Room is much better than I thought it would be (although I don’t have the good view to look outside), but the bed is comfy and the bathroom has plenty space (it makes a big flush sound though so I think other room can here it) The transportation is very close to the hotel so it’s very convenient The road is quite calm and quiet, and there are many restaurants nearby to check out

I once spent the night in a hammock in a Central American jungle during a civil war & that was more pleasant than my stay at the Hilton Orrington in EvanstonRoom 1: We arrived at the Hilton Orrington in the evening and were given a room on the lower floor I asked if one was available on a higher floor and they said no

So we checked into our lower floor room There were blood stains on the bedspread, the hinge was ripped off the closet door, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, and the armchair was filthy and looked as though someone had vomited on it So the next morning we went down to the front desk, told them of the problems, and were given a room on an upper floorRoom 2: The carpet was covered in stains, the air conditioning didn’t work & there were wasps in the room We asked about having the air conditioning fixed and were told that many of the air conditioning units in the hotel didn’t work and that they would put in a work order with maintenance I asked for a fan, but they said they didn’t have any I would like to note that it was 98° outside during our stay and 78° in our room So I killed the wasps, tried to ignore the carpet stains & we suffered through the heat that night Went out for the day, got home at mid-afternoon The air conditioning had not been fixed Went down to the front desk and requested a new roomRoom 3: The very surly man at the front desk gave us a new room but we refused to move until we saw it It was 80° in that room & the air conditioning didn’t work Went back to the front desk and asked for a different roomRoom 4: Smaller than the other rooms, with stained carpet and a postage stamp size bathroom, but no flying/stinging insects & the air conditioning worked However, when we woke up the next morning the bathtub was filled with tiny spiders Fortunately, they were easily washed down the drain with the shower headOverall the staff at the front desk (with the exception of Brittany & Andy, who were lovely) were apathetic, disinterested, unhelpful &, in the case of the thin man with the beard at the front desk, overtly hostile I had assumed that the Hilton brand represented quality, but in regard to the Hilton Orrington, this is clearly not the case

Be aware if you are booking a room with a king size bed, you may sleep on a double bed! Although my online reservation clearly stated Room with a king bed, i was told by staff that my room has a “smaller size king bed” (!!) and if i want a full king, i need to upgrade The bed only had 1 night stand and was super small I just didn’t like the fact that my wife and i were lied to and staff/hotel only cared about charging extra for sth i had already booked! Stay away from this hotel!

Booked a king room Got double full size beds that barely fit both of us Both beds didn’t use a fitted sheets, which is fine if the flat sheets actually covered the mattress

Both were not completely covering the mattress at the foot of the bedAirport shuttle arrived and left late Appeared to just be sitting on the side of the hotel across the street until 5am where it pulled up to pick up people there before coming over to the Doubletree If it cannot leave on the hour as stated, the time should be adjusted Shuttle driver left the door shut until loading all bags making us wait, before letting everyone on (although there were guests from the other hotel already on the shuttle)! Why would it matter if people are already on? I’ve seen this before at this hotel during the winter thinking it I’d appropriate to have guests wait in freezing weather to board

First impression of my visit this past weekend (6/10/22) was that this place was going to be great The lobby was impressive and well maintained and check-in was friendly and efficient Unfortunately this trend did not continue

Once we reached the ninth floor the halls were overly warm a thermostat on the wall near the elevator stated it was 77 degrees and it remained that way our entire stay My group and I were treated to various unpleasant smells over the course of our weekend stay in the same hallway Again our first impressions of the room were great but that faded as the weekend drew on A moderate sized stain on the carpet we discovered when we moved a chair to play board games, small spots of peeling wallpaper, messy grout in the bathroom shower, incredibly dirty AC/heater vent, and mini fridge but no microwave were amongst the biggest annoyances for a room of the price range Breakfast was the biggest surprise, there was a buffet with a pretty standard spread of items like scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, cereal, and a fruit bar We were waved over to a table and then went to get our food, some of the items that should have been cold were room temp like the cottage cheese Imagine our surprise when the man who waved us to the table brought us checks as it was not posted anywhere or ever told to us that this was not complimentary like it is a “lower” caliber hotels After tax something like $21 per person for this buffet One of our group only had a small bowl of cereal and a glass of water Overall very disappointed

