First things first—do not book through a 3rd party Call the hotel directly WAY cheaper that way! I saved over $80 on an unexpected second night stay dealing with these FANTASTIC folks directly

This place is perfect! I don’t know if the folks around here are all just super kind and friendly or it’s just the staff here but every single one of them are super welcoming at all hours of the day You can’t pass by any of them without them greeting you! It’s very, very nice and clean The room is like a mini furnished apartment It has everything you would need most likely The bed and the pillows were the best I have ever encountered on a hotel stay I usually can’t sleep well at all when staying at a hotel The curtains block out all the light so that was helpful as well There were several people staying here to work in the area and they were all very pleased with the amenities tooI will definitely be staying here next time I return to the area My recommendation is just go on and book it!

We had an extended stay before our home purchase and Summer and staff made our visit amazing Not only did we have a great time our dog also did too! Summer gave us treats for him and always asked if we needed anything additional for our stay After this fantastic stay I will definitely recommend to friends and family for any stays here and afar as long as they carry the mariot brand and have someone as hard working and awesome as Summer! Thank y’all for making our stay hassle free and peaceful

As a Marriott member this is our very bad experience here Never expected this , We found the bedbugs in the bed when I told her in the front office she is behaving like it’s normal Not cleaned at all, ice maker is broken ,Breakfast was just for a name , feel like nothing is there

Lots of stuff Really unhappy They could have done better

The rooms were a disgrace I found 2 dead crickets on the floor by the sink( if they were alive it would be more understandable because they could of come in with us, but they were long dead) Poor cleaning in rooms, bathroom tiles broken, towels- stained bad or not washed good

There breakfast to go was a joke- water and a granola bar like thing Only real nice thing here was the pool(it was clean)

Lost my paid fir reservation, then after telling me I need to repay the $9600 I already paid was increased to $12500 and they needed a $150

00 deposit Said no thanks, went right down the street to better place, better price, better service, no deposit, and would you believe my bank shows them taking the $96, and then attempting to pull $125 Do not go here they will steal from you

The staff at this hotel was wonderful! They were always available, always pleasant, and always helpful, whether I called them or stopped by the front desk The breakfast with waffles that you could cook fresh on the spot was hot and good, and the breakfast area, lobby, hallways , and my room were extremely clean Although the bathroom in my room needed to be re-caulked around the tub, the bathroom was also spotless – so that didn’t bother me

I had my two small dogs and my grandson there with me, and we always felt safe The vending and ice machines worked without a problem (when you have a grandson with you, that’s important!) It may not be what most consider a 5-star hotel, but I didn’t hesitate to give them 5 stars because of the staff, the service, and the cleanliness I highly recommend this hotel

Ty White

The hotel was super clean The pool was clear The rooms were so nice

The prices were surprisingly affordable All of that would’ve made this visit perfect already! But what really sold me on this one was the front desk clerk Mick They were absolutely everything you could ask for in a service worker From the moment I walked in the doors she was beyond helpful Told me about the area, about the great breakfast served all the way til almost CHECKOUT time instead of ending at like 8am I told her I forgot my swim suit and she told me exactly how to go to get another one nearby! If they still work here when I come through Arkansas next, there’s no way I’m stopping anywhere but here

Tyra Marieza

This hotel gets no complaints from me The separate sleeping room that left a whole little living room, dining room table and kitchenette was spacious and comfortable The beds were doubles that we got so we were grateful for the let out bed in the living room

The cleaning staff was awesome and the front desk was professional and helpful The pool was open The free breakfast was served until 10 am which was awesome Simple breakfast, but it was hot and sufficient Near two Walmarts and plenty of eaterys Would definitely stay here again

I researched hotels in the area and looked for one with comfortable rooms and this one was suggested We had stayed across the road at another “fancy” hotel but was very much disappointed in that stay due to no free breakfast as well as very uncomfortable beds This stay was easy to book and was so enjoyable I hated to leave

Breakfast was very good and the hotel was very clean with nice rooms

Kymberley Maldonado

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel The guy at the front desk was very rude! Me and my husband reserved a room for 3 nights and the guy charged us again and wouldn’t give us a explanation on why he did! He said we pay $110 but charged us $224 He kept telling us “you check out I’ll give receipt” kept getting loud & disrespectful!! Good luck to those who go to this hotel! We still haven’t got our money back

