a snow storm outside Also, directly across from the hot springs They have an outdoor pool and a hot tub which were closed for the winter The front desk office was also clean, bright & welcoming both staff members (Sarah?, I would remember names had I not procrastinated this review) were helpful and friendly and you could tell that they are overall good people We will definitely come back

This is the cleanest motel I’ve ever stayed in! On top of that, it was so close to everything, had a clean pool and a hot tub, which were wonderful at the end of the da, and in the morning there was hot coffee and breakfast treats Staff was very friendly and accommodating I had asked for a first floor room and got it and I had to switch days – I did call in time to do that – and it was no problem

Will definitely be back the next time I’m in Colorado from New York! Thank you Villa Motel!

Sherri Henning

We stayed at the Villa Motel on the 5th night of our vacation to Colorado and this was by far the best place we stayed The King Suite is absolutely beautiful, clean, and spacious with microwave, refrigerator and a very comfortable bed

The guy at the front desk was great and let us check in an hour and half early which is a big plus Nice outdoor pool The hotel is located close to all the action on Manitou Ave We decided if we return to Colorado next summer this will be where we stay all 5 nights and just drive to the other places we want to visit and return to spend the nights @ Villa Motel The price was very reasonable for this time of year

Amazing place! The room was just enough and they thought of everything Even left us a small gift and thoughtful card for our anniversary! Super comfortable and cozy and functional Clean and well kept, completely perfect

The staff and downstairs cafe area is such a great, chill place to have a drink or breakfast in the morning LOVED every second here Thanks for making it so special

Brittany Goben

This place is beautiful, very cozy The rooms are great with a nice view of downtown The room was very clean, the check in and check out was super easy

Everyone was super nice And you have to try the Cafe on the first floor it’s amazing Its a great place to hangout or just have dinner after a long day The food is really good, and there’s a great bar selection If you go down to the Cafe be sure to ask for Graham, he’s the best Graham helped us with any questions we had about the Cafe, and suggestions on food, as well as, made my husband and I a really great drink that was his own creation Overall we had an amazing experience, and if we ever come back to Colorado Springs we will definitely be coming back here Great room, great price, great service in my opinion We were very pleased

I never take the time to review a place we stay at unless it leaves me speechless I hope this review helps someone on the fence of booking here or not! My husband and I had one of the “ suites” The room was amazing, soooo clean, (I never say this about hotel rooms) and just such a cozy feel

The location was great for getting to all the big attractions we wanted to The restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast! The one thing I really wanted to comment on is the staff! There wasn’t one bad encounter with any of them The restaurant staff and the people checking in and out were so friendly, helpful, and kind They was so helpful with suggestions and questions we had about the Colorado Springs area and so much more! Best viewsMy 1st time in Colorado and we stayed at Garden of the Gods resort We stayed in the king’s room which is a great room, the bathroom is huge and has an amazing jetted bathtub The only downside was the construction

We ate at the rocks, and The kissing camels both were delicious and had wonderful service The beach cafe has a Starbucks and the barista is the sweetest lady We loved starting our morning talking with herMy husband and I spent a day at the spa He got a haircut, and facial and I got a 50-minute massage They have a Himalayan salt room which was wonderfulWe did the falconry excursion and it was worth every penny Also, the Royal Gorge Train in canon city is a neat experienceGOG also offers car service for 75$ we used it to take us to the Rabbit Hole downtown and the restaurant has a great atmosphere along with great food and drinksA tip- we took snacks, and water to keep in our room along with coffee for the coffee machine

Aarti Urs

We visited Colorado Springs for a family vacation with two kids (11 and 4) Every single person in this resort went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and most memorable!! Special shout out to the front desk lady Maria, she was extremely caring and welcoming, next shout out if o Michael the valet person who was very nice and made sure to even wait until we open our room and are satisfied with our room (small gesture but makes a big difference!) Concierge lady Sara was so sweet, walked with me to the spa to make sure i get there and get the appointment

Super sweet waitresses Merillye who offered blanket for my toddler when they saw he was cold, entertained him for a while when i had to take a call

John S

My wife and I went there for a late lunch/early dinner The View is incredible, but the food has no flavor We ordered two “rock burgers” hamburgers which they heat up frozen hamburger patties, don’t season them so they don’t have any taste and change $42 ($19