Great place to stayRooms were ample and nicely furnished, I like coffee pots that do not use pods My room had a tub, unfortunately didn’t had a chance to enjoy it

Location is unbeatable, walking distance to the outlets and very convenient shuttle service to the airportEven taking the CTA train is just a 10 minutes walk awayFront desk helped out group a lot, we had special requests and they worked hard to help usGreat place to stay, the welcome cookie is a nice touch

Standout staff Accommodating and truly kind Rooms were fine, although both rooms I stayed in had issues with shower temp and water pressure, and multiple common areas like the bar and restaurant were under renovation

They did their best Overall this is an outstanding property under renovation to keep up the standard of service you expect from their brand A great place to stay The attached Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse is a game changer

minghao liu

I’ve been to at least 10 Renaissance hotels around the world, and this is easily the worst Renaissance hotel I’ve lived at The service was terrible There was no hairdryer when we checked in, and when I tried to call the front desk, nobody answered, so I had to come to the reception

Also, they weren’t able to provide any slippersThe buildings are quite old, and due to renovation, only half the amenities are open Sound insulation is terrible We were hearing constant door slamming and children screaming, despite us staying in a CORNER ROOM! We got woken up before 7AM on both days we stayed there The shower has very low water pressure, and it takes half an hour to do a “quick” shower There’s also no access control for the elevators, which means non hotel guests can get to any floor they want Fortunately, this neighborhood is relatively safe, so this won’t pose too much of a security riskThe only upside is the price We booked two nights for $135/night, after taxes and fees, which is a good deal for the Chicago area around the memorial weekend However, with the problems mentioned above, this hotel isn’t worth the price

CATALYTIC CONVERTER THEFT: We stayed here for a wedding and the room was very nice and clean However, our car, parked in the hotel lot had its catalytic converter stolen overnight Unfortunately, there are no cameras on the parking lots so the police couldn’t do anything

The GM returned my voicemail and did comp our room which was very appreciated (but not much to offset the cost of a new catalytic converter) The theft of catalytic converters is not unique to this hotel, but its proximity to 94 definitely makes it a target I personally feel like putting in cameras is an important step the hotel should take A Marriott should provide some level of security I’m a student and this financial loss is not easily absorbed Just be aware!

Just had lunch there with my daughter, grandchildren and wife outside in one of the bubbles For those of you who don’t know about the bubble, it’s an outdoor dining climate controlled bubble that fits eight people Six would be more comfortable tho

Each bubble has an electric space heater and electric wood fireplace Temperature inside was great Outdoor temperature was 39 degrees Food service is offered We had crab cakes, burgers, chicken fingers and chocolate fondue All were very tasty and hot The service was attentive and friendly This is a great concept offered during the pandemic Cheers

Great location for shopping and dining The room was spacious except for shower which was narrow I forgot to request for a fridge and microwave

Which I got by without it Bed was clean and comfortable I also liked it was pet friendly I just wished some people gave courtesy to pick up after their pets Maybe they can post doggy bags in front of the building Overall I enjoyed my stay

Rosalinda Perez

If I could give it a zero I would I planned a getaway for my husband and I The room is spacious and comfortable but smells like mold or pee

They say on website they have 24hr room serviceNo roomservice at allThe TV has 1 free movie channel just showtime The rest of channels are basic cable with commercials No Streaming available from your phone or laptopThey have pay preview for $1999 a movie They are showing pretty women okay its 2022 not 1990s for $1999I know it sound ridiculous but they say this place is 5 starsI could have gone to Hampton suites or one of those for the price u pay her at $285 a night u think u will be able to get food delivered to room and watch a movie and get comfyThe only other superior thing going on in this hotel is u can bring your dog You are gonna need it

Chanel Hamer

I stayed at Sheraton Chicago Northbrook Hotel, for my birthday (3/4 -3/8), I had a lovely time, even when I locked myself out of my room (more than once) I was given extra rooms keys with a smile The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the GM went out of his way to make me feel welcome Only negative is that I wish there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room

other that that I have highly recommend Sheraton Chicago Northbrook Hotel

My husband and I came into town for his 40-year High School reunion It was a great experience! After a long drive and exhaustion, I called the hotel to see if we would be able to check in early Maria was the sweetest and told us we could

That set the tone for the perfect stayThe rest of the staff was very friendly Beautiful hotel and cleanTo it off everything was within walking distanceWe had a wonderful stay and will be back

