We checked in with Amanda who was one of the best hotel receptionists ever She made everything so fast and easy for us to get upstairs after a long day of travel The location is very quiet and located in a business park

The rooms are very clean, well done and big and comfortable Definitely loved my experience where The breakfast was hot and the coffee was good Before you jump in the pool CHECK THE WATER TEMP because the heater was out and the pool was very cold It was a great stay and amanda really made the difference for us Give her a raise! Thanks Comfort Suites!

Convenient location and no parking fee unless you leave your vehicle there while you fly out elsewhere But the inside of the hotel seems dated My room key deactivated on me after the first night there

And the breakfast is not really that great even by free hotel breakfast standards I’ll happily eat the included breakfast at a Hampton or Holiday Inn for example, but not here It was definitely better than my experience with La Quinta though The room also smelled old when I first walked in, with a hint of perfumed coverup scent It was not enjoyable But I quickly became nose blind to it

Hotel complaints-check in was at 3 Arrived at 3:30 Room wasn’t clean, waited until 4:45 before getting a new somewhat clean room because our original room still wasn’t touched

-mirrors in rooms were the dirtiest part of the room Who knows what was on them-pool was decent but could use a better speaker in there Speaker was blown out so a lot of rattling Music choice was good though Also, lights were out when it got darker outside Walked around the pool looking for a light switch for 5-10 minutes Noticed a camera and waved then lights turned on shortly after (Could just be on a timer)-reeked of weed around 8:30 Very strong on first floor and stairwell, but could still smell it On second floor-ice maker on second floor was now working or was out of ice-batteries in tv remote were dead(not good when You have kids to entertain)-mini fridge hardly got cold-bottom of bathtub not super clean Could use some bleach (not cool when you have kids to clean)-decor is a little outdated Could have stayed at the newly remodeled Halliday inn for about the same price (Definitely regret this decision)-breakfast was mediocre The Hot food was cold And not much of a select of the “hot food” just sausage links and eggs Eggs were sitting in water-pool was nice on the Friday when we arrived but on Saturday afternoon it was getting cloudy, chunks of hair floating in the pool, freezing cold water even though they advertise as a heated pool, pools of water around the deck area which made it slick and my kids fell several time (yesthey were walking)There is plenty more to complain about but I’m done spending more wasted time if this review Will NEVER stay at a Choice hotel againSpend the extra money for a quality stay You only live once make it worth while

The staff at here were AMAZING!! The staff was so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed The hotel was super clean, the breakfast and evening reception was in point, and our kids loved the pool/jacuzzi The fitness center was also great and having laundry was as awesome! The hotel is located towards the end of downtown but it’s a hidden gem! Thank you Stay ridge and staff for everything you assisted with for me and my family! Book here, don’t hesitate!

Pamela R

We loved ALMOST everything about this hotel The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for my husband and I to take my tween granddaughter The kitchen had everything we needed

The staff were wonderful The breakfast was surprisingly good with lots of choicesThe only thing I didn’t like was the shower The floor of both bathroom showers were messed up and rusty I would not use the showers and that’s the reason for only 4 stars for the room

Vicki Jacob

We had a wonderful time at the Staybridge Suites We took our grandkids there so they could swim and get in the hot tub It was enjoyed by all

Came with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and cook top It was within walking distance of Lucas Oil Stadium Thank you so much to Chelsea and Greg and the rest of the great staff Will definitely come back

Diana Mendoza

The price was reasonable compared to downtown hotel prices The pool was fun for kids and the breakfast was what you’d expect at hotels The room was decently clean

The mini fridge was not cold at all The TV was slow to change the channel, and TV guide was glitching making it difficult to see what was on (but it’s basic cable so you’re better off using their wifi and watch your own stuff) You’re right beside the highway so you will hear noise

Richard Hazel

Really close to an interstate noise Rooms need a lot of simple maintenance that becomes annoying Cabinets not aligned, fridge doesn’t close without being forced, shower head almost fell off on me, door lock missing screw and the other was half way out

Stayed 10 days and we had to ask for fresh sheets and trash bagsBreakfast is okay for a hotel, but nothing to get excited about Check in staff is polite and friendly though Plus the pool and hot tub are a bonus

Room was a king corner Not a bad room overall, but the cracks in the ceiling and the noisy windows were bothersome Horrible selection of TV for when in the room trying to unwind

