The rooms at one point were probably really nice Would rate them as 4 stars at the presentThe Sun for the pool deck is now blocked by the under construction Aston Martin Building next door

Not their fault but def something to note if you want to take advantage of pool from 8-11 in the morning Sun on other side of building in the afternoonWe were lucky with the valet but some in our party were not as lucky Waited an hour for his car trying to take his daughter to urgent careAttended a wedding which was great!! Beautiful ballroom and service during the eventFloors were dirty in our room when we arrived and there was still trash from the previous party in the room No body wash, just one bar of soap you have to use at both the sink and in the shower They can do better in this areaSummary: This was probably really nice before COVID Service around the hospitality industry is down as whole and they are no exception The under construction building blocks out sun for what probably used to be a great pool deck which was a major bummer for our stay

The Absolute Best

The service is incredible (shout out to Isaiah, spelling?) and everyone else at the front desk who made us feel so warm and welcome and at home after many days of flight cancellations We needed that and are so grateful! The views and hotel rooms are also amazing and it is walking distance to so many great spots Highly recommend!

It’s not worth it I do not recommend this place Melissa has horrible customer service

They over charged 8100 for room service we never received They had the audacity to blame me for not receiving the food, when it took over an hour to deliver a pizza and wings We were told not to worry about it and they will remove it That wasn’t the case We were LIED to And it is a violation of their policy to charge for services not signed for They charge a resort fee… but there is No RESORT They have a pool That’s it Overall it’s not worth they hype or the money Save your money and go to a more worthy, customer driven hotel Melissa does not have any customer service skills The valet lady was RUDE, and the valley take 20-30 minutes! They offer free rose at social hour but it was so cheap and disgusting, I was not able to drink my glass This is not a 5 start resort, this is not qualityAlso, I paid for water views and received a pool view When I called down to complain upon entering the room the lady tried to convince me it is a water view However, I explained I can’t see the water, I only see the pool She claimed that’s is the water viewAfter some back and forth she reluctantly offered to move my room the next day, to a room WITH a water viewThere are 2 pools but the pool with the cabanas is only for residents, the smaller pool, without cabanas was the one we were allowed use I felt segregatedThe rate is not 200 a night, after all the fees and 50$ parking it’s closer to 400$ a nightBeware! Go to a MUCH nicer, better, more accommodating hotel for this rate

Such a nice, quiet, clean hotel! Stayed during Ultra Music Festival and it wasn’t busy or chaotic at all Staff were very nice, attentive and welcoming Room was super quiet despite construction on a building next door (which you can see and hear from the pool area but wasn’t too bad)

We stayed in a deluxe king room and it was huge, basically a studio apartment Even came with a washer-dryer combo, kitchenette with sink, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and fridge and an espresso machine with decaf and regular plus creamer/sugar/sweeteners There are little amenities for purchase in the dresser including a charging kit Brickell City Center is next door with lots of shops and restaurants Everything is within walking distance The pool was pretty quiet most days and easy to get a cabana There is a small shallow walk in pool and a bigger 4 foot deep pool adjacent Hotel guests don’t have access to the rooftop pool at the very top floor, that is only for residents (who have their own entrance and elevator to the building) Will definitely stay again!

I stayed at The Lux for my birthday and let me tell you I was treated like a Queen from the moment I walked in by Mario! He made sure he met all of my expectations and did it with a smile The pool area was my favorite, not to mention the nice balcony area to catch those sunsets If you’re looking for a great place to stay

this hotel is a must! Thanks Mario and Jose for a great birthday weekend!

Janean Gardner

Rooms are very spacious and well decorated The roof top pool is beautiful but this is not the right time of the year to think for one minute it will be a relaxing experience There is a new building being constructed right next door, so it is extremely loud when laying out at the pool

Also the staff/hotel are very particular about only giving there guest one towel There is no one here and I can’t get an extra towel? This would never happen at the W First and Last for me

I had a nice stay here My room was beautiful and had a great view of the marina The location is also perfect and the area seemed extremely safe

The only downside to my stay was the lack of housekeeping I stayed about one week and my room was not cleaned once I had to go to the front desk to get towels and I ended up taking my trash downstairs to the trash bin I mentioned it to the front desk several times and they were very pleasant, but still the housekeeping team never showed up Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable stay