Vinh Le

Despite the other reviews, I went anyway and to find that people there are really nice especially Maria Just a hello and we had a great conversation about life, great customer service The hotel may need some upgrades but don’t we all; I think we should stop judging and just focus on the positive sides of thing and just enjoy it

Cause if you are able to be at a Doubletree Hilton during this pandemic time, pat yourself on the back and just go enjoy! ❤️ For me the highlight was meeting another like minded person and connecting while enjoying the Pool that indoor outdoor pool as you can see in my pictures is def amazing Go live it up and Thank you Hilton for a relaxed time much needed

Eric Bell

Service was pretty good but the nightly fee they charge for what amounts to tips for housekeeping was kind of cheap If the housekeeping is good I’ll tip accordingly, but don’t fail to disclose this when I book it then I find out when I get there that it’s mandatory Overall pretty good hotel, nice and clean, but I didn’t get a chance to visit the attached restaurant and the shuttle service isn’t very reliable as I had to hail a few ubers

Incredible staff Loved all interactions with the people working here But the hotel is simply dated

Needs a renovation Not worth $150 especially with breakfast not included $190 total including breakfast Friendly staff, quick shuttle, and newer fitness equipment made me consider 2 starsThe pool was locked by deadbolt the one night we were there so we couldn’t use it Fitness Center was shoved into 2 long storage closets with no water reloaded in the self serve stations Breakfast buffet is only available on weekends when the hotel expects more income so overpriced menu only on weekdays No refrigerator in the room No bottles of water in the room except from front desk And once again, the interior of the rooms and common areas need an update bad if they want to compete successfully in this price pointHilton needs to audit this one and push ownership to invest in the property to update everything in order to keep the flag And give the staff a raise for making this property seem better than it is!

OA Dorsey

We stayed here overnight, and I really enjoyed my stay The check-in service was warm and professional (thank you Rosa) The room was spacious, clean and the bed was VERY COMFORTABLE

My only disappointment were the towels They were not what you expect from a HILTON property The towels were very abrasive, they need to be discarded and replaced with soft, fluffy and plush towelsthe ones you EXPECT FROM A HILTON HOTEL Other than that, my stay was WONDERFUL!!!😊😊😊😊

Tricia Walania

This was a great experience The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating We were in town for a wedding that was taking place at this hotel

Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome The front desk staff was friendly and personable It was great having a restaurant right there as well as a Starbucks Our room was clean and comfortable The elevators and common areas were clean, well kept The hotel is close to many things and has easy access to the highway and airport The ballrooms were great too, a lot of room and the wait staff at the wedding reception were friendly and working hard to clear plates and refill drinks Can’t wait to stay here again

Lots of amenities Garage parking is included Restaurant is excellent, well run, friendly and reasonably priced

We had breakfast/brunch 3 days and it was very convenient and good Manager and wait staff were friendly and happy to please Housekeeping was excellent, cleaned rooms daily, facility is sanitary and spotless Gym, pool, saunas, hot tub were greatOnly criticism was sports club desk staff not attuned to running a hotel Maybe a post covid problem? No information in the rooms about hotel features, hours, etc Cable TV has problems with sound, but we were too busy to watch TVA Hollywood movie was being filmed there both nights of our stay A little inconvenient but definitely Chicago unique! We will definitely book again

Nic Van Til

Expensive, but worth the price Very upscale feel, clean rooms, and attentive staff Shoutout to Chase working the front desk

You have access to the fitness center facilities while you stay, so if that is something you are looking for, you will be very pleased with what they have on-siteThe connected restaurant/bar was also a great experience The food menu is somewhat limited due to the nature of it being a hotel restaurant, but what they do have is all incredible Actually very reasonable prices for drinks and food as well Good vibe at the bar if you need somewhere to escape to during your stay Bartenders were very friendlyThe only downside was trying to check-in early was essentially impossible due to the rooms not being ready, but we were able to get in around the guaranteed 4pm check-in time They will hold your bags for you if you arrive early and want to hang out at the bar or go somewhere else while you wait for your room

Ara Jaden

Overall this was a missed opportunity The service was lacking from checkout to departure The staff offered no info on amenities, didn’t ask whether I’d been there before, so my review speaks only to the hotel