Room service only happened on 1 of the three mornings we stayed Over all the facility was clean but their parking garage is atrocious and felt completely unsafe to be in as the majority of the cement is cracking and falling from the ceilings On to the restaurant, horrible food Nothing was good, it passed as edible, but so do bugs and most people choose not to eat those The breakfast buffet is a complete joke The pancakes were soggy and broke apart when attempting to take them, the “fresh fruit” was freshly thawed, the eggs were rubber, the toaster maybe has one element that heats up so it was just bread, the coffee tasted like it was made last month and reheated just for you that day For the price they charge for it, you could easily go to a real restaurant and get 2 meals for the cost of 1 Just because it’s all you can eat doesn’t mean you will leave full unless you are hard up for a meal Avoid the food at this hotel if at all possible

Phoenix

Hotel room was disgusting! Multiple stains found throughout the furniture, hair everywhere, mold or something black on the bed frame Bathroom shower did not drain so you had to shower in a puddle The rooms and hallways were dated and in need of desperate repair and reservation

Do not book this hotel if you value you cleanlinessI cancelled my reservation after one night I travel often and this was by far the most disgusting hotel I ever stayed atPositive note Location is great Front desk staff were nice Front desk staff receive 5 Stars !

Jessy Stidham

I thought the place was nice I had read bad reviews so was a little worried because I used a 3rd party booking service where you don’t know what hotel you get until after you pay But we had an amazing view, the beds were so comfortable, staff was nice

The only downside was the parking fee but almost every place I’ve stayed downtown Indy has a rather large parking fee so I was expecting it Plus it allowed you to come in and out of the hotel from the floor you’re parked on in the garage so it saved a lot of trouble carrying everything in and out I think it was probably the best stay I’ve had at any of the hotels in that area

My wife and I had a fantastic getaway to Indy for a long weekend The hotel is ideally located near great dining options and lots of fun activities The staff was very friendly and helpful

There is a nice common area next to the lobby with a bar It was perfect for socializing with friends before heading up to the room for the night The rooms are clean, nice, and have a mirror positioned right next to the bed that can be lots of fun if you are staying with your special someone

Victoria Wilkinson

Unless someone else is paying for your room, you require epic views from a high-rise, or you absolutely can’t leave the building where your event is being held, save your money and sleep somewhere elseThere’s nothing special about this hotel beyond the location and the excellent room views Oh, and the post-shower robe they provide is pretty fluffy, if that’s important to you

The gym is spacious, with good views and free water and towels But there’s no pool or hot tub Apparently there hasn’t been one since it went under renovations before the pandemic, but the elevator sign still lists it as being on floor two The breakfast option at the Italian restaurant is a $28/plate buffet The valet is $55 overnight It may be obvious from the name, but this is not a place to go for value

Daniel Cloyd

We’ve stayed here twice now and we do enjoy it The customer service is great The rooms are always exceptionally clean

The beds are very comfortable a wellIt is not a modern vibe at all so if that is your thing, this is not the placeThe location is ready to find, I definitely suggest utilizing valet to park But then you can walk downtown You’re in a great area where shopping and dining is abundant in all directions for about 2 blocks As well as you’re right by the mall

Ricki Hill

Conrad downtown Indy is beautiful from the moment you walk into the door It is clearly a “vintage” style hotel with small modern updates in the rooms such as the bathroom The valet guys were very kind and informative! The front desk woman was named Lovely, and her name fits her to a T

She was very kind The bed was comfortable and the robes and slippers were a great touch My boyfriend loved the bath tub because it’s deep enough for him to fit 😂My only issue was when we went to the wine tasting room and the waitress/bartender was great when we walked in, but then after we got sat I asked if they had a certain product, they went to find out for sure We waited ten min while they went over and started “bullshitting” with the other bartenders rather than coming and letting us know about the product and getting our order We were the only ones there, so this was uncalled for We left with out purchasing anything or trying anything

Dalton

We had an issue after we checked in and got up to our room- our keys were not working The hotel was nice enough to upgrade our room and we were escorted to our new room to ensure that we were able to get in A few hours later, we were getting cleaned up for dinner and the housekeeper walked in on us

She apologized and quickly left the room… not sure how that happened The hotel is a little outdated for a 5 star, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel

I’ve been coming here for a very long time If you stay for a few days you will love it I’m sure!We stayed in one of the blue train cars Yesthey have some rooms inside train cars! It’s very cool and I definitely recommend it for the experience The room is long and narrow, but spacious The steps to get up into the car are a bit steep, but there are rails to help The room has a mini fridge and a Keurig The hotel has neat architecture with the steel beams and stuff from its old depot days We would stay here again, for sure