00 a piece) I asked another person eating in the restaurant how his food was and he said his meat was dry and didn’t have any taste If we ever go back, we will just order drinks and enjoy the view

We spent close to a week at this hotel and had no real big complaints The staff was always so nice, rooms were nice, the views were great, the courtyard was relaxing, pool was huge, and there seems to be more than enough parking in the parking lot, even with a few trucks and their ATV trailers You had a bit of a luxury feel without it breaking the bank

For the price, this place was excellent

Paul Knapp

This place seems well suited to extra large parties and conventions massive seating areas Starbucks inside friendly front desk workers The halls seem to have trash everywhere you wind but not a lot but noticeable, it took about 24 hours for any articles on the floors of the halls to be removed The rooms are nice clean up-to-date most contain a balcony

If your room has a balcony bring your noise counseling headphones because these sliding doors do not I repeat do not dampen any outside noise but all in all I liked it, I’d stay there again

Jacqueline Kovacs

I booked this hotel because they are dog friendly Friendly & helpful front desk staff Beautiful lobby, bar, and restaurant area as soon as you walk in

The restaurant food was good, I had the Kobe hot dog my son had an American burger We were not disappointed The rooms are a tad out dated The beds are very comfortable The pool area is big Unfortunately, we got stuck on the other side of the hotel so it is quite a walk from our room but not a big deal I did not realize how big this hotel was! I would stay here again The location is great it is close to restaurants, shopping, and not far from downtown

Breakfast was good Bar upstairs was small but nice Rooms are big

Swimming pool big, clean, and plenty of towels but cold not really heated, maybe because its outside in an enclosure and not inside the building? The best part of the hotel is the staff, nice and helpful!!!! Lobby is beautiful Usually able to check in earlier that check in time but understand not always going to be that way Shopping and more restaurants up the road maybe 10 min Quiet Great to have a microwave, fridge, coffee in room

David Mejia

Rooms were clean everything was organized and in great shape Pool was great! Breakfast was awesome! Hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating Kara was so helpful getting us enrolled in the rewards program

Hunter was very patient with me when I had problems getting my credit card to authorize the charges for the room rental You guys have a great team! I will return again on my next business trip and for leisure!!

Judy Leonard

Great hotel!!! I arranged for a block of rooms at this hotel for my son’s wedding last weekend While I did not personally stay there overnight, the family and friends that did had nothing but positive comments on everything from the linens, to breakfast, to cleanliness, to the pool and even an arcade room! The staff made a good first impression on our initial visit months ago when they gave us a very thorough tour and information although we arrived unannounced Most importantly, the staff at the front desk was very friendly, welcoming, and available for assistance at all times and there was a lot of coming and going from our group

Additionally, I must give a huge shout out to Melinda, the catering and sales manager, for her assistance with setting up the room block, discussing a potential banquet meal at the hotel, answering my questions promptly, keeping good communication flowing throughout, putting up a welcome sign for our group and for going above and beyond to assist us with getting a last minute room to avert a potential crisis She was an absolute joy to work with and at this time, when good customer service is so difficult to find, I found her to be extremely helpful, professional, and caring! I knew I didn’t have to worry about the hotel experience for our guests I very highly recommend using this hotel!!!

Was charged a smoking fee for my room There’s was absolutely zero smoking in our room We have a handicapped individual that is on a breathing machine and oxygen- so trust me there was no smoking

We even had the housekeeping manager come and check our room out She said there were no signs of smoking I was told they were taking it off of my bill That didn’t happenThe staff here is ignorant beyond belief I’m done with Marriott They’ve ruined the trust factor for us

Esther Allen

My family stayed here on 3/11-3/12 This hotel is under extreme renovation- only two of the four floors were available, the main lobby is half covered by plastic, and the floor is torn up The elevators are a disaster due to construction