I usually don’t write reviews even if my experience wasn’t as good as it could have been, but this place was bad Very incompetent staff We booked our reservation a few months prior to our wedding date

When we first booked this hotel we called the hotel and told them we are getting married and asked if we can have a room on the top floor with a nice view We called and spoke to many different people leading up to the event, as they reassured us there were notes on the account that we are getting married and they will try their best to get us a nice view We check in, our view was of a building being constructed which was very loud after being told you can’t hear the construction on the 19th floor while checking in, which you can We asked if they could change our room but was told there was nothing they could do The bathroom is so tiny the sink bowl is probably 6 inches wide, and the over all bathroom is extremely tiny After telling multiple people upon booking we are getting married no one told us the king size room is very small and has a tiny bathroom We had to use my mother in laws bathroom which was large with her double bed room to get ready in the morning because the bathroom was extremely tight, getting ready for a normal day let alone in wedding attire was near impossible in the king size room When checking out, my mom spoke with the front desk about how inappropriate the room and bathroom size was for a wedding and they lied saying they weren’t aware we were getting married Which again multiple people confirmed over the phone they saw notes on the account months weeks and days leading up to our check in date for the wedding I would not stay here again Construction noise was very loud during the morning and throughout the whole day and the staff don’t care We also got a huge nail in our car tire from the construction going on next door which put a huge hole in our tire it could not be plugged we had to replace it The best staff in the entire hotel was the valet Those employees work very hard and cared the most about their guests They remembered us every time we had to use our car they were very friendly and quick The valet staff is a 5 star, the rest of the hotel was an embarrassment Don’t book this hotel if you want a very loud construction view being pawned off as a “city view” They did not disclose construction was being done next door when booking For the amount of money this hotel charges, along with their “resort fee”, the service, king size room is a joke Way better hotels in the area, don’t waste your time here

Kel Ruiz

Excellent location of the hotel, everything you need to enjoy is within walking distance The hotel facilities are very clean, the staff very friendly, the girl at the reception is super attentive The room very clean, very comfortable, everything ready and prepared for a good rest

The only extra is the valet Parking $31 but price comfort is worth it, it’s nothing serious

Do not stay at this hotelIt’s the worst Hilton I have stayed at in ten years Let me start with my room

The balcony door won’t stay closed because the whole locking mechanism is rusted beyond repairNever mind, we’ll just go downstairs for dinner and a drink Nope The hotel has 508 rooms and no restaurant It’s the pandemic was the explanation No, it’s really poor management that can’t retain staff because they treat them so poorlyBut you can eat in the bar I got an $1800 Cuban sandwich that wasn’t edible I complained to the waiter, and then the bar manager who didn’t apologize or offer a replacement She shrugged and walked awayBeyond the lack of food, the hotel has jacked up the prices of drinks A glass of wine is $1700 The wine costs less than $1500 for a bottle They know you can’t go anywhere nearby and do they are happy to gouge their guestsSkip the wine and have a draft beer to beat the heat No, the draft system has been broken for 10 days now But, they explained, it’s sure to be fixed sometime soon(ish)I repeat, do not stay at this hotel

Michael Bolado

We were pleasantly surprised with what we received The staff were amazingly nice and helpful The hotel is great for the price you pay

We got to check-in early without being charged I know, it sounds like everyone should expect that but I don’t except anything more than what it states in the contract This facility went above and beyond for us I would highly recommend it and hope everyone receives the great service that we did Thank you for making our honeymoon unforgettable

Christine Fabbro

We made a brief overnight stay here on a Friday night before cruising It’s a beautiful hotel with a lovely pool on site It has a restaurant, convenience store, and coffee shop on site

It is also near other shopping and restaurants and very conveniently located to the airport with a free shuttle service The suite we stayed in had a lovely room and bathroom with a separate living room, television and balcony overlooking the pool The hotel is reasonably priced and staff was warm and welcoming

My husband & I stayed here Sunday-Thursday because I had a procedure Monday that required me to be on bed rest The welcome was very gracious & kind We got exactly what we wanted- peace & quiet