Maybe it gets better? For me however, my experience was an elevator that smelled like sweat every day and a room with walls thin enough to hear slamming doors and weights dropping throughout my stay The pillows seemed to have waterproof covers that had to deflate before you could settle in Overall not a good experienceThe only positives I can really say they offered was the convenience of parking

This hotel is a hidden gem! We stayed in a suite & had everything we needed in plenty of space Every question or request that we had was quickly & happily fulfilled The breakfast was great

The beds were extremely comfortable The only negative is that the pool was closed at the time The A/C worked easily and we’ll (not always the case elsewhere) The towels were superb, soft & fluffy & absorbent The restaurant next door was superb as well

Six Star Service!! Above the expectation We needed a park n fly with a stay on the night of our return flight ESTIA was perfect

I have never heard of this “brand” so was skepticalDay before departure received a call from the hotel to ask me what time I would need a shuttle when I arrivedVery good communication to process when we returned Informative wallet card given to me for referenceHere is the sixth star part: Our flight arrived about 20 minutes early As I was walking through the airport to baggage/shuttle area I received a phone call (11:20 at night) They called me and said they watched my flight status and saw I landed early and confirmed I will be at the pick up spot as the shuttle driver just left on his way to the airport!!O Hare shuttle pick up can be a bit far and a tad confusing for first timer (We learned this prior) Follow the red shuttle pick up signs & underground tunnel and hall to red elevator up to door 2Shuttle arrived shortly after we got to the pick up spot Driver was courteous and a safe driver, loaded our bags Bus was clean and professional lookingHotel is nice, nothing over the top fancy, room a bit small and tiny bathroom but was clean, had a great mattress and hot showerFront desk has a local pizza delivery referral that was very good Filtered water dispenser in lobby was a nice refreshmentWe slept too late for the breakfast (ends at 9am) I guess we needed the sleep The breakfast space and furniture looked very nice Our next visit we will try itVery nice area I felt safe leaving my car there I have used the Hampton in the past but will definitely call ESTIA againI was told at checkout Call direct They can give you a better rate 😉 Next time We will

Blane Schippers

Estia is simply fantastic It was really easy to book a room and shuttle service We did the park/sleep/fly option and it worked out perfectly

The staff was extremely nice and helpful The room was nice and clean Free breakfast with coffee Fast and convenient shuttle service The staff went above and beyond for us I left my backpack containing my laptop in the shuttle and they were kind enough to mail it to me so I didn’t have to drive all the way back I can’t say enough about Estia and the staff there Do not second guess this option This hotel is wonderful and I will be going back on my nice trip

We stayed here for 2 nights in Room 2c It was the cheapest place in the area and with really good reviews like 5 starts almost, but I have to say

it was dirty and in bad shape The bed was pretty comfortable, our private bathroom was clean but the room was literally dirty The large area rug looked like it had not been vacuumed in a very long time, the very creaky wood floor was filthy, the beautiful woodwork along with all surfaces were dusty, the robes where discusting Within walking distance of a lot of nice shops, restaurants, Lake Shore Dr, etc If you don’t mind the uncleanliness, it is a great location which seemed to be safeThe inn-keeper was a nice guy, he gives a lot of advice, the places beautiful but they need to take more care

patti swanson

We stayed here two nights while our apartment in Chicago was being painted It was very affordable, and they really are pet-friendly! (Nearby AirBnBs allowing cats were 2-4x the price, while hotels in the area allowing it were

scary-looking This was a rare find)We found it to be very cozy and comfotable, and peacefully quiet at night It is an old building with some creaks and groans, but that was part of the charm for us The property has awesome historic vibes — you feel like you’re staying in a 1920s rooming house! Bathrooms were private, located across the hall, with robes provided for your convenienceThe free parking was a huge perk and we definitely enjoyed having some cocktails downstairs at the speakeasy as part of our visit!