We were not told this when we reserved our roomsDue to these renovations, a conference room was being used as the breakfast area All the appliances kept blowing a fuse, so it was impossible to heat anything up They had to bring out juice cups and milk cartons on ice because they didn’t have a machine The one woman who they had doing breakfast was trying her best to get things put out and appliances running She was super nice but there was only so much she could doThe rooms themselves were fine It was just the annoyance of having to go through taped up plastic to get to them, over bare floors, into a duct-taped elevator that was the main issue Generally a hotel is supposed to be comfortable and relaxing This was far from thatWe’re very confused why, if a hotel is going through this much renovation, why is it even open? And if it is open, why is there no discount for the people who stay there? It was a confusing and frustrating experience Hotels should prioritize guests above anything else We did not feel like upper management cared whatsoever about their guests, or even their own employees, who were stretched thin Guests should always *always* be the top priority This location did not show us that

I passed through this area about a year ago and these folks really treated me like family They went out of their way to ensure my stay was more enjoyable and that I felt at home They are super military-friendly

They even made my pups feel welcome The pool and great amenities were just a plus at that point Christian and his team are really knocking it out of the park Thank you so much guys(and gals) I truly appreciate my experience with you all

Marcus Jackson

If you are looking for a location near Fort Carson this is the one It’s close to various restaurants and wal-mart in walking distance The front desk employees make sure they greet you not matter how many times you walk in and out of the door

Very clean hotel with nice appliances and amenities If you are going to be there for more than a week with kids be aware that this is no kitchen in the room although they do serve a decent breakfast

bobbie joslin

The bed and pillows was very comfortable The reason I gave 4 stars the smoke alarm light would shine off and on at first I thought it was lightening (lol)

Kept me awake I didn’t call the front desk because my husband was already asleep I finally got a few hours of sleep after covering my face with my blanket (not sure if that was normal for the smoke alarm)

Our team just got back from a week retreat in Colorado Springs We absolutely loved our stay here Connie worked with us to get everything set up for all our team members and schedule out the conference rooms and group meals

Everything went so smooth The property has an amazing view The restaurant on site is surprisingly good The kids loved having both the indoor and outdoor pool options The team also liked the ability to take morning and evening hikes right from the property Thank you for making this a memorable stay for our group 🙌

Patti McCumber

I cannot say enough good things about this property We found ourselves stuck in Colorado Springs after a car issue driving from Illinois to move my daughter back to Arizona State University We made a reservation sitting at the car dealer and we were at the check in desk less than 10 minutes later

Lauren greeted us with a huge smile and immediately made us feel better She provided water and along with Patti, the manager, got us a great room with a large workspace we needed The room is clean, comfortable and very well appointed Lauren even checked on us later to see how we are doing and has given us a late check out to hopefully coincide with our car being ready to roll again in the afternoon We ate in the hotel restaurant, and Lance, the bartender, was wonderful as well! I just cannot say enough good things about this hotel We will be back and I will send everyone I know here if they are traveling through Colorado Springs

Dan Hagenow

My wife and I stayed one night here during our honeymoon, and it was by far the best stay of our trip! There were so many things we enjoyed, the outdoor pool/spa is AMAZING, and includes some beautiful mountains views! We got the concierge package, which included snacks, dinner, and breakfast There are also a bunch of hiking trails you can take advantage of as well right outside of their gate! We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone

This was our first stop on our trip exploring Colorado and this hotel was perfect! Very clean and the room was huge They had a bar which we visited as soon as we checked in after a long day of travel and the staff was very friendly and helpful The free breakfast in the morning had longer hours than I’ve experienced in the past with great food options

We booked through Hotwire so sometimes the hotels can be disappointing but this one was beyond our expectations for the price Highly recommend!

miguel moreno

Stayed here for 4 nights during my wife’s and I honeymoon-The customer service was absolutely fantastic! Anytime I had a question or needed help the receptionist was always helpful with a great attitude A reason why I always stay at Hyatt’s

5/5-The complimentary breakfast was also very good and exceeded my expectations They offered Cereal, activia yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, bagels, french toast sticks, fruit and coffee 45/4-Where this hotel falls short from other Hyatt’s is the rooms The bedding was low quality and was pretty uncomfortable, thin low quality sheets and low quality pillows and uncomfortable mattress The restroom was extremely small (hard for anyone to maneuver in) and the light for the restroom was very dark Also had a day were the hotel seemed out of hot water and made showering impossible which delayed our second to last day in Colorado springs which was very disappointing and upsetting 2/5Overall this hotel was decent at best Customer service and breakfast was great however it was derailed by a disappointing room stay Compared to other Hyatt hotels (room wise) this was the worst Hyatt I’ve stayed in Really wish they would update some room items like bedding, mattress, and restroom I hoped I read reviews beforehand as my wife and I were expecting a bit nicer hotel room for our honeymoon