The hotel was clean & the staff was kind I especially liked the window sill/sofa in the room to get a little sun while I was on rest! When it came to the food- we couldn’t go wrong We tried almost everything at Edge during breakfast, lunch & dinner & everything was delectableMy only issue would be the valet I’ve always been hesitant to do valet (no matter the level of the hotel) & this left another bad mark on me My app notified me that my car was unlocked & had the windows down all night When I woke up I notified the front desk & they resolved it, but I truly believe that’s something shouldn’t have occurred My car now has a peculiar smell

We stayed at the Four Seasons Miami-Brickell for two weeks this June From the moment of our arrival to check-out, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay The entire staff went above and beyond to make our entire family comfortable and satisfied

From meeting our every need to sending a sizable chocolate tennis racket arrangement when my daughter got into medical school, the staff exceeded our expectations in every possible manner The food and drink was world-class—the chefs and bartenders worked tirelessly to prepare meals and beverages to our specific preferences While the entire staff was fantastic, Santa was a particular highlight of our stay Throughout our trip, she ensured we were always taken care of, from valet to housekeeping, restaurant booking and much more The manager at the pool was equally wonderful, and helped us book a last-minute reservation at an extremely popular restaurant in Miami The housekeeping staff was clean, efficient, and incredibly warm to each member of our family—always doing their best to meet our various needs I give my highest recommendation to the Four Seasons Miami-Brickell and look forward to returning as soon as possible for another stay

You are always a quick hop to the beach as wellI can not express enough how much I love and recommend this hotel! Safe travels

Fabulous experience Check in was super fast and the staff gave my infant son a teddy bear when we arrived The room was beautiful and immaculate

Many thoughtful details everywhere The staff were extremely attentive and kind The umbrellas were all being used when we arrived at the pool so we were given a cabana so our baby could get shade from the sun Room service was very prompt and the food is delicious The neighborhood is cool and very convenient with many shops and restaurants within walking distance We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend to others

Carolyn Alexander

This was a very nice hotel, and the neighborhood is very cute I will say, I was disappointed in my room’s view I booked a “Courtyard View” room and paid nearly $2000 for 2 nights

Upon arrival, I was given room 109 (See photo) My room was directly over a parking lot and rooftops of surrounding businesses one which was doing construction I called to be moved and was moved up to 309 same view just a little higher where I atleast could see a bit of the city The room, balcony and bathroom themselves were nice My other issue was with the breakfast bar in the lobby I ordered a muffin and Coke Zero which came out to just over $10 Service fees had been included on every check, so I asked him for change to which he responded “are you sure?” A few minutes later, I asked him just for a $5 10 minutes later, I was handed a few ones appeared to be $3, and I again asked him for a $5 bill Seemed a little shady Overall it was a nice stay, but to me those are things worth mentioning

Wedding Party staying at the hotelI personally wanted to say thank 3 Individuals that work on the rooftop in the restaurant mossimo the manager Daniel the server and Fabio the bartender if it wasn’t for them and their excellent customer service we would have left Mr C with a very unpleasant review review

Thank you for making our visit to the restaurant so pleasant it was really great

Great location Has food options and shopping right by it if needed The staff was very welcoming, happy, friendly, always laughing and busy! Food was made, but to take out for breakfast but wonderful selection

Warm and ready to go Waffles, hard boiled eggs sausage, yogurt, fruit cups, fruit, juice, coffee, and more Games in the pool area were wonderful with a charcoal grill if you needed We definitely would stay here again We used the coin laundry as well! Yes, it is a little older, and all the doors are outside, no inside hallways But that wouldn’t keep up from coming back We loved it Beds were decent for us, and we felt safe and comfy

Erin Kimberly

I had a great stay here The room was very clean, had everything I could need Mini fridge, coffee maker, kitchen sink, full bathroom with everything, a loveseat and a table with chairs? So cute! The staff were all excellent, so friendly and helpful

Stayed at the hotel during a family vacation to Miami and despite the pool being out of service for a couple of days while we were there, they eventually opened it, I still gave this hotel a 5 star rating The staff was great, cleanliness of the hotel and room was great as well, the morning breakfast was delicious and they had a pretty big selection of breakfast food The hotel is conveniently located in a good spot in downtown Miami