Reed Fabek

Great location and very unique ambiance The building was previously a train station, has lots of exposed ironwork, a central atrium with a glass ceiling, and train cars which have been converted to guest suites It’s immediately adjacent to the convention center and stadium

There’s an indoor connection to both to keep you out of the weather The rooms are relatively spacious, but definitely comfortable

Patricia Wilson

I thought the hotel was an extremely cool experience It was one of the more unique hotels I’ve ever stayed in The rooms were clean

It was in a good location I thought the check-in and check out went fine There was parking directly across the street There was a refrigerator in the room and a Keurig which I appreciate Beds and pillows were comfortable I have no complaints at all

From the moment we walked in until it was time to checkout, my stay was amazing! We were greeted by Nicole and her team, warm welcome and friendly tone The room was clean and beautiful, breakfast was great! They answered all our questions, ensured we were comfortable and helped guide us around since we’re not from here A group of us from Arizona stayed here and we all agreed this was a great experience! We often book with this hotel when we travel from AZ and I assure you we will continue to book here! Please be sure to visit and ask for Nicole, she was just the epitome of kind, friendly, graceful and welcoming!

The staff was very welcoming when I first arrived Upon check in, they were accommodating with my special requests Breakfast was delicious and ready earlier than expected, which worked out for me and my group as we had an early convention

The rooms were clean, spacious and well stocked with towels, coffee and extra pillows The hotel is very convenient to the Indiana Convention center and the price point was great! The entire staff was friendly, including the cleaning staff Check out was quick! The experience was great and made my business life much easier

Scott

Super nice place Clean rooms nice gym excellent breakfast in the morning And they have a nice little bar area and sitting area for reading or talking or whatever down the lobby really nice hotel

Any problem I had was I bought dinner at the bar and I do not pay with my card for tips and I crossed it out on a receipt and sure enough $5 was taken out of my bank account without my permission the next day for royalties And to beat it all it happened again when I bought a couple drinks from the concierge desk the next day another $5 was taken out of my account for that transaction and when I talk to the manager about it he could not explain it but it did happen so enough said other than that the motel is 100% top notch

I was in town for 3 days for a work conference and had an amazing experience from the start! As soon as I pulled in the valet, Sergio (I believe was his name), was super friendly and a pleasure to talk to Once I was inside and checking in, I talked with Aaron Huber and he was extremely kind and helpful! He was extremely genuine and I loved our conversation! I continued to run into him while I was there and he went above and beyond with everything! His service and demeanor are the standards by which Hospitality should be held at! Amazing experience and I look forward to my next stay at the Marriott!Thank you!

Front Desk Service was top tier, all thanks to DJ! He was beyond knowledgeable when we asked for suggestions on places to dine and nightlife He made everything easy, to say the least The ambiance of this Marriott location is both warm and upscale

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you decide to stay here you for sure won’t be let downThe hotel was beautiful and a perfect location for all of the activities my family planned to enjoy while visiting downtown Indy The room was clean and the staff helpful My favorite part ended up being the down time I had with my two year old daughter We spent some time in the beautiful lobby while finishing my coffee The two gentlemen that were greeters, bellmen as well, Freddie Mac and Matt, were awesome They visited with us and even brought out a few activities to entertain my two-year-old Much appreciated so I could relax with a cup of coffee It is nice to still feel the midwestern hospitality in a bigger city environment

Lauren Cannavino

We came for a game at Lucas Oil, this hotel was perfect location it was probably a 5-10 min walk, and very close to multiple bars and restaurants for great night life great location for people looking to make a fun weekend out of indy and want to stay downtown

Rooms were old school luxury the bed was comfortable and the room was more spacious than we anticipated great place for couples and the hotel bar was crowded so great place for folks who like night life would definitely stay again

Jenny Hong

I came to Indianapolis for a conference and booked this hotel as it was just a little more affordable compared to the hotels nearby The staff were friendly, gym was small but clean, room was clean (no microwave) I especially liked the cafe downstairs that had affordable bagels and coffee (everything else was expensive)

Location is at a great place! Walkable distance to the conference hall and to the nearby eateries and bars downtown Other hotels (like the Marriott) although close to the conference hall are just a little further from these restaurants!