Brian Gent

Room was excellent, breakfast was fine My issue was with parking Downtown Co Springs has little parking, and Hyatt simply adds to the problem

Only Valet parking (for a few) or park in a different lot (for a few) Ended up being half the price to park a block away and walk to the hotel Was basically told “well, that’s downtown”which is right, but frustrating

The hotel is a great location and our room was very comfortable The sheets and pillows were super soft The air conditioner was amazing! When you get there, pull to the front of the hotel in the spaces provided

Go to the second floor to check in Parking is next-door in the parking garage for $15 With in and out privileges it is worth it They give you a card when you check in The hotel is within walking distance to many places The front desk will give you a list of all of the restaurants if you ask for it

Only able to stay 1 night Centrally located to downtown’s many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops Beautiful, clean room well appointed

Bed was Wonderfully comfy (I am a picky sleeper) with great pillows (I am very picky on these and have been known to bring my own or buy a new one- no need here) My room was on 7th floor with a jaw dropping view of the mountains A friend’s room (across the hall) had a beautiful view of downtown city lights Check in/ reception was extremely helpful, writing directions for guests in front of us & offering suggestions for our evening exploration Genuinely kind & helpful staff Reception area also offered a selection of snacks, drinks & wine Trip was short so I did not explore fitness or pool area

Comfortable and clean family stay in a newly established hotel Very walkable to enjoy the nearby art walk and eateries Gorgeous views (book a high floor if you can) and very friendly staff

Great extras including an in-house bar, pool, and gym This hotel also features an on-site kitchen with options for meals and grab and go The food is decent if you’re looking for a late night snack or quick bite Otherwise you can walk to several restaurants close by Valet parking is offered at an added nightly charge

From booking (directly) to the end of the stay the experience was excellent The hotel staff was friendly, greeting us or wishing us a good day if we left to explore Tameka was exceptional and clearly excels at her position

We had a 2 queen bed room which had a large bathroom, a microwave and small refrigerator The room was clean and quiet and had a great view of the mountains The housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient We chose to eat our breakfasts at the restaurant on site because it was affordable, well prepared, and delicious The restaurant staff was friendly, and Shannon the waitress even remembered our preferences each day I did not get a chance to sit at the bar in the evening during our stay, but it is well stocked with numerous beer and liquor choices The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the area was clean and maintained We were also happy to discover the on site guest laundry which we unexpectedly needed to use for a load with detergent available for sale at the hotel convenience storeThe location puts it away from what I consider the major part of the Springs which we preferred because the area was quiet at night The location is still close enough, though, that driving anywhere is not difficult My family and I will undoubtedly return to visit Colorado Springs and this hotel will be our first choice each timeThank you!

I absolutely LOVE this hotel!! The staff, the rooms, the checkout time, everything is amazing here! The ONLY complaints I have, are the fact that breakfast isn’t included in the room rates, & getting your deposit for incidentals when using cash app can take up to a month But that’s too be expected with most of the 4/5 star hotelsOther than those two things, (which are kind of a big deal), this hotel is fantastic

Staff has always been so welcoming & friendly at check-in, I know I’m a valued customer If you ever need a place to stay I highly recommend this hotel!! Very comfortable place, very clean, just all around wonderful hotel!! Will be back!!!

We spent 5 days in this hotel Everything was fantastic Tameka made sure we had a beautiful room with a Moutain view

Gorgeous! We ate almost every breakfast at the hotel Kitchen staff made amazing food Shannon our server was so accommodating It’s difficult to travel with a health issueShe made sure I was able to order what I needed We will be back to the springs often and this is where we will stay Thank you for making us feel at home when we were there

They seem extremely understaffed We arrived around 12:30 PM The room was not ready until 4 PM

Yes, that’s the official “check in” time, but no other rooms were available?Front desk staff appear under-trained They do not do anymore than required No inquiry as to room availability (unless customer ask in person) No disclosure regarding room cleaning procedure — customer must request directly We needed to have them correct the door key 3 times during our 4 day stayHeavens, it’s a great hotel in downtown Colorado Springs Rates are reasonable Room in good shape, though it’s showing it’s ageThe restaurant/bar charges are extremely high — averaged $20/ drink Surprise! They need to work on communicating with the customers (no information re the hotel verbally or in writing in the room)I have gotten better customer service at Motel 6