I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Miami

Claudia Duncan

Hotel is not convenient if you don’t have a car and need to walk to restaurants etc Breakfast was great but crowded if you go late Room was clean but a little run down

No hangers in the closet and we forgot a toothbrush but they didn’t have any Room seemed kind of dark Lights seemed to have very low watt bulbs in them Hallways dark too Bathroom was pretty nice but toilet paper holder was about to fall off I would still recommend this hotel as what I saw as problems were just little things The price was good and the room big with 2 large TVs

Leonard Riforgiato

I was a resident of Miami for 38 years, and moved away in 2020 This was my first trip back, and I found this hotel to be exactly what I was hoping to find Clean, comfortable, uncomplicated, super-conveniently located, and well-run by the management and staff

As it was less than a mile from my old home, I look forward to my next stay there I highly recommend it; great value-for-money as well, in a town that can get expensive

Great place to stay! The hotel is well-located, with a Publix right across the street The front desk staff is amazing – super polite, helpful and fun The room good

The beds are a bit too soft – I felt like I was sleeping over a bunch of blankets, rather than a mattress The shower did not have much water pressure, though – it felt more like a drizzle I had some noisy neighbors for one night, but other than that the room was pretty quiet Plenty of outlets to charge my gear as well – and two spacious desks Not bad at all

Crys Jack

I had the pleasure of staying here for an extended period of time and I really enjoyed it The rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is nice and quiet and the location is perfect for a drive to the beach and great meal afterwards as Miracle Mile is within a 5 min walk Veronica at the front desk was very helpful, always greeted guest with a smile and offered the best restaurant recommendations!!Had to shout her out because her dedication stood out, her positivity is radiant, shes a real asset to the company

Nowadays when you chose a place to stay you can only hope to encounter people who truly care

Steph

This hotel is fantastic It was clean, felt safe, and was located in a very convenient area just across from the publix and walking distance from many shops and restaurants we planned to visit The pool was beautiful and VERY well-kept, and both times we were up there we were the only people there

It was a wonderful place to relax The staff were prompt and helpful, although it did take a couple phone calls to reach the front desk a couple times and there didn’t seem to be anywhere to fill our water bottles? At least not that any staff was aware of Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here and would totally come back Big shoutout to the valet staff but especially the older man who seemed to be working a 24/7 shift — he was SO kind and helpful and really made us feel special to be there!

We stayed at The Fortune House during weekdays as there is always something to do in Miami and the location is great to just walk to food and entertainment The hotel is perfect for families with all the amenities you could think of My daughters loved their room and the view from the balcony

We had a double room suite and the master was perfect sized with a separate dressing area and an spacious bathroom Nice kitchen with utensils perfect for family breakfast before leaving to explore the city The also have a restaurant in the lobby with great food and entertainment during some nights All around recommended!

First of all I had no idea the level of luxury I was booking when I booked this hotel on snaptravel I seen the price for the days I needed to stay and I jumped on it But once I arrived here, valet was waiting at the door

As I walked up to the entrance a gentleman greeted me and opened the door for me I got to the check in counter and the staff were very kind The check in process was marvelous They even have an option to check your luggage in upon your arrival and deliver them to your room Now you don’t have to haul them up the elevator, I love that I was even offered champagne 🍾 🤩 Once I got to the room I was blown away! I had no idea I was booking an actual suite with a full kitchen! The entire place was exquisite and clean! The views are breath taking and I definitely will be booking here again Not to mention, my bags were delivered within 15 minutes of me actually walking into my room that’s good business right there! I loved it If I could give 10s across the board I would!