Nikki Dorough

The manager was rude Harassing us right at 11 to check out My fiance was loading up the luggage cart while he is harassing us

He used profanity and I told him I just needed to get dressed and a few seconds later he opened the door while I’m standing there naked Then called the cops and said we refused to leave which was a lie Never been treated so horrible in my life

I stayed at this hotel for over a week as I recovered from having major surgery The staff treated me so well and went above and beyond to guarantee that not only was I comfortable, but that I was feeling fine Thank you Cheryl for allowing me to check in a few hours early and always asking, “Ms

Chambliss, how are you feeling today?” The housekeeping staff are so dedicated to providing a sanitized and clean living space and for that I am grateful Thank you team for caring about my well-being and going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable

Larry Kramer

Had a great visit Very nice rooms, very welcoming lobby area I’ve been in hotels that have a couple of teams staying there and it can feel like they take over the whole place

There were at least 2 baseball and 1 basketball team when we were there and I didn’t feel like they took over the place Hopefully they didn’t feel neglected, but I appreciated feeling welcome Kudos to the entire staff

Jessica

I travel alot due to visit family or VA appointments for my husband and been to many different hotel and I even do alot of research before finding the best hotels, I can when we stop for a night or a couple Some are 3 to 4 stars hotels, but mostly just look for the cleanest rooms and bathrooms

For my child and I It’s just annoying paying top dollar for a 4 star when the rooms are horrible, but you need a place to rest But!! This hotel did not disappoint you enter the lobby and greeted by the nice desk workers Then you enter your room its smells clean the beds had no stains or the carpet The bathroom and tub were nice and clean No hairs or finger prints It was just nice to shower and not feel scared to touch the sides After I was done and I walk on the carpet barefoot, I didn’t feel the grossness you get when you walk on other hotels floors Thank you cleaning crew for everything The only weird and scary thing was, I was watching in the lobby and a saw a black widow spider on the floor come towards me That is the oddest thing I’ve ever seen I killed it of course, with a chair because I’m so scared of spiders and didn’t want to miss, so no one would get bit It was just crazy

The DT was a very nice hotel! The staff was so friendly and made you feel very welcomed and took great care of us! Even offering a warm chocolate chip cookie upon arrival! The room was luxurious and very clean! Breakfast was delicious! Great hotel, stayed here for our daughter’s wedding Great location, easy access to all we wanted to do

C Dub

Our room was a king with the bedroom separate from the lounge area, which was so nice! There was a door that we could shut for privacy My spouse is an early riser and loud, to boot I am a light sleeper

So when he gets up and does his stomping around and coughing, he can do it in the other room and i don’t hear any of it Our room was clean, towels were clean, no complaints! And there was no hot tub in the bathroom as the other reviews say but i don’t know what the big deal is about hot tubs Hot tubs are rarely ever cleaned well/sanitized Why would you want to marinate in a hot soup of bacteria and other people’s dead skin cells? Gross

Alexander Vallar

Surprised again, I was thoroughly impressed by this property All the rooms appeared spacious, cozy, and better than your standard DoubleTree Suites Their staff is pretty good but limited; The airport shuttle services were not able during my stay due to staffing shortage

So, be prepared to rent a car or schedule your favorite rideshare app in advance The hotel seems to have been renovated in the past ten years and has a nice little bar If you’re staying in Bentonville, you’ll be in good hands and made a good decision It does its job and does it moderately well!

This is a long overdue review of the Graduate in Fayetteville The Graduate was our home base for our daughter’s wedding in June 2021, and where all of our out of town guests stayed Most importantly, I want to give 5 stars to the operational staff at the hotel! Kevin Cline, Tony and the others that work at the hotel daily were beyond helpful

Any requests were taken care of timely for the wedding party and guests I have been staying at the Graduate for a couple of years and those staff members have always made my stay greatUnfortunately, I would give the Event staff 2 stars Initially, when we booked the block and several suites things were taken care of in a timely and professional matter Unfortunately, the 6 months prior to the wedding it took a great deal of work to get in contact with the events person The week of the wedding, I was able to introduce myself to the coordinator, was given a cell phone number, but when I contacted for help, I received no reply, again thank you to the front desk staff for helping usFinally, I would say the reservation system for the Graduate could definitely use an upgrade It seems there is a lack of coordination between the central system and the hotel We were lucky and found that any errors or trouble with block room rates the hotel itself took care of for us