Erin Jones

Staff was friendly, room was clean Those are the good things I have to say There were events in the hotel two of the three nights we were there and all of the restaurants were shut down for the duration of our stay

There wasn’t even an option to get a cup of coffee unless you went to Starbucks, or a glass of wine when you returned for the evening The rates were hiked, which I assume was due to the events (that we did not attend) The “arcade” is several games that my kids enjoyed, and I appreciated not having to pump them full of quarters, plus two pool tables The pool is tiny and dirty and I wouldn’t let my family in it There is a ton of space in the arcade room and pool deck that is underutilized Overall, I was very disappointed in what I had to pay for what I got The rooms were clean but outdated

Emily Foster

The second floor pool area is a huge waste of what could be a resort style pool They need to put in a bar and music, get many more chairs and tables with non broken umbrellas and put a restaurant in the “arcade” room They are sitting on an amazing space and really miss-using it

The rooms are gorgeous and the lobby is beautiful and the staff is amazing

Super easy to book and check in! Our puppy was able to stay with us which we really appreciated The heated pool was nice and the hot tub was a bonus The people we met were very friendly

Parking was easy and free Our bed was small for a king size but incredibly comfortable Everything was clean and the balcony with Mountain View’s was a nice touch to our room I appreciated all the work being done to make their guest feel comfortable

Tina Heirls

This resort is fantastic The resort was much cleaner than our visit in 2020 If you have children this is a nice family type of resort

One negative for me is that all of the hand sanitizer machines were empty After the pandemic, I am more cautious with this and feel if they aren’t going to fill the machines, then remove them It looks like they don’t care The staff was somewhat not very friendly It doesn’t sound like it, but we really do love this place They have 2 pools, a lake, a beautiful restaurant in the main lobby and the resort to me feels like an inviting homey resort

Jenna M

If I could give 10 stars… I would The Cheyenne Mountain Resort was nothing short of magical The resort itself is amazing!!! We went for a weekend getaway and it was so peaceful

The rooms were clean and all of the food was AMAZING!The service was impeccable – especially Hannah at the Elevations restaurant along with Emily and Shawnee at the Country Club Best service I think I’ve ever had Also, make sure to get a Bloody Mary Delicious Highly recommend!!!

Considering this is listed as a 3-star hotel and priced accordingly, we were expecting a bit more First, the location is good, as it’s nearby many mountain attractions In fact, you have some views of said mountains from the room

Which even features a super small balcony for a single person to step out onto The room was a decent size and had the usual amenitiesHowever, it does feel a bit old and needs a refresh The floors creaked in multiple places, the bathroom fixtures are showing their age, the cloth couch had a stale odor, and the room overall had a musky odor to it Things that you could pick up from just walking into the hotel – so not likely isolated to our room Basically, signs that it needs proper deep cleaning and refresh There’s a good chance you’ve got some mold or mildew starting to creep in Too many smaller hotels neglect this sort of stuff and wait until it becomes a major issue before they deal with itBreakfast was on the average to disappointing side The few hot items weren’t good, but you’ve at least got some decent pastries, juices, and the usual cereal/coffee itemsOverall, it got the job done, and we were able to spend most of our 2-night stay out doing things instead of being at the hotel But we’d have to see a notable refresh before checking in again, as there are better options at this price point

Alex H

Great value with near perfect location Rooms are not outright modern, but they are clean, comfortable and have everything needed The breakfast is a nice addition as well

The staff was friendly and easy to work withAs mentioned, the location was more than ideal It’s a ten minute walk to garden of the gods and an even simpler drive The #36 free bus is right across the street from the hotel to get to downtown Manitou Springs and runs every 20 minutes This bus can get you to the #33 free bus to the cog railway Staying here made our brief trip extremely simple, and would recommend it for people looking for a similar itinerary

April Brooke

Well I liked everything about this room minus 4 things We were right on a busy road, directly across the road was a dispensary (and the smell was potent),🤧 The room had ants

(they Sprayed- but they were still there) and no discount was given for said insects or room move We were there for 3 daysLoved the hot tub and breakfast in the morning Just wished this would have been till like 10am though but that’s just because we had a late arrival Thursday and would have liked to have slept till 9😉then get breakfast The rooms were cleaned every day Those attendants do a spectacular service!