I stayed at fortune hotel this past weekend and what can I say? It was a wonderful experience! As soon as I arrived I got greeted by a few gentlemen at the valet who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of what they were doing I was then helped by a young gentleman named Jose He was a well mannered and kind bellboy who helped me get each and one of my luggages out my car

As I came in the lobby I was greeted by all guest services in a very polite way They were very helpful and gave me lots of detail about the different amenities they offered Nick, the manager was the absolute best! He offered to help us upgrade our room to make our stay much better, he was very kind and eager to please The room was very spacious and nice, with a very nice view House keeping was also keeping our stay as clean as possible Overall I rate my experience a 10/10 I had such a nice experience and I will love to do it again 🙂

This hotel is OLD That’s the main word that comes to mind The rooms are huge, but they’re super sparse

There’s two tiny nightstands that are placed so far from the bed you can reach them There’s a desk that’s got dents and scratches everywhere All of the furniture is this old granite on top of old fake wood The bathroom is old linoleum and plastic There’s nothing on the bathroom counter Not even cups for water or holding your toothbrush The sinks are old and the handles are old There’s even weird liquid dried up on the walls in the bathroomEven the art is dated and the frames look like they live been here for 80 years In addition, they’ve been doing construction in the room above me for hours and no one seems to know when it will stop Tried calling the concierge He got super awkward and told me he’d call me back Never didThe only good thing about this hotel is the view from the rooms That said, you’ve got a great balcony but no chairs or anything on it and there’s not even an extra chair in the room for you to take out there to enjoyThe pool is at the same level as the highway so it’s super loud The chairs are literally falling apart The towels that they provide are just shower towelsLastly, the walls are paper thin I heard every single person that came in last nightI’d probably suggest somewhere else in Miami, this is not a 4 star Hyatt

Just got here and planing to stay for 8 days It’s nice but not special The reason I am giving this hotel such a bad rating is because they don’t keep that traveler is mind

This hotel is “too good” to have a guest laundry room Too good to provided basic needs for a traveler In the last week I have spent each night at a different hotel ( not one other negative review given) I drove five hours to get here only to be left with a dilemma of if I want to spent 7-15$ per piece of clothing to get washed via the ridiculous dry cleaning laundry service they provide Or get back in my car find a laundry mat and hope I can get it all done before 4 pm tomorrow Imagine if I needed it by 8am or 6 am No time to rest, no time to unwind just panic and uncertainty Not the first vibe any hotel should aspire to create for its guests This hotel is not all one star, but I have given this rating to raise the attention of its superiors to do something about this Let’s make laundry rooms the norm at all hotels And let’s me hotels that have the “I’m too good you” a vibe of the past

I had a great experience The room I was given was a corner room with floor to ceiling windows and amazing views from every direction I booked a pool view and got a great deal on it

The beds were very comfy, the room was clean, the lobby and hotel decor was beautiful and the staff were curteous and helpful Unfortunately I didn’t get to use the hotel amenities as much as I’d like There were places I wanted to try inside the hotel because to my surprise they had vegan options, but it just didn’t work out because we were so busyThe only downside is that we visited during a busy time so one of the pools (the super nice one with the waterfall and slide) was always so packed that you couldn’t get a lawn chair or any seating etc There was way too many people It would be gross to go into a pool with that many people packed into it as well So unfortunately I was super excited for the pools and didn’t really get to use them It’s Orlando though, there was so much to do that it wasn’t a deal breaker We did use the secondary pool a couple times which was also pretty busy I removed a star due to the pool issuesI’m very happy with my experience here If I’m back in Orlando I will stay here again as long as it’s not during busy season

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a stay They compare thousands of booking web sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in the area

I have been staying here for years If you decide to stay here you won’t be disappointedIn the heart of Coconut Grove super cool Pricey Reviews were outstanding Easy breakfast Beautiful pools Rooms are like efficiency suites Definitely a return to kind of place

Emily Charles

Beautiful hotel in the heart of coconut grove, just a short walk from all the restaurants and shops with so much to choose from!Good pool on a terrace on the 8th floor, breakfast was lovely and the gym looked goodStayed in one of the ‘private oasis’ apartments, and had the most beautiful view over the bay Room was a great size, had a full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier

Only complaint is there was no cork screw for my wine! Thanks for a brilliant stay

The location and the lobby are the only positives about this hotel I stayed in one of their rooms through Air BnB The hotel is a combination of hotel rooms and privately owned properties

The lobby was attractive but had a very heavy scent of perfume Once you leave the lobby, it is clear that the rest of the hotel is totally rundown and dirty My room had a terrible odor that actually kept me up throughout the night The odor was a combination of mold and dust being covered by perfume It was just the worst experience The carpeting was also dirty as evidenced by my white socks instantly turning black The air conditioning was also loud and disruptive I checked out early and will never return It is really a shame since it is in such a great location, but I would not recommend staying there!