Jami Caldwell

Love this place: a great location, comfy, eclectic & fun albeit needing a little attention maybe The young lady working the front desk was very professional & friendly, kindly offering locations nearby for us to walk & sit outside to enjoy the beautiful weatherAdding a vent diverter at the a/c so the air isn’t just blowing up between the curtain & the window would be a good idea but we improvised 😉 & who doesn’t want to potty with Buck Rogers?

Robert Watson

Outrageously priced for a hotel without parking The front desk person was at the city parking garage trying to show people that just checked in how to get into the garage I was referred to this hotel and for the life of me, I have no idea

Ice machine not working on 9th floor, etc…I don’t see what’s great Hotels 1/4 this price have better rooms, service, and parking

The turn off to get in is in the parking lot of something else, and there are some large potholes to watch out for Staff was friendly Our phone in the room only worked on speaker but was still usable

The pool stays open til midnight which was a big bonus for us! There was always people in the pool and hot tub, but not too crowded Nice buffet in the morning with large variety of food fruit, waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, cereal, juice, coffee, milk Room and hotel was clean Would stay again

Joel Reyes

Welcoming and friendly Although the location is a little hard to get to due to construction it is worth it The facilities are showing some wear but the Staff appears to maintain it to ensure the guests comfort

The breakfast selections are varied and fresh When encountering the Staff, there is a salutation The room was comfortable and clean A/C worked well as did the WiFi Parking lot appeared to be well lit and clean

Dennis Levesque

Ok so what to expect for the price, well I would say you get more than normal for that price but everything you would expect at that price point both good and bad The breakfast was OK, juice machine was broken and no bottles to supplement Service was awesome and they are very accommodating

Frustrating when I froze the first night with thin bedding and a wall thermostat that looked like it work but did not Had to use the controls on the window unit so the rest of the stay was fine Great water pressure Only 1 x elevator was working Location is great

The building is very beautiful, and the service is great Amazing fountain in the main lobby, as well as free breakfast (if you’ve booked a room) There is an indoor pool, gym, and spa, and many rooms

The room was nice and spacious, and had an amazing view out of the window My only complaint is that the hair dryer in the hotel room was not cleaned It had hair all over it and it was sticky Everything else was cleaned very well Other than that minor hiccup, this hotel was a great choice!

Msannthrope

Love the hotel Excellent complementary breakfast in the morning Also snacks and drinks in the evening

The hotel is beautiful and the room layout is lovely The only problem was the room smelled like a men’s locker room I don’t care if people have allergies and you’re worried about that Most of us don’t have allergies just make those rooms smell really good and use chemicals Please

Kimberly Satchel

Giving it a 35 out of 5 Now this is supposed to be the best of the best for North West Arkansas

I got a pretty pricey room At check in the “manager” seemed a little stuck up For being a manager you’d think the level of customer service would be more then just okay I get to my room My room was beautiful I got the King 1 bedroom suite Loved it till I went to go sit on the sofa and found candy under the chair I have an infant For parents with crawling children you know how hazardous a gummy candy can be for a child whose not chewing yet Thought it was cool the sofa in the living room was a pull out bed Well when I pulled it out I realized under the liner of the bed it had cookies Yes half eaten cookies stashed in there Then I went to use the bathtub This thing looked amazing till I get to filling it up and realize there is hair in the tub Now normally I would not be this critical or care about something like this but when you’re at a top rated award winning hotel you have a higher standard then staying at a motel or even a 2 star hotel When I mentioned something to the manager in the morning at check out he seemed like he thought I was making it up Now he did credit me some money back Just still didn’t feel like it was a good enough price for the things I foundThings that I loved, the breakfast was amazing! The pool was awesome, the rooms are sound proof You couldn’t hear the mass amounts of children running around all night The minute you opened the door to your room you were aware just how busy they were But honestly I’ll just go stay at a comfort inn At least they don’t charge 4 times the money oh and it seems their level of cleanliness is for sure a higher standard If you go through my reviews you’ll see I don’t complain about places very often I’ve worked in customer service and hotles so I know how hard these jobs can be