The only reason I gave this beautiful hotel a 4 star rating is because the beds are not very comfortable compared to a lot of hotels I’ve stayed at, and payed less The pillows go completely flat when you lay your head on them They are feather pillows but they are the worst feather pillows I’ve ever slept on

The last think I was say is the bedding is just pretty starchy It’s not at all soft like most hotel beds It was rough Basically, the sleeping experience was not impressive If you value your sleep I would go somewhere else Truly Shower is great, customer service is wonderful, the hotel lounge makes terrific drinks It’s a very nice hotel My husband and I didn’t sleep so well though No big dealjust nice to know before you pay that much to stay somewhere! Take your own pillows at least

I stayed here for a corporate conference and loved every minute of my stay The massive team was there every step of the way to make sure my amenities arrived in my room, the food was delicious, the service was handled with smiles on all faces, etc The new renovations are stunning

I never saw it before they were done but the hotel is gorgeous now! The beds are incredibly comfy and the rooms are beautiful! Thanks for a great stay!

VERY close to Riley Children’s Hospital! Our room was very clean No visible stains or bed bugs Our room had a 2 burner stove, small refrigerator and microwave and dishwasher! Also had about a 42 inch flat tv

Almost as good as a 2nd home!-catch, many people coming and going this hotel some students live in The students are very friendly That will be the issue for some Why? Lots and I mean a lot of weed oder Hallways and elevators pretty much Rooms themselves did not smell of weed Maybe, kinda, sorta, mild frat house just not unruly or chaotic But people there are friendly and helpful

Sandy Wantuch

This was the 3rd time I stayed here due to husband’s surgery at IU Health Hospital I had a smaller room which was better for me , not needing all that space Ice cube maker in freezer, refrigerator, microwave, 2 TVs, hot shower and comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, reliable wake up call

Best thing is the shuttle so I didn’t have to pay to park in hospital garage or walk to my car in the dark after hours

Room was very clean and spacious Beds comfortable However staff will tell you they are understaffed

They advertised a pool/hot tub but it was closed because it was not up to regulations per employee and unknown open date The little “store” has no prices shown and a pipe was dripping on me The bar was closed due to no staff and the advertised free breakfast cost 850 per person Wasn’t bad walk to our event, but had I known some of these things I would have pd a little more elsewhere Was hoping for a discount but that would require the morning girl acknowledging your presence

We were in town for a wedding and this was one of the cheapest options we could find downtown that still seemed decent! We were really surprised at how much we ended up liking it It was the perfect stay for a few nights! The room was comfortable, quiet, and surprisingly large The staff were amazing and so hospitable

I’d stay here again in a heartbeat

Rooms were clean and adequate Location is convenient, but not great for walking in the evening Probably not safe by yourself

shady characters walking around Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful Pool and hot tub shut down might have e been due to Indy 500 timelinehard to say Breakfast in morning was just right for price

I would definitely stay at this Delta Hotel again Staff was very friendly and professional My room looked great when I walked in

clean and fresh looking Dinner in the restaurant had a limited menu but food was prepared well (The french fries were cooked and seasoned prefectly!) I wish that the Starbucks was more full service but was glad I was able to quickly grab coffee and a muffin for breakfast

Beautiful hotel and really cool restaurant/bar in the lobby with great food The room was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly The only reason it did not get 5 stars was because the view from our room was completely obstructed by another part of the building

When looking at the building from the exterior it looks like this is only the case for a handful of rooms and we were the unlucky ones to get one of those that night

Don’t stay here There are plenty of hotels right nextdoor It should be easy to give this new hotel a great review

But, no one is paying attention to upkeep While the room is nice, many things were not working My room faced the parking lot with lots of lights, but the blackout shade was broken sitting in the corner The side door key card reader is broken so the most convenient entry doesn’t work There is breakfast for purchase available, but the Starbucks is closed sometimes in the morning and some days it’s open The pantry is nice for snacks and a quick breakfast, but the coffee machine is out of order because it needs to be cleaned Oatmeal and tea are available in the pantry but there is no hot water or a microwave in the pantry or rooms And now there’s no hot water in the hotel The front desk has not called to get this fixed but it’s waiting for maintenance to arrive so there’s no ETA on hot water

We held our POAC convention at this hotel in Feb 2022The hotel is currently getting a face-lift, but that didn’t stop our wonderful experience

The staff was SO nice and attentive- and they really take pride in their hotel I wish I knew their secret to developing a team that is so dedicated and happy! We had plenty of nice meeting rooms The food was excellent Everything ran like clockworkThere’s a free shuttle that can take you to and from the airport- just call them when you land, or let them know at the hotel desk what time you need to leaveThis hotel is wonderful for your large conference, or nice place to stay close to the airport