After the hotel we stayed at on South Beach, this was a welcomed changed Check-in was quick Our room was on the 21st floor and we had a spectacular view

And everything was nice and cleanI was a bit disappointed that their bar didn’t have non-alcoholic beer, and a bit put-off by the bartender constantly making jokes about adding alcohol to my club soda and lime I don’t drink anymore, so his remarks weren’t exactly humorous to meThe pool area and gym were very nice The pool water was warm, which was perfect for the cool and breezy evenings It’s nice to relax out there and chat the time away until they close out at 10pm And you can watch the sunset from there as well

I recently stayed at the Dadeland Marriot on a business trip I was greeted by Kate at the front desk for check in She was extremely polite and attentive

She had me checked in and on my way in a very timely manner The next day I ran into Kate again because I needed a new key and she asked how I was enjoying my stay and if there was any I need to not hesitate to ask I had dinner at the hotel 3 nights while I was there The bartender Steve was great Must try his old fashioned I can honestly say that both Kate and Steve are all about customer service and ensuring the guest have a memorable experience at the hotel I will definitely be coming back

Villa

The most disgusting outdated room I’ve ever stayed in There was bodily fluids stains on the couch which looked about 30 years old Holes in the curtains, mold and bacteria in the bathroom and just a real horrible feeling to even being in the room

The manager who I forget her name was a lady and was so rude when I complained She said that even she wouldn’t pay the price the room costs but yet wouldn’t do anything about it The room really should be investigated as it was totally unhygienic and make me feel sick I would recommend to people staying in this area to go the the Marriott inside dadeland mall The rooms are modern and the staff are lovely This hotel is a complete dump and be warned if you are booking online You may end up having a holiday in a room that makes your skin crawl If management wants to get in touch I would love to forward you the pictures of the mold and bacteria in the air vents and the fluid stains on the sofa There should be some type of investigation into the conditions I was not the only one complaining, I heard many other saying the same!!!!!!

Beautiful hotel lobby!Very nice scent as wellIt was weird to work out the entrance to the hotel at first and definitely not a lot of space with parking and allBut overall I was satisfiedI loved the Rooftop pool and bar area

Although I think they should look for alternative plastic cup solutionsNevertheless view was great and very serenePerfect for a business stayThere was something funky with the elevator not working when descending from the Rooftop to the guest floors so we had to go through the lobbyAlso bed was very hard for my personal tasteSo if you like to sleep soft – that’s not going to be a good fit for youBut I was lucky as I booked it on a tremendous deal so all these issues for the price paid were minor to me, but have I paid full price, probably would have not been very happy 🤷‍♀️

Fabrizio Cataldo

Stayed here in early 2020 Front desk staff was friendly; we were upgraded to a beautiful suite Unfortunately the suites are facing the people mover, making them too loud for a comfortable sleep

We had to ask to be moved again to a normal room not facing the tracksDry cleaning service is slow and they forgot an item Breakfast buffet was complete and delicious! Rooftop bar and pool is large and comfortable and the gym next door is great Overall a nice stay but location hurts the hotel – far from anywhere in Brickell

Shawn Millhausen

This hotel is rated 4 stars For that reason, I had high expectations Sadly, my experience did not meet those

Overall, the hotel decor is extremely dated Think miami vice, circa 1980 The rooms felt more recently updated and modern which was nice The bed was comfortable for sleeping but did not feel especially luxuriousThe bathrooms were the most updated, modern feeling with the extra large showers and no tub and quality toiletries, although somewhat small feeling in size The view from the rooftop bar was fantastic although the pool was small We enjoyed sitting there enjoying a drink and watching the sun set Overall, pleasant view, great location and nice but dated feeling hotel I am not certain that it lives up to its 4 star status

We attended a wedding at this beautiful hotel The hotel was amazing it was old but historic So much history at this hotel which was very cool

Everything there made you feel like you were experiencing a event from the 20’s As for attention the wedding it was also a great experience, as a groomsmen we had are own room to get ready in and they were very attentive to our needs The food was great and the room we had was amazing and historic and you could walk right outside to a huge I mean massive lighted pool This hotel is a most visit, next time I will have to get a room