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!!! I booked a room for two nights at Old Chicago Inn in December When I arrived, I discovered there is no onsite reception and that you have to call ahead to arrange to check-in I called and left voicemails at the number with the hotel many times over the next few days and was never able to reach anyone

I originally booked through Hotwire and paid upfront, through so far I have not been able to get a refund even though I was never able to check in or reach anyone at the hotel and Hotwire also has not been able to reach anyone there Pretty messed up and VERY EXPENSIVE since I had to book another hotel for the weekend at the last minute

Based on the pictures, location and 3 star rating, I thought this would be a great place to stay However, I was not pleased The hotel is a 2

5 star at best The attention to detail is lacking The light switches in my room needed cleaning, lack of warm/hot water in the shower, the bed ruffle looked like a balled up Kleenex and most importantly the lack of access for people with mobility issues I had to drag my suitcase up the entrance stairs(which I have trouble using) There is a contraption that appeared to be a lift for someone disabled but it was not working I think it is important to state that when a customer makes a reservation because it is a deal breaker And I am guessing it is not ADA compliant

The location of the hotel is convenient if you don’t want to stay in downtown Chicago The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and walkable Restaurants, groceries, and coffee shops are located within a 5 minute walk

The reception and check in process was more than satisfying The room was clean but the beds, carpet, and curtains are old and smell bad, it’s time for changing them $18 for overnight parking is quite expensive for that area The train rails are across the street from the hotel, and I could hear it from the 3rd floor in my room

Terrible value for ~$100 a night First room we were in did not have a working toilet Ended up getting moved to another room and guess what? No hot water

Along with all of that, you need a card to get in your room, to access the building from the parking garage, and to work the elevator That’s totally okay when you’re actually given cards that work Multiple times my card(s) didn’t work on the readers and I had to get new cards Customer service kinda sucked but at least they were nice Would not recommend this hotel

Visited as part of a four-day stay for college tours and it was great Very quiet Loved having a quick breakfast before we set out each day

Location was great for many school visits, thanks to the Red Line Loyola stop, which is steps from the hotel The staff was friendly and active, always working to keep the breakfast area clean and restocked or helping guests at the front desk They all seemed to enjoy working there and seemed to function well as a team You don’t always get that vibe from hotel staffs

Hampton Inn Chicago North Loyola Station is a great hotel in a great location and has a wonderful staff Customer service was wonderful Sherry and Josh provided excellent customer service

My family loved them I certainly would recommend this hotel and look forward to future visits The complimentary breakfast could have offered a few more options, but the hours were good The bed was comfortable, and my room was pretty nice and spacious I was able to get an adjoining room, so a portion of my family was right next to me I am pleased Thanks!

Great hotel with great staff and good rooms, but the parking was absolute garbage The Sheridan street parking was free at night from 10pm to 7am, but then it costs like $2 per hour during the day, and no parking at all is allowed from 7am to 9am So I wake up at 7 to move my car to the nearby residential parking, and it’s all permit only parking in every direction, not normal residential

So the option is like $35 per night to have valet parking, or $20 something per day to walk down the road to a parking garage There’s no parking spaces for diamond members, or free valet for diamond members The parking is so bad that I checked out the first morning, a week early

Check in was fast super friendly person the room extra clean and beautiful The bathroom was over sized different sort of sink just don’t turn it on full speed but the shower is wonderful Beds comfortable but small extra soft pillows

We got the shuttle to airport in the morning runs every 15 minutes on time There are 3 restaurants on or around property They are all kind of high end in price but good food We ate at there personal restaurant and enjoyed our meal Will definitely use this hotel again for future travels Also parking in in a garage so cars not left out on lot

Jiri Tvrdik

Everything was exceptional except that the phone system in the rooms continues to be a mystery with me It would be helpful to have some directions in using itThe rooms have everything I need, even a very comfortable chair with foot rest

Room service was great, food excellent and and hot The bed was like sleeping on a cloudI will continue coming to Loews when traveling through Chicago because of the high quality It’s an exceptional home away from home

Spencer Ray

If you are coming to the Rosemont area, this is simply the nicest hotel The rooms were updated, comfortable, and large The toilet paper and bathtub size could be improved in the 1 bedroom suite

However the shower and water pressure left nothing to be desired for a hotel The bedding was the most comfortable I’ve used in the areaThe service was second to none I was here for a busy convention and there also happened to be 2 weddings that weekend at the hotel At no point did I feel Loews was short staffed or made any service concessions as others have The text service was wonderful and every single staff member I interacted with in person or via phone brought a very high level of professionalism and enthusiasm They should sincerely receive commendations for their hard work and effortI did not like the parking garage if it is busy you might be parking on the high floors, I wish I utilized the valetI only wish it was closer to the convention center I’ll be staying at Loews for all future events at Donald However, utilizing a shuttle for hourly service or we would be a great value add service for a busy convention