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your stay They compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rates much cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This resort is one of the most well known in the area

I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you definitely won’t be disappointedThe room was beautiful, immaculate and fresh The staff were incredibly helpful and so pleasant The food from restaurant was delicious No more luggage racks for your suitcase in the room is somewhat frustrating but overall, I highly recommend this hotel❤️‼️

Have enjoyed stays at other Crowne Plaza resorts, unfortunately did not enjoy our room at this location on our way back from Florida to Wisconsin on April 4, 2022 Staff was very friendly and the food at the restaurant was great (salmon entree and burger) and nice to have a hotel with a restaurant/bar The room was pretty horrible

Glass so fogged you couldn’t see out the window, light above the vanity did not work so bathroom was very dark, one lamp that worked and the other without a bulb or a place to plug it in, one outlet with no plate on it that didn’t even function when you plugged something in

Our visit was amazing! Troy greeted us at the front desk with a smile and was so nice! He gave us a room with a spectacular view of downtown The room was spacious and clean All of the staff were nice and polite

The hotel’s location is perfect for walking around the downtown area We are looking forward to the next time we visit Indy and will definitely be staying here again

Nelly Andrews

Stayed here for 4 nights with family Excellent hotel! Very nice to have the complimentary hot breakfast and complimentary evening reception But, don’t expect much in terms of drinks and snacks at night – just basic items

It’s a complimentary reception though so nothing to complain about Our suite was clean and very spacious The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable but not many sofa beds will be The staff was great Other reviews mentioned a small pool, but it’s really not that bad and the water is quite warm For a downtown hotel, the pool is perfect Other reviews mention no housekeeping but it says this on their website and they make you aware at checkin also – if you need something, just ask and they are quick to bring it to your room This location is AWESOME! So easy to walk to many restaurants, bars, and attractions The parking garage has some tight turns so don’t bring a large vehicle in to park if you can help it Other reviews were surprised by the parking charge but it’s clearly listed on their website and it’s in the middle of downtown so it really shouldn’t be a surprise that there’s a cost to park I would definitely stay here again

Place was clean and bed was comfortable! Great location walking distance to most all the good restaurants and mall The only issue was A/C wasn’t keeping room cool at all We only stayed one night

We let staff know and they assured us it would be taken care of asap We weren’t there ok g we ought to know if they actually did but overall a nice hotel!

The room was decent It was great it was attached to the convention center The room’s fridge was terrible and kept having to be unplugged to reset it two or three times a day which is the main reason for dropping a star, that and room service never stopped by, not sure if we had to ask for it or what but we saw them in the hallway, but never came by

Front desk was nice and gave us anything we needed such as towels and suchI liked the second set of elevators on the back side that were not used as much as the main ones so waiting wasn’t a huge deal Lobby was always busy with group gatherings from the event going on at the timeIt snowed a little while we were there and being from Florida, that’s not something we see often It was nice to be able to walk across the street and my younger child could run and play in the snow in the park rather than being stuck in a hotel all dayBreakfast was decent and we were able to bring it back up to our room The breakfast burritos probably shouldn’t be served as they did not taste good and a bit spicy too The sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwiches were much better but the bread on some of them was really hard Microwaving them with a bit of butter helped that but not sure they could do much about that Was very convenient to have that breakfastI would stay again if needing to go to the convention center there again for an event It was great being able to stay warm in our walk over there

Hotel was nice and clean The staff was unfriendly Our room was hot and when we called to ask for help we were told that a maintenance person would be up to check on the cooling system and no one came

When we checked out the front desk person ask us how our room was and we told her that is was humid she just looked around And not only that we payed $5000 just to park for less than 24 hours

jan harris

was extremely hot out- 90 plus degrees so it was great that the skyway provided access from hotel to convention center without having to go outside Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a separate seating area Nice that the toilet is in a separate room from the tub

The only negative is the sliding doors to these don’t stay closed We had to prop trash can against it Beds were comfy Room has very small fridge and microwave We had a great view of the area from the 15th floor All the staff were pleasant Kudos especially to Elaina O our breakfast attendant! She was very friendly and efficient She provided valuable info regarding gluten free options The breakfast was very good We especially enjoyed the quicheand bacon and the individual Udi’s gluten free muffins Breakfast and coffee available at 6:30 It would be nice if coffee was available earlier😁