Lorenzo Racana

Location and building are beautiful Pool is massive and is very nice Rooms are tidy, spacious and beautifully decorated

The Views from the rooms are great and you can see stretches of green trees and Miami’s skyscrapers Staff are very kind and welcoming and make you feel special Tennis courts are very easy to get to and the courts are free Gym is very large and has great equipment Overall a luxurious and excellent stay at the Biltmore hotel

Superb experience in a beautiful historic property! We drove out here for the Sunday Brunch while staying in Miami Beach last year, and were so impressed with it then that we decided to stay here this year for one night following our flight out before we drove down to the KeysWe took a red-eye flight out and arrived at the hotel around 7:45am, fully intending to just check our bags at the front desk and wander around until our cabana became available at 10am You can imagine our surprise when at 7:45am, they told us they had a room ready and we could actually check in! After little sleep on the overnight flight, it was so amazing to be able to go straight to our junior suite and lay down for a couple hours before going to the pool

The cabana experience was also very enjoyable The price was extremely reasonable (about half the cost of the average cabana in Miami Beach), and our attendant (unfortunately I don’t remember his name) was very courteous and checked on us often without being obtrusive By afternoon it had warmed up enough to go in the pool, which is gigantic and beautiful Even if a lot of other people are there, it doesn’t feel crowded thanks to it’s sheer size Also love the grand lobby area (and the mini aviary with the little finches was a delight for this bird enthusiast!)Overall we had an amazing timewish we would have spent more time here and less in the Keys Thank you to all staff who made our stay memorable!

After staying at the Mutiny Hotel I can see why the historic Cocaine Cowboys of the 1980s found this place so wonderfulNestled in Coconut Grove, the hotel has all the amenities of a small apartment, and all of the luxuries of a high end hotel right around the cornerThe little restaurant and bar on the 1st floor is nicely appointed and directly next to the pool for both convenience and scenery

If you know what I mean:pI highly recommend The Mutiny Hotel and will beer staying there again

The service was an excellent one from the moment we arrived I love the view out of my window, even though we had a tropical storm coming in the view was amazing 🤩 The location was perfect for me because our flight came in at 1:30 a

m and I had the opportunity of getting very fast to this hotel with “Lift” service, it only took 8 minutes The room had only a few rust details in the bathroom but it was clean and neat when we got when we got there And last but not least, I was able to extend my stay for 5 more hours without hesitation from the staff I will definitely come back for my next stay in Miami

Desiree Neff

The pool was beautiful The city view was great The proximity to everything was very helpful

The staff was really nice and accommodating especially with extra blankets and towels However, the cons were the restaurant didn’t have a very big selection and the prices were a little high The toilet did clog, but I fixed it myself There were some cracks and rust stains on toilet alsoi just really wish they had a free hot breakfast instead of wasting money through door dash for breakfast

Hayley Whitlock

To be honest, the decor made me expect the experience to be more luxurious than it actually was I enjoyed having a place to stay, but the room service is not currently an option, which can be frustrating for an airport hotel One thing to note, I speak Spanish very poorly, but most restaurants around this area are primarily Spanish speaking

This is a great cultural immersion!! However, make sure someone in your group speaks a bit of Spanish if you plan on exploring the area around the hotel

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any room They compare countless hotel sites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area

I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you won’t regret itA 20 something year old hotel with open spaces and water features this property is large, clean, and relaxing The room was perfect for our 1st night after our long plane ride It was comfortable and quiet I hardly ever heard another person and we arrived in the middle of spring break We will come again if we travel this way again

Daniel Rocha

Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful Efficient in cleaning the rooms and help at the conference rooms as well The room although great and clean, had a weird layout in the bathroom making the shower stall very small, and the height of the shower very low

The location is great Walking distance from the mais street in the grove Lots of things to do around and close to the water front too

Channa Borman

Beautifully appointed rooms, elegant lobby, delicious food at the restaurant, great service from front desk staff But maybe most fun feature was the hospitality of the bellman Steven who gave us great restaurant recommendations when he took our luggage to the room and was hilarious in his descriptions of the options Great choice

Can’t go wrong here