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in I’ve always been a big fan of home2 suites and Hilton hotels but this chain by far is better The beds are so comfortable I woke up without a back ache and that has never happened to me in a hotel before

The staff is super friendly and accommodating The continental breakfast is amazing with a large variety of fresh cooked food to choose from The hotel also has a fitness center with indoor swimming pool and hot tub Literally the only thing that could make this place better were if the rooms had a microwave lol Anytime I travel now I will look to see if I can stay in a Hyatt chain

Aaks Luthra

I’m a Hyatt Explorist, travel a lot for work and stay at multiple Hyatt Place’s all the time This is my third stay at this specific hotel and I’m only posting this review after I requested to speak with the manager and never heard back This hotel is clearly not up to the Hyatt Place standards

Here’s why:- the front desk staff has a very “unwilling to help” attitude even regarding basic asks that should be their responsibility (such as updating my housekeeping preferences, providing extra towels, etc)- the restaurant/bar has gas station offerings only — while they advertise differently It’s frozen items such as pizza that they heat up and serve for you (Thankfully better food options are a quick walk away)- the stairways are dirty (this morning I found stained dirty towels just tossed in the stairwell)- the young staff running / manning the hotel is unwilling to help with a quick “not my job” attitude- I have now checked into a “clean” room twice with heavily stained coffee mugs, towels, and not clean room and furnitureI’m sure the manager will now try to contact me while my polite request to speak went unanswered I’ll update this accordingly

Josh Renihan

We called 6 times from 9am to 1 pm and didn’t reach anyone at the hotel We called corporate and they put us on hold for 10 minutes and told us they couldn’t get a hold of anyone either Once we arrived, we waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and that was after a maintenance guy hunted her down

We asked to speak to the manager and she was very dismissive, even turning her back and walking away as we were speaking Her name is Melissa and she’s VERY rude $300/night room rates should come with a very minimal level of service, not zero service at all

I have a 7 kids my wife and I and I had the best experience i have ever had We will be definitely be coming back I called snd made reservations and receptionist was amazing

The housekeeping crew were awesome They came back and cleaned our room after we left for the day at 3:00pm We came back to a clean room 💯 I hope ALL Double Tree Hotels are at the same level as this one (We are from Oklahoma) Thank you 🙏🏽 PS…all my kids recieved a complimentary huge delicious chocolate chip cookie 🍪 That was huge for my family

Amy Linden

The hotel is dated They’ve done a few upgrades like new counter top in bathroom but the shower curtain “contraption” just doesn’t work Water ends up all over the floor

Steamy windows dont allow for a view, even though its the parking lot And, the bed was really uncomfortable Also, I’d wish they switch to refillable soap containers for the shower Allows for not having to call on housekeeping or just not deal with the annoying small bottles that end up wasting 1/3 of the product! Honestly, why use these bottles anymore??Front desk & bar were friendlyI’ll pick the Homes 2 Suites behind this property next time

Donna Goss

Reserving a room at Doubletree, means clean, safe and comfortUpon check-in, the lobby & reservations desk looked like the 60’s/70’s Furnishing we’re not only dated but worn out

Went to our room to find more of the same Room has not been updated in at least 4 decades Desk chair ripped, closet/hanging rack was about 3 ft off ground, dark & muggy Hideous doesn’t begin to describe this propertyI wouldn’t recommend for any reason!