Lovely staff and great service in a spacious, contemporary hotel for a good price The lobby has a place for both meals and cocktails, and the courtyard is great for enjoying the outdoors when the weather permits The rooms are cozy and have a good layout

Whenever an inconvenience would be made, the staff would go above and beyond to make you feel cared for and well served Absolutely recommend

Room was full of spider /bugs My daughter was bit all over We had to move to a whole new hotel

When I brought my daughter to the front desk of the hotel to show the workers that my daughter was covered in bites and tell them that we needed to leave the manager found it appropriate to tell me about his own ration show me pictures of his body covered in a rash and try and compare that to what my daughter had and say that my six-year-old had a stress rash We packed up and left the hotel to stay at a nearby Marriott that’s much cleaner We where not refunded for our whole stay and had to pay 300$ for the 3 nights we slept with bugs

The main benefit of this hotel is the location, but otherwise the amenities are lacking Several amenities listed on the website are no longer being offered (like the “connect your own device”) There was also a huge issue with the billing where the hotel several times assured me the correct card would be charged but yet it was still incorrect

This took a couple of back and forth phone calls to solve a week laterRoom itself was fine minus a few reddish stains on the bathroom wall and towels

Great room, great service! We went for a short visit over the July 4th weekend and expected chaos We were pleasantly surprised with the level of service, the quality of the room and even the meals in the restaurantWe can’t wait to stay again!

Very disappointed by the “customer service” here They operate with no compassion or humanity and only care about their bottom line We have been to the various bars and restaurants affiliated with the hotel and have always had mediocre service

I mainly want to highlight two very bad guest relations moments with this hotel:- Prior to booking our hotel block for our wedding my dad wanted to give us a pre wedding gift trying out the hotel When he called to make a reservation they refused to give him a room or let him pay for our room- Fast forward two years later after celebrating our wedding at hotel Zachary and having a room block, we wanted to relive our fun memories from the year prior We were so excited to stay at the hotel, we booked our room in August the year prior Unfortunately I got COVID and could no longer make the booking I tried to call to change my reservation and had it cancelled immediately and was told the manager would call me back They never did call, so I called back Lucky me for the director of operations answered Unlucky me, the director of operations cares more for his number than his guests You would think there would be a human running a hospitality serviced hotel, but instead I got a soulless robot that kept saying “I cannot adjust the room pricing because it is based off dynamic pricing” He gave no room to accommodate us given the circumstances, and it made me incredibly sad because we loved our wedding day the previous year** Our wedding weekend 6/5/21 was great We worked with a lovely human, Daniel Lewellin, that went above and beyond to help us Unfortunately no longer works at the hotel, and sadly I think he took all the guest service and hospitality with him when he leftWe are very sad to say we will no longer be patrons of any of Hotel Zachary’s business

Beautiful room, warm and welcoming staff, and a historical building given new life It’s a magical spot I loved the welcome we got, multiple staff members helping us check in and giving tips and recommendations

The building is gorgeous I am not a fan of the musky woodsy scent they are curating in the lobby but I trust their process otherwise Our room was clean, cozy, and even has a partial view of the lakeThe restaurant on site was great! The food is fresh and hearty and the staff was so friendly and helpful I wish it was easier to get food to your room from the hotel! The pigs in a blanket and bacon mac were a great way to wind down a long dayThe bar to the left of the entrance had the most welcoming bartender who made me a delicious bourbon drink with a bit of a light finish I’d gladly drink again The bar space is the attached photo! Thanks for the wonderful welcome! We are excited to be here the next few days

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here! The hotel is clean and provides a great history behind its location, and the staff is incredibly friendly The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel key cards are actually made to look like famous NU alumni student ID’sOur stay was special because of the bartender, Tara

She made excellent conversation and was extremely accommodating when my partner and I came in right when the bar closed Her kindness made our night and elevated our experience here

Really poor customer service ruins an otherwise interesting hotel that’s loaded with charmThe joy of staying in a place that’s not a cookie cutter chain A place with a wonderful personality

The staff is warm and courteous with no canned speeches What a pleasure talking a real peopleThere’s a refrigerator in the room and your 1 and 1/2 blocks from a Whole Foods marketSince there’s only one elevator and it’s very slow, I suggest booking a floor you can walk to