We booked this hotel because of the pool and kids area This was the only decent part of the stay The rooms were old, ac barely worked, the bathtub wouldn’t drain while taking a shower, the coffee machine in the room didn’t work, the environment of the hotel and surrounding area was not friendly we didn’t feel completely safe the entire visit

The hot tub was not hot We didn’t want to have to move rooms so we stayed in our room but told the front desk of the issues and the response was “I’m sorry” $139 a night

This place is very big and is under construction in some areas We checked in and the front looked great But when entering from the side it was terrible

First of all the hallway and room had a weird smell Shady guests followed up us the stairs and told us to lock our cars (we always do) and that a lady had left after a few minutes Next, they joked that they were the reason she left The parking lot was bustling with shady people in and out We didn’t feel safe in the area and the room was far too disgusting to stay in Pet prints on walls and doors, hand prints on headboards, dusty, musty, no lights or appliances were plugged in There was stuff where the mattress met the boxspring like glitter, dust, and crumbs When we ran down to our car we noticed that the carpet was wet and that is where the smell was coming from The balcony was so gross Cigarettes left outsideWe left within an hour Thankfully after some debate we were able to get our money back

Obviously not the CGI picture they flaunt Instead, it’s just slapped over an old building’s logoAs you get to the room, you pass frames that are falling apart and various things that are in a state of repair (rooms, electrical, hot tub, etc)

The first couple of items, I was happy to see being repaired However, by the time you get to the pool and see work also being done there, I’m left wondering if everything is just busted all the timeWe got to the room which was overall nice Except for my kids finding a bloody tissue in their bed… And me finding pretzel stick pieces in mine I definitely hope this was just a fluke in housekeepingThe AC unit was fine Not the best we had but certainly not the worst I’ve ever seen The woman at the front was very pleasant during check-in The kids liked the pool and playground thing, but it’s just overall hard to get over finding that stuff in our beds

Great place to stay! My husband and I were traveling from Montana to Oklahoma and were able to stop here at 4 in the morning and they let us have a late check out of 1pm The beds were comfortable too not to firm and not to soft Amazing customer service and the place was extremely clean

Very modern and minimalist as well as it gives off a very free and relaxing atmosphere Will definitely stay again if we’re ever driving through in the future

This hotel was a wonderful surprise I was coming into town for my high school reunion and wanted to stay somewhere central to get back to Denver, see my sister to the south, and head west for the reunion I got in earlier and requested an early check-in

The staff was able to accommodate my request – (I did paid an upgrade charge and early check-in fee) – and got me into a room after traveling over night and a long layover at the Vegas airport The staff was friendly and welcoming with each interaction The rooms were fun and the bed was comfy I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the plant wall My kids joked that I must have felt like I was at home Will definitely stay again when visiting and look for other locations Again, thank you for getting me into a room super early so I could shower and head to my reunion, you made a huge difference in my day

Stephanie Herman

I stayed here a little over two years ago and remember it being a very pleasant experience The facilities were well taken care of, gym was fully stocked and clean and it didn’t felt scary here All reasons why I booked my entire stay in CO Springs at SCP two years later

I requested early check in about a week and a half before my stay, and was even charged for it So when I arrived at 3 pm (only an hour early) to check in I was shocked my room wasn’t ready Even after 4pm I was being told it wasn’t ready Shout out to Charles though who has great customer service skills and helped me get checked in and assisted me with my TV that wasn’t working It is almost impossible to sleep here even after being worn out from hiking all day because of the noise level outside You can hear everything The area feels super sketchy and besides going to my car to leave for my daily activities I didn’t really feel comfortable leaving my room to go check out the pool and definitely didn’t want to leave my room after dark as I was on my trip alone Within 5 minutes of arriving I was approached by a homeless person begging for money My room was fine, not dirty like other reviews said Many towels did have stains on them though The gym looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the first time I stayed here and is definitely missing equipment that used to be there Was really disappointed because I really loved this place the first time I came Unfortunately would not recommend, especially if you’re traveling alone or a family