The room was clean Unfortunately that’s the only positive I can share The restaurant which is more of a diner did not have any options for people with dietary restrictions – dairy and gluten free options such as a carton of oat milk or plain yogurt are not expensive and would be a very appreciated addition

There was no breakfast menu available, only a basic buffet like you would expect in a lower end hotel We ordered soda and wine in the evening, expecting it to be covered by the food and beverage credit under our Gold membership Upon checkout, Amanda told us first that food and beverage credits were only for Diamond members, then once we asked her to confirm she told us that the beverages we ordered from the bar could not be covered by that credit When I explained we had those beverages covered at other Hilton hotels, and again asked her to confirm, she became rude and condescending, telling me she worked at the doubletree too and it wasn’t possible Limitations on food and beverage credit, if they exist, should be disclosed at check in Overall, we felt unwelcome, dismissed because we were not Diamond members, and without any options When I said I would be leaving a review she said in a snarky tone, “You go ahead and do that” Will not stay here again, and very disappointed This could have been handled politely and respectfully with the same outcome and it would not be an issue This was not our experience in Arkansas, everyone else we encountered was extremely friendly and welcoming – just not the staff at your front desk

Room was clean and nice That is about where the positives end NEVER stay on the first floor

Heard the tv next door, the kids yelling at the pool at 7am, doors slamming all nightBar and Grille was a major letdown Apparently they are running off a limited menu 3 entree items available- burger, chicken sandwich, grilled cheese Definitely should let people know or post this somewhere The restaurant was the main reason we picked this hotel- huge letdown We ended up having food deliveredBartender Michael was not friendly, he acted like he was inconvenienced by doing his job but he did check on us frequentlyCalled the day before about early checkin The manager told me to call the morning of to see if they had rooms available Called the next morning and was told “you’ll just have to see when you get here” Overall not impressed, and I stay at many Hilton’s

This little Inn was amazing all around The staff was extremely friendly and helpful We showed up for a wedding WAY before normal check in time and they did everything they could to make sure we got into our room quickly so we could get ready

The rooms to some will feel dated on the surface, but open the drawers and turn on the lights and you’ll find very modern amenities hidden behind rustic décor Even though it is right off the highway, you wouldn’t know it It was very quiet through the entire night We will definitely be staying here again, just to stay!!! Thank you to you and your staff for making our visit your first priority!!!

I have stayed here a few times now when in town on business This is one of my favorite places to stay To say it’s unique is an understatement

It has more of a home feel than any other hotel I have stayed at The rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly It’s a quiet location The only thing that could improve is the breakfast option

We went here for brunch There was no waiting and the server brought a high chair for my grandson I had the classic breakfast: 2 very fresh eggs, the most delicious bacon I’ve had, with slightly burned wheat toast with great butter and jelly

Everyone really liked their food The blueberry pancakes were delicious and so was the omelet We would definitely come back

A charming hotel right on the University of Arkansas campus Beautiful, historic architecture but updated with the modern conveniences one expects at an up-market hotel Super friendly staff, comfy bed and a well appointed bathroom

Plenty of parking I booked this place on a whim while road-tripping through the area and I’m super glad I did Highly recommended

Rooms are small, but beds are comfortable Breakfast was great, but we went to the bar / Cafe for pizza and were shoved aside I even walked up to the bar to order and the guy went right to people who came in after us and took their order

I laid the menu down on the bar and walked out Glad we did We walked to Marly’s and it was excellent!

The room was ok The service was a bit slow There was a mystery switch on the bedroom wall that we never figured out what it was for

The views out our windows were awful Completely blocked by trees It’s not exactly a quiet hotel as you could hear everything outside and inside other rooms The bedroom curtains were, to say the least, very strange 1/2 cover nothing but a wall which made it difficult to get into bed from both sides As this was my first stay in Arkansas, I’d sleep somewhere else next visitIt’s only saving grace was the decent breakfast selection and how clean the room was

Jessica Rivera

The room smelled of urine, coming with a strong smell from the restroom and hair was in the shower I had cleaning supplies with me and cleaned the entire space or I would not have been able to stay here Unexpected from a Hilton, but their cleaning staff clearly needs to be more thorough

Multiple lights on the 4th floor were also either out or flickering, adding to the lack of upkeep and lack of security Will not be back

We spent 9 days there and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable There was a complete kitchen and they offered on request a hot plate and pans The lobby breakfast was excellent as they had eggs with cheese, biscuit with gravy, hash browns, waffles, bagles and English muffins with a toaster nearby (run it through twice for crispy)

They varied the meat every day offering Italian sausage cut on the bias, pork sausage or bacon Cereals were avaliable along with juice Please tip the staff for their efforts preparing the food For later in the day there are cold and frozen sandwiches avaliable along with drinks for purchaseWe would certainly go again
